Dear Graham, We are very sorry to read you had such a problem with walking to the busstop. As our website indicates we offer a busservice, as we can't offer hotelpickup due to the fact that we only get allocated busstops from the townhal & local police where we can stop. Allowance for hotelstops as you mention are only for transferbusses (drop off and pickup by airportbusses). As you booked via our website you get the pickuppoint belonging to your resort what was 600 meters walking. Además de no poder ver nada, no sería seguro para usted ni para nuestra tripulación sumergirse a 30 metros. Estimado señor Javi Lin Wang zhang, Lamentamos lo ocurrido pero debe de entender como indica nuestra pagina web que existen condiciones de cancelación con menos de 24 horas. Desde nuestra oficina me confirman que trataron de contactarle por teléfono y mail aparte esperaron con el autobus mas de 10 minutos y no hubo posibilidad de localizarle hasta que 10 minutos pasado la hora de inmersión nos llamo. Ahora en temporada alta (semana santa) hay una gran demanda y la disponibilidad de plazas es limitada. Las 5 plazas reservadas por su grupo salieron vacías no pudiendo ser ocupadas por otros clientes, esperamos que lo entienda. Con gusto le esperamos a bordo en cualquier otro dia. Nous avons informé tous nos partenaires le 30 octobre de l'annulation de la plongée du lendemain. En outre, tous nos clients ont été appelés au numéro de téléphone donné par le guide lors de la réservation, pour les informer personnellement de l'annulation, dans votre cas, nous avons essayé de vous appeler la veille à 12:35pm, comme le téléphone n'était pas joignable, nous vous avons envoyé un message WhatsApp à 12:40pm pour vous informer de l'annulation avec des excuses sincères de la part de notre personnel.
