Great experience. Driver was waiting for us even though flight delayed. Driver helped with cases. The vehicle was in excellent condition and clean. Had the car seats we ordered. Driver was very friendly and drived very smoothly. Wasn't too sure about booking as not that many reviews but thought would give a try as had a really bad experience with suntransfers last year (essentially paid for a private transfer and they just put us at front of taxi queue so I didnt get the type of vehicle or car seat I paid for).

Excellent- prompt, polite and safe drivers. Car seats for children. Simple booking and WhatsApp provided for any changes. Drivers take you as close as possible to your specific airline check in area. Highly recommended, stress free experience.

Absolutely Awful if you have issue or need to change/ Cancel booking. Unfortunately have had awful experience with this company. Paid for transfers to Airport and wasn't made aware there was issue with providing under 18 month old babies seat till after 11 am the day before. This ment we had to find alternative transport and still struggling to get refund as it was after 24hrs. Very poor communication via email has turned into no reply at all. Call the only number twice on two separate occasions and was hung up on the second time when trying to resolve issue. They could not care once they have your money and will not try and help or come to resolution. Thought would be safe with the good reviews but would recommend to stay away if booking with children. Awful customer service and apparently the department you need to speak to dont have a phone number ?! Intend to take further as im getting nowhere with them direct.

Todo cerrado a las 00:30h con una reserva confirmada y pagada para 5 pasajeros. El teléfono de contacto del conductor apagado. Después de reclama, devolvieron el dinero, pero las molestias ocasionadas a esas horas de la noche fueron muchas. Es un servicio que contratas online en UK y estos acuerdan el traslado con operadores locales.

Trustworthy and luxery taxi service from and to the Tenerife airport! Ou driver was really nice and to our surprise also Dutch! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they had a 45 min delay from our hotel to airport pickup and I was the one who made first contact. Would have been nice if they gave us a heads up that the driver was delayed. Still, the driver came and we where more than on time for our flight! Will book again when we come back!

This is the second time using this company and each time has been excellent. Upon arrival at the airport, finding the location of the office is easy as this is located just outside baggage collection and the driver has been waiting to take us to our hotel. Will be using them again next year.

Ik raad iedereen aan bij hun een taxi te boeken vanaf de airport naar hotel en terug. Afhankelijk van je bestemming op Tenerife is het ongeveer 15min (Playa Las Americas). Zodra je via de roltrap bij de uitgang bent vind je de taxi al (Office 6) en staan ze klaar. Je kan ze zelf whats appen als je vertraging hebt. Leuke chauffeurs en fijne taxi(bussen). Met een familie van 9 was echt super goed geregeld. Kosten zijn ook goed in verhouding met de service. Niet met de hotelbus gaan maar gewoon met deze taxi!

Amazing transfer service! We were greeted at the airport upon arrival by a driver holding a sign with our name. Without us having to ask, he took care of our large luggage and carried it to the car. The vehicle was pre-cooled, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the ride. For our group of four, we booked a T6 Multivan, which was very comfortable. Highly recommend their service!

Excellent, totally hassle free. There waiting on arrival and picked uo on time. Even a change of villa for us and not a problem and no confusion. Very reasonable for a party of 14 would absolutely use this company again. Only downfall was one of the customer service advisors on watsapp when i was overcharged for following their instructions but it got sorted and the right outcome so maybe some training for that person

Dreadful experience today to Tenerife South airport! Used on arrival with lovely charming Rumanian driver asked for him again and also step to get into high people carrier as I'm 5ft and have mobility issues, confirmed our email that this would be done- different driver arrived with no step and didn't speak any English! Very stressful and frightening for me getting in and out of vehicle and took us to the wrong terminal! Nought out of ten - really don't know how you have 5.00 reviews! Never use again and advise you find a caring more professional company if you have mobility issues - incidentally we booked a saloon to avoid this but they still sent a people carrier!

Dear Ms. Filek, We are sorry you didn't like the return service, but we would like to point out: Your reservation does not include a request for a step, which we wouldn't have confirmed, as the company doesn't have them. Our vans are very low and don't require them. However, our driver accompanied you to locate the special services once you arrived at the airport, which was also not requested. We recommend that next time you book a vehicle adapted for your special needs. Our drivers speak English and are helpful in any way possible, but you can't force them into a full conversation. However, we remain very professional. Our fleet of new vehicles and a team of highly competitive drivers make us very appreciated. Our customers confirm this. Have a safe trip home!

Don't use them if you have kids. They are not able to attach childseats and were trying to convince us that not attaching a child seat was fine in Spain. In addition they were 25 minutes late. Then we were messing with the child seats for another 20 minutes.

Total nightmare. Booked the TAXI to avoid waiting in the line during the afternoon rush hours. At the end, we waited about hour longer than all other people who arrived at the same time and had no reservations. The lady at the desk totally unhelpfull, arogant and rude at the end. I will never use this company again.

Used this company today for a transfer from Costa Adeje to TFS airport. Very professional - both the driver as well as the booking process. Actually only booked yesterday (fairly last minute) and did everything over WhatsApp and they sent a payment link. They double checked the pick up location, even sending a Google Maps street view to make sure it was correct. Fair prices. Recommended and will use them again next time we are in Tenerife.

I have on many occasions organised a professional airport transfer like this one. The booking process was seamless and excellent. However when we arrived it was not at all what I would have expected for the very high price paid. The sign was not visible for where you were to meet the company. Most other company had your name on a board. When we found the desk through asking another provider they found our booking. It took a few minutes to get us a driver who was nice. However she did not know where we were going. We advised the name of the hotel which was 12 minutes away several occasions including the village before handing over the Google maps directions on our phone. She took a wrong turn which added several additional minutes to the journey which was really what we didn't want with 2 small and very tired children in the car (ie the reason for paying for a professional transfer). As she didn't have any details of our booking ahe didn't have the booster car seats we requested ready. The kids were given two different types of seat, one of which was for a small child and was very uncomfortable for my 5 year old. There was also rubbish in the door from a precious customer..minor issue. But overall I was not at all happy with the service despite the initial professionalism when I booked the transfer.

We decided to use a private transfer instead of the coach transfer provided by our holiday operator. Booking was very smooth and collection by the driver when we arrived was very quick, waiting with a sign. We were in a taxi within 5 minutes and on the road. The minibus was very spacious and included the child seat that we included when booking. Perfect start to the holiday would definitely recommend!

Chauffeur à l'heure, même un peu en avance. Très bon véhicule, spacieux et confortable. Le chauffeur a bien conduit, prudemment et avec souplesse. Le montant du transfert revient un peu plus cher que par taxi mais comme la prestation était parfaite, on peut considérer que c'est le prix de la sérénité.

Feeling very ripped off by this company. Having paid €85 in advance for a private transfer to our hotel, on arrival they told us another passenger would be joining us. They would also be charging her an extra €55 to do so. We objected strongly and eventually were given another taxi after she was given ours!!!! We would NEVER use this firm again. They were really trying to rip us off. Plenty of other firms on the island. In reply to your response to my review above: OUR PLANE WAS NOT LATE. WE WERE THROUGH PASSPORT CONTROL VERY QUICKLY. YOU HAD ENOUGH DRIVERS - ANOTHER ONE CAME QUICKLY. YOU WERE TRYING TO SAVE A TRIP AND RIP THE OTHER LADY OFF TOO. IT WAS ONE LADY NOT A FAMILY. BASICALLY YOU DON'T KNOW THE TRUE FACTS. VERY HAPPY TO SPEAK TO YOU WHEN WE RETURN TO THE AIRPORT. EITHER THAT OR YOU ARE LYING.

The only thing that was asked of you was to go with another family due to the sudden discomfort of one of our drivers due to protocol. You refused and looked for another option! We are very sorry for your inconvenience caused by the long waits at passport control for tourists outside the EEC, but our company still waited for you for more than an hour at no extra cost. We understand that there are other companies and you are free to make your reservation with whoever you like. For our part, the service offered was 100% quality. Excellent service, got to the top of the escalator after collecting bags and our driver was there on the left with a clear sign. Very friendly English driver and quality VW transporter was parked very close by. A little bit more than a taxi, but removed all hassle and got us to the hotel faster and in comfort.

Avoid this company. If your flight is delayed, they will not honor the booking and make up excuses or try to make your personal transfer with others. Even after 1h. This used to be a good service but greed seems to have taken over. Avoid and take a taxi which is going to be cheaper and is availible just outside the airport.

Our Tenerife transfer was perfect, we was met at the exit of the arrivals hall and had a very short walk to the car. The car was a spacious comfortable people carrier (for 2 of us) and the driver was really polite and friendly. A1 service, thank you.

Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft war mühsam, da der Fahrer sich trotz Standortangabe immer wieder verfahren hat. Der Transfer von der Unterkunft zum Flughafen fand dann gar nicht mehr statt, laut Angaben der unhöflichen Dame am Telefon sei er genau an dem Meetingpoint, der in der App angegeben ist. Nur hat ihn dort niemand gesehen. Bis ich ein anderes Unternehmen buchen konnte, wurde es dann noch schön knapp für den Abflug. Nie wieder!

STAY AWAY! Total scammers! We booked a midnight transfer 3 days in advance. After our plane landed I have tried to contact the agency on any possible way as there was no driver waiting for us - phone, whatsup (called the 4 different numbers listed in their website), Facebook, Instagram - no response. In their website they have listed that they have 24/7 support but it is totally not true - no one was answering or picking up our calls. We were waiting for an hour and trying to contact anyone from that company and we were not able to. On the next day they didn’t even bother to answer all our messages on the different social platforms. I called them and messaged them to ask what was happenening and they said the next lie - they have messed up the reservation date, which is really funny as I’ve sent them the exact date and time with the flight number. They left us at midnight at the airport with no contact. They told us that they will refund us the paid amount and give us a discount vaucher, but didn’t do that!!!! Only after we went to the airport they did sth which looked like a refund but was again a scam, they sent me a screenshot of something looking like a refund but not an official bank document and totally forgot about the discount vaucher. 7 days later there is still no refund. I am all the time messaging them and they are lying to me all the time, still no official document for the imaginary refund they claim to have initiated and no money refunded. I hope our embassy could give us support to deal with this unpleasant situation and get the money back.

The service was extremely easy to book, and the information provided by email and text was excellent. The only problem was that on arrival at the airport we didn't know where to go to meet our driver. One phone call solved this and once we had the information it was obvious! As first time users of this system it would have been helpful to have this information beforehand. The driver was superb and very helpful. We would definitely use again. Steve Owen

Fabulous company. There and waiting with a clear sign outside arrivals at the airport and early to collect us from the hotel on the way home which was really reassuring. The cars were spotless, large, and modern with friendly drivers. Very responsive via email and WhatsApp.

Really good, professional outfit. Easy to find at booth 6 just as you exit the arrivals hall. We had issues with our luggage and they were very accommodating, waiting while we lodged a missing bag claim. Even took us to a supermarket en route to our hotel to get some urgent supplies. Happy to recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I had a ferry to catch after my flight and having suffered delays I thought I was certain to miss it: the team were responsive through WhatsApp within seconds both departure side and upon landing, with clear instructions without pressure to make it by the booked time on the dot. They also have an office just as you exit customs. Sign with my name on and a no-fuss-jump-in-taxi and speedy departure. I could not have made it to my destination faster if I had my own private escort. Excellent service!

Booking was easy and painless, both for the initial journey and return. One problem I had was the the initial confirmation said that the driver would meet you in certain place (so waited there) when in fact they were waiting in a different location. Other than that was a rather pleasant experience.

Fantastische service. Taxichauffeur stond ons op te wachten bij het vliegveld met een naambordje. Direct veilig naar ons hotel vervoerd terwijl er minstens een rij van een uur aan mensen stonden bij de taxistandplaats die geen taxi hadden gereserveerd. Dat voelde goed. Dit ging vlot en was betaalbaar. Raad deze organisatie ten zeerste aan.

Whether or not you have been to Tenerife before most folk will have experienced problems around public and taxi transport to and from airports. Especially if you perceive a language difficulty. For me Tenerife Airport Transfers removed all those barriers. The communications from the outset were exactly what you what to be comfortable and confident. Turned my phone back on as we landed and found complete directional details of where to find their desk. Got there two Minutes from the baggage claim and there was a large handwritten notice with my name on it pinned above their desk. (See photograph) Took a few minutes to wait for the transport but this was the Eve of The Three Kings Festival and outside it fairly chaotic. Our driver was a wonderful lady, Candela, - forgive me if I have it wrong but she shone through the traffic and we reached our hotel without a hitch. We will book them again on our return - and they will be the first to know when we come back. Thank you.

Dear Norbert, We DO Not think our service is too expensive to wait for more than an hour for clients to pass passport control or delayed flights at no extra cost. On the other hand, agencies should notify their clients of traffic problems towards TFS at peak times each day. Excellent service. We had a bit of a blip on arrival at the airport but that was quickly sorted out. Our transfer back to the airport went perfectly. The driver was bang on time at the location we had specified and was a lovely friendly chap. Will definitely book again next time we're in Tenerife!

Wir landeten über 1 Stunde verspätet am Flughafen und trotzdem war ein Fahrer sofort für uns verfügbar. Das office ist mit der Nummer 6 gekennzeichnet und war sehr einfach zu finden. Alle waren sehr freundlich und es waren keine versteckten Kosten. Das Fahrzeug (brandneuer VW multivan mit Platz für viel Gepäck und sogar mit Kindersitz) war in 1a Zustand. Der Fahrer sehr zuvorkommend und ging auf wünsche bezüglich Strecke und Klimatisierung usw. ein. Sehr zufrieden, jeder Zeit wieder

I have just used Tenerife Transfers for the second time, and am happy to report I will use again. Vehicles and drivers very well presented. A safe and professional service. I was a little late making booking this time and contacted over WhatsApp. Booking was handled without issue. Our arrival was slightly early and there were traffic issues on the day but we were placed somewhere we could sit (my husband has mobility issues so cannot stand for an extended period which was kindly taken into consideration) then someone kept us updated on progress. Happy to recommend and shall be using again when we return to Tenerife

Usu excellent service via Solhop from TFS to Puerto de Santiago and return. Driver waiting at terminal exit with name board on arrival and collected us from Hotel reception promptly on departure. Lovely comfortable clean vehicles and friendly courteous driver. Always use Solhop when traveling to Spain and never been let down.

Absolutely superb. Picked us up from an 8:10pm arrival at TFS, lovely journey to accommodation at Golf del Sur. return journey was an early morning pick up at 6:45am (which always worries me) but the driver turned up exactly on time. Lovely exec vehicle and same on return for collection from hotel in tenerife. All arrived on time and fantastic and stress free no having to chase or call. Cannot recommend highly enough! Will definitely be using again once we return.

Der Hintransport war einfach super,nette Fahrer,tolle Auto,sehr freundlich,die Rückfahrt war eine Katastrophe,ein uraltes Auto,dreckig und ungepflegt,ferner saßen 2 fremde Personen mit im Auto,der Fahrer war zwar nett aber sehr ungepflegt ,von der Rückfahrt waren wir sehr enttäuscht, trotzdem würden wir Die beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen, liebe Grüße

Booking from airport to resort was great. Booking from resort to airport not good and ended up being stressful. Driver turned up 15 minutes late and only after we had called and message because no one bothered to let us know they were running late. No apology from driver or company whatsoever...driver just made some sort of excuse about the office. Then he dropped us off at the complete opposite end of the terminal so we had to dash all the way to the other end. These guys are based at the terminal, so they know where the check in desks are for each flight. They knew our airline and flight number so the driver should have dropped us off in the correct location Not good enough.

First class hassle free service, driver was waiting for us with a smile and name card in hand to take us to our taxi. Much better than a dreaded 1.45 hour journey on a coach. The return transfer was just as great. Well done all.

Very easy to locate and plenty of availability. Definitely useful if you know some Spanish as not much English spoken but the fare is fair; little expensive but understandable for the island. Very friendly drivers and great cars with plenty room. We took from TFS to Abades and back both on Sundays :) it’s cost €34

Wir haben einen Transfer gebucht als wir angekommen sind, da war alles super und das gebuchte Maxi Cosi war im Auto. Wir haben daher den gleichen Transfer für zurück zum Flughafen gebucht und es war KEIN Babysitz vorhanden obwohl wir 5 Euro extra bezahlt haben. Ich habe die Firma mehrmals kontaktiert um mein Geld retour zu bekommen aber auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert.

The driver and the vehicle were excellent, but to get there, you have to wade through unhelpful booking people, which kind of ruins it. Good value for money.

Highly recommended. Website was easy fast and cheaper than everyone else. Online email details and the driver stood waiting for me in a bright yellow shirt with my name printed in bold. Van was clean and comfy. Luggage handled from door to door!

My experience of the airport was mixed....i was injured and needed wheelchair assistance and this was provided seamlessly...there was delay of flight late into the night and we were for hours sitting around with services closed so I couldn't honestly write an objective review.

Booked a private transfer at short notice, as I didn't want to wait for Jet2 transfers. Staff responded quickly with a reasonable quote. They provided an online payment link via sumup (which I trust), and when we arrived, a smartly dressed driver was there with a board with our name on. The taxi was large, spacious, comfy seats, and a very friendly driver. It was a great experience.

Price is good, busdrivers are very friendly and busses are clean. However the drive to pass all the hotels is quite long and if you are easy to get seasick. Dont take the bus. Taxi from South airport to playa paraiso. Cosr about €40

All done via WhatsApp. You need a euro credit card on PayPal. Make sure they understand how much luggage you have as the assumption is not much. We were in a group and had extra bags so needed a bigger vehicle.

Very good , I paid upfront for three transfers ( me and parents were going back on different days ) Going to the private accommodation was a little complicated, but the two transfers coming back were as smooth as it could be ! Pick up service for visitors arriving the island could be better organised, so no one has to wait for over an hour, or have to find you on arrival.

Nice clean airport easy to navigate around with clear signs in english through out. All the staff very helpful in every department. Customer service I found better than my experience in London Stansted with Ryanair. Lost my wallet on a transfer coach from this airport from a company within and it was returned to me with everything still inside. Couldn't praise this airport or staff enough I will be returning soon.

Straight forward airport transfers. We flight from Edinburgh to Tenerife, without booking in advance the airport transfers, and we found this company to offer better prices than others competitors. Great service!

I always use Orange Bus for my transfers in Tenerife. Easy booking process, good value for money, friendly and punctual drivers. They offer child and booster seats for free and also the bus also has a hydraulic platform lift to load the wheelchairs on.Highly recommended and would use again.

Стандартный транзитный аэропорт. Достаточно информационных табло что бы ориентироваться между выходами и входами на посадку. Есть где перекусить и попить кофе перед вылетом. Сувенирные лавки есть. Туалеты чистые. Курение на улице.

Not everybody knows that check-in starts 2 hours before departure, which makes them wait in line for hours. Check-in itself can be painfully slow and when you're finally done you often see yourself running to get to the gate on time. Other than that, it's in a great location if you're staying in the south of Tenerife.

Pros: 1) Close proximity to most southern holiday resorts. 2) Quick exit at arrivals. 3) Public transport available though not very great but can't complain. Cons: 1) Expensive as pretty much all EU airports, damn one bottle of water is € 1.50 in vending machine. Cheese burger (usual price € 1.20) available for € 3.40 at burger king. anything else you name is three times expensive. 2) Most airport staff is not very friendly, unlike AGP/BNC/MAD the staff here is just there to do the job not help the customers, some staff are however helpful and friendly. 3) Departure setup is strange, had to walk up for security & duty free and then again downstairs to jetty (Jet brdige). 4) Most rediculous setup is passport control at departure, one person checking passport right at jetty, making long queues. 5) The way jetty doors are designed it is just chaos, people queue in all directions, blocking gangways and in some cases queues mixing up between different/adjacent doors. 6) EasyJet ground staff is extremely dis-organised and not helpful at all rather rude and rigid. When pointed out they rather blamed me than accepting their own fault. The airport is almost at coast so smooth landing is rather a dream, high winds make it a bit shaky landing, but nothing scary.

Buen aeropuerto con buenos accesos. La zona donde está construido es más bien ventosa por lo que los despegues y aterrizajes son algo movidos.
