Fuimos a informarnos de cual era la mejor opción para ir al Siam Park y acabamos cogiendo 3 excursiones gracias a Maykel. Nos ha solucionado el viaje entero, si no sabeis que hacer en Tenerife lo recomiendo al 100%.

Es gibt Höhen und Tiefen zu dem Ticketladen. Mir fällt es immer schwer , wenn jemand nicht möchte das man Meinungen zu den Unternehmen mitteilt , um Dinge zu verbessern oder wenn der Kunde wenn zum Beispiel mehrere Dinge nicht waren wie beschrieben zum Beispiel die mit Zeit oder Kommunikation zu tun haben ( nicht Geld ) . 2025 zieht sich das leider durch Teneriffa ein wenig , dass jedes Unternehmen hauptsächlich Geld möchte , aber alles andere zu kurz kommt , wenn man es mit den Jahren 2023-2018-2014-2012-2011 vergleicht . Sowohl in den guten Hotels , als auch bei Ausflügen (noch nicht bei allen ) hat man das Gefühl das Geld zu kurz kommt. Sogar im Supermarkt und wenn man etwas mehr gibt , dann sagen sie nicht Danke , sondern tun so als wäre es selbstverständlich. Schade das es sich überall so entwickelt. Davor hatte ich überhaupt nicht den Eindruck.

Danke für die vielen Tipps und die reibungslosen Buchungen. Wir haben zweimal hier gebucht und würden es immer wieder tun.

100% recommend booking ANY of you activities here! Lovely experience with a genuine and kind Scottish lady as well as another lady staff worker. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming! We purchased Siam Park tickets as well as Monkey Park tickets on two separate occasions here. The 1st lady who sold us the Siam Park tickets gave us advice on where and how to get free parking all day just minutes from the park. The 2nd time we were speaking to a lovely Scottish lady who worked there about our time and Siam Park and about her time living in Tenerife. I asked if she recommends purchasing Monkey Park tickets prior and pricing and she said either way the queues aren’t long but that you can purchase it with them for only €10 (same everywhere, which she also told us), she gave us some tips & tricks on how to have the best experience (we followed her advice and everything she said worked!) This lovely lady also explained to us how to get to the park as it is quite difficult to find where to park and gave us a map with arrows directing us, this allowed us to find it with ease! Thank you so much for all of you kindness & help!

Hier wird mit Nachdruck auf einen Kauf gedrängt. Einwände wie, man ist gerade erst angekommen und möchte erst mal schauen werden komplett ignoriert. Wenn man dann nichts bucht wird der werte Herr richtig giftig. War uns zu aufdringlich.

Ayer íbamos paseando por esta calle y se nos acercó uno de los empleados a ofrecernos tours por la isla de Tenerife. Al principio estábamos un poco reticentes a aceptar nada pensando en que sería una turistada más… Nos dimos un tiempo y al rato volvimos por que… ¿y si nos perdemos algo maravilloso? Así que aceptamos el tour en barco por Los Gigantes. Hoy lo hemos realizado y la experiencia ha sido magnífica. Ahora que sabemos lo bonito que es, nos hubiésemos arrepentido de no cogerlo. La vista submarina es lo único que no fue nada del otro mundo. 💞💞 Gracias Inés

My husband and I used this tourist team to organise two trips whilst we were staying in Tenerife. Thank you to Ines who was not pushy but very encouraging and informative in helping us to choose two trips that were suitable for us. She took into consideration our requirements and was very knowledgeable about the trips, the timings, pick up points and details that mattered to us. She is a good saleswoman and the trips were great, just like she said. We chose the Teide, Masca, Garachico tour, we chose not to eat at the afore mentioned restaurant but did in fact take our own food and just had ice cream and drink there. We heard other guests saying it was a bit pricey. Just decide before you go what you want to do, take a packed lunch or buy food there. Great value for money trip and gave us chance to see many places without the hassle of driving. Good value for money. Great guide commentary. The other trip we did was the Royal Delfin tour on a twin hull boat. Stable and lovely trip with food and drinks included. Toilets on board and bar for extra snacks and drinks. This trip went to Los Gigantes and Masca. We saw ocean dolphins and a small type of whale. The staff were all helpful, the food was good and we also had chance to go swimming in the sea straight off the boat. Take your swimming kit. Great value for money.

Ich habe hier zwei Touren gebucht. Das Team berät ein ausführlich und kompetent auch in Deutsch. 1. Inselrundfahrt 2. La Gomera Die Inselrundfahrt war sehr schön. Unser Guide war perfekt und sprach auch perfekt Deutsch. Sie hat alles super erklärt. Transfer vom Hotel war super. Ich habe viel von der Insel gesehen und einen schönen Eindruck von Teneriffa bekommen. Kann ich jeden nur empfehlen. Die Tagestour nach La Gomera beginnt sehr früh um 6:30 Uhr. Der Transfair zur Fähre und zurück dauert gut 2 Stunden. Die Fährfahrt etwa 50 Minuten. Wir hatten auf der Insel La Gomera, einen guten Guide, die sehr gut Deutsch konnte. Es war mit 14 Stunden ein recht anstrengender Tag. Man hat viel von der Insel gesehen war zum Ende etwas kurz die Zeit, um sich noch die Hauptstadt San Sebastian anzusehen und etwas über Kolumbus zu erfahren.

Echt toppers hier. Met name Inez (Spaanse) heeft ons met haar enthousiasme enorm geholpen. Leuke bijkomstigheid is dat de eigenaar Erik Nederlands is en heeft ons ook goed geholpen. Wil je een betrouwbare reisinformant hebben, zou ik hier naar toe gaan. 5 sterren.

Eric was great but agree with earlier feedback of the Icod, Masca, Teide tour. Rushed through the sights and ended up in a rubbish restaurant for ages, obviously a deal going on with the tour provider and the restaurant to get coach loads of people in every trip

It's not a review about the agency ( where everyone is very friendly ) but it's about a tour that they sell with Servitour - Icod/Garachico/Masca/Teide We recently took a tour from Puerto de la Cruz, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. While I want to commend the driver and the guide for their efficiency and professionalism – they did an excellent job navigating the challenging roads and keeping the group informed – the overall experience was a letdown. The tour felt more like an extended trip to a restaurant than an opportunity to explore the beautiful sights of Tenerife. At the main attractions, such as Masca and Parque del Teide, we were only given 25 and 20 minutes, respectively. This was nowhere near enough time to appreciate these breathtaking locations. Masca, in particular, with its narrow roads, dramatic cliffs, and picturesque scenery, deserves more time, but we were rushed back onto the bus before we could soak it all in. Masca is a challenging area to navigate, especially for buses, due to its narrow and winding roads. If you’re considering a visit, I would strongly recommend booking a private tour instead of taking a large-group bus tour. You’ll have more time to explore and enjoy the stunning landscapes without feeling rushed. But DON’T GO with your own car, It can be very dangerous. In the end, the tour felt like a classic tourist trap – promising iconic sights but delivering an itinerary focused more on a food stop (in a terrible restaurant that we stayed for 1:15 hour) than meaningful exploration. It’s not worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and look for alternative ways to see Masca and Parque del Teide.

Ich kann diese Agentur absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich buchte eine Tour gegen 13 Uhr, die um 14 Uhr starten sollte, um den Sonnenuntergang und die Sterne am Teide zu sehen. Da es bereits bewölkt war, fragte ich nach, ob das ein Problem darstellt. Mir wurde versichert, dass ich mir keine Sorgen machen müsse, da man über den Wolken sei und die Sterne immer sichtbar seien. Leider stellte sich diese Aussage als völlige Falschinformation heraus. Es war so stark bewölkt, dass weder der Sonnenuntergang noch ein einziger Stern zu sehen war – eine absolute Enttäuschung! Für den stolzen Preis von 80 Euro habe ich nichts von dem erhalten, was mir versprochen wurde. Darüber hinaus war die Organisation der Tour katastrophal. Man wird in einem Bus mit 30 anderen Personen langsam durch die Gegend gefahren und 4mal an Orten abgesetzt, um 30 Minuten lang ein und denselben Flecken oder ein altes Restaurant anzusehen – das ganze wirkte eher wie eine langweilige Zeitverschwendung. Auch das abschließende Essen war ein Albtraum: Alle Gäste ließen ihre Teller fast vollständig stehen, weil das Essen schlichtweg ungenießbar war. Anschließend standen wir 30 Minuten im völligen Dunkeln um einen Guide herum, der uns etwas über die Sterne erzählte – ohne dass auch nur ein einziges Licht zu sehen war. Die Situation war so absurd, dass die anderen Tourteilnehmer bereits zu lachen begannen. Als ich mich bei der Agentur beschwerte, dass man ehrlicher über die Unwägbarkeiten des Wetters informieren sollte, anstatt zu behaupten, dass Wolken kein Problem seien und man die Sterne immer sehen könne, reagierte der Geschäftsführer äußerst unhöflich. Die Verkäuferin entschuldigte sich wenigstens, aber der Chef zeigte keinerlei Verständnis oder Entgegenkommen. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel! Von anderen Reisenden erfuhr ich, dass ihnen ebenfalls bewusst falsche Informationen gegeben wurden. Ich war also keineswegs ein Einzelfall. Ich kann nur jedem dringend raten, woanders zu buchen oder einfach den normalen Bus zu nehmen, anstatt 80 Euro für diesen absoluten Reinfall auszugeben.

Ich war schon sehr oft in Puerto de la Cruz und habe meine Ausflüge immer hier gebucht. Dadurch dass sie auch deutsch sprechen macht es soviel einfacher. Tolle Mitarbeiter tolle Beratung und auch immer super Ausflüge gehabt. Wir wurden nie enttäuschst und würden jederzeit wieder hier unsere Ausflüge buchen ☺️

Family member of mine visited this place for last minute excursion recommendations the day before we were due to leave the island. The staff there told her she was crazy for trying to book something for the same day and repeatedly said it was impossible. They recommended tours for the following day despite us saying we couldn't because we were flying out and needed to be back at the hotel for pick up. We walked around and found a different tourist information spot. They made some calls and luckily found cancellations for a whale watching boat trip (the place by the Ale-Hop on the strip - they were lovely and we loved the excursion). The following day we walked past this place again as it was by our hotel and were approached by the older lady with white curly hair who asked whether we were still interested. When we said we managed to find something for the previous day, she flipped out in the middle of the street saying we took her commission elsewhere and stole from her. She verbally harassed us and kept shouting that it was unfair. My family member was trying to calm her down and reminded her that she's the one who said it was impossible and that we were super lucky to find the one we did. I remind you that she didn't bother making any calls to check for cancellations. I highly recommend going elsewhere to book your trips as this woman is insane and embarrassed us and herself publicly. Lots of other tourist information spots in the area where you probably won't get shouted at.

Vinimos con mi madre a preguntar y nos atendió muy amablemente Alex resolviendo nuestras dudas y con la ayuda de Erik nos lo facilitaron todo. Alex es muy amable y domina la atención al cliente ya que nos ayudó con mucha amabilidad y siempre con una sonrisa.

Jamás hemos experimentado algo así. Nos abordó mientras veíamos los tótems informativos, y nos acusó de preguntar para no comprar. Hay que dar información para vender el producto, que el cliente se sienta seguro por lo que compra y sobre todo, a quien se lo compra. Mucho mejor acudir al punto oficial de información. No recomiendo este lugar.

Hace 7 años vine a la isla de vacaciones y me atendieron muy bien y en este viaje hemos vuelto a comprobar que siguen trabajando genial. Muchas gracias por todo!

Wir haben uns gut beraten gefühlt und einen Kombiausflug in den Nationalpark Teide und nach Masca gebucht. Ein gaaaaaanz großes Lob an unseren Tourguide Jürgen, er hat uns viel Interessantes erzählt und gut erklärt und er hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Danke und gerne wieder. Hemos ido mi pareja y yo a sacar unas entradas para el Loro Park. Queremos destacar la gran amabilidad de Álex y su pasión por su trabajo porque explica todo súper bien y con ilusión. Muy buen trato.

Just went and got some tickets from an extremely enthusiastic and friendly advisor, Michael Jackson. He genuinely wanted us to have a good time and was non pushy for a sale. He gave us lots of tips for our general stay and also explained how to get the most out of our time with the tickets he provided.

We booked 4 trips with them and with three we were not satisfied, it was not what we wanted. We felt like they were just trying to sell us as much as possible and the standard tours to get commission instead of really advising us. We regretted having spent that much money on the wrong tours and it spoiled our holiday a little bit. Especially servitur we cannot recommend at all. The agency should have told us what a rush the trips are and that we won’t see many stars due to the Sahara sand these days etc etc. we were quite disappointed and angry as we were really looking forward to the tours.

Hier werden neben Eintrittskarten für Loro Parque usw. auch Busausflüge verkauft. Die Beratung ist okay, wenn auch etwas kurz geraten. Bei den Bussen sollte man beachten, unter 1,80 m groß zu sein, da sonst wegen der Bestuhlung unter Economy‐Class-Niveau die Stunden im Bus zur reinen Qual werden. Grunsätzlich ist der Verkauf von Busreisen Teil des großen Problems auf Teneriffa. Alle Straßen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schon vor der eigentlichen Hochsaison mit Bussen verstopft. Die zulässige Höchstbreite für Busse wird auf den letzten Zentimeter ausgereizt, um möglichst viele Menschen pro Bus unterzubringen. Dadurch wird der Gegenverkehr regelmäßig in den Straßengraben gedrängt, um überhaupt noch irgendwie aneinander vorbei zu kommen. Das ist für niemanden gut, dass die Einheimischen dabei einen dicken Hals bekommen, ist nur zu verständlich. Mein Appell wäre daher, auf organisierte Busreisen zu verzichten und das wirklich ausgezeichnete öffentliche Busnetz zu nutzen. Google Maps zeigt beim Klick auf die nächste Haltestelle an, welche Busse wann fahren. Ein exzellenter Service. Die Fahrkarten sind billig und die freie Zeiteinteilung vor Ort eine Wohltat.

Ich bin nun das 2. mal in Puerto de la Cruz und habe auch wie im letzten Jahr bei Renata und Erik gebucht, ich kann nur sagen, sensationell, auch wenn das Büro winzig ist, die gebuchten Ausflüge waren alle Top, auch habe ich viel Insiderwissen bekommen, wie und was ich hier alles ansehen sollte. Ich würde jederzeit hier wieder buchen, auch der Angestellte Mike macht seine Sache sehr gut, Erik und Renata, liebe Grüße von Ilona und grüßt mir auch den Victor ganz lieb, die Wanderung nach Chimada war sensationell. Alles Gute für Euch und macht weiter so. .

The tourist center was nice but the excursion they offered was incredibly overpriced for what is was. We had a small 2 hour tour with 8 mosquetones adventure in the parque Anaga with a guide who didn't speak English, only spoke to my friend in Spanish and she had to translate to me. Absolutely not worth paying 60 euros for that trip since people can get there by themselves and there are signs everywhere. The man in the center was really nice, but he gave us an idea that we are going to see a "jungle" which was definetly not true.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. We went into the office to get information on the different offers and were basically chased out once he thought he couldn’t make any money with us. Never experienced anything like it. Pretty sad how bitter anyone can be working on such a beautiful island.

We were just there to see what to do the next days. It was like someone from your family wants you to have the best vacation possible. All questions were answered, even the ones that don't end in more profit. Money is not important here, only the happiness of the visitor! Now our vacation is full of wonderful trips and adventures! Katy sold 15 of us a boat trip to see dolphins and whales. She was absolutely amazing and talked us through the process of the day and was very informative. My husband and I called into this office to make inquiries about walks in the area and bus services around the island thinking that this was the official tourist information centre . Although we did show interest in one of the walks the man there was recommending, and would more than likely have booked the walk through him, when he realised we weren't going to make the decision on the spot there and then, he was unbelievably rude.

Wir waren eine woche auf Tenerffa und haben unsere ganzen Aktivitäten bei Erik und Renata gebucht. Wir waren super zufrieden für die vielen Tips und Empfehlungen. Renata Medved war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderes gemacht. Dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder zu euch.

Dicen cualquier cosa con tal de venderte el billete, nos dijeron varias cosas referentes a la comida y es mentira, en el barco comes las 2 cosas que te ofrecen sin poder elegir. (Nos dijeron que había muchas más opciones). Y si quieres algo diferente pasa por caja. Obviamente no es culpa de Royal Delfin (el viaje que elegimos), me estoy quejando de esta oficina en concreto, no confiar en lo que os dicen / prometen.

Liebes Team, hiermit möchten wir uns Recht herzlich bei Euch für die hervorragenden Auskünfte über einen Ausflug im Norden von Teneriffa bedanken. Einen besonderen Dank erhält Katy, die uns begeistert diesen Tripp erläuterte. Die Busfahrt dauerte insgesamt ca. 7 Stunden (45 €) und führte über La Laguna in den hohen Norden an die obere Grenze des Regenwaldes. Danach noch der phantastische Weg hinunter nach Taganana. Wir hatten die Ganze Zeit das Gefühl, im Film von Avatar zu sein. Es fehlten nur noch die Dinos und Flugsaurier! Danke für dieses Erlebnis. Großes Lob auch an den Busfahrer und der Reiseleiterin. Verkaufen Tickets durch Lügen. Wenn man es Tickets nennen will, bekritzelte Quittungsblockseiten trifft es eher. Warnung vor dem Laden. Man wird reingelegt! Zu ihrer Frage was wir gekauft haben, Allein die Frage spricht nicht für ihre Buchhaltung und Seriosität. Flamenco Tickets mit Essen. Essen gabs keins und die Show war eine reine Amateur Veranstaltung in völlig ungeeigneten Räumen.

I highly recommend Erik & Renata’s agency to book your trips while on Tenerife! We went to Siam&Loro Park which were both amazing experiences, and we booked a trip to the Peak of Teide which was sadly not possible because the cable car was closed due to strong winds. We were offered an alternative trail on Teide by the guide around the national park in which we weren’t interested so we went back to Erik&Renata and there we talked to Katie who was more than happy to assist us and book an different experience, a boat trip with all inclusive drinks&food, we just needed to pay the price difference. So overall, a great experience, great trips, great and friendly people. We sure know who to contact next time when on Tenerife. 😄

Amazing agency, highly recommend! We contated Renata before trip because we wanted to go on Pico del Teide, she got us permissions and arranged the guide. On the day that we were supposed to go, the cable car was closed so we were offered the alternative route from lady from Gaia tours and she took our check, but we didn't go. We were told that permission is valid for 3 days so we figured that one day the cable car will be open, but it wasn't. We went to see Erik and Renate once again to see what to do. We were kindly welcomed by Katie who menaged to solve the problem (even tho we didn't have check as proof of initial payment that we payed for the guide). She is such a nice person and we had lovely chat with her. We wanted to go on the boat cruise that initialy costs 58€, so she offered to reduce the price so we only paid 21€. She was so lovely! Si quieres reservar una excursión en Puerto de la Cruz, este es el lugar ideal para ello. El chico que nos atendió fue un encanto. Le preguntamos por las excursiones que más nos llamaron la atención y nos asesoró muy bien ( nos explicó en qué consistían, cuál era la mejor opción y el mejor día para realizarlas en función de las condiciones meteorológicas). Se nota que le gusta su trabajo y nos ha transmitido muy buenas sensaciones. Sin duda volveremos.

We encountered Kate who works in this office and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you are looking for the best deals, best advice and best experience while in Tenerife, This is the tourist office to call at! I cannot recommend them enough. Update. We visited Puerto De La Cruz for a second time and can only stress what I said above. Everyone at the office goes the extra mile and Katie is simply the best!

I’m always slightly hesitant about using tourist information centres expecting them to upsell expensive trips that pay them the most commission. This is 100% not the case here. Katy gave us excellent advice recommending a smaller cheaper whale watching trip than we went in to buy, explained the cable car at Teide is expensive for a rather short ride and generally being our best friend for the whole holiday. As a consequence we booked more trips than we’d planned but without feeling pressured. Honest advice and top grade service. Thank you so much for all your help! X

We wanted to visit Anaga forest and purchased a tour here. Everything was well organized and we have received full information about the tour. There is no website or social media, so you will need to go to the office and get a tour of your choice. Definitely recommend.

Fuimos por la noche para preguntar información del loro parque, y la dependienta nos atendió genial, nos daba consejos en todo momento para que pudiéramos aprovechar la visita al 100%, tambien nos informo de buses, el tren para llegar, horarios y nos hizo algunas recomendaciones, muy buen trato y muy amables con nosotros.

Compramos las entradas de Loro Park y Siam Park y el informador "Michael Jackson" muy profesional explicando todo fenomenal.
