Tuve una experiencia excelente con peter . Desde el primer momento la comunicación fue clara y amable. La excursión estuvo muy bien organizada, el guía fue profesional, atento y conocía perfectamente la zona. Pudimos disfrutar de paisajes increíbles y aprender mucho durante el recorrido. Todo superó mis expectativas. Recomiendo 100% esta empresa a cualquiera que busque una experiencia auténtica y de calidad. Sin duda repetiré en el futuro!"

Avis mitigé. Au moment de réserver une excursion, la personne est gentille et essaie de trouver une que je voulais. Mais je vous déconseille l’excursion Santa Cruz- La Laguna- Anaga. Ce qui est bien, c'est le bus qui vient me chercher et me dépose près de l’hébergement. Je n'ai pas pu profiter de chaque lieu mais le guide était drôle et faisait son travail rapidement et simplement mais je n'ai pas aimé quand je lui demande un parcours randonnée sur Anaga, notamment le 3, le plus long et difficile quand il me répond en anglais, qu’il y aurait le temps de faire ce parcours mais il ne faut pas rester là à poser des questions ! Et au moment de changer de bus vers la fin, il nous conseille de nous arrêter pour la pause "toilettes" à la station d’essences. Mais traverser pour y accéder, c'est dangereux avec toutes ces voitures qui roulent vite! Pour finir, faire cette excursion n’est pas rentable.

I highly recommend No 1 Excursions. Peter is very knowledgeable about the Island and extremely helpful, not just with excursions, but with local information, accommodation, travel and much more. Definitely worth a visit (and he loves dogs and cake 🤣🤣)

I very rarely leave reviews. In fact this is my second one ever. My first was a 1-star, but in this case it's a 5-star. And I wish I could rate it 6/5! Peter's help during our stay in El Médano (and Tenerife in general) has been absolutely outstanding. We don't know the full scope of what he offers, but we are sure that whatever it is, he will deliver! Peter has been helpful and extremely quick to answer to our needs an inquiries. Thank you Peter!

Peter was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to advice about accommodation in the area and excursions. He offers car rental services and a multitude of other services - just ask and he will be able to help you. Peter speaks fluent Spanish and English so will be able to assist with whatever you may need whilst in Tenerife. This is the only place to go to for accommodation, excursions, car hire, travel planning and any other services you may need whilst in Tenerife!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. As per previous reviews, this should be the first stop for all tourists coming through El Medano, Tenerife. Popped in a few days into a week trip to pick up a travel card for the local buses. Peter was extremely helpful explaining how the card works & how much money I should be putting on the card. He also explained the top excursions to go on as well as sites to see which were accessible by bus. I popped in a few times for a chat about the football & Birmingham where I'm from and Peter was extremely hospitable and friendly. Bookmark this shop for the start of your trip as you'll have 99% of your questions answered in your first visit (just don't ask Peter how long he's been here :D).

Make this your first stop before doing anything. Find out the best spots to go on Tenerife or anywhere really. Very personable, have a cup of coffee and and build a tailored visit customized for your own interests. And they will find you the best prices for it all which is the icing on the cake.

Peter recommended a couple of tours and we just finished the first, a Bodega tour. It was so completely fabulous that we can't wait for our next trip.

Peter is enthusiastic and an honest man. We booked two trips with him, one of which we had to cancel because we got our flight date wrong. Peter got us a full refund even though we realised less than 24 hours before. He kept us informed and was very helpful. Highly recommend Peter.

I don't even know where to start with how helpful Peter is. He goes above and beyond, every time! His local knowledge is superb and he treats every customer like an old friend. He is the ultimate problem solver and proved this so much for me when I had a leg injury and had to totally re-jig my time in El Medano. Peter made everything so easy and before I knew it, my accommodation was sorted, my flight changes were sorted and he even organised a doctor's appointment for me. You rock Peter!

Il connaît manifestement l'île comme sa poche, a d'excellents contacts, et n'est pas avare de conseils, trucs et astuces pour rendre notre séjour agréable et nos trajets efficaces. Peter is an amazing guide who went beyond the call of duty to help us out during our stay in El Médano. He organised excellent tours, bus tickets and even our post-departure covid tests. On top of that he gave us lots of useful tips about the area and made us feel part of the locality. I'd advise anyone who is visiting the area to pay a visit to him as his friendly and helpful service will make your visit very special.

I was travelling in Tenerife and I had spent over half of my stay exploring the island by myself and with my girlfriend. Three days before my trip back home I was exploring the beautiful El Medano. I had the idea of wanting to see the whales while my stay so I wandered into this lovely excursion office. Inside the office there was this smiling man, Peter. Peter is kind, genuine, funny, smart and just a wonderful person. From the start he was genuinely interested in what i wanted to experience and was very helpful with everything. We continued our conversation even after all the excursions were booked. Peter gave tips about places you wouldnt want to miss and showed best local restaurants and spots that you really want to experience. After our long good conversation he even invited me to his evening hike with his two beautiful dogs Spy and Kuibi. Peter was super helpful and would even offer help and advices through Whatsapp, 24/7. I got more info and experienced more of the island on my last three days than the start of my stay. I was so glad that i stepped that day into this little office in El Medano and got to meet this wonderful person. Only thing i regret is that i didn’t wander there earlier. I can fully support all the previous reviewers - Peter is just great for planning. I wanted to vistit El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma and he did a great job with searching for options and finally planning a tour. He even looked up the weather conditions on the islands to check if a stay would be a good idea on the days I wanted to stay. He is super-helpful and I would even say a trip to El Médano is worth it just to visit him. Great job and thank you!

Thanx to his Nr 1 excursiones company I've already went for a great trip (where I wouldn't dare to drive myself) and we got the best car renting deal in Tenerife. Peter is simply the best.
