Pésima experiencia, nos dejaron plantadas. Tuvimos que ir solas hasta lo momentos. La guía que nos plantó encima se excuso groseramente. Un momento desagradable.

We had a great experience. We did a short tour and it was really interesting. We booked through an online site and had problems setting up the pick up point so I Whatsapped VisiTours directly and in minutes they got back to me and everything was sorted. I had to message them on the day of the tour and they answered in a matter of minutes, they are very attentive. Despite the rain and traffic, they were on time. Jorge was the driver and he went out of his way to make sure everyone stayed dry during the showers. Our guide was Melissa who was excellent. Full of life and interesting facts. She was bilingual and she was also able to keep the kids entertained and really connects with all the people on the trip. It was really enjoyable and interesting and when I visit Sevilla again, I will be doing the full day trip.

Really good tour in Seville of Cathedral, Alcaraz etc

I went with them from seville to Al Hambra, it was a really good trip, rather expensive but I really had so much fun so for me it was totally worthy I booked them through Don Paco hotel, they were on time, the guide (Maria) was very friendly so as the driver (Emanuel)

Wonderful private city tour with Maria n Adrian . These two youngsters interacted too good with my two teenage children.. we just loved the way they explained us about the city. They had arranged for a very good flamenco dance performance.

If I could leave a zero I would .Finding the meeting area if your tourist forget it. Place listed on the ticket not even cab driver knew where it was .Wasted 20 euro for the cab 118 euros for the tickets .Called and got no help. They would not refund our money. We never found the meeting place and never saw the monuments. Very disappointed. Asked 4 other tour company's for assistance in the park area, no one knew the company or where to find them . Don't use them, unless you enjoy wasting your money and your day. It was our last day in Sevilla, so we never got to see the monuments at all. Should read reviews. A tour well worth your time and Money. Melissa was our tour guide and was incredibly knowledgeable! She was a lot of fun and very friendly and clearly enjoys sharing her knowledge of Sevilla, history of Sevilla and Spanish lifestyle and traditions. This was quite a long tour so make sure you eat before you go and bring a bottle of water with you.

Wir hatten am Freitag 13/02/2020 Die einen unvergesslichen Rundgang mit Melisa . Wie haben viel Information bekommen, Sie hatte für jede Frage eine Antwort. Bei unserem Ausflug gestern konnten wir den Alcazar nichts sehen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Sevilla kommen, möchten diese Tou mit ihr machen. Danke Melisa.

The bus tour guide was fabulous plus our other two guides when we arrived at Cordoba were phenomenal.

From the beginning our our tour, the trip was chaos according to many of the participants. We wasted quite a bit of time getting started, then had to rush thru some spots to make up time. The single thing that caused delays were billing, they collect payment when the tour starts, and the tourguide selects US dollars as payment type, and one of the tour participants was a EU resident that got billed US dollars, and they charge 2% for the conversion service charge. Going on this tour was not a great experience for us, we did it to get access to the Cathedral, but in speaking to others, we probably could have gotten tickets from the city tour booths. I would only recommend using them if you have to, we should have used a private tour guide like we normally do. Beware!!!!!

Pesima, nunca me habia encontrado con una compañia tan irresponsable, y encima no t dan la cara, te hacen pagar por algo que despues ellos mismos te dicen que no vale la pena. Visitours no se lo recomiendo a nadie, hice 140 km con dos niños uno de 7 años y otro de 2, los levante a las 7 :00h y cuando estabamos casi llegando me dicen que no hay plaza en el bus cuando estaba reservada y porque me dio por llamar sino estoy alli esperando todavía y encima el sofocon que se llevaron mis niños que estaban consentidos. De verguenza

Family of 4 contracted with Getaguide for a guided tour of the Alhambra -- Generalife, Alcazaba, Partal y P. Nazarles. We lucked out! As our guide Raphael Gonzalez -- was amazing! We were part of a group of 27 - on a hot afternoon (late June). Rafael's knowledge of, and passion for, the history and epthomology of Granada, Al Andaluz and Spain made sense of every aspect of the tour. I don't Rafaeltjink I had a single question - as all were anticipated and more was offered. Raphael exemplifies the professionalism and personality that make Spanish service providers the very best in the world -- and Raphael tops them all.

Why 3 stars for VisiTours??? It should be no stars at all!! The worst tour guide is in Alhambra and worst tour office is the VisiTours going to Granada with Alhambra tour and Seville tour!! Imagine, they gave us different names in the tickets for the entrance of La Alhambra so in the scanning of the tickets in the 2nd entrance the names they were calling is the one that we were holding so they were asking for our IDs , of course we dont have IDs of those names so what they did was to send us out because we dont have Ids of those names in the tickets!!! But the tour guide there RaFael was so rude that he didn't even helped us. He was saying that our names were not given to him 48hrs. before the tour so we were not listed in his paper! But our agent said she gave all our identification to that office thats why my husband's name was there! But how come he has the name of my husband and our names were not?? Maybe it is part of their scam! Because the tour cost 135euros each so me and my daughter has no names with them but we dont know where they got the 2 names in the tickets they gave us??!! Then the other tour guide in our bus from seville arrived in front of the ticket booth where i thought he will fix the problem but he did not!! He brought us to the bus and the bus brought us and left us in granada city center which we already saw earlier!! We were so mad because the travel is 3hours away from seville then back for another 3 hours and yet we were not able to see the best part which is the alhambra!!! They are unprofessional and disorganized! We also got the Visitours on our first day in seville and they told us to go to Torre de oro around 3:30 for our cruise but nobody knows where the booth of Visitours is in that area so we got so tired walking and asking people where is the cruise of VisiTours!!! Imagine the tour guide arrived around 4:20 without any ID or uniform!! so how would people know that they are from the VisiTour agency!! It is written also that they will give water during the tour but of course they did not give!! We really don't recommend this Visitour agency!! Never!!! I dont know why there is 3 stars in my review??!!! Im giving them no stars at all!!!!

My agent booked 3 tours from visitours and we had a very very disappointing and pathetic experience. Visitours is a racket and would suggest do not book unless you wanna ruin your holiday. Details below: On the Seville city tour, they did not cover the main monuments I.e. the alcazar or the cathedral as published and when asked our tour guide said those need to be done by yourself.. missed the main stuff because they wouldn't provide proper information. The second one we took was for Cordoba, where the driver didn't show up and after repeated calls and being put on hold for 45 mins were told that the tour had left before time on the day and had changed the meeting point as well!! After repeated pleas of joining the tour at the original scheduled time, the manager absolutely refused and said he didn't even have the number of the driver or the guide for the day so no way to catch up. He even refused to accomodate for the subsequent day or any day after or any refund for their own error. Btw the pickup point was outside my hotel and they didn't bother to call or check with the reception on the location. Ended up taking a train and visiting by myself. The third tour was to Granada and Alhambra. While our guide at Alhambra (angel who met us there) was good, the accompanying guide and driver were least interested in introducing sights on the way and throughout the 12 hour tour were gossiping amongst themselves without any concern for guests.

Enorme falta de profesionalidad. Reservamos para visitar el Alcázar y cuando llegamos nos dicen que han cambiado el orden de la visita y nos quieren citar a otra hora para verlo, hora a la que nos es imposible. Nos vamos de Sevilla sin poder ver el Alcázar y perdiendo un tiempo valioso entre que hemos ido a la hora citada y luego las gestiones para el reembolso del dinero

Contrate la Visita con Guía a la Alhambra en Sevilla con VISITOURS (Angel se llamaba el guía): muy buena organización y profesionales, recomendable 👏👏

Si queréis tirar por la borda 43 euros por persona ya sabéis donde acudir , a esta agencia que no quiero ni nombrar. Mientras que los grupos que tienen de guía a Melissa están encantados a mi grupo nos tocó un guía mediocre, hasta dudo que fuera guía oficial, desde luego no llevaba acreditación. Despues del recorrido por el barrio de Santa Cruz y temiendo lo peor visto lo visto, varias personas del grupo llamamos a la oficina para que pusieran remedio al desastre que veíamos venir. La agencia dio la callada por respuesta , un fiasco. De la boca del guía salieron varias y variadas barbaridades pero una de las mas sonadas es que nuestro admirado Murillo era un pintor empalagoso!! Luego no nos avisó de que si no podíamos subir a la Giralda teníamos derecho al reembolso correspondiente y que con la misma entrada teníamos derecho a visitar la iglesia del Salvador. Lo que mas rabia me dio es que después de la visita tan mediocre regresábamos a Madrid sin posibilidad de hacer una visita como dios manda. Resumiendo : una visita desastrosa y que la desaconsejo a todos los que tengan un mínimo interés, tanto por la historia como por el arte de nuestro país. Un gran fiasco , no pongo 0 porque no se puede!!!

Yo hice una visita por el centro histórico y Alcáceres. Muy amena e interesante. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

1h30 pour visiter cadiz et manger. En gros impossible d en profiter. On a meme pas eu le temps de mettre un orteil dans la mer. Je ne commande pas. Sauf pour les amateurs de joggings. Cest un réel marathon.

Gute Erfahrungen mit Visitours, Pünktlich, professionell und engagiert. Gute Technik, die immer schon vor uns da war, ein kleines Problem mit dem Bus Micro könnte sofort behoben werden. Awful experience with VisiTours in Sevilla We were 2 couples, doing a tour of Andalusia in January this year. Weather was great, sunny, warm - perfect. We've taken multiple guided tours through other cities as well, but this was by far the worst experience. We were on a relative tight schedule, we wanted to see as much of Sevilla as possible. Unfortunately the tour started with a 45-50 minutes delay relative to the communicated time. As a result we have been rushed through Alcazar and the Cathedral, in the wrong order. We were supposed to see the Cathedral first, so we can finish the tour in Alcazar and have the chance of visiting the beautiful gardens at our own pace. The tour plan has been changed on the spot - due to the delay we had no time for the gardens (not even 5 minutes) and we have been rushed through the palace without getting any time to admire anything. When we asked our tour guide (Rosario Borjabad - 3815) she said it's not a problem, they will take us back to Alcazar after we finish the Cathedral. At the end of the Cathedral they said they are unable to take us back in Alcazar because they had no receipt nor tickets. Furthermore, upon requesting a refund for the Alcazar we were offered a total of 12 Euros, for 4 people, after we have paid 160 euros for the tour. Pure mockery. Relative to the guide - she was by far one of the worst we had. Discourse was repetitive and undocumented (some things she said made no sense, and upon checking them on the internet, they were false). We assume her job was mostly to take people on a specific path rather than provide quality information. All in all, I would recommend staying away from Visitours Sevilla - deplorable organization, low quality guides, no customer service and total lack of business etiquette.

Nos vendieron un tour de dos horas con dos monumentos en Sevilla. Entiendo que hay que esperar colas porque en el puente de diciembre y Sevilla está saturada. Pero lo que no me parece normal es que no nos dejen subir a la Giralda porque hay mucha gente y tengamos que pagar otra vez la entrada si queremos venir después. Además el tour era de dos horas y llevamos más de dos horas esperando en la cola para entrar en el real Alcázar. Vaya... Que subía la Giralda 10 veces!!! Sabiendo esto no pago por la visita guiada. No repetiría!!!!!

Aquí estoy...en la cola para visitar el Alcázar de Sevilla... Nos citaron a la 11,30...para una visita de dos horas...y llevamos tres y no hemos visitado más que uno de los monumentos... La duda es...aguanto y me echo unas risas...o monto un pollo de la ostia???... En fin...no repetiré.

Visita a Allambra foi uma maratona. A guia Isabel andava muito rápido e era difícil acompanhar. Conhecia bem o local e o assunto mas a pressa estragou o passeio, já que não se importava com o grupo. Parada no centro de Granada foi longa demais. Deveriam dedicar mais tempo à Allambra.

Contratamos el tour guiado por el barrio de Santa Cruz, los Reales Alcázares y la Catedral. Una visita muy interesante, sobre todo gracias a nuestra guía, Melissa! Derrochaba simpatía, entusiasmo y buen hacer, se notaba que disfrutaba su trabajo y nos contagió ese entusiasmo, haciendo la visita super amena. Our tour of Seville on Friday was very interesting. Thanks to our guide Mellisa who put her heart & soul into her explanation of the places we visited. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about our visit to Alambhara. Our guide Michael this afternoon was listless , least bothered whether he was heard or not. Place like Alambhara requires guides who are passionate about their work. Hope Visitours Spain will take care of it
