I recently stayed at the Hotel Blue Sea in Callai Garden and booked two separate trips from Arianna in the shop. The first excursion was a guided tour around the island, visiting the National Park of Teide and various other locations north of the island. I also booked a Volcano quad bike tour. Super-fun! I can personally recommend both of these excusions. I'd also like to recommend and thank Arianna for her guidance and help organising both of these activities.. She is passionate and knowledgeable about Tenerife and communicates everything really well from start to finish. I visited the shop many times whilst staying at the hotel and she was always welcoming, cheerful and super helpful. Thank you!

Medieval night was great great atmosphere sword fighting and jousting. 3 course meal included and wine Boked through Jill at first excursion callao garden she was brilliant, and gave good information..she's like Google. Will be back to book more Thank you

Easy excursion booking via Jill at the minimart at BlueSea Calleo Garden Hotel. Simple. Printed instructions and directions. And the trip was fab too! 🙌🏼

Recently booked the Royal Delphin excursion, Jill helped us find the most suitable boat ride for us and gave us some great advice. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, booking process was really really simple and the excursion was amazing. We saw dolphins, swam in a small lagoon and the food on board was good. The staff on the boat were very friendly and helped my girlfriend when she was feeling sea sick.

Wir haben die Katamaran Tour gemacht und eine fantastische Zeit gehabt. Alles war super organisiert und insgesamt ein schönes Erlebnis. Nochmals danke an Arianna, die uns den Trip empfohlen hatte, und uns auch ganz kurzfristig noch Plätze organisieren konnte. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Mi familia y yo pasamos 6 días en Tenerife. En el Hotel Blue Sea Callao G. Contratamos con Jill las excursiones a Loro Parque (con autobús) y Siam Park. Fue muy amable. Seguimos sus recomendaciones, y disfrutamos al máximo todo. Los shows de delfines, orcas, leones marinos, fantásticos. Recomendado 100% Gracias Jill

Jill was very helpful and very nice. The shop could book whatever we needed for a reasonable price. The mini market also had everything you needed.

Absolute pleasure to meet Jill at Callao Gardens, such a friendly and helpful person. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all excursions booked where as described! Any questions always answered and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to book excursions or activities. Even just simple info on buses etc, her knowledge was immense and her personality matched, such a friendly and happy lady!

Panie z obsługi super. Wykupienie wycieczek i wytłumaczenie co dalej zajęło chwilę , ceny normalne, wycieczki w dobrym standardzie. Objazd po winnicach z Manilo był super

Arianna was a real help sorting out 2 trips out, enjoyed both but one think to consider is the food on the catamaran, All in and you get a cheese and ham roll which was warm at 10:30 in the morning.

Jill was very helpful and gave us some very useful informations and tips on transport when booking our kayak activity. We had a fantastic day, thank you Jill.

We had some fantastic excursions booked by Jill at the Blue sea callao garden hotel mini Market. Not only is it a great little shop but Jill was fantastic. So knowledgeable and helpful. Even when there was a slight issue with the booking system ,something completely out of their control . Matt helped us out immediately and the problem was solved with in seconds of us raising the issue. Cant rate them highly enough. Will definitely us them again. The whale watching was brilliant on the maxicat and the trip to Loro parque was truely amazing. So easy catching the bus from the hotel for both trips. Once again an amazing company. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

5 Star from start to finish expert advice from Jill meant all our questions were answered and we were matched to the best excursions. Highly recommend you ask for Jill when booking. Her advice and Chris’s fantastic leading of the boats meant we got to see turtles dolphins and much more.
