Experiencia horrible. No confieis en la empresa. Llamo antes de reservar con dos preguntas: una confirmación de que el tour tiene hueco y la otra si un niño menor de 2 años paga entrada. Confirman que si que hay hueco para el día y hora que quiero reservar y que el niño no paga. Horas después me escriben diciendo que anulan la reserva porque no hay hueco y al hablar con ellos además de me dicen que el niño también debería haber pagado. Me he quedado sin la visita ni desde otra plataforma que había hueco por haber reservado con ellos aún habiendo llamado para confirmar. Eso por no hablar del la persona con la que hable por la anulación, maleducado y faltando al rspeto.

El tour bien pero un poco rápido

I had a private tour with Juan Chacon in the centre of Seville, and I loved it. He was absolutely in his element — the right person in the right place. You can immediately feel how much he loves what he does and how deeply he believes in what he’s sharing. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the city’s history come alive, and I came away with a much better understanding of Seville and of Spain’s past. What really impressed me was his depth of knowledge — about history, culture, art, and daily life. It truly felt like seeing the city through the eyes of someone who cares deeply about transmitting its spirit, an authentic ambassador of Seville. ⭐️ I can’t recommend him highly enough! We highly recommend Juan Chacon as a Guide. Our visit to the Placid Alcazar was a highlight of our trip to Seville. During 2 hours we were immersed in a journey through Spanish history. In a small, manageable group, Juan Chacon had an answer to every question. At times, despite the many visitors in the palace, it seemed, as we where listening to him, that we where transported to different eras of history, placing us right in the middle of them and allowing us to experience the events almost firsthand. His explanations about "Game of Thrones Season" where many scenes were filmed in the palace, were particularly realistic and relevant, prompting some real "aha!" moments. His tips about Seville, from restaurants to flamenco venues, were also very helpful. Thank you, Juan, for setting the time machine in motion and taking us on this exciting journey.

I had an interesting visit to the Sevilla Cathedral with Juan Chacon. He explained the most important facts about how the cathedral was built, about Maurs, catholics, kings, etc.. i got a complete picture thanks to that.

Fantastica visita all’Alcazar di Siviglia. La nostra guida Juan Chacon è stata davvero super! Simpatica, competente con un’accoglienza calorosa e empatica! Chiedete di Juan, è simpaticissimo oltre che bravo e non vi farà annoiare nemmeno un attimo! Ci ha fatto varie foto nei punti più belli e poi ce le ha inviate.

I had an excellent visit to the Alcazar in Seville. Our guide was Juan Chacon, he was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and answered all questions with ease. Highly recommended

Wir hatten eine tolle private Führung von 2.5 Stunden von Juan Charon in der Alcázar in Sevilla in englischer Sprache. Juan hat uns viel von seinem Wissen vermittelt und sehr interessant erzählt. Obwohl wir zu spät kamen, hat er sich darum gekümmert, dass wir auch nach unserem Time-Slot noch Eintritt bekamen. Ganz herzlichen Dank für den großartigen Tag, Juan!

Stay away from this company! I wish I checked the reviews before booking. We booked a guided tour of Alcazar Sevilla. The night before the tour, I received a message with entry tickets to the site. When I asked the sender where we should meet, he told me that there were free audio guides at the site.. when I pressed and showed him a pic of my voucher saying it was a guided tour, he finally told me that the guide was sick! The entrance price was much cheaper than what we paid for the guided tour. I asked for a refund of the difference and never heard back! Of course it was too late to book another guided tour and the audio guide wasn’t helpful.

Avoid using - awful Service - We booked a tour of the Alcazar in English - our English speaking tour guide did not show up - so they just put us in with a Spanish speaking guide - saying he speaks slowly… :/ (like what ?? ) they assumed we spoke and understood Spanish because we live in Spain. - ok we do speak some Spanish but not necessarily to architectural and historical level - we were told we’d have to wait another hour plus for an English guide when we had other plans : they took the complete mickey and the Spanish people we were put with were not happy either - it was a complete poop show - I asked for a partial refund but nothing - so I will do as I promised and continue to bad review them - because they are taking advantage of people - the tour was minimal at best - AVOID

Not a great experience. We booked our tour for 10:30 and it was supposed to last approximately 1.5 hours. Royal Alcázar is right next to the Seville Cathedral and so thinking we'd be done at noon, we planned to get lunch and the visit the cathedral at 13:40 (tickets booked in advance). Unfortunately, the day before the tour, there was trouble. We recieved an email saying our tour time was changed to 11:30. We weren't happy about this as it threw a wrench into our plans. I called the company to see if there was perhaps a 10:30 tour we could join, but was told they had trouble securing tickets and that is why the time was changed. On the day of the tour, we reported to the meeting point as the instructions said, but didn't see anyone holding a Guivitur flag, as the instructions said would be done. I called the company again and they shared the guide's personal number. I called him and found him waiting, without a flag, with another family. That was at about 11:25. As we patiently waited, our guide occasionally threw out a few facts about Royal Alcázar, but seemed distracted. After a while, he said he was waiting for another family, but also mentioned once that he was waiting for earpiece so we could hear him better. At around 11:45, he left saying he'd be right back. We talked to the other family about how upsetting the delay was. At around 11:55, our guide returned without any other family, but carrying a bag, which I don't think he previously had. He proceeded to pass our ear pieces to each of us and then led us into Royal Alcázar. Throughout the tour, he shared facts with us, but it all felt a bit disjointed and wasn't really entertaining at all. To top it off, his English wasn't good, which made him different to understand at times. Our tour finished at just before 12:55 - just less than one hour after starting. I would not recommend this company. Our initial tour time was delayed an hour, then our tour began almost a half hour late, with a tour guide that wasn't engaging and doesn't speak English well, and lasted 30 minutes less than promised. Not a great experience.

They did not show up. Don't trust them!

Tried once and disappointed

I had a horrible experience with this tour agency. They did not show up at the scheduled time, leaving us stranded and completely ruining our plans. After failing to show up, they acted like they were doing us a favor by sending the official tickets, which should have been provided in the first place. To make matters worse, we had to argue just to get a refund for the difference between the ticket cost and the guided tour we never received. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Avoid them at all costs!

Horrible experience using this guide via official Alcazar guided ticket site. Avoid. Useless details provided for meeting place an No flag at start place for tour. Contacted WhatsApp # provided also proved useless Also no sight of this guides flag through entire time inside.
