Hemos estado alojados la familia en 2 apartamentos, ha sido una experiencia familiar muy buena. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable en todo momento. El desayuno bueno, aunque podría ser un poco más variado. La zona de la piscina muy bien tanto para los niños como para los adultos muy tranquilo para relajarse, animadores muy amables y siempre intentando cumplir los deseos de los niños. El personal del bar de la piscina muy amables. Personal de limpieza muy amables, igual que el personal de recepción. Gracias por estas vacaciones. Volveremos para el 2026.

Just got back from a 15 day stay at Holiday Center Santa Ponsa .|We meet Marga she was very kind and helpful with our our needs nothing was a bother always keen to help us in any why possible .Also Danila always kind and helpful |The self catering aparment was great all you need for a short stay .|Everything was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable .|There was no noise late at night and the view to the mountians was lovely.

Looks like old hotel, in webside are old photos, nice personal. Pool is very cold, so we and our son didin’t swim there and better was sea.

Me sorprendió gratamente lo bueno que era este alojamiento.. La zona de la piscina estaba limpia y la música del bar creaba un ambiente agradable y relajado. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La habitación era perfecta, tenía todo lo necesario. Una noche pedimos comida de nuestra habitación al bar de la piscina. Nos avisaron cuándo estaría lista para recoger. Nuestra habitación estaba cerca de la zona de ocio, así que podíamos verla, pero nunca fue demasiado ruidosa ni intrusiva. No dudaría en recomendarlo a cualquiera.

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y la cama era cómoda. El equipo de animación y el miniclub fueron fantásticos. El personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena, a un paso de la playa, cerca de todo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4, per 10gg. Appartamento sempre pulito, sistemazione camere a giorni alternati. Colazione internazionale di tutto rispetto. 10miniti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Santa Ponça. Ottima soluzione. Piscine sempre pulite e sistemate. Super consigliato

Thanks to the best service of everyone from the team including in the reception and in the restaurant and the life guard, the cleaning staffs and most of all to Milly and Pab who did their best service for the children! Thank you very much! The rooms are all very clean and the foods in the restaurant are tasty!

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement. Pour le reste, rien n’allait. Il faut monter quatre étages avec de grosses valises, sans aucune aide. En cas de pluie, si vous logez au 3ᵉ ou au 4ᵉ étage, vous aurez à peine mis un pied hors de votre chambre que vos chaussures seront déjà trempées : le palier et les escaliers se transforment littéralement en lac. Personne ne prend la peine d’essuyer l’eau pour éviter les accidents, ce qui est extrêmement dangereux. Quant au ménage, il est inexistant. À notre arrivée, on nous a indiqué qu’il serait fait un jour sur deux. Or, après trois jours, toujours rien. Nous avons dû demander à la réception que ce soit fait le lendemain, mais encore une fois, rien. Après avoir insisté une seconde fois, le ménage a enfin été « fait », mais cela se résumait simplement à changer les draps et les serviettes. Nous avons même trouvé des fourmis par terre. Très déçus. À fuir absolument.

La plage et les commerces sont accessibles à pied, et un grand supermarché se trouve à proximité. Seul petit bémol : le petit déjeuner pas très varié, mais on peut facilement compenser en s’organisant soi-même.

Ficamos por 11 noites neste hotel. Gostamos bastante por ser calmo e familiar. Nada de muito barulho e próximo ao mesmo tempo da praia e do centro da cidade. Da para ir andando a noite e voltar tranquilamente. A cozinha possui utensílios para refeições rápidas, casa de banho com bom duche. Algumas pessoas reclamaram das escadas para subir aos apartamentos com malas grandes é um pouco difícil mas consegue. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e acessíveis principalmente a senhora que fica no café da piscina.

Muito para relaxar staff ⁵ estrelas consegui entrar antes do meu check in que ajudou nos bastante na organização do dia.

Très bon hotel familial Emplacement idéal pres de la plage restaurants et commerce. Il existe un parking payant à l'hôtel mais nous avons pu trouver une place gratuite tous les jours aux alentours. Beaucoup de pu anglais aux alentours nous n'avons pas retrouvé l'ambiance espagnole. Très bon petit déjeuner varié. Personnel au top Mini club pour les enfants avec des animations tous les soirs. Ménage 1 jour sur 2 Bar et resto à la piscine si besoin 3 piscine adaptées aux enfants Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Il y a trois piscines, dont une réservée aux tout-petits. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du centre de Santa Ponsa. Le petit-déjeuner offre une grande variété de choix. La plage est accessible en seulement cinq minutes à pied. Le seul petit bémol est l'absence d'ascenseur, mais cela peut être une bonne occasion de faire un peu de sport

I really don't want to leave such a positive review as I'm afraid it's good reviews will make it even more popular and it might be difficult to rebook but credit where it's due. This is a fantastic complex and the staff really are their best asset. Pab and Millie are wonderful with the children and have remembered mine from previous visits. Bar staff, accomodation staff and reception are also friendly and efficient. The rooms have everything you need and it's location is perfect for access to the beach, bars and restaurants. See you again next year 🌞

Nice, clean apartments, great pool and friendly staff. Special thanks to Pab & Milley for the kids club & evening entertainments. Our 3 year old loved it and we had a good chuckle too! Had a great time with plenty to see and do in the area . Good bus service ices for visiting palma and neighbouring town/ beaches. Looking forward to returning next year!!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ed essendo arrivati nella notte,non abbiamo usufruito delle piscine e dei servizi vari,tipo animazione ecc. Per quanto riguarda la struttura è in un ottima posizione,centrale e vicino alla spiaggia principale di santa ponça.Struttura ristrutturata ,quindi nuova e ben tenuta. Stanze spaziose e pulite. Colazione abbastanza basica,ma personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Noi lo terremo in conto per una prossima vacanza sull isola e lo consigliamo caldamente,soprattutto per le famiglie

Rooms excellent,cleaned every 2nd day,pool and pool bar were very good and spotlessly maintained.All the staff were excellent and very friendly.Pab and Milly at the kids club did a great job keeping the kids entertained during the day at the kids club and in the evenings at the kids discos and all the different games.Our little man had such a great time here that he's gotten into bed on our last nite here crying because he doesn't want to leave Mallorca and go back home to Ireland.

Hotel was great, accomodation clean and modern .Pool area was spotless never struggled to get a sunbed.Could do with a few more sun brollies though.|Poole bar was nice had indoor and outdoor seating, prices for food and drink were very reasonable.|Didnt stay in for any of the entertainment so cant rate .|Lot of steps around the hotel if your not good with steps.|Location is good , about 10 mins from |Beach . Small supermarket nxt door or others a bit further down. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.|Thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would definately return .

Stayed for 10 nights bed and breakfast 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff were all lovely. Check in/ out was easy and no queues. Room was clean and comfortable with everything you need to cook and eat in if you want to. The sofa bed in the lounge pulls out in to 2 separate beds which is great if your kids aren't fond of sharing, only issue was no air con in the bedroom and it's unbearably hot, asked at reception for a fan but they do not have any so ended up with handheld ones perched on the bedside tables. Floors cleaned every other day and towels changed. Breakfast was good all cooked fresh, quite a few reviews suggesting it's repetitive which is true but there's so much choice so not an issue unless you're really picky. We ate lunch and dinner in the hotel once, not a massive menu but really nice and huge portions also the watermelon mojito was amazing! Watched the evening entertainment a couple of times which was good. My kids didn't go to the kids club but did join in with games in the pool which they enjoyed. No issues getting sun loungers at all. Location is great with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep but you wouldn't know it when in the hotel as you can't hear any noise. Beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away.

Nos quedamos con nuestro hijo de dos años y todo fue espectacular. Los apartamentos son hermosos y súper equipados. El trato del personal impecable, súper predispuestos. A la noche hay shows para los Pequeños que diafrutamos todos en familia. Muy cerca está la playa que tb es hermosa y se puede ir caminando. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos aquí!

Family summer holiday for 12 of us in 3 apartments. We arrived on a late flight but was greeted warmly and settled in quickly. The apartments are no frills but clean and comfortable with twin beds in the bedroom and a side bed and trundle in the living room- so 4 single beds. The beds are comfortable and bedding and towels are changed every other day. ||Apartments have a well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and two ring electric hob. Definitely enough to self-cater comfortably for a family. The living room has a TV, dining table and balcony. ||Amenities onsite include swimming pools, kids club, evening entertainment, laundrette,|WiFi, pool bar. ||If you don’t want to cook, there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars on the street and the buffet breakfast in the hotel is fantastic value for money. £11 for adults and £5.50 for under 16s- and there is a great selection to cater for all. ||A highlight of the stay is definitely the kids entertainers Milly and Pab. They’re the hardest working children’s entertainers in the biz! They run the kids club in the morning - 10:30 to 13:30 - and the evening entertainment from 19:30. All included in the stay. ||The entertainment each night is great- very varied and they have a different act each night. We saw a circus act, magic show, exotic animal show, karaoke. ||Definitely recommend this hotel for an affordable family holiday in Mallorca

About to leave a weeks break my partner and our two children aged 8 and 12. The hotel is amazing. Great spacious apartments, immaculate. Air conditioning is amazing. Pools are great and no sun bed wars plenty to go around. The staff are great, friendly and polite. We didn’t eat breakfast here but we ate in the evening and the food was fab. Great fresh cooked and really reasonably priced. The pizzas are amazing ! The entertainment is also very fun. The two entertainers are great, mini disco, kids games which were very fun and interactive then different shows each night, magician, circus acts and animal shows followed by karaoke. The hotel is next to a shop which isn’t very cheap but a short few minute walk to lots of great pubs, restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach. The square is around a 20 minute walk but don’t really even think you need to go there as there are loads of great places closer. We did the western water park which was 10 minutes in a taxi and was great the kids loved it. You can buy tickets online or at the desk and there’s a free bus although we chose to get a taxi it was around £13-£20. I really can’t say anything bad about our trip we have had a fab time great location. |Would recommend Boston obradys and Scott’s bar for food. Located around 2-3 mins away.

Beh che dire! Il punteggio assegnato recita tutto! Una vera chicca a Santa Ponca, con posizione strategica, vicino al mare, ai servizi, ad ogni tipo di supermercato e punto di ristoro. Ma parliamo dell' hotel: non peccano in nulla, dalle camere al servizio di colazione e di ristorazione serale. Ma la cosa più bella ed emozionante in assoluto è l' animazione gestita da Paolo e Milly. Perfetti in ogni singolo momento. Curano tutto alla meraviglia e creano un rapporto intenso con i bambini, che non vedono l' ora che si riproponga quell' ora della giornata, davvero delle persone stupende. Ci ritornerei sicuramente altre 1000 volte.

Nos sorprendió gratamente, los apartamentos estan muy bien, limpios y con todas las necesidades. Están reformados, las camas son muy cómodas, cada dos días pasan a limpiar y cambiar las toallas, las sábanas las cambian cada 4. Tiene 3 piscinas dos grandes, de maximo 1,40m de profundidad y una pequeña, los niños y los adultos pueden disfrutar de ellas. Hay bastantes hamacas, siempre encontrabas a la hora que llegarás. El buffet del desayuno esta muy bien, no es un mega buffet como otros hoteles, pero tiene muchas opciones, embutido, queso, fruta, huevos duros, plancha, revueltos, beicon, frutos secos, cereales, tortitas con mucha variedad de siropes… La ubicación es buena, esta en una calle que empiezan los bares musicales, pero no estan al lado, hay unos 100m hasta el primer bar, no se escucha ruido por la noche. Unos puntos negativos son: la balda de cristal de encima de la pica es muy incómoda para lavarse la cara y el parking solo caben 10 coches. Pero por la zona se consigue aparcar. La amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal es de 10.

Maids come in every 2nd day.|Not watched entertainment but it is same every night, magic show bingo and karaoke. |It’s got 2 pools which are both small and a small baby pool.|Never had a problem getting a sun lounger.|Pool bar service food and drink the food was 10/10 cooked fresh and always delicious. |Supermarket 1 minute walk from hotel which is reasonable priced. |Beach is about 5 minutes walk and is beautiful, sun loungers and umbrella for the 2 cost 20 euros 50 for day. There are loads of restaurants to eat at mcds and Burger King 2.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn't be more pleased. A huge shout out to Milly and Pab –the entertainment was incredible. With just two people, they managed to create such an engaging and high-energy atmosphere. One of our children is neurodiverse and initially found the shows overwhelming. On the first day, he was hiding behind the restaurant, unable to join in. But thanks to the team's gentle encouragement, humour, and patience, he gradually came out of his shell – and by the end of the week, he was the first one on the dance floor! That meant the world to us. The shows themselves were brilliant – the smaller venue actually made them feel more personal and inclusive, with everyone getting involved. We really hope to come back again soon!

No me gusto mucho, no tiene ascensor y nos toco un cuarto piso cargando maletas es bastante incomodo. No tiene jabon el baño solo para ducharte, las habitaciones son amplias eso si. Las camas son arenas movedizas deberian renovarlas. Las toallas te cobran 2 euros y una fianza. Lo mejor del hotel para mi los empleados.

Comfortabele kamer met woon- en eetkamer met slaapbank, kleine keuken met benodigheden en airconditioning. Geen aparte airconditioning in de slaapkamer. Ruime badkadkamer met douch. Uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijbuffet. Twee zwembaden geopend van 10-19 uur en strand, winkels en eetgelegenheid op loopafstand. Ook een leuke gameroom met midgetgolf in de straat. Hotel heeft 10 eigen parkeerplekken op reservering (beperkt) en anders (deels) betaald parkeren in de straat (druk). Het hotel is schoon en goed gelegen, een echte aanrader voor een gezin met jonge kinderen!

Hemos estado en Holiday Center Santa Ponsa y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La atención del personal es inmejorable: siempre cercanos, cordiales y con una sonrisa, lo que hace que se respire un ambiente muy agradable desde el primer momento. El hotel está siempre impecable, se nota que cuidan mucho la limpieza y los detalles. Sólo hay que ver la piscina, siempre limpia y segura para los más pequeños. Algo que nos ha encantado es su respeto por el medio ambiente, con iniciativas claras para fomentar el ahorro de agua y la sostenibilidad. Además, es un hotel muy familiar: valoran de verdad la estancia de los niños, con actividades pensadas para ellos en el Mini Club y espectáculos cada noche, variados, divertidos y para todas las edades. Sin duda, un lugar ideal para disfrutar en familia, con buena energía y un entorno cuidado. Es el segundo año consecutivo que venimos y seguro que volveremos.

Just returned from a 10-day stay at this hotel. So many good points—it really is a solid 3-star that feels more like a 4*. Location: Fantastic - close to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, only 6 mins from the beach. Far enough from the centre to avoid noise, but still near a Saturday market and a lovely church. Local highlights include Boston O’Brady’s, Gecko Pizza, Joho ice cream, and the beach-front market for wine and produce. Facilities: The hotel and pool areas were clean and well maintained. There are 3 pools; I preferred the smaller, deeper one as it felt cleaner. The cold pool was perfect in 35° heat. Some sunbeds are tired and reserving was an issue (people left towels out early despite rules), but we still managed to find good spots. Raised platforms by the pool are great for views and sun. Staff cleaned regularly. The pool bar was reasonable, with an app to order from. Staff varied - some friendly, others overstretched, especially evenings when table service was slow. Food was mixed: pizzas excellent (huge portions), nachos not great. We ate here a few evenings as it was convenient for entertainment. Entertainment: Kids’ club staff were fantastic, and our children loved them. The songs were repetitive but the kids didn’t mind. Evening shows varied and were fun, with highlights like the parrot and reptile shows. Kids’ karaoke was a great touch. Entertainment finished around 10:30pm which suited families. Breakfast: A good buffet - pancakes for the kids, cooked breakfast for adults. Best before 9am when food is fresh; later it gets busy and items run out. Outside seating is cooler than inside. Juices were overly sweet and one machine seemed dirty, which I reported but wasn’t fixed. If breakfast isn’t included it’s €11 adults / €5.50 kids. Rooms: Air-con was excellent and much needed. Rooms had a hob, microwave and pans; beds comfortable, though sofabed less so. Cleaned every other day. However, rooms are dated. Our first (ground floor) room was dark and dank, with a poor view, but we moved to a top floor room (135 steps, no lift!) with stunning views and bright high ceilings - much better. Bathrooms need updating, paint was peeling, and our air-con leaked. Storage is limited; more hooks or shelves would help. I requested an extra pillow but it never arrived. Other notes: Reception staff were helpful. Laundry facilities (€3) were useful. The bigger pool could be dirty at times, with hair in the water - so I stuck to the smaller pool. Some areas (pool walls, sunbeds) are tired and need refurbishing. Sunbed reserving wasn’t well enforced, which caused frustration. Overall: We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for families. With refreshed rooms, stricter sunbed rules, and more bar staff in the evenings, it could easily be a 5-star review. Despite small issues, we were sorry to leave and would happily return.

Habitaciones correctas. Limpias. Mobiliario desgastado. Personal cocina noche mejorable. No nos pudieron atender porque había cola de 1h30 min y cerraban cocina(22h). Horarios y publico objetivo mayoritario inglés. Recepción muy amable siempre y con soluciones. No creo que vuelva.

Fajny obiekt dla rodzin z dziećmi, dwa baseny i brodzik, kids klub, małe boisko i placyk zabaw, przyjemna muzyka przy basenie, wieczorne animacje codziennie coś innego, spokój o 22:30/23:00. Restauracja śniadaniowa- możliwość kupienia śniadań (11 euro i 5,5 dziecko) na miejscu (jak to na śniadaniach bufetowych- wszystko jest, ale nie ma szału), plus za owoce i orzechy, minus za warzywa (tylko pomidory) oraz bardzo słaba kawa (automat), pool bar z przekąskami, daniami głównymi, napojami, kawą, lodami itp., . Dobrze wyposażony apartament, możliwość gotowania posiłków, dobrze wyciszony. Sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników w cenie. Na plus możliwość wypożyczenia sprzętu na plażę- parasolka, zabawki do piasku, akcesoria do wody. Plus za pilnowanie porządku z leżakami- do 9 rano brak opcji zostawienia ręcznika i wyjście na śniadanie czy poza hotel (chodzi Pan i składa ręczniki! Jak wiadomo każdy system można złamać.. emisariusz rodziny brytyjskiej… leży i pilnuje swojego terenu, kiedy reszta dogorywa po wieczornych wypadach..;) Pani Marta z recepcji jak i reszta załogi bardzo pomocna. Komunikacyjnie z lotniskiem bardzo dobrze: bezpośredni autobus z i na lotnisko, blisko do Palmy, możliwość dojechani do pobliskich miejscowości. Pamiętaj za określaną kwotę nie można mieć wszystkiego…:)

Just returned from a short break with my young son. Brilliant family friendly hotel a 5-10 min walk from the beach. Our self catering apartment was fairly basic but modern with plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen area, nice bathroom and balcony overlooking the local sports facilities and views to the sea. There's a Spar next door to stock up on anything aswell. The whole complex is well maintained, spotlessly clean and serves a good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice which was included in the price. The pool snack bar serves a limited menu but is freshly cooked, good quality and very reasonably priced. Evening entertainment for the kids is laid on, with something different every night. The pool area is great with large seperate kids and adult pools. The only thing I would suggest is more umberellas as it got red hot in the afternoon and there weren't enough for everyone. Friendly helpful staff made this a very pleasant stay that i would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, quiet but just minutes from the centre and the beach. Well appointed apartment, with a full kitchen including a kettle and toaster. Reception staff were helpful and considerate I would definitely recommend Apartamentos Holiday Center for your trip to Santa Ponsa

3 nuits en famille dans ce complexe hôtelier. Bon emplacement proche de la mer dans un quartier plutôt ´anglais ‘ pub à proximité et supérette. Belles piscines et équipements. Possibilité de manger au snack, nourriture moyenne, plutôt snack, a des prix abordables. Hôtel très familiale, bonne ambiance. Quelques animations le soir: juste ce qu’il faut pour les enfants Petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Petit point à savoir : il y a beaucoup d escaliers.

I can't fault this place, rooms basic but couldn't have ask for more. The kids entertainment was the highlight. Pab and Billy are brilliant with the kids and made every night brilliant. I would stay here again. Brilliant hoilday. Perfect location. If you have kids dont hesitate to book!

Having a vague memory of staying here as a child (about 12 year ago), I looked at the reviews and thought Id try it again, but this time with my own family. ||Check in was simple, the room was immaculate and we all found the beds comfy. The room was cleaned every 2 days. We booked on their website, so we got breakfast which was fresh and there was something for everyone. The pool area was clean. Food at the snack bar was delicious (you can eat here on a night until 9:30pm, which is good if you want to watch the entertainment). Entertainment was great and kids loved the karaoke! This hotel is fantastic value for money, and only 5 minutes to the beach and even closer to restaurants and bars. Check out was simple too. We also hired a Padel board for €25 for 4 hours which the kids loved!||Tip - you can leave towels on the sunbed after 9am, we found the best spot above the pool where we had a lot more space. Some sun beds were quite close together but there was much more space up there. Picture attached. ||Thank you Holiday Center for a fantastic family holiday. We are going to return next year 😁

Nos quedamos 5 amigas en los apartamentos y nos ha alucinado. En cuanto a los apartamentos todo limpísimo, con las cosas básicas necesarias en la cocinita que hay, las camas nos han parecido comodisimas, hay sofá cama es igual de cómodo que las de la habitación, y nuestra parte favorita de la habitación la terraza, las vistas del atardecer eran preciosas😍 daba a la piscina pero teníamos privacidad también. Las piscinas también fue algo que nos gustó muchísimo, y nos sorprendió que el agua estaba fresquita a pesar de haber pasado todo el día, un ambiente muy familiar y tranquilo. En cuanto a los trabajadores, un 10 cada uno de ellos, transmitían felicidad y ganas de servir a los clientes. Tanto los de recepción, como los del buffet, como los de limpieza…. Una maravilla Tambien hay actividades por la tarde/noche que nos pareció buenísima idea por si algún día no sabes muy bien que plan hacer. Actividades como por ejemplo karaoke, estuvimos a punto de ir jajaja Y el buffet….queriamos probarlo todo!!!!!! Porque cada cosa que probábamos nos gustaba más (recomendamos las pancakes). En resumen, lo recomendamos al 100% por su comodidad, el trato y la calidad.

Los apartamentos son muy amplios, está todo impecable, las ubicación perfecta y el servicio excelente. La zona de la piscina es bastante grande. El buffet del desayuno muy completo y todo riquísimo.

We stayed here for 8 days and just returned home today. What a place. Location is amazing. Just right bang at the strip. Plenty of bars, restaurants. Little tip to book hotel direct and get the free breakfast. Breakfast was lovely every morning, mixture of everything to suit all needs. The apartments are good sized with the best air conditioning ever. All Staff are amazing and so so Friendly. Another tip , if you want to reserve sunbeds be4 9am, you need to stay at them otherwise the pool guy will remove the towels, which can cause arguments if other families happen to put towels down and you come back and yours is gone. It's the rule no reserving be4 9 but you CAN if you stay on them. We did this every morning and others also, was absolutely no issues in doing so, once we stayed at them. Big massive shout out to the lady at reception today 26th July who located our missing suitcase while we were at the airport and rang a taxi for us to get the suit case to us be4 we checked in. Really appreciated it. Nearly had heart failure but all was sorted thanks to that lovely lady. Also another tip, check a million times you don't leave suit case behind 🤣🙈. Super holiday and will definitely be back

We chose this hotel because of its family friendly nature and it was good in that sense. My main issues to put only 3 stars were the rooms. The kids had fun, they have a miniclub where you can drop them for a few hours and they do activities with an animator.

Hotel perfecto como punto de partida, para conocer la isla. Santa Ponsa está muy bien ubicado, zona de ocio y playa cercana. Gran oferta en restauración. El hotel muy tranquilo y familiar, limpio y con apartamentos espaciosos y con cocina, tienen servicio de lavandería. El desayuno decente y completo. La piscina poco profunda, pero aceptable. Lo peor, sin ser trágico, los colchones, un poco castigados y el parking, muy limitado en plazas, pero sin ser un quebranto ya que hay aparcamiento público alrededor. El servicio excelente, amables y cariñosos, mención especial a Marga, ha sido un placer conocerla, de gran ayuda demostrando una gran profesionalidad y un trato muy cercano. No dudaría en reservar en este hotel si decidiéramos volver a Mallorca.

Nagyon szép hotel, tágas, felújított apartmanokkal. Lift nincs, 3. laktunk, de nekünk jó volt, mert nem tologatták a fölöttünk lakók a bútorokat. Csendes helyen, közel a strand, az éttermek, a központ, a buszállomás.Kedvesek a recepciósok. Jó légkondi és wifi. Csodás volt minden, örülünk, hogy rátaláltunk erre a kiváló helyre. Very nice hotel, with spacious, renovated apartments. There is no elevator, we lived on the 3rd floor, but it was good for us because the people living above us didn't push the furniture. Quiet location, close to the beach, restaurants, the center, the bus station. The receptionists are friendly. Good air conditioning and wifi. Everything was wonderful, we are glad that we found this excellent place.

Nos alojamos en Holiday Center Santa Ponsa y nos encantó. Es un lugar perfecto para ir en familia: las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, reformadas y totalmente equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El desayuno fue exquisito, con opciones variadas y de buena calidad. El restaurante es pequeño, pero tiene lo suficiente para disfrutar sin complicaciones. Además, está muy cerca de la playa, lo que lo hace aún más cómodo si vas con niños o simplemente quieres relajarte al sol. El ambiente es tranquilo, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y el personal fue muy amable en todo momento en especial la recepcionista Martha y la otra chica que nos ha atendido (no recuerdo el nombre) ¡Sin duda repetiremos!

Elle est complètement sous dimensionnée.🥵 👎🏻Pas beaucoup d'isolation phonique entre les chambres 👎🏻Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. Pas de réels produits de qualité. 👎🏻Pas de parking pour se garer. Le parking se fait dans la rue à plusieurs centaines de mètres de l'hôtel. Le quartier est très dense.

Vi havde en rigtig god uge på hotellet, og det oversteg vores forventninger til hvad vi troede var et "lille og simpelt hotel". Pæne lejligheder, god rengøring både der og generelt på hotellet. Fornuftig morgenmadsbuffet, venligt personale alle steder. Lille butik lige udenfor døren, og et par restauranter lidt nede af vejen - desværre "britiske" som ikke lige var det vi kom til Mallorca for. |Poolområdet fungerede rigtig godt, med tre pools til hver deres formål. Positivt at se personale fjerne håndklæder som var lagt ud før det var tilladt (det må gøres én time før poolen åbner). |Men det allerbedste ved vores ophold var simpelthen Pab og Milli som gjorde det helt vildt godt med deres børneunderholdning! Altid så gode med børnene, og aftenens mini disco var en fest som vores søn på fire elskede. Derudover kommer der meget forskellig underholdning udefra, som tryllekunstnere, akrobater, papegøjeshow osv. som også tryllebandt de små der opfordres til at trække stole helt op foran scenen. Det er sikkert ikke lige så stort og omfattende som på større hoteller, men det passede helt perfekt ind i hotellets rammer, og alle børn smilede og grinte hver aften.

Vi är otroligt glada att vi valde just det här hotellet. Allt var toppen! Rymliga lägenheter, bra städning, väl fungerande AC. Personalen var mycket serviceminded och tillmötesgående. Ett särskilt tack till receptionisten Marta ❤️ Vi åt frukost på hotellet och den var mycket god. Det fanns också en poolbar med mycket bra öppettider, vi provade flera olika rätter och allt var bra och inte dyrt. Hotellet har två stora pooler och en rolig plaskdamm för de minsta. Poolerna var mycket rena och vi hittade alltid lediga solstolar trots att hotellet var fullsatt, fantastiskt! Hotellet har receptionen öppen 24 timmar och det finns en badvakt under poolernas öppettider. Vi kände oss mycket trygga. Läget är perfekt, det finns flera matbutiker, apotek och restauranger mycket nära och det bara 5 min till stranden. Stranden är mycket barnvänlig och vill man hyra två solstolar med parasoll så kostar det 19,5 euros/dag. Santa Ponsa är en trevlig stad, ca 20 min med bil från Palma. Vi reste i högsäsong i slutet på juni och hade 30-34 grader och runt 26 grader på nätterna. Det enda minus var att hotellet ligger mitt i det irländska kvarteret, mycket berusade britter.. Men hotellet var väldigt lugnt på kvällstid tack och lov.

Brilliant place for families, rooms are good and everything you need for self catering, Mini club was brilliant along with evening entertainment, Pab and Millie are worth their weight in gold. Pool was warm and my kids liked the water polo. Food was good and priced very well.

We are just home from a brilliant stay here at the Holiday Center. The food and overall service was great and a special mention to Pab & Milly from the kids club who are amazing at their jobs. We will definitely be back.

Somos de Mallorca, hemos tenido que coger para una noche y a sido una muy buena eleccion, en la recepcion al llegar grata sorpresa que me atendieron en mallorquin, habitacion comoda, las chicas del bar de la piscina fantasticas y muy amables ha sido un placer poder estar alli.

Luogo incantevole perfetto con i bambini, animazione anche in italiano, spazi ben curati, tre piscine parcheggio Interno a pagamento.

There were potato chips in the floor still and the trash in the toilet was full from previous guests at arrival. Otherwise, nice rooms and pool area. More food options at the restaurant would be nice throughout the evening also. Receptionist was super rude and not very polite.

2o año seguido que vamos y probablemente habra un tercero. Muy buena ubicacion, piscina fantastica, este año ademas han quitado una zona de jardin inutilizada y han hecho una segunda piscina. Tanto el desayuno como la cena, muy bien. La animacion para los niños es muy correcta, ellos se lo pasan bien y al final es lo que importa.

Es un aparthotel muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario. El personal simpático y agradable, el desayuno más que correcto. Apto para niños, pero tambien para viaje en pareja.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, all truly enjoyed it , friendly staff, spotless room and pool area, bar food really good and reasonable priced. Big shout out to Milly and Pab also in kids club they are so kind to all the children my son and sisters son age 8 and 9 loved it. Great time at these apartments 🥰

No lo recomiendo. Hemos estado 5 días y no nos ha limpiado el apartamento en ningún momento, las camas una porquería, colchones finos, sin protecion en los colchones, almohadas como papel de finas y para colmo nos alojamos dos adultos y dos niños y el sofá que en teoría se hacia cama no era así,tiene una cama supletoria que se saca de abajo y la otra cama es la misma estructura del sofá que esta encima de una tabla, muy mal la verdad. El desayuno poco variado y excasi. Y si vas con niños no hay ascensor hasta las habitaciones, solo escaleras.

Todo genial. Marga de recepción es un encanto,tiene una paciencia infinita y nos ayudó muchísimo. Muy recomendable para todo tipo de viajes, nosotros lo hicimos con nuestros hijos de 9 y 11 años. Todo perfecto y económico.

Inga ryska turister under vår vistelse, vilket vi uppskattade.||Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam, alltid med ett leende och en vilja att göra vistelsen så bra som möjligt.||Vårt rum låg mestadels i skugga, vilket var perfekt i slutet av maj – vi behövde aldrig använda luftkonditioneringen. This is the 2nd time we've visited and we love it. The location is excellent, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There's a large supermarket also only a 10 mins walk. The rooms are clean, comfortable with everything you'd need (Aircon, WiFi). Santa Ponsa is lovely, nice beach good restaurants. Special mention to Pab and Milly the children's entertainers. Everyday there's a kids club with crafts, face painting etc. In the evening Pab and Milly get the kids singing and dancing. It's a really nice atmosphere. We'll definitely be back as it's one of our favourite holidays.

Wir wurden an unserem Anreisetag von einer sehr netten Dame empfangen die uns alles erklärt hatte und auf meine Fragen tolle Tipps hatte. Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick okay, ( 3. Stock - kein Aufzug, keine Behindertengerechten Auf/Abgänge,was für uns jetzt keine Rolle spielte, aber es waren auch einige Ältere Leute da). Im Laufe des Tages viel uns doch einiges auf. 1.Die Tür im Bad ging nur mit richtig Druck ganz auf (Fliese leicht erhöht) und diese stand dann direkt am Klo an, also Platz ist da eher Mangelware. 2. Das Waschbecken war viel zu schmal, sodass man alles verspritze, wenn man das Gesicht waschen wollte und auch ziemlich weit unten befand. 3. Von den Matratzen gar nicht zu sprechen. Diese sind so durchgelegen und teilweise aufgerissen, dass man sich wieder auf die eigene zu Hause freut... Das Couchbett- sorry, unmöglich, da kann man direkt auf die Holzlatten liegen. 4. Die Decken - teilweise schmutzig und Ohne Deckenbezug. 5. Besteck, gerade nur soviel wie wir waren, 3 Stück. 1 Geschirrtuch - sehr unhygienisch für eine ganze Woche. 6. Der Reinigungsservice war jetzt auch nicht sonderlich gründlich, immerhin gab es jeden 2. Tag neue Hand/Duschtücher. 7.Im Kühlschrank war ein Fach abgerissen, dies hätte ausgebessert werden können. 8. Die Pools sind sehr kalt gewesen, dass man sich kaum rein bewegt hat. 9. Das Frühstück ist bis auf das wechselnde Obst jeden Tag das gleich und sehr englisch lastig,sowie 90 Prozent der Gäste hier. Was positiv zu Bewerten ist: 1. sind Milly und Pab, welche jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln den Kindern begegnen und sich Mühe geben. 2. Der Standort ist relativ nah zum Strand sowie Kneipen und Lokalen 3.das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück Fazit: war okay, wir hatten, dank einer netten Familie, die wir hier am 1. Tag kennengelernt hatte eine schönen Urlaub, aber wir kommen nicht wieder. Man sollte sich dringend darum kümmern,die Zimmer neu zu renovieren/gestalten.

Lo hemos elegido porque entraba en un pack con el viaje desde Valencia en barco . En esta época del año ha sido una buena elección, no está saturado y si hace calor la piscina está abierta . El desayuno buffet muy completo y de los pocos que he visto con zona específica sin gluten

Los apartamentos están correctos, el personal es muy amable, la ubicación está bien, porque está cerca de los locales pero es bastante tranquilo. Lo malo, malísimo el aparcamiento

Happy with this hotel for the price it was for. The rooms were clean with all basic facility. There is communal washer/drier available too which is a plus. The breakfast could have bit better, but still was enough to start a day. A big Parking lot 400 m away. Thanks so much

Il personale è andato oltre le nostre aspettative per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. Ottima posizione. Le stanze belle e confortevoli e con una vista meravigliosa sulle piscine e sui campi da tennis e ad accoglierci un bel cesto ricco di frutta, bibite e caramelle per i più piccini. |Non parliamo della strepitosa scelta a colazione , da leccarsi i baffi.|Che dire un eccellente servizio clienti. Just back from a brilliant week staying at the Holiday Centre, Santa Ponsa. The staff are all friendly and really helpful. The food is good, the entertainment is fantastic. The location is perfect as everything you need is in walking distance. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Really nice apts and pools , hotel pool bar is lovely better than usual ones. Bars restaurants begin outside hotel. Beach beautiful, 4 mins walk Staff very helpful. Well maintained hotel. Ask for low floor if walking difficulties as steps up to rooms.

Não voltaremos. Dois dias mal dormidos as camas sao horríveis e pequeno almoço também é muito mau, preferimos ir pagar novamente e comer fora de lá. Quartos muito velhos e com muita sujidade.

I can recommend! Low cost this time=high quality! Everything what we needed! Good location-The Holiday Center is only 20 mins from airport so it's great area if you're planning to see many places in Mallorca,rooms are very clean and well equipped(living room with kitchen-sink,fridge,cooker),and personel is friendly and helpful! Daily breakfast ,near reception 8-11. It's a car park in hotel(additional payment) or free(next street),there's also bar(you'll have a free welcome drink-you can grab a beer or juice). The view from the terrace is beautiful! I am happy about my choice as I have here everything what I expexted!

Been coming to The Holiday Centre for many years now, it's our second home. Absolutely beautiful place and have even got family and friends coming here now. 👌

We were happy with the location as you're based on one of the main roads which has plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants and is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. We felt like the room they put us in didn't have anyone in it for at least a few weeks as there was a smell in there, the air con smelled when we turned it on and the floors felt dusty. The furniture was dilapidated, worn etc. There was no power outlet near the tv so we couldn't use any external devices such as a fire stick. The room cleaning was every 2 days which is fine, and the service was good if you had an issue they tend to sort it on the sooner side. We were only disappointed that they couldn't move us to a room closer to other members in our party (8 of us across 3 rooms). We were on the other side of the hotel compared to them. The pool is big enough and there were enough loungers. And the poolside bar was average/good for food and drink. Children's entertainment each night was better than average

Prima kamer, qua grootte voldoende voor 2 volwassenen en een jong kind/baby. Grote douche en om de dag schoonmaak en wanneer gewenst schone handdoeken. Keuken waar je simpele gerechten kunt maken (wel met geduld, het duurt lang voor het water kookt). Bed was okee, had iets comfortabeler gekund en het bed in de keuken is alleen geschikt voor een kind Zwembad met lifeguard en net genoeg bedden (in hoogseizoen denk ik niet), maar veel bedjes zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Leuk kinderbadje erbij en een poolbar, waarvan de keuken wel al om 14.30 sluit wat jammer is. Restaurant is alleen open voor ontbijt. Entertainment puur gericht op de kinderen. Verder is het erg gericht op Britten, vooral Ieren. Zij zijn in grote getalen en luidruchtig aanwezig en reserveren al vroeg de bedjes bij het zwembad (wordt vanuit het hotel niks aan gedaan). Al met al een prima verblijf gehad. Prijs wel aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt

Never been to Mallorca before, and after this 10night stay, I'd go back for sure! The hotel/ apartments are very clean, air-conditioning too, pools large and clean, foods is good and well prices, the staff were and are great, very friendly and polite. We had an issue with the air conditioner and it was fixed immediately....amazing location too, a quick walk to everything you could need or want, and it was very quiet at night, even though the main bars are quite close ....win win

Ha sido un gran trato, todos los trabajadores muy simpáticos pero tengo que hacer mención a Marga!!!somos las dos familias de Sevilla, de la 408 y 407 que no nos hemos podido despedir, muchísimas gracias por todo el gran trato, nos has ayudado, no me han atendido tan bien en ningún hotel. Volveremos!!!!! La ubicación perfecta, las calas más conocidas están a 1 hora, pero las de alrededor son preciosas y aunque estés las demás a 1 hora no pesa nada la hora. Excelente! Hemos una semana y se nos fue volando. Desde que entramos hasta que nos fuimos todo el personal que nos atendió fenomenal. La animación para niños y adultos espectacular a mano de Pab. Felicidades

Let s start with the positives: great location, close to the beach and the center. Great swimming pool, good food at the restaurant and nice entertaning show each evening. Now for the negatives: the rooms need serious improvements, this is not a room for more than 1000eur, even for Mallorca and is not my first time here. The furniture is old, rusty, the closet door is not functional and the shower is scary (see the picture).

Lovely apartment. all the hotel was nice and family friendly. Breakfast was good. friendly and helpful staff. Definitely I would go back.

Rooms were very nice and spacious, Reception staff also very friendly and helpful, unfortunately the restaurant staff aren’t friendly, they take over an hour to bring your food often forgetting about it, when you ask them about it they pretend they don’t speak English, and they get very cheeky, It says a lot of facilities for children but there is not, a swing set and a slide is all that’s available and a lot of misleading features the website doesn’t mention, Entertainment was very short but still enjoyable for the most part, Location is 5 minutes from the main strip and 10 minutes from the beach, For the price we paid I wouldn’t be returning here and advise somewhere else as I’ve stayed in many nicer hotels in Santa Ponsa

Preiswertes Familienhotel, leider viel zu teuer im August! War eine totale Enttäuschung.wir sind mit. 2 Kindern gereist, die Kinder mussten auf einer sehr alten klapprigen Couch schlafen. Nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, keine im Schlafzimmer! Man konnte preiswert unter 10 Euro frühstücken , aber keinen Kaffee einzeln kaufen. Für 13Tage mussten wir fast 3000 Euro zahlen was für diesen Ort und diese Leistung definitiv viel zu teuer war. Auch im August. Ich wünsche den Betreibern viel Erfolg 🍀👍 aber zu empfehlen ist dieses Hotel nicht.

PAB is the best entertainer in the world! Service from all staff was excellent and our kids had a fabulous time in the pool, at kid's club and at evening shows.

Tolles saubers Hotel, mit super freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Personal, Zimmer modern hätte wirklich mehr Sterne verdient. Super Frühstück. Wir sind dort leider nur für eine Nacht untergebracht gewesen als Ausweichhotel. Wären gerne länger geblieben, war laut unserem Reiseveranstalter nicht möglich. Den nächsten Urlaub verbringen wir garantiert ganz dort.

Estuvimos una semana , el sitio muy bueno, el Hotel bastante dejaba de desear, la limpieza escasa, casi nula , el baño lo limpiaron solo al entrar y listo, sábanas y toallas un día si y otro no, pero limpieza nada . No tiene ascensor para llegar a las habitaciones, en las habitaciones solo contaban con un aire , la habitación un horno , el lavabo muy incómodo , al lavarte la cara te pegabas con el cristal para apoyar los utensilios, en la cocina no funcionaba casi nada .El buffet escaso. La piscina muy pocas hamacas. Un aparthotel para no ir con niños por los escalones ni adaptado .

No intentéis coger una hamaca,antes de la hora estan todas las de las sombrillas con la toalla sin estar la persona(aún avisando el hotel cuando entras que te dice lo que no se puede hacer,no lo controlan) y el tema de zona azul,no esta pintada pero lo es,el hotel se quejó al Ayuntamiento pero la multa me la llevé yo...

Great place for the price. We are just back from a week here, apartments very clean and cleaners come every second day and do beds, change towels and mop etc. It's close to all shops,bars, restraunts just a 2 min walk but just outside enough to be away from noise. Staff are amazing and very helpful and nothing is too much for them, food is nice and entertainment at night is decent for kids and keeps them amused. Pool is great for kids just the right depth wher you don't need to panic and deepest it goes is to an adults shoulders. All round a great hotel and would definitely recommend

La verdad, este sitio me sorprendió bastante, el buffet muy bueno, la de recepción muy maja. La única pega que tengo es que la habitación era un poquito pequeña, solo era 1 habitación de 2 camas, un sofá-cama que debajo tiene una cama, una mesa para comer, una cocina pequeña con nevera pequeña y el baño. Pero bastante bien. 4/5 estrellas. 👍👍

Enjoyed my stay here last year. Our apartment was spacious & clean. We were on the 3rd floor & there isn't a lift, not a problem, if you're fit. Had great entertainment on whilst we were there. Brilliant location just a short walk to the nearest bars/restaurants. Would stay here again 😊

Buen sitio para pasar unos días en familia en Santa Ponsa. Buen servicio, playa y ambiente o tranquilidad en la zona. Animación genial para los niños. Nos ha gustado mucho estar en estos apartamentos y la zona. Limpieza excelente.

Die Anlage ist schön doch die Zimmer/Apartments sind absolut unter aller sau. Pfannen dreckig, keine Ausstattung vom Besteck ist wenig vorhanden. Nach einer Nacht auf der ausziebaren Couch kann man direkt zum Osteoparten gehen. Die Matratze ist super dünn und unaushaltbar. Die Mitmenschen im Hotel sind auch nicht freundlich. Dort wird man runter gemacht wenn man sich kratzt. Die Mitarbeiter sind ganz nett doch der Rest geht wirklich garnicht. Wir werden nicht mehr wieder kommen und das Hotel auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und bemüht. Aber die Anlage hat die besten Tage nicht einfach nur hinter sich, sondern meilenweit hinter sich. Die Zimmer/Apartements wurden mit geringsten Mitteln und unterster Qualität renoviert. Die Küchenausstattung ist spartanisch und teilweise nicht benutzbar. Die Anlage ist nett und die Grundkonzeption sicher gut gedacht, aber einfach fürchterlich abgewohnt. Barrierefreiheit ist ein Fremdwort .. Das ist quasi nicht vorhanden.|Mitbewohner kommen fast ausschließlich von der Insel (England und Irland) und beheben jedes Klischee.|Es gibt soviel schöne Unterkünfte auf Mallorca, aber dieses Hotel gehört nicht dazu. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder und sprechen deutlich KEINE Empfehlung aus.

Estupendo complejo para familias con niños, buenos apartamentos, buena piscina, entretenimiento infantil y personal amable y cortés. Muy cerca de bares, restaurates, tiendas y playa. Correcta combinación calidad-precio

The staff go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay, nothing is too much trouble. It's clean, great location and very nice. We had fairly low expectations given the budget price, but very pleasantly surprised. A short walk (<5mins) to bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. The pull out bed wasn't very comfortable but mentioned to reception and they brought a better mattress within minutes. Would happily come back (and suspect we will).

Decent location, close to bars and restaurants but far enough not to hear those at night. A walk to the sea is about 10 minutes and not that bad. The rooms are a bit outdated, the sleeping sofa is pretty poor, electronics are connected rather by creativity than by thought. The breakfast buffet is good.

L’hôtel est à une vingtaine de mins de l’aéroport, tout proche de la plage, propre, les appartements spacieux et bien équipés et le personnel accueillant. La piscine est un vrai plus même si rapidement bondée ( à faire plutôt l’après midi / fin d’après-midi).|La rue attenante à l’hôtel par contre regorge de bars anglais bruyants et peu attrayants pour des vacances sur une île espagnole et il en va de même pour la plage de Santa Ponça , plus un lieu de fête que de villégiature en famille. Par contre à qqs 10/15mins en voiture les plages de portals vells et portals nous sont de vraies pépites bien plus authentiques et naturelles. D’autres très belles plages à 50 mins de route. La location d’une voiture est essentielle pour découvrir ces lieux même s’il n’y a pas de parking à l’hôtel (mais on a trouvé en pleine saison des places gratuites à qqs minutes à pied.

For lite sol senger rundt bassenget! AC var på stuen og man kunne ikke regulere den. Selv om vi hadde døren til soverommet oppe så hadde den AC null effekt ! Renhold 2.hver dag men vasker ikke opp! Måtte og gå i resepsjonen 2 ganger for og få mer dorull. De som jobbet i hotell baren var lite smilende og flere ganger stod de og pratet selv om de så at jeg stod der og ventet på og bestille noe. Skulle man ha is noe vi ofte skulle ha pga barn så måtte de ( de som jobbet der) være med bort til der isen var ( oppi en boks) så måtte vi peke på ka is vi skulle ha så måtte de låse opp og ta den isen. Var veldig styrete! Hånkle mafiaen levde i beste vellgående så kom man med bassenget kl 10 så var d fult! Da lå det hånker på alle solsenger og ingen folk der. We stayed for 7 days 6 nights. It was quite good but i expacted better. The beds aren't comfy, the room is small, and at least it has a great view from the balcony. The liferguard was usually of duty, that was weird because it's the pool you always got to have an eye on you're kids, but what if you want you tan you can't tan in peace because you always have to watch others. A lifeguard should always be on duty

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo residence la prima settimana di luglio, ottima posizione , c'è animazione per i piccoli ospiti e una piscina. Un giorno si e uno no chiamo lenzuola e riordinano la camera . Sono appartamenti composti da una camera e una cucinetta e il bagno spazioso. Possibilità di fare colazione sia dolce che salato. C'è anche una lavanderia all'interno. Davanti al residence un centro sportivo con almeno 8 campi da tennis in terra, per gli amanti del tennis portate scarpe e racchette! Vicinissimo al mare, si raggiunge a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile .

A la encantadora Magda en la recepción y a cada trabajador que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera tan placentera y cómoda. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y la comida era deliciosa. Rooms and balcony are quite nice, but the beds are awful! Breakfast I would not recommend in terms of quality and variety. Pool area is nice. Location is nice (quite but still at the Beach and Centre within 10 minutes walk.

Lovely , spacious apartments , would defo rcomend , had to walk 5 flights off stairs to our room but well worth it for the views where brill, all rooms where well spacious & airey , the air con was a dream , every thing catered for needs for self catering kettke, microwave ,fridge, Hairdryer . Maids came every other day changed towels & put in loo roles & changed bed so on , reception staff where great , helpful & pleasent , location , little walk down slight hill brings u to pubs restraunts & crazy golf , the square is about a 30 min walk which has a few restraunts & bars , which i liked as i could get a pint off Carling! loooovely. But yea over all very nice apartments in a lively lovely town in Sant Ponsa would defo go back 😎🇬🇧🍺🤙

Cómodos apartamentos con una buena distribución y equipamiento. Baños de estilo moderno con una buena ducha. El desayuno tipo buffet bueno, sin grandes florituras. Con bar en la piscina, perfecto para comer allí sin abandonar la piscina. Las pegas: Piscina masificada. El 90% de la clientela es del Reino Unido (con lo que ello conlleva) A las 8 de la mañana empiezan a reservar con toallas las hamacas de la piscina. Como no espabiles te quedas sin ellas. Zona totalmente preparada para ellos. Bebida barata, pubs y desenfreno. Si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas para desconectar, éste no es tu sitio. Personal muy amable y profesional. Si quieres la caja del armario tienes que pagar por ella.

Nice spacious apartments with kitchen, bar, good breakfast children menu included, animation for children, pool, close to the sea beach. We spent lovely days here, and hope to come back. Really good value for reasonable money.

Il posto posso giudicarlo carino

Estuvimos allí por segunda vez y nos encantaría volver. Unas vacaciones ideales para familias con niños. Todo el personal muy amable y profesional pero tengo que destacar a Pablo. Pablo (Pab) trabaja aquí como animador. Durante el día crea actividades con niños y por la noche crea o ayuda a crear un programa de animación para todos los clientes del hotel. Es una persona maravillosa que crea un ambiente muy agradable en el hotel. A nuestros hijos (Carla y Adam) les gustó tanto que la niña quiso volver aquí como regalo de cumpleaños y dijo que quería ir al hotel de Pablo. Recomendamos encarecidamente el hotel y nos encantaría volver.

Buena atención, cambiaría colchones y sofá cama del salón, un poco antiguo, los utensilios de cocina para tirarlos a la basura.

Trevligt lägenhetshotell, i närhet av centrum och stranden I Santa Ponsa på Mallorca . Trevlig personal . Lägenhet 101 med teras , är mycket bra , om man har ont i knäna . Man tar bara hissen ner och så har man bara 50 meter till lägenheten . Har man små barn , så finns det ett härlig lek område för barnen . Såg barn, som var sjörövare och letade skatter .

Good clean aparthotel. Very good value. Location is the only slight downside with Irish pub after Irish pub in your door step!! Not an issue though..... Just walk away to the other side of Santa Ponsa

Muy justito de calidad en general, las paredes de las habitaciones son de papel y se oye todo, el menaje de la cocina escaso. Respecto a la ubicación, está a pocos minutos de la playa, pero en unas calles con muchos bares y terrazas, desde luego yo buscaría otra cosa si quisiera tranquilidad. El desayuno buffet no está mal aunque podría mejorar. A destacar el trato de los empleados, profesionales y muy amables, son sin duda la mejor cualidad del alojamiento.

Csodálatos hely , kényelmes . Jól felszerelt konyha, tágas nappali. Tv. légkondicionált, úszómedencével ellátott szálloda. Kisgyerekes családoknak ideális hely. Gyerekeknek mindennap meglepetés műsorokkal kedveskednek.

Holiday Centre is probably the best we have stayed in so far. The rooms, complex, pool area, restaurant are all spotlessly clean. Rooms for well furnished and cleaners in regularly. Reception lady Margee was an absolute Angel. Nothing to much troubles for her. The food in the restaurant is well prepared and good prices. The pool area has a lifeguard on duty mostly and a pool table next to it for the kids and adults. Pab who arranged all the entertainment for the kids during day and then again at night was fantastic. Every night he arranged the kids games which they loved. A few different guest artists, karaoke and bingo too make it the best time without having to trail out of the complex at all. It’s very central with shops, bars and beach with minutes walking distance. Definitely recommend for families. We loved it.

Pokój - standard, salon z aneksem oraz sypialnie na około 40 m2 - nic więcej nie trzeba. Wyminaa ręczników i spratanie co dwa dni, pokoje czyste, chociaż widać już, że nie są pierwszej świeżości. Wyposażenie - wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe naczynia i wyposażenie, brak przypraw, herbaty czy jakichkolwiek innych podstawowych produktów. Natomiast z sady jest to hotel a nie prywatna kwatera na wynajem, więc trzeba się z tym pogodzić. Udogodnienia - jest basen i brodzik dla dzieci, leżaki (część wymagała by odświeżenia lub wymiany), codzienne wieczorne animacje dla dzieci - chwila wytchnienia dla rodziców. Śniadania - możliwość wykupienia w hotelowej restauracji, nie trzeba wcześniej rezerwować. Całkiem smaczne, są owoce warzywa, jest wybór. Przystępna cena - za rodzinę 2+2, niecałe 27 EUR. Alternatywą jest samodzielne przygotowywanie posiłków w aneksie w pokoju. Parking - jest możliwość rezerwacji, za 7 dni koszt 50 EUR. moim zdaniem akceptowalnie, płatne miejsca przy ulicy obok hotelu wiecznie zajęte, alternatywa bezpłatna jest na równoległej ulicy poniżej Carrer del Riu Sil, lub na parkingach miejsc i oddalonych od hotelu. Sam parking mały (10 miejsc) i ciasny (parkowanie, wyjazd wymaga pewnej gimnastyki) Ogólnie hotel polecam jako bazę wypadową i noclegową do zwiedzania wyspy. Przystępna cena, dobra lokalizacja, akceptowalny standard.

Sehr schönes apartmenthotel, man kann selbst kochen, oder ins Hotel-Restaurant gehen. Jeden Abend gibt Kinderprogramm, sehr zu empfehlen für Familie mit Kindern.

Booked in for 5 days first time here usually go to sister apartments ( sun beach ) but everything at holiday centre was perfect goog food ( breakfast) snacks at the bar were good and the people are so nice and friendly going back in june

Wow what a place to stay. Can't believe this is only a 3*. This place is fantastic. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are all brilliant from the reception to the cleaners, the gardeners, the staff behind the bar and the fella who does the kids entertainment. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.

Hemos pasado unos días de semana santa y lo hemos pasado genial. El trato del personal es excelente y en cuanto a la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de Palma y muy bien comunicada. Tenían animación todos los días y los apartamentos estaban súper limpios y muy bien equipados. Entiendo que en verano, pueden tener más ambiente y más jaleo pero en estas fechas se estaba genial. I was staying in holiday centre Santa ponsa the hotel was not good room was only cleared about four times for the two weeks we were there bitten a Live in the room ants crowling Up the Wall no lifts and it is a four storey high complaint to the travel agent and the hotel manager said that there is lifts but there is no lifts

Super établissement. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille avec 2 enfants de 9 ans et 2 ans et demi. Activités pour enfants, supers ! Logement bien équipé et propre. Personnel agréable ! On recommande !

Schönes Hotel nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, etwa 10 min zu Fuß. Wir hatten ein Apartment welches sauber und einigermaßen geräumig war. Ein Stern Abzug, weil es keine Kaffeemaschine gab und weil wir mit schwerem Gepäck rauf in die 3. Etage mussten. Aufzug Fehlanzeige und für Senioren eine Zumutung. Zu unserem Apartment mussten wir das Hotel nach hinten raus verlassen und 5 Treppen nach oben steigen, inkl. 2 mal 23 Kilo Trolleys, 2 mal 8 Kilo Handgepäck und 2 Rucksäcke. Für uns machbar, allerdings nicht für Senioren. Daran sollte gearbeitet werden. Jeden 2. Tag gab es frische Handtücher und eine Grundreinigung. Der Poolbereich und Garten sind sehr schön angelegt, gepflegt und sauber. Für kleine Kinder gibt es ein extra Planschbecken mit einem großen Pilz der Wasser spritzt. Das Essen kann ich nicht bewerten, weil wir uns im Apartment selbst versorgt haben. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, aber bringt starke Mukkis fürs Gepäck schleppen mit. :) Mein Foto zeigt den Sonnenuntergang am Strand von Santa Ponça. Nicht verpassen, wunderschön. In Hotelnähe gibt es sehr viele Restaurants, Bars, kleine Supermärkte und massig Souvenirshops. Viel Spaß dort und einen schönen Urlaub!

Bardzo fajny familijny hotelik z apartamentami . Animacje dla dzieci wieczorem . Basenik nieduży ale bardzo przyjemny . Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła . Polecam apartamenty są ładne czyste i przestronne .

We stayed on the top level in a beautiful, clean, great sized apartment for 10 days. The location is just great, everything is very close! The pool is fantastic and the bar next to it is really good! The prices are good, they could ask for more for a drink or dish as they are in a hotel, but they just have the same price like outside in the bars. The staff are pretty nice and helpful! The airconditioner broke down in our place one morning and while we went out for lunch they had another in the room to replace the broken one! Marga (if I remember her name well) at the reception is the best!! 🥰 Thanks guys for the good and relaxing stay at your place!!

Los apartamentos necesitan una reforma. Los sofás están rotos y la ropa de cama y toallas muy desgastadas. Hay muchísimos mosquitos en las habitaciones y todo está dirigido a extranjeros. La animación es en inglés. Hemos tenido una mala experiencia una noche en la que unos extranjeros que venían borrachos han hecho mucho ruido gritando y dando golpes en las puertas. El desayuno está incluído en el precio y deja bastante que desear.

Todo perfecto. Hotel con todos los servicios. Lo peor el animador que solo habla inglés y los niños españoles no se enteran de nada. Una pena estando en España

Recomiendo ampliamente esta estancia, principalmente por el personal que sin duda hacen todo lo posible para que los huéspedes estén muy a gusto. Luego las zonas comunes están muy bien, tanto para adultos como para niños. El apartamento cómodo y limpio. Sin duda repetiría. Agradezco a Sergio, quien se encontraba en recepción y me indicó lugares para visitar fantásticos. Saludos!

Really glad I chose this hotel for my week stay. Impressed with just about everything...attentive & informative reception staff & other employees. The place is really clean as are the rooms. Pool is adequate to cool off but not for those serious swimmers who want to do laps. My only gripe was a design fault in the bathroom. The basin is a very narrow one & someone had the idea of putting a glass shelf over the top of it giving you no room to stoop over. After a day I sort of adapted but I could imagine some would be annoyed if not injured by it. That apart, I would recommend this venue without hesitation.

Voltak gyümölcsök felvàgottak, kontinentális ès spanyol ètelek. A narancslè különösen finom! Külön szeretnèm kiemelni POB -ot! Fantasztikusan jó folalkozàsokat szervezett a gyerekeknek, kislànyom imàdta őt! Voltak délelőtt ès este is gyerekprogramok! De nem csak az èn lànyom szerette,hanem úgy làttam az összes többi is! Az apartman kèt gyerekkel nagyon kènyelmes, jól felszerelt. Az àgy kifejezetten kènyelmes a kilàtàs pedig a teraszról gyönyörű! Van lehetősèg mosàsra is Ez az a hely ahol a gyerekek tutira soha nem fognak unatkozni! Maximàlisan gyerekbaràt! A tengerpart is csodàlatos! Lassan mèlyül, nyugodt vízű! En zona de apartamentos de santa Ponsa. Bien, cuidado, con animación por las noches. Bar en la piscina agradable y no con precios demasiado caros. Piscina no muy masificada y tumbonas libres.

El lugar está bien, es lindo y está bien cuidado. Limpieza muy correcta. Recibimos buen trato del personal lo que lo hace más agradable. Reservé una plaza de parking las cuales no son cubiertas pero si muy amplias, de todas formas el precio de las mismas está muy bien. Eso sí, hay que reservar con antelación porque son limitadas a unos 7 u 8 coches aproximadamente. La zona de piscina, en Agosto (cuándo nosotros nos alojamos), queda pequeña para la cantidad de gente. Lo mismo con las tumbonas, las cuáles te sientes obligado a hacer lo que hacen todos,(reservártela con unas toallas porque sino te quedas sin sombrilla) aunque no está permitido pero es algo que uno lo ve en donde vaya cada verano. En cuanto a la habitación, el dormitorio es amplio al igual que el baño. En general es correcta pero a mi manera de verlo mejoraría por ejemplo la nevera, es muy pequeña y sin congelador, para mi fundamental por el hielo. Tambien estaría bien que tenga vitrocerámica y no hornillos eléctricos que no calientan lo suficiente. Destaco que haya lavadora y secadora, de pago pero muy util si te quedas varios días. Está en una bonita zona y cerca de muchos restaurantes y diferentes tiendas, asi como de la playa de Santa Ponça la cual nos gustó mucho. El desayuno... No está mal pero podría mejorar algunas cosas como el café y los zumos (salen todos de la misma máquina). También nos pareció raro la ausencia de jamón y tomate triturado para el bocadillo. En general es como dicen otros huéspedes, está más pensado para extranjeros pero es entendible, son mayoría claramente. El alojamiento es correcto, siempre hay cosas a mejorar en todos. La pasamos muy bien!!

Muy buen hotel para familias,habitaciones amplias y acogedoras.Cocina con menaje para poder hacer comidas/cenas El personal muy implicado tanto las recepcionistas y los camareros. Lo único q destacaría malo,es el desayuno ya que está más orientado para extranjeros Pero por lo demás,todo perfecto Gracias a Marga(recepcionista) otra chica morena tb recepcionista y a una camarera rusa(tampoco me acuerdo de su nombre) por hacernos tan agradable la estancia allí

Appartement hôtel familiale bien situé tout à proximité ( commerces, plage, restaurants, palma,magaluf et parc attractions pour enfants).Pisicine dans l hôtel mais surpeuplé en août et peu de place. L'Appartement est simple pour 4 personnes (enfants sur lit banquette moins confort pour un ado), mais correct, climatisé avec petit balcon,possibilité de parking (7€/j).dommage qu il y a peu de rangement surtout dans la salle de bain on ne sait pas où poser les affaires. L appartement est équipé d une kitchenette avec quelques ustensils cuisine et frigo.ménage fait régulièrement, personnel sympathique et agréable et à l écoute des clients, nous sommes satisfait du service et ils ont pu régler notre problème rapidement. Plein d activitéset animations pour les enfants.Juste Un peu déçu par rapport au tarif que nous trouvons un peu cher.

Rooms were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Pab, their children's entertainer, is fantastic. Located only a couple of minutes walk from the main shops and restaurants. One suggestion I would provide is to recommend late night arrivals to be extra quiet. Guests arrived after midnight while we were trying to sleep and were making a lot of noise above us. Air conditioning in the room leaked water when it was active, despite having a person fix it twice. I would absolutely recommend this place. A great location for families with young children.

Prima hotel om met een klein gezelschap te verblijven. Kamer is 40m2. Bestaat uit woon en slaapkamer + badkamer met wc. Kamers voorzien van airco maar helaas door de indeling van de ruimte bestrijkt deze vrijwel alleen de woonkamer en blijft de slaapkamer nog erg warm. Inrichting keuken erg karig. Alleen waterkoker als "koffiezetmachine". Vrijwel geen kookbenodigheden op 2 pannen na. Ook zeer karig schoonmaakpakketje met 1 doekje. 1 spons en een minimale hoeveelheid afwasmiddel. De schoonmaak is goed alleen is te zien dat er regelmatig zeer oud beddengoed gebruikt wordt met gaten er in en regelmatig vlekken. Voor mensen met kleine kinderen; de kamerdeur is NIET van binnen te vergrendelen waardoor kinderen zelf de deur kunnen openen en weglopen. Wel goed bij brand maar niet als je avontuurlijke kinderen hebt. Zwembad is ideaal voor kleine kinderen. Grote ondiepe gedeelten en een "lifeguard" die de wacht houdt. Wel zeer afhankelijk wie er zit of er ook echt opgelet wordt. Veel bedjes rondom zwembad zakken door/zijn beschadigd. Ook is dochter van 2 in glas gestapt bij het zwembad doordat iemand kennelijk een glas uit de poolbar kapot had laten vallen. Adequaat optreden van de lifeguard met sterilon en pleisters en daarna werd het zwembad schoongemaakt. Men doet er dus wel alles aan om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en er wat mee te doen. Al met al krijgt het hotel van ons een voldoende hetzij krap. Ontbijt is ok maar redelijk beperkt. Koffie onder de Spaanse maatstaven. Niet persé een hotel waar ik naar terug zou keren.

Una grande sorpresa. Posto centralissimo a circa 200 metri dal mare ma abbastanza defilato da evitare la calca della movida notturna. Appartamenti con tutto il necessario (asciugamani, pentole, piatti, bicchieri). Grande sorpresa per la pulizia dell'appartamento ogni due giorni. Piscina non grandissima ma adeguata soprattutto per i bambini. Per i bambini apriamo un capitolo a parte. Baby club durante il giorno che li intrattiene con giochi e attività la sera baby dance e spettacoli diversi ogni sera. Dulcis in fundo una menzione particolare per PABLO animatore italiano simpatico coinvolgente, sempre allegro e sorridente. Posto veramente top su un'isola bellissima.

I have being here last year & again this year with my children, I love this hotel the staff are so accommodating the receptionist are the nicest people you could meet, My room was always made up as soon as I left to go pool, And Pablo the entertainment guy is AMAZING so full of energy for the kids he makes them feel seeing when there on that stage it’s so good to see, He does the kids club in the mornings & entertains everyone until 11pm (with a little break in between) The buffet breakfast has everything you would need so fresh & clean, I look forward to seeing you all next next year ☀️

Aamupala surkea, Yksipuolinen. Toivottiin hyvissä ajoin ennen loman alkua huonetta mahdollisimman alhaalta, saatiin sit ylin mitä voi olla. Aamusin kova meteli ikkunan alla. Siivous oli huonoa, huone siivottiin aina puoliksi, esim puolista sängyistä vaihdettiin lakanat. Uima-allas pienehkö hotellin väkimäärän nähden joten altaassa oli päivittäin todella ruuhkaista.

Also uns hat dieses Hotel positiv überrascht. Wir kamen aufgrund eines verspäteten Fluges etwas später mit unserem Mietwagen an. Kostenlos parken kann man eine Parallelstrasse tiefer, aber auch im Hotel kann man mit einem geringen Beitrag parken. Die Parkplätze an der Strasse zum Eingang des Hotels sind kostenpflichtig (Parkscheinautomat). Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und einen unkomplizierten Checkin. Da es schon 23 Uhr war, konnten wir an den Getränkeautomaten kühle Getränke ziehen, aber auch der ein oder andere mini Supermarkt in der Umgebung hat da noch offen. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber. Duschgel, Fön vorhanden. Hatten ein Appartement im obersten Stockwerk Bereich 4. Küchenzeile mit Geschirr und Kochgeschirr usw vorhanden. Handtücher, Putzschwamm, Geschirrtuch ebenso. Der Ausblick seitlich auf Pool, Meer und über Santa Ponsa ist morgens hübsch anzusehen. Die Klimaanlage war in unserem Appartement im Wohnzimmer. Dieses wurde genial runtergekühlt, doch leider kam die kühle Luft nicht im Schlafzimmer an. Irgendwie bräuchte man da eine Umlenkung der Luft oder so. Somit hab ich einfach auf dem Ausziehbaren Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bei den Kids geschlafen. Wir hatten das Frühstücksbuffet inkludiert und hier gab es nichts zu meckern. Spiegelei, Pfannekuchen, auf Wunsch Omelette. Frisches Obst, gute Kaffeemaschine, Müsli, Baguette oder Toast. Es gab noch einiges mehr, das Bufett hatte von Tag zu Tag variiert. Der Pool ist sauber, Messwerte super. Pool wurde gepflegt und gereinigt und hält auch einige Poolspielsachen für die Kids bereit. Nach einem halben Tag am Strand, läd einen der Pool zum Abkühlen wirklich ein. Bei 36 Grad luftiger Hitze und 75% Luftfeuchte war das ein Genuss! Die Kinderannimation, sowie das Abendprogramm war topp. Wir hatten aufgrund der kurzen Urlaubsdauer nur 2 Abende die Gelegenheit diese zu geniessen und waren ebenso zufrieden. Der Animateur ging wirklich herzlich mit den Kindern um und auch im Abendprogramm wurden die Kinder miteinbezogen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis der angrenzenden Poolbar/Restaurant der Speisen und Getränke befindet sich im akzeptablen Rahmen. Auch hier traf man das zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal vom Frühstücksbuffet an. Eine Anmerkung: Aufgrund der doch überwiegenden Kartenzahlungen kommt das Thema Trinkgeld sicherlich etwas zu kurz. Stellt doch mal eine Trinkgeldbox auf dem Tresen auf, damit man da auch mal was einwerfen kann :) Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Hotel ok dla rodzin z dziećmi. Z plusów na pewno cena/jakość. Hotel jest dość tani jak na Majorkę, posiada basen który jest główną atrakcją dla dzieci. Z tyłu jest mini scena, gdzie są animacje. Obsługa zasługuje na wysoką ocenę. Wszyscy są mili i pomocni. Z minusów: - Niezbyt wygodne łóżko - Monotonne śniadania przydałby się np. plasterek ogórka, papryki. To niewielka zmiana zamiast codziennego pomidora 🤣 - Kawa niestety nie do wypicia co szczególnie dziwi w Hiszpanii, która kocha świetną kawę. Myślę, że gdyby poprawiono te kilka drobnych minusów hotel by sporo zyskał.

Dla mnie rewelacja w cenie jaką mieliśmy. W mieszkaniu klimatyzacja, balkon z fajnym widokiem, basen i spoko śniadania. Tylko te hałasy z rana za oknem (śmieciarka, zamiatarka i dostawczaki). Przynajmniej nie zaspaliśmy na śniadania:)

Fuimos los últimos días de nuestras vacaciones en Mallorca y nos encantó.Buena ubicación cerca de Palma,hotel muy cómodo y limpio y no excesivo en precio.Es perfecto para familias.Especial mención a Marga de administración y a Pab que es el animador, a mis hijos les encantó, se nota que le gusta mucho su trabajo. El desayuno lo teníamos incluido y es tipo buffet, bastante bien. El wifi es lo único que iba regular, al menos en nuestra habitacion.Tuvieron el detalle de darnos una bebida para cada uno de los cuatro se bienvenida.

The aparthotel is nice,close to the beach and some nice restaurants . The rooms on the ground is very nice if you are with kids. There's lot of fun for kids. Pab is very positive and very fun staff who is working his job like a professional. The breakfast is good but is pretty much the same every day. The parking has limited number of lots and you must reserve. The mattress and the pillows are not so comfortable and they need some update in short period of time. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Good value for money you pay

Chambres donnant sur route (bruyant dès 5h00) et literie fatiguée. Pas d'eau chaude 1 jour sur 2 !!! Plaques de cuisson défectueuse mais changée dans la journée. Beaucoup beaucoup d'enfants... piscine insuffisante en Mai .... donc en plein été ?? (Profondeur 1,10m/1,40/0,60) Sinon la résidence est propre et fleurie. Pas d'ascenseur. (3ème étage = 50 marches)

Trzeba zamówić auto przez ich stronę a podstawiony żółty minibus (okolo 70 m od wyjscia prosto i na prawo 20m stoją minibusy) zabierze prosto pod wypozyczone auto oddalone okolo 2km od lotniska i w drugą stronę tak samo ,bus odwiezie na lotnisko po oddaniu auta. Smaczne śniadania. Fajne zmienne atrakcje-schow chotelowe po20 19 mini disco 19.30 zabawy dla dzieci. Plac zabaw oraz 1030 dzieci bawią sie w mini przedszkolu. Polecamy

Realmente me sentí como en casa . El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia placentera. El Servicio es excelente. Marga en recepción( que fue con quien traté más )es muy amable, profesional y servicial, así también la gente en el comedor ,en terraza, y quienes apoyan en la limpieza . Un lugar totalmente recomendado.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce . Lokal składa się z pokoju dziennego z aneksem kuchennym , sypialni , łazienki , oraz szafy / garderoby . Pokój jest zadbany, jest czysto a wyposażenie nie jest zniszczone . Hotel codziennie organizuje animacje ( dzieciaki są zachwycone ) pomimo że to jeszcze nie wysoki sezon . Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra , blisko do plaży i centrum kurortu. Niedaleko jest sklep. W basenie woda jest już na tyle ciepła, że dzieciaki mogą się pociaplać bez obawy.

Had a lovely stay here last week. The place is situated in a quiet spot and yet close to all the hustle and bustle and 5 min from the beach. They provide good entertainment for kids as well. The staff was friendly and the apartment had everything a family would need for a good vacation.

Great place to stay with your children. Pool, sand pitch, evening activities, shows. Rooms are clean, towels are changed every 2 days. Very good English breakfast. Very polite and helpful stuff. We really enjoyed our holidays.

Waren zum zweiten Mal vor Ort. Erneut wieder sehr zufrieden. Waren mit drei Personen (2 Erwachsene +1 Kind) vor Ort. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen. Die animation für die Kids lief bereits und kam gut an. Das Frühstück war immer ausreichend und mit live cooking. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch.

We have just had a lovely week at holiday center santa ponsa, the kids entertainment was excellent, pab made sure the kids were entertained with activities through the day (nutella party, water polo, pool competitions, pirate day) and at night there were magic shows, exotic animals, dance shows, etc. Food was nice. No complaints at all, would highly recommend.

Rooms are brilliant, so comfortable and the kitchen facilities are great. Pool area was nice although the sunbeds were very squashed together in parts. Pool bar leaves something to be desired, I was charged different prices everytime for the same ice creams and some things don't always come as described. There was also an electrical fire outside reception one morning which meant that there were no drinks at breakfast and not much hot food either. I appreciate this is unavoidable but feel like it could have been handled better. I booked directly so should have had a late check out until 3pm, I had to ask twice to be allowed to stay in the room til 2pm, was told no as it was fully booked at first and then she said I could stay until 2pm, which was great but it is advertised as 3pm on the website and it doesn't state that its subject to availability. Location is great, less than 10 min walk to bus stop and big supermarket. Same sort of distance to the beach. All in all, I would recommend it but it could be even better if the issues are sorted out.

Absolute gem of a place, apartments spotless, room serviced /towel changes every other day. Grounds/pool area very well kept. Daily entertainment on for the kids. Nice and quiet at night, very family orientated accomodation. Will definitely return here.

I stayed for 3 nights at the end of March - its a great hotel situated less than 5 minutes from the shops & restaurants. The room is spacious, the beds are the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in. The pool is big and a nice area around the pool. Activities for children and adults every evening up until 10pm. Pool table and restaurant to eat in. Only downside to this hotel is parking if you have a car. The streets are always very full and sometimes impossible to park nearby. The hotel has 8 or 9 spaces which you have to book in advance or you wont get a space. We ended up parking down by the tennis courts 1 street away and then walking up the steps to the left of the hotel. Overall would 100% recommend this place to anyone. FYI - most places are closed until 1st April including mcdonalds

Happily take your money to make a booking but when you want to ring up to enquire about something, they do not answer the phones at all. Been calling 5 times a day for the last few days and never answer, also sent numerous emails and do not answer either. Haven’t even been for my holiday yet and already a very bad experience.

Splendida struttura a 5 minuti dal mare, personale ultra disponibile e camere arredate a nuovo. Piscina con bar e anche un po di tavola calda, lavanderia a gettoni all'interno della struttura.tutto molto curato, torneremo sicuramente!!

Résidence à touriste de masse, mais familiale et à taille humaine. Voyage en octobre donc à relativiser par rapport à la haute saison. Piscine et aire de jeux pour enfants, activités le soir. Sur une rue ayant beaucoup de bars mais aucun bruit associé, ils sont plus bas dans la rue. Chambre confortable avec petite cuisine, bien insonorisée mais manque de ventilation.

Estuvimos muy agusto. Muy limpio y acogedor, ideal para ir con peques. Todo el personal muy muy atento, Destacar los camareros y cociner@s de la piscina, especialmente Mikellll, la limpieza y el animador Pablo!!! Nuestro hijo se lo pasó genial y quiere volver para estar con Pablo!!!

Es ist alles wunderbar, Zimmer für 2 Personen ausreichend und vorallem aber auch wirklich sauber. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles was man sich wünscht- ausser Fisch - . Das Essen an der Poolbar war auch gut- nicht wie teilweise als ungenießbar beschrieben. Wir haben da mindestens genauso gut gegessen wie ausserhalb- aber deutlich günstiger. Personal durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit

Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden, das Apartment ist sehr schön, das Frühstück mit 9.-Euro nicht günstig, aber es gibt alles was zu einem Frühstück gehört. Tolle Obstauswahl.

Saubere Appartmentanlage am Rande der touristischen Zone. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem dicht an Strand und Kneipenviertel. Gäste hauptsächlich aus dem englischsprachigen Raum (Schotten, Iren) und einige wenige polnische Familien. Generell richtet sich das Hotel eher an Familien und weniger an Alleinreisende oder Gruppen. Vom Airport ist man relativ schnell (ca. 25 Minuten) am Hotel. Es liegt am Rande der Kneipenzone von Santa Ponsa. Zu dem ersten "richtigen" Nachtlokal " Dubliner ist aber genug Abstand, sodass man Nachts seine Ruhe hat. Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kleinere Läden sind direkt neben der Anlage. Auf dem Weg zum Strand passiert man das Epizentrum des Nachtleben. Im September war dies alles kein Problem, mir wurde aber erzählt, dass Ende Juni bis Ende August auch durchaus jugendliche Partyurlauber durch die Umgebung marodieren. Es könnte dann unruhig werden. Geräumig und gepflegt, keine Insekten oder Kakerlaken in Sicht. Gute Ausstattung wie z.B. Klimaanlage sowie Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster etc. vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus kann man seitlich die Ausläufer Berge sehen. Besonders morgens ein schöner Ausblick. Doppelbett bequem. Fernseher im Wohnraum mit fünf deutschen Programmen. Check-In sowie das Auschecken sehr freundlich. Hatte ansonsten nicht viel mit dem Personal zutun. Wirkten aber alle motiviert und herzlich. Gab immer wechselndes Abendprogramm wie z.B. Bingo, Disco, Reptilienshow etc. Für die Kinder gab es einen eigenen Mini- bzw. Kidsclub.

Apartamentos muy cómodos y limpios, muy familiar, con trabajadores excelentes. La ubicación es buena. El desayuno genial. Pab, el animador, un crak! El camarero Fran también! Tuvimos una estancia muy buena, las niñas salieron muy contentas.

Just back from a fantastic stay at the Holiday Centre Apartments. The Apartments were clean and the staff are lovely, especially the blonde haired lady on reception which I never got her name, but very pleasant to deal with.

Siamo stati in questo aparthotel a settembre, noi eravamo in 2 adulti e 3 bimbi, appartamento piccolino ma abbastanza funzionale, noi abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che però ci hanno risolto e la piastra purtroppo andava molto lenta e cucinare risultava quasi impossibile. |Colazione ok. |La pulizia delle camere veniva fatta molto velocemente, infatti dovrebbero migliorare su questo punto. |Per quanto riguarda il personale, molto gentili e disponibili. |Unico neo abbiamo avuto un problema con Il ragazzo della reception Jaime che una sera ha dato il nostro passeggino personale ad un cliente pensando fosse il passeggino di cortesia. |Anche se ci è stato dato un passeggino dell’hotel purtroppo quella sera abbiamo avuto problemi con il nostro piccolino. |Intrattenimento serale per gli ospiti super, o c’erano spettacoli (animali, magia) o serate di gioco come quiz e bingo. |Termino la recensione con il ragazzo che si occupa dell’animazione dei bambini, Pab. |Lui e’ il meglio che si possa trovare, i miei bimbi lo adorano e vogliono tornare qui solo ed esclusivamente per lui. |Inoltre lo stesso Pab il venerdì sera fa le pizze in occasione del pizza party e che dire? |Sono ottime. |Il Ringraziamento particolare va a lui che ha fatto passare una bellissima vacanza ai nostri figli.

Ottima struttura alberghiera, casette stile mediterraneo che si affacciano su una piacevolissima piscina ,ben tenuta. Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente, sempre sorridente disponibilità eccellente. Casette funzionali , munite di ogni confort, ottimo impianto di aria condizionata, per niente rumorosa ,spiaggia (stupenda)locali e centro a pochi passi . Hotel familiar, servicio y habitaciones excelentes un barrio tranquilo y cerca del centro. El desayuno con buffet muy variado por cada día de la semana una gran experiencia en Mallorca por Holiday Center.

Super hôtel ! Familial et convivial. Nous avions un appartement, assez grand pour 2 adultes et notre bébé, tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, toujours souriant et à l'écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service si nécessaire. La piscine est agréable, à noter qu'il y a une petite piscine pour les tout petits avec 40cm de fond, ce qui est fort appréciable. Le restaurant adjacent à la piscine propose une carte variée et des prix très raisonnable et pour autant la cuisine est très bonne compte tenu du prix.

Lovely hotel, me and my family stayed here in august couldn’t recommend enough. Nice and clean and breakfast was really good lots of choice. The hotel is near the busy part of town but not to close that you can hear any noise.

Excellent stay at holiday centre Aug 2022! Clean modern apartment, maids thoroughly cleaned apartment every other day, plenty of toilet rolls and clean towel, balcony quite small but fine for what you use it for. Reception staff polite, helpful & happy. Only one comment, I think the pool/ bar area should be a glass free zone at all times, during our weeks stay the pool was closed due to suspected glass in the pool, and i saw at least two children cut their feet around the bar area. They have plastic glasses already and should make this policy. Overall fantastic & would 100% come again.

El sitio está bien y muy bien ubicado. Lo que mejor la atención de Jaime que nos ayudó en todo momento. Es muy amable y muy servicial. Si lees esto Jaime, no hemos podido despedirnos de ti, pero desde Madrid te mandamos un saludo las chicas que iban a dormir en la playa ;)

Es un edifico de pisos adaptado a apratahotel , Solo están nuevos los baños el resto de las estancias muy viejas los aires muy antiguos pero el personal y la limpieza los desayunos , todo genial incluso disponen de lavadoras con monadas para llevarte la ropa limpia a casa , un sitio que cumple con una estancia agradable , sin duda repetiremos

La estancia genial, la piscina muy agradable y los empleados muy educados, el problema es que en la piscina ponen repetidamente la misma canción.. ya cansa, me la sé de memoria, por lo demás no hay queja, desayuno riquísimo y camas muy cómodas, volvería sin duda

Camas-bien Limpieza-bien Empleados-bien Ubicación-bien Encantadas!!! Teníamos reserva sun beach y no tenían parkin libre y nos dijeron que a 300 metros tenían otro hotel que si tenían plazas de parkin, nos dejaron ir y ver los apartamentos, decidimos quedarnos en el holiday y fue la mejor decisión, zona tranquila, ambiente familiar, empleados súper amables y eficientes, las instalaciones súper bien, y cualquier cosa que necesites te atienden enseguida y sobre todo margarita, una chica estupenda y súper amable, seguimos todas sus recomendaciones por la zona y fue todo un acierto. Un 10 por todos los empleados. Gracias por el buen trato recibido.

Bien dans l'ensemble mais sans plus. Les appartements sont correct mais le lit du salon n'est pas fait pour des adultes, équipé de la climatisation. Petit dejeuner type buffet continental. Piscine acceptable Personnel charmant et à votre service. Nous avons eu un problème avec la clim et résolu dans la matinée. L'emplacement est correct avec accès à pieds aux commerces et à la plage. Seul bémol: aucune insonorisation des appartements, on entends tout même les gens montée les marches dans les escaliers, dommage.

The rooms were clean,and the air conditioning was good .but there was nothing much to do ,apart from swimming in the pool,.no entertainment at night...the breakfast was just ok....the eggs were always undercooked....

Маленький,уютный отель- аппартаменты . Кухня со всем необходимым :кастрюли,сковороды,холодильник,вытяжка ,плита,микроволновая печь . 10 минут пешком до моря и до супермаркета. Чуть-чуть дальше от шумных баров ,но рестораны рядом . Есть детская анимация.

Buen sitio para descansar en familia. Muy tranquilo. Mayoritariamente ocupado por gente extranjera que viene en familia. La zona es muy turística. Los apartamentos están bien en general, y las instalaciones tambien, tiene piscina, ping pong, zona infantil, etc. El servicio de desayuno creo que podría ser mejorable, todos los días había lo mismo: embutido de mala calidad, salchichas, huevos, patatas judías, bacon y fruta... Tipica comida para "guiris". El personal de recepción muy amable. Una pega que encuentro es el hecho que los apartamentos no tienen ascensor, si te toca en la planta baja perfecto, pero si te toca como a nosotros en la tercera, es una faena, si vas con maletas o niños.

Not the best start to our stay, to begin with we were given a terrible room around the side of the hotel which was small and dingy with absolutely no view. Room 131 if you arrive and get given this room or the one next door 132. Ask for a room move straight away and save yourself the 5 minute walk to the room as guaranteed you’ll be back at reception asking for a move as soon as you see it. I asked to be moved rooms however they couldn’t move us until the following morning so we had one night in there unfortunately which meant we couldn’t unpack and get settled. The following morning when I returned to the reception at 10am I was in fairness given my choice of rooms from all the ones that were becoming available that day. The second room we got couldn’t be more different from the first one it was bright and spacious with a good view overlooking the pool. The pool is nice enough however is a bit on the small side for the amount of people using the hotel also the pool isn’t very deep either so no lifeguard on duty. As for sun beds we never had a problem getting 3 together thankfully everyone staying here seemed to use common decency and didn’t reserve beds at silly o’clock in the morning you could easily go down at 10am for example and get beds. The pool bar serves a decent selection of food and drink which for the most part was good only had one bad meal.The air conditioning is decent and is free, there’s a safe in the room which is €3 per day with a €5 deposit. Location wise the hotel is close to the Irish strip plus plenty of nice restaurants however is just far enough away that you don’t get any noise whatsoever.

Excellent apart hotel for friends and family. Staff are very friendly and professional. Parking can be provided at a cost but will need to be Pre booked. Some events in evenings but check sign posts in reception for times and type of show.

Hemos estado una semana en julio y es un hotel muy recomendable para familias con niños. Está situado en lo alto de una colina , con buenas vistas y es una zona tranquila. La playa muy cerca y de camino supermercados, bares y restaurantes. El apartamento en planta baja ideal para que los niños tengan más libertad de movimiento. Muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La zona de piscinas es amplia, con muchas hamacas y sombrillas. El agua de la piscina grande estaba caliente. El desayuno buffet variado. Lo mejor, la animación: el monitor, Paolo, es muy amable con los niños en el miniclub y en la minisdisco por la tarde. El personal del hotel muy atento. Hemos estado muy a gusto y seguro que volveremos.

Trevligt hotell, rent på rummen, bra läge nära stranden, bra poolbar, barnvänligt hotell o även bra pool för barnen i alla åldrar! Enda dåliga var att det saknades ett gym. I övrigt inget negativt att skriva. I närheten finns många resturanger.

Sehr schönes Anlage. Wir hatten das Vergnügen und durften eine Nacht dort Übernachten weil unser Überbucht war. Leider was es nicht möglich den ganzen Urlaub dort zu verbringen.

A parte de ser unos profesionales, nos ayudaron en todo, tenian comida sin gluten y ofrecian muchos servicios. Está muy bien situado y en el momento que les preguntamos si podiamos alargar una noche más nos dieron diferentes opciones en seguida. Lo recomiendo y volveremos!!

Muy bien en general. La única pega fueron la cantidad de escaleras que había hasta llegar a la habitación.

If I could have given these apartments 6 🌟 I would have, from start to finish it was fantastic, when we arrived Marga ( the receptionist) was so friendly and nice and always so helpful if we enquired about anything. The area is so quiet but you are literally meters from the stripe The apartment had 1 bedroom and a settee bed with a pullout bed as well (there was 4 of us) it was fine as the weather was fabulous so we didn't spend much time there, nice bathroom with lovely shower and plenty of hot water at all time, for housekeeping you need tobook it at reception a day beforehand but we didn't bother as you can get towels etc at reception as and when you need them again rooms were spotless when we arrived. Pool area is lovely with ample sunbeds, showers, table tennis, pool table and air hockey. The bar is open fro. About 10am till 11ish, food is really nice, they do a great club sandwich and hot dog and usually a very reasonable special everyday. When we were leaving at (3:30am ) as we were waiting on the taxi the receptionist Jamie told us we could go into the restaurant and help ourselves to coffee, juice or water which i thought was a lovely idea and very thankful for it at that time in the morning. Again we cannot praise this place enough we really loved it and it exceeded a our expectations. Well done to management and your exceptional staff. We will definitely return.

Todo genial, si no fuese por los ingleses,está lleno, son unos maleducados, vuelven borrachos de madrugada, gritando, dando portazos... Una pena, la recepción genial, Marga es muy grande, una genia, también destacar a Pab, el monitor de los niños, un fenómeno, mi hijo no se quería ir a ningún lado, solo quería quedarse con él. En fin, hay muchos mosquitos ojo.

Miejsce jest fajnie usytuowane, bo w niewielkiej odległości od centrum i plaży, dzięki temu dla rodzin z dziećmi jest super, bo nie słuchać ludzi wracających z imprez ani muzyki z nocnych lokali. Rzeczywiście idzie tu odpocząć. Basen i brodzik w porządku. Animacje słabe, ale dla małych dzieci w sam raz-pokazy gadów, papug, iluzjonisty,mini disco, gra w bingo. Mini klub nie działał w czerwcu i plac zabaw jest, ale słaby-nadaje się do odnowienia. Śniadania dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, w miarę różnorodne- różnego rodzaju płatki śniadaniowe, 3 rodzaje mleka, pieczywo tostowe, bagietki i crossanty, naleśniki z sosami do wyboru, dwa rodzaje jogurtu, owoce świeże, zmiennne:arbuz, melon, pomarańcze(polecam mega smak), grejpfrut, ananas i suszone,orzechy włoskie, nerkowce, ziemne i migdały, jajka sadzone i gotowane,parówki, bekon, coś ala fasolka po bretońsku, szynki niezbyt ciekawe jakieś takie tłuste, ser żółty w plasterakch,kawa,herbata,sok dla mnie niesmaczny jakiś rozwadniany z automatu, który robi kawe i herbatę. Pokoje też w porządku z balkonem albo tarasem na samym dole- w salonie z kuchnią -kuchenka dwupalikowa, czajnik elektryczny,mikrofala, toster, garnki, patelnie, sztućce, filiżanki, talerze,zestaw do mycia naczyń-ścierka, gąbka i 30 ml płynu do mycia naczyń, sypialnia z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, łóżeczko turystyczne dla malucha dodatkowo płatne. Nie ma windy, żeby wnieść bagaże, jeśli ktoś ma pokój na wyższym piętrze. Łazienka ma duży prysznic z dozownikiem na mydło i jest suszarka do włosów, ale umywalka malusia. Rozkładana kanapa w salonie jest niewygodna do spania jedynie do siedzenia. Jest tv i lodówka, ale niestety bez zamrażalnika.Dania obiadowe albo na przekąskę w barze przy basenie w miarę ok-nic nadzwyczajnego, ale dla zabicia głodu się nada. Drinki robione kiepsko smakują bez polotu-lepiej gdzieś indziej wypić albo damemu sobie zrobić w pokoju :P Już w czerwcu bardzo dużo ludzi, więc nie chcę wiedzieć, co się tam dzieje w lipcu i sierpniu-może być zbyt tłoczno na basenie. Z minusów to tyle, że jak wywiesiliśmy, że chcemy sprzątanie pokoju to nikt nie przyszedł i nie przychodził-dopiero w dzień wymeldowania przyszła sprzątaczka a o świeże ręczniki po tygodniu musieliśmy iść na recepcję. Really nice and clean. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Apt very close to beach and shops etc. Only cons: pool very small and shallow both ends. For OAP's/anyone with a disability, unless you have a ground floor apt you have to walk up steps to reach yours. Overall, yes I would stay here again 😊

Vildt flot hotel og fin morgenmad og søde tjenere, kokke og receptionister. Lidt ærgerligt at det er så Irsk et område det ligger i. Der er lidt langt til de gode spanske restauranter. Men ville ikke have noget imod at bo her igen, simpelthen fordi hotellet er så godt og medarbejderne gør et godt stykke arbejde for at holde det pænt og rent. Og de gør hvad de kan for at gæsterne føler sig velkomne. Der er en kok der laver pandekager til en om morgenen og friske spejlæg, så lækkert 👍

Gisteren terug gekomen uit Holiday Center, Santa Ponsa, Mallorca. 30 jaar geleden hebben wij hier onze huwelijksreis doorgebracht en nu hebben we de huwelijksreis overgedaan op dezelfde plek, maar nu waren onze dochter en schoonzoon ook mee. Heel bijzonder. Het was fantastisch. Hebben erg genoten. Voelde nac30 jaar alsceen soort van thuiskomen. Prachtige ruime frisse kamers, vriendelijk personeel, vooral Margaretha bij de receptie is een Topper! Hotel is schoon en fris, ontbijt is prima.

Direi appartamenti molto carini, ben organizzati, ben forniti...in effetti essere ad un piano alto senza ascensore puo' non essere comodissimo con i bagagli....Buona la pulizia, colazione abbondante e con molta scelta e varietà, molto carine le piscine; Non abbiamo provato il ristorante self service; Siamo stati con un bambino di 7 anni e ci siamo trovati bene, non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nemmeno col parcheggio.

Relativ große, saubere Apartmens mit einfacher Ausstattung. Kein Aufzug in das 3.OG. Am Buffet war regelmäßig einiges vergriffen und wurde spät ausgefüllt. Zu Stoßzeiten gab es an der Rezeption Wartezeiten von ca. 30min. in unserem Fall. Für 7,50€ hat das Hotel einige, ca.10 Parkplätze. Sonst muss man es in einiger Entfernung versuchen einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.... Die Kinder waren mit dem Angebot von Animationen und Spielmöglichkeiten sehr zufrieden.

Todo bien menos la nevera que nos la cambiaron enseguida al quejarnos pero por otra peor y luego lo dijimos y nos dijeron que ya no tenían más neveras. Si contratamos un apartamento es para poder cocinar y llevarnos agua fresca a la playa pero no ha sido posible. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Been here years ago before it was done up..Felix was the entertainment God bless him he sadly passed..always had us laughing the bar staff were lovely down to earth people..food wasn bad but ye can always go somewhere else if you don't like it..all in all it was a good spot x

El equipamiento del hotel es muy bueno, piscina,cafeteria, área de juegos, etc. Para ir con niños es ideal. Está a 10minutos a pie de la playa.||Las habitaciones son amplias con una terraza agradable para sentarse y descansar.

Estuvimos durante un fin de semana y la verdad es que todo muy bien. La pena es no haber podido disfrutar de toda la instalación por no disponer de más tiempo (piscina, parque infantil,...) Es un sitio para estar más tiempo y con los niños.||El trato en la recepción fue muy correcto.

Mi pareja y yo hemos estado dos noches, el personal muy amable, los partamentos la verdad precio calidad están bastante bien, pero lo que no perdono es la mugre, la porquería, pelos y MUCHO polvo que hemos encontrado, no entiendo como permiten que entre gente a apartamentos en estas condiciones, seguro que hace meses que no pasan una aspiradora o limpian o quitan el polvo, por eso no volvería ni lo recomiendo, por muy barato que sea un sitio lo mínimo que pueden hacer es limpiar, por otro lado, dos sabanas delgadas para taparnos, al armario habían dos mantas...por llamalo mantas, más tiesas que un palo, olían mal, LLENAS de polvo, ácaros, en fin, ya imagináis que no nos hemos tapado, nunca habíamos estado en un sitio tan sucio, totalmente suspedido por la limpieza!

Les appart sont correct niveau grandeur et équipement. Je met un réel bémols sur la propreté car elle est à améliorer. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant à toute heure. La piscine est bien et la place de jeux un petit plus pour occuper les enfants. Le petit déjeuné dispose de choix agréable mais ne se renouvelle que peu malheureusement. Le buffet du soir était décevant. ||Le gros problème pour nous ça a été le bruit. Entre les animations de l'hôtel chaque soir juste en dessous de notre chambre et le karaoké dans la rue derrière on a eu de la peine à endormir les enfants...||Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon moment et y reviendrons peut-être pour de futur vacances.

En vacances pour une semaine en couple avec un bébé je recommande cet établissement. Appart fidèle au photos propre et spacieux. À proximité de tout et plutôt calme||Petit bémol sur la literie, des draps plus grands seraient bienvenus car trop petits, des qu'on bouge tout s'enlève. Petit dej varié ainsi que le repas du soir sous forme de buffet qui change tout les soirs||Merci pour ce séjour

Tiene 4 plantas y no tiene ascensor. Tienes que subir a una cuarta planta por una escalera estrecha y con las maletas a cuesta. Las habitaciones muy sucias. Las cortinas con manchas y la tapicería del sofá igual. Los electrodomésticos y muebles de cocina sucios y oxidados. No lo recomiendo.

Discreto ma se fosse manutenuto e gestito meglio sarebbe sicuramente molto buono. Piscina troppo piccola per il numero degli ospiti... Assolutamente troppo affollata!

We take all inclusive. Not good. Food is TOO MUCH BRITISH and very limited. Breakfast every morning same. Eggs sausage bad bacon beans and litle fresh salad things. Juice machine and coffee machine Full britihs people kids and parents keep noise aaalll day. Even little kids over 12 p.m are awake and run over everywhere and yelling and slam doors and press doorbells. I mean that they dont care others. Parents dont keep any law to they childrens because drinking and keep noices with their "mates" is too important. So if you are englander go there if not dont go there. Room was good and wifi works nice 27.7.2016 and 1 week

Excellent service! Visited in 2016, very clean, great food and friendly staff within walking distance of the beach and local shops. Whilst there we had a medical complication and had to be rushed to hospital and the hotel were excellent and staff assisted where they could even after our return where we had to get the first flight back. Since we have visited in 2018 and again the service is impeccable and faultless, highly recommended.

Really good ,family friendly apartments.good food with plenty of choice. Spacious rooms with a lovely walk in rainfall shower.fast and efficient check in with pleasant staff..entertainment and restaurant staff were amazing with the little ones and their was a lovely lifeguard on duty .I would have given 5 stars if it was a little more disabled friendly..I requested a ground floor apartment and did get one but there are still two lots of steps to the pool and snack bar. No hand rail on them and it would have been easier for me if there was.these are not perfect for anyone with mobility issues but they are fabulous for people that can manage steep stairs and want a lovely family holiday

Modern clean room, adequate facilities on site. Play ground, table tennis and a few amusements. We stayed All inclusive. Local spirits/beer and coca cola branded soft drinks. Buffet service meals which all though not a massive selection was fresh and cooked nicely. Definitely more towards British cuisine with some twists. We've had a happy stay for relaxing and staying by the hotel.

Great little all inclusive. Food isn't the best, it's what you'd expect from a 3*, however there was always something to eat. The pool bar food looked amazing with stone baked pizzas etc and with 50% off to all inclusive customers it was worth it. Staff all great, especially behind the bar. There was a frosty response from the male receptionist when my friend enquired about keeping the room for a few hours. The laughing in her face and rude retort regarding 'clearly' being fully booked was unnecessary, especially as it was evident the hotel was not fully booked. Stay here, just watch the Owl, it bites!

I visited this hotel for a week and I think it was really nice. Here's some things I liked about it: - There's two pools - Air conditioning - Friendly staff - Good restaurant There are some things I didn't like too much like the parking and wifi cost.

Stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel is situated in a nice friendly family centred area with close nearby grocery shops, tourist shops, clothes shops, Irish pubs, shisha bars and cocktail bars which mainly come live in the evenings. Beach is close proximity aswel, 6 min walk max. Now back to the hotel, it's excellent in providing self catering facilities, has kettle, microwave, toaster, gas cooker, cutlery provided, plates, pots and pans for easy cooking. It has a lounge with tv which has UK channels like bb1, 2, itv and 5. Balcony is nice to sit. However there were some issues of the hotel room which has put me off to stay here again. Firstly, the bed has a duvet cover which has dirty stains on it and it was not covered with a duvet cover but rather the fitted sheet was wrapped on top of the duvet cover. It made me think how many people use the duvet cover which is not covered with a duvet sheet and exposed to customers making it very unhygienic and disgusting. Also they don't have double beds only 2 singles pushed together. I requested for double but when I came to the hotel they said they dont have double beds here. However bed was comfortable after I brought a sheet to cover. The toilet seat was dirty on arrival, it has faint faeces stains on seat and seat cover and lots of dried urine stains on it. I brought my own bleach to clean it. Would I come in this hotel again? Hmmm well I think I'll look for another hotel next time near Palmanova. But at the same time the hotel does offer you a apartment of cheap ratings. Maybe if you bring your own bed sheet and some bleach then you can stay.

God mad, gode værelser, poolen var i orden. Bare lidt småt men ellers perfekt

L'hôtel n'est pas si jolie et classe qur l'on pourrait le croire contrairement aux photos pouvant être exposés sur divers site d'hébergement... Dès notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons constaté que notre lit était rempli de cheveux noirs... Les tâches de provenance incertaine sur les draps, sur la tv, sur la cuisinière ainsi que sur le canapé n'arrange en rien notre surprise. L'isolation à notre grande surprise... Est aussi une digne suite de tout ce qui as été précédemment sité.. Autant dire qu'en étant au deuxième étage je pouvait savoir ce que regardais le voisin du 4ème étage sur son ordinateur... Toute vitre fermée je pouvais également sentir que le voisin de gauche avait fais des saucisse à la poêle... Après une nuit à dormir sur un lit digne d'un lit de camping nous décidons d'aller à la piscine qui dans une suite logique elle même est dans un état apocalyptique sauf si l'on aime les baignade à risque... Bref si vous aimez avoir mal au dos, ne pas dormir, entendre tout ce qui se passe dans tous les appartements, et vous baignez dans une piscine a risque cet endroit est fait pour vous !!!!

Absolutely loved it

Had a superb holiday. Great all round service. Reception staff were warm, friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant staff. Food was very good - plenty of choice. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff overall - dealt with problems with a smile. Rooms were clean, and again, the cleaners were very friendly with a 'Hola' and a lovely smile. Only drawbacks were:- Our room allocation. There were 2 palm trees in front of our apartment blocking the sun, and seemed to harbour midge-type flies which came into the apartment. In our opinions, the trees needed cutting back slightly. In the bathroom, the shelf was no more than a foot above the sink basin, so a wash proved impossible without spilling a large amount of water on to the floor. They were the only pointers preventing us from awarding 5 stars, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with lovely friendly fellow holidaymakers. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
