Wir haben am Montag, 27.10.25, eine private Tour mit Jonathan unternommen. Es war eine wunderbare Tour, weil er auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist und viel zu den einzelnen Stopps erzählen konnte. Dadurch haben wir quasi einmal umrundet und die unterschiedlichen Landschaften gesehen. Mit Garachico, Icod, Candelaria und La Laguna haben wir schöne Orte gesehen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Look no further for your excursion tour guides—Gloma Travel is hands down the best! They offer a wide variety of excursions, so there’s something for everyone. The tours are private, which is a great way to maximize your vacation time. We did two excursions with them: Teide National Park & Whale Watching and the Gastro & Winery Tour—highly recommend both. They communicate via WhatsApp for all the details, which made coordination super easy. Our driver and tour guide, Fernando, was amazing!! He was punctual, shared interesting facts and stories about the island, and was very personable—a true pleasure to spend the day with. During our Gastro & Winery Tour, the second winery had a group event and asked us to arrive an hour later than originally scheduled. Fernando took us to a nearby town, Puerto de la Cruz, where we had time to walk around and explore while we waited. Although unexpected, it was a thoughtful and enjoyable detour. I cannot recommend this tour group enough—you will not be disappointed and will enjoy your time exploring the island!

Annullare un servizio 17h prima del tour prenotato e non fornire una soluzione. A dir poco NON PROFESSIONALE. Al cliente viene chiesto un anticipo di 24 h almeno per la disdetta mentre il fornitore può cavarsela con un refund senza contare il disagio creato. Non è assolutamente una compagnia su cui fare affidamento dato che non hanno un’alternativa ad una loro mancanza. Non ci hanno proposto una nuova guida in sostituzione di quella che doveva accompagnarci. Trovo veramente per nulla professionale questo genere di trattamento. Ad Agosto, quando ovviamente c’è maggior affluenza, non poter garantire un servizio-prenotato in anticipo- a causa di una mancata sostituzione di una guida, penso sia assurdo.

Magnifica escursione con questo tour operator locale.Abbiamo scelto un tour privato di 6 ore dal porto crocieristico al.parco.del Teide e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere come guida Joel ,un simpatico ed educato ragazzo di Tenerife che parlava un fluente italiano entusiasta dell'isola e molto preparato che ci ha raccontato la storia di Tenerife, del Teide e anche della sua flora magnifica come il fiore tachinaste che si può ammirare solo qui. Joel, comunicativo ma non invadente, giovane ma guidatore prudente, ci ha permesso di trascorrere delle piacevoli ore a Tenerife lasciandoci un ricordo indelebile di questa magnifica isola.Viaggiato con famiglia.

We booked the 6 hour private tour. Smooth communication during booking, beautiful villages and views, perfect timing and our guide Indira brought this relaxed and nice atmosphere that we could enjoy every minute of our tour. Definitely recommend it!

We had such a wonderful tour with our guide Joel. He made some great suggestions and we were off. His knowledge of Tenerife was terrific and we loved all his stories. He let us set the pace which was great. La Orotava is a picturesque village. Garachico is a pretty seaside town. I highly recommend this company, communication was easy to get this arranged.

Die Buchung und Organisation mit Gloma Travel war einfach, kompliziert und zu jeder Zeit vorbildlich. Die 6-stündige Tour mit Jorge ist wie im Flug vergangen. Wir haben so viele schöne Orte entdecken und viele Informationen erhalten können. Jorge ist ein super Guide, vorbildlicher Fahrer und sehr freundlicher/zuvorkommender Mensch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke und auf ein nächstes Mal!

Had 2 tours with this company booked during our time in Tenerife and honestly cannot fault. The communication throughout has been great. Diego was our guide both days and took us to some absolutely beautiful spots, it has been a very stress free way to get around. Really pleased with the experience. Highly recommend 👌🏼 😊

We had a booking for a tour arranged and paid for through Get Your Guide. It was booked on September 27 but the day of the tour on November 11 we were notified that it was cancelled due to "overbooking". This was nonsense as we had booked more than 6 weeks in advance. They likely need the guide for a larger group. This is unacceptable and although we were refunded through Get Your Guide it left us at a cruise port with no booked tour. Not a way to treat customers. By the way, Get Your Guide was also decidedly unhelpful in providing compensation for the situation.

This review is going to be at least as much about our guide, Miriam, as much as the beautiful island of Tenerife. Words cannot describe how charmingly friendly, bubbly, fun, yet knowledgeable she was, and she made us feel right at home everywhere that she drove us. No joke, she insisted that we could think of the car she was driving as our car, and we could do everything our way, so there was endless flexibility. We weren't up to walking much that day because of a leg injury my mother had sustained before the trip, but there were a few things we particularly liked the sound of that we did go out to see, which turned out to be just as nice as she described. Of course, we also got to enjoy plenty of stunning views from the comfort of the car, while she shared fascinating insights about the beautiful places we passed. As if that wasn’t enough, Miriam even went out of her way after the tour to help us rent a car through a local agency at a lower cost—a huge relief that we deeply appreciated. We will always remember this experience with great fondness and we wish her nothing but the best, because she is the best.

Solo le falta más diversión

Tuvimos la excursión con Diego, una persona excepcional en todos los sentidos, hizo su trabajo a la perfección, parandonos incluso en parajes que no estaban en el tour, que venían de camino, conocedor excelso de tenerife de la fauna, flora y costumbres, nos llevó a comer a un guachinche extraordinario, culto y educado. Excursión muy recomendable en todos los sentidos, de verdad que no puedes irte de Tenerife sin hacer esta excursión con Gloma travel

We booked a private tour with Gloma. We had a wonderful time. We stopped at the most amazing viewpoints and had enough free time at each stop. We saw so much of the island and lunch at an authentic Guachinche. Their private tours cost almost the same price as shared tours from other companies. That’s a bargain! For the best value and time, I would definitely recommend booking with them.

I was looking for a private tour around Tenerife and after some internet searching I came across Gloma. I sent a what's app on what we wanted and got an instant reply back with links to tour and price. Communication was easy, I just got that good vibe and booked the tour. On the morning of the tour we met our driver outside hotel and he had just sent me a what's app saying he was here. We met Jorge and got in the car, Jorge explained where we were going to visit, depending on traffic and off we set. All through the journey Jorge would explain buildings, history and point out places of interest. He was extremely knowledgeable, we stopped at Garachico and fell in love with the village, had time to buy some water and take pictures. We stopped at a couple of villages and even had time for a quick bite to eat in Puerto de la Cruz and a walk along the sea. The day was long but Jorge was a safe driver and clearly enjoys his job, nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you for a wonderful day showing us a different side to Tenerife 5☆

We booked the Enogastronomic Tour- 4 hours in Tenerife believing we would be taken to two vineyards, one in the morning and one after lunch in the afternoon. This is exactly as described on the tour page and the operator's website. What we got was one vineyard tour and a fairly awful lunch at what can best be described as a roadside cafe. We complained to the tour operator but were told the tour only includes one vineyard out of two and you have to choose which one. Nonsense, this is not at all what is described and at no point was this made clear. They have refused a refund. Beware. If you do decide to go, take something for lunch because the food at the Guachinche is pretty awful.

I booked this company for a day trip for my clients from gran canaria over to tenerife. They were extremely flexible with pickup/end times and my cluents had a wonderful day exploring and learning about volcanoes and more. Very satisfied and great customer service thank you
