The Tenerife Channel Excursions

We used The Tenerife Channel Excursions to book our Flipper Uno excursion. The process was seamless and the service, on the day of the excursion, was excellent! Would definitely use again!

We really enjoyed the trip, our only criticism would be the amount of different pick up and drop off stops. It added an extra hour to the journey each way.

It was very good great day out thanks again 😊 😀 lovey meeting Andrew and yourself.

We used The Tenerife Channel to book a boat trip with The Five Star Boat and a visit to Loro Parque. Very easy to do online, we received confirmation very quickly after booking and then our tickets 24 hours before the day of the trip. Instructions of where to meet for both excursions were very clear, and they arrived at the time they said they would. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to book your excursions through TheTenerife Channel. We will definitely be using these again when we visit Tenerife again.

What an amazing time!! Me and my family have had the most fantastic time in Tenerife. Great experience, son loved his jet ski , highly recommended.

The catamaran went off late. We stood around for about 15 mins in the quay. A guy came watering flower tubs and soaked my feet. Our bed on board was right next to a hatch to the sub floor. We saw whales and got a very informative talk about them from a crew member which was excellent. We saw bottlenose dolphins as well but not a word about them????? Disappointing. The food was just ok. Got back bang on time. I’m bad on my feet and we got left behind on way back to coach. Nobody was checking on passenger numbers. Poor altogether, not very 5 star performance, more like 4. Thanks

We highly recommend booking excursions throught The Tenerife Channel. We booked online which was straightforward and the tickets for both excursions were emailed within an hour. Teide by Night is a must do excursion - sunset, meal and stargazing all in one trip. We also booked to see the History show which was very, very good too. 😊

We had an excellent time on our kayaking excursion booked through the Tenerife channel. It was our first time using them, but I have hesitation recommending them. Our tickets arrived promptly via email and the trip out with Canary Kayaks was excellent, although my body ached for days afterwards 🤣. I will definitely be using The Tenerife Channel again on our many trips to Tenerife.

Brilliant excursions and great quick customer service from Naomi!

Teide at night was the most amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide Jesper was very knowledgeable and an amazing guy ( I loved that laser pen). The coffee stop was lovely and the three course dinner amazing. Not so lucky with the sunset but to be so high was really good. Mount Teide is beautiful a site to see, the best was left to last the star gazing oh my goodness the stars and again Jespers knowledge of them just amazed us. Thankyou to Jespers friend for those great telescopes. Now the bus driver on them winding roads I take my hat off to you, you were great handled the roads well with some tight passes. The drive up is a whole experience within itself. I would 100% recommend this trip i think for what you get and the length of time you are on it is definitely a reasonable price. Just remember to bring a warm jacket/hoodie but blankets are provided along with a nice hot drink. Thankyou again Jesper for amazing trip with The Tenerife Channel Excursions. Cant wait to book another trip for next year.

Overall the show was great ,the venue was fantastic,roomy and air conditioned,food and drink available,every person in the show were great ,staging ,lighting,dancers ,costumes fabulous, outstanding show ,must see .

Easy to book, good price and a great trip. Tiede By Night.

We went on the 3 hour whale watching tour it was incredible. Free bus picked us up, the boat was spacious and staff were amazing. We saw so many whales it was a sight to see. Staff are very knowledgeable and very animal friendly, stopped the engines when whales were near. The food that was provided was gorgeous plus free drinks for the whole trip. Our only issue was the floor gets very slippy when people have been swimming so make sure you have none slip shoes. Got our photo taken when we got on (€20 for 4 pictures) such an incredible day. I would definitely recommend x

By far the best and easiest way to book excursions in Tenerife. Naomi is incredibly helpful and made the whole process of booking very easy. My partner and me both booked a couple of excursions separately (Teide by Night and Fivestar boat).. Can't recommend enough.

Can't recommend Naomi and the Tenerife channel enough. We booked 2 trips when in Tenerife. One was Teide at Night the communication and detail coming up to the trip was fantastic. Then towards the end of our trip we thought about booking a boat trip. There was 2 I was interested in but they both looked booked out so I WhatsApp'd Naomi and she came to me super quick and got us tickets for one of our preferred boat trips. Her communication was great couldn't recommend her highly enough.

An absolutely fabulous Teide by Night excursion. We´d been so excited to do this, and it certainly didn´t disappoint! Excellent communication and instructions for what we needed to do, a guide with an amazing knowledge of the island, as well as the sky. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal ( and wine and barriquitos!!) We booked the fivestar boat trip. This was a brilliant excursion and we were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins. We had VIP tickets and were treated just like VIP’s the crew couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we stepped onto the boat. Also the communication with Naomi before booking and up to the day was outstanding any questions asked were answered promptly and effectively. If you’re looking for great excursions and superb service this is the place to book your excursions.

Booked Teide by night after speaking with Naomi and I must say how impressed we were with the whole experience. We were picked up right outside our hotel. The coach was immaculately clean and cool. The guide, Dominic, was very welcoming and very informative throughout the whole trip. His knowledge was vast. We had several stops on the journey up Mount Teide to appreciate the views aswell as a stop at a small cafe. A 3 course meal was included and I must admit , dubious of what this would be like, surprisingly, it was actually very tasty, with plenty of drinks on offer and service at the restaurant was very good. We arrived at the point on Teide to watch the sun set, which was amazing before our driver did a fantastic 3 point turn to take us on to see the stars 🌟. We were safely dropped off at the hotel. We would recommend this tour and would definitely use the Tenerife channel again as the whole process of booking was so easy and this tour is certainly value for money. Thank you Naomi 😊

Booked the private self drive boat charter and karting. Naomi was highly attentive and prompt with all communications. The private boat hire was an absolute blast. Our host Peter gave a safety briefing And how to handle the boat, including where to go and what to do in the event of an emergency, then took us out of the harbour and set us free!! Alex fully enjoyed his karting experience. I would highly recommend Naomi for all your excursion needs. She came highly recommended and I now know why. We will be using Naomi exclusively in the future for all our excursions needs.

5 sterren voor een uitstap die er meer dan 10 waard is! Super gids (Doménique), super chauffeur, een super-de-luxe bus,… ik kom al 30 jaar naar hier en voor de eerste keer Teide by night gedaan. Het is zo interessant, zoveel sfeer en veel openvallende-monden-momenten. Een aanrader! (En Naomi is top!)

Fabulous trips especially the buggy coastal tour

Teide by night trip was excellent and can really recommend. Just make sure you take a jumper and coat for later on in the trip as it does get cold up on the volcano at night.

Excellent excursion and value for money. La Palma is a beautiful island, very diverse and a lovely place to visit. We would have preferred if possible to have been on an English speaking tour as the people on our tour were mainly Spanish and at times felt a little forgotten. Lunch was really good and very welcome in a lovely setting by the beach.

A wonderful trip, easy to book and kept in touch. Great tour guide, very informative and friendly. Lovely sunset and amazing seeing the stars and planets. Very cold up there, dress warm but blankets are provided and hot tea.

Booked a buggy drive up the mountain. Was told our pickup works be 2.15. it was in fact 2.10. following several more pickups we headed for the base. Severe and everyday congestion delayed us but about 20 minutes but it didn't affect the buggy trip. All personnel very friendly and our guide knowledgeable and we able to answer questions. Return journey back to hotel uneventful. Trip booked online and got a 10 euro discount. It was all very easy. Communication prior to booking via WhatsApp was timely. I would use the service again and would recommend.

We had a great time on the Opera 60 to go Whale and dolphin spotting. Everything went like clockwork from start to finish and we have booked Teide by night for our next excursion with you when we're back in Tenerife next month. I definitely recommend The Tenerife channel for all your excursions as the service and information from Naomi was spot on. We also got a little discount from the Knightstrider YouTube channel. (Thank you Andrew). The service was excellent with easy booking on line and the ticket sent by email. The trip was fantastic with us seeing whales and a turtle. The food and drinks were nice and plentiful and the stop off and swim in El Puertito was very welcome on a hot day. The crew were very friendly helpful and informative all the way through the trip. Definitely recommend this boat as it has limited amount of people at one time around 15 maximum if I remember right.

I booked my quad tour with them. Initially, I had some doubts about whether I met the requirements for it. Thankfully, Naomi was super helpful and made the entire process smooth, and the quad experience itself was amazing. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for my next trip!

We booked 2 excursions with The Tenerife Channel (Quad Bikes & Castillo San Miguel) Due to inclement weather the Quad bikes were cancelled twice however we were kept updated each time with WhatsApp texts and calls, with apologies and in plenty of time to rearrange our day. There was a pickup location & time change for the Castillo San Miguel and again we were contacted by text and phone to ensure we knew the amendment so we did not miss out on the excursion. I have no complaints at all with the level of service provided and if we are ever back in Tenerife and choose to do an excursion the Tenerife Channel will be the first place we look.

Loved the submarine safari trip, would have been 5 stars apart from the coach turned up late which meant couldn't get a coffee and the coach return was immediate so still couldnt

Firstly, the Teide Cable Car excursion was a standout moment of my journey. The panoramic views from the cable car were simply awe-inspiring, and the insightful guide enhanced the experience even further. This is the highlight point in Spain. Additionally, the Teide by night stargazing tour with dinner and champagne was an enchanting and unforgettable experience. The night sky was adorned with shimmering stars, and the al fresco dinner was a delectable delight. The addition of champagne while watching the sunset added an extra touch to the evening. Tenerife is the 3rd best place in the world to stargaze. In summary, both tours were impeccably organized, educational, and left a lasting impression. The Tenerife Channel goes above and beyond to ensure their guests have an unforgettable experience. I am already looking forward to booking more tours with them in the future. I am really grateful to The Tenerife channel for their help and guidance during our stay in Tenerife. We had a small problem on the day of our booking but Naomi was on the phone instantly with great solutions that put us at ease. We had a great time on our excursion and will book through The Tenerife Channel on our next winter sun break in Tenerife.

Teide by night was amazing and really made our holiday! The bus picked us up in the afternoon so we got to the park with plenty of time to explore and take in the spectacular scenery before watching the sun set over the park. After dinner there’s stargazing through telescopes as well as with the naked eye which was incredible - we saw multiple shooting stars! Highly recommend.
