Incredible Concierge Service! Angelo and Salvo from Million Stars Ibiza truly made our group visit a magical expeirnce and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They crafted an experience tailored to us that was beyond perfect, all while executing seamlessly. Before we even arrived they took the time to get to know our interests and needs. By the time we landed they had thought of everything from the must hit spots, to handling logistics issues that could have made arrival a pain. With a group of 20, we did not make their job easy. However every interaction was thoughtful from the treats they left in our hotel room, to the plan adjustments on the fly made to accommodate pivots of interest within the group. They always had amazing recommendations and were quick to share local tips. Every interaction was met with a warm smile, which made our experience all the more enjoyable. You could tell they truly cared about us having an unforgettable experience. 10 out of 10 a must have experience if you want to make the most out of your trip!

Absolutely do not know how we would have survived without this stellar service! Drivers were all professional, kind, and prompt. We went across the island many times throughout our trip in Ibiza and loved being able to depend on Million Stars for transport and keeping the positive vibes going between locations, no matter what hour.

Angelo and Salvo are WONDERFUL hosts. In particular, I want to praise their flexibility and quick thinking. When I arrived the airline had misplaced my bag and the rest of our party needed to go ahead to keep up with our schedule. Angelo contacted Salvo to come and pick me up and bring me to the hotel separately. I had enough time to change and make our dinner plans and I am very grateful. Thank you both very much, and it was lovely getting to know you!

My group of 20 hired Million Stars Ibiza for concierge for our post-wedding weekend after party and they really made our weekend extra special! They were quick and easy to work with, attentive to all our needs, and made sure we had an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the moment we landed in Ibiza, 5 star treatment started. Every moment from accommodation to transfers, organizing dinners and events, clubs, and concerts, pool parties to any items we needed from the store was immediately provided with smiles and attention to detail. I have never felt treated with such respect and made me feel so taken care of. The best experience I’ve ever had going on any vacation thanks to the amazing team at million stars Ibiza. Even when we had a minor medical emergency the team provided a doctor and was available for assistance 24/7. Thank you and we can’t wait to be back!

They went out of their way to get us access to the best venues and spaces even when they were closed and / or in after hours. They recommended the best experiences and made our time in Ibiza that much more amazing!!!

House was amazing and hosts were incredibly helpful. After my stay, their customer service went above and beyond to make sure my security deposit was refunded after my credit card was having problems. They would respond to me immediately and reached out to the payment service themselves to help me get my money back. Thank you guys!!

Best service company in Ibiza! Angelo and Salvo are amazing and service minded professional people who can help you with everything you could possibly need on your vacation in Ibiza (or US as they also have branches there) . They organise everything from villa rentals to events plannings, car rentals, bodyguard services, drivers, vip table bookings and a lot more. Whatever we needed they always provided the service, even if it was last minute requested. We had one amazing month in Ibiza also thanks to the service of Angelo and Salvo. Angelo and team are world class at what they do ! Our villa ‘lovely villa’ was fantastic and fit all our needs and more. The team sorted all our food & drink for the week in the villa meaning we could enjoy ourselves from minute one of arrival! Can’t fault anything. We’ll be returning to the team for our next lads trip to Ibiza without doubt !

I want to say a huge thank you to Angelo and Sandro for being great hosts and looking after us. We felt at home at villa “Lovely”. It’s been our second summer staying there for 2 weeks in July. We returned because we really enjoyed the villa and hospitality of Million Stars Ibiza.

Angelo and his team were absolutely fantastic! We used them for a recent friends hen do. The villa was exactly as described, very private and excellent pool. We used the transport service which made us all feel so safe and comfortable. They literally drop you off and pick you up directly outside the venue. They were also very flexible with timings. Highly recommended if visiting Ibiza!

Angelo and his team were wonderful hosts. The Villa was exactly as described/shown in the photos, which was perfect for our friend's hen weekend! The Villa is private and the pool is a great size. We booked all our transport through Angelo/Million Stars Ibiza and we could not fault their service. They provided us with an excellent vehicle and were flexible with our pick ups. If we ever return to Ibiza we will definitely be using them again for our accommodation, bookings and transport!

Million stars ibiza...peccato che non ci sia in ogni località turistica del mondo! Siamo stati davvero fortunati ad affidarci alla loro competenza e professionalità per la nostra vacanza ad ibiza partendo dell'accoglienza in aereoporto al nostro arrivo, all'entrata in appartamento che Salvo ed Angelo hanno centrato le nostre esigenze con un grande appartamento di lusso in una centralissima posizione, 3 camere da letto con tutti i comfort, 2 bagni, una cucina/soggiorno molto comoda e il nostro angolo preferito...il terrazzo con divani con vista su playa en bossa...CHE MERAVIGLIA! Vogliamo parlare della cena organizzata sempre da loro la stessa sera in una location straordinaria perché era il mio compleanno? TOP! Altrettanto ottimi sono stati i consigli sulle migliori spiagge e calette dell'isola, dai più bei terrazzi su dov'è fare gli aperitivi al tramonto alle prenotazioni PRIVÈ per le discoteche che ho adorato proprio. Che dire..vorrei un MILLION STARS IBIZA in ogni mia vacanza! Consiglio 😉

Angelo y Salvo nos organizaron una fiesta increíble en un velero para una despedida de solteras. El bote era espacioso y limpio, el Capitan Javi súper servicial, la comida y bebidas perfectas para el tiempo q estuvimos en el bote, teníamos música y demás no nos hizo falta nada se aseguraron q nosotras y la futura novia pasáramos un día maravilloso girando en las calas de Ibiza. Gracias a ambos por tan buen servicio y por su profesionalidad.

It was a great experience, because million stars is making sure every need is answered. You can contact them anytime with any question! We stayed in a simple appartment at a great location on the edge of Ibiza-town, near Talamanca beach. We hope to come back next year! Definitely the service is worth 5 stars.
