La pire expérience d’une vie. Un homme malhonnête qui vol l’argent. J’ai fais deux reservations chez cet homme et il m’a annulé deux fois de suite. Il m’a volé 700€. Fuyez, c’est mon meilleur conseil The worst experience of my life. A dishonest man who steals money. I made two reservations with this man, and he canceled twice in a row. He stole €700 from me. Run away, that's my best advice.

While the people have been very nice, we unfortunately cannot recommend this to others. Small things aside (like two out of the four advertised cabins were being used by the captain, and the other two cabins were not made) most importantly they did not have nearly enough life jackets for us despite knowing how many people were in our private party of 6 - they only had 2 life jackets. The whole point of us booking this private charter was to get to hard to reach beaches in Formentera to swim as a family - however we could not do that if we didn’t have enough life jackets for everyone. Putting the inconvenience aside, it’s illegal and against Spanish maritime laws to operate a boat without enough life jackets for everyone on board. We ended up ending 8 hour session 3 hours early as there was no point if we couldn’t swim, everyone was miserable. I asked to just our deposit back due to their poor planning of our private tour - they refused. Would not recommend in good conscience.

Thank you for your message. We’d like to clarify that there were enough life jackets on board for all passengers, as required by Spanish maritime law. We never operate any charter without the proper number of life jackets, and we strictly follow all safety regulations, as passenger safety is always our top priority. The only exception was that, at the very beginning of your charter, there were no life jackets specifically sized for two-year-old children. However, as per your request, those were delivered directly to the boat within 30 minutes of departure, so that your children could safely enjoy the rest of the day. We’d also like to remind you that you decided to end the 8-hour charter 3 hours early, but this was not due to a lack of safety equipment. The reason was that your young children were upset due to mild waves that day, which understandably made the experience more difficult for your family. Unfortunately, we could not refund your deposit, as the boat was ready, the crew was fully prepared, and all services were arranged as agreed. As a private charter, the boat was exclusively reserved for your group and unavailable to others during those hours. We truly regret that the experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we stand by the quality and professionalism of the service provided. Best Regards, Dalia

Honestly, such an amazing experience! Food was lovely, the drinks were great and the tour guides were so friendly. We didn't realise there would be a photographer on board - she managed to get some amazing photos for us! We even got to see a gorgeous sunset & dolphins!

Great experience all in- boat ride was smooth, booking was easy, staff were very friendly and helped with my 2 kids getting them into the sea! Fun water activities like snorkelling, out on a kayak and on the water boards- had a great time. Finished up with the sunset at cafe mambo which was beautiful! Will definitely be back next year 😎

I went on the island tour of Ibiza.Terrific to see and learn so much in a day.I particularly enjoyed the lunch spot in beautiful Portinax,but could probably have done with less time at the hippie market.

We booked 3 island tour with Ticket Market Ibiza and it was absolutely best part of our trip to Ibiza. Can’t recommend it enough. Dalia really looked after us and was very patient with all of our questions. Would do this again for sure. Great prices too considering those are all verified providers that actually do show up.

Went on the three island boat trip booked through ticket market. Overall we enjoyed the day - starting with a basic breakfast of prepackaged croissants and juice, going over to Espalmador which was fantastic for swimming in the beach. Then a paella and over to Es Vedra to get close to the rocks from the boat. Finally off to Formentera for some free time. Travel back and have hot dogs and sunsets by Es Vedra. Thought it was a great day. Not 5 star because of a couple things; 1. The arrival process was unclear - there were no instructions on where to go, just a Google maps link which took you to the harbour, there were no ticket market stalls or boats so we happened to find everyone else by chance. 2. There were no vegetarian options - we messaged on Instagram and WhatsApp asking about this and received no reply, so it’s seafood & chicken paella for lunch and hot dogs for dinner only. 3. We thought the timings could have been improved as you have 4hours free time on Formentera during the siesta time, so shops were closed and there was not any direction or activities from staff etc. But we made do! Would recommend

Charging incredibly high fee’s for just making the reservation for you.. Book directly and save a lot of money! They charged us 140 euros for fee and they didn’t even arrange everything like we expected. Never again.

Miło było u niej zarezerwować wycieczkę😊 Uprzejma i uśmiechnięta profesjonalistka🤗 Nawet pomagala w innych kwestiach takich jak transfer autobusowy, czy co ciekawego zobaczyc na wyspie. Odpowiadala niezwlocznie na kazde pytanie na wattsapp nawet nie związane z wycieczka. Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy ta firmę gorąco 🥰Sama wycieczka ( 3 wyspy w Tym przepiekna Formentera) trafiona w punkt. Obsługa na statku super. Panowie mili i weseli, robili co w ich mocy żeby rozbawić i zadowolić wycieczkowiczów😊 Paella przygotowana na statku 👌😋 Polecam gorąco cały zespół i wycieczkę na 3 wyspy🥰

Best service by Dalia and really great selection of tours! We've done 3 islands boat trip which was incredible, especially E'spalmador with incredible water colours. We hope we can visit this summer too and no doubt we'll use Ticket Market again.

What a fantastic service, the information was fantastic, I wish I could do more trips. The boat trip that was recommended for for my friends birthdays Formentera, was outstanding and had such amazing day. I will never book with anyone else and the lady was so lovely and gave brilliant information in all the trips. The only thing I wish I was there longer so I could do them all. I know where to book next year when I go back for my holidays. The trips make my holiday so special and had such amazing time.

I’m from America and I had a great time doing flyboarding and scuba diving! Jose did an amazing job teaching me how to use the flyboard and the scuba instructors were awesome and welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend 10/10 experience.

Polecam Ticket Market Ibiza BARDZO!!! Jedyne miejsce które znalazłam z wieloma atrakcjami w jednym miejscu i to mi odpowiadało. Dalia bardzo miła i pomocna. Od początku odpisała w języku polskim gdy tylko zauważyła polskie nazwisko na mejlu. To jest bardzo pozytywny dodatek ;) Atrakcje choć w różnych miejscach i u różnych właścicieli Dalia dograła nasze przemieszczanie się z punktu do punktu bez problemowo, cały czas była dostępna na WhatsApp. Dalia prócz organizacji była naszym przewodnikiem po Ibizie. Podpowiadała nam jak się przemieszczać, co zobaczyć, gdzie warto zjeść. To było miłe, bo nie każdy byłby chętny i cierpliwy odpisywać na każde pytanie. Dzięki Dalia bardzo!!!! Będziemy Cię polecać znajomym, bo warto!!!
