L'hotel est bien situé en ville. Les margelles de la piscine sont à rénover, la propreté autour de la piscine n'est pas bonne. Les chambres sont bien, la salle de bain est rénovée. mauvaise odeur dans la douche, le ménage est sommaire. L'accueil vous remet des jetons pour récupérer un gobelet par personne au premier passage, vous devez passer tout votre séjour avec le même verre, ils le rincent avec un peu d'eau chaque fois que vous allez demander une boisson. Si vous le perdez, c'est 2 euros pour un autre. démarche écologique. 100 euros de caution sans avertissement, L'accès au snack et au buffet est hyper contrôlé car il y a des clients en logement seul, en demi-pension et en all-in. ce qui complique la fluidité de service. L'animation exclusivement pour les Anglais,. Nous tenons à remercier Enrique à la réception, nous remercions également les services avec Lucho, Tina et les 2 Abdoul pour leurs efforts en français, et Óscar pour l'accès au Football français sur grand écran. Ce qui dénote surtout pour le service, et le plus déplorable par rapport aux hôtels du reste du globe, le all-in commence à 11h quelque soit votre heure d'arrivée le premier jour, et s'arrête à 10h le dernier jour quelque soit votre heure de départ le dernier jour, en coupant votre bracelet d'accès all-in, . sinon, ils faut payer 15€ par personne pour le all-in (repas et boissons) le dernier jour...

Terrible place room smelt of sewage and nothing was done wouldn’t change us to another room food very average and boring. The only decent thing was the weather.

I was here for one week when we got there bed sheets where dirty and bed bugs I couldn't sleep In the bed the food was shit I would never stay in this hotel ever again

The worst inter2 hotel solou to stay in the staff at reception and bar are very rude you don't get all inclusive even though you payed for it the pool area is very dirty and slimy and broken lounge chair's my 5 year old cut her hand on one and the smell of sewage every even and morning in the bathroom and the balcony was so dirty would never recommend it to anyone

Stayed here for a week with 2 teenagers. Absolutely awful. Food was terrible. Bland, freezing cold and the same thing every day. Drinks limited to one alcoholic drink per person at a time. Only certain spirits were included in 'all inclusive'. After 11pm (main entertainment show started at 11) drinks became chargeable, no longer all inclusive. We had to eat out on several occasions, to ensure a decent meal. Snack bar didn't open until 2pm and was also very limited. The room was adequate, but very run down and in need of redecoration. Fresh towels and bedding supplied every other day, but you're expected to clean the room yourself with mops and brooms in the room. Room was not cleaned the entirety of our stay. £100 deposit was taken upon check in, along with a tourist tax( tourist tax expected) but such a large deposit could catch some people out, as it's not mentioned. Entertainment staff were great, great shows put on. There seemed to be a lot on for younger kids, but not much there for teens and older kids. The pool was nice and its in close proximity to local shops, and 2 very nice beaches. Hat is sadly the only positives I can draw. Would absolutely not return 😢

Would not recommend if you are wanting a quite hotel no where said it was as lively as it was the hotel was so noisey The rooms was not upto much the sofa bed was broken so had to put mattress on the floor as the sofa bed wasn't safe the room was also fithy Also when we booked the room no where did it say that you have to pay 100 euros deposit before you get the keys The food is OK could do with being alot hotter as it was very cold

First time In my life I’m happy come back home. After this week I fell like I need more holidays. So disappointed with this apartments and stuff . Drinks and food… We learned a lot of things upon arrival that were completely not mentioned in the information when purchasing the hotel. Be careful with Inter2

Stayed here on all-inclusive with friends 1 member was put in the main hotel we was placed opposite the hotel in a decent sized room to be fair but everytime we wanted food we had to go over the road even if we wanted to use the pool we didn't bother with pool entertainment for kids is really good but nothing for adults the food was basic and boring sometimes breakfast was the only decent meal we enjoyed and as for all-inclusive if u want cocktails u have to pay which I don't agree with most drinks and some foods u have to pay so not worth the all-inclusive to be honest.I will not return to this hotel as I got eaten alive was there 4 nights came out with 14 mosquito bites from the room so if u go take plenty plug ins your going need them

Ideal hotel for families with young children, holidaying on a budget. Some staff seemed rude at times, and didn't seem happy. We went all inclusive but it wasnt worth it. The hot food was cold and tasteless, and the cold food warm. We had to eat out a few times so we knew we'd had a good meal. This added to the cost of our holiday. On arrival you're given tokens for your drinks cups, which you have for your entire stay. These were not always washed out by bar staff, and you can only order 1 alcoholic drink at a time, meaning both of us had to go to the bar. Not all drinks are included in the all inclusive package. The hotel is clean as are surrounding areas. Pool is smaller than the photos. All entertainment was for the kids, unless you like bingo. Beds werent very comfortable, but room was clean, altjouhh could do with decorating in places. Good location for the beaches and shopping area.

The rooms were absolutely fine... cleaned regularly and fresh bedding and towels One drink time policy is OK Snack bar... isnt really all inclusive one per day... not good when fussy kids when food in main part is disgusting Some staff are extremely rude Hotel isnt for me or my family but others love it... everyone is allowed an opinion and this is ours Other guest need learn respect and not scream and ball and 230 in morning

It's a good place the food is not good the beds are kinda cozy but the entertainment is.good but one night when I was trying to sleap there was loud music from the entertainment bit

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Place is a joke. All inclusive does not mean all inclusive. Food was pathetic not even a meal for the kids. Staff not friendly. Rooms are a not in great condition. If your looking for a sub standard hotel this is for u.

WE WERE ROBBED AT RECEPTION The rooms are in an awful state, floors were filthy especially in the bathroom, many of the tiles on the floor and the cupboards were broken and they charged us 100 deposit. Not to mention when we checked out we got robbed at the reception, one man asked us for directions and another came behind us and took a bag with personal belongings and our passports one the employees saw this happen and walked outside to watch the men run away and NEVER said anything to us about what had occurred until we noticed the bag was missing ourselves whole waiting on our shuttl inside the hotel. When we aksed for help she laughed while telling us what she saw, absolutely disgusted and it ruined the entire vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I stayed at Inter 2 in Salou for 5 nights with my two young children, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment across the road we wore put in even though I had booked the hotel. The room was in a terrible condition. There was a constant unpleasant smell throughout, the doors were dirty, and the beds were broken the bars underneath offered no support, making them uncomfortable and unsafe. The sofa bed was absolutely filthy. It was in such a disgusting state that I wouldn’t even sit on it myself, let alone allow my children anywhere near it. To make matters worse, there were signs of bed bugs, which made the entire stay even more unbearable.We are covered in bed bug bites. The bathroom had a persistent foul odor coming from the toilet, which was never resolved. Rubbish bags were only collected once during our 5-night stay, adding to the overall poor hygiene with two small children. This accommodation is not maintained to an acceptable standard and is completely unsuitable for families. For the health, comfort, and safety of guests, I cannot recommend Inter 2 to anyone and would strongly advise booking elsewhere in Salou.

Stayed for 6 days. I know you get what you pay for so some good and bad. Food was ok, just not very hot. Inclusive drinks dont hardly include most spirits. We were there for 6 days. The room was not cleaned once. We had clean towels and beds made, but that was it. Ended up buying bleach. The pool was very cold, and you had to buy a sundowner mat. The reception staff were rude, acted like they didn't want to help or speak to you. Bar, restaurant staff were lovely. The entertainment team were great, made sure they entertainmed the kids and the adults. Cheap holiday with all the basics, but don't expect anything else

We arrived on 20th September and when we walked into our room it was nothing like the pictures. We went to reception and they offered another room but on the same floor, we took it because it was a lot better than the last one but still horrible. Everywhere was dirty and the smell in the room made me feel sick. We decided to try out the food for dinner, there were max 3 options of food to choose from, all cold and dry food. The hotel manager was not helpful at all, didn’t care about what we thought. We ended up moving hotels for the rest of our holiday because we just couldn’t stay here, would NOT recommend!!

My child got accused for breaking the games in the arcade and how can u break all the games more than once? The thing is the machines are all still working and to top it off they called my child stupid. And there's ants in the room when I woke up ants every we're the cleaners robbed my cousins top don't stay here the staff are rude to children pls don't make the mistake of staying here like I did first day your all good and then trouble starts the staff are so rude I can't even think of a word to explain them and the security guard usman is the worst of the bunch pls I beg you don't stay here and inter 2 don't even say sorry

My family and I stayed 2 weeks in inter2 it has to be the wrost accommodation ever I actually don't no where to start. Food was just disgusting. Staff was very un helpful. Washing machine took €5 out of my account and wouldn't work I asked a staff member to help me and my reply was try tap your card again happened 2nd time and staff said to me I'm sorry noting I can do so ,€10 was taken and still no wash... entertainment for kids is brilliant 👏 pools are very good but there is no life guard along side of the pool.. when you arrive cups is giving to each person to mind if you lose it it's costing €2. My toilet in my room wouldn't flush there was a smell coming from bathroom sink I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this accommodation

Vacaciones en Salou el apartamentos hemos quedamos sin luz y sin agua 😡😡😡😡😡

⭐ Si pudiera poner cero estrellas, lo haría sin pensarlo. Nada más llegar ya empezó la pesadilla. Entramos en la habitación y nos encontramos con colchones llenos de manchas y suciedad, sábanas con pelos incluidos y un baño tan desagradable que mi familia prefirió ducharse con calcetines antes que pisar esa ducha. Pedimos toallas en recepción y la respuesta fue surrealista: “se nos han acabado, tienen que venir en un camión, no sabemos cuándo llegarán, vayan pasando de vez en cuando a ver si hay”. Finalmente llegaron por la noche y, para nuestra sorpresa, estaban amarillentas, como si llevaran años guardadas en un trastero. La habitación no se quedaba atrás en desgracias: la televisión no funcionaba porque el cable no encajaba en la pared, uno de los enchufes estaba muerto y no podíamos cargar el móvil, y la cama se rompió nada más subirse un amigo. Vale, mi amigo está algo rellenito, pero tampoco como para que una cama se rinda a los cinco segundos de conocerlo. Los armarios estaban tan llenos de polvo y suciedad que decidimos no usarlos; toda la ropa se quedó en la maleta durante la semana entera porque daba asco meterla ahí. Y pensábamos que lo peor era la habitación… hasta que probamos el buffet. Fue como entrar en una película de humor negro. Un espacio ridículamente pequeño con un par de bandejas de comida, y al girar la mesa para ver “qué había del otro lado” descubrías la gran sorpresa: exactamente lo mismo. Poca variedad, sabor pésimo, y ni el agua sabía bien. Lo único que se salvaba era la cebolla, literalmente. He visto episodios de Bob Esponja donde la comida del Chum Bucket de Plankton tenía mejor pinta que la de este hotel. Por si fuera poco, el “Todo Incluido” parecía un chiste: te daban un vaso de plástico el primer día y tenías que usarlo para todo el viaje, si querías otro, había que pagar. Lo barato salió muy caro. La sala de juegos, que en teoría debería ser un sitio divertido, estaba más caliente que la matrícula de un cohete recién despegado. Imposible estar ahí dentro sin salir empapado de sudor. Y el colmo de los colmos llegó en la piscina: encontramos algo flotando que jamás debería estar ahí, y lo más grave es que permaneció todo el día sin que nadie lo limpiara. Una escena digna de película de terror. En resumen: unas vacaciones para olvidar. Entre la suciedad, la mala organización, la pésima comida y la falta de higiene, este hotel se ha ganado a pulso ser la peor experiencia que hemos tenido nunca. Vuelve tú porque a mi me da la risa.

Absolute rubbish. Hotel is focused on the cheapest possible experience. If you want to stay here dont expect anything. Do not book all inclusive as the food is so bad we had to eat out most of the time. The inclusive drinks at the bar are absolutely rubbish as well.

For value for money this place is fab! We paid £1500 for a week all inclusive and wasn't expecting much but we were presently surprised! We had a one bedroom apartment. Was plenty big enough all clean and fresh towels bedding every other day. Food was OK. Not much choice but we always found something to eat. The one drink per person rule is annoying but understand why they do it. Wasn't really a big deal. Now the best bit of our stay. The entertainment !! The team is fab. Always something fun going on. Kids loved it. Special thanks to demi for always making sure our little girl joined in. She will miss you loads. Ignore the bad reviews. Holidays are what you make and for what you pay it's above what I expected!

Hemos estado una semana y nunca jamás volveremos,es un asco todo vamos a ponernos en contexto. llegamos y lo primero que pensamos fue en hacer una pizza para comer abrimos el horno y eso era asqueroso, abrí los armarios para lavar los platos porque ya veiamos que alli estaba todo asqueroso y al abrir habian cucurachas y los armarios super sucios,le comente al propietario o no se quien era y me respondio de muy malas formas,,las sabanas tenian pelos rubios, claramente no estaban limpias,pedi que juntaran las camas para hacer una de matrimonio,no lo hicieron y la respuesta fue que lo hicieramos nosotros,nuestro hijo de 12 años no tenia ni las sábanas para montar el sofá cama,cuando pregunte me dijeron que buscara en los armarios,no cuidan ni un solo detalle con la presentación del alojamiento,debajo de mueble de la tv habian paquetes de cleenex y debajo de la pica del baño ni hablar,llegamos a casa a desinfectar todo por miedo a traer algun bicho, habitación 303 no recomiendo este lugar a nadie,pagamos una fortuna por este lugar insalubre.tengo fotos que lo demuestran ,aunque en Booking no las hayan querido subir porque a ellos les afecta.

Parto col dire che quando siamo arrivati io mia figlia e il fidanzato erano le 00:00 e per avere il check-in abbiamo aspettato un bel po' perché c'era una sola persona molta gente in fila ed erano lenti. Quando il check-in è stato effettuato ci hanno dato la camera nello stabile di fronte e quando siamo entrati non ho avuto un Bell impatto sembrava horror il terzo letto ( dato che avevo richiesto una tripla) era in cucina ma non era stato fatto c'erano le lenzuola sopra appoggiate l'avrei dovuto fare io. Nel bagno non c'era nessuno appoggia asciugamani ne un porta spazzolini la pulizia non era delle migliori. E abbiamo avuto un po' di paura perché poi di una volta ci hanno suonato il citofono insistentemente in tarda notte e questo l'ho riferito. La piscina è stata comoda usarla avevamo il bar a disposizione... Per la posizione dell'appartamento era ottima avevamo tutto nelle vicinanze mare negozi bar minimarket e divertimento. Questo ci ha permesso di fare una bellissima vacanza.( Il terrazzino ci è piaciuto tanto)

Horrible !! Habitaciones oliendo FATAL a productos de limpieza mezclados con humedad. Pared con un agujero, otras paredes manchadas de algo de dudosa procedencia (un color marrón horrible) , saltaban los plomos y se nos apagaba el aire. Las sábanas “limpias” estaban sucias tenían manchas de sangre. Llegamos 3 chicas y nos encontramos con una cama doble y un sofá que ni cama se hacía y nos dicen en recepción que la tercera tenía que dormir en el sofá en el cual no podíamos ni estirar las piernas. Al final nos pusieron una cama suplementaria cuando nos quejamos….la piscina sin ninguna vigilancia, en los carteles pone que no se puede introducir flotadores y la piscina llena de flotadores. Que no se puede saltar en bomba y la gente saltando en bomba …todo guiris sea dicho irrespetuosos que les daba igual tirarse encima de una. Lo único medianamente bueno y en condiciones fue el desayuno… por lo demás , no merece NADA la pena.

Las habitaciones estaban podridas, gran parte oxidada. El aire iba bien, pero en la terraza hacia un charco de agua. Las puertas corredizas para salir a la terraza han sido una tortura medieval, no iban costaba mares poder abrirlas. La limpieza es bastante deficiente. Las sabanas en teorías limpias con arenilla y polvo. Debajo de las camas había polvo de narices. La verdad es un hotel de batalla, si vas con colegas a lo barato está bien, pero si vas en modo familiar ñe. La piscina estaba siempre llena de flotadores y de guiris descuidados, mojando a la gente con pistolas de agua y maleducados. La comida bueno, es cierto que no hay mucha variedad en las opciones, pero está muy bien cocinado y con buen sabor la comida en general. La animación, si venís con niños no os merece la pena, absolutamente todo en inglés. Varias noches sentándonos abajo en el bar, ni una animación ni concurso de nada en español. Es completamente todo para extranjeros, sobre todo para ingleses. Está hecho a medida para guiris. A destacar que el toque de queda de silencio no se respeta, sobre todo de parte de la gente extranjera. Unos ruidos a las 2-3 am de gente gritando e incluso cantando. Deberían dejar claro las normas para todos y penalizar a quien no cumpla. En el bar la atención de 10, gente atenta, con profesionalidad y eficacia.

Vinimos 7, 5 sufrimos descomposición gastrointestinal aguda.

Muy malas habitaciones pequeñas mucha humedad vecinos quejicas muebles desgastados i publicidad engañosa en las fotos salían cosas que no son.

Great location, hotel was nice and clean enough could do with updating though. All the people moaning in reviews must be stuck up. Food was OK for the most part always something to eat entertainment team very good. Pool gets very busy and people running to get a sunbed around 9:30am but what holiday doesnt do that. Sunbeds probably worst part very uncomfortable and there is only 2 positions so you can never sit exactly how you want but they do the job. Worst of holiday was checking out at 10:00 and they took our wrist bands meaning you couldn't get a drink all day while waiting for the pick up which is ridiculous I've never stayed at hotel that does this but other than that it was a great holiday and id definitely return. 😀

Dejaded absoluta en el estado y manteniendo de los apartamentos. Mas bien recuerdan a los hoteles de carretera en las peliculas americanas,eso si peliculas de miedo o terror. No entiendo esa dejaded y esa mala calidad en casi todo,sera que hay mucha demanda y les da exactamente igual,pero vamos, cualquiera que haya pasado por aqui no creo que repita nunca.Nosotros pedimos al reservar una habitación alta y tachannn nos dieron la de un primer piso,jajjaajjaja,casi puedes hablar y hacer amigos con las miles de personas que pasan por la calle.Lo bueno es que se te queda tatuado a fuego donde no volver otro año.

What an amazing hotel. Amazing reception staff all the way through. Bathroom i would give 2 stars looks like stevie wonder has tiled it. Rooms could do with updating family of 4 parents had to push 2 single beds together. Now onto the best bits, food was amazing everyday. 5*+ for the entertainment crew, Max, Chay, Jordan, Leo, and not forgetting the amazing Demi. They didn't leave anyone out and always keeping everyone entertained. I have a 12 and 5 yr old and they both loved every minute of the night entertainment and kids crew in the day time. Thanks again all of you in the entertainment crew for making it an amazing holiday. With this being my 10th time to salou and our 3rd time at Inter2 we will return just to see you all

This hotel is a great location for the main strip and beach. Strip is down the road and main beach is 15 min walk (small cove beaches are nearer too) the hotel itself is ok. Room was clean and tidy and maintained regularly. Staff in the reception and bar areas are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff are pleasant but on watching how some guests treat them and the restaurant it's no wonder the poor folks some times come across as miserable in other reviews. The food is ok, you can find something to eat from the selection available. Some mains where a little questionable and we made other choices. Drinks on all inclusive are not everything available but there was plenty to choose from and you can get a discount on what wasn't included. A few cocktails included would have made it a lot better. Pool area is good but loungers do get taken early on and are difficult to find later in the day should you try. Entertainment is very repetitive and very dated, music was a selection of about 20 songs on repeat every single day (sports bar varied the music they played and was so much better). Kids did get involved in a few of the daytime activities and a few shows brought in. It can be a little loud at night but this didn't affect us too much. In summary great location but cheap and cheerful and in need of a few updates and improvements.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, first room they gave us smelled of rotten eggs and the bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired, Room two they gave us pull out bed that made a double bed half of the slats were missing the person who inspected this said can you not lay on what's left, bathroom door they used a lock pick to open it and again the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. last room they offered us was the best of the three, but again the cleanliness was my issue. Four of us in a room and we had to keep asking for clean towels. The smell in the rooms was told it was the air conditioning so when you go out and come back had to stand 10 mins in corridor with balcony door and main door open for the smell to go, so had to sleep with the balcony door open on a night as when you shut the balcony door the air con kicks in.Food in dining room was luke warm at a push not a lot of choice and some of the dishes i could not work out what they were. We got told off twice for siting on the balcony at night talking so had to be quite the room next door to us held a party at 4.30 in the morning but nobody thought this was a noise issue apart from us. loved Salou as a place but i will not be going back there and i would tell everyone to give it a wide berth and look for something else.

Loved my stay here in April 2025. Ok it isn't 5* but it was plenty for me and my kids. I went all inclusive and don't regret my choice. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. Location is great with plenty around.

Stayed here for 4 nights with 3 teenagers self catering and for what we paid it was absolutely fine. They had messed up our booking and put us in an apartment across the road but gave us free breakfast. Room was clean and adequate. Reception staff were all lovely. Lots of choice for breakfast, only gripe was that it was abit cold. Entertainment was great. We used both pools and there was a lovely atmosphere around both. Only bad thing was that you could hear people in the corridor at night. However there are lots of signs up telling people to be quiet after 11pm so not really the hotels fault.

Stayed 2024 Mid August There was some damage at room to ensure you get your deposit back take pictures and talk to reception some reception staff are amazing and helpful rooms are basic location is great not far from anything the pool side could been cleaned a bit better and food was great entertainment and the entertainment team was great and kept the holiday great entertainment was a 5⭐️ and drinks you have to start to pay from 11pm including all inclusive bar staff was amazing and funny cleaning staff was good to but a struggle to talk as they didn’t speak English but amazing hotel from our room there was amazing Mountain View

Passamos uma semana de férias aqui, e estava com algum receio pois li comentários maravilhosos, assim como li comentários horríveis, a verdade é que não é um hotel 5* mas serve perfeitamente o seu propósito. Fomos com tudo incluído e embora haja umas pequenas regras do tudo incluído, correu muito bem, a comida era boa, o horário do jantar (18h30 até às 21h) é que penso que poderia ser alargado, talvez até começar mais tarde para acabar mais tarde, incluir um pouco mais de fruta... A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, é feita de dois em dois dias, e não é perfeita mas aceita se... Todos os dias têm animação e há sempre actividades para as crianças mas são todas em inglês. Têm 2 piscinas que são óptimas para as crianças. No geral, é um hotel aceitável e cumpre o propósito 😊

We are unfortunately leaving today but the hotel is amazing and the food is really good. The entertainment staff is excellent at there job. Chay is really good at getting involved with the man vs food and water polo activities and the new recruit leo is really good with kids so this hotel will get 5 stars from me

No volveré nunca más, para aparcar es todo ota porque el hotel no tiene parking, el bufét apenas hay comida por la cual elegir, dos pequeñas encimeras y otra más pequeña para postres que son una basura da asco hasta verlos, las bebidas parece un dominós pizza, una máquina con cuatro refrescos, primero nos dieron un estudio para dos el cual la cama era de 1.20 y te dicen que eso es una cama matrimonial, el balcón no abría, el baño daba asco, nos cambian a otra para darnos dos camas separadas y nos dicen que las juntemos, al abrirlas estaban llenas de pelos y las fundas sucias abro el microondas y salía un olor a comida que echaba para atrás, voy al baño y me lo encuentro con la bañera que tenía hasta pelos negros rizados (cabe recalcar que soy rubia ósea que a mí no se me ha caído) el desagüe como oxidado el suelo gris, la alcachofa ni una misera bayeta le han pasado, el bater súper mugroso y ni siquiera una papelera, el dispensador de jabón de al lado del lavabo no me quiero ni imaginar el porqué d la suciedad que tenía… TODO FATAL NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA por cierto, el todo incluido no incluye nada, tres cosas contadas y el resto algún descuento en alguna bebida… Hablé con el director y me ofreció entrar al día siguiente en una habitación superior, le dije que me parecía bien siempre y cuando me cambiasen las sábanas para dormir esa noche, me las cambiaron, y al despertarme al día siguiente fui al baño y me encontré una cucaracha en la bañera, encima por querer irme me querían penalizar 3 noches es decir, devolverme menos de la mitad del dinero, la otra opción era solo cambiarme de habitación y reembolsarme el precio de una sola noche. TOTAL, acabé llamando a la policía y encima he tenido que quedarme en esta porquería

My partner and I went here on a whim and I will say most nit all of the staff made our holiday 100%. Food was nice drinks were lovely but the entertainment was on point! Jordan was an absolute gentleman, Demi was Cracker, Leon needs another season so we can come back and Max was an amazing manager coming from a former hospitality manager. Definitely recommend and keep it up! Defo feels more a 2 star lads and girlies. Can't wait to our next holiday. Dan & John x

The service we got from the staff at inter 2 was amazing from majo sega and romy, when our mother had a cardiac arrest and ended up in a induced coma in hospital in tarragon they helped us get taxis to get to the hospital help us with booking rooms from week to week basis as we didn’t know how long we’d be there for, they made it there business to ask how our mother was doing in hospital, I couldn’t fault them honestly

Una autentica basura, no volvería ni gratis. todo fatal, la comida pésima, las habitaciones viejas y sucias, además esta orientado a un turismo extranjero low cost. Pero lo realmente nefasto es el personal, hay un tal Oscar ( que de ser el encargado del bar), que es desagradable no lo siguiente.

Absolutely awful we arrived on the 7th July 2025 we was here for 7 days and spent 5 days of that in bed with food poisoning. We had thick green mould in the air conditioning unit and the staff didn’t care

Food was awful, staff went to rip out the review thats why I took a picture of it, family got food poisoning the whole week, arrived Monday at 7PM and got out wristbands took off of us at 9AM when we checked out, you have to use the same cup during the whole week, cleaners did an excellent job, €100 deposit, excellent entertainment staff, they rip out the bad reviews in the book so everyone only sees the good reviews, absolutely joke of a hotel wouldn’t recommend to anyone not even a homeless man.

para que el microondas caliente tendria que haberlo encendido en el siglo pasado, el aire acondicionado funciona cuando le da la gana, la vitroceramica no calienta y los baños sin mas. Los guiris a parte de coger las tumbonas todo el dia dejando la toalla y yéndose por ahi se quejaban del ruido cuando ellos eran los primeros en hacerlo, tuvo que ir la policia a la habitación de una pareja inglesa del jaleo que estaban montando. La comida sin mas, la salsa barbacoa parece alquitrán y el menu era especialmente para guiris. Nos quisieron quitar la fianza por ruido cuando estando en el piso 6 se escuchaban a los guiris en el bar. Bastante sin mas pero por lo menos escuchaban barato.

Hemos estado una semana y hemos estado encantados,repetiremos seguro, todos muy amables y el apartamento muy bien calidad precio.

Horrible experiencia. El apartamento viejo. La cisterna no paraba de sonar porque perdía agua y a las 2 de la mañana empezó un ruido tremendo que salía del termo. Llamamos pero mantenimiento no llegó hasta las 9.30 de la mañana. No hemos pegado ojo. Cuando pedí la hoja de reclamaciones me intentaron sobornar con treinta euros, cosa que no acepté. Una vez firmada la reclamación añadieron que el ruido era mínimo cuando el mismo técnico me dijo que ese ruido era insoportable. Fatal todo

If you like being woke up by arguing all hours of the night then this is the place for you. Currently here at the moment and the staff literally just said what do you want me to do about it basically laughed in my face. We arrived there was blood on the bed place was filthy! Also not even in my the hotel itself they send you across the road to some rough block

Nos hemos alojado 1 semana en TI y ha sido un autentico desastre para no repetir. En uno de los apartamentos, la nevera estaba llena de óxido parecia que estaba vomitada. La TV estaba sin antena apartamento 1107, avisamos en recepción y pasaron al dia siguiente a intentar repararlo, despues de 2 horas se fueron y lo dejaron sin funcionar. La cama el dia que llegamos tenia arena dentro de las sabanas. Las habitaciones con unas camas que daban mucha pena, pequeñas y muy sucias por cierto. El baño mas de lo mismo suciedad y humedad por todos lados. El sofa cama, decidimos que uno de los niños no durmiera ahi de la mugre que daba. En el TI al entrar en el hotel te dan un vaso para todo los dias y tienes que andar todo el dia con el de la mano ya que es ahi donde te lo van rellenado. Solo puedes coger algo de comida si quieres con el TI de 14:00 a 17:00 el resto no dan opción a nada, si quieres comer algo te hacen descuento. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones es pesimo, limpian y retiran toallas sucias cada 2 dias. Una de las veces no nos hicieron la habitación y tuvimos que pasar a pedir toallas a recepción porque se las llevaron y no nos dejaron limpias. El ruido por la noche es para morirse, un cartel que pone que a partir de las 23:00 no se puede hacer ruido y solo se oian voces y broncas continuamente. La terraza, uno de los cristales roto y la mesa llena de suciedad y ceniza desde el primer dia nunca la limpiaron. La comida...bueno... igual se salva un poco, aunque el tema postres deja mucho que desear siempre arroz con leche, la misma tarta y gelatina. Lo unico decente la ubicación, pero al igual que cualquier hotel de Salou que lo tienes todo a mano. Para aparcar de pena, todo con OTA, si quieres aparcar gratis hay una zona blanca a 800 mtros mas menos(suerte para encontrar sitio) si no a pagar OTA cada 6 horas porque el hotel no dispone de Parking. Para no repetir!!! Nunca habia estado en un sitio tan pésimo en Salou.

Tuvimos esperar hasta la cena para que pudiéramos entrar en la habitación.Estaba aire acondicionado estropeado, bueno lo hemos encendido una vez y ya no funcionaba más hasta el día siguiente.Hemos pasado calor en la habitación toda la noche.Sala de juegos para peques está bien único que sí vas por la noche es imposible estar allí por la calor que hace allí dentro.No tiene ni aire acondicionado ni tampoco abren las ventanas para que corra aire un poco.Al decir al gerente me respondió que no puede abrir nada😪

Nos cancelaron la reserva un hora antes de llegada al hotel sin ni siquiera contactar para avisarnos. Si abonaron el precio del mismo.

Decepcionante. El buffet dejaba mucho que desear; la comida estaba mala y había pocas opciones para elegir. Casi todos los clientes son extranjeros. Lo peor de todo es sin duda el personal; han sido muy bordes y siempre que podían te cobraban de más (aún habiendo pagado un “todo incluido”). Sinceramente no lo recomiendo. Seguro que hay muchos hoteles en Salou mejores que este.

Just back from the inter2 t hole looked positive on arrival I all went down hill from there the room was clean but then we discovered the room was only cleaned every 2 days (fair enough) but I do expect my bed to be made bin emptied and clean towels if required which they were but after complaining i was told they would put clean towels in the roombut they didn't put them in my room,next week were all inclusive you were only aloud to get one drink at a time even though I am a senior citizen and not very steady on my feet my son was not aloud to get my drink discusting, next on the check out day your band was cut off your wrist regardless of when your transfer was picking you up never in all my many many years of travelling and going all inclusive I have never heard the lik of it

Reservamos una habitación en este hotel de Salou con la expectativa mínima de limpieza y funcionalidad, pero lo que encontramos fue inaceptable: nada más llegar había PIS en el baño, pelos por todo el suelo y la cama. Una auténtica asquerosidad. Para rematar, la nevera de la habitación estaba rota (uno de los motivos por los que escogimos este hotel era precisamente porque ofrecía nevera). Dijeron que la arreglarían pero nunca lo hicieron. Fuimos varias veces a reclamar y la actitud del personal fue descarada, maleducada e irrespetuosa, tratándonos como si fuéramos tontos. Además, te cobran 100€ de depósito “por si haces algo”, pero cuando llegas y te encuentras todo sucio, no solo no se disculpan, sino que no ofrecen ninguna compensación. Nada. Ni cambio de habitación, ni devolución parcial, ni disculpas sinceras. Estoy pagando por una habitación limpia y con servicios que no ofrecieron. Y lo peor de todo fue el trato. No volveré jamás y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Hay muchas mejores opciones en Salou que, como mínimo, respetan al cliente.

Nos pusieron en una habitación con una nevera que perdía agua y que no se podía utilizar, y al entrar a la habitación nos encontramos el WC con toda la taza orinada, y de lo único que se preocuparon fue de poner el plástico indicando que estaba desinfectado cuando no era así. El suelo del baño estaba lleno de pelos y la cama también tenía. Además el recepcionista Abdel, le quitaba importancia a la situación diciendo que no estaba tan sucio y que igual los pelos de la cama eran de la señora de la limpieza. El de mantenimiento vino cuando nos estabamos duchando, por lo que le tuvimos que decir que se esperase, cuando habíamos avisado en recepción que no viniese hasta que avisemos. Al bajar a quejarnos y buscar una mínima compensación, como un cambio de habitación nos dicen que no se puede y qué teníamos que haber ido nosotros personalmente a buscar al de mantenimiento, en vez de haber avisado a 3 trabajadores, entre ellos dos recepcionistas.

We have just come back from a weeks stay here with friends and loved it. x4 13 year old girls and 7 over 30's (Family and Friends) The pictures don't really do this hotel any justice. Its much larger than it looks and offers plenty of entertainment and a few hidden gems... If you get an apartment you'll be over the road but there is a lovely quiet pool which not many know about at the back. There is also a bar on the back on the dining area called 'The Beer Garden' its open to the public via a small entrance off the main road but doesn't get busy. You can use your all inclusive here and have a few games of pools, darts or air hockey. It was a great find. Animation team kept everybody entertained from morning till night. The food is limited but the quality was above par... When you can feed so many fussy people and everyone enjoyed it, You're on the right path. The location was great to. 2 minute walk to the main strip (The quiet side) nice stroll down to the main beach via the strip taking about 20 minutes passing all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants. Our only issue was the plastic cups you get. If you lose it you have to pay 2 euro to replace. Its just painful carrying it around and running back to your room when you want to go out. 99% positive. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Hemos estado del 8 al 13 de mayo en régimen todo incluido. Habíamos leído las malas reseñas y nada que ver. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y funcional. Es cierto que el agua de la ducha sale con poca presión, pero puedes ducharte perfectamente. El servicio de habitaciones acude cada dos días, pero si lo precisas, puedes indicar en recepción que no entren. En el edificio del apartamento hay una piscina y en la azotea un solarium con una ducha. Este apartamento se encontraba enfrente del hotel, nada más cruzar. El 90% de los huéspedes son extranjeros, por lo que es normal que encuentres la animación en inglés. En el buffet, hay variedad de alimentos, tanto en el desayuno, comida y cena. Las bebidas en todo incluido son licores locales. Si quieres una marca nacional tienes que pagar por ello, como en todos los hoteles. La animación está compuesta de talleres y actuaciones y dispones de una sala de juegos con billar, dardo, ping pong, etc. Y en caso de ir con niños pequeños, los animadores siempre están pendientes de ellos. En referencia al personal, queremos destacar a Dalia, Abdou, Abel, Lucho, Seba y Majo. Trabajadores muy cualificados y muy profesionales. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar con su mejor sonrisa. En definitiva, unos días de vacaciones para recordar y donde querremos volver.

Never been a 2 star definitely 3 star in my mind went went all inclusive and been in 3 star all inclusive before not as good as this good was varied and edible ( even if we had to microwave it 1st) beer was good only down side was we had to keep same plastic pint pot for the week lose it or leave it on table after a skin full and they charge you 2 euros for another 1 on up side only 10 min walk to beach and loads of shops and restaurants and bars down that area

Went for a week and was disappointed. Pictures don't even cut it. The room wasn't anything like the Pictures. We paid for all inclusive but still had to pay for drinks. Definitely not recommended.

if i could give this a zero star i would ! AVOID THIS HOTEL !!! yes it’s cheap and within very good reason ! DO NOT RISK your life for this cheap hotel !!!! staying here with some friends and never felt so unsafe we have had 2 groups of men break into our rooms whilst sleeping because the doors do not lock properly ! the men all on the streets and perverted and constantly harassed you can’t even nip to the corner shop !! the rooms are filthy absolutely disgusting ! my room has a constant smell of rotten eggs when told the reception they stare at us and say nothing the can do !!! there are bed bugs and bugs all in the kitchen cupboards !! the floors are sticky . mould in the bathroom . the staff are rude and very very unhelpful . toilet is leaking. cleaners never clean rooms . money gone missing out the room . constantly slamming doors . shower head falls off the wall so have to hold it . there is a never ending problems with this hotel AVOID

Séjour INNACCEPTABLE, surtout en famille. Nous étions accompagnés de deux enfants et avons été logés dans un bâtiment annexe à l’hôtel, vétuste et mal entretenu (prises électriques arrachées, état général déplorable, impression de logements sociaux). L’ambiance générale était délétère : de nombreux vacanciers étaient fortement alcoolisés. Nous avons été importunés par deux hommes ivres qui empêchaient notre ascenseur de monter. Lorsque nous avons signalé à l'accueil que nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité, la réponse a été édifiante : on nous a expliqué que le bâtiment était "le plus sûr" et qu’il n'y avait eu "que deux interventions du garde" durant la nuit. Pire encore, on nous a répondu que "les Anglais viennent ici pour se la coller", comme si cela excusait tout. À cela s’est ajouté un autre problème : nous étions venus avec nos vélos et l'hôtel nous a clairement dit de ne pas les laisser dehors sous peine de nous les faire "dépioter", sans proposer de solution adaptée. La seule alternative proposée était de les mettre sur le balcon, ce qui était irréaliste puisque les vélos ne rentraient pas dans l'ascenseur sauf en position debout, au risque de tout abîmer. Face à ce manque total de professionnalisme et de respect des clients, nous avons décidé de quitter immédiatement l’établissement. Aucun geste commercial ni remboursement pour les trois nuits restantes ne nous a été proposé. Un endroit totalement inadapté pour les familles, à FUIR absolument.

Just leaving salou after 7 nights, stayed here with my 2 sons 8 & 9 years. They have traveled a good bit and have said this has been the favourite hands down! All because of the entertainment in the hotel they had so much fun! Jordon and Millie really go that extra mile for the kids. We are booking it to come back next year again, we didn’t do all inclusive as we love to go out and try different foods. Can recommend the Road house, The fox and hound, Antalya 2, and sushi restaurant Sakura is so good! We didn’t try the food at the hotel so can’t comment on that. But again brilliant for kids entertained day and night and made loads of little friends throughout the week.

Las habitaciones no están mal, aunque un poco pequeñas, se queda atascado el desagüe, falta material para estar del todo cómodo. Las habitaciones pequeñas y las camas duras, el microondas lo aguantan con phorexpan o como se escriba y cuidado no tires mucho de los cajones que se te caen encima. Al llegar un cristal de la terraza estaba roto, muchas más indumentarias más están mal tratadas. Comprar cubiertos porque no hay.

Los apartamentos necesitan un repaso urgente, están viejicos y necesitan reforma. El desayuno buffet, correcto. Pero bueno, para unos pocos días, suficiente!

Went away for a week — it was the cheapest holiday available on "On the Beach," and to be fair, it felt like it. There were some positives, but quite a few issues too. Starting with the good: the rooms were clean, and most of the staff were quick, friendly, and helpful. The kids’ entertainment was decent and kept our 5 and 7-year-olds happy for the first few days — but it was exactly the same every day and night, so by day three, they’d lost interest. The food was okay. It was usually cold, but there was a decent variety, with different options each day which made up for it slightly. However, snacks during the day weren’t included — you had to pay extra for them, which felt a bit cheeky on an all-inclusive holiday. Drinks were a letdown. The all-inclusive alcohol was extremely weak — clearly watered down — and the machine cocktails were just sugary, artificial, and had no kick whatsoever. On top of that, sun lounger mats weren’t included either — you had to pay for those too, which again just felt like a money-grab. The rooms had a strong sewage smell, which we reported. The cleaners came the next day and bleached everything, but sadly the smell came back within a few hours. That definitely affected our comfort throughout the stay. The lifts were a nightmare. Most times there was a queue just to get in one, and they were constantly overloaded or delayed, so we gave up and ended up walking up six flights of stairs — which was actually quicker. Another frustrating experience: the all-inclusive cups (which you need to carry around for drinks) were taken from our room during cleaning. When I went to reception, they didn’t offer any help. The hotel manager came out and basically called me a liar, saying it “wasn’t possible.” After 10 minutes of back and forth, I asked what I was supposed to drink from — only then did he say “Pay €2 for a new one.” He could’ve just said that from the start and saved all the hassle. His rude and arrogant attitude left a really bad taste and was a low point of the trip. The arcades were mostly broken — at least half the machines didn’t work. One vending machine even dispensed a broken watch, and when I raised it with reception, they just said it wasn’t their machine and there was nothing they could do. To top it off, my wife slipped on wet steps outside and hurt her back — no warning signs or barriers to stop people from slipping when it rained. All in all, it had a few decent moments — mostly down to the staff (excluding the manager) and the effort put into daily meals and entertainment — but the negatives really added up. I guess you get what you pay for.

Es un lugar muy bonito.

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba , en la habitación no había señal de intetnet. La atención en la recepción ( Romina ) fué muy cordial y atenta. En el baño no contaba con bolsa de residuo.

I come to Salou 3 times a year every year but this hotel has put me of ever coming back I have never stayed in such a poor hotel it is vile so dirty mould everywhere we arrived as a family of 7 they put us in 2 rooms on different floors so my 16 year old 7 year old and disabled dad had to stay on a different floor miles away well I stayed with my 3 other younger children they ask you for 100€ deposit on arrival they give you one cup that has to last you the whole holiday they do not wash them so if you get a beer then a Pepsi they don’t wash it hygiene is -10 it’s vile and should be reported and shut down! Our family room was just 2 single beds and a sofa with dirty sheets on ! Tv never worked the WiFi was impossible to get on, you’ve to pay for most things they shouldn’t offer you all inclusive because you very limited to what you can get! The food is vile I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs my 16 year old got really bad food poisoning so wrecked our holiday on last day I sat near kitchen and watched a staff member just dripping the knife and forks in a bucket then taking them out the plates was always full of dirty food or wet !!food is just sloop and cold slop ! Housekeeping is shocking didn’t change our toilet bin for 3 days that had dirty nappies in it tuck for me to take the bag out and leave by door for them to take it they literally brush your floor and throw a towel in every few days never smile Spain has always impressed me with how clean they are as I’m a fellow housekeeper but these ones are shocking the hotel is more like a 1 star at a push !! The people they have stay aswell are shocking to when checking in I heard 3 fights out side in space of half hour there was a fight every night my partner got started on by some lady for not wanting to get up and dance she told him she will take her glasses of and kick his head in all say is you pay for what you get there’s much nicer hotels in the area I would try them

If you don’t go with the mindset of luxury then this is a great value option. We went self catering as many places to eat nearby. When we checked in the room we were allocated had no curtains, we were swiftly changed to another room. You do need to pay a €100 deposit upon check in which will be refunded if you look after your room. The accommodation was basic but liveable, comfy beds, recently renovated bathroom and fridge and cooking facilities. The pool was too cold for me to use but the hotel had only just opened for the season. For me, great value and keep an open mind. The one negative would be the entertainment team, on one evening during the game show the team leader asked for ladies bras to be brought up to the stage. I think this is quite degrading and when I challenged him he said don’t worry we do this every week. Not appropriate at all.

El lugar está muy bien en general aunque en las habitaciones les falta una vuelta. Cabe decir que se nota que están lavándole la cara para la temporada alta. Limpio, el servicio de atención espectacular y buena respuesta frente a algún imprevisto.

The rooms are a bit dated but they are in the process of updating them, This is a basic hotel but it's excellent value for money, The food is ok for what you pay, the staff are all pleasant and the entertainment and pool area are fantastic and stand out!. Come to this hotel with an open mind and remember its a 2 star hotel , If you want 5 star and luxury go somewhere else , I find this hotel great for both families and adult groups . There is a really good atmosphere around the hotel and I had one of my best holidays here, I enjoyed it that much that I am returning with my family. Location is great very close to a few beaches, Several bars and restaurants around it on way to the main drag of shops and bars.

Hemos venido a pasar unos dias a portaventura, y la verdad que la imagen que se vende es otra muy diferente. Al llegar la chica de recepcion nos recibio de manera muy agradable, aunque y el barrio en si nos dio bastante desconfianza peeo bueno nos dieron un detallito y demas y decidimos darle una oportunidad. Al subir a la habitacion nos encontramos la bañera sucia, el suelo pegajoso a saber de que, el fregadero y demas es mejor ni pensarlo, pegotes en la cama, sabanas con pelos, el sofa pegajoso, todas las cagadas de paloma por todo el balcon totalmente antihigienico, encima no tienes ningun tipo de seguridad mas que un pestillo en la puerta de la terraza. Por no hablar de que en la separacion de nuestro balcon y el de al lado habia un agujero como para mirar. Los ruidos tanto por las noches a altas horas como por las mañanas pronto son insoportables y las paredes son de papel, se escucha todo. Camas separadas para una pareja que va de vacaciones y ademas un enchufe en el cabecero de la cama que te quita la vida en cualquier momento de un chispazo. Para mi una experiencia pesima, no sabia si se nos iba a caer algo encima o si ibamos a coger alguna enfermedad a cuenta de tanta basura. Los servicios de limpieza son muy limitados, solo “limpian” antes de que entres y cuando sales, y de los 4 dias pasaron el ultimo a preguntar si quieramos toallas limpias cuando ya nos ibamos. Ademas, antes de irte tienes que tirar la basura, barrer y fregar, por lo que os aseguro que lo hemos dejado mejor que lo que lo encontramos, los que vayan despues de nosotros tendran suerte pero no creo que sea la de muchos.

Una gran experiencia, la atención recibida excelente y la estancia muy bien. En nuestro caso solo fue para dormir 2 noches, durante el día estuvimos en PortAventura.

Sin palabras, mis amigas y yo decidimos reservar para una noche porque íbamos a pasar el día en Port Aventura, cuando llegamos a la zona del hotel había bastante gente que no nos daba mucha seguridad, fuimos a la oficina de entrente del hotel para hacer el check in y a la hora de subir a la habitación la puerta de nuestra habitación estaba abierta. Cuando fuimos a dejar las llaves a la oficina, porque ya fue la gota que colmo el vaso, la chica de la recepción cuando le comentamos que la puerta estaba abierta lo único que nos dijo es que se la dejaría abierta la chica de la limpieza, no nos puso ninguna solución y encima cuando le dijimos que nos íbamos porque no nos sentíamos seguras se ofendió. Así que no lo recomiendo ya sobre todo por el trato y el pasar de una situación así.

I Stayed here in May 2023. Upon arriving into the room I Realized how bad Of a place we were in. Tiles on the ground were soaking west from a leaking fridge. As I was going to bed the first night I noticed something sticking up behind a headboard on one of the beds in the room. It was a woman's dirty sanitary pad, used. I took a picture and showed receptionist, she was rude and laughed at first , wouldn't change our rooms said none available. Never again

El apartamento es pequeño. Si enciendes el fuego y está la tele encendida salta la luz. Un radiador eléctrico para calentarlo todo que no tenía la rueda para modificar la intensidad. Solo 2 sillas para el balcón ( q si es amplio) Las camas muy duras. No estaba sucio pero tampoco limpio. Se ve bastante antiguo, aunque no está mal cuidado. Se escucha perfectamente a las habitaciones que hay a los lados. La chica de la recepción muy atenta y simpática.

Barato y justito. Las habitaciones tienen cocina interior, aunque los plomos saltaban al encenderla. Los trabajadores cara al publico se manejan dificilmente hablando español, los horarios de comidas son completamente britanicos y la calidad del buffet es absurdamente mala, es que ni regalada

Habitación extremadamente sucia y con mal olor, el edredón de mi hija con manchas de semen secas y la sábana de otra cama con manchas marrones, plato de ducha con pelos y dentífrico cor todas partes. No se puede decir ni que sea una pensión. És realmente asqueroso, hemos dormido con la ropa puesta por el asco a las sabanas y que llegamos a las 23 sin nadie en recepción. Si me pagan para venir no vengo es asqueroso. No vengáis. No se si se puede denunciar a sanidad estas condiciones.

La verdad cogí el hotel por la oferta pero vaya decepción total. Limpieza cero., puede que el hotel esté viejo pro la limpieza ante todo, calidad de la comida cero. No lo recomiendo Los camareros desagradables, todas las actuaciones en inglés, húngaro. De todo menos español. No se si el dinero de aquí de los españoles no vale.

For a 2 star hotel at the end of the season they did good. Rooms clean, staff friendly, buffet not made good choice of food. The Weather was rubbish but what's saved it massive qudos to RJP entertainment They really saved the day and night with two little ones

Apartamentos que le hacen falta una limpieza de cara, bastante antiguos. Max de personas 3, se quedan pequeños para 4 personas. No para largas estancias... Inseguridad en la puerta de la habitación si vas con niños, no hay cierre por dentro. Yo tuve que bloquearla con la silleta. No limpian las habitaciones hasta la salida, ni dejan bolsas para los cubos de basura. El desayuno normal, y la comida, floja.

I enjoyed the food very fresh with lots of fruit and beautiful breakfast, was really happy with everything we ate. The beds are very comfortable and the entertainment is varied it reminded me of a pontins style place but we all enjoyed parts of it . I didn’t like having to give a 100 euro deposit on arrival as it took too much from our spending money. I also strongly objected to the overwhelming amount of plastic cups used and being thrown away, we need to be getting away from single use plastic, just no need for it it’s mindless and a big hotel needs to be responsible for the planet . Please please rethink this wastefulness as it was the only let down for me, I actually found it shocking.

Prima hotel, fijn personeel, alles schoon, prima eten!

Bad - rooms very tired, dirty, broken fittings and fixtures, awful smell from the bathroom (garlic?!), A/C inop, noise at night is unacceptable - don't expect a peaceful stay, you'll be up until everyone else in the complex decides to go to sleep - the walls and ceilings are paper thin and you hear every noise in the building (dragging furniture around, lifts, people shouting in corridors etc.). Food wasn't great but wasn't the worst either. Good - staff were polite and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Pool area nice enough. Easy parking outside during our stay (October) as all the parking in Salou is free out of season. The kids entertainment was brilliant, ours really enjoyed that. If you're after a cheap, all-inclusive, boozy party-type getaway, you will probably enjoy it much more than we did as a family looking for a quieter holiday, as that seems to be what it's really geared up for.

came with a family off 10, thought that it would be a lovely places as we had been before. and had never had an issue however when arriving at the hotel we found that we had all been split and separated when we had payed! and requested all to be together on the ground floor this is due to my mother having disabilities and needing a lower floor and one off the kids only listen to her as he is autistic and she is his safe person!!! when told this at reception they didn’t care it wasn’t until later that night and he had a meltdown wanting my mum and security came was they able to move 1 room so that they could be together. but complained when doings so when we requested it for that reason. when entering the hotel room we had heard ab the standards that you are to leave your room in n we are confused because when went into the room there was dirty pants on the floor and they had clearly been used.. the food is AWFUL the kids had no choice and it’s constantly the same thing the sausage when bit into it durning the breakfast time was raw and the salad bar clearly hadn’t been changed at all to pay to come to all inclusive and then have to pay to eat out during the day is ridiculous there was only ever coffee flavoured ice cream and that’s fine if all kids like that but i don’t know a child that likes coffee. the drinks are awful too watered down and you have to pay for most things you have very limited options and they do not explain that too you ice pops slushys some kids pop was not included and then the food at the snack bar you have to pay for after 5. and before that you have limited options too that you still have to pay for nothings free with your all inclusive at this hotel you have to pay for pizzas and there still 10 euros. hardly anything is included and it is not worth the money as your going to have to pay for everything out here as you don’t get anything. there was some lovely bar staff but other then that they are AWFUL and rude durning one off the nights off the stay i went up to the bar and asked to buy some shots he didn’t understand me properly and gave me shots off jag or then a can off red bull witch made it more expensive i didn’t mind but only had 40 euros on me so i asked him to wait a second when i went to go get more money out off my purse he told me that he didn’t have time to wait and i better pay him his money now my brother went up and spoke to him trying to resolve the situation and explain that all i wanted to do was go and get more money so i could pay for it. leaving the situation thinking it was fine a few days passed and he didn’t say anything to me but when id come to the bar he would give me dirty looks whisper in Spanish to his staff laughing and make them come over and serve me then 2 days before we was going home there was no other staff on the bar me and my mum went up to get a drink intron off other customers this man SHOUTED at me telling me that i’ve been rude to him my entire stay and that i can go to another bar me and my mum was confused and asked him to not to speak to me like that we spoke to a manager and said that he was rude they had a word and he didn’t say much to me after but it was just more off the dirty looks and comments in Spanish not that i know the language fluently but i know enough to get by and his comments was disgusting. on the last day we was told we would get the all inclusive as we didn’t check in till after the chuck in time and missed out entire first day when we went to go and check off they told us that we had to remove all wristbands and that we hadn’t pay for it but we had because we didn’t get anything on the first day off arrival and then wanted us to pay an extra £100 to be able to use the all inclusive on the last day. to sum it up the staff are rude and do not care about the customers the food is disgraceful and i wouldn’t feed it to a dog. the drinks r rubbish and taste like water the only good thing is that the entertainment witch isn’t even provided by the hotel is provided by JPT entertainment.

Absolutely wonderful, i had 2 kids (4&10) who were able to stay up until the very end of the entertainment as it was all kid friendly, the all inclusive food isn’t fantastic but you will always find something to eat, 5 minute walk to the beach. As much as i am wanting to take my son to other places in the globe we will be back every other year as we were extremely happy with it all, entertainment during the day & night, the bar staff are all friendly. The pool was cold but bear in mind we went in October. The room was basic but clean & they were in every day to clean & change bed & towels. All inclusive drinks weren’t very strong & seemed a bit watered down. An overall really fantastic experience!

i was so worried about coming here being a single mum of 2 with all the reviews. for a 2 star it is fantastic and better than some 3 star i have stayed in. entertainment is fantastic for kids, food is a good range breakfast and lunch were our favourite over dinner. staff were so helpful and nice. our room was very basic but it was cleaned 3 times and we spent very little time in it. you do have to put a £100 euro deposit which you get back when you leave. it’s a fun place and you cannot expect more for the price of it. i would return and recommend for a good budget holiday

I was quite worried by the reviews before visiting, but I have to say I have no idea what some of these people were complaining about. We had a wonderful holiday and this hotel had everything we needed. I've been in better hotels, but at this price I don't think you can go wrong. The beds weren't the most comfortable and some things were basic, but for value for money, I just don't think you can beat it. The room was clean and had 2 hobs, a small fridge, small microwave, and everything you'd need for self catering. We went for the all inclusive option and it was excellent value. The meals were great. Some dishes were excellent, some less so. But everything was clean and fresh and there was great variety. I particularly enjoyed the mackerel, squid, pork, steak and salad dishes. There were a selection of great fish and meat dishes, lots of fresh salad and veg, and fruit with every meal. There always seemed to be a pasta dish, chips with every meal, usually another potato dish, and also things like chicken nuggets, pizza, stuff like that. The desserts were nice, if slightly limited. The breakfast was what you'd expect with everything you'd expect for cooked breakfast, continental breakfast, a good selection of fruit, yogurt, and a small selection of cereal. There was also bread, toast, and a small selection of lovely pastries, donuts, croissants, and similar. There were also snacks such as burgers and toasties available at certain times. If you've been to an all inclusive before,you probably know what to expect, but it was excellent value for the price. I think you'd have to be quite a picky eater to not find something you'd like to eat and if so maybe this kind of holiday is not for you. The drinks were good. The all inclusive option included basic spirits and mixers, wine, and beer. The beer was Amstel which was nice. There was a good selection of soft drinks including fizzy and juice drinks, as well as hot drinks like tea and coffee if you wanted them with each meal. There were some more premium drinks that weren't included and you had to pay more for but we were happy with what was included in the all inclusive. There were 2 bars, and the whole hotel looked like it had been refreshed recently. Everything was clean and the staff were overall friendly and efficient. I did like that there was a small outside area marked non smoking, which was great for my son who has asthma and hates being around too much smoke or vape. The location was excellent. A 5 or 6 minute walk to several beautiful beaches. One of which had hundreds of beautiful fish that come right up to you. Bring a pair of goggles! It's about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the hotel to the main stretch of Salou. There are many shops and restaurants. Overall I was really pleased with the hotel and I think it makes a great base for a beach holiday. The pool was a good size and clean. There was a small arcade with air hockey, and poll tables, as well as some arcade machines and claw machines. One of the bars had live sport and there were plenty of tables and chairs to sit outside. The pool had lots of sunbeds. Overall this was a wonderful holiday and I think it's an ideal place for families in particular. I think you'd struggle this get a place that's better value for money and we are considering coming back next year.

This place is disgusting, we complained & were given another room just as disgusting as the first. I have just had to make up two beds for my girls & feel utterly sick. I have told them not to touch the blankets just stay between the sheets. God knows what is on the covers of the twin beds but it’s pretty vile. We will be looking for another hotel tomorrow before we catch something nasty. If I had seen the reviews before booking with Tui I would never of come here. This place should be closed down! Tui have greatly disappointed us on this occasion. I will be suggesting they stop sending customers here. If won’t let me post unless I put 1 star. But please don’t be fooled by it. 🤢😡

Recientemente me alojé en un apartahotel que, aunque está dirigido principalmente a clientes ingleses, ofrece una experiencia bastante agradable en general. La ubicación es ideal, y a pesar de que entiendo que las costumbres alimenticias pueden variar, me resulta un poco extraño que se suela cenar tan temprano. Sin embargo, considerando lo que estos huéspedes invierten en su estancia, me parece que deberían ofrecer un poco más de variedad en las opciones de comida. Es importante mencionar que, aunque aprecio el esfuerzo del personal y respeto su trabajo, noté que la limpieza podría mejorar. No se trata solo de la limpieza habitual que se realiza al cambiar de habitación, sino que sería ideal realizar una limpieza más profunda. Las puertas, los muebles y los ventanales necesitan atención; los raíles de las ventanas, por ejemplo, estaban bastante descuidados. También observé algunos muebles que podrían ser fácilmente reparados, lo que me hace cuestionar por qué no se implementan soluciones más efectivas, especialmente considerando el salario que se les paga a los empleados. A pesar de estas observaciones, debo decir que en general hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia. Las camas son cómodas y hemos podido descansar bien, lo cual es fundamental en cualquier viaje. En resumen, aunque hay áreas que podrían mejorar, mi experiencia ha sido bastante positiva y me siento satisfecho con el servicio recibido.

Spent a week here with my 4 children, They absolutely loved it minus the food (really not great) always chips so they started making themselves cheesey chips !! Noise is allllll day long very loud then you get rowdy noisey people on evenings. Area is lovely lots of shops bars restaurants. Lovely beach. Rooms outdated no double beds had to push our beds together. We put the table and chairs on balcony just to make a bit more space. Staff mostly friendly some sour faces but nothing to off putting. I feel its for younger people on first holidays,lots of weed smoking and very drunk people! Nothing that the kids noticed though and they had a blast We didnt stay at hotel much prefer the beach. We walked to the beach one evening, bad move police and ambulances everywhere, drunk teens ect bit magaluf style ! Probably wouldnt stay in this hotel again i feel we had it lucky with our room as i know others are worse. Would definitely come to salou again though.

We arrived 4 weeks ago. Room 214. King size Bed, walk in shower. First return to Hotel in 6 years. Oscar still there after 17 years. We enjoyed our first week Self Catering, eating mainly in Richards Tavern, up the hill. Food amazing and Cheap. We went All Inclusive the 2nd week. Food, worse than expected but always got something to eat. Beer, served in Paper Pepsi cups lol. Runs, the next day... Ate out the rest. Was better than expected but will not return again.

Je me permets d’écrire pour exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant le traitement que nous avons reçu de la part de la responsable du restaurant de votre établissement. Notre expérience a été entachée par un niveau de service indigne et une attitude irrespectueuse de la part du personnel. En effet, lors de notre visite au restaurant, nous avons été négligés par les membres du personnel malgré notre présence évidente. Il a fallu l'intervention d'un autre client pour attirer l'attention d'une dame se présentant comme étant la superviseur, prénommée "Toni". Son accueil froid et son ton agressif nous ont profondément choqués. Sa demande de paiement anticipé, assortie d'une attitude hautaine, a été suivie d’un geste qui nous a poussés à quitter les lieux. De retour à l'hôtel, car bien évidemment nous n’avons pas mangé dans un tel établissement j'ai exprimé mon mécontentement à la même dame, apparemment responsable du restaurant. Son manque total d'empathie et son insensibilité au respect du client m'ont consterné. Son attitude méprisante dénote un manque flagrant de professionnalisme et de considération envers la clientèle. Quand je demande si c’est normal d’avoir été traité de la sorte cette dernière répondra que oui c’est normal. Je tiens à souligner que notre décision de ne pas fréquenter votre établissement à nouveau découle principalement de l'attitude de cette employée. Il est inadmissible qu'un établissement peut importe le standing tolère de tels comportements de la part de son personnel. Je vous prie instamment d'enquêter sur cet incident et de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour garantir un service de qualité et le respect dû à tous vos clients. Les normes auxquelles on peut s’attendre dans un établissement de manière générale doivent être respectées en tout temps il me semble. Je suggère fortement à toute la future clientèle de ne pas prendre le risque d’une telle expérience pitoyable.

Just heading home after a fabulous holiday at the inter2salou we had an amazing time ! 4 young adults celebrating graduating university. We were really worried going as we had read some bad reviews but honestly ignore all the reviews and go in with an open mind. We stayed in an apartment in the hotel, we had no problems with the room clean and fresh towels and bedding provided twice during our stay. We had no problems with noise at night on the third floor. Having a balcony was great and the kitchen was fully kitted out though we didn't use it as we were all inclusive. We were really impressed by the food and the meal times were generous compared to other hotels. Definitely make the effort to get down to breakfast one of the best meals of the day something for everyone. There was something different for lunch and dinner every day alongside nuggets, chips and pasta with a choice of sauces everyday for picky eaters! The staff were absolutely fantastic constantly clearing plates and cleaning up they didn't stop. Entertainment was definitely a highlight we really enjoyed the game shows every night, lots of prizes to be won, also able to rent to play darts and table tennis, and €2 for pool tables, we brought our own table tennis bats. Good selection of drinks available all inclusive until 11pm. The only thing I would warn about is that the pool is very cold! But plenty of sunbeds available whenever we used it. Otherwise I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a budget friendly holiday in Salou, if you're not expecting luxury then you'll have a great time !

Hotel molt ple de Giris sense educacio..beguts..Cridant pels balcons i saltant de un balco a l'altre. Fan espectacles al interior a partir de les 10 de la nit.tipus karaoke..musica molt forta..amb les portes obertes de la terrasa molestant a tothom q vol descansar.Un lloc horrible..si vols descansar.Xibarri tot el dia els nens i joves cridant molt a la piscina.Es nota que es hotel de clase baixa.Per la mala educacio..del client..en general.

Horrible la experiencia. El apartamento tiene moho en las paredes, en el techo y en el aire acondicionado. Nos quedamos sin agua un día. El cubre colchón está sucio y nos han salido picaduras y manchas en todo el cuerpo. Tenía un cristal roto en la terraza. Son condiciones insalubres para las personas. El sumidero de la bañera oxidado. El armario de la minúscula habitación inservible. El de mantenimiento entro sin llamarme. No tienen hojas de reclamaciones legales en recepción para los consumidores. El personal se cachondeo de nosotros en nuestra cara.

HONEST REVIEW We spent the last 7 days at this hotel and are very pleased with our stay, the entertainment staff were excellent and so friendly, providing fun stuff to do every hour of every day, they took the time to know everyone’s names and we ended up becoming friends with them all heading out around salou together, special shoutout to Max, Millie, Emma and Aaron. The bar staff were great and very fast, the hotel area was always kept clean, special mention to Abou, legend. The reception staff were helpful but it wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile every now and then. The food was certainly not excellent but we entered hungry and left full, there was always something to eat. For what we paid zero complaints. The room was certainly dated and could’ve done with some maintenance, (handles hanging off, holes in walls etc, everything was clean however, very basic but did the job very well. All the other guests were so friendly and we all became pals very quickly where we ended up spending every remaining night hanging out together. The entertainment provided something for everyone, kids shows, karaoke, darts, pool tournaments, adult games shows such as ‘manliest man’ etc. and a whole host of tribute artists. I would certainly recommend this place! We’ll be here next year! Just hope the staff are the same. Food - 6/10 Room - 6/10 Entertainment - 10/10 Bar - 10/10 Facilities - 8/10 Staff - 9/10 PS : check out CHAPLINS BAR!!

Ставлю оцінку за саму квартиру де ми були, бо там було брудно, постіль брудна, пошкоджені меблі. Сам комплекс не поганий, басейн, кухня, два ліфти. Але квартира була в жахливому стані. Ця квартира була від господаря тому це ніяк не стосується комплексу. Сам господар не відповідально відноситься до житла.

Only gave it 2 stars and that was for hotel and pool. Food was awful Most of staff were nice except for the guy on reception when we checked in.He was very rude to my sister when she asked about something to eat when we arrived as we had paid for it. So my sister spoke to a lady who was very nice and said she would put us down for lunch on departure day.

Goed verzorgde vakantie olin, je moet denken dat het gaat om wonen,eten en vermaak. De gezellige sfeer creëer je zelf, wie vriendelijk groet die vriendelijk ontmoet. Ik heb heerlijk genoten van deze vakantie. Eric.

Hotel location is great, approx 5 minutes walk to shops bars ect. There are some uphill walks that some ppl with mobility issues may struggle with ( me ) but I managed them just lol. Rooms....Basic somewhere to sleep. Some areas in hotel do smell of sewage. Air con works, but in one of our rooms it stunk and was mouldy in slats. Rooms do have kettle, microwave, fridge & 2 ring hob. Bathroom is shower over bath. Water pressure is very high, bathroom gets wet so put down towels. Food..... Where do I start with the food. First 2 days we were hungry and would have eaten anything. Food at hotel is well below average in my opinion. Drinks... Watered down, only vodka, rum, Coco rum and whiskey ( all local ) and Amstel beer on all inclusive. Any other drinks you pay for. AI drinks stop at 11pm ( Coco rum & coke €6:50 ) Pool... Main pool, too small for amount of ppl here. No life guard. Lots of inflatables make it feel even smaller. There is a small toddlers/kids pool. Entertainment....Fantastic team Millie ( our fav ) Aaron, Max, Paige, Zoe and new lass all brilliant. Daytime activities include water polo, archery, darts, pool, bingo, arts and crafts for younger ones. Evenings has a variety of entertainment. Starting with fun and games for younger kids, followed by bingo every night. Then adult games and entertainment. White party & Go fetch is brilliant. Everyone joins in and belly laugh like you wouldn't believe. Entertainment team is what makes this holiday.

Disrespect is on a large scale here, people staying here have no respect for themselves or others living in surroundings, chewing gum on the beds , floors not clean , doors broken , domestic violence , lots of weed smokers. Poor cleaning standard , chewing gum on beds and old used cotton buds under mattresses. Place is absolutely rank stay clear .

Horrible hagan caso del comentario de Charo unas instalaciones pésimas todo para los ingleses los españoles pasamos desapercibidos, dicen que admiten mascotas si en la habitación nada más deberían de poner una zona exclusiva para los que vamos con peludos porque hay perritos que ladran y en concreto a mi no me gusta molestar muy mal situado muy ruidoso coches, pitidos, gritos, autobuses, muy mal insonorizado creo que será uno de los apartamentos que no vuelva jamás por favor hagan caso gracias

Reservamos este hotel com regime TI 8 dias mas com baixas expetativas. Apesar dos imensos comentários negativos surpreendeu-nos pela positiva! Somos uma família de 4 pessoas e colocaram-nos num apartamento em frente ao hotel principal que estava renovado e a limpeza ocorreu a cada dois dias. Podemos usufruir do espaço de ambos os edifícios. Em relação ao regime tudo incluído: o pequeno almoço era óptimo com grande variedade, o almoço e jantar não tinha muitas opções mas foi bastante variado ao longo da estadia e sempre bem confeccionado e comida saborosa! Quanto às bebidas podíamos beber livremente até às 23:00 após esse horário era pago... Muito próximo da Playa Llarga, Capellans e Llenguadets!! Praias muito bonitas e sem grande confusão 😃 A animação era boa, especialmente para as crianças (a minha filha adorou o Inti e a peppa Pig) porém toda em inglês, a maior parte dos animadores só falam inglês que pra nós é o único senão deste espaço, mas com certeza numa próxima visita a Salou ficaremos lá!

Llevo años yendo con todo incluido. En esta misma calle es la cuarta vez, en otro hoteles. Se donde voy, que adaptar mis horarios, que las normas se las van saltar y nadie dirá nada, que la calidad es limitada ,pues el precio es ajustado. Pero de ahí a que te tomen el pelo. Los snacks lógicamente se adaptan al horario del comedor. Pero aquí no. La comida es de 1 a 3 y el servicio de 2 a 5. Debe ser que te apetece una hamburguesa después de comer. No hay unas simples patata, cacahuetes, nada para tomar con una cerveza a media mañana o tarde. No hay ni un solo licor, ni un coctel básico. Ni granizado para los niños, si kieres 2,5 porque está rebajado. Un batido de la botella de litio y medio que tienen allí, pues tampoco. Si lo quieres 5 euros, con la rebaja. Básicamente solo tomas cerveza, refresco, zumo de naranja, de máquina, es lógico. Y marcas blancas, es lógico. Encima te dicen, con muy mala educación todas las de recepción y en general la mayoría. Saco algún camarero, pero la mayoría pasan, se escaquean y son malas caras. Eso está en ese papel que te dan al llegar, pero no has tenido información previa en absoluto. A Valeria por favor pagarle sus propinas que era lo único que le preocupaba en vez de atender al cliente. Si vas con niños, olvídate de que puedan participar en las escasas y mediocres actividades, porque ni se dignan en hablar nada de castellano. En todo los hoteles hablan en inglés y en español, como mínimo. La comida escasa variedad, pero buen sabor. Pero vamos las mesas no se ponen, vasos de plástico y encima, especialmente la mujer morena, mayor, que retira los platos, muy mal educada. De repente dejo de saber hablar castellano cuando se le requiere una cosa y previamente si lo había hablado como si fuera idiota. Ya no es que se preste un servicio pírrico y en engañar, cada uno en su casa hace lo que quiere. Sino la tomadura de pelo que hemos sufrido, encima aguantando malas caras en varias ocasiones.

I've read a couple of mixed reviews so I didn't know what to expect, the food isn't good, the snack bar is ok but you have to pay for certain food like pizza and chicken nuggets, the beer is watered down and so are the spirits, the room's are bad, and the smell of sewage in the bathroom was unbelievable, the shower head was broken so water was spraying everywhere, spoke to a couple of people and they said the same about the smell in the bathroom, cleaner's come in twice a week and just change the bedding, they don't mop up or anything else, the pool is just a free for all, kids entertainment is ok, if you book all exclusive in this hotel you are just wasting money, you will end up eating and drinking out everyday, salou itself is nice and the weather is great 👍

Calidad precio está bien .lo único que no está bien que las actuaciones todo es inglés estando en España que tengamos que estar mirando como los ingleses se lo pasen bien no estoy de acuerdo

Yo e estado agosto del 2024, todo en ingles los animadores mal educados con españoles ,yo pedí habitación para minusválidos no 3sta preparado y por el teléfono al hacer reserva me dijeron queno no había problemas, pues no fue así , comida malísima ,piscina pequeña y llena de colchonetas etc.. p y la limpieza fatal no lo recomiendo las fotos rnvantan

Pongo 2 estrellas porque me alojé en la misma empresa pero en frente. La limpieza bien. Y las ves que no paran, igual que los de mantenimiento. La piscina bien y a mas a mas con socorrista. Lo que tienes que ir al Inter2 que esta en frente ha pedir la llave, porque el de abajo entendí que son oficinas. Bufete en frente pero el personal un amor. El único fallo que tiene son los ascensores y el edificio. Estaba jodido 1 ascensor ( son 4) pero la planta 3 no se comunica. En la 4 si tienes una pasarela o puente para ir a los otros, el tercero no y uno de mantenimiento diciendo que si que si. Lo peor ascensores. Mas de media hora esperando como se joda uno estando en la 3. Por lo demás de lujo buena ubicación, buen servicio tanto el Inter como el Inter2. Lo que si que si duermes en el sofa te ponen la sabana y para las almohadas, otra Sabana por si tienes frío.... No estaría mal. Si abres el balcón el aire no va. El nuestro estaba roto y dl chico vino rápido para arreglarlo. Esta bien, pero también digo que el precio es elevado para lo que es.

Although dated, our room was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was good. Food looked ok although I didn't eat there. Close to amenities and great beach. Had to pay 100 euro deposit upon arrival but was paid back quickly after check out. Overall, you get what u pay for.

Amazing place

Vergonzoso, 2021 ya no limpian las habitaciones antes de la próxima entrada. Nos quejamos en recepción de que no se había limpiado antes de nuestra entrada y vinieron a pasar una escoba... Faltaban cubiertos. Las almohadas no tienen ni 2 dedos de grosor y para colmo una de ellas estaba hecha a mano con trozos de espuma.... Muy fuerte. La Griferia de la ducha tiene roñ.a para alicatar el baño de nuevo y de la alcachofa de la ducha ni hablar, porque sale más agua por el tubo que por ella. En la terraza una mesa minúscula en la que no caben ni dos platos con solo dos sillas. Los colchones horribles y ni hablar del sofá cama... Te engañan con las fotos del alojamiento para luego meterte en un cuchitril en el que no habría entrado ni regalado, que para colmo barato no es... 400 euros 3 noches. Ojalá les hagan una inspección

Hotel para los ingleses! Todo todo todo en inglés final olímpica de fútbol España Francia lo televisan en francés una auténtica vergüenza , familias españolas que quieran pasar unas vacaciones entretenidas con sus hijos abstenerse de este complejo.

A FUIR !! Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel pour 1 semaine avec un ami. Premièrement nous nous sommes fait voler 500€ en liquides par les femmes de ménages qui rentraient dans la chambre à leur guise donc quand nous n’étions pas là et même quand nous dormions elles rentraient dans les chambres ce qui est inadmissible. Après avoir vu le directeur il n’a rien voulu entendre et a mentionné que c’était notre responsabilité et non celle de l’hôtel alors que c’est l’hôtel qui est responsable de tout ça. A notre arrivé la clim et le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas ainsi que la porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas. De fortes odeurs d’égout tout au long du séjour dans la chambre ce qui fut très désagréable. Beaucoup trop de bruit (chambre très mal isolé) avec les animations à tout heure de la journée. Beaucoup d’anglais impolis et irrespectueux ce qui n’arrange pas les choses. Hôtel à fuir, ça ne mérite même pas une étoile tellement le service est déplorable et le personnel ainsi que le directeur ingrat. TO RUN AWAY!! We came to this hotel for 1 week with a friend. Firstly we were robbed of 500€ in cash by the cleaning ladies who entered the room at will so when we were not there and even when we were sleeping they entered the rooms which is unacceptable. After seeing the manager he did not want to hear anything and mentioned that it was our responsibility and not that of the hotel when it is the hotel that is responsible for all this. When we arrived the air conditioning and the fridge did not work as well as the balcony door that did not close. Strong smells of sewage throughout the stay in the room which was very unpleasant. Far too much noise (very poorly insulated room) with the entertainment at all hours of the day. A lot of rude and disrespectful English which does not help matters. Hotel to avoid, it doesn't even deserve one star so deplorable is the service and the staff and the director ungrateful.

This will be a very honest review, I say that because some are a tad ridiculous. It's basic at best, do not expect anything more. We stayed over the road in the "quieter" apartments. The sound from the street and deliveries below meant being woken early. The doors are paper thin so bring ear plus. The room had everything but the pillows were rock hard. The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels provided, shower pressure very good. The food very good, please don't assume a huge selection, there isn't, but there is enough that every day you can find something, even if its a salad which they provide plenty of. Major plus was the apartments over the here have its own pool, which is so much quieter than the main building, which is always rammed. We didn't use the entertainment of a night time as we went out walking instead. However, they have stuff on every day for adults and kids. If staying in the main building I can't Imagine how loud It is as it's all open very late. WiFi doesn't reach across here. Didn't bother us but for some it may. Distance to beach was great. Literally shops and cafes everywhere on your doorstep. Bus stop outside to take you to other places. Air con worked and was wonderful. Tv had very little channels. The area itself is filthy, more so than any other place I've stayed, that has nothing to do with the apartments but wanted to mention. No floating devices or balls or anything allowed in any pools. This place does except groups and while we've been here there have been very loud groups of lads that haven't been great with foul language and noise so it doesn't feel very family friendly in that aspect. If you want decent food and a base and can sleep through anything, it may be for you. We wouldn't come back, but that 80% the area, not the hotel.

Le bus s arrete à 2 pas Les buffets sont bien, mais il ne faut pas s attendre à de la grande nourriture. Mais plutôt nourriture de cafet. Le personnel du restaurant est très sympa. L appart est bien, et climatisé , c était propre. Mais énormément de bruit la nuit.. mais ça dépendra toujours du respect des clients. La piscine est très bien, et il n y avait jamais trop de monde , ce qui nous a permis de bien profiter. Dans l ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour.

El apartamento limpio y bien cuidado era de un particular. La piscina pequeña y muy llena de gente.

The entertainment is good but it is noisy,dirty and I heard scratching in the walls when trying to sleep

This place is a scam. The website says "free buffet" but when you get there you have to pay. They said you have to pay for all inclusive for it to be free... I tried to explain that it's isn't free then and they smirked. Absolute scam - the breakfast alone is is £7 for adults and £5 for kids. The food options are a joke, the fruit in the bowls at breakfast are plastic and there is no real fruit even! They took a £100 deposit when I arrived which has to be cash and which wasn't communicated anywhere when booking. There's a cigarette burn in the sofa in our room which I've reported but I'm still anxious about being blamed for it. There's slippy mould near the pools that my 3 year old daughter slipped on and banged her knee. Avoid.

Je vous confirme que c’est le pire Hôtel d’Espagne j’ai trouver des punaises de lit dans ma chambre j’en ai trouvée 15 !!! Mon bébé a des boutons de partout et souffre… J’ai changer de chambre avec mon mari et mon bébé et c’est encore pire, la Clim ne fonctionne pas, mon bébé a de la fièvre à cause de la Clim, l’humidité nous tue et la je suis en train de me disputer avec l’hôtel car il ne veulent même pas me donner de nouvelle chambre et je le redis J’AI UN BÉBÉ DE 1 ANS ET DEMI je vous déconseille cette hôtel. Inter2 n’est pas un bon hôtel.

Hemos ido hace unos días y la experiencia el cuanto al trato ha sido nefasta. Al llegar al hotel hubo un problema con el check-in (algo que principalmente fue culpa nuestra) y el hotel se desentendió totalmente. Tuvimos que volver a pagar todo el hotel que ya habíamos pagado y siendo un grupo de chicas jóvenes muy agobiadas, nos trataron con total frialdad y no se implicaron nada en intentar ayudarnos. En cuando al ambiente en el hotel, como dicen en muchas reseñas, se resume en un enfoque total a extranjeros especialmente ingleses. Tanto la animación como la comida se enfocan totalmente en ellos. La habitación no estaba mal en cuanto a suciedad pero no tiene nada de que presumir. En general, el hotel está muy bien en cuanto a precios pero si sois una familia de españoles que quiere pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas, no elijáis este hotel. Si sois un grupo de gente de fin de curso, sale rentable en cuanto a precio (prescindiendo de las comidas en el hotal y haciéndolas en la habitación).

Mi experiencia en este hotel,ha sido regular,el sitio está muy bien situado,cerca de la playa y con tiendas variadas. En cuanto a limpieza deja mucho que desear y las instalaciones un poco antiguas. Está orientado para los extranjeros (horarios,servicios,actividades.) Estuvimos en dos apartamentos diferentes y tengo que decir que la piscina del bloque de enfrente ,daba gusto estar, lompio y tranquilo(españoles casi todo)

Just back from inter2 salou. Loved every minute. Great entertainment for kids and adults. Food good great selection. Oscar best bar manager ever. Millie entertainer always made sure she stopped by our table to chat. Her an max need kept great assets to ur entertainment

Stinking bad attitude form I'll inform badly educated staff

Fuimos un grupo de 9 personas , cogimos dos Habitaciónes con 4 camas masjuna supletoria. Al llegar allí resulta que eran estudios sin espacio suficiente para el grupo de cinco que íbamos a compartir una de las habitaciones, no había ni cama supletoria ni nada, tuvieron que quitar una mesa para poder poner la cama, parecíamos sardinas en lata, por no decir que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El Buffet del hotel estaba bastante bien.

Hemos pasado una semana aquí y a pesar de que había muchos ingleses, todo muy tranquilo y muy bien. La comida casera, el personal del comedor y de la habitación muy bien, rápidos y limpios y la piscina de los apartamentos, estupenda. Repetiremos 👍

Um local aprazível. O interior do hotel é acolhedor, decorado de maneira simples e minimalista. Os apartamentos são pequenos, não obstante em boas condições, ideais para quem quer passar pouco tempo. Os funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. O espaço é dotado de grande animação, onde todos os dias se encontram várias atividades destinadas aos visitantes. Recomendo!

Hemos estado una semana un matrimonio con dos críos. Mi valoración es: Para recepción un 10 Para camarero y camareras un 10 Para el restaurante un 9 Para limpieza un de habitación un 9 Y para los juegos y música para los niños un 5 Muy deciepcionante todo en ingles Y para el horario de desayuno,comida,y cena un 10. El hotel está un poco antiguo pero se nota que lo limpia diariamente y está bien para disfrutar de playa no del hotel.

El trabajador que responde a nombre de Salvador (salva) se ha ocupado en sus horas laborales únicamente a molestarnos mientras comíamos en vez de hacer su labor. El hotel está bastante bien es la única pega que le pongo.

He pasado una semana con amigos en este hotel y la verdad no es un mal hotel, cerca de la playa y con piscina, las habitaciones un poco sucias para mi gusto pero las camas eran cómodas. No obstante, mi mala experiencia en este hotel es debido a un trabajador del comedor, que responde al nombre de Salva, que se ha centrado solamente en ir detrás de mi grupo para expulsarnos del comedor a minutos antes del cierre, había otros grupos todavía comiendo y venia a por nosotros primero. Además, mientras comíamos nos miraba todo el rato creando incomodidades entre nosotros. Creo que su trabajo es el de limpiar las mesas, no el de generar incomodidad a los clientes, UN MINIMO DE RESPETO POR FAVOR.

El apartamento se entregó completamente limpio, a la hora acordada. Comunique que tenía un problema con la puerta del baño y en media lo tenía arreglado. Las camas cómodas, el armario espacio, utensilios suficientes para cocinar. Sartén y olla nuevas. La terraza grande y amplia. Dos piscinas, a mí hija le encantaron los dos. Una chica inglesa del buffet super maja y agradable. El único problema que diría yo es que está todo ambientado para ingleses, entonces los espectáculos son difíciles de disfrutar. Ubicación correcta. No es un sitio ruidoso, ni tampoco me ha parecido un sitio donde solo van jóvenes, puesto que había muchísimas familias.

On arrival we had to walk 10 minutes to hotel with no directions off coach driver he was clueless, hence google maps, hotel put us over road at what I would call holiday flats, we complained and had to pay €50 to stay at hotel we originally booked, then had to pay €100 deposit (refundable) but still inconvenient. We asked for clean linen towels etc after 3 days the cleaners took our towels and didn't leave clean ones, I asked cleaners on landing and we had to go down 6 flights to ask for permission at reception so cleaners could leave towels, after that it was all downhill. Never ever go back, worst hotel in salou.

I am still here and wanted to make a point to write a review as I honestly don’t understand the people moaning . You get exactly what you pay for but I did not find dirt anywhere , the staff are lovely and the place is ok . I had an issue with the tv told them the evening the morning was done . Cleaning comes twice a week - they came on the second day so just asked them to leave clean towels . We not have the all inclusive but ordered a dish for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised that they have a mini salad bar with great produce so I had a little sneaky salad too and the tomatoes were lovely and oil/salt and vinegar supplies . More than what you get when you pay £6 for a dry salad in the UK. People live here as well so you get a nice mix . THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS NOISE . I knew from the bookings so asked for a quiet room but we bang in the middle of a busy junction , however I would of like if the place would enforce the NO LOUD NOISES RULE in the rooms/ hotel but . Very thin walls and as a light sleeper finding it hard as people can be inconsiderate . So please find a way to enforce silemce after 12 at least in the hotel and I’ll deffo be back

En teoría pésimo todo. Las habitaciones en el sofá manchado de corridas de hombre, en donde sostiene la ducha se le cayó a un niño en la cabeza, en otra tiene como si le hubieran dao un puñetazo a la puerta con una bujero, en otra habitación para entrar y cerrar hay q darle una patada fuerte a la puerta. El hotel casi todos son ingleses y borrachos. Por la noche paso un inglés bebido arrastrando a una mujer por el pasillo, aparte de q son unos guarros todos. Mala organización para darme la habitación se confundieron al darme mi habitación. No vuelvo a ir más no muy mala experiencia

Horrible, fuimos por viaje de fin de curso y tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, todo asqueroso, agujeros en los techos a un compañero se le cayó en grifo de la ducha en la cabeza, manchas de haber tenido relaciones en el sofá, personas bebidas por todo el hotel a todas horas y también mujeres de compañía llamando a las habitaciones, gente ofreciendo sustancias y mucho más. Y la comida asquerosa no se puede ni comer, aparte de una mala organización porque me dieron una habitación que no era la mía en resumen la peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel.

Asqueroso hotel con condiciones insalubres, niños de 15 años que entraban para su viaje fin de curso y se encontraron con la habitación con cama meada, calcetines por el suelo, wc asqueroso, aire acondicionado estropeado, gente borracha por los pasillos, robo de móviles, gente bebiendo dentro de la piscina y ofrecimiento de porros. Hotel preparado para jóvenes británicos dispuestos a emborracharse.

Værste hotell jeg har vært i hele mitt liv, den fortjener ikke en stjerne engang. Ikke internett, vi har bestilt 4 senger har fått to. Dårlig lukt i senger. Bråk hele tid man kan høre alt fra naborom. Aldri tilbake igjen.

Estuvimos una noche en un viaje de fin de curso, cuando íbamos a estar 3, ya que nos tuvimos que ir por el malestar que sentíamos estando allí. Muchas habitaciones parecían no estar preparadas, ya que habían pelos por todos lados, faltaban sábanas y las camas no estaban hechas. Además, muchas de ellas tenían manchas un tanto extrañas. También, había muchas puertas que no cerraban muy bien, no sólo las de las terrazas, sino también las que daban hacia el padillo. Por si esto fuera poco, a uno de nuestros compañeros le ofrecieron sustancias ilícitas y a otro se le cayó parte del mobiliario del baño en la cabeza. Además, se vio al final del pasillo de la quinta planta a una mujer inconsciente y a un hombre arrastrando la a su habitación. La comida, es otro tema muy interesante de tratar. Llegamos después de un largo viaje a las ocho y media y el comedor cerraba a las nueve, ya que tiene un horario que está adaptado a la gente extranjera, así que tuvimos que cenar en rápido, soportando también a un personal muy poco profesional. Después de la cena, que no había mucha variedad, la mayoría de la gente sintió malestar de estómago, llegando incluso a vomitar. Todo esto lo informamos en la recepción del hotel y no nos quisieron atender, ignorarando nuestras quejas. Además, el estilo del hotel es muy antiguo y está muy poco cuidado. En conclusión, nuestra experiencia no fue para nada buena y no lo recomendaría a nadie. Le pongo una estrella, porque no se le puede poner menos.

Si no eres extranjero con ganas de fiesta no reserves aquí, es Guirilandia y sobre todo de chicos jóvenes ruidosos y con ganas de fiesta. Como se ve en las fotos el apartamento está bastante deteriorado y la limpieza tampoco es su fuerte. Y encima te cobran 100 euros de fianza y creo que no lo vale ni todo lo que tiene el apartamento junto.

Stayed self catering- didn’t and wouldn’t cook in the room as everything was dirty. We were on the ground floor so had no balcony just a terrace. The terrace was ok but we didn’t enjoy the cigarette ends coming from above!! There seemed a lot to do for kids but we were out of the hotel most of the time. We were kept awake most nights by people shouting and fighting outside our room! We will not be going back.

Only Inter 2 is ok ,and clean and save and quiet. Dont go mariposa if you like hygiëne and safety and night rest

Habitaciones normales, pero para ser un apartamento ya estaba bien colchones muy desgastado , piscina normal pero para darte un baño bien,buffet flojo.

Absolutely disgraceful hotel, would give less than 1 star if it was possible. After waiting several hours for one of our rooms, being told to return several times meaning we had to remain close to the hotel, the room was dirty when we arrived with a large stain on the sofa bed. Multiple staff members were rude to us regarding our experience and did nothing to help at all. I paid €24 for internet that was supposedly included with all inclusive that proceeded not to work for the whole week and refused a refund by a member of staff who was rude and made assumptions on us based on our age. I had been to reception multiple times across the week to resolve this issue and everytime they failed to do so and I was promised a refund upon checkout until the staff member working refused and spoke down on us and treated us horribly. The food was not worth the all inclusive wrist band and so many secret charges you aren’t aware of. We were also refused a grey wristband during the day of our departure which gives you access to the all inclusive while you wait for transfers etc due to the encounter with the very rude receptionist who refused the refund. I would stay away from this hotel !!!!! Beyond infuriated and disappointed with the way they handled themselves and our issues. During our stay we witnessed multiple other hotel guests encounter problem after problem from incorrect rooms, no access to disabled ramp and complete disregard for the LoveHolidays Incident recently. Will never return and advise others to avoid !!!!!

URGENTE si no eres ingles no vallas todo pero todo es para ellos haciéndote sentir mal desplazado actividades en inglés carteles señales en inglés un desastre total una gran pena que en tu país en uno de los apartamentos de tu ciudad te hagan sentir mal a los trabajadores se la suda por completo tus quejas dicen ya ya ya con eso te quedas con el ya no lo recomiendo para nada y asta que se me olvide el mal trago semana tras semana are una muy mala publicidad dentro de mis redes y empresa que estoy seguro llegara a mucha gente (por lo menos unas disculpas) pero solo responden a los comentarios buenos que lo escriben los propios trabajadores amigos familiares en fin ínter2 salou hoy por hoy muriooooo.

NO VOLVERÉ. Apartamentos sucios y viejos. Mobiliario roto. Tuvimos que dormir con los colchones en el suelo. El personal muy poco profesional. El buffet terrible. Escaso, repetitivo y de mala calidad. Enfocado a gente inglesa. Por cierto, es lo único que hay allí, ingleses. Tanto que el personal del los apartamentos y del restaurante ( también el de actividades de ocio) te hablan en inglés!. El servicio de comedor, lamentable. Muchachas que no entendían el español, que te quitaban los platos antes de acabar pq se querían ir a su casa. Bandejas que no volvían a sacar aún quedando 15 minutos para el cierre. Ah! Rooms were basic. Food was nice on some days. Pool was refreshing. Entertainment was great. Surroundings were between quiet and noisy. Weather has been mixed conditions. But overall the holiday was great and met new friends and had a good laugh every day.

It doesn't have free Wi-Fi!! Staff are very unhelpful!! Deposit box are located downstairs??? They have no security on the doors during the day or NIGHT TIME!!! No lock inside the door to lock yourself Basic hotel, rooms are ok... 100 Euro deposit required on arrival. 7 Euro for 7 days of Wi-Fi.

So.....where do I start?? I'm currently at inter2, and have fully mixed feelings. very tired and very dated rooms, with varying degrees of disrepair BUT our room was clean and functional. housekeeping have been everyday. beds are not the comfiest either, but again functional. pool is useable but again needs TLC. grates are loose around the sides, edges of pool are well worn ( beware grazes) and possibly too much chlorine (we all came out in rashes, but they went by next day) all the staff have been helpful and any issues sorted straight away. haven't eaten here, so couldn't comment on that. entertainment seems good although a bit loud forget sleeping before 11pm, not so great if you have small kids who need an earlier bed. So overall tired, dated, in need of Tlc, but defo worth the price, close to all amenities so if you just need somewhere cheap and cheerful to bed down. this is it.

NOS ENTRARON A ROBAR MIENTRAS DORMIAMOS!!! Yo y mi pareja fuimos a uno de sus apartamentos y estuvimos dos noches. La primera noche se escuchaban muchos ruidos fuera y nos extrañamos pero lo dejemos pasar. Pero la segunda noche, mientras dormíamos, nos entraron a robar hasta en 2 ocasiones. Nos despertemos en mitad de la noche y vimos la puerta que da a la escalera abierta. (teníamosnuestros dos moviles). Al despertarnos por la mañana, vimos lapuerta de habitación abierta cuando la habíamos dejado cerraday el móvil de mi pareja (un iPhone 12) no estaba. Se llevaron casi TRES MIL euros de valor en objetos como: cámaras, objetos electrónicos, ropa, gafas de sol.... La puerta del apartamento es muy ligera, parece como vacía pora dentro y no hay manera de poderla cerrar por dentro, no tiene cerrojo para cerrar con llave y no tiene pestillo ni nada, solocierras del golpe. Para colmo, cuando fuimos a recepción, y expliquemos lo sucedido, de primeras no se lo creyeron y un chico se río preguntando: "Como que os han entrado a robar en el apartamento?" La empresa no se hace cargo ni responsable del robo, se desentienden totalmente y se ríen de tí. Es horrible.

Does what it says on the tin. Not prefect but does the job close to everything. Needs a good luck of paint but doesn't alot of places

As soon as we arrived the rooms weren’t ready then as we went to relax after a day of travelling the room hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty sheets, floors and settee as well as wee on the toilet seat and the bathroom completely stunk of wee. Loud entertainment all through the night without any warning on booking sites that it would be this loud and go on for so long you can’t sleep. Very outdated lifts which take the longest time to come and they’re tiny. Staff with a dismissive attitude when there is something that needs sorting. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it should be this low quality. It should Atleast he clean

Por el precio que pagamos fue correcto. Las habitaciones están anticuadas aunque tienen todo lo necesario, tuvimos un problema con el mando a distancia de la tele y la bañera que estaba atascada y lo resolvieron. No había donde poner las toallas, se cambian sabanas y se limpia 2 veces por semana, la limpieza , así, así. Zonas comunes están bien y la comida aunque no hay mucho donde escoger está muy bien. Si quieres comer con cerveza o tinto de verano no hay en comedor y hay que cogerlo en el bar. La animación está bien pero es exclusivamente para clientela inglesa, tenerlo en cuenta, que el apartahotel está orientado únicamente a ingleses. El personal es majo, son muy estrictos a las hora de cerrar comedores y dejar habitación último día, que es a las 10 de la mañana. Si vais con todo incluido, a esa hora os cortan la pulsera, no dejaron ni la de la niña de recuerdo. En general, correcto para el precio que pagamos.

let me start by saying it looks a lovely hotel from the pictures and the food look nice and it seems like a nice place to stay this is why I booked it.I should put out I am a GM in a hotel and I've run the sort of things most of my life so I generally go by how the standard is within other and the way that I would like it to have as a customer and as a manager the room was ok very clean and the cleaning staff was there was one or two slight issues as in the divider for the balcony was loose and kept on hitting in the wind there was no TV available although there was a TV there but it had no channels on it the kitchen tap was timelessly swinging around. we also expected to have a double bed but it wasn't it was too singles we was also put in the building across the road from the main Hotel which was ok really but bear in mind me and my wife are disabled it would have been easier if we was in the main block but at least the back view of the mountains was very nice

Apartamento sin actualizacion. La zona en pleno mes de Febrero24 son algo ruidosos. Se escucha a todo el mundo. La piscina el restaurante y hasta la recepcion estan cerradas. El suelo esta roto. El grifo gotea pero las camas son comodas

Está bien, aunque es un poco descontrol, si vas con pensamiento de relax y confort no es un lugar adecuado, cumple el propósito de dormir y poco más.

It's cheap, cheerful and basic. Entertainment was great for kids although we didn't have any with us. Drinks are watered down a little and most of the staff didn't seem to understand what a half measure was. Overall friendly, great customer service and a good place to stay. We were in the apartment block over the road from main hotel. Swimming pool there was a lot quieter than at the main building.

Me había asustado un montón con las reseñas porque reservé antes de leerlas. Para nada me he encontrado lo que leí, unos apartamentos ideales para pasar unos días, equipados totalmente para vivir. El agua sale con presión y temperatura ideal. No puedes esperar el hotel Hilton por el precio que ofrecen, pero acogedor y el servicio de desayuno bastante completo. Para mí, 10/10

Trato muy agradable, habitación cómoda. Pero el baño tenía manchas de humedad en la pared y mucho moho. El restaurante buffet muy bien

Un cuartucho sucio y lleno de humedades y desperfectos, pegatinas en las puertas tapando agujeros, de calefacción un radiador eléctrico pequeño para toda la habitación, un aire acondicionado roto con un mando de otra marca de otra habitación (enumerado), puertas simples a la calle que la única seguridad que tenía para que no me entrarán en la habitación era poner una silla en la puerta para que sonará y me despertara. Así me tiré las 3 noches 26/27/28 diciembre y por el día bajando todo lo importante al coche, ya que se puede abrir la puerta desde fuera con poca intención que pongas de entrar en ella. Aparte, al montarme en el ascensor y encontrarme con una etiqueta que decía que hacía 6 meses y 12 días que tuvieron una inspección desfavorable y deberían de haberla solventado como mucho a los 6 meses. Sobre entiendo que si la etiqueta sin seguía ahí, encima de la que lleva la inspección, quiere decir que aún seguía sin solucionarse.

Llegamos ha hacer el checking dos familias a la vez una de ella se estaba haciendo pis y le dio la llave aunque le dije que no íbamos juntos ya que estaba en este momento con nosotros cuando termino de hacer le check in le pido la llave y me dice que ya se la dio a la chica . Le comento no no va con nostros como le había dicho anteriormente entonces me cambia la habitación por primera vez. Llegamos a la habitación y ya con todo instalado abrimos el grifo y sale el agua a chorro por el desagüe volvemos a bajar para comentarlo y nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación con todo lo que conlleva ya que ya habíamos desecho las maletas además nos da una en la otra punta del pasillo La nueva habitación además de estar sucio el servicio con pelos nos dan unas sábanas con manchas de sangre es y los colchones pesimos . El balcón tenía pinta de estar en malas condiciones el suelo sucio con hojas y las paredes agrietadas Nada recomendable

Visitamos estos apartamentos durante 3 dias, y la verdad es que por la calidad/precio es perfecto ya que tiene todos los servicios y comodidades que se puede pedir. Estuvimos en el edificio de recepción.

No están mal por el precio pero no es gran calidad, eso sí la atención del chico de recepción ha sido muy buena y todo lo que pedí me lo dió

El aire acondicionado no iba (cosa que no nos informaron) nos dejaron un radiador que ni calentaba, las mantas que nos dejaron eran de los años 60 y sucias, la habitación bastante sucia, cajones rotos, las camas y las almohadas horribles..no pegamos ojo en toda la noche por lo incómodo que era y por el frío que pasamos.. no volvería a repetir Experiencia HORRIBLE.

First impression, simple yet beautiful! I was really impressed with the place and halal food was the highlight of my stay. Food was absolutely superb! Staff was super friendly during our 10 days stay. Halal food was a brilliant addition and l would definitely will be visiting again.

Habitación bien con su estufita y tal... La cocina un 0, camarera acusando de que nos guardamos comida que nos han visto cámaras etc cuando lo único que guardamos eran los potitos que teníamos de la niña jajaja y nos acuso delante de la gente pésimo servicio y maleducada esa camarera rubia con pelo corto. Los de recepción buen servicio.

Menos mal que solo fue una noche. Llegamos y nos enviaron al edificio de enfrente. Nunca había estado en un hotel con la cama en tan mal estado. El baño ni lo gastamos. Esos apartamentos no están para alquilar y menos con la calidad que ponen. Para ser honestos podrían poner fotos actualizadas. Al menos el desayuno estaba bastante bien.

Excellent location in Salou. We had a self catering apartment and the facilities were simple but good. There is a 2 stove electric hob with all ware provided. There are 2 single beds and a sofa bed which pulls out (you have to pull the legs from underneath so it is the same height as the other beds). The balcony faced directly at another hotel. The evening entertainment is very loud for those who aren't going we were on the second floor and could hear it clearly but it's to be expected of a family resort. The WiFi is very patchy and slow (you can pay to upgrade to faster speed but I wouldn't waste the money if it's not going to reach your room properly). Overall the hotel was fairly clean (a few mould spots in the bathroom around the seal) a few repairs are required from water damage but it's not bad for what we paid for a cheap getaway for five days.

We had an apartment with fridge cooker microwave kettle food is good room clean its in the centre of salute town so everything on your doorstep bars restaurants .we were here for a quick 4 day break will return again in may .beer is estrella very nice I would recommend

Rooms very out dated and haven't got basic room essential for a place that is listed as an appointment complex. Reception staff very rude at times also security also very rude. Pipe work exposed in bathroom. Hit with a suprise 100 euro deposit when wasn't listed on website or booking and hit with a tourist tax when arrived. Beds felt like bricks slept on the pull out bed and had a better night sleep

If you are not staying in the main hotel then asked to be moved. We asked to be moved after 3 nights of fighting, shouting, screaming and full blown arguments from neighbouring apartments to the point security and the police were called. However the staff were very accommodating and moved us no problem and while the rooms are a little dated they are still very functional and perfect for what we wanted. The hotel is Far enough away from the loud night life but still within walking distance of it and everything you need. Food from the buffet was pretty good too.

honest review, me and the partner come for his birthday. a few weeks before coming a lot of bad reviews was posted, therefore we wasn’t looking forward to our holiday. although when we got here, the male staff was very welcoming and friendly, we did find the women staff very arrogant and stuck up. you do have to pay 100€ room damage deposit which you get the day you check out (they do not tell you about this, nor does any company’s you may book with). we checked into our room, was in decent condition - smart tv, had no problems what so ever. lovely views from the balcony and hotel has everything within a 5min walk. food was sometimes common, although they do mix it up a bit with different cultural foods. my partner and i really enjoyed the food, not as bad as some people make out. i would recommend going all inclusive, you get breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. drinks are 9am-11pm, drinks on non inclusive are expensive. in your all inclusive drinks you have a choice of 3 cocktails, spirits and beer. the hotel is really lovely all together, lots of activities, lots of friendly people from all over the world. salou is a brilliant place and will definitely be coming back. the hotel isn’t as bad as people make out, we was dreading our holiday when reading the most recent reviews before we come to salou and we’ve had the bestest time. a massive shout out to Max and Millie, the entertainers throughout the day and night. always had entertainment on for children and adults, was the highlight of our holiday and once entertainment was finished in the hotel, always got invited out in salou to carry on having a good time, kids was also invited. never let us down and Max and Millie ensured my partner had the best birthday whilst we was there and gave him lots of freebies. You get what you pay for and safe to say, we was more than impressed with what we got.

Avoid!! Very dated hotel with a number of issues. You get what you pay for, lesson learned! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by huffy staff which we struggled to hear due to the drunk partying revelers within (this was to continue throughout our stay) . The hotel seems to attract a certain type of rowdy clientele. Food was basic and the cheapest of the cheap - some guests fought over the toast machine (as to who had loaded it!). Screaming and shouting was the norm day and night, slamming doors and banging. Room was well worn with broken tiles, lose light fittings and cracks, nowhere to hang any towels and very limited storage. Toilet constantly stank of excrement from the ventilation system. Was so glad to leave, after the €100 security (good behaviour) deposit was practically thrown at us by staff. Will not be back.

Everything is good from food to entertainment

The room was dated and needed a good clean (stains on the sheets) we had to have a water leak fixed and the air con, but that was fine, these things happen. All inclusive! Drink till 11, then you pay for it. Eat till 5, then you pay for it. You get a discount on all drinks and food after time, but my view is all inclusive is all inclusive. Not just at certain times. Like other reviews, you get what you pay for but my god, not a place I would go back too. Kids can't even get an ice cream out of restaurant service without paying for it. The best thing was the staff they are really friendly and excellent with everything they try to do for you. Not the best holiday we have ever had, lesson learnt.

Avoid this place awful the food is disgusting I wish I didn’t come here, SALOU beautiful place but this hotel is disgusting and not very nice police was here a few nights for couple fighting, we’re do I even start with the food it’s like it’s been recycled every meal what’s been left over from dinner breakfast all I could eat for ten days is toast kids didn’t eat at all good job they was an Irish cafe a few doors down and the pool is dangerous sharp edges no supervision around the pool for kids just overall disappointing holiday for the price we paid in locked down

I stayed at this hotel it was really dated and falling apart it needs updating especially the rooms. I would also like to say the staff are rude standing thir rolling her eyes because I walked up to the reception. The entertainment people are probably the only ones that made us welcome and feel apart of the hotel.

Never again!!!!!! A horrible place with a couple of horrible reception staff during the day, they actually think they work in a 5 star hotel when it's actually more like a bad hostel, we didn't eat or drink there it was only a base to sleep and shower but what a disappointment, no proper security in the apartment/room. The cleaners and the night guy in reception are lovely. The guy that has to go to people at night time to stop them from disturbing the residents has he's work cut out and most likely sees a lot more hard night's than quiet ones from what we heard on the floor we stayed on. Yes you do get what you paid for but we paid same amount for apartments down town salou in May and it was 5 star compared to this place. Stay clear if at all possible

We went to check in and found out they’d but us in an unsafe, dirty and decrepit apartment building across the road, they don’t even seem to own it. Just some of the apartments in the building. No security. Anyone can wander in and look through your transparent blinds at you while you sleep from the hallways. Nothing like the pictures. Horrific experience.

You get what you expect for the price , room was dated , cracked tiles , broken fixings and a few more issues but this aside the food was way above what was expected and had a few great meals which I wasn't expecting , staff where all friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was clean. What other people have said about the kinds of people is true as it was quite rowdy in an evening but for a budget holiday you can't go wrong especially if you have kids as the kids entertainers seemed spot on. For those who want a quieter experience the beach bar next door was a great choice for a quieter drink and nice coffee. Location wise , close to the beach , not far from town and up the road form the bus stops , plenty of markets nearby.

Omg… what a disgrace of a hotel, management and people. I feel like I’ve come to a torture camp never mind a holiday. We have had issues after issues with multiple thing’s throughout our time here. Air con doesn’t work absolutely ridiculous every room should have a working air con system People staying in rooms smoking weed and doing other drugs and keeping everyone up all night (hotel staff do nothing) just look like they are annoyed when you tell them… joke People being sick off the balconies so if you want to sit out your screwed. Rude unhelpful staff - will not help what so ever just say they will speak to them and let it carry on to the point the hotel security threatens to ring the police but don’t… Holes in door from where people have punched it. Absolute disgraceful and disgusting people Rough as toast stay here. Please don’t stay here if you have even a low level of standards. Stinks like fags when you walk into your room. After me and my partner looked at the photos online we booked inter 2 for a 10 day break, upon arrival to our apartment we instantly noticed that the rooms are not atall like the photos online. With a very outdated decor and very basic equipment. It's stated online that you have a hair dryer in your room only for us to find out you have to pay 3 euros per day to rent one. The worst thing about our stay was the fact that we had neighbours a few doors down that were smoking cannabis on there balcony every day and night. Our room would stink of it as soon as we walked in. We tried to close our balcony door but with an air conditioning unit that hardly worked atall this was not possible. We complained to reception about this and was told that they will speak to the guests. We were told to spray some air freshener to cover the smell. We complained at least 4 times about this and was told the same thing every time. Nothing was done to resolve this situation and we had to deal with this for our entire stay. Little to say our stay in the apartment was not enjoyable and this most definitely would not be a place we would recommend to anyone.

El hotel en relación al precio está muy bien. La gente que trabaja allí siempre muy amables. La ubicación estaba muy bien, cerca de la playa. El problema es que No es un hotel para españoles, los horarios de la comida no te permite hacer otras actividades, ya que cenar antes de las 21 te corta la tarde. Y luego a la noche si sales a pasear ya tienes que hambre otra vez... La comida es orientada a ellos, de mediatarde sólo tienes el snack bar, hasta las 5, con comida chatarra como hamburguesas, patatas fritas y salchichas. A los ingleses se les permite todo, nadie vigila en la piscina, no hay seguridad si algo te pasa, más vale que te cuides tú por que no hay quien te ayude con tanto bullicio. Llevan comida a los alrededores que luego termina en el agua, permiten jugar con pelotas, lo cual es súper molesto que te peguen a tí o a tu familia a cada rato. Permiten el uso de hinchables enormes, para una piscina no muy grande. La animación toda en inglés, mis hijos no pudieron hacer ninguna actividad. Muchas amenazas con perder la fianza que te pidieron de 100€. Hasta por abrir la puerta de emergencia, creo que es una medida abusiva...

Didn’t stay here but had the misfortune to stay opposite it. Earlier comments about the other guests and their behaviour are spot in. If you’re a decent respectful person give this a wide berth no matter how ‘cheap it is’. Night after night being distributed until the wee small hours by classless people,, noisy and disruptive. Out in the street screaming. Inter 2 does nothing to combat this. Dreadful

Apartments are overall ok, good to see that the bathrooms and beds have been upgraded since my previous visit in 2019. However, the bathroom could have done with a bit of a clean. Stains on pillows and sofa. Air con was also filthy and caked in dust. Had an issue with the air con not turning off and by day 2, I became very sick because of it and that ruined the rest of my holiday. I had to ask at reception a couple of times to get it fixed, the lady I spoke to was nice and the second time I asked she sent maintenance to my room who sorted the problem out quickly. The hotel clientele should be renamed chav city. 8 year old kids swearing and screaming in the corridors day and night, parents doing nothing about it. Had small kids throwing things onto my balcony past midnight which resulted in people knocking on my door at late hours asking if they can retrieve their items which they have thrown. LOOK AFTER YOUR CHILDREN why are small children who are primary school age allowed to be out by themselves at night??? Shows the types of people who stay here. I feel sorry for the maids because some of the people staying here look absolutely filthy. Pool is also disgusting, band aids floating in the pool along with blood from people cutting themselves. No lifeguard present (which I’m sure is illegal) and most parents not even supervising their children. Children shooting BB guns by the pool and music constantly blaring through speakers, not relaxing at all. The entertainment here goes on til midnight so if you want a good early nights sleep you don’t stance a chance. “Entertainment” here is just drunk people shouting along to old pop songs in about 1000 different keys and it blares through all the hotel rooms, even with all doors closed. Location is awful, it used to be good but has now been completely overrun with tourists and as a result only offers tacky market stalls with the majority of shops selling the same things. Random graphic t shirts which are not appealing or stylish at all and cheap jewellery along with fake designer products (which aren’t even good fakes). People bombard you along the street demanding you to come to their restaurant or get your hair braided. They won’t take no for an answer so you have to just quickly walk away and ignore them. In addition to the shopping, supermarkets are very expensive and overpriced compared to UK supermarkets. There is also an extremely limited range of groceries to buy. Spar is probably the cheapest of all shops but I avoided this shop after a friend of mine was racially profiled here. One thing to watch out for in Salou, if you’re a black male you will be racially profiled here and be made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. First, my friend was asked by police while in town to show his ID as he was “acting suspicious”. Failure to show ID in Spain can result in arrest. Second incident, after shopping in Spar, he was falsely accused of stealing as he had a small canned drink from a previous store. They made a massive scene in front of everyone which was so humiliating. We said they can check CCTV as we all knew he did not steal anything. One disturbing incident was one night walking along the strip, a lady and her dog laying on the floor with a large pool of blood in front of them. Despite a heavy police presence, no one went to check on the lady or tape off or clean the area. Overall, an extremely unpleasant experience. Will not be returning !!

A sunshine break. You couldnt fault the sun. You get what you pay for here. Its what you make of it. Apartment is just a base a bed to sleep in ( decour although as others have stated is not the best) . The all inclusive is best booked when you initially make your booking. Great entertainment staff full of life. Bar and restaurant staff very pleasent. Food was varied and we enjoyed. But being all inclusive doesn't mean you wont eat/drink elsewhere and there's lots of alternatives. Choices of pools make it quiet, noisy or just pleasant. Once again you get what you pay for. 3 star or more you need look elsewhere.

Hotel itself is great for what you pay. Food is very basic and no options for vegetarians however there is a snack bar which does offer some alternatives. The biggest issue with the hotel is none of the above but the clientele. Lots of loud, rowdy and rude people stay here who spend all day getting drunk and let their kids run riot. Due to this we often went round to the beer garden which is also on the all inclusive and is alot better on an evening as it wasn't as loud and has singers on 4 times a week. The entertainment for children was fantastic and the entertainment team were extremely friendly and helped entertain our two while we stayed. Visits from Peppa pig, paw patrol and trolls got them very excited and the bar staff were excellent too. Rooms are ok but a poor standard. The sofa bed won't stay together and mattress was covered in stains, which we didn't get sheets for till the cleaner came 4 days in so we all stayed in the bedroom. That being said it was just a bedroom for us to stay in on an evening as we were out all day. All in all a great holiday and met some lovely people but probably wouldnt come here again.

I recently stayed here for 7 nights, all inclusive with my partner. It was our very first time abroad ever. After reading reviews we were tempted to cancel the hotel and book somewhere else as they were all negative. Instead as it was the cheapest hotel, we went through with it hoping it couldn’t be as bad as people made out. When we got there (11am ish) we were checked in straight away to our hotel despite being early. They took 100 euros for deposit which was instantly transferred when checked out, and 15 euros in tax which we didn’t get back. The hotel room itself was clean. Could do with updating but I thought it was a perfectly fine room, i had no complaints. House keeping came twice in the week we stayed and changed our towels which was unexpected as reviews said they hadn’t been in. The internet wasn’t the best. We used our data as we had the roaming pack, so we didn’t have to use the wifi, as nothing loaded! The whole complex is fine. There’s 2 bars, the dinner area, pool and the entertainment areas- one out and one in. The all inclusive drinks were fine, spirits, 3 cocktails and 1 beer. You had to pay extra for some things which i thought was a bit cheap, but you get a discounted rate for being all inclusive. The all inclusive food isn’t amazing. The breakfast was great!! Lunch and dinner had the same sort of things, chips salad, random meats with nothing labelled, which makes it hard for people with allergies! We ate out a few times as sometimes we just walked into the restaurant and didn’t fancy anything. I do think the snack bar is ridiculous. All inclusive 2pm-5pm and serve burgers, chips, toasties? Not the snacks you want after lunch and before dinner where the same things are served. 5pm onwards all inclusive have to pay for the snacks. The staff were super friendly, and really helpful. My partner speaks fluent spanish so we had an upper hand in communicating with the staff, but they’re all friendly and were easy to talk to in english (as i don’t speak any spanish).The atmosphere was great. The hotel is full of party goers and children. It’s super loud and super busy, but it’s nice. The pool was always busy, we didn’t spend much time there. The entertainment was good too. Something on every night 8-12 some for kids and some for adults, as well as daytime entertainment by the pool! It does get loud if you’re trying to have an early night. We were on 1st floor and could hear everything from the entertainment, but it’s what to be expected. The hotel is situated in a nice place. Super nice walk to the beach, shops and restaurants right outside and Salou town centre is a 10 min walk. Bus stops almost everywhere, so it’s a nice place to explore. There’s a little shop right near that has experience packs that you can buy, like going to barcelona, boat parties etc. This hotel was fine and i totally wouldn’t agree with all the reviews. It was a popular hotel so it’s not just us! it’s a standard 3/5 in my opinion. I wouldn’t go back tomorrow but i wouldn’t mind visiting again in the future!

Well after reading the reviews we were scared to come , but I can rave about this place its absolutely fantastic ! The rooms are a little dated but honestly all you need. Definitely worth going all inclusive. The food is fantastic! The staff are so well mannered and friendly, the entertainment is great but gets better later in the night , earlier is more for kids . The hotel is situated in a lovely place with lovely shops around it and the beaches are spectacular. We ate in sinatrues next door one night that was amazing 🤩. Until next time inter 2 !!

Ideal base to holiday in Salou. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only downer was no toasters (tostadora) available in the rooms or to hire from front desk.

Definitely will not return to inter2 apartments. Rooms very basic but clean . Entertainment terrible so unprofessionaland everything stops at 12 oclock and you all have to leave and go to your room or go down to the town .Kids club a joke didn't see anything for the week I was there and the games room cost a fortune as to use anything you have to pay . Staff is rude , and unless you go for your breakfast at 7oclock in the morning you don't get one as they had ran out of most items everytime i went down . Thank God for Sinatras next door , we had our breakfast there all week . If your thinking of Going to Salou, book somewhere else

Stayed in an air bnb studio in the hotel, room was all done up, very modern and fab, rest of the hotel could do with a spruce up!

Después de leer otras reseñas ibamos con mucho miedo, pero en nuestro caso nos dimos una grata sorpresa. Los colchones estaban bien, la habitación limpia, utensilios de cocina, los justos pero suficiente. La comida que ofrecen no es ninguna maravilla pero hemos comido peor en otros de más estrellas. La piscina bastante caótica, mejor ir a las pequeñas playas cercanas. En la zona hay muchos supermercados y no hay apenas ruido de fiesta

✅ Hôtel bien situé proche des commerces, du centre-ville et des plages. Arrive prévu à 17h et nous avons pu récupérer les clés à 14h, service de bagagerie avant de récupérer les clés. Femme de ménage qui passe régulièrement dans les chambres Climatisation dans la chambre plutôt utile ❌ Beaucoup trop d’anglais très égoïste. Des gamines anglaises qui toc aux portes à 1h du matin sans raison. Dommage que toutes les animations était en anglais. Alors que nous sommes en Espagne. Piscine : Des 10h il n’y a plus de transats de libre malgré le peu de monde à la piscine. Tout le monde met sa serviette à 9h et remonte dans les chambres, problème qui n’a pas l’air de déranger le Staff de la piscine qui ne sert pas à grand choses. Piscine sale avec des gens qui mange sur les transats ou au rebord de la piscine. Nous avons trouvé une rondelle de citron dans l’eau et plein de gobelets qui traînent partout, sol collant. Personne habillé en habit de ville pour aller dans la piscine. Hôtel : Au 5e étage une odeur nauséabonde dans le couloir. Chambre : Peu d’ustensiles pour cuisine un couteau qui coupe aurait été idéal. 1 plaque qui chauffe sur les 2, un peu dangereux car quand elle est chaude tous le plan de travail chauffe aussi. Odeur de remonter d’égouts dans la salle de bain. 1 lit avec la moitié des lattes cassées.

Day just a basic room with ur 2 single bed facing into ur kitchen. entertainment was like older days in butlins mosey with games called beer pong and coke pong blowing soap bubbles on a stage so pay a little extra and go a little further

À fuir de toute urgence !!!! PUNAISE DE LIT !!!!! On a galéré avec les copines à 21h dehors avec nos valises sans endroit ou dormir, le canapé du salon était infesté de punaises de lit !!!

Arrived at 10 pm no food available 😳 the all inclusive drinks are not the best and the food isn’t great no choice for vegetarians even tho they sold vegetarian burgers in the hotel they never had them in the buffet. Our room wasn’t even in the hotel it was across the road the rooms are dirty patio doors are so flimsy and don’t lock the sink was blocked and shower head was broken and the sofa bed had all stains on it. You have to pay -€100 deposit on your arrival and you get it back when you leave. The staff are rude apart from Abdul who was very friendly and Milly the young girl from the entertainment she is an absolute superstar. The all inclusive drinks finish at 11pm then you have to buy them at full price, if your hungry between meals you have to buy snacks burgers ect at the sports bar The pool is dangerous all of us ended up with cuts off the pool round the side very sharp Overall not the best would not recommend

Ojalá hubiera leído las reseñas, ésta vez me fie. Voy a ser justa: HORRIBLE. Personal neutro, sin empatía. Está hecho solo para ingleses que yo creo que tontos no son, buenas ofertas les han tenido que hacer. El apartahotel es grande, terraza grande y habitación minúscula, agobiante, sin ventilación, con un armario empotrado que no puedes pasar, de hecho tuvimos que sacar la cama y el somier a la zona de cocina-comedor y como somos educados, la volvimos a dejar en su sitio al irnos, las almohadas duras y sin altura, era como doblar una manta vieja y tapar con la tela, sin nada de mullido. La comida es un día y otro igual, solo para ingleses, no ves verdura, variación, algo que se parezca a lo que comes en España, si quieres vino te lo tienes que llevar del bar, ojo, un vaso pequeño de plástico, no saben lo que es vino con gaseosa y te echan seven up, eso un día, al siguiente hay otro "camarero" y tienes que volver a explicarle lo que quieres, eso si pillas a alguien normal, si pillas a una camarera que dijo ser la encargada y luego al quejarnos de su trato en recepción nos dijeron que no era encargada, llamó mentiroso a mi marido porque pidió lo de cada día, vino y gaseosa en un vaso más grande, de esos de cartón de Pepsi, y ella le dijo que imposible que nadie le diera un vaso así, si lo quería en uno pequeño, transparente y cada cosa por un lado (vino y sprit o seven up) o nada, que por sus narices no se llevaba otra clase de vaso. El café, carajillo, decían qué? Al final conseguía hacerse entender y un whisky? En vaso de plástico y un dedo de whisky. Teníamos todo incluido, quise granizado de limón porque lo estaba viendo y no, eso no entraba, no entra lo que les apetece, no puedes saber si puedes o no puedes comer o beber algo y además todo de máquina, nada de una Coca-Cola de lata o botellín. El baño está viejo y con olor a pis aunque lo limpies, el lavabo no traga, tiene un espejito redondo que solo te ves la cara, ya no hay más espejos donde puedas mirarte cuando te arreglas. Está situado cerca de la playa Dels Capellans que es buena playa (porque no es del hotel 🤭), pero las cuestas te matan, pero eso es así, no me quejo. Lo bueno el aire acondicionado, la verdad que muy bien y la piscina, hay dos, la del hotel que está a tope de ingleses y la de los apartamentos, pequeña pero con menos gente, vigilante y bueno, no demasiado limpia pero es agradable. Hay un parking público como a 200 metros que por 4€ lo tienes 24horas, vas cada día a renovar el ticket y ya está. Conclusión, lo que no depende del hotel está bien: parking y playa, lo que depende de ellos es para denunciar. De verdad, hagan caso a las reseñas, de 3 estrellas no es este hotel o apartamentos, hagan caso. Nosotros nos hubiéramos ido en los primeros 15 minutos, aguantamos estoicamente pero no terminamos, de 5 días, nos fuimos al cuarto, no pudimos terminar, imposible. Se salvan una chica de la limpieza que fue súper amable y otra chica del comedor que estaba con la sonrisa todo el rato y su mirada era limpia, no sé su nombre, es negra y con coleta pequeña, por si me leen, que sepan que una sonrisa es gratis, que cuando estamos en un sitio así nos gusta ver a trabajadores amables. Ahhh y otra cosa, todos los espectáculos, ay madre mía, bingo en inglés, juegos en inglés y nada nada de baile, todos sentados y viendo como se desgañita un chico y una chica todo el día haciendo todos los días lo mismo. After a delayed flight and missing our transfer we arrived at Inter2 at 2.45 am via taxi. We're given room keys, thinking thank god for that. (2 adults 2 small children). The stench of cigarettes outside of the door was overwhelming. On opening the door we were hit with a blanket of fag smoke which got worse with each step.. It was worse than a 1960s snug in a pub. No kettle no toaster. One massive saucepan. Wonky cabinet doors. This room had been used shortly before our arrival. Floors un mopped. It was seriously bad.. We crashed from exhaustion. On complaining later we was treated with contempt. The staff here are not trained to be pleasant, or appoligise. Was told no other room was free! I complained that it wasn't good enough..... She dissappeared and came back with another room key. A slight improvement so we grabbed it. Lugging our cases without any help! The swimming pool was shockingly murky.. Beware!! The pool staff are careless. I had a poolside brolly fall on my head and almost knocked me out, because the base hadn't been weighted with water. Be warned if you have an accident they do not log the accident. Do no appoligise......... Couldn't care less. Even the bar staff are very rude. If you value your hard earned cash choose elsewhere. Avoid avoid. Believe these bad reviews!! Can't comment on the food because we was self catering. Place needs pulling down.

Ok, first of all it is what it is and we had no preconceptions, it was a Cheap all inclusive holiday via JET2. The rooms are very tired and could do with revamp. If you are above the entertainment on level 2 the noise is relentless until midnight. We had some you lads move in midweek next to us, they were very loud shouting foul language over the balcony at 1-2am when they got in, We decided confrontation was not probably the best solution so we went down to reception, It was dealt with instantly, We actually recorded them through the walls and the following morning shared this with management, they said they had lost their deposit and I must admit following nights were silent. So they did handle it. Food was plentiful and edible but we personally had breakfast and went out to eat lunch and evening meals most nights albeit all inclusive. Would be great if there was somewhere a little more comfortable and quiet for a drink at night. Appreciate that's personal choice but noise downstairs is relentless as stated previously. There is poolside during the day. Free drinks are usual local beers and spirits, would be great if something other than a plastic/paper cup was available even if there was a deposit !

Nous venons de séjourner 15 jours, jusqu’à aujourd’hui, mon mari, mes 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans + notre toutou, niveau logement, nous étions dans un appart hôtel spacieux + balcon vue rue. Globalement correct dans l’ensemble, séjour agréable, le plus du plus c’est le personnel super agréable au buffet du restaurant (merci à Ilona, Fatou la petite et Salva, sans oublier abdou et oscar) nos amis et nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour vous, efficacité et bonne humeur vous décrivent !!!😉

Lugar agradable donde pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Muy cerca de la playa y de restaurantes o discotecas. Los apartamentos tienen piscina comunitaria.

Estancia horrible en este apartahotel. No lo recomendamos. Estamos acostumbrados a hacer viajes de este tipo y nunca hemos visto cosa igual. En primer lugar, piden una fianza de 100€ por un estudio que se encuentra en pésimas condiciones... Sin limpiar, malos olores de la nevera, colchón super duro, armario roto... A nuestra llegada no había gel de ducha, a lo que nos respondieron que es normal porque es un apartamento. Sin embargo, cuando nos hicieron la limpieza (después de mucho insistir porque la hacen 2 veces a la semana!!!???) las de la limpieza mandaron al de mantenimiento para poner el dispensador de gel de ducha...en 7 días solo tuvimos una limpieza. El aire acondicionado se desconfigura muy fácilmente. Los pasillos comunes huelen fatal y nadie los limpia... El servicio en recepción deja mucho que desear, ninguna amabilidad de la parte de los recepcionistas, en especial de Alicia, que se permite hablar a los clientes burlándose de ellos y de forma prepotente. El buffet muy limitado, no hay variedad. Como postre solo hay natillas con color sospechoso, arroz con leche y dos tipos de pastel precongelados... Estaría bien que varíen un poco así sea de vez en cuando.... Para nosotros que vinimos con all inclusive los horarios de comidas son muy juntos...el snack únicamente de 14h a 17h, nada por la mañana, y la cena termina a las 21h.... Demasiado temprano. Mucha prisa por recoger los platos...no entran todas las bebidas, ni siquiera el agua a temperatura ambiente (0,80€) Idem con el desayuno, siempre lo mismo y poca variedad. La animación es en inglés. Podían por lo menos traducir para los españoles. Hola? Estamos en España! Lo único positivo es la situación geográfica del hotel, céntrico y la amabilidad del chico argentino de mantenimiento, muy atento. Así como la amabilidad de las chicas de la limpieza, en especial Sandra y Mur.

À fuir !!!! 5 minutes après être rentrée dans notre chambre nous nous sommes rendu compte d’une infection totale de punaise de lit. Impossible de rester sur place à moins d’être infesté à son tour. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre, celle ci n’était pas nettoyée sentant la cigarette…. Décevant et immonde surtout pour ce genre de problème à bannir dans les établissements touristiques.

Cabe destacar que el hotel, necesita una reforma en condiciones… las camas son incómodas y las almohadas finas como el papel de fumar. El baño.. del baño sale un olor desagradable a más no poder que hay que tener la puerta cerrada para no morir en el intento… Llegamos al tema de la PISCINA!!! O te levantas a las 8 de la mañana para poner la toalla, cosa que se supone que no está permitido, o te quedas sin tumbona para estar. Vergonzoso que dejen bañarse a la gente con colchonetas.. toda la piscina son colchonetas enormes y no puedes ni hacerte un largo! También el primer día, los “Hooligan” tenían montado dentro de la piscina, de lado a lado un partido de waterpolo.. conclusión, no lo recomendaría y por supuesto tampoco volvería.

Un continuo olor nauseabundo sale de las tuberías del baño, entiendo que al ser viejo, poco se puede hacer. Inaceptable que en la piscina haya más de 20 colchonetas a la vez, un partido de hooligans con los que era imposible bañarse, les permiten beber dentro del agua y a las 9 de la mañana ya están todas las hamacas cogidas por los ingleses, por lo que olvídate de coger una en todo el día. Les permiten todo así es que no volvería no gratis.

After reading the reviews for International 2, there appeared to be alot of negative comments. This is my honest opinion about the hotel and Location. The hotel is a 3 star, reception staff were helpful, and answered any requests that I had in English, as I don't know hardly any Spanish. Our apartments were across the street, we had a thob to gain access to the door , there's a smaller swimming pool but no bar in this one.The main pool and 2 bars are located in the main hotel, all inclusive drinks from 09.00am- 23.00 pm, with free inclusive snacks 2-5pm. Please also note room charges are 100 euro 's per room charged on arrival, ( for damages) which is returned back onto your card on departure, but takes 3 days to go back into your account.There's also a tax charge of 17 euro (non refundable). Food- mainly a choice of full English breakfast, breads, fruit, lunchtime - mixed meat salad etc, main meal mixed meats, salad, pudding, fruit.The food is tasty, but not very warm. I found that going to eat earlier, the food was warmer. The hotel is situated in a very good location, right near the main strip of salou and maIn beach, shops, water sports and bars, bike and scooter hire, Push chair hire. The prices are reasonable. The hotel itself could do with a revamp, as out dated in decoration ( looks like the 1970's ) Rooms could do with upgrading abit, although clean. Attention to detail required, such as a lose plug socket, or bathroom door that closed and wouldn't open from the outside!. Overall, not a bad stay, I would recommend being all inclusive, to save abit of money. Entertainment - bingo at 21.30pm, karaoke, not really much entertainment during the day, there's a few arcade games. I would rate the hotel 3/5.

Primer día alojados. Desastroso. Personal deja mucho que desear. Prepotencia... Media hora esperando a que nos atienda un camarero en barra para los snacks (el camarero estaba con la TV y el mandito), nos atiende pasada la hora de los snacks, y nos dice que la hora ha terminado después de estar esperando 10 min (antes de que terminara el servicio). LA PISCINA, SUCIA. DA ASCO. LLENA DE PORQUERÍA. A los de recepción no les da la gana darnos más llaves, que sí tenemos algún problema acudamos a ellos. De flipar. Toda la animación en inglés. Estamos en España no en Inglaterra... Y, de remate, a las 20:55 ( 5 min antes del cierre del buffet y con gente cenando) APAGAN LOS DISPENSADORES DE BEBIDA. Eso es una falta de respeto hacia el cliente. Si cierra a las 21, que lo apaguen a las 21, no a menos 5 cuando aún estamos cenando. A media mañana, no había Pepsi ni café descafeinado, pero había de cafetera de brazo y teníamos que pagar. Y TENEMOS TODO INCLUIDO.

We stayed here last week and it was good. The staff were very friendly The room was perfectly fine, Hotel was very clean and well ran The food was good too It's a two / three star hotel and it delivers exactly that. If you want more than that, you'd probably be happier somewhere else 👍

Grand apartments, clean enough, could do with a bit of an update though. Friendly staff, nice food selection in the buffet, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Salou, overall a good experience

El sitio más decepcionante en el que he estado,la animación en inglés nada en español,la comida básica y poca variedad y la limpieza deja mucho que desear,ademas imposible descansar tanto por los colchones como por el ruido que hay por las noches en las terrazas, el baño no tiene ni secador,sin duda un sitio al que no volver ni recomendar.

Mas vale que sepas inglés, pues la animación está enfocada para turistas ingleses

Sitio correcto, personal amable y correcto. La habitación estaba bien (por lo que se paga bien) pero la cocina quizás no era lo mejor. Ami, me faltaban utensilios de cocina.

Please avoid, staff unfriendly, rooms are poor, food not good, despite the cheap price I still cannot recommend this. Reception staff very rude, specifically male with pony tail with name badge reading “Pavel”. Stay away at all costs.

Si queréis ir a que os traten mal, este es el mejor lugar de Salou. El trato es pésimo tanto por teléfono como en recepción, fuimos con un grupo de amigas y fatal.

Estuve 3 días alojada en un departamento de allí. Estaba limpio pero es necesario una reforma ya que hay zonas que las necesita. El personal es muy desagradable, al menos los que me atendieron a mi. La limpieza de la piscina dejaba mucho que desear. Fui a primera hora, estaba sucia y tuve que salirme porque daba asco. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es el aparcar, ya que al estar en una zona turística solo hay sitios de pago y es difícil encontrar un sitio para aparcar el coche gratis. A pesar de esto es un alojamiento grande y tiene muchas distracciones como zonas recreativas y bares.

Most of the staff were very helpful, 2 receptionists were very rude, male with a ponytail and Kristina with braids. It was extremely noisey at night with young students staying there, no sleep. Food was good but very basic. Would definitely not stay there again.

Segundo año que repetimos MAYORMENTE y en gran parte por el Personal ( recepción, bar, restaurante, mantenimiento, piscina) muy muy cercano y cálido. Animación única y exclusivamente para "ingleses "

No recomendaría estos apartamentos a nadie , cucarachas en el baño , suciedad , grifos rotos que parecían cascadas y camas incómodas , son apartamentos de hace 30 años y no han reformado nada , avisamos en recepción de lo sucedido con las cucarachas y ni se sorprendieron y lo peor de todo esque no hicieron nada

El hotel a reventar de niños de viaje del colegio, campeonatos..etc La piscina sólo pude bajar al medio día para encontrar una hamaca libre y una esquina en la piscina sin que mil flotadores me invadieran y aún así... Llegamos a la habitación y la basura de las anteriores personas no la habían recogido, llamamos para informar y dijeron que al día siguiente pasarían a por ella...al día siguiente tuvimos que llamar 2 veces para que subieran. EL aire acondicionado sólo funcionó la primera noche, la segunda no...llamábamos y nos decían que el de mantenimiento hasta por la mañana no pasaba (por la mañana evidentemente ya nos íbamos de la habitación). Mi novio hasta que no salimos no me contó que se encontró 5 o 6cucarachas que fue matando a escondidas porque les tengo fobia. Por no decir que cuando fuimos ya habíamos pagado por booking todo y nos pidieron 4 euros y picó (alegando tasa por turistas) y eso que yo trabajo y vivo aquí. UN CERO!

Cheap apartments 15 minutes walk to the beach. Room we stayed in this time had issues but for the price still worth the cost. TV didn't work. Balcony door didn't close properly and the room door lock was tempremental. Still a usual place for us to stay when in salou just for the price

Apartamentos mas bien pequeños, para un finde o 2 ó 3 días bien, pero mas días es pequeño. Mucha gente joven, fiestas controladas con agente de seguridad. Piscina grande y pequeña para niños con socorrista.

Would not recommend this whatsoever. Very rude staff checking us in, they also offer a late checkout for a fee and ask you to book it 2 days in advance which we did, only to be told to come back the following day, and then to come back later again. After 3 or 4 total trips to the reception desk we were told no, we cannot check out late. Entertainment is obnoxious and goes on most of the day and night. Rooms are dated, beds are uncomfortable, witnessed 3 different people at reception saying their air conditioning didn’t work. Staff didn’t seem to care. Encountered only 1 friendly staff member the entire stay. Stay away from this place.

Acabo de llegar a este hotel, con todo incluido, habiendo preguntado varías veces antes de reservar si el todo incluido incluía alcohol y para mi sorpresa llego al buffet de la noche y me dicen que es de pago que para coger algo de alcohol tendría que ir al otro bar , ósea andar unos 150 metros cada vez que quieras pedir algo, y para más le pido una botell de vino para acompañar a l cena y me dicen que no, me echan el vino en un vaso de plástico. Para que lo llaman todo incluido? Si lo sé antes hubiese reservado pensión completa o no me hubiese alojado en este hotel. Sigo añadiendo cosas que voy viendo, los snack de la piscina que se suponía que entraban en el todo incluido, pero no solo 3 de 12 que hay, uno de los días llegamos a la cena a las 20:45 y no nos dejaron cenar y el horario es de 18:30 a 21. Del ruido ya ni hablar, si quieres venir a descansar este no es el lugar… La tele no funciona. El congelador de dentro del frigorífico no tiene puerta. Las almohadas son cada una diferentes, siendo una algodones sueltos. 14:30 de la tarde hora punta para pedir algo en el bar del hotel, una cola de 40/50 personas y un camarero…

Tanto habitación, baño y terraza la limpieza escasa y la comida…..Lo único positivo a reseñar del hotel es que se puede ir con perros y el personal tanto de limpieza como recepción eran súper agradables

Terrible food, cold and very little choice. Staff not friendly

The location is brilliant, there's shops, bars, cafes and restaurants right outside the door and it's only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The room we stayed in was OK, a bit dated in places but it was clean and functional. The pool area is big and there was a nice family friendly atmosphere. We stayed on the 1st floor and it was extremely difficult to sleep at night if you wanted to sleep before 1am. The noise from the bar and entertainment travelled throughout the hotel to our room so had to wait for that to finish and for other guests to go to bed before I was able to sleep. We were self catering so can't comment on the food provided by the hotel. The kitchen in our room had plenty of storage and cooking facilities.

La esperiencia muy muy mala las habitaciones sin limpiar emos estado 1 semana y despues de 3 dias no podiamos dormir mas por las camas que te dolia la espalda el frigorifico no enfriava solo se habla en ingles hay mucho personal que no save español todo incluido ,todo muy mal las bebidas en vaso de plastico pequeño de la peor calidad en la piscina no emos estado en una semana por los ingleses que dejava la toalla y bajava luego ,baño con baniera te cobra al entrar una fianza de 100e para nada que ello no tene en los habitaciones todo junto nada en valor de 100e edificio muy antigo habitacion muy feo no hay tendedero en restaurant no te da vino hay que cojee del bar de la piscina de abajo un vaso si subir todo fatal no lo recomiendo mejor pagar mas

Ideal if all you’re wanting to do is sleep at the apartment, the entertainment wasn’t the best and very limited, the room itself was depressing. Firstly the air con didn’t work and then my partner couldn’t use the hair dryer as it didn’t work. However both issues were resolved quickly was still an inconvenience. The ceramic floor tiles were cracked or loose. The head boards Were not attached to the beds just leaning up against the wall so even when you turned over in your sleep you thought the rest of the frame was going to collapse where it was all loose. The electrical outlets were also very loose and concerning whenever we were to plug anything in it was a game of roulette if we were to be electrocuted or not. The staff were polite and friendly enough but when you spend x amount of money for a holiday for all inclusive you’d think it would look better and have no damages to your apartment… very poor will return to Salou but not to this “hotel”

Desastre de hotel. El servicio, empezando por recepción pasan de todo (sólo se salvan los hombres del comedor y una mujer rubia, las demás, pobre los que vayáis en temporada alta). Los baños lo peor, no hay toalleros, por lo que se deja la toalla en cualquier sitio y siempre acaban en el suelo, antihigiénico. Los niños juegan día y noche más en los pasillos que en las instalaciones para ellos y a grito pelado.

Talk about having the worst first holiday as a couple we booked the inter 2 hotel and they gave us our room over in these apartments had a broken balcony door,AC broken,sink in bathroom clogged room wasn’t cleaned once while we stayed for the 10 nights even tho we got handed a sheet saying room gets cleaned 2 times a week only time we seen a cleaner was when we were going out one morning and she handed our towels and walked off it’s a disgrace this place we couldn’t even go to the swiming pool over where we were as it was filthy full of leaves and twigs one day we went down to see if it got cleaned there was a umbrella off a sun lounger in the pool and also we gave a deposit on arrival with additional tax fees and we’re home nearly 2 weeks and it’s still not back absaloute joke this place

Stayed here a few times with the kids only complaint is that I have a family of 4 and its 2 beds and a sofa in the room so 1 of my kids will sleep on the pull out bed and the other on the sofa rooms should have beds need to b updated

95% was Gypos, felt like I was in a caravan sight, pockets was padlocked still managed to get my phone stolen, would avoid this place & location if your looking for a lads holiday, pay the extra money for elsewhere you’ll enjoy it, trust me.

Perfect for family with young kids for a family friendly holiday

This hotel is basic and you get what you pay for. Food isn't the best,you can get burgers,chips etc from the hatch in the middle part of the bar...beautiful from there,restaurant isn't great. I wouldn't recommend going All-Inclusive as its expensive and you don't get value from it. Rooms are good,need upgrading badly though. Pool is lovely,no lifeguard on duty,so bare that in mind if you've kids. Inflatables were allowed in pool,undecided whether that's a good thing or not. Plenty of sun loungers available(end of September). The entertainment crew are what makes the hotel,great fun,friendly,plenty of banter,they try to include everyone no matter what age. Bingo twice a day,good money up for grabs. Quiz every night followed by tribute acts such as Meatloaf,Queen etc. Without the entertainers it would be a very boring place! Overall a decent place,cheap enough and location is good. 5min walk uphill to small beach,15 min to main beach. Not suitable for anyone who has mobility problems. 2023 and my review is the same...still love this place!

Cheap clean and helpful 👌

We where 4 people, 3 adults and 1 child. The hotel was ok for our 1 week stay. (10-17 may) Rooms where ok. The pillows where to flat and hard, but the beds where good. The free wifi was sadly no wifi. The pool was dirty and cold. There where drit and food in the pool. A little bit noisy at the hotel. But the staff where helpfull and Nice. The hotel was good for the few hours we where there each day. It was a Nice stay overall, we would do it again

Unos apartamentos que están perfectos, lo suficiente para unas vacaciones ya que tienes a nada port aventura y la playa

Rooms were dated but large bright and spacious. Hot water on tap and tv with range of channels . Patio door didn’t shut properly or lock (luckily on 5th floor) . Lift always worked (other guests urinated in them) . The hotel wasn’t the problem it was the inconsiderate guests screaming , swearing fighting shouting every night of the 10 nights I was there :( waking everyone up , gone are the times where you’d respect that others were asleep and be quiet after 2am :( Pool was large but needs bit of tlc didn’t eat or drink at the restaurant so can’t comment on that . Bedding was changed on the 8th day after asking 3 times , towels were changed twice . It’s in a good location, some of the staff are really nice , just other guests ruining it :/

Well... rooms are very dated, and run down. Dont come for more than a week. The food is vile its cold and left out for hours. We were told to microwave our food after we complained. I mean how professional. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come back here ever again. Also power kept going off so could see to even have a shower. Avoid!!!

Fine for what it is great value cheap budget holiday

Stay away from this hostel litterley thats what it is travelled all the way from ireland just paid a extra 300 to get an early flight home what a kip, staff the rooms ,thank god i didn't bring my kids . Hole in my door no flusher for the toilet ,manager took 100euro of us because we were in the balcony at 11.30 laughing when theres live music on till 12 at night just because an older couple beside us they said it doesnt make sence its money mad its turned me of salou. Horrible beds had a neck ache every morning i woke up. Staff are jusy plain rude . Stay away

Can not give a positive review of this hotel, the evening entrainment was over loud, if you want to get a decent nights sleep,this is not the place, same thing every night. Our room was in serious need of renovation, rusty fridge, rusty bed frames, the shower had black mold and patched up plaster, the hall lights, only one worked,the main light in the room didn't work, neither did the plug socket, the light above the bed was broken and flickered all night long. Only saw room service once in our stay too.

Estuvimos pasando 3 noches y el sitio es justo al precio que pagas.. Es escaso de limpieza, escaso en comodidad...pero el precio es barato...más no se puede pedir... Esta bien ubicado para ir a port aventura...que era lo que queriamos

Fuimos por el buen precio del apartamento en régimen de media pensión pero asustados por las malas criticas y lo que yo me he encontrado es un apartamento limpio, normalito, un personal amable y una comida correcta sin lujos en el buffet. Es verdad que hay colchones inservibles y almohadas bajisimas que necesitan recambio, porque un amigo durmió literalmente encima de un somier y otra persona en uno que se hundía al centro y para colmo tenía los muelles sacados. Quitando esto sería un sitio estupendo porque puedes llevarte a tu perro y la relación calidad precio es increíble, pero no puedes esperar lujos.

Estuvimos 3 noches y están muy bien. Somos 4 personas y eché en falta una cama supletoria. La habitación disponía se 2 camas y un sofá cama. La cama del sofá bien, pero 1 persona tenía que dormir en el sofá. Por lo demás, muy bien todo. Lo recomiendo y espero poder volver en otra ocasión.

- El menaje de cocina estaba graso y tuvimos que volver a limpiarlo todo. El microondas estaba sucio también. La vitrocerámica no funcionaba bien. - El recogedor de la escoba no iba con el palo, tenías que agacharte para recoger lo que barrías. - Una de las almohadas olía a colonia de otra persona, lo que no dejaba lugar a dudas de que ni siquiera lo lavaron. -Tuvimos que pedir otro rollo de papel higiénico por que no había otro de recambio. - No tenían ningún mini tendedero aunque fuera en el balcón. - Y por último y no menos importante, el personal de recepción bastante antipático. No se cómo está catalogado de 3 estrellas, yo le daría una. Personalmente no volveremos.

En relación calidad precio va bastante bien pero ver los frigoríficos oxidados,sin mandos de tele y aire acondicionado...sin toallas,sin fundas para colchones.. que debería pedir dé la recepción...un poco cutre..El personal muy amable, pedir perdón por las faltas... bueno,ya como digo relación calidad precio está bien.

La único bueno de este alojamiento es la ubicación, por lo demás creo que deja mucho que desear. Para empezar, nos dieron una habitación cuya llave no abría, nos tiramos como 15min intentando abrir la habitación sin éxito. Bajamos a la recepción a buscar ayuda y no había nadie del personal. Llamamos a un número de emergencia que tienen a disposición y me contestó un señor de una forma bastante hostil, que no me dio ninguna solución a priori. Me insistió en que siguiera intentando abrir la puerta, y tuve que rogarle mucho para que nos mandase a alguien a abrirnos la puerta. La habitación no estaba mal, pero el mobiliario era más bien cutrecillo. Las camas eran lo peor sin duda. Pedí que me diesen una cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales súper pequeñas e imestables. La cocinita no estaba del todo mal, pero era cutre también y no había mucho menaje. Me pareció caro para lo cutre que era.

Absolutely awfull no information checking in ment to have apartment and got hotel room for four. Room serviced every other day but didn't change the sheets, left one of the pull out beds with no sheet. Was told pool closed no bar or restaurant, everything was just awfull from start to finish

La verdad que el trato estupendo,

La estancia en estos apartamentos ha sido un desastre. No nos funcionaban las placas de cocina ni la televisión. Cuando nos cambiaron las placas el segundo día el material de cocina estaba inutilizable y tuvimos que pedir también una sartén nueva. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. En resumen un desastre.

Hemos estado en semana santa con el equipo de fútbol de mi hijo para un torneo, me ha sorprendido bastante ya que la habitación estaba muy bien, si que es verdad que no hay cama de matrimonio pero juntas las dos camas y listo, los colchones y las almohadas todo correcto, lavabo estaba reformado lo único que aveces subía olor del lavabo creo que no estaba bien sellado (se movía), el servicio de habitaciones no ha entrado a la habitación nada más que una vez para dejar toallas, nada de hacer camas etc...pero para mí no ha sido problema, lo que si le doy un 10 es en el servicio de cocina, mi hijo es celíaco y no hemos tenido problema ningúno, le sacaban lo que podía comer de dentro de la cocina y listo, incluso un día le compraron macarrones sin gluten para el a modo sorpresa, quiero agradecerlo porque son pequeños detalles que hacen el día a día más fácil, es la primera vez que vamos de hotel siendo celiaco y nos lo han puesto muy fácil. Por lo demás le ha faltado un poco de animación para los críos, quizás alguna noche con un poco de música. Pero la verdad que han estado muy agusto!!!

Apartamentos pésimos, He viajado con mis 2 hijos uno de 14 y uno de 5 años y nos hemos alojado en apartamento con un dormitorio y un living. El suit estaba recién pintado con un olor impresionante a pintura que no se podía respirar. No estaba limpio , el suelo tenía restos de pintura y un polvo de 3 dedos en todos los lados!!! No tienen cafetera !!! La habitación con 2 camas individuales y pequeñísima, apenas podías moverte. Las mantas, viejas y rotas. Los grifos asquerosos viejos y sucios tanto del baño que de la pequeña cocina. El inodoro perdía agua constantemente! La ducha salía muy poca agua y en la mitad de la ducha ya no salía agua caliente en cambio en la cocina te quemabas, no entiendo! Las puertas correderas de cristal por un lado no se podían bloquear y los cristales llenos de polvo y huellas. Los enchufes casi todos rotos, daba miedo utilizarlos. El enchufe del secador pegado con celo y el secador asqueroso. El zócalo estaba roto casi en todas las esquinas … y …no entiendo, si han pintado porque no lo han arreglado!?? Calefacción hay solo en la parte del living en la habitación han puesto un radiador pequeño que no lo hemos utilizado porque al ponerlo en función con el olor de pintura no podíamos ni respirar. Habitación oscura con una pequeña ventana que daba al corredor interior, por lo tanto no podías abrirla. Me queje en la recepción y el chico me dio las llaves de 3 suits más para elegir otro pero estaban peor que este , no estaban pintados pero estaban en peores condiciones y me dijo que me descontaría algo, cosa que no han hecho. Del restaurante no puedo opinar porque no estaba abierto, estaba de reformas !! En conclusión no lo recomiendo para nada !!

La atención del personal excelente, pero las habitaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, los colchones deberían de cambiarlos, desperté como si me hubieran dado una paliza. La ducha fue muy difícil regularla y el agua se ponía o muy fría o muy caliente... Lo que si me gustó fue que cuando llegamos la habitaciones estaba super calentita. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue la limpieza... debajo de la cama parecía que no habían pasado una escoba en muchísimo tiempo.

No me molestaría ni en verlo, reservamos un apartamento para 4 personas, al entrar, decir sucio es poco, dos camas y un sofá cama que si cabía una persona era de milagro, y goma espuma pura, el polvo que había en todos los lados del apartamento era increíble, olía fatal, y hasta el sillón con manchas. Menos mal que sin ningún tipo de problema nos devolvieron el dinero y encontramos un hotel abierto, MedPlaya, que estamos encantados y por poco menos de 20€ una habitación preciosa y nueva muy nueva, y encima nos incluía media pensión (por recomendación)

Pésimas calidades. Estuve 1 mes y dormí fatal,ya que te clavas los muelles del colchón. Fui a pedir que me lo cambiaran, pero el jefe de la agencia me dijo que con lo poco que se paga no podía esperar más.. (350€/mes).Se ve que se tiene que dormir mal si no pagas cierta cantidad, o no se...también os digo que me parece muy caro para lo porquería que está hecho todo. A parte de eso el vecino que tenía casi todos los días ponía la TV a las 4 de la mañana...Nada recomendable.

La relación calidad/precio es aceptable. La habitación que nos tocó estaba reformada y no parecía muy anticuada, como otros comentarios destacan. Las camas y las almohadas son incómodas, y además, tienen manchas. Constantemente hay un olor desagradable que supongo que viene de las tuberías. El menaje que ofrecen es justo, pero adecuado para una corta estancia.

EL PEOR APARTAMENTO EN EL QUE HE ESTADO JAMÁS!!! Las habitaciones están que se caen, sucias, super incomodas. El aire acondicionado hacía de todo menos funcionar. Los baños llenos de pelos de otros clientes, sin secador, sin papel. La nevera con comida de otros clientes. Un sitio al que uno no vuelve, nos fuímos sin descansar NADA. Lo único que merece un 10 y poreso pongo 1 estrella es el recepcionista, que el hombre intentó solucionar todo los problemas lo mejor que pudo. Por lo demas un 0.

Vergonzoso. El primer apartamento que nos dieron habían restos de comida en la nevera, los muebles deteriorados, suciedad por donde miraras. Al quejarnos nos dieron otro que estaba un poco mejor, este con pelos en la ducha, sin secador, el aire caliente no funcionaba…No volvería jamás.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, tuvimos que pedir otra habitación porque la primera que nos dieron parecía que no la habían preparado (un dedo de polvo en el estante de encima de las camas, el suelo sucio y las sabanas con pelos, entre otras cosas...), la 2a que nos dieron olía a tabaco, que entendiendo que pudiéndose fumar dentro no era ninguna sorpresa, aunque un ambientador hubiera amenizado el olor. Lo que si fue una sorpresa fue como quedó la habitación después de ducharnos, el agua salió de la ducha, salió del baño y por poco no salió de la habitación...un espectáculo digno de Aquopolis (en el vídeo tiro el papel para que se vea donde está el agua, después lo tiramos). Las camas de muelles, muy viejas e incómodas, la almohada fina como el papel de fumar y nidos de ácaros en según que rincones (por los pasillo podías encontrar alguna mosca muerta, @dueños: piso 4 al salir del ascensor a la izquierda, delante de la ventana hay 2 de gorditas que están ahí desde que llegamos y en 3 días han seguido allí, y a saber cuánto llevan...). El trato del personal correcto, tirando a seco y falto de ganas, pero viendo que solo hay una o dos personas por turno para todo el hotel... ¿Quien no estaría así? En conclusión, una experiencia sin duda, mala, pero experiencia.

Nuestra estancia era con desayuno incluido, que fue lo mejor de la estancia. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear, sucia, mosquitos estampados en paredes, descuidada, mantas viejas, tuvimos que llamar dos veces al tecnico. El precio es bajo y por ese lado relacion-precio puede pasar, pero la limpieza es algo esencial y había mucha falta de limpieza. La ubicación no estaba mal, nosotros utilizamos el coche para ir a la playa y a portaventura por eso no se si andando está bien ubicado.

El hotel está bien calidad precio. Lo único malo que los cocineros tiran sobras de comida a la zona de la piscina, y está lleno de palomas hay muchas heces en el suelo y en los balcones de las habitaciones. Y la verdad es que es un poco anti higiénico.

Desastre

Fuimos porque íbamos a Port Aventura. El desayuno está bien y las habitaciones también. Para ir un fin de semana, calidad-prrcio estupendo.

Vergonzoso la habitación sucia ,vieja hasta las sillas rotas paredes sucias el baño no te podías ni duchar de el agua salían cosas negras y encima estaba atascado pésimo de verdad Daba asco estar las colchas de las camas y el protector más sucio y viejo no podían estar dije que me cambiasen de habitación pero dio igual porque estaba igual o peor es publicidad totalmente engañosa porque no corresponde el estado de los apartamentos no se merecen ni una estrella ni aunque me lo regalasen volveria de verdad que no os lo podéis imaginar

Los apartamentos son correctos , pero viejos. Una cosa que me pareció extraño es que en el baño no hay donde colgar las toallas, ni siquiera la de las manos. La limpieza deja un poco que desear. El buffet nos gustó bastante. Nos costó 96€ ,2 personas , por día con el desayuno y la entrada a Portaventura. Por ese precio está muy bien. Para más días y en verano no sé como estará. Hay mucho extranjero.

El Hotel ha culminado sin duda los top de peores hoteles en los que he estado. Normalmente aunque el hotel sea un asco , el personal suele ser lo que puede hacerte cambiar una reseña ya que hace tu estancia más amena. Pero no, no es el caso. El servicio es mucho más que mejorable. Son maleducados , te tratan mal , hablan pestes al lado tuyo , … y no son nada empaticos con los niños. La limpieza muy mejorable , las habitaciones un antro , no hay toallero , no hay jabón , las sábanas huelen a humedad… el papel es una lija o incluso algo peor… los pasillos parecen sacados d una pelicula de miedo. Están pintados a tramos y la pintura se cae a trozos. Igual q las puertas q están todas rotas. En desayuno un caos , no les interesa dar servicio para intolerantes , o leches vegetales , no tienen cola cao o nesquick o cualqier cacao para poner a la leche , les pides algo y te miran como si fueras un bicho raro y con contestaciones muy desagradables. Quitando d una chica con gafas q ha estado al menos pendiente de q pudiéramos tomar un café sin q tuviéramos q irnos al hospital por contaminación cruzada … gracias a dios ! Quiero pensar que todo este mal trato por parte del servicio tiene mucho q ver con sus condiciones laborales , q deben estar en el mismo estado q el hotel en general . Obsoletos . Es sin duda , la peor experiencia turística q recuerdo.

Camas que directamente no se puede dormir

Las habitaciones estaban súper sucias , la puerta del cuarto de baño no cerraba, el sofá cama se desmontaba y muy incómodo, los grifos con moho, el aire con bomba de calor no funcionaba, el mobiliario estaba todo medio roto y por arreglar, todo muy antiguo y por reformar , con tiradores de armario que se caian , puertas torcidas , los colchones muy incómodos, la habitacion de cuatro eran dos camas individuales y un sofá cama muy incomodo , no repetiré esta claro y todo muy sucio

Después de llegar de un largo día llegamos a la habitación, cuál es nuestra primera sorpresa!! Que el agua caliente no funciona, la tv tampoco funciona, aire acondicionado no funciona, camas más duras que una piedra, las sábanas las han sacado directamente de la serie cuéntame, vamos que prefiero dormir en el suelo, ya que la limpieza deja que desear….. tendría para escribir un libro, el peor hotel que he estado!!

Buen desayuno, buena ubicación y buen trato. Eso si me gustaría recomendar si compráis experiencia por buscaunchollo no entrar mas tarde de las 20:00 que se cargará un suplemento de 10€. Por todo el resto un sitio barato y correcto A 15 minutos de port aventura

Habitación y baño amplio y todo funciona. Nos cambiaron toallas cada dos días, no así sábanas y papel higiénico. Desayuno excelente.

Es la tercera vez que vengo a estos apartamentos y justo este año los han reformado,han cambiado la cocina y los han pintado,incluidos los muebles. La oferta que he cogido,incluye desayuno y las entradas para port aventura y Ferrari land. El Apartamento es para cuatro personas pero si vais dos también sale a cuenta. Es verdad que para ir a Port aventura tienes que ir en coche desde el apartamento pero hay una zona cerca del parque que puedes aparcar gratis. Es muy recomendable,calidad precio.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week all inclusive mid September for €454 the hotel was clean and tidy and food was lovely home cooked style and something different everyday. Nice pool area with great entertainment the entertainment staff are fantastic along with everyone one else who works there real friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a real short walk to the main drag. The room had a nice divider for some privacy when we went to sleep. I'm not going to tell you it's a luxury hotel but for the price I find it hard for anyone could not to give it 5 stars. I would go back in a heart beat plus there is tons of stuff to do in and around Salou

Apartamento para un par de días y una ducha, nada más. No contiene mucho menaje, 2 placas para cocinar y una pequeña nevera. Camas cómodas, nada del otro mundo

We stayed here for a week self-catering, it was quite basic but we knew that when we booked and it's reflected in the price, we just needed a base. With that being said there was fun and friendly atmosphere in the evenings, we had breakfast here a couple, wasn't the best quality but again it was only €6 so you get what you pay, would we stay again YES but probably only for a short break again

Posting as a veteran of +30ai holidays We had a fantastic ai week here in october via jet2 @ £375.00pp. Check in was quick & efficient, but, we are not sure why they take €100.00 deposit? Room was exactly as expected at this price point, with full kitchenette & clean. Air con was on but barely worked. Nice balcony. Plenty of sunbeds available any time of the day, they are fixed, so not the most comfortable after a few hours, but there was also plenty of chairs if you need to sit up. Pool area as a whole could do with a deep clean - there was glass on the raised deck area on our 1st day that had not been removed on our last. Several spacious outdoor terrace areas to sit. Restaurant was very good, good choice, good salad bar, coffee & juice machines, & microwaves for those who like the food hotter. Snack bar is a nice bonus if one misses a meal or gets the afternoon munchies. Bar service quick, & very pleasant. Hardly ever any queues, except at 22.45 but the bar people worked tirelessly to get everyone served before 23.00. Evening entertainment was better than expected with a multitude of tributes, Elton John, lady gaga, greatest showman musical etc. The two girls were also great fun all through the day. Located up a slight, but not huge hill, about 15 minutes walk from the fountain/centre. Strongly recommended.

El trato del personal es horrible. La chica que nos atendió era muy seca, no nos explicó nada. La pregunté cuanto valia el desayuno y me dijo: no se…. El apartamento viejo. El espejo del baño sucio. Deberian poner cama grande por lo menos en alguno de los apartamentos. La ubicación esta bien. No deberian quitar en invierno la recepción 24h.

2 adultes, 1 ado, 1 enfant Pour les adultes nous avons deux petits séparés, et pour les enfants le fauteuils avec le tiroir du dessous. Nous avons du faire les lits pour les enfants. Rien n'est entretenu...

Very nice place. Pool was excellent. The food had a big selection. It was pretty good. The staff were very friendly and good craic. Especially the young guy working in the pool bar. Good location. Close to beach. Close to everything. My 10 yearold loved it. Would go back. The reason for 4 stars is the room had a horrible smell.

Creo que es el peor hotel en el que he estado… Camas muy incómodas, las almohadas más.. El sofá estaba bien. Estaba todo bastante sucio. El agua se sale de la ducha (bastante) de algunas habitaciones salía el agua hasta el pasillo… el baño estaba como inacabado, se nota que lo habían reformado hace poco pero mal acabado. El tamaño de la habitación estaba bien, es lo único positivo que puedo decir, a parte de las instalaciones como la piscina o zona de juegos. El desayuno sin mas.

We really enjoyed our stay at Inter 2. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great, beds could be a lot comfier but for the price you pay you can’t expect much. The room was quite basic with 2 single beds, sofa and kitchenette. Balcony was nice but on an evening was extremely noisy from the opposite hotel. Granted, not the fault of Inter 2. Entertainment was spot on with the team always keeping us entertained with quizzes, games and parties. The 2 Irish ladies that ran the entertainment were great, always pleasant and friendly. The all inclusive range was good - general beers and alcohol offered with a few cocktails. Soft drinks were available on a unlimited basis and you could just get what you liked from the machine. Food was good- not much choice and would be quite difficult for someone with dietary requirements snack bar had limited yet expected options. Burgers, hot dogs, chips etc but was only open to all inclusive 2-5pm. 8-10:30pm had to pay. Pool and facilities were spot on. Outdoor toilets (by the pool) were a bit grim and unkept and door did not lock. However, inside the toilets were checked regularly and they were always clean and fresh. Pool was spot on, clean and very pleasant to swim in. Temperature wasn’t too bad either cold, but not freezing. Hotel is in a decent location with local supermarkets a 2 minute walk away, beach 10/15 minutes walk away and souvenir shops all around. My only reason for not giving this hotel 5 stars is purely down to the poor amount of choice food wise, the beds not being very comfortable and also the €100 deposit was kept very quiet upon booking so came as quite a shock to us. Wasn’t a problem, just would’ve preferred a warning. Other than that, inter 2 is a great family hotel in a good location and fantastic for those on a budget. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The entertainment is fab , quizzes, kids disco , bingo and a show every night , entertainment day and night , Food has been fab . Lots of selection. And tasty too . The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar staff always have a smile for everyone.

Because of the price we paid, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel but definitely deserves 5 stars. The Hotel is spotless and the restaurant as well. Food is very good & great choice and the staff are outstanding. A big shout out to the Entertainment staff especially Chloe & Kasey who deserve 10 stars at least. The hardest workers I’ve ever seen and the friendliest. We would all come back just to see them. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The saying ‘you get what you paid for’ well in this Hotel’s case, you definitely get more than what you paid for. Well done guys 👏🏻👏🏻

Came back on Monday after a weeks stay,our room had a really squeeky bed,every time you moved it made a squeek,no kettle in the room, really noisy all night.Food basic,but always cold, always some random vegetables,which didn't go with any other dishes put out.Not all guests had to pay the 100 Euro deposit,just random ones did some had to pay cash,some by card, I payed by card,it came straight out of my account,but when they allegedly put it back in Monday it is still not showing 5 days later,....some sort of scam going on me thinks😡😡

El apartahotel esta descuidado en general y es deprimente en zonas comunes. Por lo general encontraras británicos y por desgracia algunos en ebrias condiciones. Los apartamentos son espaciosos y cumplen con lo mínimo pero: El agua templada va a trompicones y la caliente hierve; Los fuegos eléctricos disponibles hacían saltar el diferencial del apartamento por lo que no pudimos cocinar; La cisterna no funcionaba hasta que le quitabas la tapa y pulsabas los botones del sifón; Las puertas son inseguras, no se pueden apestillar con llave cuando te vas y muchas ya cuentan con un perfil metálico puesto a posteriori, seguramente debido algún forcejeo; Solo encontraras un pequeño cuchillo de cocina, un sartén y una perola pequeña; El Wi-Fi es de pago y caro, el gratuito no sirve para nada. Por suerte el personal es amable.

Literally so so glad I’m going home, the staff are so rude and the hotel is so bad. The reception staff don’t care and neither do the bar staff, they’re also very rude! Seriously I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone it’s awful!!!

Great layout, people friendly, could do with a revamp tho. If I wasn't on crutches I wouldn't mind it being at the top of a hill ha ha

After reading the reviews we was a little worried!!! We arrived and everything was fabulous, staff was friendly, room was clean, also cleaned twice while we was there(1 week) I couldn't fault the hotel! Was local to shops, beach. Entertainment was good! Honestly don't be out off by the reviews!! Could do with topping up the loo roll a little more often in the toilets at entertainemnt, a bit more choice for childrens food in the the food hall! but other than that was amazing!! We have made so many memories lovely memories at internation 2.. Fantastic place, clean, friendly, local to everything!GO GO GO!!!

Very noisy until early hours of the morning

Realmente, para el precio que tiene, está muy bien. Buena ubicación y autobuses muy cerca. La habitación es oscura porque da al corredor interior, pero para ir a dormir no importa tanto. Eso sí, no hay opción de cama de matrimonio. Todo el apartamento se nota que ya tiene años, pero han ido renovando algunas cosas. Todo limpio. No probé piscina ni otras instalaciones, no opino sobre ello. Supermercados al lado.

Todo fue genial, el trato del personal muy bueno, tanto la cena como el desayuno muy completo y la comida de calidad, buena ubicación a 10 minutos de portaventura y con espacio de sobra cerca para aparcar. todo limpio, con terraza, piscina, baile nocturno. El único pero, la habitación un poco de mantenimiento, el grifo de baño no funcionaba bien, subsanable, algún azulejo roto que afea, pero con el precio tan bueno, más imposible. Muy contentos en general

Actually don't know how they can even call it a 3 star maybe that's the hotel side ...but they put us in the apartments across the road ....one word vile sorry don't know how anyone can stay in them the place was filthy....bed sheets had brown stains and they where meant to be clean...we asked for a different room to be given two keys to two rooms exactly the same.....we checked out within two hours of getting there .... they need a serious up grade and for our travel agent to be recommending it they need a new rep

It's very basic but clean. Beds are comfortable and all emineties are there. Only fault I have is no plug or mirror by dinning table not everyone just dries they hair in bathroom. We went self catering which suits us to eat out. Too many children in hotel for our liking so never went downstairs at night. Would definitely stay there again as it is convenient, but only self catering

Don't know where to start. Ten night stay and won't be back. Six floors of mayhem. People running around drunk all day obviously on the cheap all inclusive deal. Beds very uncomfortable. Only positive would be to say it would be good for young families as pool area seems fairly good with daily entertainment and at evening. Too noisy and in a hilly location .

Staff unhelpful. Beds very uncomfortable. Room incredibly run down, key stopped working after first used when asked for help basically was ignored and thrown a new key they don’t care at all. Cupboard doors hanging off, mould on shower and all the taps, bathroom sink leaking. Tiles on floor cracked. All cups disgusting. Loud all night. No security safe without an extra charge and it’s at the front door of hotel. Deposit of €100 completely pointless and didn’t know anything about it. Just a way of paying their wages. Food was horrific apart from the chips, everything else tasted like cardboard and was cold. If not for our transfer to the airport we would have left after 5 minutes.

Just back from an Amazing 10 day's at Inter 2: Salou highly recommend the place , the entertainment staff are the best in business 💯 kacey is the life & soul of the place & will go to any length to make sure everyone adults & kids have the best time🥰 kacey , lee , Sarah & Chloe fair play to you all you made our holiday 👏🎉. The Apartment the food & the bar staff especially Catherine were all brilliant . House of Illusion , Chaplins Salou , Famous Daves Salou ,& PortAventura World were so good give them a visit you won't be disappointed. Cant wait to go back 🥰

The saving grace of this hotel is the amazing bar/restaurant staff, and the entertainment crew who go above and beyond for all the guests to make their holidays as fun as possible! Casey and Chloe and the rest of them all made our holiday, they were brilliant 👏 and Oscar and all the bar staff were fab, don't know how they do it with a smile every single day.

No poso 0 estrelles per que no es pot. Pèssim. No tornarem mai. Llençols bruts, l’habitació feia pudor, l’aigua de la dutxa sortia marró, la basura estava bruta i no van passar a netejar ni res. Teníem dues habitació de 4 persones, només teníem dos coixins i vam haver de reclamar 3 vegades perquè ens en portessin 3 més que en faltaven. Les instal·lacions no són com te’l venen a les fotografies. Hem demanat el full de reclamacions i hem hagut d’insistir varies vegades per obtenir-lo. Fatal

Muy sucio, salía agua marrón de la ducha y olía a tubería estancada. Las habitaciones eran para 4 personas y solo había dos cojines, ha costado la vida que nos dieran más. Hemos puesto una hoja de reclamaciones después de tener que insistir mucho en darnos la hoja legal pertinente.
