DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE! They aggressively sold my grandmother tickets, that were twice the price that you could purchase online, by saying that the prices were going up by the minute and they were running out of seats on the plane. They booked one ticket and said they couldn't get another ticket and that they were selling my the minute so my grandmother asked to cancel the one flight as she wanted two tickets together. They said that flights could not be cancelled so she would have to buy the second ticket, that was becoming more expensive by the minute. My grandmother has now spent almost a thousand pounds on three return flights for very short haul flights. They even spelt the name of one of the passengers wrong and told my grandmother the "it didn't matter". They have apparently corrected this. When I called Barbara to explain that the tickets weren't fit for purpose, as the names weren't spelt correctly and asked for a refund, she became very rude and aggressive and actually seemed to enjoy telling that i can ring Ryanair - she knows what they'll say to me! She literally was taking pleasure in not being able to help. She raised her voice and was snarly and smarmy - I said well then - I will leave a review and she said I was stupid. SO... DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM HERE! I have spoken to a lovely helpful young man at Admiral today though - so maybe buy your flights from there instead! Good luck if you have already bought tickets from Barbara! And the story gets better! Barbara has just called my grandmother and actually lied and said that I called her an idiot?!?! I am SO shocked! How unprofessional!
