I was looking at the offers when a dark haired woman suddenly approached me while I was reading the different options. She started asking me questions without being asked. I told her I was just looking around, but she kept asking and stood there the whole time, so I couldn’t even calmly read what I wanted to. She was very pushy and wouldn’t leave me alone. After that, I’m no longer interested in what they offer. It was not a good experience.

Mwe went on this amazing whale and dolphin tour. It was truly amazing and done with such care. To see these beautiful creatures in their own habitat is incredible. Thankyou to our captain (amazing lady ) very passionate about these beautiful animals. Thanhs again it was a real eye opening experience and truly beautiful. Will definitely want to do this trip again before I go home 🐋🐬

October '25 Really cool! We saw plenty of dolphins and pilot whales. I would recommend this company over the other one because they were really mindful of the animals, keeping distance amd turning off the engines, but don't worry, the dolphins will come to you!! We got a mom and a baby just 3-4m from the boat. There were other boats that were chasing the animals which is gross, they were just scaring them away as they were sleeping. Please chose companies that care for the animals!!! The guides were also great, as they gave short explanations about the mamma in multiple languages. Bring a hat, sunglasses and water, cause it quite hot and not as windy. The only negative take is the smell of gasoline coming from the boat, but other than that, 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with No Chase Whale & Dolphin Tour – Putting Marine Life First. The trip was incredibly relaxing, with a fantastic crew who made us feel welcome and cared for throughout. What stood out most was their respectful approach towards the animals – no chasing, no disturbing, just patience and care. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and pilot whales in their natural environment, which was a truly magical sight. We even spotted a turtle, although he was too shy to come closer – a perfect reminder that this is a no chase tour where the wellbeing of the animals always comes first. A professional, caring, and unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy marine life responsibly.

Done this boat trip while on holiday. Was great seeing the dolphins and whales. The steps up to the top of the boat are very steep but worthwhile to get the best view.

Une excellente expérience. Nous avons pu observer plusieurs bancs de baleines au plus près de notre bateau, ainsi qu'un groupe de dauphins lors de notre retour au port. Un équipage très professionnel qui nous a donné beaucoup d'explications très utiles sur ces magnifiques créatures marines, j'étais le seul francophone et j'ai au droit à toutes les explications en français. Vraiment magnifique. 2 heures de pur bonheur.

el barco muy cómodo, hay bar a bordo para poder refrescarse y son respetuosos. En todo momento dejan claras las normas a bordo (desde un básico como no lanzar nada por la borda) como la forma en la q trabajan , sin persecución. vimos tortugas, delfines y ballenas . muy recomendable.

No puedo opinar sobre la excursión. Tenía que haber sido esta mañana pero por motivos de fuerza mayord la hemos tenido que anular. Tan sólo agradecer la gran humanidad y amabilidad de todo el equipo de Mar de Ons al hacer la anulación y devolución del coste. Abbiamo avvistato tante balene pilota, equipaggio gentile, simpatico e molto rispettoso nell’’avvicinare i cetacei. MA ATTENZIONE, non perdete mai di vista il vostro zaino perché una coppia di polacchi mi ha abilmente RUBATO i soldi lasciandomi il portafoglio in modo da accorgermene una volta sbarcata. Erano con un gruppo rumoroso, immagino fosse una tecnica per distrarre le persone e lasciare i ladri agire. peccato perché la gita è stata bella.

The trip was awesome. Great weather in a beautiful part of the world. Lots of jumping dolphins, some small whales and even turtles. Phoned them the day before to reserve our places no problem and paid when we arrived. A great way to spend a couple of hours.

Good fun, got to see whales/turtles and dolphins. Drinks are on board, very cheap pricing, £1 for fizzy drinks £3 for alcohol Free water However they take photos of you, they are £15 each, same price with euro. * Do not go if you have any sort of sea sickness or nausea its quite choppy

Nos comunican información que a ellos les interesa, hasta a última hora nos dicen que tenemos que pagar 40€ más para poder acceder. Llevamos 4horas esperando para ello. Nada recomendable, peseteros y interesados según su inconveniencia. Recomiendo otras agencias mucho más funcionales y que miran por la experiencia del cliente.

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente sconsigliata Siamo rimasti molto delusi da questa escursione in barca a Tenerife, prenotata tramite l’app GetYourGuide, che abbiamo usato tante volte in tutto il mondo senza mai avere problemi. Anche qui a Tenerife, con altre attività, tutto è sempre andato liscio. Ma questa volta è stato un disastro sotto ogni punto di vista. Il primo problema è stato il punto di incontro sbagliato indicato sull’app. Sulla prenotazione c’era scritto Los Cristianos, ma il pin sulla mappa portava a un’altra spiaggia, Playa de las Vistas. In macchina la distanza non è enorme, ma a piedi è molto lunga, anche perché le due zone non sono collegate direttamente dal lungomare e si passa da strade secondarie. Seguendo le indicazioni errate dell’app, siamo arrivati nella baia sbagliata, dove tra l’altro è molto più difficile trovare parcheggio, e abbiamo perso tempo prezioso a cercare un posto. Inoltre, sull’applicazione mancavano del tutto informazioni utili, come il nome dell’attività o dell’inserzionista, che ci avrebbero almeno permesso di verificare il punto esatto con Google Maps o con altre app. Ma non c’era nulla, solo un pin sbagliato. Arrivati sul posto, abbiamo chiesto informazioni a due persone locali che ci hanno detto chiaramente: “Da qui non parte nessuna escursione, partono dall’altra parte”. Solo in quel momento ci siamo resi conto dell’errore. Abbiamo subito richiamato il numero fornito, spiegando in spagnolo la situazione e dicendo che stavamo arrivando al punto corretto, cercando di risolvere in buona fede. Siamo arrivati con mezz’ora di anticipo rispetto all’orario previsto (12:30), ma tra la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio e il tempo per raggiungere il punto giusto a piedi, siamo riusciti ad arrivare davanti al molo alle 12:31. A quel punto però ci siamo trovati il cancello già chiuso. Abbiamo fatto segnali, ci siamo sbracciati, abbiamo richiamato, ma nessuno ci ha considerati. Due telefonate già fatte in spagnolo, e una terza davanti alla barca, mentre parlavamo tra di noi in italiano, ha improvvisamente cambiato tutto: ci è stato detto che “pensavano fossimo già saliti”, perché erano già salite due persone italiane. Ma come è possibile? Non sapevano nemmeno chi fossimo, non ci hanno mai chiesto il nome o il numero di prenotazione (che ovviamente hanno), e soprattutto avevamo già chiamato due volte prima: sapevano benissimo che qualcuno stava arrivando! In più, non hanno neanche avuto la decenza di aspettare cinque minuti. Siamo stati ignorati mentre l’equipaggio ci guardava senza fare nulla. Dopo cinque minuti di gesti e tentativi, uno di loro è uscito, ha guardato l’orologio e con calma ci ha detto che erano le 12:36 e che era “tardi”, ma “di non preoccuparci”. Nel frattempo avevano tolto il ponte tra il molo e la barca partiva davanti ai nostri occhi. Quando abbiamo cercato di capire come recuperare l’escursione, l’unica “soluzione” offerta è stata quella di pagare altri 10€ a testa per spostarci all’orario successivo. Nessuna scusa, nessun rimborso, nessun gesto concreto per rimediare. L’unico tentativo di scusarsi è stato darci due braccialetti con la scritta “VIP”, che in realtà non indossava nessun altro a bordo, e che quindi non sembravano nemmeno legati a quell’escursione. Ci era stato detto che davano diritto a una bibita gratuita sull’imbarcazione, ma non ci è stata nemmeno data.Durante la navigazione è difficile muoversi a causa dell’oscillazione della barca, e si è molto presi da foto e video, quindi abbiamo deciso di chiederla al rientro, poco prima di attraccare. Anche lì ci è stata negata con una scusa, dicendo che si stavano preparando per l’attracco e che non c’era tempo nemmeno per prendere una bottiglietta d’acqua. Abbiamo anche scoperto, parlando con il personale, che da due anni e mezzo il punto di incontro è sbagliato, ma non hanno mai fatto nulla per correggerlo. Anzi, ci è stato chiesto di segnalarlo noi all’app, come se fosse nostra responsabilità. In pratica, abbiamo dovuto fare noi il lavoro che spettava a loro come organizzatori. in sintesi: da dimenticare

Didn't appreciate my efperience with the staff. The staff does not really hold themselves responsible to manage peoples questions. I was confused about the line i had to wait in as there were a few and no one was patient enough to answer or help even though there were a few staff in front of he gate. The tour in itself was nice enough.

La salida en sí fue correcta, aunque demasiada gente en el barco. Lo que no me gustó nada es que nos cancelaron nuestra reserva (hecha hacia más de un mes y pagada) alegando un problema en la web y avisando con solo 3h de antelación. Lo peor fue que como ya estábamos en la zona, nos fuimos al puerto para ver si el barco salía o no, y vimos que el barco embarcó a gente y salieron a realizar la visita. A nosotros nos tocó mover lo que teníamos ya reservado por la tarde y no nos dieron ni una explicación creíble ni una compensación por las molestias. Un dato a tener también en cuenta, en la web te venden como ofertón comprar anticipadamente por 20e, luego allí en su mostrador, te encuentras que venden los billetes a 15e. Total, que no merece la pena reservar con antelación, te cobran más caro y aún así te dejan en tierra. Estoy seguro que el motivo real de la cancelación fue recolocar a otro grupo más grande de turistas, ya que no fuimos los únicos a los que nos cancelaron sin motivo creíble. En el siguiente barco si que pudimos embarcar, pero no a nuestra hora y encima pagando más caro que la gente que compró allí ese mismo día.

Great trip!!! Paid €15 for 2 hours, saw pods of bottlenose dolphins, pilot whales, a sea turtle and the added bonus of a pod of spotted north Atlantic dolphins too!! Great boat, toilets and snack bar on board, and cold water treats ans sick bags for people struggling!! Definitely very respectful too, lovely to see them in the wild!!

Après avoir fait plusieurs fois des croisières pour voir les dauphins à L’os Gigantes, nous avons voulu changer d’air et nous n’avons pas du tout regretté ! Pour 15€ à cette période le prix est imbattable et l’équipage est au top merci à eux ! Merci surtout à Léo de nous avoir bien guidé et surtout merci pour sa sympathie !! 😁

Wir haben über Get your Guide die Wal-und Delfin Beobachtung gebucht. Es hat sich zu 100% gelohnt. Es war ein super Erlebnis, wir haben Wale und Delfine sehen können..Man hat uns vieles Erklärt was super interessant war. Einer der Crew Mitglieder konnte Deutsch, daher hat man auch alles verstanden. Top! Es lohnt sich definitiv! Man kommt den Tieren nicht zu nahe das man sie stört, aber auch nah genug um sie in ihrer vollen Bracht zu beobachten.

Sehr respektvollen Walbeobachtung bei der man viel Zeit bekommt die Tiere zu beobachten. Man kommt wirklich sehr nah dran! Wir haben viele Grindwale gesehen und auch Delfine. Leider waren die Delfine schnell wieder weg, weil Kajaks die Delfine verfolgt haben. Allerdings haben wir 2 Delfine sogar kurz springen sehen!

Tolle Erfahrung :) wir haben viele Grindwale gesehen und der Guide hat die Tour auf 5 (?) Sprachen geleitet, was echt super war. Das Boot hat eine gute Größe und man kann sich frei bewegen, da es nicht zu voll ist. Im Innenraum liegen ein paar Informationen zu Delfinen und Walen in Gefangenschaft und warum man dies nicht unterstützen sollte. Außerdem arbeitet die Crew wohl mit Sea Shepherd zusammen - das fanden wir richtig super und so wichtig, dass hier aufgeklärt wird. Ich hätte mir ein paar mehr Infos zu den gesichteten Walen gewünscht, aber das ist wohl meckern auf hohem Niveau. :)

We had a brilliant, informative trip with No.1. The staff took time to explain what we hoped to see on our trip (in 5 languages!) so everyone could understand and enjoy the outing. It was exciting to see the pilot whales, we were able to sit steady with the engine low and watch them for a while. We also briefly saw dolphins by the fish farms where it was explained they often go to feed. We were grateful for the captain sharing her knowledge and insight of the whaling industry, how best to support protecting ocean wildlife and why it's so important. You could see that she was passionate about the cause which we were very happy to support through our ticket purchases towards their charity links. Thanks No.1!

Fantastic trip! Very impressed with the crew, who seamlessly transitioned between Spanish, English, French, German and Portuguese in order to cater for all guests. The pilot whales were magnificent, and so glad that the tour operates a no-chase policy, ensuring the whales could come and go as they please without stress. Appreciated the talk from the brilliant skipper on the issues facing marine mammals and the charity links of the tour. Great value for money, would recommend!

Respetuosos con los cetáceos, muy bonita experiencia. Recomendable 100% si vas a Tenerife. En mi salida vimos una tortuga, delfines de nariz de botella y mucha cantidad de calderones tropicales. También es muy bonito ver la isla cuando te alejas de la orilla.

Une expérience inimaginable! Venu à la base le mercredi, il y’avait trop de vent donc visite annulée. Personnel d’une extrême gentillesse qui propose de post-poser pour éviter de décevoir tout le monde à cause des conditions climatiques. Nous revenons le vendredi avec un meilleur climat. Sur le bateau, des explications complètes de personnes passionnées dans 4 langues, une vue imprenable sur les dauphins et baleines pilotes (nous avons été très chanceuses!). Une cause essentielle à soutenir pour préserver la biodiversité marine. 37€ par personne c’est peu cher pour l’expérience incroyable vécue (dont une partie va à l’association de Paul Watson). Si vous souhaitez choisir une excursion en mer, foncez!!

Nice trip to see the dolphins and the whales. You won't figure it out which is which. They are the same size. It is quite ok organized, although keeping people at the gate in the sun for half an hour.

Wir waren Anfang Mai dabei und haben Delphine, sowie Waale gesehen! Die Crew ist super nett und es wird Spanisch, Französisch, Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen. Nebenbei werden interessante Fakten über die Meeresbewohner erzählt. Das Geld war es definitiv wert! Auch um die Leute, die Seekrank werden, wurde sich schnell gekümmert.

We hadden hier een trip geboekt maar dat ging niet door ivm te hoge golven. Opzich niet erg, maar het was de hele dag al een beetje winderig. Ze hadden ook even op zn minst een mail of een appje kunnen sturen dat het niet door ging. Want nu hebben we 1u en 10 min voor niks heen en terug gereden .

We saw many pilot whales during our boat tour and two different kind of dolphins. Our initial boat tour got rescheduled because of the weather. The sea was very rough on the day we went out though, even though they said it usually is calm. That made it a bit uncomfortable for a couple people on the boat.

Great tour and guides. We did see pilot whales, dolphins and even sea turtles. Just don't do that tour, if you tend to get sea sick. The sea was quite calm and still it was a rough ride.

Très bon accueil de la part de l équipe. Nous avons pu voir des dauphins et baleines pilote. C était vraiment super. Un tarif super intéressant en avril 20€ par personne pour 2h de balade.

Die Fahrt war eigentlich ganz gut, man hat ein paar Grindwaale gesehen und zum Schluss noch aus der Ferne 2 Delfine. Was mir allerdings nicht gefallen hat, was hier einige schon angesprochen haben, der Preis. Der ist zwar im Gegensatz zu 40,50 oder 60€ total okay, aber auf der Homepage wird einem vorgegaukelt der Preis ist reduziert, und wer zum Glück hier vorher liest weiß, vor Ort kostet es nur 15€, theoretisch. Es steht auch auf den Schildern vor Ihrem Laden, aber das ist natürlich ein anderer Ausflug. Nun, wir haben 20 bezahlt, was okay ist, aber das rumgeeiere mit dem Preis ist Mist.

Ein top Ausflug zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Delfine, Grindwale und sogar Orcas gesehen.

Atrakcja ok, czas trwania około 2h. Obsługa przyjazna. Łódka dość duża, na pokład której wchodzi dużo ludzi aczkolwiek bez tłoku. Spokojnie można poruszać się po pokładzie. Zapach spalin niestety potrafi popsuć doświadczenia. Toaleta męska i damska zaniedbana.

Un barco muy cómodo, un personal muy atento y bastante respetuoso con la fauna. Más que los demás que hemos visto hoy.

I spent a long time searching for the right company for a dolphin-watching tour because it was my dream to see dolphins, but I really wanted the most ethical experience possible. That's why Loro Park were off the table, as well as party boats that chase dolphins. By chance, I came across this company's offer, and I immediately liked their "no chase" policy – a huge plus for me. Even though I didn’t expect to see the dolphins up close, I was pleasantly surprised when they swam really close to the boat. It was an amazing experience. When the dolphins swam away, the boat didn’t chase them, but we moved to another spot where we observed a different species and also saw turtles. It was a fantastic experience that I’ll remember for a long time. It was the best thing we did on the island, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic experience. We loved it so much we went twice! We saw Short Finned Pilot Whales, Bottle Nosed Dolphins and Spotted Atlantic Dolphins. I felt very privileged and honoured to see such glorious creatures in their home environments. The boat Captains, don't 'chase' the whale pods or Dolphins and silence is recommended when there is a sighting, so as not to scare the whales or dolphins too.

Excelente tour respetuoso con el medio ambiente y con la fauna, además hablan varios idiomas como español, inglés, alemán, francés e italiano. En nuestra excursión tuvimos la oportunidad de aprender mucho sobre distintos animales marinos así como poder ver ballenas piloto y zífios, bastante raros de ver. La tripulación es muy atenta a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Hay bar en el barco

Esperienza abbastanza appagante, le balene vivono in questa zona per cui è abbastanza "normale" vederle. Le imbarcazioni tengono molte persone però tutto è abbastanza organizzato e non soffocante.

As we watched 3 other boats hounding a pod of whales and our captain explained that out of respect for the animals we would move away from them, I felt so happy to have booked this cruise instead. In the end, the whales approached our boat on their own accord and kept close for a while, which was very nice. We also saw a few dolphins later on, always without chasing any of the animals.

Super accueil et il semble que c'était notre jour de chance car on a pu observer dès la sortie du port des dauphins tachetés, puis un grand dauphin qui nous a fait le show et enfin, les baleines pilotes ! Un souvenir inoubliable ! Merci à tout l'équipage ! Et merci aussi de sensibiliser au respect des animaux sauvages qui n'ont rien à faire dans les parcs 🙏

I can really only recommend this provider. He pays attention to animal welfare and doesn't hunt the animals, but you still have the opportunity to see the animals up close. I think that you should always keep animal welfare in mind when you visit an event like this and that's why I chose this provider and I haven't regretted my decision. 🐬🐬🐳🐳Fue super bien aparte de que no conseguimos de recibir el email con los billetes . Somos de Suecia y os llamamos un par de días antes por ayuda con la reserva. Al final lo conseguimos pero solo con el pagamento bancario visteis nuestra reserva y nos escribisteis un bimkrta de papel como antes se Solís hacer en mis buenos viejos tiempos. Todo muy bien sino,no tenemos nada para quedarnos. Lamentablemente no vimos los delfines que nos gustan más.Los más pequeños y de color gris ( flipper) digamos solo pudimos ver unas alitas de lejos.Peto bueno sino todo muy bien organizado. 2hr boat trip out to see the whales and dolphins! Always sceptical of such things but this trip was amazing!! We saw so many short fin poor whales it was amazing and close up to the boat too! It was such an amazing trip!! The guys on the boat spoke different languages so everyone could understand and it really was a great trip!!! Highly recommend!

The customer service at the gate for entering the port was terrible. An employee or volunteer of the organisation (a man with dreadlocks) responsible for letting people into the port refused to answer my question about whether the long line to enter the port was for the whale watching excursion at the specific time. He literally turned his back on me. I was confused because I don't speak Spanish, and the people in line didn't speak English. When I repeated my question, he started shouting at me. Instead of being involved with whale watching, this angry man should consider taking anger management classes first! I support the cause since profits go to a sea life charity, but it's important to treat people with respect. Such behavior doesn't help spread awareness or support for the charity. Kindness doesn't cost anything! 🙏

We had a lovely time in the sea! We saw many dolphins and whales up close, but no chase as promised! ♥️ They also said ticket money goes to the animal charity. I recommend buying your tickets straight from them in the harbour. Crew was nice. Snack choice could be better (chips only).

Экскурсия мне не понравилась. Видели 2 дельфина, очень далеко от корабля и стаю маленьких китов ( вид китов, размером как дельфины). Животные были на столько далеко, что видно было только плавники. Корабль даже не пытался ближе подплыть к ним. У меня уже был опыт наблюдения за китами и дельфинами на острове Мадейра, там действительно экскурсия меня впечатлила, дельфины плавали прям возле лодки и команда сделала все возможное чтобы мы увидели как можно ближе и больше дельфинов.

Booked this today for 20e/person at the kiosk. I wasn't sure at first, as this boat can have up to 64 people and was afraid of this being too turistic. The trip exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly, polite and explains everything in 4 languages: ESP, EN, DE, FR. This one guy speaks all languages fluently, I was really impressed! We spotted Atlantic dolphins and there were tens of them jumping around, being really curious. The boat stayed relatively close to them, but at no time I thought we were disturbing them. We then also spotted the whales and the boat went silent and just watched them amazed in their natural habitat. Really recommended tour, I like they respect the animals.

Erg leuke ervaring om mee te maken. We hadden vrij snel na vertrek uit de haven al geluk met de eerste dieren. We hebben tijdens de tocht dolfijnen en grienden gezien. Zeker een aanrader als je op Tenerife bent en walvissen en dolfijnen wil spotten!

Wunderschöne Fahrt mit freundlichem Personal. Haben viele Grindwale und Delfine gesehen. Ein schönes Schiff und Kulanz der Mitarbeiter die Fahrt auf einen anderen Tag zu verlegen, wegen Seegangs.

If I could I would have given zero stars... We were informed that our cruise was cancelled right before it should have started. No information was given before. And I booked especially this cruise more than a week before ("we're respecting nature", "biologist onboard"). We came to Los Cristanos especially for this trip. They tried to give us an explenation but honestly it just looked as if there was underbooking. We were proposed another cruise with another ship but it was very dissapointing - it took them almost an hour to find a pilot whale and right after they were turning back just to have an opportunity for a five minute swim near the shore (this wasn't included in the original cruise and that was one of mamy reasons why I booked it...). It was a waste of time and money. And above all it was utterly unprofessional. This is why I highly unrecommend this cruise and the company.

Nice 2h trip on the ocean. We've been lucky and we've seen whales, dolphins and a turtle during the trip. The kids were thrilled boarding on the Peter Pan boat. The staff was amazing, entertaining and provided useful information.

Sortie en mer vraiment sympa (un dimanche 10h30 début septembre) sans trop de monde sur le bateau avec un équipage qui communique dans toutes les langues ! Baleines pilotes, dauphins et tortues au menu. Très satisfait de notre matinée. Attention à notre arrivée au port, beaucoup + de personnes attendaient pour embarquer pour la sortie suivante. Choisir la matinée me semble judicieux.

Cogimos la hora de las 10:30h, vimos delfines nada más salir y a la vuelta, también vimos calderones, nos hizo un día maravilloso. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la explicación de la capitana, solo habla en inglés y se tira un buen rato hablando sobre el daño que hacen algunos humanos a los delfines y otras especies con sus actos, me parece que está bien recordarlo o hacer ver a otras personas que es importante respetar a los animales, pero estuvo hablando mucho tiempo y como digo, sólo en inglés. Teníamos que estar cocentradas todo el tiempo para saber qué decía la mujer y si no sabes inglés pues no te enterarás de nada.

Son muy respetuosos con los animales. Suelen hablar en todos los idiomas, pero a veces no.

We really liked to book a tour which respect Sea Sheperd commitment and not bothering the animals. There are a lot of people but it’s okay. Plus this trip only focus on watching the animals and doesn’t go doing other touristic stuff and that’s exactly what we were looking for. The prices are really good.

Great tour and you do see whales …. Maybe some dolphins but I can’t trust if the 9year old did see any … we did see a large turtle aswell ! However I didn’t give it 5 stars due to the fact of how Ruff the ride truly is ! From the moment you leave port to when you get toward the cost it’s very very choppy. Many saw their breakfast again ! However the staff was amazing helped everyone even the captain Sam came down and spoke to my very ill wife and spoke to her about what was going to happen and how to help . So if you can bare with the sea sickness you will enjoy this boat ride it was truly amazing thank you team !

Das Personal war sehr nett und hat alle Ansagen in Spanisch, Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch gemacht. Wir mussten nicht lange fahren um Delfine und kleine Grindwale zu sehen. Die Parkplatz Situation war schwierig. Es gibt zwar einen großen direkt am Hafen dort, dieser war aber sehr voll. Kommt auf jeden Fall mindestens 40 Minuten vor Abfahrt. Falls man dann doch überpünklich ist, gibt es nette Strände und Promenaden zum Zeit vertreiben. Für Leute die leicht seekrank werden ist die Tour aber nichts, wobei das natürlich auch tagesbedingt vom Wetter und den Wellen abhängig ist. Auf jeden Fall Sonnencreme und bei Bedarf Vomex mitbringen! Wir saßen vorne am Bug des Schiffs, was sich als sehr gut erwiesen hat, da man auf beide Seiten einfach sehen konnte und die Delfine und Wale manchmal ganz nah an den Bug kamen.

Ha superado todas nuestras espectativas. Buscabamos un tour de 2h que fuera respetuoso con el entorno. Estuvimos revisando las empresas autorizadas que publica la web de turismo de canarias y ésta ofrecía una relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Pudimos hacer la reserva online el dia anterior y acogernos a una reducción del 50% del precio. La tripulación ha sido muy amable (han dejado a algunos mas pequeños ponerse al timon) y hemos tenido la suerte de estar un buen rato al lado de las pequeñas ballenas residentes de la zona (calderones). Más tarde hemos podido ver muy brevemente algunos delfines mulares y una tortuga sacar la cabeza. Fantástico!

Équipage très agréable, informations données en 3 ou 4 langues, bar à bord, prix très raisonnable pour 2 heures (~20 € pour 1 adulte) et garantie de voir des daufins ou des baleines et sinon, 1 tour supplémentaire offert. Nous sommes trés satisfait d'avoir essayé cette merveilleuse expérience, on vous le recommande.

Penoso el servicio al cliente, el sábado sufren un fallo en el motor del barco y cambiamos la excursión al lunes (no pongo objeciones). Ese día sigue averiado y no avisan de la incidencia ni el personal acude a informar del problema. Sólo cuando llamo para solicitar información, dan explicacione confusas (uno dice que me han llamado y otro dice que están esperando por si pueden resolver la averia). Peor trato al cliente imposible

Me alegro de haber escogido este barco. Máximo respeto por los animales y el entorno. Muy profesionales. Teníamos un grupo de ballenas alrededor de nuestro barco (motor apagado) durante mucho rato y pudimos disfrutar viéndolos tranquilamente. En cuanto apareció un yate a toda velocidad buscando el show (que ofrece el mismo servicio pero con cava incluido), las ballenas cambiaron su comportamiento y se fueron. Una pena. Muy recomendable esta empresa. Gracias por hacerlo así :)

Good things: •the boat is nice with toilet on board. •The crews are nice and kind. •Booking through the website is straight forward. • seen whales and dolphins from afar. Nice to watch them in the wild. There is a bar where you can buy drink (if not too sick) Not so good things: • be warned that it can be very bumpy journey (front is worse), the back of the boat has a petrol smell. We all felt rather sick during the journey no matter where we sat. Many others become sick as well. So not really have much mood to watch and hopped journey to end. • can only watch from far distance, not like showed on photo. Felt not really worth the 2hs on boat for that.

Our afternoon spent on the Bahriyeli boat was amazing. kind crew welcomed us on the boat and shared with us many interesting information in multiple languages . We appreciated that the boat was not super packed by people, there was a bar with beverages and crew follow No chase policy. it was noticeably they really love ocean. We had a chance to see multiple Short-finned pilot whales in their natural environment. It was amazing experience.

Bellissima esperienza con i nostri bambini che hanno sofferto un po' i movimenti della barca. L' equipaggio, poliglotta, è stato davvero adorabile, mostrandosi empatico e pronto a sostenerci e per niente infastidito. Avvistare balene e delfini che nuotano liberi, in un contesto di massimo rispetto della fauna marittimo, è stata un'esperienza davvero unica che porteremo nel cuore. Ciò che ci ha spinti a scegliere questa compagnia è stata la possibilità di fare un' esperienza cruelty free, nel pieno rispetto degli animali liberi. Avendo dei bambini piccoli abbiamo optato per la crociera di due ore senza bagno in mare, ideale per noi. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely twin-mast sailing boat (it does use an engine; has toilet on board and refreshments for sale). Easy boarding process and punctual departure. Excellent staff, offering explanations in up to five languages. Went twice in one week and both times saw dolphins as well as pilot whales (in March, apparently a good time). Unique company that genuinely cares about and respects marine life, and supports animal welfare causes. Highly recommended.

I was told in person that I was going to be refunded but it's been over a week now... I guess they are not a professional company at all for lying to people like that.

We really enjoyed this tour. The boat was comfortable and not overcrowded and the guides were professional. We saw a few pilot whales and the guides gave us information about them, and told us about their work protecting them from hunters. A few people were seasick but the guides warned us in advance that the sea was choppy. Good tour!

The crew are friendly and extremely helpful. My husband has some mobility issues and they ensured he was safe boarding the boat. The commentary was in multiple languages by a couple of the crew. They can never guarantee what you will see but we were fortunate enough to see dolphins and a coupleof pilot whales. It was a little choppy and some guests were unwell. We had a fantastic whale safari. Captain Samantha and her crew really do their utmost to find the majestic animals of the sea. The boat is comfortable and offers excellent views. Bring a sweater and wind proof jacket.

Fatal la experiencia. Teniamos cita para un martes a las 10:30 te piden que estes a las 10:15 y cuando llegamos de la otra punta de Tenerife nos dicen que el capitan ha decidido no salir (sin avisar o enviar un mail diciendolo ya que lo sabian segun ellos desde las 9:15) nos dan la opcion de devolvernos el dinero o cambiarlo al dia siguiente, le damos un voto de confianza y vamos al dia siguiente ( pedimos telefono para llamar antes de salir y confirmar que el capitan sale). Llamo a las 9:30 del dia siguiente me confirman mi reserva y me garantiza que saldra el barco. Llegamos a la fila del barco ( ibamos con tres niños pequeños) y nos dice el chico del barco que no tenemos reserva, que vaya a hablar al punto de informacion ( imaginaros como iba subiendo mi enfado) voy al punto de informacion y me dicen que me han devuelto el dinero ( MENTIRA) y que claro por eso no aparezo, le explico todo lo sucedido anteriormente incluida mi llamada previa a venir pero el insistr que me han devuelto el dinero y que para subirme debo pagar otra vez Le pido un justificante de esa devolución y sorpresa!! El dinero NO estaba devuelto y sorprendentemente ahora si teníamos sitio. Exigimos la devolucion en efectivo de lo pagado y anulamos la visita. Muy poco formales y serios. En el puerto teneis mil sitios mas de avistamiento que no sea ese mas baratos y de mejor trato y calidad

Die Bootstour zur Wal- und Delfinbeobachtung war super! Nur zu empfehlen 👍🏻 Es besteht eine hohe Chance die Tiere zu sehen, falls nicht gibt es auch noch einen kleinen „Trick“ an einem anderen Ort. Also bleibt nur eine minimale Wahrscheinlichkeit nichts zu sehen, wobei eine Bootsfahrt alleine schon toll ist ⛵️ Es war so schön! Danke 🐬🐳🩵

Tolle Tour mit Rücksicht auf die Tiere. Vor der Tour wird die Sprache abgefragt und individuell auf jeden eingegangen. Die Jungs und Mädels wissen was sie tun und von was sie sprechen. Es wurde von Anfang an kommuniziert das keine Garantie gegeben wird das man überhaupt was sieht. Nach kurzer Zeit war auf dem Meer schon die erste Familie von Pilotwalen neben dem Boot, später haben sich dann noch Delphine und sogar eine Meeresschildkröte blicken lassen

Booked 2 tickets via their website for the tour. They charged my Credit Card twice (i.e for 4 tickets). The tour was cancelled the following day due to weather and unable to get any response/contact to get a refund - not sure if they are a scam company as I've lost 100 euro and now with the credit card fraud department.

Csodálatos élmény volt. A személyzet nagyon barátságos, figyelmes, és látszik, hogy nagyon tisztelik a tengeri élővilágot, ami nagyon tetszett nekem. Láttam pilóta bálnákat, teknőst, és egy repülő halat. Szeretettel ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretnek hajókázni, nézelődni.

Excellent staff at the shop on the end of the Beach. Really fun and well trained staff on the boat too. I like the old twin mast style and the interior is very well kept with some drinks for sale and some information on the walls and chart table. We managed to embark fairly easily even with some mobility issues but you will need to be able to manage 2 or 3 small steps. The crew gave occasional instructions and commentary in no less than 5 languages and it was refreshing not to have a taped recording. This made sense as all trips have different experiences. There were at least 15 Pilot whales including a separate family of a cow with 2 calves only 20 feet from the boat for a short period. Usually we kept around 50 to 100 feet from them. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins on the way back from Los Giantess cliffs. Fantastic views of Los Christianos and the Mountains in the background too.

Did not disappoint ! Saw a beautiful family of pilot whales, and the best & unexpected sight was a real flying fish less than 10 minutes after leaving the shore! I did unfortunately feel seasick in the last third of the trip but the crew were helpful and there are toilets onboard !

We booked the day before because it was our last day in Tenerife and we had a busy schedule. Unfortunately when we got to the port (on time) the boat was full and we could not board. They were still selling tickets 1 hour before the boat left. Kiran, (employee) was very kind and arranged for us to go later. The boat was crowded, smelly and uncomfortable, I think they just wanted to cram as many people as possible (136) on each trip. If they are so concerned about the environment they might consider upgrading or at least maintaining the engines on the boat, the stink from the exhaust stayed in my lungs for hours after. The crew were certainly knowledgeable about the whales and dolfins of which we saw several, I would recommend finding a trip with less passengers if possible.

Booked the trip online, paid with credit card. The trip was cancelled due to the engine failiure. Only half of the amount I have paid was refunded. Sent 4 emails from two different email adress to get the rest of the money back - no response. These people are THIEVES, watch out.

Merellähän on aina mukavaa vaikkei näkisi yhtään valasta, ja nyt niitä myös näki varsin läheltä. Liput 20€/aikuinen, lastenrattaat sopii alukselle. Englantia puhuva täti piti puheen valaiden ja merien kohtelusta mikä aiheutti ajattelemista, allekirjoittanutta sitä on kyllä joskus kielletty tekemästä..

Trip was cancelled on the day, I received a vague voicemail message not even 2 hours before the trip. In the voicemail, I wasn't told the trip was cancelled but just to call back. I tried calling back, but there was no answer several times. Upon arriving at their office, I was told the trip was cancelled. They could book us onto another boat (at an additional charge, although I did negotiate a slight reduction to the original rate). We decided to book with another operator, who provided the service. Be wary about booking this boat trip online. They charge €25 each, but only €15 each on the day. Scandalous. To top it off, I was promised that a refund would be processed straight away, subject to the usual 5 working days bank processing. However, over two weeks later, I have received nothing back. I contacted them again to be met with another empty promise. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to get MY money back!

Személyzet nagyon profi. Mindent megtettek hogy bálnát és delfint lássunk. Sikerült egy nagy családot elkísérni illetve több szólóban lévő bálnához is szerencsénk volt. Nagyon ajánlott program.

!! Attention !! Le 04/11 nous avons réservé pour une sortie de 2h pour le 10/11. À notre arrivée, l'hôtesse nous explique que le bateau ne sortira pas car il est en maintenance. Elle s'en excuse et explique que nous serons remboursé. Depuis, après plusieurs mails, plusieurs appels, aucun remboursement n'est effectué et ne sera sûrement pas effectué. Par chance, le bateau PETER-PAN se trouvant juste à côté nous accueillis à bras ouverts avec un petit geste commercial. La balade fût parfaite, les personnes présente à bord sont extra !

The ONLY whale and dolphin watching tour you should go on if you truly care for our beautiful sea mammals. No chase, no stress or upset to the whales and dolphins. No disturbing them when they're sleeping and then making them dive deep to get away from being chased by boats like most tours. They work with the incredible Sea Shephers and Dolphin Project. I never thought I'd get to see them as I am anti animal tourism, so I was ecstatic to come across this company. We had an incredible trip, seeing many pilot whales and even a dolphin (rarer to see). The trip felt really calm and you could really tell that the mammals were not bothered by us, so much so one of the baby whales started showing off. I honestly nearly cried many times with happiness. Very educational tour from really compassionate marine biologists. I've been recommending to any friends and family visiting Tenerife.

Great time on this whale and dolphin watching boat trip. Was only 2 hours long compared to others which were 3+ hours (too long for my liking) and we actually saw both dolphins and pilot whales!! Had a slight issue as I accidentally booked too many tickets online, the company have not been cooperative with refunding me. I spoke to them in person and they told me to open a case via paypal. I wouldn't reccomend buying tickets online via their website anyway as its actually cheaper to buy them directly from the shop which is a 2 minute walk away from the boat pickup itself. (€15 rather than €25) Staff on board were great and the boat itself was clean and spacious with 2 decks.

A magical experience. Supporting this animal friendly organization and also seeing whales is wonderful. The crew was more than helpful and very nice. One crew member jumped into the sea at the harbor to get a fishing hook out of the sea. We are going on a second trip because it was that good. Would recommend it to everyone.

Muy buena experiencia con esta empresa. Fueron muy respetuosos con las ballenas piloto que vimos y pudimos verlas muy de cerca porque ellas mismas se acercaban al barco. Las explicaciones fueron claras y necesarias para entender la fauna marina que estábamos visitando, así como el entorno protegido en el que nos encontramos. También pudimos ver delfines y tortugas. Para repetir y aconsejar a todo aquel que quiera disfrutar del mar en todo su esplendor en este espacio protegido entre Tenerife y La Gomera.

Great experience, one of our highlights in Tenerife. I appreciated the focus on biological and ecological aspects - while other tours looked more "touristy", this one is great to learn about Canarian marine life. We saw lots of pilot whales and even some dolphins, thanks Lea for the great insight.

We saw many dolphins and whales as promised. Very reasonable priced tour and on-board Bar. We chose this trip as we didn't want to waste time this trip was 2-3hrs. The only issue was that the one shaded area was at the rear of the ship, which is also the smoking area. We had a family of chain smokers onboard, and I felt sick from the smoke. The smoking area and shade need to be in separate areas. I sent the kids to the top deck but couldn't handle the hot sun myself, so I had to deal with the smoke. If I had a small child who needed shade. I wouldn't have been very happy in the smoking area.

Polecam! Rejs bardzo przyjemny, trwał ok. 2h podczas którego zobaczyliśmy wiele delfinów. Pod koniec zahaczyliśmy jeszcze klify przy plaży. Obsługa bardzo fajna, tłumaczyła wszystko w wielu językach oraz na bieżąco wskazywała gdzie zaraz pojawią się delfiny.

Leuke trip. Je ziet veel kleine walvissen. En je mag ook nog in fantastisch helder water zwemmen. Er wordt goede uitleg gegeven door vriendelijke bemanning. Zorg dat je op tijd bent. Het is wel een stukje lopen vanaf de parkeerplaats. Deze boot heeft veel schaduwplaatsen. Voordeel ten opzichte van de binnenplaatsen in het cabine is dat je minder snel ziek wordt.

Pensaba que íbamos a poder ver a las ballenas más de cerca, pero se quedaron un tanto lejillos. Aún así estuvo bien. Y sobre todo el personal del barco muy atentos con los pasajeros mareados y en general por si necesitábamos algo.

The boat trip was fine, however, I booked online and somehow booked the excursion twice. I have been waiting nearly a week for it to be sorted, despite speaking them in person, whatsapp messages, emails, and them having all my details.

Agréable croisière faite à bord du Bariyeli à la recherche des baleines pilotes et des dauphins. Équipage au top, ils prennent le temps de nous expliquer ce que nous allons faire, ce que nous pourrons voir. Préalablement ils passent nous expliquer via des photos les cétacés que nous pourront rencontrer. Le plus, c'est qu'ils parlent plusieurs langues, espagnol, français, anglais, italien... Bref, on est restés impressionnés par leur maîtrise des langues, pour une fois ce n'est pas une bande enregistrée. Nous avons pu observer durant de nombreuses dizaines de minutes ds baleines pilotes. Les cétacés sont respectés, et sont restés autour du bâteau bercés par le sifflement de la capitaine. Nous n'avons pas vu de dauphins, mais les baleines pilotes ont fait leur show. A faire.

The team is multilingual and offers information in spanish, english, french and german. We saw dolphins and wales as well. Some of visitors got seasick but the team managed with it excellent. They took care of every single of the visitors.

Wir haben diese Tour auf TripAdvisor mit guten Bewertungen und zu einem super Preis gefunden. Das Schiff war von der Größe her ganz gut, so dass man die Wellen weiter draußen nicht so gemerkt hat. So sind wir zuerst auf der Suche nach den Delfinen gefahren und danach noch weiter zu den Walen. Dabei wurden immer sehr viele Dinge zu den Tieren und der Lebensweise dieser erklärt. Die Tour wurde in den Sprachen Spanisch/Englisch/Deutsch durchgeführt. Die Crew stand jederzeit mit mehreren Personen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren standen auch eine Bar und Toiletten zur Verfügung. Zwischendurch wurde noch eine Lotterie abgehalten, bei der man ein original Crew T-Shirt gewinnen konnte. Alles in allem ist die Tour sehr zu empfehlen! Jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten das Glück sowohl Delfine als auch eine große Walfamilie inklusive Baby und sogar eine Meeresschildkröte in Freiheit zu sehen und waren hellauf begeistert! Dazu wird ein Teil des ohnehin schon preiswerten Tickets an die NGO Sea Shepard gespendet um gegen das grausame und sinnlose Schlachten von Walen vorzugehen. Wir haben auch viel von der sehr bemühten, freundlichen und erfahrenen Crew gelernt und es fehlt einem an Bord an nichts - auch nicht an Platz. Die 2 stündige Tour hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen und war ein absolutes Highlight unseres Teneriffa Urlaubs - großen Dank und vorbehaltlose Empfehlung von uns! Nur falls man zu Seekrankheit neigt, sollte man dem mit Medikamenten vorbeugen und es wäre evtl. hilfreich darauf hinzuweisen, dass es bei der beschilderten "Zona A" des Hafens losgeht.

Attrape touristes: ils indiquent dans leur nom Whale et Dolphins tour, certes on a vu plein de baleines, mais bizarrement jamais de dauphins; une sombre arnaque pour prendre l'argent des touristes voulant voir des dauphins ! Et en plus aucun commentaire en langue française donc je n'ai compris aucune explication. 😢

Booked a whale watching trip through these guys and what a great trip it was and Excellent value for money. We booked Bahriyeli whale & dolphin watching which always 15 euros for 2 hours. Saw a whole pod of Pilot whales and the day before some people we met saw a sperm whale. First one the captain had seen for 10 years. Amazing value for money, a great boat trip and what an amazing experience, seeing all the whales. If you feel a bit sea sick if it does get choppy we recommend you go down to the lower deck to the back of the boat. We were fine though. A big thumbs up from us.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Fürs nahe parken 300m am Anleger müssen pro h 1,80€ eingeplant werden. Das Schiff hatte eine angenehme Größe, nicht zu klein. Ca 30 - 40 Teilnehmer fanden auf Deck und in der Kabine gut Platz. Abstand und Hygiene konnten gut einhalten werden und wurde auch hingewiesen.. Alle Hinweise und Infos kommen 4 sprachig... ES/Eng/Dt/Fr. 2 h war für uns völlig ausreichend. Wir haben zwei Delphine und 8 Grindwale sehen können. Alles wirkte artgerecht, es wurde immer wieder drauf hingewiesen, das wir zu Gast im Raum der Tiere sind. Toll! Preise auf dem Schiff völlig in Ordnung. Viele liebe Dank an das Team! Sehr zu empfehlen...

Csodálatos kirándulás. A találkozási pontot könnyű megközelíteni. Aki siet, annak javaslom kocsival a kikötői parkolóban elhelyezni az autót. A hajó elég nagy, a felső rész bármelyik pontjáról könnyen ki lehet látni. Kellemes meglepetés volt, hogy az idegenvezető srác a spanyol mellett angolul, németül, franciául és olaszul is mindig elmondta az infókat. Habár ma sajnos delfineket nem, csak bálnákat láttunk, az egyértelmű volt hogy ez nem a legenyegen és a kapitányok múlott. Könnyen belathato h ő gy egy óceáni bálnalesen nem 100% hogy minden állat akkor lesz ott, amikor mi akarjuk. Nagyon ajánlom.

My experience was good, they explained some interesting facts and I could see pilot whales coming very close to the boat. I give three star because the boat is big, it can fit 136 people and the turn before mine was very full of people. I could see the pilot whales because we were only ~ 30 people with the possibility to move around the boat(so I was lucky). If we were more, I would have not see anything. 15 euro for person is a fair price.

A fantastic trip. We got to see pilot whales and a sea turtle. The sea was very choppy on the day we went so ended up feeling very sick but was fully aware of this when we booked. A great trip and although there was lots of people on the boat it didn't feel crowded at all.

Cheap and fun way to go whale watching. We recommend buying tickets on site rather than online though - when we were going, it cost 25€ per person to reserve the trip online (a "discount" from 30€) and we only paid 15€ per person when we bought it on site.

Una gran experiencia para descubrir tesoros naturales que a veces pasan desapercibidos. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ver un grupo de calderones y fuimos afortunados al poder observar a una especie no residente, una rorcual con su cria. Fue maravilloso, verlas emerger a respirar e incluso vislumbrar a la cria bajo el agua cercarse unos segundo antes de volver con la madre. Se nota su profesionalidad y compromiso no persiguiendo a los animales (son colaboradores de Sea Sheperd), pero eso no impide conseguir ver a los animales bien cerca. La tripulación muy atenta a cualquier duda o pregunta. La próxima vez que vuelva por las islas, seguramente repetire.

Our trip was cancelled due to rough seas and we were promised a reimbursement, as we had to return our rental car and could't wait for the next trip. A month and several e-mails later and we still have not received our refund. The cancellation due to the rough seas is fair enough, but not wanting to reimburse customers for a product they never received is very criticizable.

If you want to do a whale and dolphin tour, I would only recommend here to book your experience. They're the only ones to be Sea Shepherd approved and operate a no chase policy, and Lea and the crew of the Bahriyeli are extremely knowledgeable. When we return to Tenerife, we will certainly be booking again.

Pudimos disfrutar del camino y de ver delfines!!! La tripulación habla en todos los idiomas y te explican todo muy bien. La única pega es que reservamos desde booking y te envían una dirección errónea, menos mal que preguntamos sino nos quedamos en tierra. Y otra cosa nos cambiaron la hora de salida 1 h antes avisando por correo... Eso no me gustó porque si no estás atento al teléfono y confías en una hora...

Excellent! This is the place to go for whale watching in Tenerife. The only operator that collaborates with the Sea Shepherds. No chasing. We got to see lots of whales, dolphins and turtles. Great family day out in their boat. We saw several dolphins and our kids were very excited. The boat was normal. You can stay on the main deck or go to the upper one. If you get dizzy easily stay in the lower one. You can move around during sightseeings. It was a relaxing and positive experience.

Difficile de choisir parmi tous les prestataires pour voir les dauphins depuis Los Cristianos, jusqu'à qu'on est trouvé celui lui qui est très engagé pour la vie animale. Nous avons adoré l'excursion avec un équipage très sympathique et très engagé. Certains membres de l'équipapge parlent même français. Vous ne pouvez pas être sur de ce que vous allez voir à l'avance et ils laisseront aux animaux rencontrés le choix de s'approcher ou non sans trop les déranger. Je recommande fortement

Personal maleducado, gritando sin querer dar explicaciones cuando nos cancelaron a última hora, el resto de compañías salían con normalidad el señor que nos atendió pésimo servicio, no vuelvo a perder ningún día von esta compañía.

Llegamos al puesto para preguntar por donde tenemos que ir con 30min de antelación y nos atendió un señor que nos hablo muy mal y con gritos, cancelaron el paseo por que supuestamente había mucho viento cuando otras compañías salían con normalidad, nos hablo de muy malas formas, evidentemente por el trato no pensamos ni venir otra vez exclusivo por ellos, yo trabajo de cara al público y esas nos son formas de atender cuando los clientes te están haciendo preguntas del porque? El precio la verdad que está muy bien. Son muy amables todo el personal y conseguimos ver algunos delfines aunque algo lejos pero si varias ballenas piloto de muy cerca. No le pongo las 5 estrellas, porque la chica que iba explicando a los pasajeros las características de los animales a pesar de que me preguntó el idioma y le dije español, lo explicó en inglés. La verdad que me decepcionó mucho su actitud puesto que no me prestó ninguna atención ni dirigirse a mí y además de que era un día que el barco no tenía muchos pasajeros.

The guide was super with 6 different languages. Didn’t meet any dolphins on this mornings first tour, but they gave us a lot of time to watch the whales. I wish on a 2 hour tour it wouldn’t be allowed (since it’s not necessary really) to smoke on board at all. The ashtray on the lower deck railing was open and the cig ends would have flown to the sea easily. Don’t know for sure if they even did…. Otherwise the boat appeared to respect the animals. No disturbing at all 🙏🏼 Really good tour!

Booked online on the official site for a trip the next day, and then when we got there they were selling tickets for the exact same boat trip much cheaper, and wouldn't refund the difference. Really soured what would otherwise have been a great trip. We saw Whales right up close and Dolphins from a distance. The staff on the boat were friendly and knowledgeable. Take the trip, just definitely don't buy in advance, nonsensically it costs you more!

Great boat trip on Bahriyelli. Ship is spacious and excellent for the whale watching. We went on the beginning of November at 15.00 and found many pilot whales, we approached some of them vary closely - just several meters, however over the Trip - just a few dolphins and from a huge distance. If you are not seasick take place under captain bridge on the second deck- you get probably a best overview. Pilot whales are very beautiful creatures.

Wir haben bei der Tour Grindwale aus direkter Nähe (ca. 20m entfernt) und Delfine etwas weiter weg gesehen. Während der Tour wurden Informationen über die Tiere in spanischer und englischer Sprache gegeben. Die Organisation arbeitet mit Sea Sheperd zusammen, ein Teil der Kosten für die Waltour wird dorthin gespendet. Wir haben für die Tour 25€ pro Person über GetyourGuide bezahlt, vor Ort in Los Christianos hat die Tour lediglich 15€ pro Person gekostet. Für uns ist natürlich nicht überprüfbar, ob es sich dabei um ein tagesspezifisches Sonderangebot handelte, trotzdem bleibt ein kleiner Beigeschmack. Achtung: Wir haben bewusst diese Tour ausgewählt, da diese im Internet als tierfreundlich ohne Verfolgung durch die Boote angepriesen wurde. Es stimmt, dass während der gesamten Tour ein guter Abstand zu den Tieren gehalten wurde. Wir sind jedoch immer wieder hinter den Tieren hergefahren bzw. haben die Richtung gewechselt, um den Anschluss zu ihnen nicht zu verlieren. Es wurde nicht darauf gewartet, dass die Tiere sich selbständig nähern. Zudem handelte es sich um ein Motorboot, der Motor wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt der Tour abgeschaltet (auch nicht als man zur Beobachtung neben den Tieren trieb). Ich hatte mir dies anders vorgestellt und würde die Tour daher nicht erneut besuchen.

Amazing experience. Crew was knowledgable and treated the animals with respect. As soon as we were close, the captain turned of the motor. We saw dolphins and short finned whales really close up. The guide was really friendly and spoke a lot of languages really well. He also gave us snorkeling tips. 5 stars and a recommendation from us.

So good, we toured with them three times in our two week holiday. Amazing experience with the Pilot Whale's that swam alongside and under the boat. One excursion you should never miss. Awesome.

שייט של שעתיים לראות דולפינים ולוויתנים. יצאנו כמשפחה, שני מבוגרים ושלושה ילדים. את הכרטיסים הזמנו באחד האתרים, עלו לנו כ100 יורו למשפחה. היה נחמד, תלוי את מי שואלים. המתבגר בן 14 השתעמם, הקטנים בני 9, אחד קיבל בחילות וישן כל השייט, השני גם השתעמם. נכון ראינו את הדולפינים ולי אישית היה מגניב מאוד! יש שייטים יותר ארוכים, לא בטוחה שהיינו שורדים. למרות שהספינה הייתה יחסית גדולה עדיין לא הייתה יציבה בכלל. מי שסובל ממחלות ים, לא מומלץ. הצוות היה נחמד, ההסבר היה בארבע שפות וכן בסופו של דבר ראינו את הדולפינים.

Como acompañante de Lucía López puedo asegurar que no pedimos ningún reembolso; sino que pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones para ejercer nuestro derecho como consumidor, la cual estaba desaparecida "por limpieza en la oficina" y que la única persona que conocía su localización era la capitana del barco (la cual estaba en el barco con el siguiente turno). Nos ofrecieron la solución de esperar a que regresara la capitana, pero no disponíamos de 2 horas (duración del tour) libres para esperar. No quisimos llamar a la policía local Canaria por no formar una escena pero como consumidores hubiéramos estado en nuestro derecho y el local está en su obligación de tener hojas de reclamaciones SIEMPRE disponibles. Finalmente, solo quiero recalcar que nuestra intención fue dejar constancia por escrito de un mal servicio; por la ausencia de explicaciones en español más allá de la bienvenida. Sin entrar a discutir por la diferencia de precio entre en la entrada online y la entrada en tienda física. Por romper una lanza a favor de la empresa, decir que nos ofrecieron volver a subir al barco para el siguiente turno y otro día pero nos era imposible.

El barco en sí no estaba mal, tampoco era nada del otro mundo. Pero la explicación fue todo el rato en inglés y nada en español. Le pedimos que lo tradujera en español porque nos interesaba y solo nos dijeron la bienvenida del barco. Pagamos un servicio en el que en internet ponía inglés y español (y estamos en España) y ni un panfleto siquiera. Ni delfines, ni tortugas, … encima cuando llegamos vimos que la entrada estaba a 15€ cuando en internet ese mismo día estaba a 25€ cuando lo compramos. Cuando regresamos del barco fuimos a la tienda a pedir la hoja de reclamaciones (no el reembolso) por lo del idioma y no la tenían, nos dijeron que nos daban otro ticket y lo único que queríamos era la hoja de reclamación. Tendríamos que haber llamado a la policía para que fuera por no tener hojas de reclamación para el consumidor pero íbamos con prisa a otra excursión. Y nos dijeron de hablar con la comandante pero a la tarde sabiendo que no podíamos. Fuimos educados a la hora de transmitirles nuestra mala experiencia para informarles de lo sucedido y que a otras familias españolas les habían pasado también. No lo recomiendo ni lo volvería a repetir.

Great trip out to see the whales, staff all very friendly and very informative ( in all languages too ). Lovely boat too. We saw loads of whales on the two hour trip ( this was our third trip, and so far the best) Will definitely book next time we are in tenerife, thanks to all the crew

A brilliant 2 hour trip. Seen whales and dolphins everytime we've been out. Today we even saw a hammerhead shark. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Welcoming environment. Facilities onboard such as drinks and snack and toilets. Sick bags available for those who have a weaker stomach. They don't chase the wildlife but they do get really close and it is always breathtaking that these wild animals come so close. Definitely worth a trip out family friendly too. Don't hesitate to book

Hemos hecho con ellos alguna actividad cuando hemos estado en tenerife y la verdad es que muy bien. A destacar el personal son todos muy amablea y serviciales.

Experiencia maravillosa junto a una tripulación de 10. María es un auténtico encanto. Se les nota el amor que sienten por el mar. Además, gran parte del dinero que pagas por el billete va destinado a luchar contra la matanza de delfines. Gracias

Excelente actividad. Contraté otra de 5h y no tiene nada que ver. Este tour está orientado a ver ballenas o delfines y no defrauda. El personal es encantador y el tour precioso. Vimos muchos delfines ( los llaman ballenas por el tamaño) muy de cerca y tuvimos tiempo para disfrutarlos. Sin lugar a dudas muy recomendable y el precio es muy bueno (20€ si lo haces desde la oficina de Los Cristianos).

Fue un sueño hecho realidad para mi el poder ver delfines y ballenas cerca. Lo recomiendo mucho porque el paseo por alta mar fue de lo más agradable.

Vimos muchos calderones, algunos con crías. No tuvimos tanta suerte con los delfines, que los vimos fugazmente. La tripulación de 10, estábamos de regreso, cuando recibieron el aviso de un avistamiento de delfines y dieron la vuelta, para que pudiéramos verlos. Una experiencia inolvidable. Es emocionante ver a estos animales en libertad. Repetiré si vuelvo.

Really enjoyed this. Boat was big enough we could sit inside in the shade. Saw plenty of whales and they came close to the boat. The lady on board was extremely knowledgeable about the whales and gave us lots of information. A very nice family afternoon out.

Tour molto movimentato, metà dei passeggeri hanno avuto problemi di stomaco, io invece mi sono divertito tantissimo ed ho potuto ammirare diverse specie di animali marini.

Wir haben heute die Tour um 11 Uhr gemacht und es war toll. Wir hatten das Glück beide Arten der Delfine nah am Schiff sehen zu können!! Die Crew ist sehr nett und gibt viele Informationen. Sehr zu empfehlen, aber bitte bedenken, dass es sehr schaukelig werden kann ;-)

A great boat experience with very caring and knowledgeable staff. We learned a lot about whales, dolphins, turtle and other sea creatures in these waters and how they can be protected. They were very respectful towards the animals and didn't approach them too close. They staff were also very quick to respond with bags and water to any sea sickness - the boat ride was bumpy! Don't eat too much beforehand and drink only water and you should be fine (we were). Also, standing on the boat and looking to the water helps. Hats and sunscreen also recommended!

Haben heute bei einer Tour mitgemacht die leider aufgrund eines technischen Gebrechens erst mit einer Stunde Verspätung gestartet ist. Nichts desto trotz sind wir voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Erlebnis wenn man diese wunderbaren Tiere in ihrem Lebensraum sehen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und soweit hat eigentlich alles passt 👍🏻

Loved it and seeing the whales so close up in their own habitat was amazing. Disappointed we didn't see any dolphins but that's okay, they mustn't have wanted to come to us that day. It was a bit choppy and a lot of people were feeling a bit queasy. But a very informative and interesting insight into how wrong it is to keep these wonderful and beautiful creatures in captivity. They belong in the ocean.

Went on this trip today and had a great time. We took the early tour at 11 to avoid the crowds and the heat. Saw a few dolphins and loads of pilot whales. Fantastic value for money at 20 Euros each and the staff were first class. Would definitely recommend but advise going early as there was a large queue for the next trip out when we returned

Drei mal am Tag fährt das Boot raus auf den Atlantik. Eindruck hat die gute Vorbereitung und Stimmung der Crew gemacht. Seekranken und überhitzten Gästen wurde schnell und einfühlsam geholfen. Die Spots wo sich die Wale und Delfine aufhalten wurden routiniert angesteuert inkl. passender Erklärungen auf Spanisch, Englisch und Französisch. Sympathisch ist auch die Zusammenarbeit mit und Unterstützung von Sea Shepherd UK. Für Kinder waren genügend Rettungswesten an Bord.

Hervorragende Wal und Delfin Tour! Wird in Zusammenarbeit mit Sea Shepherd gemacht womit keine Tiere auf dem Meer verfolgt werden. Man fährt zu Stellen, wo Delfine oder Wale sein könnten und lässt dann die Tiere näher kommen, wenn sie mögen. Kaum 10 Minuten auf dem Meer haben wir schon einige Delfine gesehen und später auch noch eine Meeresschildkröten und kleine Wale. Man bekommt sehr viele interessante Informationen (fliessend) von einem der Crew-Mitglieder auf Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch und Englisch - sehr beeindruckend! Kann ich jedem empfehlen, der gerne Wale und Delfine sehen möchte! Vorsicht: Man muss Seesicher sein, da es ziemlich heftig schaukeln kann. Jedoch hat die Crew im Notfall auch Plastiksäcke ;)

Juli 2022 een boottocht geboekt voor 2 uur. Geen eten en drinken inclusief maar mensen met hart voor de dieren en de zee. Ongelofelijk veel grienden gezien en dolfijnen !!! Leuke boottocht om nooit te vergeten voor een normaal tarief! Als we weer op Tenerife zijn gaan we weer mee !

Vraiment top!!L'équipage était super sympa et on a pu voir des globicéphales :) Aussi, moi qui suis éducatrice environnement, j'ai adoré qu'ils sensibilisent les gens à la surpêche. Cerise sur le gâteau, ils reversent une partie de leur bénéfice à SeaSheperd, c'est top !! Je suis vraiment contente d'être passé par eux et recommande vivement :-)

Hatten vorab eine 2 stündige Tour gebucht und per Paypal bezahlt und uns riesig darauf gefreut. Ankunft am Hafen... sind extra mit dem Taxi hin... wurde uns mitgeteilt das heute keine Tour stattfindet. Bin gespannt wie schnell die Rückzahlung passiert. , da ein Mitarbeiter dort unsere Buchungsnunmer auf einem Zettel notierte und uns gebeten hat eine Mail an die Adresse zu schicken. Keine Information einen Tag vorher oder wenigstens 2 Stunden vorher. Leider sehr enttäuschend!

Such a good trip, saw a lot of dolphins and whales. The best thing is that they try to educate people how important is to respect animals and nature. That’s the stand out point for me. They also don’t do the “food and drinks included” kind of thing because it’s a waste of money and food and drink because you don’t need it really. Everyone should go this kind of tours!

Absolutely amazing trip. We saw dolphins and pilot whales the crew were fantastic and didn't get to close to the dolphins it really was an experience and to see them in the wild where they belong was amazing highly recommended 😀

Vaartocht van ca 4 uur, waarvan 2,5 uur op zee, 0,5 uur voor anker (mogelijkheid tot zwemmen) en een uurtje terug dicht langs de kust. Tijdens onze tocht meerdere groepen dolfijnen gezien, verder niets. Er zou uitleg zijn over wat we zagen, maar dat bleek niet het geval. Een gemiste kans om de tocht wat informatiever te maken.

Sin duda una experiencia brutal. Contratamos la excursión de 2 horas para ver delfines y ballenas, solo pudimos ver varios grupos de los primeros. Fue muy bonito observarlos en su medio. La tripulación hizo el recorrido muy ameno, explicación en varios idiomas y son muy respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Sin duda lo recomiendo, y nosotros si volvemos a Tenerife repetiremos seguro!

Couldn’t be happier. First of all, it’s cheaper than lots of other tours. Boat wasn’t over crowded. Staff were brilliant, and the one that was making announcements was doing so in 4 different languages… very accommodating. But most importantly, we saw 2 different types of dolphins and 2 different types of whales. They came right under the boat, the spotted dolphins we saw were actually playing with the boat at one point. A truly magical experience, it really is a must for anyone visiting the island.

Een excursie om nooit te vergeten. En in 2 uur tijd ben ik overtuigd om nooit meer zeedieren in gevangenschap op te zoeken. Ze horen thuis in de oceaan. Ga aanboord met de Crew van de Bahriyeli ervaar zelf hoe ze met respect voor de zeedieren ons laten zien wat hun habitat is. Je ziet gegarandeerd de dieren alleen daar en wanneer ze zelf willen. Escursione di due ore in un barco con una ottima visuale per l'avvistamento di delfini e balene pilota nella baia di Los Cristianos. Parcheggio nel porto e due minuti a piedi sei sul barco adatto anche hai più piccoli

Amazing tours, I have been on several times and they really never let you down, friendly staff, multilingual, and calm sightings of whales and dolphins. If you visit subsequent times you are issued with a 50% reduction card. This can also be used on other events, not necessarily 50% off them, I will recommend this company.

Bonita excursión en barco para ver delfines y calderones (ballenas pequeñas). En nuestro caso vimos solo calderones, pero un montón (lo menos 15) y muy cerca del barco, de hecho una casi pasa por debajo! No hubo suerte con los delfines, aunque mereció la pena. La excursión dura como 2 horas. El barco cuenta con personal que va recorriendo el barco y explicando con un panel informativo a cada familia (en diferentes idiomas) las especies que habitan la zona y las que estamos viendo. Había bastantes olas y el barco se movía bastante, aunque al ser tan grande, la sensación no es tan desagradable como en barcos más pequeños donde habíamos montado en otras ocasiones. Nos recomendaron ponernos atrás y abajo, para ver mejor y para marearnos menos. Recomendable.

Si quieres avistar cetáceos, con el respeto de la naturaleza y el entorno como bandera, esta es la experiencia que andas buscando. Tripulación servicial y buenas explicaciones. Las instalaciones cuidadas y limpias. Eso sí, toma algo antes para prevenir los mareos.

Contratamos con ellos la excursión de 2 horas para ir a ver delfines y ballenas y todo perfecto: las explicaciones e información que van contando durante el viaje, su respeto y compromiso de no persecución a los animales, dejándolos estar tranquilos a su aire en su hábitat natural, el barco, etc. Tuvimos suerte de ver ballenas (calderones) y delfines, incluso atunes. Además si reservas con antelación en su web, hacen un 10 % de descuento en los tickets. Perfecto y muy recomendable

Un barco eficiente con una tripulación muy profesional todos nuestros objetivos alcanzados vistas de delfines ballenas y tortugas, volvería a repetir sin duda alguna.

Eine super schöne und informative Tour. Die Crew ist sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, aber... 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es für die Fehlinformation vor der Buchung. Es ist mir zugesichert worden, dass auf dem Boot auch kleine Schwimmwesten für Kinder vorhanden sind. Diese gab es dann nicht.

Une super sortie, nous avons pu voir des baleines pilotes et des dauphins. Il y a des explications en plusieurs langues. C'est bien mieux de voir ces animaux en liberté en respectant leur habitat plutôt que dans des parcs.

Très bonne expérience, la guide parle 4 langues et s'adapte à la clientèle, l'accueil est excellent. Nous avons vu les baleines malgré les difficultés à les trouver aujourd'hui, le personnel arrive très bien à les repérer. Le voilier est sympathique, petit bar pour ceux qui veulent. Vous pouvez y aller sans problème !!!

Mega Erfahrung mit Sea Shepherd Sind um 11Uhr losgefahren ab den Hafen Los Christianos. Kaum 15 Minuten auf dem Meer haben wir schon den ersten Delfin gesehen. Die Tier wurden nicht durch das Schiff verfolget oder gehetzt. Beim weiterfahren tauchten dann Pilotwale neben dem Schiff auf. Gruppen mit bis zu 5 Tieren konnte man sehen. Muttertiere mit ihren Kindern waren auch dabei. Also für uns eine schöne Erfahrung diese Tiere in Freiheit zu sehen. Sehr Nette Begleitung durch Anni war auch an Board. Sie wusste alles über diese Tiere und konnte mehre Sprachen. Sehr gelungener Ausflug.

Fantàstic! hem fet l'activitat amb nens petits i val molt la pena. El personal i les explicacions super bé. Hem pogut veure les espècies autòctones en llibertat i fins i tot hem vist dues tortugues treient el cap al costat del vaixell!

Experiencia genial! La verdad que contratamos la excursión para el miércoles, y al llegar allí os dijeron que habían avisado hacia menos de media hora de mala mar y no iban a salir,nos ofrecían devolver dinero o cambiar de día,aunque nos chafó los planes porqué no íbamos a estar muchos días en la isla decidimos hacerla al día siguiente. Hoy hemos hecho la excursión, la verdad que todo ha sido genial, la tripulación muy amable y pendiente de lo que pudieras necesitar y vimos 4 o 5 cachalotes baby durante un buen rato, no vimos los adultos, no delfines, pero es lo qué tienen los animales en libertad, que no siempre van a estar ahí. En resumen muy buena experiencia! Genial tripulación, vimos lo qué andábamos buscando y además tienen política de no persecución y colaboran con Sea Shepherd. Gracias!

Hemos escogido la experiencia de visitar ballenas y delfines en Tenerife ( Los Cristianos ) com Mar Deons - Bahriyeli. La mejor elección sin duda, hacen explicaciones en más de 3 idiomas, trato imejorable, son muy atentos y hemos visualizado Ballenas y Delfines en su habitat natural. El barco no se acerca a los animales, son los animales quien se acercan al barco. Hemos quedado encantados!

Después de mirar otras empresas, nos decantamos por esta y sin duda la mejor opción. una experiencia única con un personal muy atento. ¡¡¡Recomendado totalmente!!!

Avis mitigé, équipage souriant et courtois , beaucoup de petites Baleines pilotes rencontrées par contre j'avais réservé 3h de balade avec un départ a 13h30 sur internet et au final heureusement que je suis arrivé en avance le bateau est parti à 13h09 pour revenir au bout de 2h a peine , certes la compagnie s'est excusée poliment et a remboursé la différence (ce serais un beug du site internet) mais j'ai failli passer à côté de l'excursion et vraiment les "2h " sont courtes ...

Escribo esta reseña para mostrar mi agradecimiento a Elio (creo que se llamaba así) por lo bien que nos atendió a mi y a mi familia en la travesía para ver ballenas y defines. Estuvo siempre atento a que las niñas estuvieran bien pero supo mantener la distancia. Un gran profesional que además nos enseñó muchas cosas de las ballenas que vimos. Gracias!

Had a great tour! We saw some whales and dolphins! The marine biologist explained gave us a lot of interesting information. The ship was quite big but you could still walk around and watch the animals :) on top of that the crew always stayed far away from the whales and let them come closer if they wanted to!

Excelente experiencia en el mar, con tortugas, delfines y ballenas piloto. Tripulacion encantadora, divertida y con conocimientos de biología. Quieren mostrar sin molestar a los animales, lo cual es de agradecer. Repetiré sin duda.

Très satisfait de mon excursion effectué le 12/8/2020, bon accueil, guide avec explications en plusieurs langues dont le Fr. Vu plusieurs groupes de Baleine pilote . Le bateau ne les poursuits pas. 2h passé rapidement mais suffisant pour rencontrer plusieurs fois des petites Baleine pilote. Gestes barrières respecté à l'embarquement. Je recommande Réservation direct sur le site pour bénéficier de -15%

El personal es atento y da explicaciones adecuadas. Si preguntas cosas concretas, responden. El barco es amplio y chulo. Dispone de bar para comprar bebidas a muy buenos precios. El precio es muy asequible en comparación con otros. Hay descuentos online. Y lo más importante, vimos muchos calderones. Delfines, sólo uno.

Aunque no puedo calificar la experiencia como tal porque no he podido ni subir al barco, el negocio en si desprende un poco de falta de profesionalidad. La primera vez nos cancelaron por falta de gente en el barco (motivo que entiendo perfectamente) pero la segunda vez nos cancelaron con la misma justificacion pero in situ, sin avisarnos previamente lo cual nos ha descolocado bastante los planes de hoy ( por no mencionar el bus que hemos tenido que pagar en vano para llegar hasta aqui). Aconsejaria asegurarse antes de que el viaje se va a realizar, para no perder el tiempo o mirar alguna compañia algo mas fiable.

No tuvimos suerte y no pudimos ver delfines, solo un grupo de calderones tropicales. 25 € por persona. 2 horas de paseo en barco.

This is our favorite activity on Tenerife so far. It already started well with the man on the boulevard being really friendly and not trying to give us a hard sell. We got a flyer and came again 2 days later to do the trip (he still recognized us, btw). The crew on this boat is really friendly and knowledgeable, and they respect the habitat and animals a lot which is good to see. They approach the animals carefully not disturbing them too much. They are really good at finding them by the way, did not expect to see so many dolphins and whales. After a couple of minutes we already spotted the first group of dolphins that swam with and right under the boat for a while. We also spotted a lot of pilot whales. This is a must do. Update: 2 years later I went again and this company apparently now joined Sea Shepherd. Nothing wrong with that but there were a few pretty long speeches about how bad dolphins and whales have it in the water parks. Of course I get it, but it created kind of a bummer atmosphere where instead of appreciating the animals in nature you are forced to think of the horrific stuff happening in the parks (which truly is horrific btw). I stepped off the ship with not a feeling of wonder but more a feeling of sadness and sourness. That is probably not the goal of such a trip. My advice to this company: during the trip focus on the beauty of the animals, and just mention the stuff going on in the water parks shortly if you must, and then hand information folder or something.

we have booked online, payed vie creditcard and the ship was out of water, unbelieveble that they still sell. I will have my bank ask for the money we payed, because you dont seem to pick up phones or reply to email.

CUIDADO CON RESERVAR - Impresentables Al llegar al puerto descubrimos que la excursión estaba cancelada, sin previo aviso. Contratamos la excursión para tres personas una semana antes; el día antes de la salida recibimos la habitual confirmación. El día de la excursión nos presentamos en el puerto y después de no ver a nadie les llamamos por teléfono. Por teléfono nos atiende una persona cuya atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Nos dice que ese día no había excursión por falta de gente y que probaramos suerte al día siguiente, pero no nos aseguraban que fuera a realizarse. No nos dieron ninguna alternativa. Tampoco recibimos ninguna disculpa, a pesar del día de vacaciones gastado, de la hora y cuarto en coche y de no respetar la reserva realizada. Mejor probar otras excursiones.

Le doy 2 estrellas por la tripulación del barco: tanto la mujer que explica como el capitán fueron muy amables, tuvimos suerte y vimos delfines y unos calderones. Ahora viene lo malo: reservamos para el jueves a las 11 por la web. Al llegar, nos dicen que hay una inspección en el barco y que hoy no saldrá el barco. ¿No podrían avisar antes, que para eso doy mis datos? Bien, volvemos a reservar para el sábado a la misma hora y no dicen que es a las 12, no a las 11. ¿Por qué no lo ponen bien en la web pues? El tiempo para los turistas es valioso y nos hizo perder/modificar una mañana! Recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera reservar aquí que llame antes por teléfono.

Excursión para ver delfines y ballenas. Explicación de lo que vas viendo con un biólogo a bordo.Para mi lo más importante es que no persiguen a los animales respetando los su filosofía y la mía.Buena experiencia y más barata y ética que las de la zona.Si amas los animales eligelos.

Muy agradables las 2 horas. Tuvimos la opresión de ver Ballenas propias de la zona y Delfines. El personal muy amable, nos explico por separado los tipos de ballenas y delfines que podremos encontrar en la zona. Tienes oportunidad de comprar bebidas a bordo, a un precio demasiado elevado. Recomiendo el viaje.

Mucho mejor que ir a un zoo o aquarium. Puedes ver a los mismos animales pero en su hábitat natural

Hemos tenido una mala experiencia reservamos para el día 13 de julio a la una de la tarde. Nos avisaron a las 11 d ela mañana del mismo día q ue no había salida y que nos la cambiaban a otro día. Como no podíamos cambiarlo le pedimos que nos devolvieran el dinero y todavía no lo han hecho. Llamé para reclamarlo y me dijeron que tenía que preguntar si ya lo habían ordenado y que nos llamaba. Sigo esperando.

El barco está muy bien y la tripulación es muy amable. Todo fue estupendo con nosotros. Vimos ballenas piloto y algún defín de lejos. No entiendo las críticas negativas. Sobre todo los que dicen que molestan a los animales... para qué te subes entonces? A parte de eso, son empresas que no usan sonar con lo que no molestan a nadie. Indican claramente que no se puede tocar ni alimentar a los animales y como ven a diario las mismas ballenas, se conocen sus familias y grupos. Pueden ser útiles para detectar problemas con los animales y ayudarles. 100% recomendable

We spent 2hr relaxing hours on board and saw some dolphins and the odd whale , commentary was good and informative. A nice way to spend some time.

Mooie en toffe boottocht, interessante informatie over de dieren gekregen en zeer goede service, het personeel hielp mij ook aan boord (gebroken been) en zette mijn rolstoel ook aan boord zodat ik mij niet moest forceren. 25€ p.p. voor ticket van 2uur & 2,5€ voor een glas van 50cl sangria wat natuurlijk zeer acceptabel is.

UNA BURLA! tenía reservado un tour safari de dos horas con mucha antelación y una semana antes me llaman para decirme que tendríamos que usar otra embarcación y que fuera media hora antes para que me lo explicasen. Hasta ahí todo ok, entiendo que estas cosas surjan a última hora. Fuimos media hora antes al punto señalado en el enlace del correo de confirmación en el puerto y esperamos 15 minutos. Como no llegó nadie llamamos al número proporcionado en el mail. Un chico nos dijo que nos acercáramos a unas oficinas que estaban por ahí. Y es cuando nos dicen que mi reserva ha sido cancelada y que la devolución ya se había gestionado (1era mentira) y que tengo que hacer un nuevo pago porque se me hará el tour con una empresa distinta. Pero 3 horas después de la hora pactada. Nosotros no podíamos porque teníamos entradas para subir al Teide. El chico muy irrespetuoso no se disculpó en ningún momento. Al llegar al hotel abrí una disputa en Paypal. Suerte que pague a través de esa plataforma! Al día siguiente tenía 4 llamadas perdidas de un tal Sr. Carmelo , el cual le restó toda importancia a la incidencia, no me dejaba hablar y quería hacerse el gracioso como para suavizar la situación irritándome mucho más porque las incidencias se comprenden y se excusan, pero la informalidad y la poca vergüenza no. Hacía una semana que esta empresa sabía que no me podrían dar el servicio pagado y no se me informó. Me pidieron la cuenta bancaria para hacerme una transferencia inmediata en vez de hacerla a través de paypal "porque le daba problemas". Seguro es para no pagar alguna comisión o penalización. Son unos sinvergüenzas! Fatal no lo recomiendo!

Really underated and under subscribed! Well informed staff and beautiful boats. You will not be disappointed. We went on the early 2 hour long trip and seen loads of stuff. I would have gone out with them again but our holiday itinery didn't allow it. When we went we saw spotted dolphins, pilot whales and bottle nose dolphins. We started spotting things surprisingly quickly and throughout the whole 2 hours there was stuff to look at. The only thing I would do to improve it would be the snack availability on the boat. They do have a bar but its understocked you can pretty much just get slush and crisps. Not that big of a deal if your only on the boat for a couple of hours but I'd recommend taking a drink and snack with you. After doing virtually all the excursions on Tenerife this one is definitely the best and also the best value. A once in a life experience for just over 20 euros means it doesn't have to be a once in a life experience. Honestly can't recommend it enough!

Worst experience ever, we didn’t even get in the boat, they changed the tour time without previous notice and once you’re on site they tell you the tour is 3h later. No apology offered and the staff was disrespectful. Do not recommend at all. Stay away!

El tour de los defines no nos gustó demasiado. No vimos apenas delfines y nos cuestionamos la moralidad de realizar este tipo de actividades que al final lo que hacen es molestar a los animales marinos. El trato del personal de barco fue amable en todo momento, sobre todo por parte de uno de los chicos que ahora mismo no recuerdo el nombre. El paseo en barco se hizo un poco largo y el agua estaba bastante fría. Lo reservamos por medio de otra agencia y fuimos bien atendidos. Sería interesante que no acudieran tantos barcos o regular esta actividad para respetar un poco más a los animales.

Really great value for money. We were offered a tour by our holiday provider for £150 (we would of have to pay for our 2yo). This was free for kids under 3's.the tour was only for 2hrs which is long enough to observe the dolphins and whales. 2 adults and 2 kids and we paid £60. Thank you

Una experiencia inolvidable, súper feliz por la experiencia que mi esposa y yo vivimos en Tenerife. Es increíble poder ver a los delfines y calderones tropicales en su habitad natural y no en un tanque muriéndose. Me encantó que sean parte de Black Sheperds y que tambien a lo largo del recorrido te informen tan bien de todo y de lo que significa para un animal marino vivir en cautiverio, que te hagan entrar en conciencia del daño que ellos tienen que pasar solo para que la gente los vean hacer saltos que los animales no quieren hacer. Es una experiencia que además de linda te hace aprender muchísimo sobre el respeto a los animales y la vida Marina. La recomiendo al mil porciento y para el precio que es me parece un regalo. Excelente para una familia o pareja apasionados para ver la naturaleza de la isla. Mil gracias al equipo de Mar De Ons por tan hermosa experiencia!

Just been on the 1.00 pm boat trip and saw Bottle Nosed Dolphins and Pilot Whales. Absolutely brilliant to see these amazing mammals in their natural environment. A great team of people both from the bookers to the crew. Very knowledgeable friendly and welcoming, would recommend 100%! Thank you for a great 2 hours 🤗.

Just come back from this trip. We had a great time. Not many on the boat which was great, probably feels quite cramped at full capacity. The crew clearly take an ethical approach to whale watching which is great. Enjoyed the commentary about the impact of Seaworld etc, but found it a bit much after a while. We paid an extra €5 each for free refreshments - probably wouldn't do it again. Bar closed for the first and last 15 mins and for most of the time in between you're trying to spot Dolphins. The start point is very difficult to find. Search for 'Farmacia El Muelle' instead. It's right by it. Thanks for a great day!

We wanted to see real dolphins while visiting Tenerife ( in november 2018) When reading the reviews about the sea world on tenerife we decided not to go there. Instead we went on a boat trip with Mar de ons near Christiano to see the sea animals in their natural habitat. Just when we left the harbour we saw dolphins jumping from the water, later on the trip we saw some "sleeping" whales. Of course on these kind of trips there is no guarantee how long and if you will see all the animals you would like, but the boat has a great atmosphere, it;s so nice to sit on deck and feel you have to watch also to spot the animals in the water. The crew is really friendly , the guide on board tells about the sea and the animals that live in it and tries to speak with everyone. We had the morning trip and we liked it so much that we went again in the afternoon. In the afternoon we saw dolphins swimming around the boat. We had a great experience , thank you. Laura and Jan

I really enjoyed a recent trip on this boat and we did see Whales and Dolphins. The crew were very knowledgeable. I would recommend the trip. The Captain was understandably passionate about the freedom of sea creatures. HOWEVER...I strongly feel that, her voicing her experiences during the trip, in a very graphic way, of how some creatures are treated at some tourist attractions, totally inappropriate. I understand that a message needs to be got across but, handouts at the end of the trip I feel, would still have a good impact without spoiling/upsetting the trip itself.

Four of us booked the two hour whale and dolphin trip on Bahriyeli. We saw pilot whales and lots of dolphins. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and also respectful of the ocean. Would highly recommend and definitely do it again.

Vi var på en to timers tur og havde en rigtig god oplevelse vi så hvaler og delfiner, skipperen var en rigtig god fortæller og man støtter en rigtig god sag ved at tage med ud på denne tur ( de samarbejder med en gruppe der støtter det frie liv for hvaler og delfiner og bevarelsen af deres leve pladser ) Vi nød bare de to timer vi var ude og vil tage på denne tur igen næste gang vi kommer til Los Cristianos

Un buen viaje con una tripulación muy maja sobre todo la "capitana".

Bella esperienza. Una delle esperienze di tour per avvistamenti di delfini e balene pilota più economiche che ci sono. E inoltre una delle meno trash. Per fortuna non si mangia durante il tour, ma vengono servite bevande se si paga un piccolo sovrapprezzo. Durata 2 ore. Equipaggio preparato fornisce spiegazioni importanti sui delfinidi durante il viaggio. Avvistamenti nel rispetto degli animali. Spiegazioni in spagnolo e inglese. Unica cosa che consiglio all'equipaggio: ok che sono quasi tutti inglesi, va benissimo la spiegazione a voce in inglese, ma volantini in tedesco ce li avete, in francese anche...mettetene qualcuno anche in italiano.

Best experience we had. The crew is very kind and with a lot of knowledge about pilot whales and dolphines. They also collaborate with Sea Sheperd, so you can get a lot of useful informations about sea life and protection. Samantha also speaks 6 languages, so it is very easy to talk to her. She also shares with you some interesting facts about Pilot whales and dolphines.
