Admiral Travel are very helpful, they have lovely staff, they can convert your British money into Euros. They organise trips and other excursions in and around Tenerife.

Worst place ever, if you are not white. To begin with, Tenerife is a very racist and prejudice place. I wish I never visited. I went to get a plane ticket. First day at 1pm, an old lady told me it was closed, even though they claim to close at 4pm. The next day, I found this young couple who told me they didn't sell flights when their own sign said they did. I insisted because I had an emergency. The girl "fake-called" a so called "owner" (in english) and told me that he said that they didn't sell tickets where I wanted to go, without ever mentioning my destination, not knowing that english was my main language. I addressed the guy in english and told him that I "had their number"; meaning that I knew what they had done and what they were up to. He kind of mumbled something in shame that they were caught. But, the girl was still nasty and defiant. She couldn't care less. They don't care how stupidly they play you right to your face and show you how "unwelcomed" you are to them and in their businesses. Everyone in Tenerife was overwhelming with how racist, prejudiced, and how much hate they have for anyone not white. I hated everything about the whole place. But, my "dislike" is based on my received actions and treatment. While their attitudes and actions towards me were based on my image (my presence), the color of my skin (even when I am a light skinned latino), their racism, their prejudice, and their palpable hate without knowing anything about me, even though I went in very politely and trying to be educated and pleasant with greetings in mouth. That's what happened, and that's my feelings and rating about this place.

Fantastic service would highly recommend

There are a lot of people trying to sell excursions, trips and other days out on Tenerife, it’s why it’s so important to purchase it from a reputable vendor. Admiral Excursions (Matt) communicated really well with me, was very clear on any questions I had and was able to help us with our trip. He did a fantastic job organising a fantastic boat trip for us that everyone loved.

Best exchange rate we could find

My boyfriend and I travelled to Tenerife for a weekend trip and let me tell you, booking a guided double jet ski tour with 'Admiral Travel Excursions Tenerife', was honestly one of the many highlights of our trip. Thomas Németh had excellent customer service! He was also very welcoming and informative. 10 minutes prior to our encounter with Thomas, we had been turned down by another jet ski company as they had not clearly specified the last time to jet ski. We come to Tenerife twice per year and always use Admiral travel for the best rates of exchange. Great service and also have a good selection of birthday and anniversary cards when yih gave forgotten !
