Eco Whale Watching Tenerife

Ein unglaubliches Erlebnis! Es gibt viele whale watching Anbieter und leider sind viele schwarze Schafe dabei, die die Tiere in die Ecke drängen. Bei diesem Anbieter war es nicht so. Der Skipper kannte sich sehr gut aus und ist den Tieren mit Respekt begegnet und dem nötigen Abstand. Die Tiere kamen aus Neugier von ganz allein an unser Boot. Wir haben Wale, Delphine, Schildkröten und fliegende Fische gesehen. Und die Fahrt mit dem Schlauchboot auf dem Atlantik war schon ein Erlebnis für sich. Ich würde mit keinem anderen Skipper mehr fahren wollen!

This trip was amazing. Chema and Zebensui are really doing great, take care of us and the animals and we could see so much dolphins and pilot whales - and even a seaturtle (thanks to Zebensuis skills to find the animals). They do really love the animals, pick up trash from the water and you will get a lot of amazing moments while floating with the dolphins and whales. Before the boat trip starts, you are getting a very interesting intro from Chema inside the center with informations about the animals and geographic conditions of Tenerife and the Canary Islands. We would definitely do it again. Spread some love for the water animals.

Wunderschöne Tour mit sehr sympathischen Guides. Haben diverse Tiere gesehen, Hammerhai, Schildkröten, Delfine und natürlich Pilot Wale. Man merkt, dass der Organisation die Tiere wichtig sind und deren Wohl oberste Priorität hat. Spannende Informationen werden mitgeteilt, sodass man viele neue Sachen erfährt. Kann ich jedem nur weiter empfehlen!

Findung meeting point was a bit challenging, but the introduction and the tour was really great. Very knoweledgable and fun skipper.

Zebensui is een geweldige schipper/gids. Hij heeft ons walvissen(grienden), 2 soorten dolfijnen, schildpadden en vliegende vissen laten zien. Met respect voor de dieren. Hij zag ze al voordat wij in gaten hadden dat er iets was. Hij haalde ook plastic afval uit het water👍. De mooiste foto's heb ik met mijn fototoestel gemaakt, als mij dat lukt zal ik die later uploaden.

Bravissimi e simpaticissimi gli accompagnatori David e Mirna: conoscono molto bene gli animali che si avvistano (per nome!) e durante tutto il tour forniscono molte informazioni e ti trasmettono tutta la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro! Il punto più importante è l'attenzione al rispetto degli animali e del loro habitat, che permette di fare quest'esperienza in maniera ecologica! Vale assolutamente ogni centesimo del prezzo! ❤️

The best experience on the island! I’ve been out with EcoWhaleWatching twice already, and each time was truly unique. The approach, the respect for the animals, the closeness we could enjoy thanks to the small boat, and all the fascinating information the captain shared with us – including the names of the pilot whales we met and interesting facts about them – made it unforgettable. First time we went with kids who loved every minute of it, the second time I even brought my 76-year-old mother, and for her it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience (especially thanks to our guide's kindness and care). I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see whales and dolphins up close while respecting their natural environment. Today we went on the 2 hour trip at noon. We enjoyed the trip very much and saw a lot of beautiful animals. (At least for us it was a lot. I dont know how much whales, dolphines and seaturtles you see normally on a trip 🤣) I think it were about 5-6 pilot whales, a couple of dolphins, sometimes 3 at the same time side by side visible and in total 3 sea turtles. 🤩 The Skipper did very well, was very friendly and explained a lot, before and during the trip, in spanish and english. The briefing before the trip, in port, was short but surely enough and helped to know what to expect or tonlook out for later on the trip. Overall it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience for us!

The sfaff was very warm and welcoming. It was a perfect adventure on the waters, mixed with lots of learning and fun. Very respectful towards the animals and very passionabe about the work they do. Thank you!

Experiencia inolvidable… el avistamiento de ballenas calderonas desde el puerto de Los Cristianos con la lancha ha sido un día para recordar. Primero nos topamos con una tortuga boba y más tarde con un nutrido grupo de ballenas, alguna de ellas nos pasó por debajo de la embarcación..muy emocionante.. y la charla informativa del principio fue de lo más instructivo.. hasta recogimos algún plástico del agua.. un 10!!

We had a wonderful experience on this eco whale watching tour in Tenerife! The communication beforehand was very friendly and helpful. The Skipper was super kind and shared so much fascinating knowledge about the animals. The boat felt very safe, and we loved how much emphasis they put on protecting the whales, dolphins, and the ocean itself. Truly a great and meaningful tour – highly recommended!

We had a wonderful trip with Seben. He took a small group out for 2 hours, during which we saw a good sample of the wonderful and varied marine life in Tenerife. Seben is an incredibly knowledgeable guide, who explained everything during the tour. Expect to see dolphins and pilot whales, turtles, flying fish and much more depending on the time of year and conditions. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Tour espectacular! Éramos un grupo de 4 adultos más 5 niños de 7-13 años. Nuestro guía Seven tenía muchísimo conocimiento sobre el mar, sus habitantes en el mar y aire y es super simpático! Además muy respetuoso con los animales; genial porque todos podian hacer sus preguntas. El barco era pequeño y de motor -por primera vez no me he mareado en un barco aunque dijo que habia bastante viento y las olan revueltas lo cual suele pasar en agosto. Muchísimas gracias! Un tour de 10, tanto para los niños que para los adultos.

Muy buena experiencia. Didactica, privada (como máximo 10 personas) y vimos muchos cetaceos!

Una excursión muy recomendable. A pesar de la velocidad a la que llega, la lancha es muy cómoda y muy segura (nuestra niña de tres años podía ir en su asiento ella sola). Llevan a un grupo pequeño (es importante reservar con antelación!) pero esto hace que la experiencia sea muy personal y permite dialogar con el guía sin problemas. También permite ver a los animales muy de cerca, pero todo desde un respeto a la naturaleza enorme. Se nota que los guías conocen bien la zona y a los animales y que valoran mucho su bienestar. De hecho, nuestro guía Zeben conocía a los calderones residentes en la zona por su nombre y nos ayudó a reconocerlos por las marcas de las aletas (una pasada!). Aprendimos y disfrutamos un montón. Recomendaría estar como mínimo 15 minutos antes de la hora de salida para que la charla introductoria se pueda hacer con calma.

I went today with my 6 year our and we both really loved our trip. Zeben was friendly and enthusiastic. The trip was really special, we saw a lot of whales right next to the boat, and some turtles. The boat was small so it felt like a really intimate experience, and it went fast so it was also really fun.

This morning we went whale- and dolfinspotting with our family of six. De trip was postphoned 2 times because of the bad weatherconditions. Everytime we were informed on time. They really tried to make it possible. Our gide/ skipper shared a lot of his knowledge with us and was very enhousiastic. The sea was still rough, but it did allow us to spot animals that are rarely seen. We saw a group of short-finned pilot whales (they can be spottend often) and we were extremely lucky to see a giant leatherturtle and a few Blainville’s beaked whales. I appreciated that we weren't on a super crowded boat and that the animals were treated with great respect. They were approached calmly. So a five star rating! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Tuvimos una experiencia fantástica con Atlantic Eco Experience. El capitán Sergio y la capitana, Mirna, junto a David, que nos fue explicando todo durante el recorrido, transmiten un gran amor y respeto por la naturaleza. Se nota que cuentan con la licencia oficial para el avistamiento responsable de cetáceos, lo que da mucha confianza. El tour fue muy agradable y tuvimos la suerte de ver varios cetáceos y, para nuestra sorpresa, un grupo de delfines que nos regaló un espectáculo increíble de saltos. El ambiente a bordo fue cercano y acogedor, y Mirna incluso nos tomó unas fotos preciosas para recordar la experiencia. Recomiendo 100 % esta empresa por su profesionalidad, respeto al medio ambiente y el trato tan amable de todo el equipo.

Excellent boat trip taken last week. Seben was a great host, even though he must do this everyday his enthusiasm when the whales and dolphins were spotted was genuine and infectious. We couldn't believe how close we got and how many we saw. Commmunication when booking and before the trip was also great. Thank you.

Ein unvergesslicher Bootsausflug! Unser Ausflug war einfach fantastisch! Wir haben unglaublich viele Tiere gesehen und konnten die Natur vom Wasser aus in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Skipper – er war super sympathisch und hat uns mit vielen spannenden Informationen versorgt. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Auch die Gruppe auf dem Boot mit 6 Personen war sehr angenehm! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können den Ausflug nur weiterempfehlen!

We went on a trip with Eco Whale Watching Tenerife 3 years ago and looked forward to repeat it. The trip this morning was absolutely great and informative and we enjoyed it very much! We had enough time to spot many pilot whales and different dolphin species - it is wonderful to watch them so close and in a quiet atmosphere. We clearly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing experience. We had the pleasure to be part of a tour and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The whole tour and the crew acted super respectful towards the environment and told us a lot of insight information about the whales that live in the area. The crew loves what they do. We had our three kids (10 years, 6 years, 7 months) with us. The tour started with the tour collecting trash out of the ocean. So important for the environment and also for our kids to see that also small things could help to change things. We will definitely come back for another tour during our next vacation in Tenerife.

We took a tour with Eco Whale Watching in March this year. Our son is the absolute biggest fan of whales and this trip was the biggest highlight of our vacation for him. As pilot whales are very common in this area, there are a lot of options for whale watching. And many of them probably a lot cheaper than this one. But here you really get what you pay for. The guides are not only very knowledgeable about the animals but it is very clear from the beginning that they made it their mission to use these trips to educate people about them and the importance of their environment. If you do not only want to see some whales but are also interested to learn something and talk to people that actually care about them then I cannot recommend this tour guides high enough.

Brilliant trip with a small group on a fast boat and a very informative briefing before the trip. We saw turtles, groups of pilot whales and amazing flying fish. Highly recommend this firm.

Tur super frumos, cu o echipă foarte drăguță care a explicat multe despre animalele din mare inainte de tur si in timpul turului. Grupul a fost plăcut mic (6 persoane). S-a avut grijă să se păstreze o distanță adecvată față de animale și să nu le alunge. Am putut vedea balene pilot si chiar si un pui de balena pilot, o experiență de neuitat. Recomand cu caldura turul!

Un moment hors du temps, avec un accompagnateur d'exception, qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer. Nous recommandons vraiment cette sortie au milieu des dauphins.

The program provided these friendly guys was fantastic. Interesting and very useful introduction before the trip and safe, professional and still fully enjoyable performance of the whale watching trip itself. We saw and heard pilot whales and dolphins very close. Received a lot of interesting information during the trip as well. These guys make tremendous contribution to ocean biom reserv and protection by their activities. Its a wonderful program we can really recommend for individuals and families.

Excellent knowledgable team. We felt very cared for, and although nothing is ever guaranteed looking for wildlife, we managed to see pilot whales and even atlantic spotted dolphins. There was no extra selling on top of the fee we paid which is important to us.

Amazing experience! It was simply amazing! These guys are so passionate about the animals and can explain so good to the kids and adults all there is to explain about the pilot whales and the dolphins! I'd say it's a must do experience in Tenerife! We were there with our 2 daughters, 8 and 10 years old. The young one is a bit scared of the fishes in general, so I was wondering how she will react during the trip... but she fell in love with the ocean and the animals. The way these guys are respecting the ocean and the marine life is a model we all should have.

Erg fijne belevenis voor ons en onze twee kinderen (10 en 12). Heldere communicatie bij het reserveren, begrijpelijke engelstalige uitleg vooraf over het bijzondere ecosysteem van de wateren van Tenerife en een bevlogen kapitein. Dit alles met respect voor dier/natuur en in een kleinschalige setting. Het was een memorabele middag en wat ons betreft een aanrader!

Superschöne Tour mit einem sehr netten Team, das viel über die Tiere im Meer erklärt hat. Die Gruppe war angenehm klein (6 Pax). Es wurde darauf geachtet, einen angemessenen Abstand zu den Tieren zu halten und sie nicht zu jagen. Wir konnten Delfine und Grindwale sehen, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Tour können wir sehr empfehlen!

Tolle Erfahrung! Wir waren so nah an einer Gruppe aus über 10 Pilotwalen, dass sogar mein 50mm Objektiv die falsche Wahl war 😅 Freundliches Personal, alles sehr unkompliziert, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

We can really recommend the eco whale watching! Nico made this trip very special and we saw dolphins, whales, a sea turtle, some very small fish, birds and red spider crabs. We could really enjoy his genuine interest into the ocean and its inhabitants. They really make sure to protect the animals by leaving a safe distance (so the animals can decide whether they like to approach), informing about their life and taking trash out of the water (Nico turned around to fish out some floating plastic!). Thank you very much for that special day!

Je rêvais de passer du temps à pouvoir observer des globicéphales et mon rêve a été exaucé. Notre guide était extraordinaire, après nous avoir présenté les espèces que nous étions susceptibles de rencontrer (mode de vie, caractéristiques, alimentation, communication, ...) nous sommes partis en mer. Nous étions 4 sur le bateau et là encore notre guide était vraiment au top, il nous a expliqué plein de choses tout du long et était vraiment très respectueux des globicéphales. C'était fabuleux ! Merci encore.

Fue una experiencia genial!! Chema y Zeben nos enseñaron muchísimo sobre la vida, comportamiento y alimentación de los calderones!! Son profesionales geniales, Zeben tuvo cuidado de llevarnos de forma que el viento no fuera una molestia y respondió a todas nuestras dudas durante el viaje :) Tuvimos la suerte de ver muchos calderones, algunos peces voladores, pardelas cenicientas (guaña guañas) , una carabela portuguesa y un delfín :)

Really great experience with Eco Whaling. There were plenty of dolphins on the expedition and the guide made sure we fully informed as to the behaviour and types of fish we were observing. I would highly recommend.

Respect is the word that defines our approach. The way we interacted with the cetaceans was fully aligned with the established guidelines. The animals were given all the space and time they needed to get used to our presence and to choose, on their own terms, whether to approach the boat. We encountered three pods of pilot whales, and some females even chose to come closer with their very young calves. The fact that we were a small group on the boat made the encounter even more privileged. I do recomend ecowhalewatching for your next cetaceans encounter in Tenerife.

Equipo agradable de profesionales muy preparados, con sabiduría e intuición, que buscan compartir información para que aprendas de verdad sobre los animales, no es un simple paseo en barco para tomar cuatro fotitos. No consumo productos animales de ninguna forma por razones éticas, buscaba un tour donde los animales son verdaderamente respetados en su hábitat natural, y eso es lo que hacen en Eco Whale Watching tour. No los persiguen, les han puesto nombres (saben identificarlos solo por las aletas!), y el barco es el tamaño perfecto, pequeño y con un motor silencioso. A pesar del clima disfrute mucho del tour, gracias !

The tour was really cool! We saw a lot of dolphins and driving with the boat was a lot of fun. A good warm pullover and wind jacket is recommended. We loved it!

Aunque parecía que el día no estaba mucho de nuestra parte para ver cetáceos y otras especies, Chema el guía se movió bastante para conseguir que viésemos lo máximo posible. Superbe expérience ! Notre date d'excursion a été adaptée afin de trouver le meilleur moment pour notre expérience et ce avec une communication facile via watsapp ! Malgré des conditions qui ne sont en ce moment pas les meilleures, notre pilote a mis tout en œuvre pour réussir a nous faire voir des baleines et des dauphins, et il a réussi ! Pouvoir les observer et les chercher dans leur habitat naturel, j'ai trouvé ça absolument génial. Je suis repartie des étoiles plein les yeux ! Nous avons eu droit a plein d'explications sur les espèces avant de partir, ce qui permet de vraiment mieux comprendre l'environnement et les baleines. Nous étions a 4 sur le bateau, top si vous chercher une expérience presque privée en petit comité et malgré mon petit estomac fragile et la mer agitée, je n'ai pas été malade ! Bonus pour notre pilote qui a pris également le temps de s'arrêter pour ramasser des déchets. Rien a redire, un grand merci, un rêve realisé aujourd'hui !

Es war wirklich ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir haben Delphine und Wale gesehen, die Babys sind von sich aus ganz nah gekommen und auch die Informationen vor der Bootsfahrt waren sehr interessant. Alle waren total nett und freundlich. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen!

Small business that is very engaged in water and animal protection. They took us out on a fun small tube boat! They keep the group at a max of 12 people, which makes it more intimate and informative. We felt very well informed pre and post trip! Easy communication via WhatsApp regarding time and meeting point. Very very open to your questions regarding Sea life of the Canary's (I had A LOT 😂) Oh and YES you do see Whales, Turtles and Dolphins ❤️

Excellent experience all round. Superb introduction to whales and whales in the Canaries followed by a terrific trip to see the pilot whales and dolphins. We were not disappointed and saw a number of groups of whales from close quarters. Would highly recommend them.

It was a great trip out. Within 20 minutes we had seen whales. The captain had informed us before going out what we were likely to see which was really helpful and we saw several whales. Pretty much the whole time we were out on the water we could see whales. Be aware it is a smaller boat but because of this you get some great views of the animals and they do get quite close to the boat but the captain was very respectful to the wildlife. Absolute value for money would definitely recommend.

We had a great trip with Olatz. We was not interested in a boat with lunch , drinks and snorkelling, we just wanted to go whale watching and we were not disappointed. Olatz steered us to find Pilot whales, bottle nosed and Atlantic spotted whales. We throughly enjoyed our trip.

Una experiencia magnífica Seben un gran guía primero nos dio una explicación de lo que podríamos ver con todo detalle se buscó la vida para que pudiésemos verlo. En el trayecto recogió todo lo que vio de basura en el mar cosa que nos encantó después de ver los delfines y muchísimos calderones nos llevó a practicar snorkel “espectacular “ y después de terminar y bajar del barco nos llevó para ver una pareja de cazón de puntas blancas. Ósea seben conoce su trabajo como un gran profesional. Recomendable 💯 x 💯

Our actual afternoon tour was canceled at short notice due to a lack of participants and illness. We were able to take part in the morning tour at short notice. Which turned out to be an advantage. It was an incredible experience. We were lucky enough to see not only pilot whales, but also the rarer Atlantic spotted dolphins. Our tour guide Zebensui was very knowledgeable and explained even more about the sea in general and the island. During the tour, three birds were rescued from drowning, which showed us that Zeben is very caring. We can only recommend it to others.

Saw so many pilot whales! Tour guides were very informative & educated, looked a very different tour to the large catamaran groups which didn’t look very nice in comparison

Зарезервували рейс на їхньому сайті зранку і відразу оплатили. Отримали відповідь за 40 хв до відправлення, що в них збій в системі і відмінили наш рейс. До нас ніхто не зателефонував, а просто написали WhatsApp. Знайшли нам рейс набагато пізніше з гіршими умовами і меншим часом, без плавання в океані, зовсім не те що ми хотіли. Ми погодились тільки через те що не факт що вини б нам повернули кошти і були праві, так як вони мали повернути нам різницю 20 євро, так і не повернули Не рекомендую, їхній рейс, і все що вони обіцяють побачити в океані це тільки маркетингова реклама

Really great captain who has abundant knowledge of the whale species around. Only 6 people on the boat. The many whales we saw weren’t chased. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous experience it was! I’m so glad we did this tour this morning. It wasn’t just that we saw a lot of pilot whales (with one going right under our boat!) but the way the tour was operated, with true respect and enthusiasm for the whales. It started with an informative 20 minute briefing - one in Spanish, and one in English, so we did not leave the harbour till close to 10 am, and we returned shortly after noon - about 3 hours in total. There were several other boats out there, but they were all bigger, some of them with dozens of people on them. Being in a zodiac with only 9 passengers was great as we could see everything (on both sides of the boat), hear all the commentary, and be more nimble in moving about in the bay. Also less chance of sea sickness (we could see the big boats rolling from side to side). It was an experience well worth the money paid. As others have commented, the boat was very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no toilet on the boat and you will be out on the water for over 2 hours. Fully recommended.

Je rêvais de passer du temps à observer des baleines à Tenerife mais je voulais absolument les voir respectueusement, et en petit groupe. Mon souhait a été plus qu'exaucé ! Nous étions 9+le capitaine qui connaît très bien son île et les baleines, nous avons appris plein de choses et grâce au micro sous marin nous avons pu entendre les échanges entre les cétacés. À aucun moment j'ai eu l'impression que nous avons importunés les baleines, on a même pu en observer un petit groupe qui semblaient dormir. Les entendre respirer est très émouvant. C'était une magnifique expérience pour les enfants et moi. Un immense merci pour le temps passé avec nous 🙏🐋

Chema is an amazing guide, eco friendly, passionate and very knowledgeable about the different species. The boat is very comfy, and you have a 360-view. Chema stops many times and gives plenty of explanations so you learn a lot. We also loved the facts that Chema is very respectful with the animals. Chema ist ein netter Typ und hat uns viele interessante Facts über die Wale erzählt. Wir haben viele Wale gesehen, aber waren nie aufdringlich. Wir waren immer auf Abstand (aber nah genug, um die Wale gut beobachtenzu können) und der Motor wurde in der Nähe der Wale ausgeschaltet. Dank eines Mikros, das ins Meer eingelassen wurde, konnten wir das Pfeiffen und Klicken der Meeressäuger hören. Es war magisch! Diese Tour kann man mit gutem Gewissen machen 🐳

Really excellent. Chema was an informative and friendly guide. The information session at the beginning was a great introduction to the trip. We saw dolphins, a pair of male whales and a pod of female whales. Fantastic day. Highly recommend this tour as you are right at water level.

Such a special trip. Chemi was such an amazing guide. Very respectful and knowledgeable about the animals. We were very lucky and saw Pilot Whales (2 groups - one very large) a turtle and Atlantic spotted dolphins. They came right up to the boat and a pilot whale swam under our boat!! We enjoyed a lovely swim in a cove at the end too and Chemi provided snorkels :) would definitely do again!

Tolles Erlebnis! Super netter Guide. Erst gab es eine kurze Einführung im eigenen kleinen Museum und dann sind wir mit dem Boot rausgefahren. Wir haben Wale, Delfine & Schildkröten gesehen. Mit dem Mirkrophon konnte man die Geräusche der Tiere verfolgen und immer gab es eine kurze Erklärung. Das Boot war komfortabel und wir waren nur eine kleine Gruppe. Ein toller Ausflug!

Excellent experience! Chema was very responsive, knowledgeable and responsible. We appreciated he took out such a small group, which lead to a very personal experience where we saw & heard plenty of pilot whales. We liked the experience a lot and therefore chose to return the following day for scuba diving with his colleagues (Zero Gravity Diving).

We had an amazing tour with Eco Whale Watching. Our guide was freindly passionate, knowledgeable, and very eco-concious - stopping several times to recover bits of plastic we passed in the ocean, and turning engine off near whales and not chasing them, which we really approved of. It was a small, comfortable boat allowing our family of 4 to have a private trip with virtually clear 360 degree views at all times. We saw I would guess 12 pilot whales on our 2-hour trip and many sea birds. It was an amazing morning, which we will remember for a long time. Thank you so much.

Amazing guide with a lot of respect to the nature. We did not chase, we kept the distance and we also fish some trash from the ocean together that others left. We seen a number of dolphins and I would recommend this guide and company to anyone who is looking for an experience that is oriented on connecting animals and humans, but keeping animals safe.

Super sortie ! Breafing avant le départ avec description des espèces marines qu'il est envisageable de voir en mer, et pourquoi elles sont à cet endroit des Canaries. Après 20 minutes en mer nous avons pu apercevoir des globicéphales à de nombreuses reprises. Ecoute des sons en direct des globicephales grâce à un hydrophone. Chema, le capitaine est vraiment très sympathique, Sortie faite avec des enfants de 4 et 7 ans sans aucun problème et aucun risque. Nous recommandons forty Merci Chema !

Wir haben unkompliziert über die Homepage eine Bootstour bei EcoWhaleWatching gebucht. Vor der Tour gab es eine kurze, sehr interessante Einführung über die Tiere, die wir sehen könnten. In einer kleinen Gruppe (6 Personen) hatten wir genug Platz und Sicht auf dem Boot. Chema kommunizierte mit anderen Booten über Sichtungen, sodass er unsere Route anpassen konnte. Wir konnten Delfine (Atlantic spottet Dolphin) und wahnsinnig viele Pilotwalfamilien, auch ganz nah, beobachten. Am beeindruckendsten war das Hydrophon. Der kurze Schnorchelstopp bot eine willkommene Abkühlung und wir haben einige, eher kleine, heimische Fische gesehen. Es war für uns alle ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis, das wir nur weiterempfehlen können! Vielen Dank an Chema

Fue una actividad súper chula en la que lo pasamos súper bien y aprendimos mucho sobre el mundo marino. Chema transmite valores de respeto hacia la naturaleza de una forma muy didáctica y el hidrófono nos permitió conocer aún más a los simpáticos vecinos acuáticos. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%!

Ah! What can I say about this wonderful day? It was purely magic. The whales played with us and we could hear them with the hydrophone on board!! Chema exuded passion and gave us all memories to cherish for life. I would recommend this adventure to anyone who cares about the ocean, the earth, and all living beings. I’m still smiling 🙂

The tour was generally good. Food is provided on board, don’t expect much though! We saw dolphins and we did snorkeling in a different area. The tour started and ended on time. Lots of people on the catamaran, so if you don’t like that, perhaps consider then booking a more private one to avoid the crowd.

Vimos varias familias de Ballenas Calderón, y una madre con su cría se sumergió justo delante de nuestro barco. Nos han mandado fotos hechas por Chema de los avistamientos a nuestro correo. Hicimos el tour con eco whale watching la semana pasada y a pesar de haber muchas empresas no nos equivocamos.Merece mucho la pena pagar un poco más para ir en un grupo reducido y con un auténtico amante y experto en cetáceos.Poder oír a los a los calderones con el hidrófono es una auténtica pasada .Mil gracias por la experiencia, sin duda lo recomiendo 100%

La mejor experiencia en Tenerife, con una explicación extendida sobre la fauna que nos podíamos encontrar, destacar la amabilidad y buen rollo. Pudimos ver cantidad de familias de calderones tropicales, además de una tortuga caretta y pardelas. La opción con snorkel es genial, pudimos disfrutar de un buen baño y ver cantidad de peces. El barco es comodisimo y se va muy agusto. Felicitar a la empresa por dejar que nos acerquemos a la fauna de esta manera tan respetuosa.

Pasamos una mañana genial!! Unas explicaciones de 10 por parte de Chema (fauna residente en esta zona, caracteristicas, habitos,...) Tuvimos la suerte de ver grupos de Calderones, diferentes aves y hasta una tortuga. Era la primera vez que mi hija hacía este tipo de excursión y le encantó, no quitaba los ojos del agua para no perderse nada y por ultimo la oportunidad de saltar al agua y hacer snorkel fue fantástica!!! Ha sido una gozada empezar el día saliendo a navegar acompañados de una familia de calderones (ballenas) que se han acercado tanto al barco que casi podíamos tocarles. El patrón Chema conoce la fauna marina de Tenerife, se nota que sabe de lo que habla y le gusta. Cuando volvamos a Tenerife repetiremos seguro. ¡¡!Totalmente recomendable!!!

A pesar de que Chema se fue con mal sabor de boca porque tuvimos mala suerte al estar el mar un poco picado y los calderones un poco “antipáticos” para mi la experiencia fue maravillosa y muy emocionante. Me quedo con la calidad de la excursión y lo agradable y ameno que fue todo más que con “he visto x cantidad de calderones”. Le recomiendo esta excursión a todo el mundo por la pasión e ilusión que pone en su trabajo y por lo respetuoso que es con el mar y los animales (algo que para mi era clave a la hora de reservar). Y como le dije a él, igual su mal sabor de boca se debía a que estaba acostumbrado a ver muchas veces a estos animales y en grandes cantidades/grupos pero para nosotros fue un lujo poder ver a todos los delfines y calderones que se nos cruzaron en libertad (recuerda que no los tienes en nómina jajaja). Si volvemos a Tenerife estamos seguros de donde repetir.

Unforgettable experience. We were given a demonstration first of what we could expect to see, the size of the whales and dolphins and the geography of the Canary Islands. We then headed out on a small boat (only us and another family) and within 10 minutes were up close with a family of pilot whales. Our host was very knowledgeable and funny, made it an even better experience and was kind enough to take photos and email them to us all after free of charge. Definitely the one thing to make sure you do in Tenerife! This definitely felt more educational than touristy so an experience that’s hard to find in a touristy place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chema did a wonderful job, I was on Whale Watching Tours already, but this one tops everything. We were a small group and Chema explained us everything very well. After 15 minutes we already saw the first whales it was incredible. Thanks a lot!!

Très belle expérience. Après une présentation des especes dans le local ( en amenagement) de 10 mn, on est monté dans petit bateau pneumatique avec petit toit ( pour éviter coups de soleil), et on va 20mn au large pour voir les baleines pilotes qui sont des globicephales. Le pilote est pro et specialiste et super sympa. Une façon idéale de découvrir en évitant les catamarans qui amassent 100 personnes. Nous on était 5... 60 euros par personne pour 3h ( petite escale masque et tuba) avant de repartir. On a vu beaucoup de baleines qui sont venues tout près de nous. De préférence à faire la matin.

Went on a 3 hour trip that ended up a 3 1/2 trip. Pilot whales, bottlenose dolphins and a snorkeling session at the end was amazing. 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 12) all totally loved it. The captain was friendly and informative. Even threw in some photographs free of charge. Amazing trip.

Fantastic trip! We had booked in advance and it was a bit windy that day, so the tour operator offered to reschedule us. We had no other available time and went anyway- so glad we did! It ended up being only our family of 3 on the boat with the extremely friendly and knowledgeable guide. He explained some things in their headquarters and it was more scientific and less touristy (which we appreciated). He had great respect for the animals and knew a lot about them. He was also amazing with our 6 year old daughter. The boat ride itself ended up being perfect- we were lucky enough to see more whales at once than our guide had ever seen (more than 6 pods with about 10 whales each) including lots of baby whales. We also saw some flying fish, no dolphins or turtles that day. We got to hear the whales talking to each other with the underwater hydrophone, which not many whale tours offer. The boat was smaller and fast, which helped us maneuver to whales better than the big tour boats. Despite the extra wind, I did not get seasick at all, and I don’t do well on boats. We would definitely return!

J'ai adoré, on a vu des dauphins et des "baleines pilotes" ce sont simplement d'énormes dauphins magnifiques. Beaucoup se sont baignés dans l'océan au large d'immenses montagnes dans un endroit perdu. Très très bonne expérience

Wir trafen uns mit Chema am Hafen und zunächst gab er uns eine Einführung über die Tiere die rund um Teneriffa bereits gesichtet wurden, die Details waren sehr interessant und wissenswert. Danach fuhren wir raus aufs Meer es war atemberaubend bereits nach wenigen Minuten trafen wir auf die erste Gruppe Delfine. Chema macht in respektvollen Abstand den Motor des Bootes aus und die Tiere können selbst entscheiden ob sie näher kommen möchten oder nicht. Wir hatten sehr Glück die Pilotwale (Grindwale) waren so neugierig uns sind sehr nah an Boot gekommen. Über das Hydrophon war es möglich die Kommunikation der Tiere zu hören. Es war atemberaubend schön, eine der schönsten Erfahrungen meines Lebens. DANKE CHEMA! Für diese wunderbare Erfahrung!

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa en sí, pero no solo por haber visto vida en el mar, sino que también por Chema, que es un tío auténtico y con una pasión por lo que hace que es difícil de encontrar en estos tiempos. -Empezó explicándonos todo acerca de la fauna de Tenerife, sin escatimar en detalles. -Nos llevó de “paseo” y vimos pardelas, calderones y delfines (hasta una carabela portuguesa) -Yo, que soy gato madrileño poco acostumbrado al mar me mareé y estuvo muy atento. -Hizo muchas fotos de los calderones por amor al arte. Para contribuir a su estudio y análisis de sus rutas a lo largo de su vida (no os cuento más por no hacer spoiler 😂) -Si se encontraba un plástico o basura paraba la zodiac para recogerlo. -Insistió varias veces hasta que pudimos escuchar los sonidos de los calderones. En fin, si queréis una experiencia bonita de la mano de un profesional amable, informado y responsable no os lo penséis dos veces. PD: Gracias Chema, fue un placer. No te afeites ni te cortes el pelo nunca! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Definitely recommended. Small comfortable RIB boat, close up encounters with Pilot whales and dolphins. Very friendly & informative guide. Maybe a little might more expensive than some tours, but the difference you pay is for a more personal experience with a smaller group. The boat is fast & agile so it can quickly get close to the animals when they are spotted from a distance.

Amazing experience! Totally recommended. I did the 3-hour tour with snorkeling, and it was perfect. We spotted many whales, birds, and the snorkel in the end, also provided many fishes to be seen, in a very calm and peaceful ‘Puertito’. And it was not only eco in the name, but you could feel how much love the Skipper felt for the nature and the animals. No food and drinks served, as it is a very small boat for small groups, so it’s the best option for those who want to enjoy the scenery and the beauties of the sea.

Le guide qui nous a accompagné en mer était eu top. Ultra sympathique, plein d'explication et plein de respect. Nous avons passé un super moment avec un couple d'amis et notre fille de deux ans qui s'est régalée à observer les dauphins et a même fait la sieste lors du retour au port. La mer était trop agitée pour faire du snorkling mais nous avons tout de même longé la côte et les falaises et c'était magnifique. Merci encore. Et je recommande sans hésiter !

Fantastic tour, highly recommended. The guide/skipper was very friendly and gave a short introduction to the geology of the area and the types of animals we could encounter. The boat and group is small, so it's a very personal experience with a clear focus on seeing the whales and dolphins.

Der dreistündige Ausflug war sehr professionell vorbereitet. Zu Anfang gab es eine kurze Einführung zu den Tieren, die uns erwarten werden. Auf Fragen ist der Skipper gerne eingegangen. Die Fahrt stand im Zeichen eines ökologischen Tourismus, auf eine Snack- und Getränkeausgabe wird hier verzichtet und auf die Tiere konzentriert. Auf dem kleinen Boot ist auch nur eine kleine Gruppe gefahren. Die Mindestabstände zu den Tieren wurden eingehalten und dennoch hat uns der Skipper an die richtigen Stellen gefahren, um Delphine und Pilotwahle zu sehen. Abgerundet wurde der Ausflug mit einem kurzen Halt an der Küste zum Schnorcheln, die Brille mit Luftrohr wurden gestellt. Der Anbieter ist für eine umweltschonende Fahrt ganz klar zu empfehlen.

When looking for a tour to book I wanted to make sure it was a smaller group and with a company which was both knowledgeable and respectful of the animals we were hoping to see. This tour was brilliant - Chema was in contact very quickly after booking to make sure we knew what was happening. He is obviously very experienced and really cares about what he does. The tour started with a short briefing explaining where we would be looking and information about the pilot whales etc. We then set off and were lucky to see several pilot whales and a turtle! Chema made us feel very at ease the whole time and kept a respectful distance from the whales. (Although they did pop up right next to the boat unexpectedly at one point which was awesome!). We got to hear them using the hydrophone which was fascinating too. We then spent about half an hour snorkelling in a beautiful cove where there were lots of cool fish. Really recommend the tour and would do it again if we go back.

We went on the 3 hour whale watching tour with snorkelling and the experience could not be better, it was perfect! The captain respects the nature and animals and loves to tell you everything he knows. We saw a lot of dolphins, flying fish, turtles, pilot whales and after snorkelling even went back to sea because of a sighting of some fin whales which we saw as well. We listened to the pilot whales while they were swimming by the boat at short distance, it’s a great experience. I can highly recommend this tour, it’s a must if you visit Tenerife!

Fantastisches Erlebnis; wirklich absolut empfehlenswert; aufgrund des starken Wellenganges mussten wir um einen Tag verschieben; das Warten hat sich absolut gelohnt; wir konnten einen wirklich riesigen Schwarm von Atlantikdelfinen beobachten; die Delfine sind auch mit dem Boot mit geschwommen; auch Grindwale haben wir gesehen; für die gesamte Familie mit 3 Kindern war dies ein einmaliges Erlebnis; wir danken den beiden Captains für die informative und sehr freundliche Betreuung; wir kommen bei nächster Gelegenheit bestimmt wieder!!!

We really enjoyed going on a tour with Chema during our stay on Tenerife. We were a group of 7 and went for a private tour. We spotted plenty of short-finned pilot whales but also some spotted dolphins, some of which played some nice aerial tricks. We loved the explanations given by Chema: he is very passionate about his job and knows plenty of things! I can only recommend him and his company!

Highly recommend this tour! It is very a respectful tour, we respected the animals and the ocean. It can not be compared to the other tours with 60-100 people on Bord. We were a group of five people and had a wonderful time. We saw the pilot whales from really close, as they came towards our boat. We even saw a mom whale playing with her child, unique experience. We got a lot of information about the whales and their living and could ask all kinds of questions. We also got to snorkel and saw some fishes. If you are looking for a respectful unique experience, then you are right here!!

We had a great tour and were lucky enough to see a lot of animals. From turtles and flying fish, to whales and dolphins. We even encountered a butterfly on it's way back to shore... The explanations before we headed out also helped us to understand the (underwater) geography of the area and how it affects which animals call it their home.

Die Schiffscrew war nett. Es wurden am Anfang 2 Bilder geschossen, die man am Ende der 2h Fahrt für 10 Euro mitnehmen kann. Die Qualität des Drucks ist gut. Es gab auf der Fahrt Atlantik Delfine zu sehen, die wohl selten zu finden sind. Am meisten wurden Grindwale gesehen, auch Pilotwale genannt. Es gab was zu trinken an Bord, jedoch keine Snacks. Nähere Informationen wurden auf Englisch einem mitgeteilt. Alles in Allem war der Ausflug wert.

What a trip! Our captain knows so much about the sealife in canary islands and the tour is nothing but exciting!! We saw many whales and seaturtles, it was amazing! what also is very important to us is that this is not a big tourist boat but a small, fast boat with a captain who truly loves the sea and its inhabitants, driving carefully, not disturbing the animals so we could watch them in their natural habitat- just as it should be! we stopped if we saw garbage in the sea to help clean the ocean- over all a wonderful, sustainable experience! highly recommended!!

Excursión absolutamente espectacular! Gracias al tipo de barco, estás muy cerca de las ballenas. Es una experiencia totalmente diferente que en otros barcos, se agradece un montón. El capitán es una persona súper amable, tiene muchísimo conocimiento y respeto por el mar y sus habitantes y explica todo con mucha pasión. 100% recomendable!

We had a brilliant morning , lots of whales and dolphins in there own environment , with a great deal of information about the reason the whales are living in tenetife . Fantastic trip . Highly recommend it .
