Great Tenerife tour Our guide Miguel was very professional and knew Tenerife island so well. He is very knowledgeable

We did the Masca Teide full day tour. It was a great tour. However, the website states that after going to Teide you will drive through the dense forest area through Villa Flor and a wine area and then be dropped off. We were told at Teide we wouldn't be going through the forests or Villa Flor that we were going back the way we came up? Obviously that was a let down as we had already seen this route. We were told that we needed to book the Teide tour to see the dense forests and Villa Flor. I think the website should be amended and also take out the complimentary coffee and cake at a stop off as this never happened. We did this tour this week so don't take for granted that the comfort tour website gives you the correct information.

We really enjoyed the private tour with Filip through the Teide National Park. He showed us great viewpoints as a family, explained a lot, there were opportunities for a short hike and he drove us well in his comfortable van. He knows the area very well, speaks several languages, is flexible and adapts to current conditions so that you get the most out of your tour. The arrangements via WhatsApp went well and always promptly and with his great manner Filip was also good with our children. The tour was definitely worth the money and if you want to do something like this, it's definitely a big win compared to tours with a big bus and lots of people. We would definitely recommend it!

Deux journées d excursions avec Miguel en guide, la première Santa Cruz, La Laguna, Tanaga et la seconde Puerto de la Cruz et la Orotava, visites vraiment sympa, plein d informations tout au long de la journée et des indications pour quoi faire ou voir pendant les escales de chaque ville ou village, des détours pour voir encore plus que prévu. Alors oui plus cher que le bus mais beaucoup plus agréable, ça vaut le coup pour découvrir l île.

Our all day private tour with Filip was amazing! His knowledge and enthusiasm about Tenerife is infectious! He thoroughly planned out our tour around what the weather might be like around Mt Tiede and because of his efforts we had the most amazing day with clear views everyone everywhere! We travelled on his car which manoeuvred the windy roads throughout the island superbly. I would highly recommend Comfort Tours Tenerife and splurge for the Private service, well worth it! We had a wonderful day out today. Our guide Filip had a vast amount of knowledge of the island. Lovely safe driving and a warm friendly nature. We stopped to explore each area we visited long enough to see sights and shop. We stopped for lunch which was very reasonable in price and with stunning scenery. Our tour guide knew the best times to get to certain places in order to get the best experience. Excellent value for money and a wonderful day.

We did a day tour of Mt Teide, our guide Miguel was fantastic from start to finish, we throughly enjoyed it and already discussed a night tour on our return next year.

Wir haben mit Philipp 2 wunderschöne private Touren gebucht. Einmal die Tour zum Teide und einmal in die Anaga-Berge. Beide Ausflüge waren traumhaft, super geplant und für uns völlig entspannt. Die Pausen wurden unseren Bedürfnissen angepasst und wir haben viel über die Insel erfahren. Alles perfekt !! Würden wir immer wieder mit Comfort Tours machen. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Touren mit Filip gemacht : die Terrassen des Nordens und die Tour Masca - Garachico - Teide. Filip hat uns sehr viel über die Insel , die Vegetation und die Orte, die wir besucht haben, erzählt. Uns hat sehr gefallen,dass wir nur eine kleine Gruppe waren und in den Orten auch immer freie Zeit zur Verfügung hatten. Besonders schön war die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam in einem typisch kanarischen Lokal gemütlich und lecker zu Mittag zu essen. Filip hat mit seiner sehr netten und sympathischen Art die Touren zu tollen Erlebnissen werden lassen. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Urlaub auch noch die Tour La Laguna und Anaga-Gebirge mitmachen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Filip Ruth und Hans Jürgen

Op 02 februari 24 hadden we een geweldige excursie naar Garachio, Masca en El Teide. We werden door onze gids François (met West Vlaams accent) opgehaald aan ons verblijf adres El Horno 33. Wouldn‘t recommend. Host is a little boy that says „he does it from the heart“ but wont send you informations and keeps your money afterwards when you want to cancel to plan something else because he didn‘t care about informing you about the programm. He should really learn how to do his job correctly. Also the reviews here are probably a bit fake because he also reviewed it by himself lol. All in all a bad person and a bad company to spend money. I hope these 60€ he needs so bad can help him be a better person ✌🏽 You want to waste money? Comfort tours is your place to go 😎

Wont give you informations until you write him and want a refund😂 What a tour operator. Would never recommend to book something here. You will have to do the job and organize it

Before arrival in Tenerife we booked the Teide National Park and Masca & Garachico tours through the website. Unfortunately the Teide tour was cancelled twice at the last minute due to weather and other people cancelling, which caused us some inconvenience. Filipe then offered to give us a private all day tour incorporating both and this was an enjoyable trip. He's a good guide with excellent knowledge about the island.

We have just been on a tour with Miguel when he did everything in his power to make everyone's day extra special. He was a font of information, kind and thoughtful. The weather was atrocious and the driving conditions were awful but he persevered to give us all a fantastic taste of the real Tenerife. We can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience. My family of 5 booked a tour to Teide, Garachico and Masca. We had a private tour in a shuttle bus with Miguel. The bus was very clean, modern and tidy. It was comfortable and perfect for the long drives. Miguel was amazing. He was genuinely nice, helpful and open for every wish. He told us so much about Tenerife, all the small villages we drove through, took us to a local coffee shop and local restaurant, which where amazing. The local coffee was very special and tasty and the restaurant had great canarian food for a great price. He told us about the history of Tenerife, the small villages and their traditions. At all times Miguel had interesting information to share, was very knowledgeable and just an overall fun and nice to hang with person. Only thanks to Miguel and Comfort Tours Tenerife we had great coffee, an amazing view on the Teide, local insights on Garachico, an amazing, traditional canarian lunch and an overall amazing day and experience. There is nothing Miguel could have made better and we appreciate the overall effort he put into this tour. If you want to get to know Tenerife, besides the typical tourist hotpots and want to see some of the real local life and get a lot of insights on the culture, I definitely recommend Comfort Tours Tenerife. We will visit Tenerife again and will 100% book again a tour with them and hopefully Miguel. Thank you Miguel!

We had the most amazing experience today. Phillip was very informative, showing us all the sites along the way to see the volcano and giving us all the facts on our private tour. Phillip was also very accommodating towards our two young daughters, supplying car seats and stopping when they needed to stop and not rushing if it took them a little longer. Will be back for more tours in the future!

Nous avons passé une journée magnifique avec notre guide Miguel qui parle bien de français ! Grâce à lui nous avons pu découvrir un Tenerife beaucoup plus authentique que le Tenerife du sud avec ses plages. Fantastic tour in Tenerife! Highly recommend. Ozzie was so accommodating and knowledgeable, also kind and funny (it takes a special skill to get teenagers to laugh and enjoy the tour and he definitely succeeded). He picked us up from our hotel and we were on our way. (We travel quite a bit and do many private tours. TBH, I am baffled when private tour guides do not offer to pick us up from our hotel. To me, that is a given and nice when I don’t have to ask!). He took us to places only locals know about and we would never have found on our own. We enjoyed a terrific history lesson presented efficiently in the best and most selective manner, and relevant to the sights as we saw them (important when you only have a few hours to sightsee). And several fun stops including a local bakery with delicious pastries, and a shop to pick up unique local wines.The roads up to Mount Teide can be tricky and we were glad to have a knowledgeable guide instead of dealing with the stress. Also he’s super smart, fluent in 5 languages!

Great experience! Ozzi guided us through El Teide in a comfortable car. On the way there we had a few stops and visited Viaflor, a beautiful small village. He also let us enjoy some local coffee: barraquito and some other local pastries. Possibly the best guided tour we’ve ever had! Thanks again Ozzi!

El Teide bij zonsondergang is zeker een aanrader. Onze guide Ozzi Halawani heeft ons alle mooie plekken van het natuurreservaat laten zien. Hij heeft veel kennis over het gebied en houd van een grapje. Dit moet je gezien hebben als je op Tenerife bent. Hartstikke bedankt voor de mooie dag Ozzi!👍🏼

In the tour I took I saw some really beautiful places and received very interesting information from the tour guide. Unfortunately I couldn't properly enjoy the experience because of 2 other tourists who refused to wear their masks in the car and were coughing the whole time. Although I complained, nothing was done about this.

We had an amazing and interesting tour to Teide, Masca and Garachico. The guide Ozzie has a lot of knowledge about the island, and takes his time to show and explain everything. We also had plenty of time to take pictures. If you want a comfortable and relaxed tour I can recommend Comfort Tours Tenerife. We will back back next year for sure !

Calidad y precio del servicio perfecto 👌 El viaje muy cómodo y el guía explicaba todo muy bien. Elegí ver el Teide en el anochecer, y la verdad que lo recomiendo, además hicimos muchas paradas en los miradores y pude hacer muchas fotos para recordar. También tomamos un café (barraquillo) viendo el Teide.
