Untapped Ibiza

What a day! We booked this a few months ago as it was definitely something we wanted to do and it didn’t disappoint! Beaches were amazing and the captain was great!

We booked with Untapped as we wanted a chill boat trip for one of our last days in Ibiza. Our rep Joe was so helpful and responded really quickly! Payment was really easy. The boat itself was a perfect size for our group (of 3 people). Jorge, our captain was brilliant. He was very experienced, accommodating and friendly, highly recommend. He brought us to some gorgeous spots and was continually ensuring we were okay/had enough drinks/time in the sea. We really appreciated Jorge’s kindness and patience with us! I highly recommend booking with untapped and will do again when we return to Ibiza. Thanks Guys for making our holiday!!

Easily the highlight of our trip! The crew were incredibly accommodating, they tailored the day perfectly to us, and were professional without at all being ‘fun police’. Genuinely all such lovely people. Planning to come back to Ibiza just for another day out on the water with them!

We went on the 3.5 hour private boat and it was amazing. Brody approached my friends and I, kept us laughing and was giving us all the information about the boat. George was awesome as well as he was very nice and helpful during the trip. Definitely recommend.

The best place to go for private charters in Ibiza. Honestly so much fun have your own private book party. The swim stop, rave in the cave, and then the cafe mambo sunset champagne spray, was better for our group than booking a table at mambo, better for our group. Can’t wait to come back again and do a bigger boat to Es Vedra or Formentera, you won’t find anyone better. Untapped deliver! Will be coming back every year to party with these guys!

Martin sorted out our boat trip which was one of the best experiences I’ve had out here! It was my 4th visit and never thought to do one, we had a lovely small group of girls altogether, and had so much fun at the swim stops and watching the sun set outside cafe mambo. Would 100% recommend and I’d love to do this every year 🥰

Amazing!!!!! What a fantastic day!!! We went on the 55ft Mega Cat for our friends wedding party, and what an experience it was. Amazing DJ, anchored down at Cala Comte beach to eat the fab BBQ on the boat. We even watched the sunset not far from Mambos too which was so special. A massive thanks to Alec for organising the whole experience and for helping us out with entry to some of the coolest nightclubs. We highly recommend this company and couldn’t have had a more fantastic time and making special memories! Going to tell all our family and friends it’s a must when visiting Ibiza!

I really enjoyed the boat party. Never tried sangria before and i really liked it. The music was great but my favorite part was swimming in open ocean! Great experience. Thanks gabby for sorting us out

Had the best day ever on the Catamaran!! Did some snorkelling and paddle boarding during the day! Couldn’t beat the sunset down at cafe mambo…one of the best I’ve ever seen! Big thanks to Alec who was an absolute legend!! Would do that all over again!

We booked a 40ft Catamaran with Alec, and what an amazing experience it was!! We went to the crystal clear waters of Cala Bassa, and popped bottles of cava at Cala Comte. But the highlight was anchoring down at cafe mambos to watch the sunset. Amazing experience all round, and the captain was a legend

Unreal experience! Went with a group of mates as we needed something a little different to do and did we not regret it! Joe sorted us out with a mint day and can happily say it was the best bit of the holiday by far!

Me and my family rented a private charter when in ibiza and the rent could have not been anymore helpful, easy process from start to finish and it was the best experience we had while in Ibiza 😍 we will make sure to do this again next year when returning

The boat trip was the best part of our holidays! After that we had tickets to ushuia so the boat trip was great predrinks party before! Unlimited drinks and food. The person we booked with was Gabi and she was so lovely. Also gave us two clubs for free! Very good calue for money😊

I am not one to write reviews, but It wasn’t a good experience booking with this company. We booked through a man called Brody, who not only messed up once, but twice. He did not send us our ticket to the boat party and we went to Hi thinking we would be on the guest list for cheaper entry. We lined up and we’re advised we were not on the list. We tried to contact him and did not pick up. We tried contacting him for compensation but he essentially told us his manager said tough luck which is extremely unprofessional. We spoke to his colleague Joe who said he would help us out and try to help, however he did not get back to us and return our calls or texts. Most unprofessional company I have dealt with in my life. I would not recommend booking through these people. They are partnered with Ibiza rocks and O beach club. If I could give them a 0 star review I would.

The boat party with Untapped was a vibe. The drinks were flowing, music was on point & we even got to jump in the water for abit. Legit one of the highlights of our trip, sweet way to spend the day plus the rep Mark helped us get entry into Ants afterwards & acted as our Ibiza guru! In fact everyone we dealt with was super cool & friendly especially the receptionist Hannah. Highly recommened Untapped to anyone coming the island.

We weren’t so sure at the start about doing a boat party as we had a bad experience with one before but our trip changed everything completely. The boat and ocean beach were by far the best days we’ve had on the island. Jack went above and beyond by helping us plan not only our trip but our whole week stay in Ibiza by giving us insight and information and best places to visit during our stay. We will 100% be back again when we’re back in September.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Everything was so quick and easy to organise which made our Boat Party even more fun! We loved every minute of it. Peter (Irish guy) helped us with our booking and was so friendly and attentive. We had a group of 10 so it was such a pleasure being looked after by Peter so well! The party, the music, the craic, drinks and staff were amazing. Would 100% recommend Untapped Ibiza to all my family and friends, 10/10!

Staff where really friendly

A great option to share a private charter in Ibiza. We had a group of 8 on our boat and spent the day with a second boat of 9. Brilliant swimming stops, great views, and inclusive alcohol is a nice bonus! Awesome to close the day partying in the sunset in front of cafe mambo/cafe del mar. Definitely recommended!

I visited Ibiza from Switzerland with a group of friends and during our stay we signed up for a sunset boat party organised by the Untapped Ibiza team. Great experience with an incredible atmosphere and views. Can only recommend!

Took a sunset boat trip and was the most wonderful afternoon of the entire holiday.

It was a nice experience and we meet a lot of new friends!! I recommend it to everyone.

False advertising through and through for the 129 euro pp 'luxury boat'. Here's all the reasons why you will not get your money's worth: 1. Duration: the website states a 3:30pm-8:30pm trip, in person Jon the owner told us it would be a 4:30-9:30pm trip. Either way, 5 hours. However, we actually only boarded the boat at 5:45pm and returned to dock at 8pm. A mere 2hrs 15 mins!!!! Apparently it was too cloudy for the sunset so we were taken back, despite not having spent the designated time on the board. 2. Stop-offs: we didn't see Cala Bassa beach, Cala Comte or Es Vedra - i.e. all of the spots listed on the website and told by Jon. Zero idea why not. We only went into Cala Vedella the smugging cave because I asked to, after having seen zero other sights. We also did not 'turn up the music and rave'. 3. Snorkeling: we only did this because we asked, it was not a planned for stop-off. They also only had 4 snorkeling kits, not the 30 that were promised for the whole party. Again, zero idea why. 4. Drinks package - Jon in person told us we would get multiple bottles of wine, but when he sent the Whatsapp receipt after we paid - in cash - it was only 1 red, 1 white and 1 cava. Yes there were the 24 bottles of beer, but nowhere near as much wine as was promised. This false advertising was particularly felt by all the other 30 people on board. All in all - would avoid this as you will spend a bucket load of money after being told it would be worth your while/cash, and in the end be left very very disappointed. NB - assumedly the website description for this luxury boat will be adjusted to reflect the new reduced itinerary, so please note this is as per the website description on the 1st September, image below.

Had a fantastic time with Untapped Ibiza on one of their boats. Super friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of and a great selection of drinks on board. Lots of opportunity for swimming and taking in the view, as well as partying. The other guys we met on the boat were great fun and we’ve met up with them since. Overall well worth it, a big highlight of our trip.

Just enjoyed a beautiful sunset boat trip with Untapped! It was super easy to arrange and everything was exactly as promised. Boat was clean and finished to a high quality (looked exactly like the pictures as advertised!) We did a half day tour with a few swim stops in crystal clear waters with a local captain who knew the best spots, and was fun to talk to! Plus there’s a good amount of wine/beer/cava included. Bring your fave sunset tunes, Captain will let you take over the Bluetooth stereo if you want :) There’s so many boat packages on the island from cheap party boats to ridiculously expensive private hires. If you’re looking for a quality ibiza boat experience without breaking the bank I highly recommend Untapped!! John & Roman are great at taking care of all the details, creating affordable and unique experiences and making you feel well taken care of - I’d definitely try one of their other boat trips next time.
