My expectations for the group bike tour I booked were exceeded. I was fortunate enough to be the only participant to explore the city with guide Oskar. Oskar is a very friendly and pleasant person who knows how to tell his guests unique and amusing stories about his city. His English is excellent, and communication with him is easy. The e-bike was also very easy to ride. So, I had a very interesting and entertaining tour, during which I learned a lot about this beautiful city and the Basque people, about its sights, architecture, politics, and gastronomy, and of course, about the traditional Athletic Club, whose football team is the heart of all Basques. My conclusion: If you really want to get to know Bilbao, book a bike tour with Oskar… 😊

Oskar was a fantastic guide on our e-bike tour. His knowledge and humour was second to none. We really enjoyed our day and would highly recommend.

Tijdens stedentrips doe ik graag een fietstour, dus ik heb er al heel wat meegemaakt, maar deze was helaas de minst leuke tot nu toe. De eerste 20 minuten gingen op aan een uitgebreid voorstelrondje, wat echt te lang duurde. Daarna stopten we al na twee straten opnieuw, en onze gids vertelde onnodig veel persoonlijke verhalen. We hebben uiteindelijk meer stilgestaan en geluisterd dan echt gefietst of de stad bekeken. Jammer, want ik had me erg op de tour verheugd.

Met een groep van 35 personen een Pinxto Tour en een fiets tour gedaan bij Tourne Bilbao. Super georganiseerd met Nederlandse-talige gidsen die ons meenamen naar de mooiste plekjes van Bilbao 👌

Fantastic bike ride to the beautiful peaceful coast and pretty old fishing port. V friendly , the electric bikes were great the day after the run . Roberto v informative accommodating guide . A refreshment stop 1 / 2 way and the option for a short break at the fishing village and returning with our guide or making our own way back after lunch at the port . Thoroughly recommend it .

De tour was fantastisch! One reisgids Milan was een enorm goede storyteller! Hij wist op een enthousiaste en beeldende manier de historie van de stad te vertellen! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden!

Experienced both the cycling tour as well as the pintxos tour. Both I highly recommend! Rianne was an excellent and knowledgeable guide on the bike. Especially nice was when we got of the bikes to visit a cultural hub. And Oskar was an amazing friendly and very talkative guide. We learned loads of new stuff on Bilbao, Bask country, wine, beer, pintxos and even soccer. If you are lucky enough to have Oskar as your guide, you will have a great time!

Very nice tour with Roberto

We (2 dutch couples) had a great time with Peter, our Dutch speaking guide. He guided us through Bilbao, showed us all the hotspots and told us so many interesting stories and information about Bilbao and it's (recent) history. Peter is born in Bilbao and knows everything there is to know about Bilbao and Spain and his Dutch is excellent. Also, doing a guided trip by e-bike gives you so much more area to cover and see. If this is your first visit to Bilbao, this tour by Tourné is an absolute must. You will love it!

Tour was a comfortable pace. We stopped at many highlights in the city. The E-bikes were in good working order and made the journey very pleasant. Roberto shared lots of information about the history of Bilbao and was good about directing the group safely through the traffic and crowds.

Fantastic bike tour with Roberto. He was so knowledgeable about the city and really enhanced the experience. We got to see so much of the city and the drink stop at the football stadium cafe was a real bonus. We did a group tour but there were only about 10 of us so it was easy to keep together. We picked a Sunday morning so the roads were really quiet as the city doesn’t wake up till later. Thank you

Roberto is een topgids. We hebben genoten van onze “geheimen van Bilbao” tour. Je komt langs supertoffe streetart en komt dingen te weten over Bilbao die je, als je alleen op stap gaat, niet zo snel achterhaalt. Het leuke is dat Roberto veel kunstenaars ook persoonlijk kent.

Op 13 september een hele leuke pintxos tour gedaan met "Hendrik" die eigenlijk Oscar heet. We hadden een hele leuke groep en Hendrik heeft ons fantastisch rond geleid en kennis laten maken met heerlijke pintxos en wijntjes. En ons vol humor veel verteld over Bilbao en Baskenland. We hadden een superleuke avond. Een aanrader!

Had an awesome time renting an e-bike from Tourné Bilbao! The bikes are super easy to ride, perfect for getting around the city, and even come with a basket for your stuff. Staff were super friendly, price was great, and the whole experience made exploring Bilbao so much fun. Totally recommend!

This place does all sorts of tours. We had a walking tour of the Old Town and were told all about the history of Bilbao and the Basque region. The bars we visited we lovely and tge Pixtos were great. Our host Milan we friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this to anyone.

We deden gisteren via baja bikes een fietstour met Roberto naar Getxo. Een mooie route langs de rivier Nervon. Roberto gaf ons op regelmatige plaatsen wat uitleg over de streek. Echt een aanrader.

Très sympa et très pro! J'avais réservé sur internet , et c'était très bien indiqué. Je suis arrivée un peu en retard mais la personne qui m'a accueillie parlait français, et a réglé le siège enfant super efficacement ! Le guide était très sympa et à l'écoute. Je recommande de visiter Bilbao comme ça pour connaître quelques spécificités et mieux apprécier bilbao.

Fietsen gehuurd voor 4 uur om ermee naar Portugalette te fietsen. Allemaal heel leuk totdat je een platte band hebt... Geen pechdienst en ook geen reserveband meegekregen. Je moet zelf klooien met een super zware fiets met platte band op de metro. En de Nederlandse juffrouw in de winkel vond dat heel normaal 😡. 'We kunnen de winkel toch niet alleen laten' en 'we kunnen toch niet met iedereen een reserveband meegeven'. Euh, jawel dus. Dat noemen ze namelijk service 🙄.

Spent a Friday eve on a tour this Roberto, what an experience! Even for seasoned tourists like us we enjoyed it so much! The top highlight is the 1st pintxo place where they do everything on fire - the seared tune pintxo, absolutely fantastic!

Very enthusiastic and friendly tour guide, who tells passionately about Bilbao, although he's not originately from there. Had a lot of knowledge about places, history and culture, and was funny. Have seen a great deal of the city, which we would otherwise not have seen.

We had a super fun evening sampling pintxos and Spanish wines with our guide Roberto. He was very knowledgeable, provided a lot of useful information on Bilbao and the Basque country in general and we all had the most wonderful time.

August 3, 2025 we highly enjoyed our Bilbao bike tour together with another nice family, all under the professional guidance by Roberto. Roberto knows his historical facts about this marvelous city. He even teached us some important Basq vocabulary 😁 For any city slicker who likes to have some great time in Bilbao I highly recommend this activity.

Oscar war ein sehr unterhaltsamer Guide. Wir haben diese Tour am ersten Abend unserer zweiwöchigen Nordspanien Rundreise gemacht und es war der perfekte Einstieg. Die Gruppe war supernett, die Pinxtos waren sehr lecker und die Auswahl der Bars abseits der Touristenströme gelungen. Außerdem hat uns Oscar noch viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful tour of just under 3 hours with Roberto! They had a cargo bike that my husband could ride with our 6-year-old in it since she was too small to ride a regular bike. It was a full group of around 12 (about half of that was my family). The information about Bilbao was just what we wanted, and we covered a lot of ground. Highly recommend!

A fantastic tour around the city of Bilbao! Our guide Roberto gave us all the necessary instructions of how to use the bikes, which was of great importance to me, an inexperienced bike rider. We went at reasonable speed and I enjoyed every moment of the tour. We made stops at beautiful spots every now and then. Roberto told us about the history and meaning of rach place. We had time to take photos too. The highlight for me was going up the bridge next to Guggenheim museum. We took photos and climbed back down to continue our ride. Having a look inside Arhletic Club stadium was great too! Absolutely recommended! A great alternative to a tiring walking tour or a too short hop on/off bus tour.

STREETART Away from the Meanstream of Bilboa. Thanks to Milan, he made the tour relaxed, entertaining and inspiring. We didn't love Bilbao anymore. And Milan's English is perfect for our untrained ears:) the pace of the tour he adapted to us. We felt very comfortable❤️

Makkelijk overzicht en leuke feitjes

Super coole Radtour. Dabei lernt man die Stadt wirklich kennen. Wir haben uns einen Tag nach der Radtour noch zwei E Bikes ausgeborgt und sind damit zum Strand gefahren. Absolut Top. 👍🏻

Met de bevlogen Rick 3.5 uur op de e-bike door Bilbao met heerlijk weer was erg goed. De Vlaamse historicus kon het verleden (ETA) verbinden met het heden (Guggenheim), wist veel van de stad en kon dat goed overbrengen.

We hebben er 3 elektrische fietsen gehuurd voor een halve dag ( = 4 uren). Materiaal van goede kwaliteit. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbater die uitgebreid de tijd nam om ons alles uit te leggen.

18 juli 2025 een fietstour gehad door Tourne Bilbao georganiseerd. We hebben een fantastische "reis" door Bilbao gehad van Nederlandse Sylvia Sylvia weet erg veel te vertellen over Bilbao, en is erg prettig om naar te luisteren Ze hield de groep ook goed bij elkaar, ondanks we een grote groep hadden We hadden ook fijne electrische fietsen, deze konden we na de tour voor 7.00 extra bijhoren de hele dag

Kwamen aan gesloten Was een festival tot 19-8 Zeer slecht gecommuniceerd via de socials

Roberto showed us Bilbao as we wouldn’t have seen had we just hired the bikes alone. If you’re considering this and a stadium tour of San Mames just do this as you go for a break in the stadium bar half way through! He was also very considerate to one of our party when they managed to go over the bars! Highly recommended.

Fantastische fietstour door Bilbao! Een erg leuke en interessante tour die je de stad op een heel andere manier laat ervaren. Op de fiets ontdek je plekken die je anders misschien zou missen, en dankzij de uitleg over de rijke historie krijg je echt inzicht in het karakter van Bilbao. Onze gids William (Willy) had duidelijk liefde voor de stad, maar vertelde ook eerlijk over de minder mooie kanten van de geschiedenis. Daardoor kregen we een realistisch, volledig én mooi beeld van de stad. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die deze bijzondere stad bezoekt!

Great e bike tour of the many interesting highlights of Bilbao with our very informative guide Roberto who explained much of the background to the transformation of the city. Bikes were good quality and easy to use and the route avoided busy roads. Felt safe and secure as there are plenty of bike lanes in the city.

Me and my daughter hired bikes at Tourné Bilbao to cycle to the Vizcayabrigde. The owner, Milan is very nice and kind. A Dutch girl, I belief her name is Erin, but correct me if I'm wrong and is working as an intern at the shop, helped us. She was also very nice and kind. It was also helpfull for us to speak Dutch with her. We recommend Tourné Bilbao highly for renting E-bikes. And they also offers Cycling Tours, which is really great to do so in Bilbao.

Superleuke tour om de highlights van Bilbao te zien. Wij hadden Benat, superfijne gids, lekker relaxt en nam alle tijd voor alle vragen. Door de tour de eerste dag te doen wisten we gelijk een beetje hoe de stad in elkaar zat en waar we meer tijd aan wilden besteden. Volgende dag de elektrische fietsen voor de hele dag gehuurd en naar Getxo gereden, ook erg leuk om te doen. Moeite waard!

Chatty Oscar made the tour fun, inclusive to all. I even enjoyed the football stadium. Bikes were easy to use and includes a basket for a small bag. There is a lovely bar right next door (selling gorgeous juice ) so that you can use the bathroom Bilbao is a dream to cycle around . Would highly recommend

We booked a biking tour to start on Friday 15h00, but rain and a lot of wind forced us to cancel. With a smile, they rebooked us for the next day in the morning. Resulting is a great biking trip through sunny Bilbao with Oscar as our guide. Good English - lovely sence of humor and we learned that he is a big fan of San Sebastian. 5 stars well deserved !

Lovely Bilbao Bike Tour with Milan! Had a great time on the Tourne Bicycle tour from Bilbao’s city center to Getxo. Had a great three hour e-cycling tour with Roberto(highlights half day) . The ebikes made easy work of the hills, and allowed us to see more of the city than we would have managed by ourselves. A good overview of the history of the city and the context of the redevelopments, plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures, and a coffee stop midway. we was also very knowledgable when we had any questions on the sights we saw or anything on Bilbao and the surrounding area. Cycling in Bilbao is great, most of it was on dedicated cycle paths, but the on road parts were very safe and not overcrowded. The ebikes are comfortable and easy to use. Roberto was a great guide, and made it a safe, enjoyable and educational experience. I would highly recommend this tour, and it is a good one to do early in your trip to get your bearings.

Op 24 maart met een toer mee geweest van Tourne. Onderleiding van enthousiaste professionele gids Nicolien . Ze heeft ons meegenomen in de geschiedenis en het huidige leven van de Basken en de stad Bilbao. Echt een aanrader! Wij komen zeker een keer terug!

Fantastic tour of Bilbao. Oskar our guide was friendly, funny, knowledgable and passionate. Gave us great tips on where to go and eat, one of which I’m sitting in now doing this review. Nice pace of cycling and stopping to learn about the sights. Highly recommend.

Leuke tour met leuke gids Rianne. Op de fiets zie je toch weer andere dingen dan lopend. En je hoort vooral de leuke achtergronden. Dat maakt de stad weer interessanter.

We enjoyed a very interesting tour by Oscar. We learned a lot about the city, its history and the growth towards today. And iff course the Bask traditions as football and food/wine.
