I have been stuck in a limbo with embassy and only Nicky from Ticket was able to help me and my family. What a super star and just most wonderful human... we lack this humanity in this day and age so much. I really recommend Nicky and Ticket agency to anybody who is willing to support English speaking small run business and good humans who work there. Thank you

My husband and I have always used Travel agents in London for our annual big trip, but since moving here we were on the lookout for one in Mallorca. After some recommendations, we went with this one. Unlike most other agents, if you pay the deposit, it doesn't lock in the price. We confirmed and put down a deposit in November, but in January, we were informed that the price had gone up by 800 euros (for hotels and tours). After some back-and-forth, they covered the expenses. But it is something to note, that the quoted price may not be your final price, unless you pay in full. The overall trip was okay. There were still a few issues, as my husband's name was incorrect on one of the flights, and we had to go to the airport early to get this fixed. (The agent did cover the price of the name change.) When we arrived in Vietnam at 5 a.m., there was no request for early check-in. So we had to wait in the lobby as nothing in the area was open at the time, and our room wasn't going to be ready until 12 noon. The rest of the trip didn't have issues. We are still on the lookout for our annual travel agent.

Ticket, in my opinion, is the number one travel agent. The staff have a lot experience in practically everything from booking a flight to a world tour.

After using TICKET travel agency for the first time, I will certainly not be using them again. Due to their inefficiency, my wife and myself arrived at Palma airport hoping to fly to Bilbao. Being told that only one of us could fly due to not having sufficient paperwork we were forced to buy a further return fare. With just forty minutes before boarding, I had no choice. Fortunately I had this money with me or else both fares would have been wasted along with our car hire cost at Bilbao and our Hotel cost for 5 nights. A considerable lot of money. On my return, I went to tell Ms. Roberts, the boss of TICKET travel agency who told me not to worry she will sort out the reimbursement that I was asking for. By the way, it was just the air fare of 288 euros. "I will call you within a couple of days." Well that call never ever came and after several calls from myself I was forced to go to the office to try and get this resolved. To my disgust Ms. Roberts was only willing to compensate 50%. This was enough for me to realize that she accepted the blame and in fact she did admit to that. I refused the 50% as I was insulted and only wanted the money that she caused me to pay extra at the airport. It is a principle thing. This trip was a wedding present, which she knew. Thank you for nothing Ms. Roberts
