TERRIBLE experience!! Attached a video for of just one of the waves before our phones died. We promised the experience of a lifetime, three courses (seafood food included) and as much alcohol as we wanted, all whilst cruising the ocean on a beautiful boat. At the dock we were unsure which boat we were about to board, since none looked like the pictures or videos we were promised, finally two men came out looking as if they had just stepped out of bed. The boat was old and the railings rusty. We stepped on the boat thinking we were in the 70s, but we thought the food and drinks we thought we would get would make up for it. How wrong we were. First course a crisp, peanut snack. Seafood was not at all on the menu, but boiled sausages, dry spaghetti, dry bread, omelette, tomato and more crisps, cooked from the power of a gigantic loud generator. We got one glass of wine or beer and this was during dinner, only provided after continually asking. The service was standard to say the least; they should have gone ahead with cancelling the day, because that’s not the worst of it. The waves on the way to the swimming beach were a little rocky and we were so excited to stop so we could swim and drink. We swam for all of 30 minutes and had to repeatedly ask for snorkel equipment until we eventually got it. The way home was something else. It was like a scene from The Perfect Storm. We sat at the front of the boat without warning not to. We didn’t want to continue with the sickness as the captain charged over the waves head on. Having been on boats many times before, I know it’s important to watch far beyond what’s in front of you, and I could see big waves coming. Slow down, I thought, as we powered over and down into the next wave’s barrel as it crashed into the ship deck, sending everyone on board AIRBORNE and hurling back into the glass of the ship’s window, luckily not smashing. One lady sliced her leg open, injuring the other leg and having half her body off the boat in the ordeal, but no one came to check. Our belongings were drenched in water, only to realise our phones were not working. The skipper had advised the captain that he should slow down before this occurred, and recklessly, he did not. Eventually, when the skipper realised the damage to the furniture and came to check, we insisted we needed a first aid kit for the woman. My sisters’ and another passenger’s phones no longer turn on, and we left in disbelief that we were alive. After this dreadful experience, we felt we were entitled to compensation, as it has ruined my dad’s 60th birthday, spending the rest of the evening in bed. We contacted with a negative review and refund. The man that sold to us gaslit us and refused. An apology and acknowledgment that they should have proceeded with cancellation, though of course they just wanted our money. Let it go I thought, though having seen that British people have just died in a similar experience I will not let this go. If I could upload the whole video I would.

Had a great trip on the Maxi Cat and the Royal Delfin, saw both whales and dolpphins and enjoyed a swim in La Cleta bay. The food was ok with free bar. Loved it

We book a stargazing experience with BBB excursions. The company that runs the tour announced us the conditions weren't ideal for that night and they didn't have any other suitable day for us. When we went to BBB to ask for a refund, the guy treated us really bad, he was prepotent, he returned our money and then kicked us out the place in a menacing way. He ruined our vacations. I recommend to book directly with the companies of the tours and not a tourist agency.

We had an unbelievable and very memorable evening going up Mount Teide with Nathan who was the perfect host and guide. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we stopped at the perfect locations away from the crowds. We took some wonderful photos but none will do the breath taking scenery any justice. Highly highly recommended. Thanks Nathan. Chris & Elaine.

We had the best time with Nathan. We saw Masca and parts of Teide that we would never have seen on our own. Wonderful memories of a lovely night with fantastic views. Nathan was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend as we had such a good time 😊

really great prices for trips, the guide has lived in Tenerife for 35 years so he can show you beautiful places that take your breath away, I recommend it with all my heart

We had a very disappointing experience with this boat rental company. We booked and paid for a private sailing boat for five people, but instead were crammed onto an older motor yacht with four strangers. To make matters worse, the trip lasted only 2.5 hours (instead of the promised duration), with a full hour just swimming by the coast—completely missing our main goal of spotting marine wildlife. When we brought this up, the company refused to refund our €125 deposit, despite the fact that the service did not match what we booked. I would not recommend this company, especially if you're expecting transparency or professionalism.

We booked a boat tour and a couple of shows last week, all were well communicated and suitable for our requirements. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat tour and the shows 👍

On May 7th, 2025, my wife and I joined your Teide stargazing tour. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing due to misleading information and a lack of proper care. Prior to the tour, I personally called to ask what clothing would be necessary, as I was shopping specifically for this event. I clearly asked whether a winter jacket would be required. They assured me that a jumper would be sufficient. Based on that advice, both my wife and I dressed accordingly When we arrived at Mount Teide, the conditions were extremely cold — far colder than expected. All staff members were wearing winter coats, hats, and gloves, while none of the guests, including us, had been informed to prepare for such weather. Many were visibly uncomfortable, and several expressed their concerns. Due to the cold, we were forced to stay inside the bus for most of the evening and completely missed the stargazing experience. We couldn’t use the telescopes or take part in the explanations — the main part of the tour that we paid for. Despite mentioning that we couldn’t cope with the conditions, no support or alternative was offered. We paid €130 for an experience that was not delivered. This situation could have been prevented with accurate information from your staff. We are extremely disappointed.

We had a really wonderful experience dealing with Nathan. He offered us a boat party which was the highlight of our trip so far.I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a great trip in Tenerife

Planned to go on the jet skis, Nathan took us from Los Christianos to the harbour, unfortunately the weather changed and we were unable to go out. Nathan found out it was cancelled and even came back to pick us up. Great service, excellent company. Prices were very reasonable, would highly recommend
