Hvis man ønsker at opleve Tenerif, så er det stedet man skal tage hen for at få hjælp. De er professionelle og har en masse udflugter til enhver, de udlejer biler mm og har kontakter. Når man siger hvad man ønsker at opleve går der ik mere end 2sek så bliver der ringet rundt for at hører om der er plads og hvad der kan lade sig gør, imens man sidder der. På den måde er du sikker på hvad der er aftalt og at det er blevet booket. Vi lejede en bil og fik rigtig go guidens til hvor vi kunne tage hen, ud fra vores ønsker. Samt hvilken rute man skulle køre osv. Gode råde og vejledning. Følte mig 100% i sikre hænder Deres tour er enden billigere end rejsebureauer eller også så får du meget mere med. Fx turen til Teide hvor du har 3retters menu og stjerne kiggeri på deres tur har du en guid der "tegner" og fortæller med laser plus en professionel fotograf med hvor du får gratis adgang til billederne efterfølgende. Det er ikle med i Apollo og deres udflugt er næsten 100kr dyre. Han er fra Amerika så meget nem at forstå Kan klar anbefale at man tager her hen fremfor at købe sig fattig i Apollos ture

We travel a lot and it's very difficult to find professional and friendly service. Brian and Paulina are fantastic and organize for us one of our best holiday we ever had! A big THANK YOU!!!

We booked a few trips through these guys in Callao Salvaje shop. The gent and lady were very friendly and helpful. We boat the Castle meal and show which was super fun we loved every minute. Also booked the Boat trip which was great too.

Brian and his partner were so helpful and knowledgeable. After trying the hotel, rep and online but not finding information that we needed, Brian's assistance is exactly what we needed. Both tours recommended by him were great value for money and would have been difficult to achieve ourselves. The shop is wheelchair accessible and they are aware of whether the tours can accommodate mobility aids. Thank you for making our holiday memorable.

Great experience with Magma Excursions. Brian was a great guy & went out his way to help us sort a rental car that basically saved our whole trip after our initial rental company cancelled on us. Highly recommend!

We were sold an idyllic catamaran trip by Brian costing €65 each with 60 people max and free food (paella was mentioned) - perfect! Instead we were shuttled, like cattle into a 200 person queue and onto the boat with hardly any seating for everyone. The loungers were taken by the people at the front of the queue obviously! everyone else squashed together like sardines. No space at all- very disappointing! The food- just awful! Chicken meatballs and boiled rice with some tinned veg thrown in. A bread roll and a banana. At least the beer was good! Every cloud…….The transfer to the port took an hour due to pick ups. The sail was very nice and seeing pilot whales and flying fish was amazing. The scenery at los gigantes was breathtaking. Just disappointed that we were mis- sold an entirely different trip. Didn’t have time to go back and tell Brian what we thought of his customer service unfortunately- warning to all get all the details in writing before you book!

Myself and three friends booked a boat trip with Magma Excursions whilst on holiday in Tenerife. Brian was very friendly and approachable and the booking process was easy. Would recommend.

We booked Loro Parque tickets and transport and The Wine Tour with Brian at Magma Excursions and all I can say is that it was brilliant to hear a recognisable accent amongst our stay at Blue Sea Callao Gardens around the corner. I do not recommend this company beautiful stories but in the end everything is different bus tours are terrible mostly run in bus very short stops A trip on a catamaran on which you are promised to see dolphin whales, we saw one dolphin and that's it When food is provided on tour, it's just awful. Stay away from this company!!!

Brian was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We were able to book a car rental, paragliding and snorkeling with Magma and could not be more pleased with how easy it all was! The personal touch was his suggesting an authentic restaurant, which of course we went to. Thank you Brian! You've made this trip even more memorable!

Brian was a great help to pick out the best tours that fit us. We did the Stargazing NightskiesTenerife tour, which was awesome, paragliding, whale boat tour with a small group and a day at the island La Gomera. All arrangements were clear and trustworthy. Brian really knows the island very well, is always cheerful and personable and very welcoming with any questions we had. All around great experience! What a lovely couple just talking to brian made you feel on holiday we have fallen in love with Callao salvaje But as we had a hire car it was easy for us to see the rest of the island we booked a whale watching cruise which was fantastic the jet ski company we booked where very professional and my 11year old had an amazing time then of to Loro park which is just second to non. There was issues with the jet ski being put back a day but this is because of the sea and waves and after going on the jet skis I understand completely why it was better on another day just adds to there professionalism and safety Magma excursions is the place to go to book things to do around the island my wife and I totally recommend them. Knowledgeable and chatty owner, great and affordable excursions!

We hebben een goede ervaring gehad met Magma excursions. Met de hulp van Brian hebben we een auto gehuurd bij een vriendelijke auto verhuurster, waarbij zowel Brian als de verhuurster er veel aan deden om ons de auto een dag langer te laten huren, ondanks dat bijna alle auto's waren geboekt. Daarnaast hebben we een leuke boottocht geboekt om walvissen te spotten, waarbij we het aanbod kregen om gratis te worden afgezet bij de boot. We kregen uitgebreide uitleg waar te parkeren van Brian, en wat leuke plekken waren om tijdens onze rondreis op het eiland te stoppen. We bedanken hem voor zijn hulp en enthousiasme!

My husband and I are on holiday with our 7-month-old baby and popped into Magma to ask what options we have with an infant. The girl who served us was really friendly and helpful, and we ended up booking onto a whale watching boat trip for that afternoon. We were going to struggle to make it to the harbour in time, however, as we haven't hired a car. But Brian (owner?) went above and beyond to help us - borrowing a baby seat from a neighbouring car hire company and giving us a lift. We really appreciated the help and had a lovely afternoon spotting pilot whales! Thank you Magma Excursions :)

Paulina & Brian could not have been more helpful. We had 11 days in Callao Salvaje & chose not to hire a car instead using public transport & booking three excursions with Magma. We normally seek out our own adventures on holiday so it was with intrepidation that we booked. We were very pleasantly surprised.... Each excursion was suitably different, Star gazing at Mount teide (third best in the world) included early eats, sunset with cava; was spectacular. Gorge walk from Santiago del Teide ending in Los Gigantes with a boat ride viewing dolphins & a swim at masca beach, a wonderful day. Stefan was so lovely & enthusiastic. Lastly an excursion visiting Mount teide, Icod de Los Vinos, Carachico & Masca, the drive & scenery is amazing. 0900 till 1900, an absolute full day with informative dialogue all the way. So all in all we have to commend all those involved in making each of our excursions special; but mostly thank Brian & Paulina from Magma excursions for understanding us & therefore they're recommendations.

Wszystko super!

Would never do business with this company ever again and i encourage everyone else to stay clear of this place, our group lost out on €160 including taxis, cant believe companies like this can still run on scamming people. After losing all that money and a full day we were confronted by a defensive, agressive and rude sales rep brian who took it upon him self to shout at the youngest member of our group.

Absolute disgrace! My group of friends were booked on to go quadbiking with this company, totally at 160 euros, 120 for the activity and 40 for taxis. The owner then proceeded to deliberately send them to the incorrect location (per an address he wrote down), whilst ignoring any attempts to contact him with questions once they'd realised it was the wrong place, as well as give the unprofessional and passive aggressive advice of "go ask a stranger". Once confronted, he became aggressive and confrontational, yelling at a younger member of their group in an intimidating manner, and only refunded half of the totalled expense. Utter waste of time, and a blatant attempt to take advantage of young tourists. Absolute disgusting excuse for a businessman.

Our group of 4 paid €120 for quadbiking to brian (€40 on taxis) on the day we found out the guy gave us the wrong place for pick up, (have proof on paper) blamed us for it and ended up shouting at my younger sister as we wanted our money back, he ended giving us half our money back but we are still short and wasted our whole day! Unprofessional, scammer, distressed customers, non responsive, not worth your time.

Brian has helped us with three amazing excursions. We would definately recommend! He is a great, enthousiastic guy who loves to help. Some trips were a little expensive, but everything we did was worth the price. Do ask Brian about the tenerife night sky!

Brian and his shop was good.

Massively disappointing trip to La Gomera, a volcanic island to the west of Tenerife. Everything was wrong with it. We were picked up at 7am and there was a bus journey lasting 1.5 hours to pick up loads of other people en route to the ferry not 10 miles away. Massive queue at ferry. We were told we were going to get a walk in the forest there for an hour, but it turned out to be a 5 minute walk to the visitor center for a coffee. The first stop was at a aloe vera farm, an unashamed sales attempt, which I assume they were paid for. Utterly disgraceful and thoroughly boring. The '3 course lunch' provided in a local restaurant later in a spectacularly ugly village was utterly dreadful. The whole trip involved a journey on a coach which was extremely uncomfortable, and with an an hour to go for the ferry back to Tenerife we were dumped in the capital to have a look round. I needed a beer after that dreadful trip so had 3. Don't go anywhere near these rip-off merchants.

Miejsce magiczne!! Pani Paulinka jest super osobą i bardzo pomocną. Dzięki niej zobaczyliśmy wiele cudownych miejsc i skorzystaliśmy z wielu atrakcji które nam poleciła oferując fajne zniżki. Gorąco polecam!!!

We stayed in "Apartamentos ALBATROS" during our trip to Tenerife. There, below the apartment, we happened to meet two lovely people Paulina and Brian, who out of the way offered a lot of free advices. Their advices had made our trip more memorable. I absolutely recommend them to those who are in search of any excursions at Tenerife.

Just returned from Callao Salvaje. We booked two trips through Magma and found them both good value for money, especially the wine tour. They give good advice and I have no hesitation trusting them.

...and one opinion not from a friend of Brian. The man is actually looking how to get out money from you, selling fake trips. Me and my wife bought a trip with bout to see a life under see, we thought that its going to be a nice and romantic trip. All smiles disappeared when we came to the boat. There was waiting already a group of 7 other peoples, and they complained that we are coming, they said that they bought that trip only for their group. But we get in anyway. We didn't expect that its going to be a party on the boat with all the drunk people. When we got to the place there we had to dive, the driver just showed there is the googles, threw the other diving equipment into water(the pipes was totally mixed and stuck to each other) it was to use for two people but one was broken, so it could be used only by one person(fantastic romantic diving when one is waiting on the boat), and we didn't get premised "under water scooter". So we didn't get to dive at all. We came back to Brian and asked to get money back, his friendly smile disappeared and he said that he needs to speak to other part before he gives answer to us, so we had to come back the day after. Then we came another day, he started to explain that he is just a broker and the guy who owns the boat is on holiday, so we must wait. All that was far away from nice conversation. Advice, do not be blinded of a nice smile, Brian is JUST A BROKER and he is not responsible for anything what he is selling.

A small business run by Brian who 30 years ago decided to take Norman Tebbits advice of getting on your bike and finding a job.......although he cheated and used a Vespa! Luckily for anyone visiting Callao Salvaje in Tenerife this is where he ended up running his own excursions booking shop. We chatted to him and bought tickets for Loro Parque and also a 3 hour boat ride on Sea Breeze to spot the dolphins and whales.......yes you can buy the tickets direct online at the same price but you don't get the help and good advice off a local resident in the area. Brian will chat to you all day offer free advice on attractions and also the best route to take all for free without any push sales or expectations. We were not sure which captain or boat to use for the dolphin and whale watching tour but with Brian's help and advice he put us on a nice boat that was legally licensed(many are not look for the blue flag displayed on the boat)to find these beautiful creatures and with Felix the captain who seemed to know all the favourite spots for the dolphins, travel to and back for Puerto Colon was also included. So please don't just book your tickets online or car hire etc if your in Callao Salvaje go visit Brian at Magma Excursions he's situated close to the front of the town on the main road opposite the supermarket. We have visited Callao Salvaje 3 times now but with the help of Brian we were able to discover a few hidden secrets of Tenerife PS if your worried about buying tickets etc and them not being accepted at the attraction DON'T as we had no problems and were able to avoid all the queues at Loro Parque and he secured our place on the ship as it was only for a maximum of 10 people per cruise.
