esperienza davvero da fare, ho prenotato tramite Get your guide, ma €60 a persona per 10min in aria mi sembra troppo… in più pagare €25 per le foto che ti fanno dalla barca è assurdo!

Esperienza molto bella! I ragazzi sono stati puntali, disponibili e simpatici, coinvolgenti nell’attività. Tutto perfetto, se volete fare parasailing qui andate sul sicuro! Le borse vengono lasciate in alcuni cassettoni chiusi con lucchetto in porto. Non è possibile salire con telefoni, ciabatte o altre cose perchè si bagnerebbero. Le foto e i video le fanno loro e poi le caricano in una scheda SD acquistabile per 25€. Esperienza molto consigliata!

Ha sido muy guay pero me esperaba que fuera algo más impactante si buscas exceso de adrenalina no es parasending es paracaidismo. Peor la tripulación súper amable y un trato genial

Con respecto a las fotos y video que compramos... por lo que cobráis esmeraos más!!: fotos repetidas, algunas borrosas, el vídeo ni fu ni fa ... Conclusión: repetiría la experiencia, aunque las fotos/video (salvo que ofrezcáis algo mejor) sólo para incautos como yo.

Nous avons tenté l'expérience pour la première fois avec ma maman et nous recommandons cet organisme pour son accueil, ses bons conseils, la bonne musique et la franche rigolade sur le bateau avec l'équipage ! L'équipe est super, le matériel bien entretenu, vous êtes bien sécurisé. L'envol est doux et une fois en haut, la vue vaut le détour ! C'est à faire !

Not recommended unless it’s third asking price.. We paid for 5 persons but due lack of parking space even arrived 30minutes before one of us had stay in car on street and 4 went for ride. We’re supposed to ride 2 times 1x 3 person and 1x 2person (two rides in total & was paid for) instead all four was loaded in one ride, child in front of adult (not comfortable)where we’re told its max 3persons per ride. Staff refused second ride or discount saying its price per person now and not ride now…after all asked extra 20 euro for photos. They only money driven

Just got back from another amazing afternoon with Reuben and Nico at AJ Fly! We did this about 6 months ago too, and it's a lot of fun. Captain and first mate are totally experienced, very professional and thoroughly entertaining! We had a whale of a time, asked to be thoroughly dunked in the sea, to which they happily (totally and repeatedly) obliged!! Couldn't have asked for more. As with last time, it will be a highlight of our holiday. Really happy that we have a SD card full of pics to look back on. You'll be in safe hands with Reuben and Nico from AJ Fly.... Thanks again guys! 🙏❤️

Obsługa, organizacja i lot bardzo dobry, dużo zabawy ale... sesja fotograficzna to całkowita klapa😁 Ze 153 zdjęć jakie otrzymałem na karcie pamięci mniej niż 20 nadaje się do oglądania, filmik ze startu całkowicie nie ostry i źle skadrowany, kiepski filmik z lądowania na łodzi. Mam wrażenie że operator aparatu fotograficznego pstryka zdjęcia bez patrzenia w wizjer i to wszystko za 25 Euro. Miałem nadzieję na fajną pamiątkę a dostałem wielkie g....

I'm super sad that I paid 120 euros for nothing. I was late. I misunderstood how far I need to walk from the ticket box. I agree with my mistake. But the options to reschedule are unreasonable. You need to pay 30 eur per person for the next day. So that's 180 eur in total. Just to be in the air for 10 minutes. I strongly don't recommend this activity with this company. It was quite a bad experience. It is better to spend this money in a restaurant.

5*, definitely one of the best experiences we have had this holiday, realised this morning we had booked for wrong day, messaged via WhatsApp and was quickly changed over for us to today no issues at all and very helpful. Arrived at the pontoon and quickly greeted by a staff member who took us down, got us life jackets and made our way into the boat which quickly filled up (but not over crowded at all). Headed out and the captain & his colleague were a great laugh, good atmosphere with music on and kept everyone entertained while still keeping everything in control. When it was our turn, went up and what can I see it's surreal you expect it to be really noisy still with the sea, music & boat engine but it's serene. Everyone had a good amount of time in the air and everyone got dunked waist deep at least once. When our turn came we started lowering over the breakwater and you could see the captain engaging with the rest of the people on the boat and then miming lower to us onto it, was a great laugh and very skilled. €25 for an SD card after with your photos / videos on, very reasonable and has an adapter for plugging into computer. Unfortunately our phones don't have SD slots as many don't these days so will have to wait till we are home to watch. 100% would recommend.

Es war nicht so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Es waren 12 personen auf dem Boot und wir waren 6 Leute. Bei den fremden Personen durften die zu zweit fahren und wir mussten uns in 2 Gruppen mit jeweils 3 Personen aufteilen dabei wollten wir jeweils zu zweit nur fliegen aber die haben es nicht erlaubt und gesagt entweder fliegen wir zu dritt oder garnicht. Dafür sind 50€ zu teuer!!! Ich empfehle es nicht

Scam scam do not book , booked at 17:00 in May 2024 , they pretend we show 30 minutes in advance, when showed up on time they left early and they refused to refund , when requested complaint form they refused to provide one which is illegal in Spain , I have reported to the local police , they should be stripped of licence for acting as cowboys.

Completed the Parasailing activity with AF Fly earlier today and I have to admit that it was an absolutely outstanding experience! Everything took place on time and the whole activity was superb. Right from the pictures to the ride itself which I completed with my wife and 7 year old. Gorgeous views of the Cosa Adeje coast in the distance ! Would definitely recommend it !

La actividad en sí era sobre lo esperado, el problema fueron los guías y las condiciones que marcaban al entrar en el barco. No dejaban llevar el móvil alegando que era por seguridad (cosa que no pone en la descripción de la actividad) y estábamos esperando una llamada. La “solución” que nos dieron era comprar una funda para el agua por el módico precio de 10€, si no se debía quedar en una caja en el muelle. Para más inri con el tema de la seguridad no dieron ni una sola explicación al respecto sobre la actividad ni medidas de seguridad del barco (obviando que llevar el móvil debe ser demasiado peligroso, nótese la ironía). Además, cabe añadir que había pasajeros sin chaleco salvavidas. Por otra parte te decían que no te preocuparas por las fotos, que ellos las sacaban con su cámara y después de la actividad si las querías te las daban en una tarjeta de memoria a cambio de otros 25€. Me parece una actitud nefasta y poco coherente del personal y ganas de sacar más y más dinero.

We went out parascending today with AJ fly which we booked through a local tour operator and we were so impressed. It was a very windy morning but in spite of that we had the most amazing experience. The two lads on the boat were extremely professional, competent and friendly. It felt very safe even in the windy conditions as the lads took extra precautions. Would highly recommend and thank you for a memorable experience.

Mi marido disfrutó de esta experiencia con mi madre, da mucha seguridad ver lo profesionales que son, y no importa si eres mayor porque volando te sientes como un niño. Super nett, mit uns waren noch drei Engländer, der ältere Frau wurde so mitgenommen und das Personal hat ihr gut ins boot und zurück geholfen. Ja man bekommt nach dem parasailing eine SD micro Karten. Die kann man für 25Eur kaufen. Das man die nach dem Flug in die Hand bekommt ist Datenschutz 😅, weil sich hier ja einige beschweren. Man kann auch sein Handy, in einem wasserdichten Pack um den Hals mitnehmen. Fazit es lohnt sich 👍

Very good experience with AJ Fly. The team handled the whole parasailing journey professionally. They also clicked some photos and videos which they sold it to us for €25. We told them that we would not like to get wet and they didn't dip us in water. Overall 10/10 experience!

I wish I could give 0 stars.. myself and husband booked this for my husbands first time (I myself have done it before) Started off quite normal captain and crew mate were quiet all other couples/groups went up and down with zero problems. Out turn, first 3 odd minutes absolutely fine then all of a sudden our rope went limp, I thought that's not right maybe their messing because we're the last people to go (very common) we began heading towards the water quite quick and I noticed everyone on the boat stand up, we then landed in the water completely.. Still thought oh they're just joking.. then I saw the chute come down and realised we were in trouble ... (the right thing to do here would have someone come unclip us straight away) nope.... when us and the chute were in the water the boat started driving for what felt like eternity, myself and my partner were pulled under the water by the ropes brought back up by the vests and down again by the ropes repeatedly!!! we were on top of each other tangled then the boat stopped and we got free of the ropes then the boat started a SECOND TIME!! When it finally stopped I was so tangled I couldn't keep my head above water my husband got free from the tangle but we couldn't find our clips to detach.. eventually the crew mate thankfully jumped in and helped (after arguing with the captain about what to do) (fellow passengers informed us of this) when the crew mate came to detach me he shouted to the captain that I was very tangled up In the ropes, they told us to swim back to the boat, sorted out the chute said it was a parascending incident and told my husband the transmission went in the boat... absolutely understandable things happen but the lack of experience is shocking they should not have restarted the boat once the chute fell and filled with water, emailed for refund no answer was told on departure we could have our pictures for free.... how very nice of them to include blurry photos of us going up.. like I said I've done this many times very enjoyably and I know things go wrong but the inexperience spoke for themselves, thankfully we got away with pains and bruises but we feared for our lives I'll never be able to explain that feeling enough... we were offered no first aid or checked over at all, I would like to say that the crew member who jumped in did seem very concerned and genuine

One and only worst experience we had in this wonderful island is to book a paragliding trip with Aj.They cancelled the trip because we were late and the company is least bothered to answer. They have only one thing to say, the money can not be refunded and the trip can not be rescheduled

HORRIBLE service with inexperienced people with no communication skill. They say they have 15 years of experience but forgot to put that they have 15 years of experience in giving horrible treatment to customer.!!!

One of the worst experiences was that I had a super rude staff and promised not to get wet. Then, the guy dipped us 3 times to and made sure we got dipped head to toe just becouse he didnt like what we were wearing

Do not recommend this company, the 2 guys who were responsible for us were horrible. 17.09.23 5pm tour. I have an open wound that cannot get soaked. They knew this information. In the brochure they said “we offer an unforgettable experience without getting wet” and all the other passengers with me only got their feet/leg wet. But when it was out turn they dipped us inside the water multiple times knowing I cannot get my open would wet. This is clearly intentional and motivated by ignorance and hatred with the intention of hurting me.

El trato desde que reservas es muy bueno y atento. Aconsejo reservar, nosotros cogimos ascenso con el paracaídas en el agua y fue una experiencia muy buena. Tienen mucha profesionalidad y además el trato de la gente es genial.

Went parasailing with my partner and 2 children (5 and 8), an experience we will never forget! The two guys on the boat were great & ensured we were all very safe. They talked us through everything and my children had the time of their lives. I was a bit skeptical at first but they put our mind at ease and safety was a huge part of it. Thank you so much😁

Ich hatte vor der Buchung einige Fragen per Mail gestellt, die bereits innerhalb einer Stunde sehr nett beantwortet wurden. Parasailing ist auch für größere und kräftigere Menschen geeignet. Es ist empfehlenswert wirklich 20 Minuten vorher dort zu sein, da es sonst nicht ganz so einfach ist, die richtige Stelle am Steg zu finden, da es in dem Hafen sehr viele Wassersportanbieter gibt. Alle sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem beim richtigen Anziehen der Gurte. Auch die Fahrt auf dem Boot macht viel Spaß. Der Start ist sehr gut organisiert und geht ganz leicht. Meine anfängliche Angst legte sich deshalb sehr schnell. Empfehlenswert ist das Tragen von Badekleidung, da man durchaus ins Wasser kommen kann, bevor man landet. Wenn man das vorher weiß, macht das viel Spaß. Die Landung an sich ist sehr sanft und ganz einfach. Während des Flugs werden Fotos und Videos gemacht, die man noch extra bezahlen muss, wenn man sie haben möchte. Obwohl 25 € für die Bilder recht teuer sind, lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall, da die Bilder echt toll geworden sind und eine schöne Erinnerung sind. Man erhält sie auf einer SD-Karte. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal mit Aj Fly Watersports Parasailing machen.

Fantastic Time parasailing. Captain clearly a pro, dipping just to knees in sea, then back up again. Great for my 9yr old's first time! Photos were a bargain for 25 euros, around 100 snaps and 2 videos. Would love to visit again if in the area.

Los chicos lo hacen muy bien, ameno y divertido, espero repetir....IMPORTANTE: Contratad directamente con ellos, dirección: Puerto Colón, Darsena 3 al fondo de la pasarela. Os sale por 35€, en lugar de los 45€ que cobran en las oficinas de excursiones. Lo único malo son las fotos...¡¡un mojón!!😅....llevad un móvil con funda acuática y os las hacéis unos a otros.... Tienen que invertir en una buena cámara para vender por 25 euros una tarjeta con fotos de Calidad año 2000. Vamos las de lejos (zoom) puedes ser tú, Carmen de Mairena o Michael Jordan...

Kids went on this as a highlight of the day. 100 euro for 2 kids for 37 min on the boat (3 couples) and just less than 10 (8-9 based on photos) min in the air. Additional person 20-25 euro, the same as their 8gb sd card with 2 clips and photos of which many very similar (shot within a sec apart). Quality not so great. All in all, a good experience but pricy and not worth photos. Better to go on the trip as a watcher and do them yourself.

Booked at the last minute for my family of 4. We where in the air within 1 hour. Trip was short but excellent, it was only us 4 on the boat too! Everything was smooth, from the take off, to the landing. We even dipped our legs in the ocean just before landing. Everything was very well controlled. And to top it off we saw a sea turtle and dolphin while in the air. 2 members of staff on the boat were excellent too.

We had a blast! Niko & Isreal had a great sense of humor and made us feel at ease. I’d definitely do it again:)

mit 50€ /bzw 45€ (wenn man online bucht) relativ teuer, da man nur ca 4-5 Minuten in der Luft ist. Ob die Höhe tatsächlich 150 Meter kann ich nicht beurteilen, kam mir aber nicht so vor. Nach dem Flug bekommt man eine SD Karte in die Hand gedrückt mit den Fotos. Diese kann man dann vor dem Ausstieg zurückgeben. Das ganze fand ich etwas aufgedrängt. Der Abflug und die Landung sind gut organisiert. Man ist mit weiteren 5-6 Pärchen auf dem Boot, so das man vor und nach dem Flug noch auf dem Boot mitfährt, bis alle mal dran waren.

we we're promised the flight would be about 10min at booking but only lasted just over 4min cost €100 for two people tandem ,the driver was on his phone nearly all the trip

Very poor service. They wouldn't provide a refund for 1 child albeit the rest of the family went. There is no customer loyalty whatsoever with the owner. I would strongly suggest you do not book with this company as they are only interested in making money. Very disappointed

Wir hatten relativ kurzfristig Parasailing gebucht. Der einzige Anbieter bisher, der Flüge zu dritt angeboten hat und wo die Brille gestattet war. Man erhält auf Wunsch gegen cash eine Speicherkarte mit Fotos mit. Der Flug war großartig und man taucht auch, wenn man möchte kurz ins Wasser ein. Start und Landung ganz sanft vom Boot aus. Auch für jüngere Kinder geeignet. Das Personal verbreitet gut Laune. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wir hatten ein super Event, mein Sohn 14 Jahre, meine Tochter 10 Jahre und ich. Der Flug dauerte ca.10 min und wir fühlten uns zu jederzeit sicher. Wer einen kleinen Adrenalin-Trip sucht, dem kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Unforgettable experience! We were met at the gate and directed to the boat on the marina pontoon. We paid the very friendly & accommodating lady for the trip, got our life jackets and got on the boat. Our adult daughter is autistic, but the guys on the boat and our fellow passengers were very understanding and helpful. Parasailing is awesome, it feels like you're flying or floating. The pictures & videos of your "flight" are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Never go here! They tried to cheat on us, saying we were late, while they just sold additional tickets to other people. Luckily the agency with whom we booked the tour rebooked a flight for us with a different company on the same day, otherwise we would just loose the money.

Unforgettable experience! You arrive at the door number 3and have to wait outside the gates for someone to pick you up. The girl came to pick us up she was very friendly and accommodating. Then we waited for the boat, the captain is also super friendly and attentive, we had a problem getting there and had to change the times that we had booked, we called on WhatsApp and he was very understanding and changed the hours for us without extra charge. The boat trip was super amazing and we even got to see dolphins and turtles!!! The parasailing trip is unforgettable, nothing too scary, just fun!! If you came to Tenerife, you have to try this trip

Super équipe, ma femme avait une trouille bleue de faire du parachute ascensionnel, l'équipe la bien mise en confiance, le temps de "vol" est suffisant, le bateau très confortable, de plus vous partez avec des photos et vidéos sur carte SD faite par l'équipage (moyennant 20€) . C'était encore un merveilleux moment passé à Ténérife 👍 merci beaucoup

I knew it was not going to be great before doing it... and it was not. It's just something you have to try once and get out of your todo list. But this is really expensive for just 8 minutes in the air, and same price for young kids as for adults. Think about it: if you are a family of 2 adults + 2 kids, you can either spend 32 min parasailing with AJ Fly, or you can rent a boat for the entire day, with water ski, wakeboard and donut (I know because I did it). Plus this AJ Fly really was not friendly at all, just trying to push us all 4 together so that they could get back to the harbour quickly, pick up new clients and make more money! 2 stars is for the 30 seconds good laugh that my kid and I had at the start.

Hoy hemos querido hacer una excursión diferente y se nos ocurrio regalarle a mi suegra el paracending. Fuimos 3 personas y salimos muy impresionados del trato humano, la profesionalidad y las vistas tan impresionantes que tuvimos. Otra cosa que nos gusto fue el del Covid-19 que tienen. Recomendamos 100%.

Increible experiencia. Nos pusieron a mas de 100 metros y casi encima de los hoteles (sin llegar a estar ni mucho menos). Incrementa la sensación de altura!! Después jugaron con nosotros metiéndonos bien en el agua. Gente genial! Recomendado al 100% . Después t hacen un reportaje fotográfico muy chulo! Repetiré!

Una auténtica pasada. La atención es increíble. Te hacen sentir cómodo y seguro en todo momento. El personal super agradable. La experiencia hay que vivirla: poder ver toda la costa desde las alturas, el océano verde a tu alrededor y el fondo marino perfectamente visible. Es war einfach eine tolle Erfahrung die ich niemals vergessen werde. Das Team ist einfach superfreundlich und gut drauf. Der Ausflug besteht nicht nur aus Parascending sondern auch aus einer tollen Bootstour während die weiteren Gäste fliegen. Wir hatten totales Glück und hatten nicht nur das Gefühl des Fliegens sondern konnten auch vom Boot aus Delfine beobachten. Alles in allem war es einfach super und ich empfehle es aufjedenfall zu 100% 😊😊👍

Muy divertido, muy cuidadosos con la seguridad y muy simpáticos

Gestern haben wir am Strand ein Ticket gekauft, mit dem meine 12-jährige Tochter mit Ajfly Parascending fliegen durfte. Das Ticket kostete 40€. Beim Boot angekommen, durfte ich meine Tochter nur gegen einen Betrag von 15€ begleiten, ansonsten hätte ich nicht ins Boot gedurft. Es war verboten, Fotos oder Videos zu machen. Der Flug an sich war für meine Tochter super, sie hatte es sehr genossen. Es wurden Fotos gemacht und ein kleines Video, die Speicherkarte durfte ich für 20€ erwerben. Das war uns die Erinnerung wert. Im Hotel angekommen, haben wir die Speicherkarte direkt ins Smartphone eingesetzt und mussten feststellen, dass diese leer ist. Da es schon abends war, hatte ich direkt eine Mail in englisch an den Veranstalter geschrieben, mit der Bitte, zu prüfen, ob die Fotos noch auf der Kamera sind und wir die Speicherkarte tauschen können. Keine Reaktion. Heute konnten wir nicht dorthin, weil wir einen Tagesausflug zum Teide hatten. Also schrieb ich eine zweite E-mail, wieder keine Reaktion. Morgen gehen wir Vormittags persönlich hin, am Nachmittag haben wir schon wieder einen Ausflug. Ich habe aber keine Hoffnung, dass wir tatsächlich noch die Bilder bekommen werden. Hätte ich meine 12-jährige Tochter ohne eine extra Zahlung begleiten dürfen und wären die Bilder auf der Speicherkarte, oder hätte der Veranstalter reagiert, hätte es für das Parascending fünf Sterne gegeben. Update nach drei Tagen: leider keine Reaktionen, weder per Mail, noch hier, auch nicht auf die Facebook PM, die Fotos sind futsch. Parascending ist eine schöne Erinnerung für meine Tochter, aber ohne die bezahlten Bilder :(

I couldn't wait to have the pictures to remember it and share it with friends.They told us that they were taking pictures of us for €25, so I let my mobile in the locker in the port, as they recommended. Then, in the middle of the journey they stop doing photos of us because their camera has run out the battery!!! What??? THEY RUINED MY EXPERIENCE as now I do not have any thing to remember or to share, totally DISSAPOINTING. When I complained they just said "oh, what do you want me to say" Really?? I deserve my money back. Estaba muy contenta de al fin hacer Parascending, qué guay! Qué ganas de disfrutarlo y verme en las fotos para recordarlo y compartirlo! Pues bien, después de haber dejado mis pertenencias en el Puerto y de que me dijeran que las fotos valen 25€, la cámara se les queda sin batería (en un viaje de una hora) y yo me quedo sin fotos. TOTALMENTE DECEPCIONANTE. No tenía mi móvil para que me sacaran las fotos con él y los chicos del barco tampoco me iban a sacar fotos con su móvil. Para colmo cuando me quejo, su respuesta es "y qué quieres que yo te diga?" En serio? Vaya chasco de pérdida de tiempo y de dinero. Me merezco mi dinero de vuelta. I was this morning at 11 am in Pantalan 3 jumping on the yellow boat, a few minutes later flying with the black parachute. Disfrute de toda una aventura por el cielo de Tenerife. Las vistas son espectaculares y las fotografías increíbles. El trato del personal es muy bueno, muy atentos en todo momento, sobre todo con los niños. A pesar de ser un poco corto y caro...merece la pena la experiencia. Lo mejor es coger el pack con el jet boat así sale un poco más económico. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo de cualquier edad. Es muy divertido. Y las fotografías son un recuerdo inolvidable.
