We loved our wine tour in Valencia and would recommend it to anyone! David was absolutely an incredible guide providing so much knowledge about Valencia, wine making, and the wine regions! Not to mention, he also provided so many recommendations for our time in Valencia!

David is an incredible guide and I loved my tour with him. He has so much knowledge of Valencia and Spain as a whole and knows how to share it in a fun and engaging way. I can't wait to win millions of pounds on a TV gameshow thanks to all the trivia he helped me learn (711 is stuck in my head forever!). Muchas gracias, David - you are great at what you do.

We had an amazing day! Coordinating the pickup location was super easy via WhatsApp, and the rides were smooth and professional. David’s knowledge was truly outstanding – not only did he know the wineries and their staff personally, but he also shared fascinating stories about the wines and the people behind them. It’s clear he’s been doing these tours for a while, and his experience made the day feel really special. On top of that, he’s incredibly friendly and had us laughing with his great sense of humor. I’d go on another tour with him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended

This was such a great experience for my girlfriend and I. We were a little hesitant because we don’t drink wine very often, but David made the experience easy and fun for us beginners with his profound knowledge and warm personality! He is also hilarious and very easy to talk to! We would definitely do it again and recommend this tour with David to anyone visiting Valencia.

We had a wonderful experience on our private wine tour to Requena. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing insights about the history of wine in the region and how the unique geography shapes the local varietals. One of the highlights was touring the underground wine caves—such a fascinating glimpse into centuries-old winemaking traditions. We also visited Sierra Norte, where we enjoyed both the wines and the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a truly memorable day. Highly recommend!

Had the best Medieval Valencia tour with David, this felt like winning the jackpot! He truly knows what he is talking about, shared a LOT of super interesting stories and facts about parts of history that I was specifically asking about (historical feminist perspective on the Bible and such!) and is such a kind and hospitable person. Absolutely loved it and would 1000% recommend going with him. Small group, very knowledgeable and kind guide, absolute value for money!

The tour of the Requena wine region with David was beyond excellent from start to finish. Th ride was in a very nice van with only a small group of 7 people. He provided very interesting information that you don't see in books or other tours throughout. The 2 wineries were lovely and the wine and food were delicious!

We’ve been to several wine tours on a few continents. David is not only attentive and friendly but very helpful as well. Throughout the tour he was able to address all of our oenophile queries and more importantly, cross-examine regional wine facts with his broad experience of and with international varietals. David Navarro was a wonderful host for my wife and me while we visited Valencia Spain and visited two wineries not far from the city. He speaks very good English and taught us a lot about the history of the area we visited, as well as took us to two wineries for tastings. Highly recommended!

The wine tour with David was very engaging and laid back. The wine was impeccable and the history/background made the experience even more beautiful and interesting. We learnt a lot and had some good laughs along the way. Would recommend 👍

Excellent wine tour with David! He's extremely knowledgeable: he shared details of Spanish wines, wine-making, and the history of Requena on our tour. He took us around town and shared details of Arab and Christians' rule. The wine tours were comprehensive. He conducted the wine tours himself!! Wow! I was thoroughly impressed - he knows Spanish wines and the production of wines. We definitely will be recommending his tour anytime friends visit us in Valencia. It's a must!

Spending a day touring Utiel-Requena with David was a highlight of my visit to the region. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and his passion for his home and the wine is apparent. I also appreciated the variety of wineries he selected, as well as a short walking tour of old town Requena, and the inclusions of the tour. I highly recommend this tour and would do it again!

I had the opportunity to do this wonderful tour with David last week when I was in Valencia. My friend who was supposed to go with me was ill at the last minute but David helped me figure out how to get a full refund. The tour was nice and small (me, a couple and one woman who was solo). David was very knowledgeable about the wine region and wines in general and gave us and excellent history and details all along the way. We stopped at 2 wineries, one with a visit down to the caves. We got to try a few wines at the first one and three at the next one (but since I wanted more smaller tastes, I was able to try more wines which was nice). I bought a case to bring home and David was giving me tips on where I might get wine sleeves. Then, on our way back, David gave a lot of other recommendations, including restaurants and where to purchase ceramics. I went to one of the restaurants he recommended and it was really good. I highly recommend this tour with David! He really went above and beyond and made the day special.

My husband and I did two tours with David during our holiday in Valencia. The first was a wine tour to Requena, which was excellent. David was punctual, informative, and friendly. We did this tour with four other people. We enjoyed it so much that we booked a private historical tour with David to Segunto (town and castle). David’s knowledge of the area is extensive. He’s a great guide and a nice guy. 😊

David is a wealth of information on Spain and it’s wine. We really enjoyed the trip to Requena and the wine caves. It was superb!

OMG this tour to Albufera is a must. Amazing, we saw rice fields, wildlife, a boat ride and the best paella 🥘 we ever had. David is an amazing and informative guide. Thanks for a great day.

We had a great time on our wine tour with David. We were 3 couples visiting Valencia. He picked us up on time and as planned. He then transported us to 2 different wineries, one of which included a cave tour experience. We loved all the wines at both places. Wonderful light snacks were served as well. He was very informative and spoke excellent English which we appreciated. We highly recommend this tour!

The tour was comfortable, enjoyable and David's explanations and knowledge of the two wineries we visited was very impressive! He definitely knows his wine, and not just Spanish wine. I highly recommend his services if you are looking for an experienced tour guide in the Valencia area.

Our day with David wine tasting outside of Valencia was nothing short of spectacular. From the convenience of being picked up in his new (and airconditioned) van; to lovely wine at 2 different wineries to all of the history David provided- it was a fantastic day. David is so personable, knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the history and stories (and he also knows his wine!) - it made the entire day so good. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with David and will absolutely be getting in touch with him about future tours. 5 Stars, 10/10- highly recommend. You won't regret booking your tour with him and his company!

Je recommande vivement cette visite très intéressante ! Nous l’avons réalisée en espagnol mais David parle aussi très bien anglais. Je connais assez bien l’histoire d’Espagne mais grâce à cette balade j’ai appris plein de choses. J’étais avec ma fille de 15 ans et elle a également beaucoup apprécié les anecdotes et détails qui ont ponctué la ballade. Merci David !

David took us on a fun and educational 1/2 day wine tour Jan 2023. Knowledgeable and speaks good English!

David was a great guide. I bought myself 4 bottles of wine along the way. I also got to meet the vineyard’s owner, which added to the whole experience.

David was a great and hospitable tour guide. He knows the history of Valencia incredibly well and explains it with ease and additional visuals. All while keeping things relaxed and allowing for questions and conversation. I highly recommend taking advantage of this gem of a tour!!

We had an amazing time on our tour with David! We selected the full-day tour with tastings at two wineries in the Requena region, plus a tour/tasting at an olive oil mill and lunch. Everything was just wonderful. I think what really set this tour apart was the level of personalization involved. David asked us about our knowledge of wine and wine making, and made a genuine effort to avoid "boring" us with the same info that most tours give on repeat. It was a fabulous day and I would highly recommend booking any tour with David offers, depending on your interests.

Deseábamos pasear Valencia como despreocupados turistas pero también conocer mejor su historia y sus detalles. David, siempre atento a todas nuestras muestras de curiosidad, nos mostró esa Valencia de misterio y novela negra que nos cautivó con su oferta de LA VALENCIA DE LOS ESPIAS. También al día siguiente pudimos disfrutar de un enfoque distinto en el TOUR DE LA ALBUFERA, en el que pudimos conocer un rico ecosistema de una belleza incomparable en el que nos sorprendieron, además de la propia albufera, las enormes extensiones de arrozales y los exóticos “pink flamingos” que allí habitan. Tengo que destacar la profesionalidad de nuestro guía, David, y quiero agradecerle desde aquí las estupendas sugerencias gastronómicas que nos hizo. Volveremos.

Nuestro tour por Valencia con David fue de lo más satisfactorio. David se ajustó sin problema a nuestras necesidades de horario. El tour fue muy completo y conocimos el casco antigüo de Valencia con su historia y curiosidades a la perfección. Totalmente recomendable.

Nos prepararon un pac con alojamiento, visita a bodegas de la zona y a una almazara y todo fue genial. Todo a su hora, sin problemas. El alojamiento estupendo. Muy buena relación con el organizador y con respuesta inmediata a cualquier duda. Para repetir.

Hicimos una excursión a Requena donde visitamos una bodega e hicimos cata de varios vinos,recorrimos las calles atendiendo a las explicaciones sobre la historia de los monumentos y degustamos un menú de productos típicos de la zona. David es muy profesional y lo explica todo muy bien!Se preocupó en cada momento de que entendiesemos todo de una forma muy entretenida.Nos gustó mucho la visita.La recomendamos y repetiremos otro tour con él!
