Perfekte Lage- mitten im Zentrum. Leckeres Frühstück- auf der Dachterrasse- mit Mega-Aussicht. Freundliches Personal!!!! Sauberkeit!!!!!! Gibt nichts am Hotel auszusetzen 😍

breve vacacion con mi madre. hotel central, nuevo, moderno, limpio y con un efecto wow. cerca de todo lo que se necesita (supermercados, tiendas de ropas, bares, restaurantes, puerto y taxi stacion). desayuno muy bueno a la carte con productos de primera calidad (no buffet-un poco una lastima pero tambien okay). habitacion tambien moderna, minimal y limpia con ducha "walk-in". un gracias gigante a Raimon y Oliver en la reception por la gentilezza y disponibilidad. un placer a conoceros. Cuando vuelvo a Ibiza por supuesto voy a volver aquí. Hasta luego! ☺️ Giulia

L’hotel è in centro a pochi passi dal lungomare di Ibiza città, e dalla città vecchia, e’ nuovissimo e molto bello, la nostra camera era una doppia standard, moderna pulita con letto molto comodo, non do le 5 stelle per la colazione, ottimamente servita al quinto piano in un bel terrazzo, ma noi preferiamo il buffer anche perché la loro modalità è molto vincolante anche se i prodotti sono di buona qualità. Un apprezzamento alla reception , Ramon molto professionale e gentile.

Il m’à seulement manqué une barre dans la salle d’eau pour étendre et faire sécher les serviettes. Accueil et ambiance très sympathiques. Une autre petite remarque : lors du petit déjeuner la boisson chaude est apportée aussitôt et est très refroidie quand arrive le plateau choisi. Mais tout cela est minuscule et m'a satisfaction est de 97% Merci pour tout.

Es un buen hotel céntrico para venir a Ibiza ciudad. Muy cómodo y buena ubicación ; destaca de forma excelente por la atención y el servicio de recepción , el bar/desayunos de la quinta planta y amabilidad del equipo de limpieza . Para todos un 10/10 !!

The location of the hotel in the heart of the old town with walkable distance to the historic DALT VILLA, the marina, restaurants and a short distance by taxi to clubbing experiences like LIO made the stay an unforgettable experience. In addition we had booked the room with breakfast. The breakfast serving was sumptuous and the hospitality of the staff both in the restaurant and the front office, especially Roman and his colleague, helped us take quick decisions to visit iconic spots like DALT VILLA, LIO and CALA COMTE beach during our two days stay. Perfecto stay.

I want to first say thank you Fari, Roman , and Jake for your hospitality ! You all were very kind and accommodating . So easy to talk to and understanding. The stay wouldn’t have been as great without you all . I loved the modernization of my hotel room ! I absolutely enjoyed breakfast, brunch, and the drinks . More so over the location is a 10/10. Plenty of shopping and close to Dalt Villa ! If I ever come back I will stay again . Thank you all very much . This hotel is stunning and I was able to sleep very peacefully each evening . We had a short 2-stay night at this hotel and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience! Special thanks to the front desk - especially Roman, for being so hospitable with tons of recommendations for places to eat and see. We felt immediately at home each time we came back and would definitely return to this hotel.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo nuovo e moderno hotel di ritorno da Formentera in quanto a un paio di minuti dal porto. La posizione, pertanto, per chi cerca vicinanza a porto/Dalt Vila è perfetta. Stanza molto bella, colazione buona non a buffet e personale davvero gentilissimo, come non se ne trova spesso. Complimenti!

We stayed at Ibiza Core hotel for five nights. On the fifth night, we asked the night receptionist if it was possible to stay one more day. The rate was quite high, but after speaking with his manager, he offered us a discounted price, which we accepted. The next morning, (Friday August 22nd) when we went to pay, the receptionist on duty questioned everything without even bothering to check with anyone. He responded rudely, saying they “we don’t do discounts,” and even mocked the night receptionist by saying, “He’s new, he doesn’t know our rules yet.” A really unprofessional attitude. It’s a shame, because that night receptionist – despite being new – was by far the kindest and most helpful of all. We left and we went to another hotel.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Old Town. Everything is very modern and very clean. The room was good size and the staff were very accommodating and hospitable. Also, the location can’t be beat as you can easily walk anything in Old Town plus very close to the airpor. Will stay again next trip to the island and highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Old Town.

Such an amazing and pleasant experience. First of all, the people working here are so nice and always trying to make you feel the greatest. I loved the location so much, and the fact that the hotel it is brand new.

Emplacement idéal en plein cœur de la ville. Chambre très fonctionnelle et à la décoration soignée. J’ai trouvé l’hôtel particulièrement calme. Petit déjeuner à la carte bon rapport qualité/prix. Possibilité de partir plus tard (gratuit) voire très tard (supplément) ce qui est très pratique pour un vol retour en soirée. Personnel sympa et compétent.

Great location in Ibiza Town, walking distance to ferries, shops, restaurants, etc. The room was well appointed, spacious, plenty of storage space, huge TV, beautiful bathroom/shower, plenty of mirrors for getting ready. The rainfall shower is one of the best I have ever used in a hotel, comparable to a villa in Bali, no joke! The bath products are high quality. The bed was huge and super comfortable. There is a little reading nook with a light with a cushion on the windowsill. A large bottle of water was included. Breakfast was included, made to order, generous portions, and I had a delicious oat milk latte as well. If you are looking for a place with a view and a pool, this hotel does not have those. I did not see a fitness center either. You can hear some noise from the hallways fyi. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is right in the city center, in a great location. Everything was super clean and nicely decorated. The staff were really friendly and helpful — especially Roman at the front desk, who helped us out with all our reservations and everything we needed 🫶🏻

The hotel is also located in the central area close to the stores, old town and easy access to the “parties”. If you are a runner, the hotel is also located in the perfect place for an early morning

الفندق جميل ومرتب والنظافه كويسه ، الأسياب ضيقه والعزل سيء والغرف جنب بعض. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من اغلب الاماكن السياحيه.

Great experience overall! Rooms were modern and spacious, with lots of storage space. Staff are lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. Only downside to this hotel is the sound proofing, could hear conversations/ furniture being moved clear as day through the ceiling/walls.

Buenos días, sólo puedo hablar maravillas de la estancia en este hotel. - Excelente ubicación, si se quiere visitar también el centro de la ciudad de Ibiza. - Hotel totalmente nuevo - Limpieza y calidad excepcional - Pero lo mejor sin duda son las personas que te atienden: TODOS, Oliver, Román y Manal. Enhorabuena a quien realizó la selección y a la política del hotel de mantener el talento en el servicio al cliente. Se han esforzado al 100% para que tengamos una estancia en la Isla, nos han ayudado en todo lo que podían y un poco más. Puntos menos fuertes: quizá habitación un poquitín estrecha, en especial el cuarto de baño y algo caro (pero también es cierto que se compensa con la calidad) Gracias a Oliver, Román y Manal, cuando nos acordemos de Ibiza, también nos acordaremos de vosotros.

Very good hotel , super location and fair price for Ibiza. Mister Oliver who works at the front is a true gentleman and very devoted to his job. Breakfast also delicious served at the rooftop by a very friendly and solar young lady who made us feel very welcomed. Keep up the good work 👍

Excelente hotel, pero lo mejor sin duda fue la atención. Desde nuestra llegada, Román en recepción nos recibió de forma excepcional, y todo el equipo de la cafetería nos hizo sentir como en casa. Estuvimos trabajando allí un par de días y siempre fueron atentos y amables. Sin duda, volveremos.

We arrived here in the evening and welcomed by very friendly frontdesk. The hotel is modern and rooms and facilities feel like new. Good beds and very silent airconditioning. Strong shower ( adjustable ). And65 inch smart tv with streaming option.compemenary water bottles where waiting in the room. At departure we could leave our suitcase to pick up later and they called a cab for us at time to pickup. Excellent service and enjoyed the stay !

La experiencia en este hotel muy buena, ya al llegar a recepción nos atendió Oliver y fue un encanto y muy agradable, eso es lo primero a destacar. la situación del hotel es muy céntrica, en un momento estás en la zona de Dalt Vila, habitaciones confortables y desayuno completo. si le tuviera que poner una pega sería la del aparcamiento, imposible en la zona, pero eso es algo que no depende del hotel, así que, no lo tengo en cuenta aunque si recomiendo no llevar vehículo, y si lo llevan, como nosotros, hay que dejarlo algo lejos.

Het nieuwe hotel met ontzettend vriendelijke personeel maakt je verblijf meteen speciaal – altijd behulpzaam en met een glimlach hierbij wil ik ook Roman graag bedanken voor de hulpzaamheid. De locatie is perfect: midden in Ibiza-Stad, op loopafstand van goeie restaurantjes, stranden en de gezellige straatjes van Dalt Vila. De kamers zijn modern, schoon en comfortabel, en het ontbijt is vers en lekker.

Einfach ein Top Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Die Lage perfekt. Hafen in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Alles sehr modern. Frühstück wird im 5 Stock serviert. Freie Wahl zwischen Innenraum und Terrasse. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

We loved this hotel. It was all it claimed and more. The staff were excellent, especially on reception who made check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was great with plenty of room to move (except that a missing shelf meant some items were stored on the window seat). Towels and linen seemed to be changed each day, it was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the roof was a fun experience and even though it was prepared to order, it was quickly served. Our only gripe was that the bar was closed on two of or three nights' stay but - hey - there are plenty more close by!

Heel mooi nieuw hotel. Locatie is perfect, in het centrum en dicht bij het oude stadsdeel. Personeel is vriendelijk, kamers zijn schoon en worden dagelijks gepoetst. Badkamer was ietwat klein, maar voldeed prima. Voor het ontbijt kun je kiezen uit 4 verschillende opties.

Lovely modern and spotlessly clean hotel, located within a short short walking distance to everything that the town offers. The large bed was really comfortable, made with crisp white linen and the en-suite had a fantastic shower and large fluffy white towels. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious. Special shout out to Oliver and Ramon on reception for being so friendly and helpful and to the breakfast staff for the same reason.

Me encantó la atención de todo el personal, la tranquilidad en la habitación, el desayuno y la posibilidad de disfrutar de una cerveza en la terraza del ático. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. Además el hotel es céntrico y está cerca de todo. Todo un descubrimiento... volveré, seguro!!

Ubicación de 10. Camas cómodas. Ducha muy buena, baño algo pequeño. Desayuno, lo más flojo, obligan a elegir entre 4 opciones, muuy flojo, servicio del personal de desayuno poco profesional.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, su amabilidad, profesionalidad y atención al detalle marcaron la diferencia. Beatriz estuvo siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Nos recibió con una calidez y cercanía que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Además, sus consejos sobre dónde comer y qué lugares visitar en Ibiza fueron todo un acierto: desde restaurantes locales auténticos hasta rincones escondidos que solo alguien con su conocimiento de la isla podría recomendar. Vorige week 3 dagen geweest. Na een zeer hartelijk ontvangst naar onze kamer. Deze is echt heel netjes en heerlijke badkamer. Ontbijt was fantastisch. Heerlijk hotel middenin de stad echt een aanrader, ik ga zeker nog keer terug.

Helpful staff, great breakfast menu, nice location central to the city area, very near to the shopping street. Parking nearby could be a challenge through. A free car park is available at IKEA Es Gorg. A paid parking (5 min walk) is at Es Pratet.

Heel fijn, gloednieuw hotel in het hart van Ibiza stad. Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige kamer met een heerlijke douche. Alles is aanwezig zoals föhn, lekkere shampoo enz. Hebben via het hotel zelf geboekt waardoor we het ontbijt erbij hadden! Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt in het zonnetje op de rooftop.

Wonderful experience! The hotel has a modern look, minimalist aesthetics and despite it’s central location, it is surprisingly quiet. I’m a big fan of ambient lighting and this hotel has lots of it! Very friendly and helpful staff; kudos for keeping it clean and for the excelent service!

Hotel di recentissima costruzione in posizione meravigliosamente centrale. Comodo per muoversi a piedi liberamente. Camera spaziosa e bagno large tutto di buon gusto e servito. Altro punto forte la sala colazioni in terrazza con vista castello. Per cominciare bene la giornata con vista speciale e tre opzioni di breakfast tutte espresse. Personale motivato attento e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Vogliamo trovare un suggerimento? Magari non camera un pensile in più farebbe comodo

Hôtel sencillo, nuevo, decorado con gusto. Personal muy agradable y atentos. Lo recomendaría sin ninguna duda. Destacaría la azotea del hotel por sus vistas al castillo donde se sirve el desayuno. Daria un 10 al surtido de desayunos que ofrecen, todo buenísimo y de excelente calidad. un guiño especial a Adrian por su profesionalidad, sonrisa y amabilidad.

Una estancia muy agradable en el hotel, la habitación y el desayuno más que correctos y los empleados del hotel de "10" muy amables todos con mención especial para Oliver (recepción). La ubicación muy buena. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Ibiza, no dudaré en alojarme allí.

Nous avons passé 10 nuits à l’hôtel Core Town Hotel à Ibiza. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’accueil que nous avons reçu. L’hôtel est très bien placé à Eivissa : proche du port et de la vieille ville d’Ibiza. L’hôtel est récent donc très propre. Rien n’est à dire sur la qualité du service; les chambres sont propres ainsi que les espaces collectifs. Le rooftop permet de prendre un petit déjeuner dans un lieu agréable avec une vue sur le vieux Ibiza. Le personnel est quand à lui très sympathique, à l’écoute et au petit soin. Nous avons pu leur demander conseil sur les lieux à visiter, leur demander où nous pouvions louer une voiture, ainsi que les activités à faire. Nous nous sommes sentis bien durant l’intégralité de notre séjour. Un hôtel que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Centre of old town and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, we had one small issue with the room, which was resolved immediately and compensated for with free breakfast for the remainder of the week. We would stay here again.

The most inflexible and inhuman hotel I have ever dealt with. Despite having a health issue and requesting a modification to my booking made just the day before, they showed no consideration and refused to modify the reservation, causing me to lose all my money.

Had an honest-to-god lovely stay at Core Ibiza Town Hotel. From lovely decor, to the amazingly helpful and friendly staff (special shoutout to Oliver), not a single thing about our stay could have been better. The room is well-equipped with everything you need and gets cleaned daily. You have everything you need in there, including a solid A/C and rainshower. Location is gorgeous and honestly the best part of this hotel. Whether its going to Pacha at night or heading for a longer stroll through the Old Town, you’re right in the heart of it all. The staff truly isn’t afraid to go the extra mile. Things that seem small, still make that part of your stay a little bit more special. Whoever is running the place, you put a good team together;) Can only recommend. Would love nothing more than to come back sometime next year.

The hotel is in the ideal spot to explore the city on foot. In the center, a few meters from the port and next to the old town. His staff were the most helpful staff I encountered in Ibiza. I especially thank them for helping us with everything we needed and making us feel welcome in a new place for us!

Albergo nuovo in pieno centro a ibiza porto. Il design interno è moderno e molto curato. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Sono stato con la mia compagna e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Anche la colazione servita al tavolo è stata molto buona. Un plauso ad Oliver per la sua cortesia e professionalità. Nel complesso 5 stelle sia per lo staff che per l'hotel! Continuate cosi.

Posizione eccezionale, hotel nuovo e pulito, staff cordiale e disponile. Colazione con terrazzo un bel pregio. Un po’ troppo rumoroso, armadio davvero molto piccolo, e ci vorrebbe una convenzione per il parcheggio. In ogni caso si può migliorare, essendo un hotel giovane. Esperienza comunque positiva.

Loved this place! We went there from a 5 star which was not close to how great this 4 star hotel is! Highly recommend.

We were 2 friends staying at this hotel during our 5 days 4 nights stay in Ibiza. The hotel is quite new and it shows: It's clean and modern. We had a few problems with the bathroom during our stay, but this was sorted out fairly quickly and we were compensated for one night. It's a bit of a disappointment that the breakfast included in the price doesn't allow you to order what's on the menu, as there are only 3 possible options. Despite the misadventures, we still enjoyed our stay at the hotel, thanks to the responsive staff and the cleanliness! There's only room for improvement!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte essendo solamente di passaggio.|Hotel nuovissimo situato in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro città e il porto.|Camere ampie,pulite e silenziose.|Manca qualche dettaglio,es:ciabatte,portasciugamani.|Colazione alla carta ma di ottima qualità ,con possibilità di scelta ampia.|Non è presente la palestra in struttura.|In conclusione credo sia un buon hotel per chi si vuole recare a Ibiza e viversela all’insegna del comfort.

La habitación era muy acogedora y bien decorada, la cama muy cómoda. Estaba perfectamente insonorizada, y contaba con una tele enorme, con Smart TV, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de muestra cuenta de Netflix. La limpieza excelente. En el baño, la ducha tenía mucha presión. El personal destacó por su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar en todo momento.. La conexión WiFi era rápida y estable. El desayuno en la azotea con vistas espectaculares, ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones. Además, la ubicación era inmejorable, en pleno centro de la ciudad.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. Es un hotel nuevo en pleno centro de ibiza. A destacar el personal del hotel, y teniendo en cuenta que en ibiza tienen a personal estacional y cuesta encontrar a buenos profesionales. Nos trataron genial, tienen personal con muy buena actitud, profesional y amable. A destacar el servicio de Oliver que nos atendió estupendamente toda nuestra estancia y al personal del desayuno también. Lo recomiendo al 100%

We had a fantastic trip thanks to Beatriz! Beatriz was amazing, she went above and beyond the level of customer experience we expected, even at such a fine establishment. She was extremely helpful and really took time and initiative to make us feel at home. What an amazing experience, the rooms were clean and very newly renovated. The location was fantastic. All in all 5/5, again thanks to Beatriz, she is really such an amazing person ♥️

We had an exceptional stay at Core Hotel in Eivissa, Ibiza Town. The hotel is incredibly clean, with spotless rooms and common areas. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing some of the best sleep I've had in a while with an AC in the room. Despite its central location, the hotel was very quiet, allowing for complete relaxation but also ease of movement around the island. Additionally, finding parking for my rented car was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ibiza.

Positives - friendly staff, good location, clean rooms. One negative is that the hotel is unhelpful if you need them to do dry cleaning. They don't offer this service, which is surprising for a 4-star hotel.

We were 7 people that stayed for 2 nights (would stay longer next time!) in 4 rooms. Everything was perfection, from the booking, communication was quick and VERY HELPFUL. 2 pax of our friends arrived early and were booked in earlier (their luggage were stored safely before booking in). We arrived via ferry from Palma and on board the ferry I asked them to organize a transfer for us to the hotel, the ferry was 1,5 hours late but they accommodated us with ease. The booking in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful! |Our stay included breakfast and it was great food (fresh and well prepared - as the waitress said “the eggs were prepared with love”). The rooms were smallish but very comfortable and well designed! The hotel is very modern and new and architecturally well designed. ||Booking out was easy and they kept our luggage till our transfer that they organized for us. ||The only small negative comment (note to management) was that our room (302) the safe was not bolted into the wall and we did not gave a Nespresso coffee machine like all the other 3 rooms. I presume this room was not fully completed. This DID NOT SPOIL OUR STAY! |This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in Europe!

Faltou um pouco de cuidado no quarto. Não tinha uma cadeira, no dia que limparam o quarto tiraram e não recolocaram toalhas e nem edredom. Café da manhã ok para quem está com pressa é mais fácil. Ótima localização Recepção super atenciosa.

Sin duda, otra experiencia!!! Encantados y sorprendidos. Desayuno a otro nivel, trato cercano y familiar como en pocos hoteles.
