DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We arrived at the booked appointment time of 11am to be greeted by a lady who said we were late and to come back later. (Please note their address on Get My Guide advertised is incorrect). We were told by the organiser to come back and wait again which we dutifully did for 40 minutes. No one turned up. There was no boat. I rang the captain who shouted at me for being at the wrong gate despite his colleague telling us to wait elsewhere. We were only waiting at the gate as instructed. The captain then aggressively faced up to me for being ‘late’ insulting the party and being rude as well as shouting in my face. The outcome was we declined the trip as we did not feel safe doing an activity where the person in charge was looking after our safety. The captain was so worked up and aggressive - who knows what may have happened at sea. Professional skippers do not behave in this manner. My recommendation is avoid!

My dad took me on a 2 seater jet ski. It started off quite bumpy, but was very fast. Then it got quite easy with practice. It was great and we would love to do it again!

Esperienza non molto positiva, poichè: non è stato consentito portare il telefono in modo tale che siamo stati costretti ad acquistare le foto da solo scattate (tramite telefono) pur di avere un ricordo.. inoltre abbiamo pagato per un’ora di attività, siamo tornati dopo 40 minuti e al momento in cui l’ho fatto presente mi hanno detto che la restante parta era per raggiungere le moto e per la spiegazione… personale poco disponibile..dunque non siamo rimasti soddisfatti..

Realice el safari de motos de agua y me lo pasé muy bien. Los monitores explican las normas de la actividad y el uso de la moto de agua. Una experiencia divertida tanto para turistas como para personas de la isla como era en mi caso. En general, eran atentos y simpáticos. En temporada alta, recomiendo llamar si has hecho reserva para confirmar la fecha y hora. Gracias por el trato ayer y nos volveremos a ver.

It was nice experience! Booked both jet ski safari and wakeboarding for 2 persons - all went well, instructions are clear and it's all well organized. Personnel were responsive and flexible to additional inquiries. Tip for begginers of wakeboarding: book 15 minutes, since it will be very demanding for the muscles + watch few educational videos upfront - no way to understand technique being in the ocean :)

My daughter and I had the best time jet skiing! The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The team made us feel safe, the views were stunning, the jet skis were in great condition, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Esperienza indimenticabile! Abbiamo scelto l'opzione Jetski Safari 2 ore e ci ha pienamente soddisfatti. Comodissimo il servizio di pick up e trasferimento a Puerto Colón direttamente sui jetski. L'istruttore è molto attento e chiaro nelle istruzioni e ci ha permesso di divertirci in tutta sicurezza. Super consigliato a chi desidera provare questa esperienza. Con un piccolo supplemento si riceve un set fotografico a ricordo della giornata. Da ripetere senz'altro ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely Disgraceful Experience – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. I did the Crazy UFO activity at Tenerife World of Water Sports and came away with cuts, scrapes, and bruises. This wasn’t an adrenaline thrill — it was disgraceful, reckless, and downright dangerous. The ride felt completely out of control. My friend was being flung around so much that he lost his grip and went flying into the six people sitting at the back. I was flung around like a ragdoll clinging on with my two hands so that I wouldn't end up the same. Thankfully, we did not sustain any injuries besides the few cuts, scrapes and bruises but I don't think that other people would be as lucky as we were. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen and a stain on Tenerife tourism. Please — for your safety and sanity — do not go near this place. They clearly prioritize profit over people, and someone is going to get seriously hurt if they haven’t already. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Stay far, far away

Ayer hice la actividad de motos de agua con mis amigos y fue increíble. La experiencia superó nuestras expectativas: las motos estaban en perfecto estado, buen recorrido y el personal fue muy amable y profesional en todo momento. Nos sentimos seguros pero también con total libertad para disfrutar. Sin duda, lo volveríamos a hacer y recomiendo totalmente esta empresa a cualquiera que quiera vivir una aventura divertida y diferente. ¡Gracias por un día espectacular!

Un trato excelente. He hecho la actividad del UFO con mi marido y mis dos hijos y se lo pasaron en grande, el trato fue muy agradable, lo volveríamos a repetir sin duda, muy buena empresa.

Very fun activity I went for jet ski for an hour and love it we went for a dip in the ocean for 10 minutes it was relaxing and the view was beautiful

All the staff are friendly, the jetski’s are rapid!! The way there is a little boat trip and they let you chill in the water for a little while if you want Enjoy it, don’t fall off but of course the team will save you👀👀 10/10!!!!

We booked 2 double Jet ski's for a 1 hour excursion and enjoyed it so much we booked and went again later in the week. The Photos and videos they take are well worth it. We were extremely lucky and saw dolphins as well as flying fish. They are Very friendly and informative. When we go back next year, no doubt we will be having another go. Excellent experience 👍🏻👏👏👏

Avoid this company wallet stolen staff are not helpful at all have to leave stuff in a box with everyone else’s stuff and wallet was stolen and money was spent on card Jets skis are really slow not allowed to take phone on have to buy the photos of them and there only taken on iPhone paid for and hour got on the jet ski at 5:15 and off the jet ski at 5:45

I feel I must bring to your attention a very unfortunate and distressing experience we had with the Jet Ski company "Jet Ski Wow." Honest to speak, it was deeply disappointing and upsetting. We felt mistreated and discriminated against – it seemed as though they didn’t like Asian people. Their behavior in the middle of the sea was extremely rude and threatening. They spoke to us with no respect, even making threats to harm us and telling us to return home. I know how important it is to treat all guests with fairness and kindness. What we experienced was completely unacceptable and frankly ruined part of our holiday. I wouldn’t normally raise such issues, but I feel it’s necessary – not just for our sake, but to protect future customers who may also suffer such treatment. I strongly advise against sending any future guests to this Jet Ski company. I am also considering taking legal action against them due to how serious the situation was.

I'd give them two stars because. Even though myself and my son enjoyed the jet skiing. My missed did not. She got left behind, literally a mile behind. Eventually the lead boat slowed down to take photos, where my misses asked to get off the jetski. The guy on board ignored her and told her to smile so he could take photos. She got upset and started to cry. Telling the guys again she didn't like it and wanted to get off. Anyway at this time myself and my son on a different jet ski realised what was happening. I gave the jetski to my son and hopped onto my misses jet ski. The second half of the trip all was fine. My son was having the time of his life and my misses was happy on the back of the jetski laughing away. When we got back on the boat the driver showed us the photos he took during the second half of the trip and to my surprise the photos were amazing! Especially the ones of my son on his own, smiling away. When we got back to the dock we paid €40 as we was on two jet skis. As we don't have iphones we asked for the photos to be emailed to us. Only the photos of the first half of the trip got sent over. The ones of me and my son. Yea there okay I guess and some of my misses looking unhappy and upset. So we emailed the company back. Where are the second half ? Especially my son on his own! You know the really good ones we really wanted! We've had no response even after emailing multiple times. Shame really probably would have used these guys again...without the misses 😅

My son had the best time on the jet ski last week; weather was perfect considering it was only mid March and I’ve never seen him so happy :) the organisers were very good with him and made him feel safe when I was unable to go with him due to my daughter not wanting to join the fun. The reps also take the most lovely photos for a small fee and more than worth it for the memories and fun to be had. Thank you for the memories that my son will never forget and for keeping him safe and sensible at sea!

Great experience. We went on sunday morning, staff was nice, gave us a good deal. They bring you out on a boat about 2 minute ride. Jetski are not top condition and are restricted for safety reasons, however plenty to enjoy. Highly recommend.

Le doy 2 estrellas porque, aunque la actividad y los precios parecen buenos, el trato al cliente fue inaceptable. Fuimos a hacer una consulta y el comercial nos trató de manera grosera y despectiva, simplemente porque no estábamos listos para comprar en ese momento. No merecíamos ser tratados de esa forma, y no es justo que su mal día lo pagáramos nosotros. Lamentablemente, esta mala experiencia afecta la percepción del servicio.

Jet skis were great, Paid for 2 hours, got 2 hours- what more do you want. The instructor was really nice and we just had a great time. The staff were lovely. Punctual collection from holiday. Definitely better than flash jet skis!

Una experiencia inolvidable, el trato perfecto, nos vinieron a buscar al hotel y nos volvieron a traer. El monitor de la ruta muy simpático, nos enseño muchos sitios de interés geográfico. Los chicos que nos recogieron, muy simpáticos, amables y familiares. Lo recomiendo al 110%. Si estáis buscando una experiencia divertida, no busquéis mas, esta es la mejor opción que encontréis en la isla 😉. Recordar pedir que os hagan fotillos!! No querréis iros sin este recuerdo!!

Manche Mitarbeiter sprechen nur spanisch. Eigener Firmenname nicht bekannt. WOW Sports besser bekannt. Personal suchen, um in Duschraum zu kommen. Es war kein Ausweis oder Buchungsdokument vorzuzeigen. Es genügte zu sagen, das man bezahlt hat. Komisch, aber war mir recht.
