We toured Alcaraz in Seville. First, the tickets through the normal point of sale were sold out, and Tickets4u was able to accommodate us last minute. Daniel was incredibly helpful and communicative. Then once we were there, Elena was an excellent tour guide and made our visit well worth it. Would highly recommend them!

Dani es quien nos a llevado y la verdad que aparte de excelente persona y súper amigable conoce mucho de la zona y te va contando mientras viajas y recomendando muchas cosas para hacer. I cannot rave about this tour enough! Daniel was our guide today during our tour of Zahara, Setenil de las Bodegas, & Ronda. It was a full day trek, and Daniel kept us informed & engaged the whole day although some other guests were not as engaging, he tried his utmost best to involve everyone. He gave us insights into what life is like here in Seville for the locals, as well as other unknown facts about each city. I don’t know how we would have seen these sites without Tickets4U and couldn’t be happier about the experience. 10/10 recommend! Muchas gracias Daniel! Hope to see you again soon.

We rented electric bikes at Tickets4U via Viator. Great price, easy to book. The bikes are like transport bikes (bit wobbly) but for this price we cant complain. Tip: prepare by setting juist own route.

We enjoyed a wonderful e-bike tour with Daniel! Even though we had been in Sevilla for a couple of days already, Daniel kept us entertained with plenty of additional anecdotes. Since we were a small group, we also got to see a few places off the beaten path. Touring by e-bike is a great way to explore larger places without getting tired, like the Guadalquivir river walk and Maria Luisa Park. Highly recommend!

Came to Seville for the first time and wanted a tour to Ronda. Scheduled a tour with Carlos and had the absolute best time and by far my best day spent in Spain. From local gems to the best sight seeing spots, nothing was missed and all for a great price. 10/10 recommend

The 4 (Hoang, Sharon & Friends) of us had an awesome day with Carlos Colors, such an incredibly friendly tour guide. Carlos knows his way around so well and is very informative (awesome iPhone photographer, LOL). Carlos went out of his way to accommodate us throughout the day and always looked out for us with our local purchases and excellent tapas lunch recommendations. After the tour ended, Carlos even helped us obtain dinner reservations and booked an amazing city horse carriage ride (saved us money and city tour tips). Highly recommend. We hired 2 Ebikes and had a great day touring beautiful Seville. Claudia and girls were very welcoming, provided great information and after recommended the most amazing Traditional Tapas restaurant 😋 Bikes were in good condition. Good value.

Highly recommend this tour!! Cannot say enough about how convenient and organized it is. Fran and Dani were amazing!! Our tour group did not get to meet Fran, but he was really good at responding immediately and communication regarding the tour or any questions I had! Dani lead our group and was pretty amazing as well. Very clear directions on where and when to meet. He was respectful towards everyone and a safe driver. The vehicle is comfortable and clean. The towns we visited were incredibly beautiful. Once we got to the towns we were some brief historical background and then given free time to walk around and explore. If you want a guided tour this is not something you want to sign up for. Personally I loved the self exploration part to walk around and visit the markets and cafes. It is good for either solo or group travel.

I took the "Day trip to Zahara, Setenil and Ronda from Seville". It is strongly recommended not to book this trip as the guide turned out to be very unprofessional, starting from the pick-up time. First, the guide turned up 12-15 minutes later at the pick-up point. Second, he was a terrible driver, bumping against footpaths and even hitting the car behind trying to go back while waiting near traffic signals!!! Such things happened multiple times showing that it is very dangerous to be driven by this particular guide. Next, the driver doubled up as the guide for the tour, and he gave no proper in-depth information for the places we were visiting. At rare occasions, he told one-liners like "these are Olive trees", "those are bulls". After reaching the destination, he just left us on our own. He did not even tell us where we can find toilets --- on asking, he just irresponsibly said one can try in one of restaurants. He also gave wrong info which could end you up in trouble. For example, he told us that one can see the bull-fighting stadium in Ronda from Hotel Catalonia. Turned out there was a bar at fourth floor - one cannot just go there casually without being a customer. (In the attached pic, the leftmost person is the guide, and I do not know his name as he did not introduce himself). Update: It just shows how unprofessional the tour agency is given that they do not even own up the mistakes and promise to do better. In fact, they personally attack the review by commenting that "you are not a happy person in life" and other irrelevant things. This particular tour has only 3 or so reviews in Viator and hence I had no proper info while booking this tour. What a shame! (I had booked another tour with Andalsur excursions and was amazed and awed by the professionalism of the tour agent and the guide, in particular.) The driver going for this tour should be charged by police for driving rough. My review is so that travellers make an informed decision and avoid this tour at all costs. And to the Idiotic person who personally attacked me on behalf of the agency -- I come from a place which has thousand times more sun than you have and you do not need to worry about alleviating my mood -- it will help your business if you pay attention to your mistakes and improve your services when you get the appropriate criticism.

Excelente experiencia. El proveedor nos ayudó con un imprevisto en la fecha y hora del evento que se nos presentó y afortunadamente nos dieron una solución que nos permitió disfrutar la experiencia al máximo. Agradecemos a Daniel quien fue la persona que hizo los ajustes necesarios para disfrutar de este tour a Real Alcazar, imperdible para todos los que visiten Sevilla.

Fantastic service ideally placed just before the Cathedral. Stumbled upon this tourist office and we had several things we needed including trips, taxis and advice. We had everything sorted for us all of which ran like clockwork even storing our cases on the day we left. I cannot recommend Franco enough. El punto de información está muy bien situado: a un paso de los monumentos más importante. Para alcanzar lugares más lejanos, como todo el paseo junto al río, el Parque de María Luisa o barrios tan bonitos como Heliopolis o El Porvenir, es muy conveniente alquilar las bicicletas eléctricas.

Séville en vélo, c'est bien, Séville avec les vélos de Dani c'est encore mieux. De très bon conseil pour les itinéraires, ainsi que pour les bons plans que seuls les sevillans connaissent. Si vous passez par là, arrêterez vous à sa boutique !

Pasamos el fin de semana en Sevilla y contratamos el tour por el Alcázar, un agradable paseo en barco (cuando el sol lo permitió) y cerramos con un espectáculo de flamenco. El trato también fue muy agradable. ¡Muy Recomendado!

Excelente trato, Daniel no solo es simpático, es además un gran profesional. En nuestro último viaje a Sevilla nos recomendó ir al Alcázar que no conocíamos y pudimos comprarle los tickets a él. El fin de semana pasado vinieron a Sevilla desde Amsterdam una pareja amiga. Venían con sus hijos adolescentes, a.los que no conocía. Y contacté con esta empresa para organizarles un día de ruta entretenido que se adaptara a todos. El resultado fue genial. Dany nos preparó un tour que combinaba bicis (nuevísimas y estupendas), con un paseo en barco y final de la tarde con flamenco. Un éxito. Todo marchó como la seda. Muy recomendable.
