Private tour (mother & 2 daughters) with Joseba Brilliant start to the week! The personalised approach made the city feel more animated and engaging, enhancing the overall experience of our Bilbao holiday. Joseba is a local resident and this adds to his knowledge of the Basque culture. He deviated from the route to explore an artist neighborhood, aligning with our interests and conversation flow. The tour was enriched by discussions on the Basque language's primitive roots and recommendations for traditional food, artists' markets, and travel tips. We had the tour scheduled for Monday at 8:30 AM and Joseba canceled our tour with no mention of the reason. When we booked it there were a lot of spots open. I am guessing he didn’t get enough people so just two customers was not worth it for him. No explanation or anything- just CANCELED. If there was no tour why was I able to book it?Very unprofessional!

Did the Small Group Guided Half Day Tour visit to San Juan Gaztelugatxe. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip which was enhanced by our guide Stephane. He was friendly & knowledgeable about area & history and provided suggestions for cafes in old town which were really nice.

Did a walking tour with Joseba to San Juan Gastelugatxe and I had so much fun. We met up and drove over, the walk was great and he was very considerate given I had asthma and needed to stop every now and then since I had lost my inhaler. A total expert on the area and land as he answered all my questions. Honestly I loved it and would do it again.

I took the "Bilbao at a Glance" tour and highly recommended. Joseba is knowledgeable, charismatic, and proud of his home city. He asks questions of the customers in a way that keeps them engaged and often added a second level of background when describing a place, really filling out its history and significance. While the tour itself is great, I'd especially recommend it as a few hour "getting your bearings" tour, as you walk through much of the old city and Abando and get a good feel for the city core.

We booked a San Juan de Gaztelugatxe and Bermeo tour for 6 with Joseba. He arrived promptly on time, was very knowledgeable and had answers to all questions. This was worth every penny! Such an amazing tour. By far the most memorable of all the ports that we stopped at on this cruise.

Booked an early morning tour to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, which was perfect - the early start meant that we arrived before the crowds and also the heat! Our tour guide was very knowledgable about the local area and the local history. I liked the fact that the tours are limited to a small size - it makes for a more personal experience.

We had a wonderful tour with Joseba! He was super informative, took us to hard to find viewpoints to take photos, and even stopped for pintxos mid-tour when our group got hungry. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bilbao!

We were part of a your to San Juan del Gastelugatxe. Kumu, our guide, gave us an extensive tour, not only including the history of the place, or why is called what it is, but also relevant trees and birds of the area and geological formations that can be see in the coast. Apart from that we were fetch in the casco antiguo and return to it when the tour was done. He also answer doubts about Bilbao and gave us great recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. 10/10 tour! Highly recommended!
