Fabulous service! We stayed at the Golden Donaire Beach Hotel and they came and picked us up, took us to the office to arrange the hire. Paperwork was super easy. On return they kindly dropped us back to our hotel! You won't get service like it anywhere else. If we come back to Barcelona in the future we'll use these for a hire.

Perfektes Service und sehr freundliches Personal! Wir hatten für unseren Urlaub den Mietwagen bereits vorab online gebucht. Die Buchung über die Webseite lief absolut unkompliziert. Einen Tag vor Übernahme des Mietwagens wurde auch noch einmal die Buchung telefonisch bestätigt, so hatten wir absolute Sicherheit, damit alles klappt und der Mietwagen zum bestellten Zeitpunkt auch bereit steht. Toller Service: man wird vom Hotel durch einen freundlichen Fahrer im gebuchten Mietwagen im Hotel abgeholt, Die Formalitäten (Führerschein, Ausweis und Vertragsunterschrift) werden dann vor Ort im Büro erledigt. Bei der Rückgabe absolut unkompliziert, den Mietwagen im Büro in Salou abgegeben und wieder ins Hotel beziehungsweise in unserem Fall an einem gewünschten Standort wieder zurückgebracht. Wir hatten die kleinste Kategorie mit Full Coverage gemietet und damit in den drei Tagen circa 800 km problemlos zurückgelegt. Absolut ausreichend und gerade für die teilweise etwas engeren Straßen in den Städten perfekt für die Parkplatzsuche. Auch für die Reise über Land und auf den Autobahnen (Tempolimit 120 km/h), absolut ausreichend. Das Auto war sehr sauber und funktionierte perfekt. Wir hatten unser eigenes TomTom Navi dabei. Es gibt natürlich auch Fahrzeuge mit GPS Navi. Die Rückbuchung der Kaution auf die Kreditkarte erfolgte sofort bei Rückgabe. Wie bei den meisten Autovermietungen in Spanien gilt auch hier die Regelung: der Tankfüllstand wird bei der Übernahme notiert und bei Rückgabe muss der selbe Tankfüllstand auf der Anzeige angezeigt werden. FAZIT: gepflegtes Fahrzeug, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, top Service! Wir können die Autovermietung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit dort wieder ein Fahrzeug anmieten!

Брал авто с 30 августа по 2 сентября, потом еще на 1 день, все идеально быстро, можно и карту и кэш( что в наше время актуально, если карты нет). Маленький депозит, приятное общение , В целом рекомендую!

мне понравилось. в высокий сезон мы получили машину без предварительного бронирования, с автомат коробкой и кондиционером за 80 евро. машина (ситроен с3) в хорошем состоянии. всё исправно. красивый просторный офис. ребята говорят на разных языках - испанский, английский, французский, армянский, русский. в общем мы очень довольны. единственно, что ребята оч серьёзные. больше бы улыбались - вообще супер было бы. Успехов!

Rezerwacja samochodu przez telefon, przyjechał po nas Pan pod hotel i zabrał do biura. Ku naszemu zdziwieniu mówił bardzo dobrze po Polsku i podpowiedział pare rzeczy. Samochód Opel Corsa z 23' , stan bardzo dobry. Depozyt w wysokości 250 € oddany po zwrocie pojazdu, dwa foteliki dla dzieci płatne 10€ , po zwrocie pojazdu pracownik odwiózł nas pod hotel. The service is amazing, pickup and drop-off are flexible and location is great! We rented a Citroen C3 for 11 days. A lovely car which my two-year old enjoyed. A minor issue -- a burned out headlamp -- was resolved in 15 minutes within me messaging about it (!), on the spot. Also, we have arranged pickup and dropoff at Reus airport, even though the company is based in Salou -- and that was super-convenient for us. This level of service is exceptional, many thanks!

The service here was quick easy and stress free. I was assured everything about the car before I left and showed how to operate the car. Sevice with a smile. That goes a long way. Great friendly service. I rented Skoda Fabia for 5 days, really nice clean car and very economical as well also. I parked the car outside of hotel designated car park area and next morning l notest it window was smashed by random person. I was very angry and disappointed, l didn't know what to do just contacted the rent a car and explained what happened and they said to me just bring the car here we change it and they did straight away. Very fast problem sorted by staff members a big thank you to Artash and all of them. They replaced it with another Fabia we were very happily continued our holiday trip around. Very trustable company and people. I dropped the car on our last day and they even give us lift to the airport for free very kind and thoughtful service. Don't hesitate renting a car with Olympia rent a car. I highly recommend it. If l come Salou again will contact them and rent it out from them for sure.

Sehr guter Service, wir haben den Skoda Fabia genommen ein sehr angenehmes Fahrzeug das Auto hatte nicht wie erwartet 300k Kilometer und eine durchgenommene Kupplung. Es war gefühlt ein erst eingefahrenes Fahrzeug und die Preise sind auch gut die Leute haben sich nicht hi gestellt und jeden Steinschlag gezählt haben nur grob drüber geschaut und danach den Pfand bekommen ohne Probleme 10/10

Отличный сервис. Мы арендовали машину на 2 дня. Забронировали онлайн на сайте. Машину доставили нам к отелю с полным баком бензина. Процедура оформления аренды заняла не более 15 минут. Оплата принимается как наличными, так и картой. Персонал очень приветливый. Говорят на трех языках (английский, испанский, русский). Машина новая, чистая, исправная. Путешествовать на ней было в удовольствие. Для ребёнка предоставили бустер. Если ещё раз будем отдыхать в Салоу, то будем арендовать здесь авто. Всем очень рекомендую.

Such a shame as I was really happy with my hire car experience until Olimpia randomly charged my card with no prior warning over a month after the booking. It took a lot to get customer service to send me any form of proof of a traffic fine. We were more than happy to pay any legitimate fine but I’m not sure why they didn’t send an email notifying first and why it was so difficult to get proof of the fine from them. Edit to say a month later and I have now received another charge from them with no contact.

Tutto ottimo. Abbiamo prenotato un'auto (per due giorni) direttamente dal sito per il giorno successivo e aspettato l'approvazione. Dopo pochi minuti (10/15 al massimo) ci hanno contattati dalla compagnia di noleggio, e abbiamo concordato il transfer dal nostro hotel all'agenzia e viceversa, dato che alloggiavamo a La Pineda e loro sono a Salou. Servizio impeccabile, avevamo una Opel Corsa (tenuta bene e abbastanza nuova, aveva poco più di 10.000 km) al costo giornaliero di € 65 + € 20 per l'assicurazione completa e un deposito cauzionale di 250€ (in contanti o con carta di credito) restituito immediatamente una volta riconsegnata la macchina. Sul loro sito comunque è scritto tutto molto chiaramente. Forse i prezzi sono leggermente alti rispetto ad altre compagnie, ma il fatto che compreso nel prezzo del noleggio ci sia il transfer, per chi come noi ne aveva bisogno, è stato sicuramente un PLUS che ci ha fatto propendere per la scelta di questo car rental. Dimenticavo, unica postilla per il passaggio di ritorno, consegnare la macchina entro le 19.

Parádna služba, auto sme rezervovali online na nasledujuci deň, hneď po schválení (20 min.) volal pán s požičovne, dohodli sme sa že nás vyzdvihnú pred hotelom. Úplne super služba autíčko sme mali Fiat Pandu 55 +16 € za full insurance. Máte to jasne na stránkach aj na papieri. Depozit sme dávali v hotovosti hneď pri odovzdaní autá sme ho mali spať. Majú limit 300 km na deň, ten sme prešvihli asi o 20-30km ale neúčtovali nám nič naviac. Odporúčam 🙃💙

We hired a car for 1 day from Olympia, they had good availability of vehicles. The car we had hired was not available on the day so they upgraded us free of charge to a fiat 500 cabriolet which should have been more expensive. Prices for car hire in Salou are more than other places we have been to previously, and insurance is charged separately. Overall a good experience.

Rychlé jednání, vyzvedli mě na hotelu a po vrácení vozidla odvezli zpět. Veškeré platby bylo možné vyřešit kartou, depozit mi byl připsán zpět okamžitě po vrácení vozidla.

They have a pick up and drop off service where they will collect you from your hotel / Camp to collect the car you hire from their office, which is extremely efficient. Very efficient service also, car is cleaned as you complete the paperwork so the car is spotless and in perfect order when you sit in it, and the completion of the hire when dropped back is quick and efficient which is ideal when you are on holiday. Managed to hire an opel corsa pretty much brand new for 1 day, full insurance which meant absolutely no responsibility on damage only to glass and tyres for £65 for the day. Really impressed. €250 deposit but given back as soon as keys were handed over. I’d use them again. I would pay the extra for full insurance (€18) again also as it takes the stress away of worrying if a stone chip is going to cost you €400

The best option for rent car in Salou. When I went there for business trip, the service and contact from reception were fast and cool. There was no additional charge for car pick-up service (that was best part for me) and when I got problem, they arrived at me in some 5 minutes. P.S. out of summer season, the most of companies for rent car are close and, as I know the service for the others was horrible. So I really want to recommend you if you want to experience nice vacation in Salou without any problem, at least in car things

The driver came to collect me from the hotel to take me to the office to sign the paperwork and receive the keys for the car. Car was clean and perfect for our day trip to Barcelona. Quick service at reasonable rates, car was fine and we paid the extra €5 for a car seat for my 1 year old daughter, but on returning the vehicle which I actually returned with a little more fuel in than I took it with the two guys was a little upset because my 1 year old dropped a bag of Crisps on the floor which I did clean before dropping the vehicle off but did leave some crumbs on the floor and under the car seat 🙄, other than that everything was fine.

Alles gut gelaufen, wurden nach Abgabe des Autos auch zurück zum Hotel gebracht. Verständigung auf Englisch sehr gut möglich. Das Auto (Renault Megane) war OK, nicht mehr nicht weniger. Sind gut damit nach Barcelona und zurück gekommen (ca. 200km).

I strongly recommend Olimpia Rent a Car Salou! We planned a trip from Salou to Barcelona and took Skoda Fabia. The car was pretty new and consumed little gasoline. The price of Skoda rental was 55 euros. Additionally we took full insurance for 15 euros. Deposit was 250 euros. There we no problems with the car drop off. The personnel is professional and very helpful💪🥂👍

I like this place over the bigger chains because they accept cash and/or debit cards as well as credit cards. Insurance is a good deal and they don't hit you with surcharges. Just return clean with same fuel level and all is good. Friendly service too. They offered to pick me up but wasn't necessary. Essentially a no hassle rental. Rented may 2022.

We had our first overseas drive experience with a lovely convertible Mercedes with Olimpia! Can’t make any complaints about it, as the service are on time collect us from hotel we staying, very friendly and helpful attitude make the whole trip so much easier n fun! Asked for a €20 deposit at time of booking which would be fine bit it wasn't taken off the bill and when we returned the car the man who served us pretended not to remember any deposit. Also I wasn't comfortable that they wrote down all our credit card details on paper.

Prijs was zeer goed te doen wel als ik mag adviseren is pak de all risk verzekering! je betaald geen borg en bij teruggave van de auto worden de sleutels in ontvangst genomen en is het daarmee afgehandeld! Top service dus en complimenten naar de eigenaar en het personeel wat heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Dus vandaar deze 5*

My experience was fantastic. I was staying in the sol Costa daurada and they called Olympia car rental for me. Within 10 mins they came with a car and transferred me to their office. I don’t own a credit card and was worried they required this to rent a car. They took a cash deposit which was very reasonable. €130 to rent a car for my family for 2 days. Much cheaper than taxis. They were helpful the minute I arrived. Talked me through it all and explained everything very clearly. Returned the car today and checked the petrol meter was the same as when I got it and they gave me back my deposit. Delighted and when I come back I will go back to them. Anyone looking to hire a car in Salou I can’t recommend these guys enough. They look after you and provide a fantastic service. Thanks a million guys!!

Сняли машину в конторе Олимпия, брали шкоду фабию на дизеле, автомобиль приятный, но как оказалось, на таких дорогах и не обязательно большой и мощный автомобиль. При аренде сделали небольшую скидку, точнее нам дали автомобиль лучше классом, по цене класса ниже. Имейте ввиду, у них цены указаны, только по Каталонии, за страховку за пределами каталонии придется доплатить порядка 50€

Аренду авто заказали в отеле. Приехал Водитель, забрал нас в офис. Оформление 5 минут и оп- у нас машина. Авто Renault Clio в отличном состоянии. Нам все понравилось. Ездите на экскурсии сами- это намного дешевле:)

Брали машину на 1 сутки 17.08.2019 фиат пунто. При взятии и сдачи проблем не было, все быстро пробежались по машине на наличии повреждений и также быстро после сдачи провели, рекомендую. Сама машины была чистая все работало. Машины была заправлена на половину, столько же и вернули.

Wypożyczałem samochód dwa razy. Za pierwszym razem był to Peugeot 208 z przebiegiem 5700 km, za drugim razem Renault Clio z przebiegiem 16600 km. Auta nowe, w pełni sprawne i czyste. Załatwienie formalności w biurze trwało 5 minut. Wypożyczałem z pełnym ubezpieczeniem więc depozytu płaciłem tylko 200 €. Zwrot samochodu trwał pół minuty. Sprawdzili tylko poziom paliwa i zwrócili depozyt. Żadnego oglądania auta i szukania uszkodzeń. Obsługa mówi po angielsku, hiszpańsku i rosyjsku. Polecam.

Citroen C3 automatic, great car and great services from Olimpia. Easy and fast

We had Mercedes SLK for 2 days. Everything went as promissed and even the weather was nice :D

Шел к конкурентам (соседям), но у них не оказалось в наличии (сезон) машины нужной нам (самой простой на день). В итоге зашел в Олимпию мне предложили Шкоду фабию на ручке бензин (43 евро день плюс каско (не включает стекла, боковые порезы колес и утерю ключа 16 и детское кресло 10). Забрали с утра с отеля оформили договор (залог 200 евро наличными). Машина чистая и исправная. На следующий день когда приехал в офис сдавать приняли без осмотра (каско) и отвезли в отель. Общались на русском. Спасибо.

Эту компанию посоветовали в отеле. За пару дней до аренды забронировали машину. Сотрудник приехал к нам в отель (4R playa park), забрал нас, привёз к офису, там за 5-7 минут заполнили документы и сразу выдали машину (Пежо 208). Машина была новая, даже запах остался (1700 км на одометре). Брали механику, так как ехать по трассе и этого было достаточно. За один день аренды заплатили 64€ (Полная страховка). Все машины с кондиционером. Мультимедиа была отличная. С телефона музыку через bluetooth проигрывали. Навигационной системы не было. В целом машина понравилась, нареканий нет никаких. Сервис на высоте, все говорят на русском. Проблем при сдаче не было. Проверили только уровень бензина и после этого приняли машину. Потом отвезли нас обратно к отелю. Очень рекомендую эту компанию!

Встретили. Всё рассказали. Показали. Выбрали машину. Указали царапины. Уехали :) Всё заняло 10 мин ! Машина 1.6л летит по магистрали - круть. Мы довольны !

Всё понравилось Обращайтесь, рекомендую 👍. Брали на неделю в июле Пежо 208 с детским креслом, 9500км пробега. Новая. Дизель. 283,50€ с частичной страховкой. Бронировал за месяц через их сайт. Залог 300€ наличкой отдали сразу, чтобы не "замораживать" на карте и не ждать возврата по банку через 2-3 недели. Ограничения по пробегу нет (по Каталонии, а нам больше и не надо было). Машину подогнали к отелю 5 км от их офиса. Заранее позвонили, что выезжают. Молодцы.

Очень рад, что обратился в Олимпию за автомобилем. Остался очень доволен. Рубен и Арут - Вам большой привет! Машина попалась совсем новая, по совету ребят взяли чуть подороже, но дизель, на этом сильно сэкономили. Отдельное спасибо Аруту, что дождался нас после своего рабочего дня. Уставший, но дождался. Great rental car company

Арендовал skoda fabia 1.2 на 2 дня, свежая машинка с расходом 5л/сотню. Всё показали, рассказали, от отеля и обратно довезли. В следующий раз надо будет что-то помощнее брать для обгона в горку. Со страховкой все Ok, дополнительную не брал, зарезервировали 300 евро, после возврата машины деньги разблокировали. По цене получилось 106 евро с детским креслом - у Eurocar было около 120.

Хорошие свежие автомобили , хороший сервис . Советуем !

Брали на сутки. Понравилось, пришлось продлевать на вторые). Раньше как то не решались арендовать и зря, это реально доступно и интересно. Брали Рено Клио, вроде маленькая но влезли четверо взрослых и ребенок. Вышло за одни сутки: 54€ аренда на сутки, 18€ страховка КАСКО, 5€ автокресло. За два дня проехали 900 км, потратили 60€ (около 50л дизеля). Вот такие расходы. О фирме. Русскоговорящий персонал 5+, все объяснили, все четко и понятно, никаких подводных условий. Машины реально новые. В наличии всегда есть выбор подороже или подешевле. Выдают после уборки салона, все чисто. Залог всего 200€ наличкой, ни каких блокировок на картах. Ограничения по пробегу нет, но только по Каталонии. Обращайтесь, рекомендую 👍

Прокат авто супер!!!!! Оформление, продление авто быстро. Брал Рено Меган. Машинка новая, чистенькая. Класс. При этом выбор авто большой на любой вкус. Цены приемлимые, если даже не самые низкие в Салоу. В следующий раз только у них. Всем советую. Спасибо. Кайфанул.

Очень понравилось агентство! Русскоязычные работники. За день позвонили и сказали, что заберут нас из отеля сами. Быстро все оформили и выдали чистую машину fiat Panda. Никаких нареканий к машине нет, наше путешествие прошло гладко!

Отличная компания! Дешевые цены! Отличные ребята. Взяли Фиат Панду с полной страховкой за 58 евро! Советую! До этого брали машину в Таррагоне в Sixt - очень не понравилось, самая простая машина за 90 евро.

Брали шкоду фабию Машина 100 тысяч пробега с идеально чистым салоном и прекрасном состоянием Так как в Испании часто практикуется контактная парковка ,то небольшие коцки на машине хто нормально !

Брал два раза 1 раз пежо 208 дизель состояние отличное чисто заправка полный бак + 2 кресла. Ездил в Барселону. 2-й второй раз брал Рено Клио на два дня цена с полной страховкой + два кресла + страховка с выездом во Францию 198€ Машина эконом класса на механике дизель приятно удивлён расход на круиз контроле если ехать 110-120 3.5 л/100 более просторней в ней чем в Пежо. Доехал до Монако, на обратном пути Ница, Канны. Прокатил около 2000 км. Рекомендую прокат. И машину Clio.

Выше ожиданий! Сервис порадовал: доставка от отеля к месту аренды, быстрая выдача машины, хороший автопарк. Отмена блока залога за несколько минут. После завершения аренды любезно подвезли обратно до отеля. Цены адекватные: рено меган за сутки вышел 59 евро и плюс детские кресла. За сутки успели съездить в Монтсеррат, Барселону, заехали в Террагону. Выгоднее, чем общественный транспорт

Summary- Very good and quite simplistic experience with this car rent company. Story: I have pre-ordered a car (Fiat Panda) via internet few days before arriving to Spain. They offered good conditions and lower prices than anywhere else and lots of good reviews here. And just some hours later after reservation I got a call in order to confirm reservation. Also they informed that car will be delivered to the hotel. That what has happened in fact: on the day just before 9AM (~8:35) a guy came with delivering Fiat Panda, also they called at about 8:15 to inform that they are going to hotel. But the car was not left to us as i thought it would be. The procedure was that he picked me up and brought me to their office to sign a contract. Deposit of 200Eur was taken (it was full insurance rent). I was nicely informed at each step what was happening, also a guy who drove me to office explained the road how to drive to the hotel and return back. Also explained some Spanish driving rules. After all I got the car which was nice and very clean 90K on dial. And I didn't take any photos of it prior driving away. Though it had some scratches and bends on the side (not my job!) so I was worried wouldn't they point that out as such stories about rent companies flies around.. Next morning at ~8:30 i returned the car. They took a short look at the car, checked was it okay. And after that deposit was immediately returned. Their worker took me back to hotel. It was all simple and pleasant, time saving excellent service. Trustworthy. They speak Russian, English, i thinks Spanish too. So no problems in communication. I do recommend them for the experience they provided. Thanks,

Отличный сервис! Взяли автомобиль на 5 дней, интересующего авто не было в наличии, но сотрудники пошли на уступки и предложили по той же цене авто классом выше! Автомобиль в отличном состоянии, показали все функции, объяснили как чем пользоваться. Персонал знает своё дело, приятно, что знает язык. Отдельно порадовала возможность оставить автомобиль в аэропорту, что сэкономил кучу времени и средств на путь от места отдыха до аэропорта! Сервис рекомендую!

Брали машину на день. Перед арендой из отеля забрали, после аренды в отель отвезли. Проблем не возникло. Все разговаривают по-русски. Машина чистая в отличной комплектации. Все понравилось.

Хороший прокат, брал машину 2 раза в 2017 и 2018 годах. Забрали от отеля и привезли в офис. Шкода Фабия в 2017 стоила 50€ без полной страховки, брал на сутки. Рено Клио в 2018 стоил 126€ 2-е суток с полной страховкой. Минус в том, что дали машину с пустым баком, лампочка горела, соответственно, пришлось тратить время на срочный поиск заправки и возвращать с таким же пустым баком. Это довольно проблематично, удобнее полный-полный. За это 4 звезды )

Great service and nice communication. Everything was as agreed and on time. Booked Renault Megane September 15th, 2018. A car was new, clean + with a full tank. Price was same as from another competitor (standard price for similar car). No hidden costs, details were clearly explained. Deposit amount could be a little less, but it was OK. No problems with a car during driving as in Barcelona as in mountains. I was picked up at the hotel, then 20 minutes to sign the documents and get a car + baby car seat. When the car is returned, i was driven back to the hotel too. The only minus is not so clean baby car seat but never heard that they can be clean when renting. Can recommend this service. Booked another car upcoming Tuesday, hope it will be as good as before :).

Брал на день машину в Олимпии. Очень понравился сервис (забрали от отеля и к нему же привезли после сдачи). Очень хорошее отношение к клиенту! Взял рено меган( полный фарш, реально полный!), на мой взгляд, немного дороговато, с полным покрытием каско 85€ сутки. Но по отзывам в гугл и на топ хотелс хвалили Олимпию, ради 10-15 евро экономии я заморачиваться с поиском не буду, а вы смотрите сами! Советую ли Олимпию? Да, конечно. Позвоните или напишите им на эмейл(отвечают в день обращения, красавцы!) заранее, дня за 4-5 до планируемой даты аренды, тогда желаемая машины будет скорее всего(ситуация на сентябрь 2018). Всем хорошей аренды!

Доброго всем дня! Брал машину на два дня, принципиально автомат и с двумя детскими сидениями. Отношение к клиенту просто на высшем уровне. Забрали из отеля, помогли установить сидения. Хоть им это запрещено, так как вся ответственность на родителях! Ребята просто молодцы. Брал машину 2 раза, в июле 2018 (6 дней) и июле 2019 (10 дней). В обоих случаях Рено меган. Машина новая, полный фарш. Ездить одно удовольствие. Ездил в Барсу, Монтсеррат, Таррагону, Камбрилс, Ла-Пинеда. Цена за свободу передвижения приемлемая. Контора надежная, проблем не возникло. Все говорят по-русски.
