I am extremely angry and disappointed with this company. They never sent me any email about the time change for my excursion. I checked my entire inbox, spam, and junk folders there was absolutely nothing mentioning that the tour was at 14:25. I waited the whole day in my hotel for this excursion, and no one contacted me or showed up. My entire Friday was ruined because of their poor communication and complete lack of responsibility. When I reached out for help, I received no proper explanation or apology. This feels like a scam they take your money and don’t deliver what they promise. Avoid this company at all costs! Terrible customer service, zero communication, and completely unprofessional.

However, we would like to clarify that we did send you an email with all the updated pickup details, including photos of the exact meeting point and the pickup time. We even received the reply from you thanking us for all the information we had provided and how easy it was with the pictures of the correct pickup point included. As per the pick up details we sent you, our team was present at the confirmed meeting point at the scheduled time adn unfortunately, we could not see you there. We have several pick u points and a precise route and timing to ensure all guests are collected on time. We hope this clarifies the situation and appreciate your understanding.

Habe Ende November eine Tour zum Teide gemacht für Sternegucken. Xandra, die Reiseleiterin, hatte sehr viel Wissen und hat die Tour unterhaltsam gestaltet. Ich habe viel über Teneriffa und die Kanaren an sich gelernt. Tolle Landschaften & ein Highlight war das Sternegucken mit Teleskop, ich konnte sogar den Saturn klein sehen. Abholung hat gut funktioniert und alles war top organisiert. Kann diesen Veranstalter sehr empfehlen.

am 7.9.24 haben wir das absolute Highlight unseres Urlaubs gehabt. Wir machten eine Tagestour zum Teide und fuhren mit der Seilbahn. Der Panaoramabus kam pünktlich am Hotel an um uns abzuholen. Als alle Gäste abgeholt waren, stellte sich unser Guide vor. Klaus... ein super netter, freundlicher und lustiger Mensch. Miguel....unser Busfahrer. Ein super Fahrer , der die engen und steilen Kurven und Strassen super gemeistert hat. Die Tour war sehr kurzweilig, interessant und mit vielen Stopps zum Fotografieren Die Fahrt mit der Seilbahn war super organisiert und es ging zügig voran, ohne lange Wartezeit Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis

The tour was good. You should go to Mount Teide when you are in Tenerife. The guide lady was a little different. When we were taking videos of the city on the bus, we were told not to take videos. Even though I didn't specifically record the guide. Did she not want her guide to know what she was speaking? In this day and age, I think it would be more appreciated if clients advertised on tiktok, reel, etc. After the 9-hour tour was over and it was time to bus the clients back to their hotels, one of the clients told that her airpods were missing. The guide stopped the bus and urged everyone to look for them. Of course, we couldn't find it. Then she said [I can't return you all until this problem is solved]. It was almost 23:00, and some of the guests had already been sent back to the hotel, so not everyone who was on the tour was there, and furthermore, there was no way to be sure that the missing item was stolen. I was disappointed in her poor operation. We told the driver that we wanted to leave because we had another tour tomorrow morning, so we paid for our own cab and got out of the bus. It was a bit strange experience.

Thank you very much for leaving your opinion of our tour, we appreciate it as it gives us the chance to understand where and if we need to improve our services. On the specific afternoon and evening of your tour, some airpods went missing and the client insisted on having a search for them on the bus. As we are not allowed to ask or demand people to really show what they have in their bags we asked all clients to have a look in their own bags but were not able to find them,. The clients in question did urge to look for them but we explained to them we would have to get policemen to come to the bus to do a search as we can´t check this ourselves, by law we are not allowed to do so. It took a while to explain this procedure to the clients and eventually the clients said it was not necessary and we were able to continue but you had already gotten off the bus. We do apologize for the inconvenience and we can assure you that also for us this situation was not ideal. As far as the video on the bus is concerned, the bus in the excursion is not considered a public transport and the standard data protection law is applied. We assure you it has nothing to do with the guide nothing wanting to be on video, she was just applying the law. We are glad you enjoyed the rest of the Teide by Night and hope to see you once again with us on our Teide by Night!

Die Teide by night Tour war ein absolutes Highlight. Los ging es in mit einer Fahrt zu verschiedenen Aussichtspunkten (jeweils ausreichend Zeit um Fotos zu schießen). Danach wurde ein weiterer Aussichtspunkt angefahren um bei einem Glas Sekt den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Anschließend ging es zu einem Restaurant, in dem zu Abend gegessen wurde(im Preis der Tour inbegriffen inkl. Getränke). Bei einem weiteren Aussichtspunkt wurden im dunkeln alle Lichter vom Reisebus ausgeschaltet, dass man den kompletten Nachthimmel über Teneriffa ohne Lichtverschmutzung sehen konnte. Zum Abschluss wurden an einem weiteren Punkt Teleskope aufgestellt, durch die jeder mal durchgucken durfte. Die gesamte Tour war auf deutsch. Alles in allem ist diese Tour jeden Euro wert. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Yesterday we did the Teide by Night tour. This was definitely the highlight of our holiday on Tenerife! We did the tour for Dutchies, the guide (Isabelle) did an amazing job. Food and drinks were included which was also really nice, since the trips takes about 8 hours. We've had a spectacular view of the sunset and the night sky. Got the chance to take a few nice shots with my Google Pixel 5. 5 stars, would recommend!!!

The best place for excursions. All trips are well thought of, and carried out with the utmost care, thought and love for the guests. Teide by Night is a MUST when on Tenerife. Make sure you book the original trip and not some random copycat version without legit official guides!

Teide by night war das absolute Highlight unseres Urlaubes und jeden Cent wert. Die 9 Stunden-Tour war kurzweilig, interessant und spektakulär. Der Guide hat grossartig durch den Tag geführt und mit jeder Menge Hintergrundinformationen gepunktet. Die Stationen waren ausreichend lang und sehr gut moderiert. Gekrönt wurde der Tag vom Anbick der gesamten Milchstrasse und sogar der Saturnringe uvm. durch die Teleskope. Jederzeit wieder!

Wij hebben De Teide, romantische zonsondergang en sterrenkijken met diner gedaan. Geboekt via internet Get your guide, maar uitgevoerd door Elegant Dit was een geweldige ervaring. De Nedelandse gids Jack is uitstekend! Gisteren zijn we met een bus met Nederlanders en Vlamingen naar de Teide geweest. We hebben de zonsondergang gezien boven de wolken. Daarna was er een diner (snel eten, niet geweldig, als je het bijboekt voor 15 euro. Bij ons inclusief in 70 euro). Dan sterrenkijken via een telescoop. Er waren 4 telescopen. Om de beurt, 3 verschillende objecten. Vooral de maan was geweldig om zo te zien. Daarna uitgebreide uitleg over de sterren constellaties. Doordat de maan bijna vol was, waren er minder sterren met het blote oog te zien, helaas. Het ophalen van de gasten en wegbrengen kostte wel veel tijd, dat was een minpunt
