Esperienza unica e fantastica! Grazie al quad si può godere al massimo del paesaggio spettacolare. Lapo e Francesco sono gentilissimi e molto professionali. Nel caso si è insicuri nel portare il quad, non bisogna avere paura. Loro seguono il gruppo molto attentamente, aiutando e fermandosi ad ogni minimo problema, tramettendo molta sicurezza.

If I could give this more than five stars I would it was amazing we done the sunset tour and the views atmosphere and whole experience were out of this world it’s a must do in Tenerife, our guide was Lapo and he was amazing really knew his stuff and so kind!

Hicimos la ruta por carretera en quad, hasta la loma del teide, fue una experiencia muy divertida y bonita que volveríamos a repetir sin duda. Súper cómodo Lapo nos recogió en el mismo hotel y después de la ruta nos llevo de nuevo . Los responsables del grupo Lapo y francesco mejor imposible súper atentos , pendientes de todo y de todos . Communication about the pickup time was clear, and during the excursion itself, everything was well organized. The excursion started off well and was enjoyable in the beginning. However, halfway through we turned around and drove back the same route we came from, which made the second half feel a bit repetitive. The guide was friendly and easy going. We had photos taken of us during the trip, but they were sent to us quite late. We had to follow up ourselves to receive them, and unfortunately, the quality was poor. The pictures were not sharp and generally not well taken. Overall, it was a nice experience with a few points for improvement.

Siamo stati informati all'ultimo minuto che il prelievo dal nostro appartamento non era più possibile a causa dell'indisponibilità del mezzo. Arrivati in autonomia abbiamo atteso molto l'arrivo della guida. Poco dopo la partenza uno dei quad si è bloccato sulla strada e abbiamo atteso più di mezz'ora sotto il sole l'arrivo di un nuovo quad. Una volta arrivati in cima l'area di ingresso del Teide era già chiusa (a causa delle restrizioni di quel giorno con chiusura del Teide alle 18) e abbiamo visto per soli 10 minuti da lontano il vulcano. Nessuna tappa intermedia se non qualche minuto un albero millenario. Abbiamo solo guidato il quad per salire e scendere il Teide senza camminate e ammirare il vulcano e le tappe intermedie come concordato nel tour. Mi dispiace perché sarebbe stata sicuramente un'esperienza migliore.

Ottima come prima esperienza sul Quad. Il paesaggio è stupendo per salire sul Teide. Le guide sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Da consigliare come attività da svolgere per una vacanza in Tenerife

Escursione in quad sul teide al tramonto molto bella. Le guide sono state molto gentili, simpatiche e disponibili, spiegandoci anche la storia del parco nazionale e dei vulcani circostanti. Secondo me non vale la pena comprare le foto che vengono scattate dai ragazzi durante l’esclusione perché non sono di alta qualità. In ogni caso escursione ben organizzata e super consigliata!

It was just perfect, nothing to Say Francesco and Yuri were so nice and patient with us ! I was a bit scared but everything went so well I highly recommand it !

I had a wonderful time with the guys from QuadSquad every time I visit Tenerife I go with them in a excursion. Friendly staff good buggy good quads I've tried all 3 options they offer. I had a lovely experience all the times. They take good quality photos and also are very considerate with the customers. Don't forget to buy a mask when you go and some glasses.

De gidsen waren erg vriendelijk en ook duidelijk in de uitleg. We waren enkel ontzettend teleurgesteld door het minimale off-road gedeelte, we hebben geboekt met het idee 10-15% van de trip. Inplaats daarvan hebben we 15-20 minuten op een oefenterrein rondjes gereden, uiteindelijk bleek dit door problemen met een quad van 1 van de guides. Het had netjes geweest als dit verteld zou zijn en met eventuele compensatie. En zeker als je best een hoop betaald, we hadden voor enkel op de weg 35-40 km uur rijden beter een auto kunnen huren.

The tour itself was interesting but the management when it comes to serious situations should be dealt with better. During the tour a car cut me under short notice and I couldn't brake in time. Under Spanish law, this can be negotiated in terms of who is right but the tour informed me that it is entirely my fault which was not true. In this case, I have signed witness statements by everyone that day saying that the car cut me at short notice but I was still completely blamed for it without an insurance statement and charged which I consider unprofessional. If the insurance indeed claims I am fully wrong there should be a statement provided which the tour is unable to do so. I highly suggest future customers to be aware of the safety before deciding to do the activity.

Had an absolutely amazing day out, the instructors were brilliant, photos captured were great and affordable, highly recommend this experience, the best thing I’ve ever done!

Es una experiencia muy chula la recomiendo incluso si no sabes manejar moto ni nada. Los monitores son lo mejor y especial Mención a Jesús. Muy majo chaval paciente y profesional.

Absolutely shambles of a business when we booked through TUI nothing was mentioned about a weight limit for this excursion when we got there we was asked if we wanted 2 single quads for free we thought that would be great as we was signing out forms the guy comes over and says he spoke to his boss and now we have to the pay 100 euro difference we then said we didn’t want to do that and that we would like out double at which point he said we were over the limit and HAD to pay for the extra quad bike we wasn’t happy and made our feelings known at which point he passes us his phone with a women who was his boss who then began to berate us and say it was our fault and blamed everything on TUI saying they don’t know what TUI advertise this I find to be false as there’s no way you run a business and don’t look at what other companies are offering your services as! She was incredibly aggressive and told us she can’t understand why we won’t pay it’s ONLY 100 euros which is incredibly offensive to people who may be on a budget! it’s at this point I said 100 pounds was a lot of money she then proceeded to say it’s euros not pounds and argued about that!!! There’s not much difference between them they are basically the same more or less Communication also is not a strong point it took us calling on multiple occasions to find out what the pick up time would be so we could plan out day Altogether a horrendous experience on small run down quad bikes owned by nasty aggressive people! The only shining light is the tour guides who were okay and seemed to not agree with there managers EDIT AS COMPANY RESPONDED I appreciate the reply to my review. Just to clear it up we didn’t pay for the photos, they were given to us as a goodwill gesture knowing how upset we were about what had happened. We are thankful for this, but that does not make everything okay. The reason we are smiling is because we are resilient people who weren’t going to let what happened ruin our holiday! Also it’s a photo, it’s awkward not to smile. We hoped we could show our family some photos without having to explain the chaos that took place. Your reply to my review proves my point. It still seems argumentative. All you had to do was apologise and tell us you would speak to TUI to make sure this didn’t happen to anyone else! You are right, we weren’t forced to pay but because you waited until after we got transfers there to tell us there was an extra charge, we felt uncomfortable and in a position we felt we couldn’t refuse. We should have been told of the charge before we got in the van. Hope this helps! No hard feelings, just some criticism that could be used to improve your service. Please speak to TUI about adding the specific weight limits on the site as we don’t want anyone else to feel how we felt. Thank you.

Très bonne expérience, les moniteurs sont très sympathiques et investis. Ils prennent le temps d’apporter des explications sur la région et ses particularités, prennent de belles photos et incluent un parcours hors piste avec les quads ! De plus ils prennent le temps de faire les choses et ne sont pas au quart d’heure près comme certains services similaires.

Just returned home to the UK, this Squad Quad tour was epic from start to finish, the views above the clouds are stunning. They take photos on the tour, you can ask questions and they stop several times to check that everything is ok with you and the quad. The off road section is a little short would love a bit more time personally off road.

Was a awesome experience, lapo was our guide, didnt get the other guys name but both of them were so friendly and at hand to answer any questions we had to ask, volcanoes were stunning felt like being in a whole new universe. Plus the off road challenge was thrilling. Something different and new for us to experience! Would defo recommend doing!

If you want an amazing quad experience then choose Quad Squad. A warning though either take a full set of winter clothes with you or can hire them there. My 3 hour mountain trip weather wise was like climbing Everest and you go above the clouds to stunning views Thank you Lapo and Federico., you were amazing guides and kept us safe

We had an amazing time on the quad bikes, Lapo especially was a star, he picked us all up and was extremely friendly, he took us to the garage where he gages us a full brief on what to do and how to use the quads, you can rent a jacket and other gear but I’d highly recommend bringing a hoody or jacket as it did get cold, they stopped off 3/4x to have a little break and take photos. On the way back we went off road and went on a dirt track it was really fun! Defiantly recommend!

Federico and Anton took us on a 3h quad trip to Teide in the afternoon and we really appreciate their kindness and very thouhgtful apporach to everyone on that ride. We had amazing time and fun despite low temperature. To help us with the circimstances, guys gave us some gloves to protects our ice-cold hands. Thanks for that! There was also always some short comment on stops provided about the volcanos and Tenerife, and time for pictures. I totally recommend buying the extra pics! And asking for some during the trip. Me siento decepcionado con el servicio que nos dieron. 1. El quad se queda averiado casi al final del camino, nos tuvo que arrastra remolcando con el quad del responsable de la excursión, la cual mi acompañante pasó miedo por el riesgo a colisión. 2.Pagamos 10 euros por la fotos y nos pasó fotos de muy mala calidad,desenfocado y con relleno de otros paisajes inecesarios. 3.Les recomiendo otra empresa ya que esta solo te mete 20 minutos por tierra en un circuito lleno de piedras y árboles. Si ya tienen reserva con esta empresa les recomiendo que vayan con ropa abrigada ya que estos ladrones te alquilan hasta ropa abrigada por 20 euros y 35 euros por un seguro ya que deberían estar incluido en el grupon.

We had the best time of our lives, the excursion was just perfect with a variety of stops and viewpoints. Perfect picture opportunities and our tour guide went above and beyond by picking us up from our hotel. While on the tour he was taking professional pictures with his camera, as well as telling us about the history of the volcanos and surrounding mountains. Overall, the energy of the trip was refreshing and scenic.

Fatto un tour da 3ore sul teide con Cristian. È stato molto disponibile e cortese. Decisamente da rifare la prossima volta che vado a Ténérife. L'unica pecca è che le foto non sono venute bene, credo che abbia avuto la lente sporca o rotta. Ciao ragazzi alla prossima!

Fantastic service, picked up direct from hotel by the most friendliest chattiest guy who then thoroughly explained how to use the quads & health and safety aspect. We were then guided safely and did the road tour up to Teide. Fantastic scenic adventure guaranteed to blow you away. He took plenty of pictures for us to treasure forever. Would definitely recommend. My only bug bear was we weren't informed to take/wear jackets so we had the additional cost of hiring them but other than that it's definitely a fun experience and worth doing! Plus your in safe hands so well done guys xx

Experiencia ESPECTACULAR y súper recomendable. Si te gusta disfrutar del paisaje de una manera diferente no puedes perderte esta actividad. Una ruta preciosa, con diferentes paradas donde puedes ir sacando fotos, aparte, durante el tour, uno de los guías va echando fotos con una cámara profesional y por tan solo 20€ te manda todas las fotos de tu quad a través de mail. Cabe destacar que lo mejor del tour fueron nuestros guías, Antonello y Cristian, aparte de grandes profesionales y apasionados de su trabajo, súper atentos a las necesidades de cada cliente, a que todo el mundo estuviera cómodo en todo momento y disfrutando. Excellent! We did the road tour up to Teide. Lots of twisting and turning up and down the hills. Good opportunities to stop and look around too. We also did a few minutes of off road dirt track fun! A thoroughly enjoyable time. Two guides- one at front one at back of our group- took good care of us.

Hele fijne tocht gemaakt! Met het hele gezin, jong en oud. De gids (Christian) heeft met handsignalen goed aangegeven hoe we moesten rijden op de openbare weg. En de mensen van de verhuur waren heel enthousiast waardoor wij ook enthousiaster werden. De sfeer was goed. En de tocht was prachtig (naar de zee). En offeroad heel uitgebreid en ook goed voorzichtig. Dank je wel!

We did the tour of mount teide and it was absolutely incredible! My whole family including my little nephew loved every second! Federico and Antonello were absolutely perfect instructors, we felt safe while still having the most adventure filled time. Thanks so so much!!

Esperienza da rifare al infinito, viste mozzafiato e l'esperienza di guidare un quad è unica se non lo avete mai fatto ve lo consiglio vivamente, oltre alla strada vi faranno fare anche un tratto di sterrato la parte più adrenalinica di tutto il tour ( mi raccomando usate le braccia e no il corpo non è una moto 🤣poi capirete) i ragazzi sono molto professionali e attenti a tutto, soprattutto alla sicurezza di tutti... Lo rifarò sicuramente appena ci tornerò numeri uno!!!!

Esperienza off Road fantastica, i ragazzi simpaticissimi e molto alla mano. Eravamo in 8 con 4 quad 4X4 belli, tappe molto carine sul mare e pausa merenda inclusa. Prezzo accessibile e ne vale la pena consiglio

Honestly the best decision we made was to book with these guys, professional, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. We felt safe at all times, the day was just so fun, I started off quite nervous but those nerves soon turned into excitement and joy. Thankyou team Quad Squad We will be back!

Si quieren coger un quad y os hace ilusión, hacerlo , pero no es otra cosa que eso, todo el tiempo carretera y solo llegas a un mirador que se ve bastante lejos el Teide, al bajar nos dijeron que lo hacíamos por campo y no lo hicimos , la verdad que no lo recomiendo para nada

Se cercate qualcosa di rilassante e un modo per sfuggire dal caldo torrido di Tenerife ma allo stesso tempo volete godere di una vista mozzafiato e di un ottima compagnia (grazie Antonello) ve lo consiglio assolutamente, anche per chi non ha familiarità con i quad vi viene spiegato tutto passo per passo quindi potete stare tranquilli. La guida, Antonello, è stato super disponibile e informato riguardo all’escursione e si vede che lo fa con amore. Se pur da solo si è preoccupato di tutto ciò che potessimo avere bisogno e ci spiegava in modo dettagliato qualvolta avessimo delle domande. Ancora grazie per la bella esperienza passata e speriamo di rivederci presto.

Esperienza davvero pessima, pagato tutto tramite agenzia, concordato tutto tramite agenzia con il personale dell’azienda, per percorso panoramico + 30 minuti di off-road. Quando arriviamo lì il percorso off-road non si poteva fare perché ci hanno detto che ci sono i lavori e quindi strada chiusa, poi una volta tornati il gruppo di ragazzi dietro l’off road era disponibile, 3 ore di quad una sola sosta (per la merendina offerta) tutto il tragitto sulla strada normale comune, sotto il sole, niente giro in sterrato, quad vecchi, il mio non partiva per un problema alla batteria, dopo 10 minuti di percorso ad un altro ragazzo si è rotta la cinghia, continuando il percorso in macchina (con la guida) insomma esperienza pessima per le tante parole ma pochi, pochissimi fatti.

Prima esperienza su un quad e la rifarei altre mille volte. Personale estremamente simpatico, atmosfera accogliente. È stata una delle cose più belle fatte qui a Tenerife. Il Teide è meraviglioso e arrivarci in quad è un'altra cosa. Consigliatissimo. Se venite a Tenerife dovete assolutamente fare una tappa da Antonello.

Estafa y vergüenza. Muy poca seguridad y mucho descontrol. La ruta no tiene ningún misterio, la haces en coche y listo. Luego te meten por un terreno de tierra a dar vueltas y sales muy sucio. El día que fui, no pude ni hacerme una sola foto con el quad, ya que donde paramos fue al lado de paredes o contenedores de basura. Por otro lado, tienes que estar pendiente del grupo que te toque, no tienes nada de libertad, pendiente a quien lleva velocidad y quien menos, quien se queda detrás por los coches etc etc. El día que estuve, un quad perdió el control y estuvimos más de 15 minutos esperando a que se incorporaran. A la bajada, también perdieron el control y estuvieron a punto de caerse por un precipicio. En fin, una vergüenza, todo rápido, corto y 115€ que me cobraron. No lo recomiendo absolutamente nada.

Elegir esta actividad fue todo un acierto. No solo por los paisajes que se ven o el rato que se está fuera de carretera conduciendo, sino, también, por el personal, revisan las motos una a una antes de la salida para que estén en perfectas condiciones, explican en todos los idiomas el correcto funcionamiento del quad para evitar cualquier tipo de problemas y son super atentos, parando a refrigerarnos; incluso se preocupan por no entorpecer al resto del tráfico. Muchísimas gracias Antonello y Lapo por esta experiencia, no dudaremos en recomendaros y volver si podemos!

Bellissima esperienza in Quad abbiamo guidato fino al teide dove ci hanno spiegato tutta la storia dei vulcani e dopo siamo andati a fare un giro sullo sterrato. Bellissima avventura.

Posizione e vista ottimale guida simpatica

Giornata divertentissima, nel bellissimo parco del Teide, e con anche off road che é sempre gradito! I ragazzi Igor e Lapo nel nostro caso, molto attenti alle norme di sicurezza e a vedere che tutti i partecipanti non avessero problemi, e sempre presenti in caso di bisogno, chiedendo più volte se fossimo a posto. Recomendado, muy divertido y es una actividad distinta para hacer en grupo. Ir a ver el Teide de esta forma nos gusto un monton. Luego haybun ratito en terreno casi al final, un poco corto, pero también lo disfrutamos mucho. Buena organización. Hacen un par de paraditas para ver algunas cosas y así se descansa un poco. Lo recomiendo👍🏼 No doy 5 estrellas porque te pretenden cobrar las fotos que realizan a lo largo del recorrido cuando ya la actividad es bastante cara, espero no ver mis fotos utilizadas como publicidad en ningun lado porque entonces habrá un problema por pretender cobrarlas.

Both my partner and myself are in our late 40's and did the off road quad ride on our holiday which we have just returned. We were so looking forward to our ride and it did not disappoint. We are still talking about it now. We paid an extra €20 for the photos, which were fantastic they took so many photos and videos plus we were given the chip from the GoPro we had. Great value for money and great lads 👍. We got so dirty and dusty which just added to the fun especially turning back up to our hotel like two dirty kids full of smiles and laughter 😃. Don't hesitate book with them now you won't regret it I promise!!! And thank you again lads.

KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!!!! Tour in Stichpunkten aufgeführt: - Bei der Abholung schon unangenehmer Ton - Verspätung im 2. Hotel regt sich über Gäste auf - Fährt extrem unangebracht und rücksichtslos mit Gästen zu seiner Garage - Bei der Ankunft gab es keine klaren Anweisungen und hat sich dann aufgeführt wenn etwas nicht so war wie er es wollte - Bei der Einweisung (die war eine Katastrophe) war er schon sehr Frauenfeindlich da er mitbekommen hat das die Frauen auch fahren möchten - Dann mussten wir erstmal mit den Quads (welche übrigens Automatik Quads waren und kein Schalter waren (wie uns mdl. Zugesichert) zur Tankstelle fahren weil diese nicht mal vorbereitet waren dabei war die Tankstelle unmittelbar in der Nähe - Beim Abstellen an der Tanke wurden alle angemault, dass nur er Gänge einstellt und die Quads abstellt - Nach 10 Minuten war das erste Quad defekt und hat zu Rauchen angefangen daher haben die Fahrer das vom Guide bekommen welcher uns dann erstmal verlassen hat (während diesem Vorfall standen wir mitten in einer kurve welche extrem unübersichtlich war und wir alle Angst hatten, dass uns gleich das nächste Auto/ Bus/ LKW zusammenfährt) - Dann keine 10-15 min später wurden wir wieder angemault dass die abstände nicht passen, die Gäste können nicht fahren etc. - Die Pausen für Besichtigung und Trinken waren sehr kurz (wir dachten wir bekommen etwas, stand ja auch in der Buchung daher haben wir nichts dabei gehabt) war daher eine sehr trockene fahrt. - Hat uns auch mehrfach auf der Fahrt gezeigt dass wir schlecht sind und den kopfgeschüttelt und daumen nach unten gegeben - An der Teide angekommen wollten die Damen aufs Klo, laut ihm gab es keins (200m weiter haben wir eins gesehen) und Frauen dürfen nichts und sollen jetzt nicht meckern, die Männer dürfen schnell ins Gebüsch - Bei der Teide sind wir nichtmal bis zur Aussichtsplattform gefahren (welche er noch Beworben hat dass wir so na dran sind) sondern haben direkt an der Kreuzung umgedreht (gab kurz eine Erklärung dass der teide alt ist und wir keine Steine mitnehmen dürfen) - Dann wollten die Damen Fahren, 2 wollten schon gar nicht mehr aufgrund seiner Frauenfeindlichenart (bzw. Haben sich nicht mehr getraut) - Zwei Paare haben tatsächlich dennoch getauscht hier ging die Fahrt keine 5 Minuten, dann mussten Sie zurücktauschen weil Sie in seinen Augen nicht fahren können - Auf dem Rückweg der Teide ist dann mein Quad kaputt gegangen (Batterie kaputt und abgesoffen - bekommt zu viel Sprit aber ich habe ja kein Plan) ich soll doch bitte nicht mehr ausmachen und dauerhaft auf dem gas bleiben - die Hinterebremse war auch defekt - Daraufhin habe ich das Quad vom Guide bekommen (auch hier ging die bremse hinten nicht) - Bei diesem Stopp Beleidigte er meine Freundin weil Sie den Motor ausgemacht (wie bei jedem Stopp) mit Ausdrücken (leider sperrt google diese) DAS GEHT GAR NICHT!!! Dann sind wir wieder los, und er wollte in einem extremen Tempo zurück - Hierbei gab es auch keine Pause mehr und er hatte es dann nichtmal nötig sich zu verabschieden (Kommunikation Katastrophal) - Einem Paar hat er sogar unterstellt eine SD Karte geklaut zu haben - Kein Stopp mit dem gebuchten Getränk - Keine Offroadfahrten - Keine gerechte Einweisung - Die Fahrzeit stimmt nicht max. 2/ 2 1/2 Stunden - Wir glauben dass er definitiv nicht die ganze route gefahren ist! - Keine Rücksicht auf Fahranfänger - 2 Aussichtspunkte zum Fotografieren mehr gab es nicht - Helme werden übrigens nicht geputzt nur ein spritzer Helmreiniger kommt rein DANKE FÜR DIE ZEITVERSCHWENDUNG BITTE TUT EUCH SELBER EINEN GEFALLEN UND BUCHT HIER NICHT!!!!

What an experience of a lifetime! The tour itself was incredible with amazing views and opportunities to take pictures. The guides were very professional and we never felt unsafe.On top of that, we got an extra special bonus at the end when he drove us at the hotel. Expérience inoubliable, absolument a faire. Nous avons traversé le parc national de Teide, avec l'arrivé une magnifique vue sur le sommet et au milieu de la mer de lave. Nos guides ont été super gentils et bienveillant. Je recommande !!!

No sólo es un timo, ya que no hay más que un par de pistas donde se puede ir (las auténticas pistas forestales son de uso especial y con permiso puntual), sino que encima se meten en terrenos privados enmedio del campo sin ningún atractivo ni valor. Se pasan más tiempo ocupando la carretera interurbana, estorbando el tráfico y molestando a los residentes que han de usar esas vías cada día, que haciendo una auténtica aventura en quad. Pero es que encima es uno más de los otros 4 tours que hacen exactamente lo mismo en la misma carretera. Canarias es un parque de atracciones para esta gente.

Wir haben ganz spontan die sunset Tour gebucht und fanden es vom Preis her auch in Ordnung. In der Nachricht wurde auch geschrieben das wir Jacken und feste Schuhe mitbringen sollten. Wir wurden ohne Probleme am Hotel abgeholt und zur Sammelstelle gefahren. Dort könnte man sich auch Jacken für 10 Euro leihen. Wir wurden ordentlich in die Funktion der Quads eingewiesen und dann konnte es auch los gehen. Zur Tour: am Anfang sind wir die Straße lang gefahren, dort hat unser Guide immer drauf geachtet, dass alle zusammen blieben und auch Autos vor gelassen. Wir sind bis zu einem Gelände gefahren, dass am Meer liegt und dort konnten wir ne tolle Strecke fahren. Es wurden Fotos und Videos gemacht, Vor allen an besonderen Stellen. Auch haben die Guides uns an schweren Stellen Tipps gegeben wie wir diese befahren und anfahren müssen. Im großen und ganzen war es eine schöne Tour die für allem für Anfänger sehr geeignet ist. Die Fotos /Videos kann man sich dann für 20 € kaufen. Für uns hat es sich gelohnt, da schöne Fotos und coole Videos dabei waren. PS. Leider waren die Videos nicht mit originalem Ton. Also waren stumme Videos.

Had an amazing day on this quad bike safari, mixture of road and off road made it very good and varied. The instructors (sorry forgot their names) were very informative and friendly, I had the Italian gentleman pick me up from my hotel and from the start he was very friendly and chatty, would highly recommend to anybody visiting Tenerife and likes a bit of an adventure

Es una ruta hasta los 2500 pies donde paramos para ver el teide en un mirador. Es una zona muy bonita aunque nos hubiera gustado poder subir mas cerca del teide. Las vistas son espectaculares y todo el recorrido se hace por carretera (nos hubiera gustado un poco de campo, ya que se puede hacer el recorrido en coche). Los monitores son geniales y súper simpáticos!! Por ellos damos más estrellas.

Excelente opción para hacer la Rute y conocer el Teide, pasan a recogerte en el hotel donde estés y te llevan hasta un punto donde haces el intercambio y te subes a las ATV y comienzas el viaje, se hace una parada en el árbol milenario para tomar fotos y descansar un poco para después seguir la ruta, excelentes paisajes, incluso se organizan para alguien ir más adelante e ir tomando fotos que puedes comprar por una pequeña cuota extra, sin duda volvería a hacer el viaje, simplemente excelente

Worth every penny! Great views throughout the whole journey, with good stop off points to admire the views. Very safety orientated and great tour guides to help you along the way if needed. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys riding quads and having a good adventure.

Staff gentile e premuroso verso i clienti, ma esperienza da dimenticare! Causa mal tempo abbiamo fatto tutto il tragitto in strada fino ad arrivare sul Teide. Giunti li breve storia sul vulcano e via subito in quad per tornare, neanche il tempo di una foto fatta bene sul quad per ricordo. Al ritorno, stessa storia dell’andata, tutto in strada dritti al box. Praticamente se andate con le vostre macchine è la stessa cosa e ci mettete anche di meno, non c’è bisogno di spendere tanto per un “esperienza” quad. Abbiamo solo preso freddo e acqua, insomma, abbiamo pagato una cosa che non vedevamo l’ora finisse. Mi aspettavo che causa mal tempo annullassero ed emettessero un rimborso. Sconsigliato.

Tour da non perdere ! Ho fatto questa esperienza in coppia con il mio ragazzo, abbiamo goduto di bellissimi panorami e di molto molto divertimento!! La nostra meravigliosa guida parlava francese, inglese, italiano e spagnolo. Offrono servizio di fotografia per un dolce souvenir, e di pick-up (geniale per noi turisti). Al momento della prenotazione ci sono stati dati consigli sull abbigliamento (ci è stato molto utile!). Che dire? NON PERDETEVELO. TOP ! Grazie mille ANTONELLO!! 😁

Abbiamo fatto il tour di mattina, equipaggiamento adatto anche x il maltempo, il tour rispecchia quello che ci hanno detto in agenzia con percorso in parte fuori strada ma non pericoloso, immerso nella foresta di pini canari, la guida è una ragazza simpaticissima e molto professionale ed io mi sono divertita molto anche senza guidare perché ho potuto apprezzare il panorama

Quads alle Schrott und Uralt. Gebucht und bezahlt waren 2 solo Quads. Bekommen haben wir 1 altes, abgerocktes Doppelquad mit kaputten Bremsen für 2 Personen(sie behaupten ein Alter von 3-12 Monaten - guter Witz).Auf dem Voucher stand wörtlich "buchen sie diese Option um alleine auf einem Quad zu fahren". Seriöse Anbieter schreiben an dieser Stelle exakt " wählen Sie diese Option um mit 1 weiteren Person ein Quad zu teilen". Nunja es blieb dabei. Stornierung aufgrund des Mangels lehnten sie ebenfalls ab, zur Rache sagten sie uns bewusst nicht das zwingend Jacken benötigt werden da es sehr kalt wird. Allen anderen versuchten Sie Jacken für 10€ Gebühr zu vermieten. Egal wir hatten welche im Rucksack 😌 Mit 45 Minuten Verspätung ging es dann los, nein ging es nicht, nun mussten wir als Kunden nämlich erstmal zum Tanken! Wie bitte?? Mit 11-23 kmh ging es die öffentliche Straße rauf. Alle 5 Minuten anhalten um entweder Verkehr vorbei zu lassen oder weil wieder Mal eines der Quads defekt war. Anschließend ging es exakt die gleiche Strecke im Schneckentempo zurück, um dann kurz mit wirklich 8 kmh auf einem Sandplatz zu fahren um Fotos zu machen. Der 2. Guide der eigentlich den wütenden kanarischen Verkehr von den Teilnehmern etwas fernhalten sollte, war 2/3 der Tour nicht hinter der Gruppe, da er entweder versuchte die kaputten Quads ans laufen zu bringen oder vor fuhr um Fotos zu machen. Es war eine Katastrophe ich hatte also permanent drängende Autofahrer ganz dicht hinter mir. Bis wir wieder Mal anhielten um sie vorbei zu lassen. Zum Glück hat der online Anbieter (getyourguide) wegen des Betrugs mit dem Doppelquad die Hälfte des Preises erstattet! Spart euch die Zeit, das Geld und vor allem den Ärger an einem Urlaubstag! Fahrt genau die gleiche Strecke mit dem Mietwagen, einfach von Arona aus immer der Landstraße in die Berge folgen bis zu Aussichtspunkt Pico del Teide.

Leider eine Enttäuschung! Wir buchten die 3,5tündige Teide-Park Tour über TUI. Grundsätzlich eine schöne Tour - allerdings nur mit dem PKW bzw. Motorrad. Die Quads waren extrem dreckig & teilweise waren die Plasikabdeckungen kaputt. Während der Fahrt sind 2 Quads zum Stillstand gekommen... Die Route war durchgehend auf einer dicht befahrenen Straße. Wir konnten keinen Kilometer durchfahren, da wir leider immer wieder auf andere Teilnehmer der Tour warten mussten. Die Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit lag bei 30km/h. Der kleine Off-road-Teil zum Schluss, welcher lediglich 10min (!!) in Anspruch nahm, war das tolle an der gesamten Tour! Die Guides waren sehr bemüht & hilfsbereit. Wir haben für 20 Euro sehr viele und tolle Fotos erhalten. Schade war nur, dass 2 Frauen aus unserer Gruppe bevorteilt wurden, da diese immer ein 'Einzel-Shooting' bekamen .... Fazit: Viel zu teuer!

Great tour for a great price. You go on a beautiful trip through the forest towards El Teide, where the view is amazing. On the way back you stop for drinks and they keep the best for last, the offroad course. I definitly recommend this tour. Fun guides and cool experience.

Nous avons passé un super moment cet après midi. Merci à l’équipe et surtout à Mathéo pour son humour, sa gentillesse. En plus d’être guidé, il est photographe et magicien ! Les vues sont superbes, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un arrêt ou deux de plus pour des photos avec des joli cadre En revanche nous sommes un peu agacés d’avoir passé 1:15 à attendre que l’autre équipe de quad rentre le temps était long. Sans compter non pas les 20 minutes annoncées mais les 30 minutes d’arrêt pour manger, boire et aller aux toilettes, pause durant laquelle nous avons bien compris que finalement il s’agissait de la pause pour les employer l’heure de manger. Peut être serait il judicieux de leur accorder 1:00 pour le repas et moins traîner en balade, il s’agit quand même de 30 minutes, et non pas d’une pause pipi de 10 minutes qui suffirait amplement. Malgré ça, c’était tout de même un bon moment. Mais ces petites choses peuvent être améliorées !

Non vi fidate di quello che dicono. Classici Italiani che prendono in giro senza dire la verità. 90% del percorso fatto su strada solo 10% è off Road. Personale molto maleducato e poco disponibile. Quad molto vecchi e difficili da guidare. Consiglio di non andare vi rovinano la giornata.

Vorige week quad tour gedaan naar Teide. Quads waren prima in orde, goeie gidsen in duidelijk Engels, mooie uitzichten en off road was het leukst! Lekker ruig. Een aanrader!

Excellent quad bike trip. Well organised and safe. You feel Tenerife rather than watch it go by in a coach! Fab views take a bottle of water but you do stop at a cafe for one of the breaks. Recommended!

Horrible interaction with this company. Would not recommend, not good to work with and whomever I spoke to on the phone was very rude. We had to cancel the excursion due to altitude diving safety risks from the day before. The person on the phone became shady and expected us to pay even though we couldn't go.

¡¡¡ESTAFA!!! Pagamos 140€ por una supuesta "aventura en quad todoterreno", con la diferencia de que la excursión todoterreno duró 15 minutos con paradas cada 30 segundos durante 2 horas en carretera (sabiendo que habíamos reservado para las 15h y nos indicaron que teníamos que estar 20 minutos antes, salimos 1 hora tarde sin justificación alguna). ¡¡¡¡Esta es una actividad que se puede hacer muy bien en coche !!!! Parece más una sesión de fotos que una "aventura todoterreno". Es simplemente un robo turístico. Evítalo si no quieres perder tu dinero por nada.

Very good fun. Attentive staff and a 2 hr long run out in convey to the top of the mountain with breathtaking views. Stopped for food, then on way back did a bit of off-roading. Highly recommended

Avis un peu spécial, car pour des raisons personnelles de dernières minutes nous avons été contraints d'annuler notre excursion, mais je tenais à remercier Barbara et Quad Squad pour leur compréhension et leur gentillesse. Nous avons été remboursés de l'acompte et ce sans aucune difficulté.

Ich war für 94 Eur Einzelsquod auf dem Teide im März 2023 Plus: Es ist recht sicher, gut ausgestattet, es gibt viele Pausen und Fotospots, auch mit Kindern machbar. Das Team ist bemüht um Sicherheit und stellt Helme mit Visier zur Verfügung. Viele schöne Stops und redlich bemüht die zwanzig Minuten Off Road zu nutzen. Fotos für 20 Eur gibt es von dem Tripp auch. Minus: Man fährt 90% Strasse und zwar da wo man auch als mittelmäßigen Stadtfahrer mit dem Leihwagen hinkommt. Für ein Strassenquad ist das Gas arg streng eingestellt, was das Fahren nicht besonders schön macht. Man kann nur wenig Gepäck mitnehmen, kleine Tasche und kleine Wasserflasche. Bei dem Buchungsunternehmen hieß es Pickup included, am Ende aber nur von Los Christianos aus und nicht aus dem Ort eins weiter.

Bonjour belle randonnée ! Un peu froid, il devrait proposer les blousons gratuitement.

Une activité très chère qui au final n’apporte pas satisfaction. 135€ pour une matinée de quad. La balade était plutôt sympas, de jolis spots, même si les arrêts étaient très brefs, un peu de off road inclus. Néanmoins le comportement des moniteurs a vraiment gâché l’expérience. Nous étions deux sur le quad, et en tant que passagère je souhaitais réaliser quelques photos et vidéos de la balade. Nous apprenons en arrivant à l’activité qu’utiliser son téléphone pour prendre des photos comme passagers est interdit. Je comprends au fil de la balade que cette interdiction n’est la que pour vous vendre les photos à la fin. Ayant un cordon de sécurité à mon téléphone, et étant de ma pleine responsabilité, je n’ai pas apprécié leur façon insistante de m’interdir. Summum de la plaisanterie, nous avons fait un arrêt dans un bar, même pas une bouteille d’eau ne nous ai offerte (135€ l’activité, je pense que la petite bouteille d’eau n’aurait pas mis la société en déficit). Par contre les moniteurs ont partagés un repas entre eux de leurs côtés qui était déjà prêt à leur arrivé. 😂 Nous avons trouvé cela très irrespectueux. Dans d’autres excursions, des boissons et tapas sont offerts. De plus, les moniteurs sont arrivés avec 15mn de retard, et n’étaient pas du tout sympathique dans leur façon de s’adresser à nous. Ils ne pensent qu’à l’argent, fuyez cette enseigne, il y a de quoi vous gâcher la journée ! Édit suite à la réponse du propriétaire : la seule « règle de sécurité » que nous n’avons pas respecté était d’utiliser le téléphone en tant que passager, car cette règle n’est absolument pas justifié et aurait dû être indiqué sur votre site internet avant la réservation. De plus, la pause de 15mn est tout à fait normale. Par contre, partager un repas devant nous sans meme nous offrir une bouteille d’eau au vu du prix de l’activité, c’est vraiment du manque de respect ! J’ai bien précisé dans mon commentaires que les spots étaient jolis. Vous n’avez répondu à aucune de mes remarques et tentez juste de me faire passer pour une personne mal élevée, alors que vous vendez une prestation qui ne vaut absolument pas son prix !

Tuor per vedere il teide.... 15 minuti di sosta per vederlo da lontano e 2 ore e mezza in strada fattibile comodamente in auto. Tour pubblicizzato per essere per buona parte off road quando in realtà ci si sta solo 10 minuti al ritorno. Al briefing suggeriscono di comprare le bandane per non respirare la polvere alla bellezza di 8 euro poi di polvere se ne vede ben poca essendo 95% percorso stradale. Se volete vedere il teide non fate questo tour! 2 stelle solo per la simpatia delle guide

It was my birthday. I did the adventure quad tour with my wife. We both enjoyed so much, especially the off road sections ( although probably not for the faint-hearted or someone who doesn’t have much experience driving). Both hosts are great and professional. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for some outdoor adventures in Tenerife.

Nous avons passé un super moment, un mélange de route et de terrain, le personnel est accueillant, le parcours est long et complet. Pensez à votre bandana car sur place c’est 8€ c’est juste le petit bémol et c’est pour cela que je met 4 étoiles et non 5. On nous dit sue le site de ne pas prendre d’affaires et sur place on nous fait comprendre que c’est mieux avec un bandana… malgré ça nous avons passer un super moment. Merci.

This is a great experience to no only drive a powerful quad but get some great views and information about teide and the other volcanoes, the staff were very professional and for a small fee will provide you with pictures they take during the experience.

Très déçu. Rando à 30 km/h 10 minutes de Off Road basique et 15 min de pause au Teide à peine. Le guide s'amène sa bouteille d'eau mais rien pour les clients. Il nous invite à s'arrêter boire un verre dans un bar et ne paie pas l'addition... Prenez des masques pour les 10 min off Road autrement vous en paierez 15€ les 2 bandanas... Attrape touristes. Si vous y aller pour les sensations oubliez et si c'est pour le Teide prenez la voiture. Si je n'avais pas donné les 50 euros de caution j'aurais fait demi tour étant donné l'accueil.

Das Geld nicht wert und die Zeit auch nicht. Leider war das ganze von Beginn an ein Reinfall. Auf die Anfrage, bezüglich des Transfers vom Hotel dahin und zurück wurde nicht reagiert. Der Tour-Guide kam zu spät und vorbereitet war kaum etwas. Wir mussten eine lange Zeit warten, bis alles bereit war, und dann zuerst noch Tanken gehen. 2 der 3 Bremsen des Quads funktionierten nicht. Die letzte notgedrungen, gerade so. Auf kalte Temperaturen wurde nicht hingewiesen im Voraus. Off-Road war gar nichts, wir fuhren den gesamten Weg On-Road auf der Strasse. Wir hatten die englische Tour gebucht. Englisch gesprochen und verstanden wurde unheimlich schlecht im Team. Machte letztendlich zwar kaum etwas aus, denn erzählt wurde ohnehin nichts. Wir wussten nie genau wo wir waren und erst recht nicht was wir sahen... also der Ausdruck "geführte Tour" bedeutet lediglich, dass jemand vorausfährt. Da man von der Strasse eh nicht wegkam hätten wir das sicherlich nicht gebraucht. Wir hätten gerne etwas über den Park und den Vulkan und die Gegend erfahren und sind uns sicher, dass es da viel zu erzählen gegeben hätte, sofern etwas Motivation und Begeisterung vorhanden gewesen wäre im Team. Zu Beginn war noch eine andere Gruppe am gleichen Punkt, denen wir zuhören konnten und von denen etwas erfahren durften über die Gegend. Das Glück hatten wir kein zweites Mal. Im allgemeinen war die Gegend natürlich sehr schön, dies ist aber kein Verdienst des Anbieters. Es war schlicht langweilig und unspektakulär und sehr unorganisiert. Als wir am Ende um Hilfe baten wegen des Rückwegs waren die Angestellen sehr verschlossen, unfreundlich unf nicht hilfsbereit. Wir ärgerten uns sehr. Schliesslich nahmen sie uns mit, verfuhren sich mehrmals und waren auch viel zu schnell unterwegs. Mir und meiner Begleitung wurde schlecht auf der Fahrt zurück und wir hielten uns aneinander fest um nicht auf dem Rücksitz hin und her geworfen zu werden. Das schönste an dem ganzen war, als wir wieder den ersten Fuss ins Hotel setzten. Gerne würden wir den Tag von vorne beginnen und etwas anderes, schönes unternehmen so wie die Tage davor.

très très déçu. on a pris une randonnée "off road" mais au final on a fait que très peu de off road et c'était vraiment basique (au bord de la route principale et au moins 10 fois le même parcours on aurait cru une blague). les quads n'avancent à rien (vitesse de pointe en descente et en ligne droite sur route 40km/h !). la "balade" dure à peine 2h30 en sachant qu'on fait 2 pauses dont une de 15min dans un bar (on ne paye pas 130€ pour prendre un verre et à nos frais en +). Au final, très ennuyant, aucune adrénaline et un des moniteurs semble agacé d'accompagner les gens. Pour avoir l'habitude d'en faire, celle-ci n'a aucun intérêt et surtout pour le prix. quelle déception !!

Gran experiencia! Atendimiento muy amable y la ruta estuvo muy bien. Primero, ascenso a Boca Tauce haciendo una parada en Pino Gordo. Al bajar, parada en Restaurante con vistas al pueblo preciosas. Por último, antes de terminar, nos metimos por unas pistas de tierra. Fue muy divertido.

Une très très bonne expérience de Quad ! De la rigolade , un bon guide et un cadre magnifique ! Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu faire davantage d’arrêt afin de pouvoir contempler et prendre en photos le panorama .

Die Quad Tour war wegen der Landschaft sehr gut gewesen. Auch das Backoffice ist professionell aufgestellt. Dafür gibt es von mir aus 2 Sterne. Leider war der Tour-Führer schlecht gelaunt. Auch konnten seine Anweisungen nicht genau gedeutet werden, daher sind Missverständnisse während der Fahrt entstanden. Somit hat er an einigen Stellen eine schlechte Stimmung verursacht. Nach der Tour gab es auch keinen richtigen Abschluss, eher nur Stress. Kosten der Fotos = 50 € Haben eine Buggy-Tour bei einem Mitbewerber gemacht, da kosteten die Fotos nur 20€ und sind gleichwertig. Der Preis passt nicht. Dafür 3 Sterne Abzug: schlecht gelaunter Mitarbeiter, Stress beim Abschluss, überteuerte Fotos. Da wir so gut wie jedes Jahr mit der Firma auf Teneriffa sind, werden wir die nächste Quad-Tour bei einem Mitbewerber buchen. FAZIT: Ich persönlich fand den Kontakt vorab und die Abwicklung mit der Buchung der Tour sehr professionell. Man sollte mit dem Tour-Führer sprechen, dass schlechte Stimmung zu solchen Touren nicht passen und das Folgegeschäft dadurch gefährdet ist. Nochmals vielen Dank für das professionelle Backoffice und weiterhin viel Freunde in eurem Geschäft 🙋🏼‍♂️

Wir hatten die Tour durch den Teide-Nationalpark gebucht. Es ging mit 300ccm-Quads auf den Weg den Berg hoch größtenteils auf Asphalt nach oben bis auf das Teide-Plateau mit einigen kurzen Querfeldein-Abschneidern auf Feldwegen und einer kurzen Pause beim Pino Gordo. Leider war das Tempo nach oben wirklich gemächlich (meist nicht mehr als 30-40 km/h), ich wäre sehr gerne zumindest zeitweise etwas schneller gefahren. Am Weg nach unten haben wir einen Abstecher ins Gelände gemacht und sind einige Offroad-Passagen abgefahren, welche mir dann doch sehr viel Spaß gemacht haben. Das ganze Angebot war alles in allem nicht so schlecht, für den Preis hätte ich mir aber doch etwas mehr „Abenteuer“ erwartet, die Straße auf den Teide kann ich schließlich auch mit dem Auto befahren und bin wesentlich günstiger dabei.

We booked this trip from a local Agency in Costa Adeje and were pretty hyped about the adventure knowing how crazy mountainous the island is. It’s a decent excursion, enjoyable. The good: - nice scenery - decent quads, not the best, not the worst - they pick you up from the hotel. The bad: - they drive really slow. On the road you go 30-40 kph, and its not that interesting because they are quads. Off road, where they are best, you will drive only 5-10 kph. More like a slow ride than an adventure. Some people like it, but I was pretty bored. If you are looking to slide around or go fast, this is not the trip. All they did is ask us to stay apart and slow down. - the trip is suppose to be 3 hours of ride time, but it was only 2:15 h and we had a 15 break in the middle, half of which you are on the road, so expect about 1h off road at slow speed. All in all a decent trip, but I would not do it again, its boring.

Me gusto mucho la experiencia!! y la ruta que hicimos OF THE ROAT era perfecta, tenia carretera y tierra. Muy profesional el monitor y pendiente de todos. Lo único que si tendría para objetar es que cuando compre el pack para 2 personas en 1 Quad, no especificaban en las clausulas que solo podía conducir uno de los dos si no habría que pagar un plus de 20€ pero bueno aparte de eso todo muy bien, lo recomiendo

An und für sich ne schöne Tour aber wer hier eine wilde outback Tour erwartet wird hier nicht fündig. 90% der tour fährt man mit ziemicht runtergerockten Quade den Berg hoch und die selbe Strecke wieder runter. Kurz vor Ende der Tour sind wir dann auf eine Art kiesplatz/Müll Ecke wo man tatsächlich hätte dreckig werden können. Die eine Mini Pfütze war grade genug um die ohnehin schon dreckigen quads etwas dreckiger zu machen. Fazit: Die guides haben alles gegeben um eine schöne Tour daraus zu machen und sich bei den Bildern unterwegs viel Mühe gegeben! Großes Lob an der Stelle! Wie schon erwähnt ist es keine wirkliche expirience. 90 % glatte straße und man muss dauernd die schnelleren Autos vorbei lassen weil die quads bergauf teilweise nicht schneller als 50 kmh werden. Die quads sind sehr runtergekommene und für wirkliche off-road Touren vermutlich auch nicht garnicht mehr geeignet. Leider wurde an einigen schönen Stellen nicht gehalten dafür aber an nicht so schönen was für mich keinen Sinn ergab. Alles in allem ne schöne Strecke für Motorrad und PKW

Please don't wast your time and money to take any tours over there. Quality of quad is bad (old, out of order). Don't take the TEID VOLCAN tour because you use 90% of the time on road with other vehicile. Nothing there related with quad path. No funny driving in this kind of road. Look for other companied, more professional and serious

Rendez vous pris pour 15h50, les encadrants n’arrive que 15 min plus tard. Viens alors le moment de faire les papiers d’usages, puis de faire le plein des quads à la station, départ 17h30... 70% de route donc très peu de chemin, des arrêts toutes les 2 min pour que le moniteur prenne des photos. (Photos non comprises dans les 125€ par personne) Les quads sont dans un état déplorable. En plus de ça nous avons réservé pour une sortie de 4h sur trip Tenerife.com qui n’a duré au total que 2h.La faute à eux d’après le patron qui ne s’étonne ni ne s’excuse du décalage entre la pub pour ses excursions et la réalité.

Just come back from a brilliant afternoon on the mountain with the quad squad. Romero (sorry if I have the spelling wrong) and his colleague whose name I missed, were brilliant. Took us through use of helmets and bikes, we shared our trip with another five bikes. All had a brilliant time, there is inevitably some road work, but the off road experience was second to none. Had a break halfway to get a drink and use facilities as required. You do get a tad dusty so be prepared, but it is well worth it for the experience. Thanks again guys, we will see you next year 😎

Bonjour j estime que pour 135e de of road on aurait peu faire plus de route et je n ai pas payer pour aller sur 1 terrain de cross mais pour balade dans les chemin merci

Pas de prise en charge à l'hôtel, cependant c'est censé être compté dans le prix mais "exceptionnel" car covid... (28€ de taxi le trajet de 21km) Pendant la balade le quad d'un participant est tombé en panne, ma copine et moi avions un quad chacun (rappel, 110€/quad), celui de ma copine a été réquisitionné l'équivalent de 1h sur la balade et elle est venue derrière moi. Nous devions nous faire rembourser mais apparemment "impossible car on a payé par carte"... Pour nous rembourser ils nous ont ramené à l'hôtel (trajet qui aurait du être pris en compte dans les 2x110€ de toute façon de base mdr..) Et pour couronner le tout, balade pas ouf, pas du tout autour du volcan, 90% (et je suis gentil) de route et presque rien de réel chemin de quad, on devait souvent s'arrêter pour laisser passer les voitures (qui nous insultaient 1x/2 car on leur faisait perdre du temps). Seul point positif : le guide était très sympa et n'était pas maître de tout ça, car dépendant de son boss

Very nice people! Good and powerful quads (although speed limited for safety reasons). Nice trip up to the volcano lava fields, beautiful scenery. A little bit too much on road to my liking, but luckily there was a long and bumpy off-road part towards the end of the trip, amazingly fun in dust and mud! Io e il mio ragazzo durante la nostra vacanza a Tenerife abbiamo deciso di scegliere questa compagnia per fare l’escursione al Teide, dato che chi la sponsorizzava ci aveva convinti. Ci erano stati assicurati quad nuovi e in perfette condizioni, ma non appena arrivati al garage ci siamo subito accorti che non era così, erano vecchi, sporchi e senza manutenzione. Durante l’escursione abbiamo subito avuto problemi durante l’off road (di soli 10 minuti oltretutto) perché il quad non teneva la strada. Durante la discesa andava a scatti, la gomma destra era storta e liscia (lo abbiamo notato vedendo le foto acquistate dopo il tour). Per concludere in bellezza, durante uno degli ultimi rettilinei il quad ha perso il controllo da solo svoltando tutto il manubrio di colpo verso destra facendoci finire contro un muro, così da farci male. Dobbiamo solo ringraziare una coppia che si è fermata con noi e a prestarci soccorso, perché l’unico problema che si sono posti i due istruttori erano le condizioni del mezzo (che era comunque intatto, tranne due pezzi di plastica). Volevano oltretutto farci finire il tour con il quad incidentato nonostante ci fossimo fatti male ed eravamo sotto shock. Arrivati al garage dopo poco si sono solo preoccupati di chiederci un contributo di ben 100€ per ripagare la plastica del quad (che sicuramente servivano a pagare l’intera manutenzione che avrebbero dovuto fare IN ANTICIPO). Posto ed esperienza da evitare, mette a rischio la vita e la vacanza di chi lo prova. Chi arriva sano e salvo ha solo fortuna. Non fatevi fregare dalle belle parole con cui lo descrivono.

Haggle the price on the strip to €110 instead of €150 for 2 people, started off well, we was collected from the hotel on time, drove around 20 minutes to a garage where we signed a waiver and got told how to drive the quad. We paid £5 extra for face masks ( baraclavers) to avoid dirt being sprayed in our face for the off road section. We then drove an hour up the mountain with great views, I'd advise doing it 2 people per quad as one is able to take pictures while the other drives, you arrive up the mountain and are able to see the volcano hole and were the lava has poured down the mountain, this trip does not take you to the very top or near the cable carts this is a different trip, nor does it take you to any villages or the big tree they try sell you. You spend around 15 minutes here before descending to a little shop then to the off road section, offload section is great for adventure seekers but not recommended for children, the quads are heavy and turning can be tough. They have a Camara man taking pictures during the off road section and they cost €20 at the end of the trip, I seen him take Maine 5 photos of us at different points so doesn't seem worth while, I wouldnt advise one of you taking pictures yourself as you may fall off the quad. To make this trip better I'd of like the chance to stop off at places for my own pictures and visited higher up the mountain, overall a great trip still.

We paid for the 4 hours route, with wine tasting. What we got: 3 hours, no wine tasting. No time to take photos, if you want some you have to pay 20€ and the photos are of bad quality. Quad driving was fun, but the organization was really poor, the guide was obviously in bad mood.. Not really worth the money.

Cogimos un Groupon que constaba de 4 horas en ruta en quad. Solamente ha constado de 3 horas, además en la información de la ruta pone que se visitará una bodega típica en la que se podrá probar vino y alimentos típicos de la zona dicha actividad no se ha realizado. La parada en el Parque Nacional del Teide solamente es de 10 minutos y ves gran cosa. No es rentable el precio pagado.

Buena actividad para entretenerse, pasártela un día de maravilla con amigos, lugares especiales, buena atención, solo no recomiendo comprar las fotos que te ofrecen, el día que estuve las pague y nunca me salieron con nada, me tocó llamar para pedir la devolución del dinero, mal detalle ese, mucha gente es extranjera, se van de la isla y es una tristeza no poder tener las fotos de tan buena experiencia. Pero así fue..

The guide very professional. Collected from our hotel on time. Driven to centre where we collected our quads and given helmets, gloves and jackets. Shown how to operate quads and off we went. Guide led the way and we went up to Mount Teide. Views spectacular. Rested when we reached the volcano to take photos. Set off and on the way down experienced the thrills of off road for quite a while before being taken to a vineyard for wine and tapas. Back on the road by mini bus to our hotel. We were out for about 4 hours. Good value for money and would highly recommend. We are aged 72 and 66.

Quad dans un état déplorable, équipements également. Une excursion quasiment que sur la route (90%) et un peu de chemin vers la fin. Déçu.

La ruta bastante bien la única pega.. No llega a 4h como ponía en el bono de groupon, sino 3h y media, la ruta bonita y con unas vistas muy chulas... el guía es muy agradable.

¡¡¡LES FALTA ORGANIZACIÓN!!! Al llegar a la hora indicada hemos encontrado con las puertas cerradas, y había otra pareja que tenía la cita a la misma hora y nos hemos quedado en la puerta esperado más de una hora hasta que llego el administrador. Hemos tenido que irnos, porque el en momento nos podía solucionar nada, y luego más tarde nos llamaron para hacer la excursión el mismo día. La excursión consistía ir detrás de una furgoneta en la cual iba instructor, y nosotros detrás. No nos gustó para nada. De vuelta el instructor nos dijo que el a mitad de camino coge su quad que lo tenía aparcado por nose donde, y la sorpresa fue que su quad no arrancaba porque no tenía la batería. Un desastre, nos digo que nos quedáramos en furgona mientras el cogía nuestro quad para hacer “offroad” con otros chicos que hacían excursión y luego nos iso a nosotros “offroad”. Cuando total verdad, y quiero que lo toméis bien para solucionar estas cosas. Gracias.

Contratamos a través de groupon 2 quads, el recorrido y horas que describen no es cierto, y como escusa ponen que el grupo ha realizado el trayecto muy rápido... ademas ninguna cata de vinos.. Encima de todo pagamos el reportaje fotográfico que envían por una herramienta online que ni conocemos, solicito que me vuelvan a enviar las fotos por las que pague 35€ y ni contestan.... nada mas que decir.

Absolute Abzocker! Wir haben die Tour über Groupon gebucht und am Tag zuvor angerufen um einen Termin zu machen, was man uns für den nächsten Tag absegnete. Als wir dort waren, stellten die Herrschaften aber fest, dass sie zu viele andere Touristen da hatten, sodass für uns keine Quads mehr da waren. Sie vertrösteten uns darauf, dass wir das Geld zurück bekommen würden. Wir haben bis heute ständig versucht, die Veranstalter zu kontaktieren, aber nie kam etwas sinnvolles zurück, sodass wir unser Geld immer noch nicht wieder haben! Dabei hat uns Groupon versichert, dass das Geld an Quad Squad überwiesen wurde. Absolute Frechheit und dreiste, unkompetente Abzocker!!

Don't trust these guys. We had a voucher and booked a tour in advance and in the end they didn't have enough quads for us. Incredible. We haven't received the money back. Depends your money on better things and not on criminals!

No tuve buena experiencia después d contactar con ellos, no responden a mis llamadas y después de 2 días insistiendo apagan el teléfono, se que es temporada baja, pero no son formas de tratar a unas personas que se interesan por el servicio que ofrecéis!

Nul . On nous a dit que les quads etaient neufs , alors que pas du tout . On a roulé a 20km/h a cause de pb techniques, 4 quads : un avec un pb d'essence , un autre avec un pb de batterie qui ne démarrait plus pendant 10 min , 1 autre quad avec des pb de directions obligeant a rouler a 20km/h pour tout le monde . 3 quads sur 4 avec des problemes , c'est assez facheux ... Nous avons fait en tout 7 minutes de hors piste sinon nous avons roulé durant toute l'excursion sur une route basique bétonnée , quel intérêt a le faire en quad ? Aucun ! Bref a éviter

A fuir! Balade sans intérêt et quads dans un état déplorable ! Aucun entretien des machines qui tombent en panne . Seulement 5 min de off road contrairement à la présentation de l’excursion. A moins de préférer faire du quad à 20km/h sur une route nationale, passez votre chemin. Bref à éviter !

Das war das schlechteste was ich je auf tenneriffa erlebt habe .die Fahrzeuge sind so was von abgerockt direkt gefährlich. Quad Tour gebucht nur Buggy bekommen angeblich alle zur Reparatur. Aussage der Inkompetenten Managerin "you drive Buggy or nothing so simple is that ". Nie wieder nicht empfehlenswert.

I dont right reviews, but i had to here Me and my partner went to tenerife in november for our honeymoon and really wanted to go quading up the teidi. Our hotel recommended quad squad and we booked the forest tour. They were 30 minutes late picking us up in a minibus, we traveled up to the petrol station, filled a form in, got a point to the throttle and brake and off we went. There were 3 quads and 3 buggies, with a guide in his jeep. We had checked reviews prior about poor maintenance and did a quick once over, well . ....our quad already had the engine belt check light on and one of the tyres was nearly bald, asked and was told it would be ok. It became apparent that another quad had something severly wrong also as from the go it was badly misfiring and the passenger was severly jolting everytime it did. We made our way up and the views really are beautiful, but we did not stop, there was no 'tour' just follow me. We got to the top crater of the teidi 30km away where our bald tyre gave way and we had a blow out and our tour guide in his jeep just carried on unaware. It took for the lad behind us in a buggy to overtake the other 2 quads and swerve behind the jeep beeping for him to stop the group. He came back for us and then said they do not carry spares, why travel in an empty jeep thats capable of carrying spares and not do so? Anyway, no one would come up and bring a tyre and he would not carry on and leave us. So he told us to drive his jeep whilst he drove our quad back down 30km to the start and everyone to follow, and could i do his job and keep an eye on everyone. To some peoples annoyance we headed back when another quad started bellowing out smoke, the exhaust had fell off and was rubbing on a tyre, we pulled over and the guide removed it, EXTREMELY LOUD was an understatement when traveling through the gorges!. The same quad then bellowed out more smoke a few kms later. Its engine mounts had sheered and it was sitting on the tyres again. He stated nothing he could do, ratchet strapped something then we carried on in all our smoking, noisy glory. We went back to a little resturant in the middle of nowhere, the bodega i believe, which served beatiful food. The guide left us and another couple whilst they did the offroad bit as the quads were broken. We ate, they came back and we swapped. Now when it says offroad, what we did was not offroad. We went down a farmers track for about 15 mins, most was a concrete road along the field edges, into a woody bit turned around then went back. Waited for everyone to eat their food then minibussed it back to hotel. Spoke with the concierge who booked it and he didnt believe us, i showed him pictures and videos of our travels including the bald tyre, the smokey quad and me driving the jeep and he rang the manager who would not accept what had happened. It took him 3 days to eventualy come to the hotel and drop off 50 euros refund. The pictures are not what you get, old blue quads that break, not the prestine orange ones the advertise. I agree with the other comments about the arrogance of management and the poor condition the quads are in. 1 star review only for the views and because it wont let me leave less.

Die Homepage ist schön und ansprechend gestaltet. Auch der Buchungsvorgang an sich ist kein Problem. Man erhält umgehend eine Buchungsbestätigung, jedoch ohne zusätzliche Erläuterungen und nützliche Infos, wie bspw. die Startzeit. Auf unsere E-Mails kam keine Reaktion. Unser Anruf wurde nicht angenommen und auch unsere Whatsapp am Vortag wurde zwar gelesen, jedoch nicht beantwortet. Außer automatisierter E-Mails haben wir somit nach der Buchung keinerlei Benachrichtigungen mehr erhalten. Somit sind wir auf gut Glück hingefahren und mussten etwas Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen, da wir zu früh waren. Die Quads, die dort den Kunden zur Verfügung stehen, sind allesamt nicht annähernd in dem Zustand wie das, das auf der Homepage zu sehen ist. Manch eines ist nicht mal angesprungen und musste erstmal überbrückt werden. Insgesamt erinnerte die Abwicklung an eine Massenabfertigung. Die Truppe wirkte eher unmotiviert und unorganisiert. Zum Schluss „durfte“ man pro Fahrzeug zusätzlich zum relativ hohen Preis von 125,- € noch 30,- € zahlen, wenn man die Fotos haben wollte, die das eine Squad-Mitglied während der Fahrt machte. Wir würden bei diesem Anbieter nicht mehr buchen.

In coppia con la mia fidanzata siamo andati a fare un escursion in quad al teide e nella pineta bellissimo il tratto off-road tra i vigneti tipici dell isola di tenerife bel finale con degustazione di prodotti enogastronomici di un azienda locale cordiali e gentili anche i menbri dello staff

Wirklich eine tolle Tour. Sehr einsteigerfreudig. Man fährt an einen Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf den Teide und bekommt ein wenig was zum Teide erzählt. Bei uns auf deutsch und englisch. Auf dem Rückweg geht es ein bissel Offroad zu einem kleinen Anwesen wo man mit Speis und Weinverkostung begrüßt wird. Alles ohne Kaufzwang! Sehr zu empfehlen. Bei uns dauerte die Tour um die 4 Stunden mit allen drum und dran. Einzig die Fotos die man kaufen kann sind für 30 Euro etwas teuer finde ich. Aber absolut spaßig und empfehlenswert.

Vandaag heb ik samen met mijn vriendin de quad toer gedaan, ze waren erg chaotisch en het was best slecht geregeld. Wel spraken sommige nederlands/vlaams. Het off road gedeelte waar het natuurlijk om gaat, is erg kort, maximaal n kwartier. We zouden met de quad terug rijden naar het vertrek punt. Toen was er een stop bij een wijn proeverij (die goede wijn verkopen). Wij zaten met de hele groep binnen wijn te proeven en tapas te eten, toen we buiten kwamen was er een nieuwe groep aangekomen die onze quads overnamen.(Dit is niet aan ons vermeld) De gratis shuttle begon al chaotisch bij het hotel. De chauffeurs reden erg hard(160 over de snelweg, waar je 120 mag ook op delen waar je 100 mag). Ze zitten tijdens het rijden te bellen of te appen. (Erg leuk als je in de bergen rijd over de smalle slinger wegen.) Het enige positieve was onze begeleider, erg vriendelijk, goede uitleg, sprak vele talen & hij lette goed op veiligheid.

3h d'une belle balade pour monter au Teide et revenir. Un peu déçu car les 20 kms "off-road" sont en fait environ 30 minutes de chemins, le reste est la route classique. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Ça sent le circuit rodé pour touristes, ce n'est pas la grosse aventure, en même temps c'est accessible à tous type de conducteur. Renseignez vous bien sur vos attentes en fonction du programme proposé. L'équipe a été sympathique avec nous.

We had a great experience but judging by the other reviews we may have been quite lucky. Still, I can't really fault anything. It was only 3 of us in 2 buggies and Dan the guide on his quad bike. No parents with kids and noone to slow us down. Because of the weather conditions (40 degrees on the road up to Teide due to Sahara's sand making the air super dry and hot) we were told there would be a change of plans and we'd just do the off-road bit but do that for 2 hours so 40 km in total. We agreed 100%. And boy was it awesome! Great fun! Luckily, the buggies didn't break down and driving off-road and in forests was 100x better than driving slowly up the hill in 40C weather to see the volcano. We stopped for refreshments at a local pub and then again at a petrol station - we skipped the tapas and wine tasting because we wanted to watch the World Cup - this was our decision. Overall, if you want to do this then get the quad bikes not the buggies as the quads are much more reliable we were told. We didn't have any problems but why risk it. The photos are overpriced as you'd imagine. And my final word of advice - it gets VERY dusty. Bring a bandana or something over your mouth and nose and sunglasses. And someone said they were not allowed to bring water with them - we had no problems - in fact, they recommend us to get some water as it was very hot. Great! Would definitely do again!

So worth it and would totally do it again,get free wine at the end and a little lunch it's great!!

Excursión ahí ahí, pues está pensado para turistas y habría que organizarse mejor, puesto que te hacen empezar en chayofa y luego subir con tu coche hasta vilaflor siguiendo a los turistas que si tenían bugui o quad, o les subían en una furgoneta, mientras nosotras las locales no solo teníamos que pedir que hablasen en español sino que tuvimos que seguirlos con nuestro coche y perder media hora de quad. El camino de tierra fue muy chulo y repetiríamos por nuestra cuenta. La cata de vinos muy buena.

After booking a quad trip with quad safari (who were excellent!) We wanted to do an off road trip (forest tour) as well. Unfortunately quad safari only did these on the day we flew home so we booked with quad sqaud instead. The mini bus picked us up on time and took us to the office and then onto a meeting point halfway up mount teide where we got on the quads. From the off there was no contact from the guide and no making sure any drivers were capable of drive a quad. It quickly became apparent we were on the teide tour rather than the forest tour we wanted. At the end of the trip back at the meeting point all the guides acknowledged we had done the wrong tour however when we got back to the office the manager and the English lady both denied we had done the wrong one stating the teide and forest one were the same! Both we're also really rude and told us next time we would be better booking with another company. Having checked their website on our return to the hotel they clearly advertise the forest one as 40 mins offroading and stopping for pictures picnics etc which is not the 15 mins off roading we got with a 10 mins stop at a shoddy petrol station! I would not book with this company again even if they we're the only option. Book with quad safari they are 100x better

After taking a mount Teide quad trip with quad safari we was that impressed that we decided if we had enough spare cash at the end of the holiday we would do the forest tour. When trying to book said forest tour unfortunately quad safari only did the forest tour on a Friday which was the day we flew home. A phonecall to quadsquad later and we had booked in for the next day for the forest tour. picked up from the hotel on time and taken to an office where we was told that we had to buy face masks for 5 euros each which to be fair was needed we was also told that we could not take anything with us and that we should put it in a locker (including mobile phones so you can't take photos) but that I should take my wallet as I would need it for drinks/food. But funnily enough the Spanish people on our trip weren't required to buy the masks and were also allowed to take their backpacks and when I asked I got told no I must leave it in the locker. Off we went on the quads and I quickly realised that we were heading up mount Teide again but presumed we would be going off the road at some point. Rode all the way to the top (exactly the same as the Teide tour) turned straight round and came straight back down no stops for photos or anything. Right at the end of the trip we took a 20minute off road dirt track which was fun but we certainly expected more. After speaking to all the other people on my group it became apparent that they had all booked the Teide tour and seemingly we had been put on the wrong tour. When asking our guide he confirmed we had just done the Teide trip and that he would speak to the manager and sort something out. On arrival back to the office we spoke with the English woman who also acknowledged that we had done the Teide trip and brought her manager over who was the rudest little bloke I've ever come across and was willing to do absolutely nothing about it. basically sending us on our way after trying to con us and make out like we are stupid. With a final word from the English woman that maybe in future we shouldnt book with them as we are clearly more suited to the other quad company. Absolutely appalling behaviour and i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Just to add we paid 125 euros for a 3 hour forest trek. with quad safari it was 98euros for a 4 hour Teide trip and their quads was much quicker even if they were older and a little tired and the guides made it a brilliant trip the same can't be said for quadsquad

Es ist auf keinen Fall sein Geld wert! Schlechte Organisation und keine funktionelle Prüfung der Quads. Eines musste Mitten auf dem Weg getankt werden und blieb trotzdem wenig später stehen. Man fährt mit 30 km/h ein Stück zum Teide hinauf. Das einzig gute ist die Landschaft, doch diese kann man auf anderer Art und Weise günstiger sehen. Zwei Stopps zwischendurch für Toilette und einmal eine 5 Minuten Story zum Teide. Off-Road part war cool, nur leider zu kurz. Bilder kann man in Form einer CD für unverschämte 30€ kaufen. Als wir ablehnten waren es dann nur noch 20€ 😏 Die abschließende Wein - und Käseverkostung war die Spitze der Lächerlichkeit. Keiner der Teilnehmer hatte mehr Lust als einem billigen Wein bzw Käse und miserabler Linseneintopf serviert wurde und nach wenigen Minuten sind wir nach und nach aufgestanden und haben auf den Guide gewartet, damit dieser uns wieder zum Startpunkt bringt. Es ist insgesamt kein Highlight und lediglich für kurze Zeit cool ein Quad zu fahren, doch hoher Preis und schlechter Service machen den Trip keines Wegs empfehlenswert.

Friendly staff. Fully recommended. We reserved a quad and it was great. The long trip is well worth it. At the end you end up at a wine place (bodega) where you will taste some wine and have some local food. Great!

Guys thanks a lot. Despite a lady in the shopping centre making mistake saying that family buggy is off road, very quickly you have sorted it allnot for my family. Wife and my son in the buggy and I was on the quad. Great road and dusty and fun off road. We all had great time. Amazing to taste original food and lovely wine.

Ist das Geld nicht wert. Die Abholung verlief noch problemlos, jedoch in der "Garage" angekommen wurde uns unter fadenscheinigen Begründungen erklärt dass wir keine Handys, Kameras oder gar Getränke mitnehmen dürften. Klar dass sie uns ihre überteuerten Fotos verkaufen wollten... Die Fahrt selber war langweilig, die Buggies langsam. Es gab zwei Halts, an denen die Guides, anscheinend völlig unvorbereitet, etwas zu der Umgebung zu erklären versuchten, teilweise offensichtlicher Blödsinn. Wichtiger für sie war es uns zu Fotos zu animieren um sie uns verkaufen zu können. Da die meisten Gäste nicht darauf reagierten wurde unter den Guides über die Gäste hergezogen, wobei sie nicht damit rechneten dass ich der Spanischen Sprache mächtig bin. Die dauernde Fahrt über normale Strassen war stinklangweilig und wir mussten sogar noch an einer Tankstelle halten weil die Guides offensichtlich die Vorbereitungen vernachlässigt hatten. Statt sich zu entschuldigen und zu informieren, standen die Guides zusammen, scherzten, tranken ihre mitgebrachten Energydrinks und spielten mit ihren Handys. Die Gäste hockten in ihren Buggies und mussten warten. Dann ging es noch ca. 5 Minuten eine staubige Strasse hin und zurück, was anscheinend ihre gross angepriesenen 20km Offroad sein sollten. Danach ging es in eine Bodega wo ein paar Häppchen und drei kleine Probiergläschen Wein serviert wurden. Für die Guides war auch hier das Wichtigste ihre angeblich gemachten 400 Fotos für stolze 30 Euro an den Mann zu bringen. Die Guides verabschiedeten sich daraufhin mit einem kurzen Winken ohne uns zu informieren wie es weitergeht. Nach ca. 20 Minuten Wartezeit kam dann doch noch eine weitere Person um uns abzuholen. In halsbrecherischer Fahrt in einem kleinen Bus ging es zurück zur "Garage" und dann ins Hotel. Zusammengefasst: - Langweilige Fahrt in alten, langsamen Buggies - Komplett unprofessionelle Guides und Organisation - Nicht eingehaltene Versprechen bezüglich Fahrt, Offroad und Degustation Kann nur strengstens davon abraten!

Scam! Worst experience of 10 day Tenerife vacation. The tour was supposed to start at 10AM, we came over at 9:40, got into the buggies only around 11AM. First of all buggies and quads are in a really pour (terrible) condition. Two buggies and one quad broke down during the tour. We also had an accident where a buggy fell down on a side. The route was ok, however not much to see. Simply driving thru Vilaflor and a short drive into the forest. Afterward we had a short wine tasting that is probably some 5€ worth per person. TERRIBLE communication with clients, no one talks to you or explains what is happening and what is planned, afterwards just saying that you have misunderstood everything. A douchebag boss at the end of the tour, when realized that no one is satisfied, just said “Merry Christmas” (it was 19.04.2018.), jumped into his car and left just before we had any time to raise a claim or ask for explanations. The tour was about 35km and 3hours, including wine tasting (30min.), accident (30min.), mechanical problems with equipment (30-45min.), so at the end of the day you are getting a shorter tour, a shorter riding time, terrible service with a smiles on their faces and you are literally risking with you lifes. Worst safari experience ever!

Went on a 4 hour excursion with my 9 year old today, there were also 6 other ppl of difrent nationalitieson the excursion. We all loved every minute of it. the staff Steve Lyn and Dan were lovely and very professional. Lyn picked us up in the quad squad mini bus took us to the garage. We were all provided with a lovely warm jacket and and safety helmet witch were all brand new and clean. We were told about the safety procedures and how to ride the quad then told about the rout. ( in English and Spanish) The quads all looked new. There was a little bit of offroading and then stoped for a coffee and toilet facilities. On the way up we stoped for Dan to explain about the views of the other islands and at the top he explains about the volcanos. There's a photographer riding up alongside us on his motorbike taking actionshoots of us all. The half day was great I really can't fault it! Thanx #quadaquadtenerife.

Sinceramente desilusionada el trato fatal, el chico joven muy antipático y mal educado con nosotros, luego la excursión supuestamente de 4 horas no llegamos a 3 y media y eso que íbamos a 20km/hora y nos dieron 20 minutos de charla al principio en inglés encima no paramos en ningún mirador para hacer fotos, llegamos al teide estuvimos allí 10 min y nos fuimos por el mismo sitio.. muy aburrido todo y muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo para nada, fatal fatal fatal....

Escursione sul Teide. In breve: fatela in macchina vi conviene. L'escursione prevede un viaggio su strada di 3 ore ad una velocità di circa 40/50 kmh, la guida non spiega niente di quello che vediamo. Dopo poco più di un ora si arriva alla base del Teide, si fa una sosta in una piazzola ed anche qui la guida non spiega niente. Dopo 15 minuti si ritorna verso valle. Il quad è bello sfruttarlo anche fuoristrada altrimenti non ha senso, in oltre a nostra specifica richiesta, ha detto che fuori strada non siamo coperti da assicurazione e che "per combinazione" il pezzo fuori strada era chiuso per lavori. Delusione totale, pessima esperienza.

Niestety ale niezbyt pochwalam tą firmę. Po pierwsze kupując wycieczkę otrzymaliśmy info że możemy wybrać tańszą i krótszą jazdę Forest lub dłuższą Teide. Wybraliśmy tą druga z racji tego że chcieliśmy i tak zobaczyć wulkan i teren dookoła oraz przeżyć fajną przygodę off Road. Okazała się że wycieczka mimo nazwy wcale nie jest do Teide ale kończy się około 15 km wcześniej. Dodatkowo z OFF Road nie było nic. Jazda jedynie po szosie 2 godziny w górę z postojem około 20 min oraz w dół do bazy około godziny. Co więcej prowadzący nie nadaję się w żadnym stopniu do tej roboty. Jedyne co robił to zwracał uwagę wszystkim do okola na zakaz filmowania oraz inne uwagi. Robił to dodatkowo w wybitnie nie przyjemny sposób. Jako dodatek jeden z Quadów który dostaliśmy był mocno wysłużonym polarisem a nie jak na reklamie i przy sprzedaży określono quadem z 2016 roku. Nie warto w to inwestować ani czasu ani pieniędzy. Można za te pieniądze wypożyczyć sobie motor na cały dzień i zrobić ciekawą wycieczkę przygodową bez ograniczeń, zakazów i bez dotarcia do reklamowanego celu.

we were extremely lucky we went on the quad tour up the mountain and I must say it started absolutely fantastic we were picked up by a lovely lady who was very patient waiting for us and just having a very nice chat. we arrived at there unit and the guys we met we're fun and entertaining. we set off with not much fuss and we had a fantastic ride untill the clutch went on one quad near the top of the mountain this was no issue has we had a lovely time chatting sat up in the hill waiting having a laugh and joke with the guide. we had a pick up come up and we then had to follow him which again was no issue we were having a lovely time. we set off back down got nearly back and on the quad I had we had TOTAL BREAK FAILURE which resulted in me and my passenger crashing off the road and into a cactus field. we got off very lightly as if this had happened up in the mountain it could have been fatal sorry to the people who own this as they were nice people but this could have killed some one this sound too silly to be true but look at the pics
