Booked the Mount Teide day trip, including the cable cars for myself and my 9 Year old son, Garry from Big Adventure was recommended to me by people on a FB page, this guy is possibly one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with on a trip abroad. Our guide for the day was amazing, Juan was clearly passionate about his job, it was amazing to hear all his knowledge. I literally can't fault anything about the trip, so thank you Garry & Juan.

El alquiler fue asequible, la recogida y devolución muy flexible y la atención exquisita. ¡Tienen toda clase de material para realizar turismo activo! Muy recomendables.

We did the sunset and stars tour with Garry and had an amazing evening. It was like traveling to another place entirely and we got a lot of information about the area throughout the tour. We’re traveling with our one year old which was no problem and they arranged with a car seat and made sure she had a good time too!

Ein ganz tolles Team ,faire Preise und eine herzliche , ehrliche Art . Bin schon das 2te Mal hier gewesen und werde auch immer wieder nur hierher kommen . Die Mietroller sind immer in einem Topzustand und auch bei Fragen jeglicher Art wird einem immer nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen weitergeholfen. Es ist einfach sehr menschlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Prix très raisonnables au regard des prestations (balade en bateau "all inclusive" pour notre part). Merci pour les jolis souvenirs ! Service de location de voiture en partenariat avec un loueur local : les voitures ont de la bouteille mais sont néanmoins très propres, et assurées tous risques. Parfait pour 1 ou 2 jours, voire plus. Aucune caution n'est demandée. N'hésitez pas !

I rented a motorbike here 2 years ago and I would like to recommend this place wholeheartedly. The service is at the highest level and the owner is very willing to help! He showed me the best route and gave me lots of tips. Thanks to such people, my holiday stay is one of the best in my life and I will always come back to the same place!

Gary was so kind and fitted us in for a tour of Teide before we left the island, and it was the perfect end to our trip. We visited some great spots and had loads of time to get out the car and explore by ourselves. The sunset and stargazing were amazing. Highly recommend

Haben uns einen Roller für zwei Tage gemietet. Haben spontan neben den Helmen auch Handschuhe und Jacken bekommen. Den Roller konnten wir einfach über WhatsApp verlängern. Das Teil war übrigens absolut super. Zusammenfassend: klare Empfehlung! Nächstes mal wollen wir unbedingt auch eine Tour buchen. :)

Excellent place to book any trips or activities for your holiday in Tenerife, there is a vast range of things to do from activities that take a couple of hours or a full day out, there is something to suit everyone's budget, you can go snorkeling, whale watching, boat cruise round the island with food and drink inclusive, hire out quad bikes, full day tour of the island with various stop off at points of interest. The transport collects you from your hotel, we dealt with a guy called Garry La Roche, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the island and nothing was to much trouble for him, he even recommended different restaurants and bars to visit, provided directions and general hints and tips for our stay, customer service at it's very best, top man Garry.

Garry zijn we per toeval tegen gekomen voor zijn kantoor. Maar dankzij deze ontmoeting hebben wij een mooie strakke planning kunnen maken voor onze vakantie! De tour met Garry was heel vermakelijk, lekker gekletst en daardoor veel over het eiland geleerd. Daarnaast heeft Garry ons tijdens de vakantie nog voorzien van tips en locaties die prachtig waren om op het eiland te bezoeken. Ik zou iedereen aanraden bij dit bureau even langs te gaan aan het begin van de vakantie.

Desde la atención en la oficina hasta el final de la excursión un 10; servicio estupendo y super amable! Lo elegiría de nuevo sin pensarlo. La salida en el barco Shogun fue maravilloso y una experiencia muy bonita, sobre todo por haber visto los calderones en su entorno natural. Luego otro viaje que hice en autobús fue increíble, con tantos sitios diferentes y en especial la ruta subiendo las serpentinas ha sido espectacular.

We took a private stargazing tour which also included sunset watching and smaller stops along the road. The tour guide is clearly experienced and knows enough about the nature around Teide to keep the tour interesting and not too packed with info. The smaller stops were meant to show our group the most often visited and most beautiful places. We had ample time to take pictures. The guide picked a cozy spot for the sunset and even gave us stools to sit on which was very cute. After that we went stargazing. It was cold up there so we were given blankets and mats along with thermoses with tea and hot chocolate which was very thoughtful. Our group is extremely grateful for the thought the guide put into the trip and we are really happy with how the trip went. It was the perfect ending to our holiday and we will remember it for many years to come. Any newcomers to Tenerife, couples or groups, should definitely take it. It's just silly not to.

Hicimos la excursion de puesta de sol y stargazing (ambas una pasada) en el Teide (muy buen precio). Fue una experiencia muy bonita y el guía nos explicó cosas interesantes durante toda la ruta, además es muy agradable. La excursión dura unas 5h pero se hace hasta corta. 100% recomendable!! ⭐️⭐️

Rented a 125cc motorcycle for three days as a walk-in. It was absolutely brilliant! The owner and his son are great people who explained us great scenic routes to drive to see the beauty of the island! Registration and payment was easy and fast. Helmets were included and upon request he provided me with a phone holder for navigation, something I highly recommend when going off the major roads or driving further from Puerto. The next time that I will be on Tenerife i will come back here to rent again!

Wunderbare Tour, Teide by Night. Gut organisiert sogar Decken und heißer Tee war dabei. Mit Garry ein guter Fahrer und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Der Sonnenuntergang supi und erst einmal der Sternenhimmel, wie sagt man (himmlisch). Habe schon die nächste Tour gebucht😀

With this agency I did three excursions, the one on Teide, one to the sito litre and one called Hike and Tapas.The first excursion was the most emotional, they first showed me the place around Teide with a guided tour, then they offered me the opportunity to see the sunset from a breathtaking view and lastly in the evening i was accompanied to see the stars with chocolate and the necessary things offered by them, the excursion to the sito litre showed me the beauty of nature and the history linked to it, the last but not least was an excursion where i they showed me the history of the place and we also did a long walk in close contact with nature. The staff within the agency is very helpful and kind towards customers

Una gran experiencia el Sunset&Stars! Ha sido una gran excursión junto a Garry, que nos ha explicado muchas curiosidades de lo que íbamos visitando, donde puedes ver bastantes sitios espectaculares del parque nacional Teide y como no, unas vistas asombrosas. La puesta de Sol, la luz de la Luna junto a las estrellas es algo que parece de otro mundo.

Fantastic day snorkelling with my wife and 2 daughters. It was their 1st time to try snorkelling in the sea and they loved it. Garry made them feel comfortable in the shallow water before teaching them how to progress into open water. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you for such a great experience.

I did the excursion of the Teide with some friends and it was amazing, very peaceful and deep. Garry (the guide) knows a lot about the island and explained us interesting facts. The experience is unique and private. We stopped in many beautiful spots with a wonderful view. I strongly recommend this experience overall for couples or families

Hello! I went with a couple of friends to see the Teide at night and the sunset, the experience its very privet and special, which makes it very good for couples. On your way there Garry (our tour guide) explained a lot of facts about nature and the history of the island and the Teide, we learned a lot! On your way there you stop at different locations and Garry will give you time alone to explore them. Teide its magical and you feel like you’re in another planet! and the sunset its beautiful one of kind you can see the other islands at that hight! To sum up its was a very fun experience and very privet! 100% recommended 👍

Our trip last night was excellent! Interesting information throughout about the islands geology and climate. Sunset from Teide fabulous then lying on a mat, with blanket and hot drink, under the wonderful stars and night sky. Trip was with just four of us. Wow! What a great trip... definitely a highlight of our stay in Tenerife. Gary is very knowledgeable and informative. He's also a great host, supplying us with water, hot drinks, torches, blankets and anything else we needed. Going thru the clouds into hot sunshine, walking in the forest, seeing rare plants and fabulous rock formations and then watching the sunset and viewing the stars. Highly recommended!

Una semana en la isla da para mucho. En nuestro caso decidimos visitar el loro parque, que le dedicamos el día y estuvo fenomenal, los shows y el parque en general y otra tarde nos animamos a hacer una visita al Teide. Garry nos lo recomendó y desde luego q no tuvo desperdicio, la puesta d sol por encima del mar d nubes y ver las estrellas , todo un espectáculo, a parte de visitar los lugares típicos y no tan conocidos. Una propuesta muy recomendable.

Perfect and fully recommended! We recently booked onto a sunset/stargazing at My Teide. The tour felt very personal with a small group with lots of viewpoints and information from our guide. I actually felt sorry for the large groups in their coaches which we passed a few times. My parents did one of the coach tours and they’re jealous of all the things we saw/did that they never got a chance to do. Our guide knew lots of secluded spots which meant we had a private view of the sunset and the stars. Thankyou for the memories!

Nosotros hicimos la excursión del Teide por la noche, que duraba 5 horas las cuales nos enseñaba todos los sitios más famosos del Teide, las mejores vistas para hacerse unas fotos espectaculares, sus volcanes, también nos brindó una puesta de sol con sillas para estar cómodos, luego nos llevo a ver las estrellas 🌟, y la verdad que me sorprendí muchísimo ya que nos dio chaquetas por si teníamos frío, almohadas, dos linternas, una lamparita de campamento, una manta grande para tumbarnos y ver las estrellas y un litro de chocolate bien caliente, fue una experiencia inolvidable. Lo mejor de esto que todo es privado con tu pareja, el solo te lleva a los mejores sitios y ya ustedes podéis disfrutar de las vistas solos. Lo recomiendo muchiisimo. El chico que nos llevó se llamaba Garri por si queréis contratarlo con el. Es espectacular!!

Star trip! Geweldige trip samen met mijn vriendin gehad. We werden om 18:15 door gary bij ons hotel opgehaald en hadden een privétour naar de teide. Onderweg stopte we op een aantal mooie plekken waar we foto’s mochten maken. Gary bracht ons naar de beste plek om naar zonsondergang te kijken. Daarna toen het eenmaal donker werd gingen we naar de sterren kijken. Het was prachtig. We kregen ook nog een lekkere verassing. We waren om 23:30 terug bij het hotel. 59€ per persoon is het zeker weten waard. Aarzel niet! Zeker een aanrader als je in Puerto de la Cruz verblijft 😎

We zijn super geholpen en hebben een geweldige prive tour naar El Teide gedaan in de avond (met een Nederlands-sprekende guide!).Het was prachtig om El Teide in dat licht te zien en om na de zonsondergang de sterren onwijs goed te kunnen bekijken. Er zat ook een super leuke verassing bij!! De hele tour was van begin tot eind geweldig! Ook hebben ze ons nog geholpen aan leuke plekjes om te eten en met het regelen van een huurauto die we graag wilden. Wij hebben dankzij hen echt super leuke dingen ontdekt en kunnen doen in Tenerife😃.

We have done the star watching tour and it was simply amazing! There is no such an experience quit like it. The tour was 5 hours but you experience so many different things in that time that it feels like a whole day. Gerry (our guide) was lovely and you could tell that he loves what he is doing. I highly recommend this trip! Being alone in nature watching the stars is a must-do if you are in Tenerife!

We did the stargazing tour on the Teide and loved it! Absolutely one of the highlights of our vacation. Gary is a super nice guide who can tell you lots of facts about Tenerife and Teide. If you're at Puerto de la Cruz definitely stop by their office and check out the offerings.

Gary could not have provided a better experience for our time in Tenerife! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. :) We had arranged for a private snorkelling tour. We were picked up from the entrance of our hotel and taken to Radazul where we spent a few hours snorkelling along the bay. Plenty of different species of fish to see! Gary also mentioned that he did a sunset and stargazing tour of Tiede which we decided to do too. He set up a stargazing spot, once the sun had set, where we were given blankets, chairs and hot chocolate! Honestly couldn't recommend Big Adventure Tenerife anymore. When we go back to Tenerife, we will definitely be contacting Gary and his team again! Thank you guys. :)

Hele lieve mensen! Echt een aanrader! We zijn geholpen door Suzanne die voor ons toen een excursie regelde. Daarna zijn we met Garry de berg op gegaan. We hebben Een hele andere Tenerife gezien dan daar beneden, de mooie natuur boven de wolken en de sterrenhemel. Wij zijn heel blij dat we dit hebben mogen meemaken, echt een must voor iedereen die naar Tenerife gaat!

Fue muy buena la atención en cada momento, la excursión al Teide para ver el atardecer y las estrellas fue muy especial y romántica con mi pareja. También ofrecen alquiler de motos, disfrutamos mucho de este servicio a un buen precio. ¡Los recomendamos!

10/10 Pasamos unos días en Tenerife y conocimos la isla gracias a ellos. Garry fue un guía 10, fuimos al Teide a ver el atardecer y las estrellas, otro día hicimos snorkelling, nos llevó a las playas más bonitas de la isla y nos recomendó los mejores guachinches en los que comer. Repetiremos seguro porque nos quedaron actividades por hacer!

We had a lovely day out exploring the Teide area. Big Adventure Tenerife made sure we had all we needed to enjoy the sunset and stargazing. We 100% recommend them and hope to come back for more adventure soon!

Unos amigos y yo queríamos hacer snorquelling y encontramos esta empresa en la que el personal es súper atento y agradable. Nos llevaron a una zona con gran variedad de peces, incluyeron el traje de neopreno, gafas, tubo y aletas. El transporte también estaba incluido. La verdad es que nos encantó la actividad repetiremos seguro!!!

Best tours in Puerto de la Cruz!! On my first experience with them we did snorkeling in a excellent spot full of undersea wildlife. It was outstanding and really worth to go either with firends or family :) on the second time went up to Teide early in the morning for a magic unique sunrise, I highly recommend it! The tour guide was really passionated and we had so much fun 😃👌
