A great experience. We cruised with Sara and Esperanza and spent a wonderful couple of hours with them. The ladies made sure we were very comfortable and cared for, answered all our questions and told us a lot of interesting facts and trivia about marine life and Tenerife and the islands themselves. We saw a pod of pilot whales, which was amazing. As the captain, Esperanza was very mindful of the animals’ safety and well-being as well. Definitely recommend.

Pasamos una mañana genial en el barco. Vimos varias familias de ballenas piloto. Ale y Marta fueron simpatiquísimas y encantadoras en todo momento, nos divertimos mucho y nos explicaron un montón de cosas. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Lo he pasado increíble. Soy residente pero nunca habia tenido la curiosidad de realizar esta actividad por que lo veía para turistas . Todo ha sido un 10/10 y tanto Alejandra como Marta nos han hecho pasar una mañana de locos. Hemos visto animales , nos han dado risas , baño ,música incluso formación ...No tienen un pero . Der Ausflug war okay, eine Delphingruppe gesehen aber erst 10Uhr10 gestartet und 12Uhr45 schon zurück... fast 30 min bei einem 3 Stunden Ausflug gekürzt... spricht nicht dafür diesen Anbieter nochmal zu buchen ... Und wenn 2 Personen zu spät kommen ... und dadurch die Fahrt später beginnt, haben dann die anderen Fahrgäste Pech ? Wir waren 9Uhr30 da ... Fakt ist ... nächstes Mal wählen wir einen anderen Anbieter ...

Prachtige dolfijnen gezien, veel uitleg van de kapitein en matroos wat àlles duidelijk maakt wat je ziet. Heerlijk eten, mooie boot, gesnorkeld en mooie visjes gezien tussen de rotsen. Alles super verzorgd en zouden dit wel de hele dag kunnen doen!

Hired the boat today for 12 of us. Alex and Martha were absolutely brilliant. Told us lots of interesting information and looked after us from beginning to end. Superbe croisière sur ce bateau, nous étions 12 est cela est vraiment appréciable contrairement aux autres bateaux surpeuplés que vous pouvez voir. Nous avons vu des baleines ce qui était super ! L'équipage au top et aux petits soins, des tapas a grignoter et des boissons a volonté. Ambiance décontractée, ne pas hésiter a faire cette activité

Absolutely amazing experience! Very friendly staff, let us drive the boat, dive in, and really hospitable. They asked what we wanted to do and just went with it, they gave us really good information with the sea life we was seeing. Would definitely do this again.

A great experience on the Skyline. Captain Ale and Martha were great hosts, they were very friendly and chatty. They gave very clear information about the area and the wildlife. Three hour trip with drinks and tapas included (delicious). We saw both pilot whales and bottle nose dolphins.

Best boat trip we have been on, in the years we have been coming to Tenerife. Small, lovely boat with a maximum of 12 occupancy. Drinks (Soft drinks, beer, cava etc), food included in price. 3 hour round trip, seen pilot whales and bottled nose dolphins. Big shout out to captain Al & Martha, they made the trip!. Great chats on way round, would highly recommend to anyone looking to book. Thanks for the great trip!

dásamleg upplifum að sigla með þeim Mörtu og Maríu. vorum 12 manna hópur, börn og fullorðin. Fengum að fylgjast með höfrungum synda allt í kringum bátinn sem vakti mikla lukku hjá börnunum og fórum svo upp að lítilli strönd þar sem allir fengu að snorkla og leika sér í sjónum. mæli hiklaust með þessu.

Satisfaite de l'activité. Les filles sont toutes très gentille et adorable. Elles nous demandent souvent si ça va, parlent avec nous, nous expliquent des choses etc. Certes on a vu quelques dauphins de loin mais il ne faut pas oublier que c'est leurs habitats naturels et je trouve la démarche très respectueuse de la faune et de la flore. Le petit repas été très bon, nous avons pu nous baigner et il y avait des masques a disposition. Je recommande sans hésitation 😊

Zeer leuke boottocht! Eene echte aanrader, deze twee dames zorgen voor een leuke uitstap. Ze vragen geregeld of alles in orde is en vertellen wat over de dolfijnen, het zee leven en geven een verzorgde tapas. Mijn dochter van 8 heeft het ook naar haar zin gehad. Een duik in de oceaan vond ze ook heel fijn.

The boats don't even go close to the whales or dolphins, you can't see anything. The captain is on his phone talking to someone in Italian the whole time and not even controlling the boat. At the time we can watch other boats come close to the dolphins while we see nothing at all. No snorkelling equipment as advertised, they say it's because of Covid (it's 2023 and you can go scuba diving but for some reason not snorkelling). And even if it's true don't advertise snorkelling if you don't provide the equipment. And of course there is no one to complain to, because the person who sold the tickets is not there any more after we left and nobody else takes any responsibility.

Had the most amazing experience on this boat trip - we enjoyed every minute of it, seeing the whales and the dolphins was absolutely incredible, the boat was great and we sat up front on the padded area which was so relaxing. We were provided with drinks throughout, wine, beer, Fanta etc were all available on board. We were also given food like fruit, cheese and a selection of meats on board which was brilliant. We docked at a beautiful beach so that people could get off to snorkel. We went in a small group which was perfect as it let us really get the most out of the experience listening to the tour guide and the information she was telling us. Would recommend to anybody!! Thank you to Martha at Skyline for being a fantastic host!

We had a fantastic experience, Alejandra and Sarah were absolutely wonderful and made the trip truly unforgettable. We were incredibly lucky to see many dolphins and a few whales! There were only a few people on board, so there was plenty of space and it felt very relaxed and comfortable. During the break, we took a refreshing swim and enjoyed delicious Spanish omelets, pizza, tasty finger food, and a wide selection of drinks. It was especially nice to sit at the front of the boat and take in the beautiful views. Thank you so much for this amazing journey, we wholeheartedly recommend it!

It infuriates me how unfair this is — they absolutely don’t deserve such a high rating. I get it, people are happy to see a dolphin and rush to leave glowing reviews. But I don’t understand why those who were also deceived stay silent. This is a case of legal violations, incompetence, unprofessionalism, and sheer indifference. I booked a private tour with Skyline for March 17, aiming to surprise my daughter on her birthday. We arrived in Tenerife on March 16, and the weather forecast predicted strong winds and waves. Concerned, I contacted Skyline on the morning of the tour and was assured that everything was proceeding as planned. However, upon arriving at the port after a 1.5-hour drive with family, including a one-year-old and elderly relatives, the captain informed us that the tour was canceled due to rough seas—a decision she had communicated to the office earlier that morning. Skyline had not notified us, despite our proactive communication. Following this, I received an email thanking me for the experience and prompting a review, despite the tour not occurring. When I reached out for a refund, I was told to click a "refund" option that didn't exist, as the tour was marked as completed. After persistent communication, only €550 of the €600 was refunded, with €50 withheld for the booking service, contradicting their stated policy of full refunds for cancellations due to weather. I spent an incredible amount of time and emotional energy during my vacation just trying to recover even part of the money — countless emails, dozens of messages and calls. They know perfectly well that no one is going to take them to court over 50 euros, so they simply break the law, ignore consumer rights, and stop responding. And in the end, I’m the one who loses — my money, my time, my nerves. We lost one of the most important days for our family, stuck in traffic, stressed and disappointed. I just hope someone reads this and avoids going through the same situation. And to Skyline — I truly wish you receive the same kind of service you give others. It’s so unfair and upsetting, and it’s heartbreaking to feel like there’s nothing more I can do. Stay away from them. *P.S.* Your response was beautifully crafted, promoting peace and calm. However, it doesn't reflect the reality of the situation. 1) I never agreed to reschedule the date; I merely mentioned that we would discuss it as a family. Ultimately, my family decided not to trust you again. I immediately sent an email on March 17, stating: "Hola. Hoy no se realizó nuestro paseo. Por favor, devuelvan el dinero. El cambio de fecha no es conveniente. Hoy era el cumpleaños de mi hija y se reunió toda la familia. En otro día no podrán reunirse." 2) Your own policy states: "Skyline Charters reserves the right to cancel trips due to *bad weather* or operational issues with a *full refund* made if alternative dates/times are not possible." You canceled our cruise, not me. Did you issue a full refund? No. Why does the program matter? As a client, it's irrelevant to me what your internal programs are. Your policy doesn't mention partial refunds due to program costs. This is your responsibility, yet it's my money—how convenient for you. I requested the contact information of your supervisor and sent numerous emails because you were indifferent, and weeks passed without resolution. I transferred €600 for the cruise, a service you failed to provide, yet you didn't issue a full refund. This is a direct violation of the law and shows utter contempt. Adios

Buenos días familia, lamentamos mucho que debido al mal tiempo, no pudieran disfrutar de la excursión. Tenerife es una isla con un tiempo y vientos muy cambiantes; ese día no había pronóstico de mar en calma, pero no era malo como para salir y disfrutar de la excursión. Lo que pasó esa mañana, es que el viento subió de golpe una hora antes de vuestra excursión. Somos una empresa pequeña y estamos siempre en contacto tripulación y oficina. Por lo tanto, conjuntamente se decidió cancelar, ya que con un bebé y gente mayor, no ibais a poder disfrutar de la experiencia. Se os ofreció cambiar de día la excursión y en el momento nos dijisteis que si, aunque después, decidisteis que no. Lamentamos muchísimo todos los inconvenientes causados a ti y a tu familia. Lo único que intentamos es que nuestros clientes puedan tener una excursión lo más agradable posible junto a nosotros. En cuanto a la política de cancelación, tiene usted toda la razón, el programa que usábamos de reservas se quedaba un porcentaje en caso de cancelación, por ese motivo ya hemos cambiado de programa. Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido. Esperamos que algún día nos den otra oportunidad, y puedan disfrutar con nosotros de un buen rato en el mar.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Morgen auf dem Skyline Cruiser in kleiner und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Es war eine Geburtstagsüberraschung von meinem Sohn und wir hatten das Glück eine Familie von Grindwalen aus nächster Nähe zu sehen. Das Team war absolut freundlich und hat unserer Gruppe alles sehr gut erklärt. Ich wurde sogar mit einem selbst kreierten Kuchen überrascht! Es war ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis und wir würden jederzeit diese Tour, mit dem gleichen Team und dem selben Boot, jederzeit wieder buchen. Lieben Dank an Euch beide für diese tolle Bootstour! :)

That was amazing. Not much people on board. You feel your privacy. Girls were so friendly and polite. The boot goes with comfortable speed till the midl between to islands, where you can enjoy ocean and watch dolphins and Wales. We made a good pause in the nice place for swimming and Spain snacks and good Prosecco and other drinks. I advise you this tour.

Rigtig behagelig tur. Personalet var meget opmærksom om vi var ok, og ikke søsyg, vi så hvaler. Der blev der også fortalt om hvilke arter og hvad de spiste. Der blev et ophold ved en lille bugt, hvor man kunne bade. Der var lidt tapas om bord, samt drikkevare. En rigtig god og hyggelig tur, vi kommer igen

Went on a 3-hour cruise as a 3 people group and I could not point out any negatives about the experience. The crew consisted of 2 people and they were very talkative and present, as if they were part of our group. They were very knowledgeable in regards to the local and overall marine life, also clearly experienced in sailing. The yacht could easily host 11 people as advertised, with room for around 6 people in front of the yacht and the same for the back of the yacht (where the seating is). We highly recommend.

Supertrevlig båttur med riktigt trevlig besättning. Så skönt när det endast är 12 gäster blir mer genuint och trevligt. Vi såg pilotval och sköldpaddor. God dryck och tapas.

We had a wonderful experience with Maria en Chevy! We saw pilot whales, dolphins and lots of fish while swimming. They brought us to 2 various locations and gave us a wonderful lunch! Highly recommended to take a private boat if you are with a family.

Amazing Day Out on the Boat and Snorkeling Adventure! We had an incredible time on today’s boat and snorkeling trip! Despite the kids getting a bit seasick (haha, part of the adventure!), the day was filled with unforgettable moments. We were thrilled to spot different types of dolphins, which was absolutely magical. After that, we headed to a hidden local beach for some lunch and snorkeling, and it was simply perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made the experience even better. We highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a fantastic day out. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Loved it. An amazing boat trip with the opportunity to see bottlenose dolphins and short nosed pilot whales, together with snorkeling and some amazing food. I would definitely go again and recommend to others.

Un semplice giro in barca. Abbiamo visto solo le pinne di 2 delfini. Nessuno ha pensato di gettare mamgine per attirare i delfini. 10 minuti e poi si è virato per andar via. ASSURDO! Una gran delusione. Inoltre il mangiare offerto era veramente ridicolo per 12 persone. Una pizza surgelata tagliata a spicchi microscopici Una frittatinq 2 etti di affettati Grissini E pochissima frutta. Equipaggio senza empatia ed inesistente. Evitate di usare questa squadra/società per andare a vedere i delfini. Molto molto molto molto poco seri. Soldi buttati.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Nachmittag auf dem Boot. Kevin und Carina waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und mit Spaß bei der Sache. Auch die Verpflegung war sehr gut. Wir konnten mehrere Grindwale sehen.

Really great trip, saw whales and the 2 ladies Karina and Esperanza were really attentive when I felt quite sea sick, couldn’t have been better despite not speaking very much English. Opportunitiy to snorkel in small bay, really lovely 3 hours spent on the cruiser.

It was a verry lovely trip. With 2 top hosts ( captain Kevin and Estelle) they were very nice for all the passengers and especialy the kids. They found lots off whales and made a nice tapas. Great money spend 👌🏼

A family of 4 , youngest 13 years and oldest 16 years. We spent 3 hours on this fabulous boat with crew Karina and Kevin. They both made us feel so welcomed , though their English was limited and so our spanish, we still managed to have conversations about the tour, informing us of the different whales and lucky we did see some, this was an amazing experience, they looked so elegant. The crew were respectful of the whales, not to upset or pushy. We were taken to the most beautiful bay where we swam. Snorkel masks were supplied and they made sure we remained safe. Kevin told us how we wouldn't see turtles as they needed to be moved for their own safety. I was moved around his passion for the sea life. The food on the boat was refreshing, tasting the best Spanish omelette. Drinks were supplied as we needed. This was the most amazing experience and I couldn't fault the crew . We didn't want a big boat . We were only on with another family of 4 , they were nice too from Belgium. This trip is a must .

What a way to end our holiday, the staff are amazing - Kevin was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome - we saw whales, turtles and snorkled with fish. For 70 euro this was the best experience we've had.

Maybe the highlight of our trip!! If you’re looking for a boat cruise in Tenerife this is the one to go for! Kevin was particularly welcoming! Drinks and food all included and they don’t let your glass go empty at all! Dancing, swimming, snorkelling and food! What more could you ask for!

The crew on this boat was very kind and had a great service attitude. Under the captain's leadership, we saw whales and turtles, and it was obvious that the captain really tried his best to find marine life for us, although it was a pity that we didn't see dolphins this time. We really liked them, so much so that we boarded this boat for two consecutive days! And with the captain's encouragement, I jumped into the sea. They also provided towels and swimming rings very considerately, and took photos for us! Don’t miss them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, una experiencia inolvidable, muchísimas gracias Manu y Carina!! Se nos dió de todo, comida, equipamiento para bucear, flotadores, e incluso una toalla que me olvidó traer! Ambos unos profesionales super amistosos, no podría pedir más. Nos dieron explicaciones tanto en español como en inglés, y dependiendo de nuestros intereses nos hablaban de los animales, de sus comportamientos, o de sus migraciones, explicando como y donde ver delfines, echando pan para atraer vida cuando buceábamos, y dándole a mi pareja mucho ánimo para probar el agua, fantástica la experiencia, e incluso tomando fotos de pareja a todos los que fuimos el día de la cueva. Además de lo más económico en cuanto a la experiencia, sin duda repetiría.

Amazing experience in every possible way. To start, the crew, Manu and Carina, the kindest and most caring guides I've ever met. Keeping track of all necessities of the clients, keeping us updated both in English and Spanish, even though I was the only Spanish speaker, telling us the different possibilities, why the animals act certain ways, and explaining the randomness of the sea, as they can't predict what we will see, but they ensure the best experience within their power. They were very friendly and after the first experience, me and my partner just had to go back! So the very next morning we went again with the same crew. And again, did not disappoint. Saw two different routes and you can truly see they are passionate about their work, true professionals with the friendliest attitude!! Thank you so much for this experience Skyline cruiser, and thank you Manu and Carina! We'll be back, that I know! And on the other hand, it is also the best price-experience tour in the island in my opinion, a cozy small group in a comfortable and spacious yacht, where you get individual explanations and a quiet view of the animals, for 3 hours and lunch included! My best recommendation if you're in Tenerife

Unreal morning whale watching tour with time for snorkelling and swimming and a selection of snacks. We had drinks included lots of soft drinks, white wine, cava and beer. This was a small charter 11 people so there was lots of space for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. We managed to see over 24 whales on our trip one large group and a mother and her baby truly a magical experience and I can’t recommend the trip enough. For snorkelling we anchored in a secluded bay and stopped for around an hour for lunch and swimming. Brilliant day! Thank you.

Myself and my friend had a fabulous time on the dolphin/whale watching boat trip. We throughly enjoyed yourselves, especially when we went snorkelling. Lucy and Kevin were very enthusiastic and kind. Would recommended to others.

J'ai passé un moment unique et inoubliable. On a eu la chance de voir des baleines et des dauphins. L'équipage Lucy et Eperanza ont été géniales. Le bateau était top beaucoup plus agréable qu'un gros bateau. On a fait du snorkeling et vu pleins de poissons. Elles ont vraiment pris le temps de nous expliquer quelles espèces on a pu voir. Je recommande à 100% merci Skyline

A nice experience! Lucy and crisobal are very pleasent! The boat is nice and they don t take a board more the 12 people, and this offer a lot of space for every guest. They have lots of equipment for snorqeling and they do their best for a lovely trip, including cava, wine, coke, water. Also, i loved that they stoped the boat when we see a plastic bottle to “clean” the ocean from the others mess.

Estuve este sabado con mi familia y la experiencia fue genial, todo del 10, el capitan creo que se llamaba Cris muy atento y amable, vimos calderones y luego a bañarnos en los cristianos, 100% recomendable

We loved our trip the sea was quite choppy but we were all fine The crew were very friendly and helpful We had plenty of drinks and a delicious generous lunch This is the second time we have been on this trip We would definitely recommend it and we would do it again it was very good value for money .

Brilliant boat trip. We have been multiple times and we have always seen whales. I have tried a different boat trip in Tenerife which I felt like a sardine on and only served beer which I do not like. The group size is perfect and the food and various drinks on this trip are great. The staff were also brilliant. The only note would be we were back 20 minutes early of the 3 hours. It would have been nice to spend an extra 20 minutes at the swimming spot enjoying the scenery and relaxing for that time. This is a very small point and we will still be booking this trip in future.

Nos demoraron 30 minutos para subir al barco pese a que les dijimos que teníamos niños y bebés. Nos lo vendieron como que íbamos a ver delfines y cuando subimos al barco nos dijeron que es muy difícil verlos. Además al quejarnos por la demora nos trataron pésimo. Unos maleducados. Además de que el precio carísimo.

En cuanto a la situación de avistamiento de delfines, aceptamos que no siempre es fácil garantizar esta experiencia, ya que los delfines son animales salvajes y su presencia puede ser impredecible. También nos preocupa mucho que haya mencionado que recibieron un trato poco amable, por lo que nos hace pensar que puede haberse equivocado de barco ya que esto nos ha pasado en otras ocasiones, nuestro barco es un yate a motor y se llama Skyline CRUISER. La satisfacción del cliente es nuestra prioridad y trabajamos constantemente en la formación y capacitación de nuestro equipo para garantizar un servicio atento y cortés en todo momento. Si ha sido nuestro personal tomaremos muy en serio su comentario para que no vuelva a ocurrir y aseguraremos que se tomen las medidas necesarias para evitar que se repita en el futuro. En cuanto al precio nuestro objetivo es proporcionar una experiencia de alta calidad, que incluye seguridad, comodidad y servicios adicionales, como la comida y bebida de buena calidad, lo cual puede influir en el precio final. Sin embargo, valoramos sus comentarios y los tendremos en cuenta en futuras revisiones de nuestros precios. Esperamos poder tener la oportunidad de servirle nuevamente en el futuro y brindarle una experiencia más satisfactoria.

We had an amazing boat trip in the morning. Steffi and Chris were super hosts, who made us feel so comfortable and enjoy this relaxing boat trip. Whenever dolphins and even a turtle showed up, Chris stopped for a while for us to take pics and videos. I highly recommend this special experience

Booked a private charter for wife’s 50th birthday. 8 of us in total. Very friendly welcome from staff. Great intro of what to expect whilst on the waves, resulting in us all observing a pod of small black whales. Add to that local knowledge and explanation, celebratory drinks, great food (Spanish omelette…yum), with loads of time afforded for a dip and swim. Bluetooth music also available. Couldn’t ask for a better way to relax for a good few hours. Thanks again guys.

One of the best boat cruise I had, so fun and cozy, beautiful sea and we could see the dolphins swimming beside us, even October time it was sunny and the water is nice, we had a delicious aperitivo lunch with delicious food, and the crew is very polite and caring

Una experiencia que no puede faltar en Tenerife. Vimos calderones (ballenas piloto), delfines y tortugas. Tomamos unos aperitivos y nos bañamos en una maravillosa playa. Muy recomendable y más aún con Skyline Cruiser que nos han hecho la experiencia única.

Una experiencia horrorosa. Había mala mar y en lugar de advertirnos antes de salir y devolvernos el dinero, salimos a mar abierto con el barco moviéndose como un tiovivo. Es algo que ellos ya sabían de antemano y no nos comunicaron. Un día de vacaciones estropeado por el mareo.

Esperienza consigliatissima! Abbiamo fatto l’escursione per le balene e i delfini con Manu e Stefy che sono stati super! A causa del mare agitato siamo dovuto rientrare un po’ prima ma abbiamo visto sia balene che delfini. E una volta tornati in porto abbiamo mangiato e bevuto, ci hanno anche portato il caffè! Davvero carini! ❤️

The staff were amazing. Although I’m not a good traveller so I was sea sick, Lisa the crew member was so friendly and done all she could to help and ease any issues. She was so helpful and catered to all our needs. The captain was also really friendly and was hilarious. We also got to see whales and dolphins out in the water which was a beautiful experience and we stopped and got to swim in the sea which was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience and I would 100% recommend, however anyone who has sea sickness I would recommend some travel sickness and anti sickness tablets. Thank you!

Hi everyone ☺️ today at 9:45 we sailed on a boat across the atlantic ocean. The trip lasted 3 hours. I advise you in advance that people who are not well in the mine do not take advantage of such experiences, because the whole trip is not worth the money. it can be disgusting. Today's cruise was awesome, the crew such as the captain and the stewardess were awesome, but what wasn't great were the 2 clients of English descent. They were the last to arrive on the ship, and let me tell you, it's a shame they made it. Both of them immediately pressed forward to the tip of the ship, where it was the most windy. After a while they both started 🤮 (sorry to write that but) then they went to the back and burped the whole way there!! I understand that they were not well, but they knew that I would be on the ship. But what disgusted me the most was the fact that they also 🤮 6-7 bags, while always eating food and drinking sweet cola when they weren't 🤮. It's incredibly r..de of them and disgusting for the people who came there to enjoy the trip, but instead, 2 British people there disgusted my cruise for 140 euros (2 people). I have to praise the crew because they saved them there every time... Otherwise, swimming in the open ocean is great :) I enjoyed it, but please, if you feel at least a little bit sick on the boat, don't buy this experience because you are not alone there... ..I once again praise the crew and thank you. PS: a very nice lady welcomed us all there and took a photo that you can buy in cash upon arrival. One photo 10 euros or 2 for 15 euros. Mark

We hired the Skyline Cruiser to take us out for a 3hr sail today with friends which was amazing. We were well looked after by staff who were really friendly and informative. Plenty of food and drinks on board with the opportunity to stop for lunch and have a swim. We were fortunate enough to get very close to lots of pilot whales in their natural habitat which was quite something to see! We highly recommend hiring this Cruiser as it definitely won't disappoint. We had a brilliant time.

Fantastic medium size boat for 11 passenger. Perfect opportunity for families with smaller children to see whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. We had an amazing time and were super lucky to see some sea turtles and whales. Skyline team - super nice and easy going. Great atmosphere.

Fantastica giornata in barca di 3h con la famiglia. Capitano di origine spagnola super simpatico che ci ha raccontato tutte le caratteristiche dell’ isola e i suoi segreti. Siamo riusciti a vedere anche i delfini e le balene. Bagno fantastico in una piccola caletta dove c’era un acqua super limpida. Esperienza da non perdere!

The boat is very small, the captain has a lot of attitude, you can’t really sit in the front there’s no room, they have just 6 pairs of snorkels when there are 11 people on the boat. They didn’t say anything about life jackets, when I asked he gave me attitude and say to calm down cos I panic the other people. Wouldn’t really recommend

Experiencia increíble, hicimos un viaje de 12 personas muy agradable, Íñigo hizo que fuese una experiencia además muy didáctica ya que sabe bastante de la fauna de la zona y se ve que también le preocupa su conservación y cuidado, cosa que trasmite y demuestra en los acercamientos a las ballenas, que hace con mucho cuidado y con la prioridad de no molestarlas, no es necesario hacerlo para verlas perfectamente, la idea es que se sientan seguras y sean ellas las que se acerquen si quieren, pero la distancia siempre es suficiente, a parte de todo fue muy simpático y atento durante toda la excursión. En la primera parte de la excursión vimos varios grupos de ballenas piloto y después nos llevó a una cala para darnos un baño y comer unos aperitivos que tienen preparados con bebida incluida, ya digo, muy recomendable.

We watched in horror from another, more ethical whale watching company, as the Skyline Cruiser boat drove straight into a pod of whales to get that 'magical close encounter' for the champagne-quaffing passengers on board. This must have been incredibly distressing for the whales and completely unnecessary. Please DO NOT book with these charlatans. Look for companies aligned with Sea Shepherd organisation such as the trip we took onboard Bahriyeli. As a final point, our captain killed the engine as soon as the pod was sighted and we got just as magical a close up with the Short Finned Pilot Whales that were disturbed by the Skyline mob. We just had to be a little more patient. I have no doubt that the 5-star reviews on here reflect that the passengers had an amazing time on board Skline Cruisers but they probably will not have realised the dreadful impact these actions could have on the whales and particularly their young. Happy to provide booking details, timings of incident etc.

Every thing was professional and pleasant from start to finish. Collected from our villa, the boat was excellent , as were the staff, especially Captain Alvaro. Free drinks, a tapas lunch and we were fortunate enough to see several pods of pilot whales and fine aquatic displays from enough dolphins to satisfy anyone. My daughter enjoyed swimming from the boat in a secluded bay, which was a great way to end a memorable experience.

I spent 45 euro each for my daughter and i to go on skyline 1 and we got food, drinks and saw dolphins and whales, swam in a gorgeous bay, but so what? Every company seems to offer the same! We were met outside our hotel by a friendly lady, taxied to the boat, met the owner of Skyline charters, then met our skipper who greeted us each personally. Only 11 guests are allowed on each so we had plenty of space. The trip was awesome, we saw loads of whales and dolphins, got loads of info about the marine life, had a real laugh and we even got a little history about the canary islands because of questions we were asking. There were kids of 6 and adults upto early 70's on board and we all loved it, so it's definitely family friendly. We travelled at 16:30 15th aug '19, which was the last trip of the day. Once all was done we were taxied back to the hotel and got to enjoy the night. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Brilliant experience would definitely recommend we saw a family of whales, turtles, then we got to snorkel and saw loads if fish and tiny jellyfish not to mention the hospitality was on point! Lovely driver named Peter, and a lovely captain on board made our experience a million times better, food and drink included, definitely worth the money would go again!

If you’d enjoy a cruise with a skipper who is abrupt towards you, smokes cigarettes, drinks beer while on duty and gives you almost no info about the trip you are on and places you see from the yacht, then this experience is just for you! Captain Ami, what a rude and mannerless person! No customer service skills whatsoever. Music on board was constantly interrupted by his private phone calls. We are not fussy customers and have never left a negative review but we just expect the right value for money. Tapas experience that was mentioned in the offer was a real joke. For seven people we have been given a plate of white bread bits with mayo, a few crackers and lollipops. We also got informed about the open bar but at the same time he said to take them from the box as we won’t be offered again... Honestly, we hoped to have a good trip but the Ami spoilt the whole experience..

A good trip, if a little pricey. We paid €55 each but someone else did a deal for €40. Only saw 4 whales, which I know is luck of the draw, food & drink plentiful, good bit of snorkeling along with 3 other boats, so a little crowded. Look a good trip but just didn't feel really special. You get the option to buy some photo's which arent bad value at €15 but again possibly throw them in for free. Do the deal at the harbour when it's not peak season.

Tolle Bootsfahrt! Auch wenn das Boot mit rund 10 Personen quasi ausgebucht war war es nicht überfüllt und nicht so laut wie viele andere Boote im Ort. Unser Skipper kannte sich wirklich aus und wusste, wo man zum Beobachten der Wale hinfahren muss.

יצאנו 10 אנשים לסיבוב של שלוש שעות, הכוללת צפיה בלוייתנים החיים באזור טנריף וצלילת שנורקלים ליד החוף. זוהי חוויה מיוחדת, הסירה מותאמת ל 12 אנשים וסקיפר. במהלך השיט יש משקאות ללא תשלום. ובזמן הצלילה אוכלים פאייה. הסקיפר ששמו Xerach molowny היה נחמד ואדיב.שילמנו 350 אירו.

Hele mooie trip gemaakt met Skyline! Vandaag zijn we om 9:30 met de boot vertrokken vanuit Puerto Colon. De cruiser was echt een super mooie en 'grote' boot. We zaten met 8 personen op de boot, wat het erg gezellig en knus maakte. Tijdens onze tocht kregen we uitgelegd dat het niet altijd lukt om dolfijnen te spotten, maar walvissen worden wel altijd gezien. Mocht je een trip boeken, kun je het beste in de ochtend gaan. We hadden geluk en hebben super veel dolfijnen gezien die met de boot meezwommen. Wat een ervaring! Daarna grote walvissen gezien (wel 30 dus best een aantal). Wel keken we af en toe onze ogen uit naar andere grote boten die passeerden(vol met ca. 100 aangeschoten Engelsen en karaoke muziek). Verschrikkelijk, wat waren we blij dat we daar niet bij aan boord zaten. Boek dus alsjeblieft geen catamaran tour, maar bij skyline. Kost je hetzelfde, of misschien 10 euro meer, maar je hebt er zoveel meer plezier van! Het zijn leuke mensen bij Skyline, ook Belgisch sprekende eigenaren, wat wij fijn vonden (goede mentaliteit).

Super ervaring, super service, zeer vriendelijk, Tati echt bedankt voor de luxe speedboot trip. Meerdere dolfijnen gezien en een walvis. Bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Tenerife boek ik onmiddellijk terug!!!

Schitterende uitstap! De boot is niet overbevolkt. Het is een zaaaligheid om de dolfijnen en de walvissen te zien...te kunnen snorkelen... De eigenaars Gert en Annick zijn super sympathieke mensen en ook niet te vergeten het Skyline team! Van mij krijgen ze allemaal 6 sterren

I had a lot of fun, along with my partner a mini cruise that we had promised, it turned out to be an experience we saw the dolphins jumping off the side of the boat, and the whales would be heard to snort were very much off the boat. I will repeat the experience because we cents very safe on the boat and the super nice crew with a very familiar deal.
