Hicimos ayer el viaje de La Gomera y realmente fue una pesadilla. Sin entrar en el bombardeo de comentarios del autobús en cuatro idiomas, cuando regresamos tardamos DOS HORAS Y MEDIA, en llegar al Puerto. Se paró el bus a dejar gente hasta en Las Caletillas. Nos habían anticipado que a las 8 de la noche sería el final pero nos soltaron a las 9. No había ni mucho tráfico, solo que nos engañaron para que fuéramos. Te pasas casi 8 horas en el ir y el venir.

Hoy hicimos la excursión al Teide con Yolanda y Romer y estuvo fenomenal. Además de muy profesionales, explicaciones súper interesantes y además son encantadores. Un acierto hacerla excursión con ellos.

5 estrellas para Yolanda (las dos} y para Romer (El conductor). Perfecta guia, conocimientos simpatía, y con un nivel de alemán extraordinario. Romer consigo a un nivel altísimo particularmente en las montañas de Masca

We have booked the Teide by Night tour in Tenerife. We started off in Puerto de la Cruz and drove up the Teide. We stopped at a couple of sight seeing stops and they showed us some nice places. It is a really beautiful landscape and we really enjoyed seeing it, even though it felt really rushed. We had a little longer stop for watching the sunset, but couldn't watch the sunset fully, because we had to leave early for the dinner. The dinner was terrible. I would have preferred if they wouldn't have included the dinner in the tour. Cold fish, tasteless fries that were not fried long enough, the meat wasn't good and the veggie burger wasn't even a burger and tasted absolutely horrible. Then the stargazing part, which should have been the highlight of the "Stargazing Teide at night tour" was held at the lower terrace of this restaurant. Why they think this would be a good placce is a mystery to me. There was the restaurant building on the one side and a wall at the other sides. Also all the huge parasols were still there and in the way as well. We were truly disappointed. You want to see the surrounding and the starry sky behind a nice landscape, not a restaurant building and a wall mixed with parasols. This was a stargazing tour, this should have been the highlight and it was not even a cheap tour! The expert explained 3 star constellations and talked about aliens. He repeated everything in 3 languages and after he finished, we were rushed back to the bus. I guess, since this place wasn't good for seeing anything anyway it doesn't really matter... This tour is not worth it!

Wir hatten die Nachttour zum Teide über unseren Reiseveranstalter gebucht. Bis zum Sonnenuntergang fanden wir es sehr schön - unser Guide hat viele interessante Infos zu Teneriffa und dem Teide geteilt und die Abholung und Rückfahrt hat einwandfrei funktioniert (dafür auch die 2 Sterne). Der Spot, an dem wir den Sonnenuntergang betrachtet haben, war klasse! Leider ging es danach bergab. Das Essen war gar nicht gut und wir haben den Sternenhimmel auf der Terrasse des Restaurants angeschaut, die ringsum ummauert war, voll mit weißen Sonnenschirmen stand, die die Sicht beeinträchtigt haben und das Lokal hatte ständig das Licht an im Hintergrund. Ich hätte schon einen etwas schöneren Aussichtspunkt mit freier Sicht zu allen Seiten erwartet! Es gab sogar eine höher gelegene Dachterrasse, aber nicht mal diese wurde dafür genutzt. Teleskop gab es auch keines (andere Touren bieten das an - wurde uns leider im Vorfeld aber auch von unserem Reiseanbieter ungenau kommuniziert), der Sternguck mit dem Astronomen ging nicht mal eine Stunde und war somit sehr kurz dafür, dass diese Tour mit "Stars" beworben wird. Da der Guide alles in 3 Sprachen erklären musste, wurden von über 80 Sternbildern gerade mal 5 oder so näher erläutert und schon wurde das ganze nach 2-3 Fragen auch wieder ziemlich abrupt beendet und die Heimfahrt angetreten.

La excursión de Icod de los vinos-garachico-masca-teide completamente decepcionante, 66€ x persona SIN comida, una media de 20/25min en cada sitio, eso sí el descanso de 1 hora, en el restaurante donde comen los choferes y las guías, y 7 horas metidos en el bus, un timo de excursión

Demasiadas horas en el autobús, te recogen a las 8 para ir a Icod, donde se para 15 min, 50 min en garachico, 25 min en masca y 15 min en el Teide, todo lo demás autobús a excepción que te llevan a un restaurante por si quieres comer, supongo concertado

Viaje perfecto, super didáctico y entretenido gracias a nuestra guía Yolanda 100 x 100 RECOMENDABLE Gomera chica, y a la vez grande , muy enriquecedora.

Un diez para nuestra guía Yolanda atenta en todo momento y todos los detalles muy bien explicados para el entendimiento de todos,superrecomendable

Contratamos la excursión del anochecer y estrellas en el tridente, supuestamente era cena canaria, lo que ofrecían, para nada, no nos dijeron que se cenaba a las 7 de la tarde… te llevan a un mirador petado de coches a ver el anochecer, todo masificado… mejor ahorraos los 84 euros persona, y alquilaos un coche, la guía dijo que no se podía fumar en el mirador, siendo mentira.. en fin el peor dinero gastado en las vacaciones

Servitor and it was the best time we had in Porto de last cruz with Yolanda our tour gide such talented, multilingual and knowledgeable about all aspects of the area, culture and surroundings, also our driver was amazing in his driving skills navigating through the most difficult and dangerous roads of Tida mountain, I can not stress enough how happy and grateful our family were with there service and professionalism. Las chicas que me atendieron tanto por telefono en varias ocasiones como en persona, fueron espectaculares, muy amables, resolutivas y atentas a cualquier cosa que hiciese que mi experiencia fuese de 10. Repetire sin duda las actividades con ellos en otra ocasion!

I don't have enough words to.express at the full quality the beauty of this experience. The tour itself, the guide Yolanda, the driver Alberto, everything was presented in the deepest quality. Everything is well organised, the guide is perfect, the esquisite driver made everyone feel.like we are part of a big movie, where we are main actors. Excellent experience. I highly recommend.

Hace una semana que hicimos dos excursiones y fueron geniales , nos agregamos a las excursiones del IMSERSO , y el guía de 10 , muy amable y atento

Excursión a la Palma nos la vendieron como la cosa de otro mundo unas vistas inmejorables del volcán y una comida típica del lugar y luego nos pusieron un pescado para un crío y una pechuga solamente el café en la barra para apagarlo aparte lo único bueno la guía

We booked our excursions in Tenerife at the AJ Servitur store in Puerto De La Cruz, all of which were absolutely amazing. At the store, we were helped out by Blanca who's truly a fabulous person and only wanted us to have the best time during our stay in Tenerife. Couldn't recommend her and AJ Servitur enough.

wij hebben op zaterdag 12 april de tour Icod, masca en teide gedaan. Op zich een mooie tour, ware het niet dat de reisleidster het eigenlijk een beetje verpest heeft. Het was meer een snelheidstour naar het restaurant. Icod wilde ze eerste niet stoppen, het regende, Na protest vanuit de bus wel gestopt. Garachico, korte stop met uitleg en op naar de koffie. Vanuit de parkeerplaats had men ook door het dorp kunnen lopen en daar nog wat over vertellen. Vandaar naar Masca, hier zouden eigenlijk mogelijkheden zijn voor lunch, Echter een stop van 30 minuten is voor bezichtiging en lunch veel te kort. Door naar een souvenirwinkel, de reisleidster stond ongeveer zelf mee de waren aan te prijzen. Ongetwijfeld provisie. Daarna naar slechts een enkele stop bij de teide, 30 minuten. Roques de Garcia. Via het reisbureau waren veel meer stops beloofd. Wel mooi. De volgende stop was bij een oninteressant restaurant, een stop van 1 uur en 15 minuten. Hier zaten de reisleidster en chauffeur zeer uitgebreid, waarschijnlijk gratis, te eten. Tenslotte terug naar Puerto de la Cruz. Geen stop in Oratava, ook geen uitleg, zou volgens programma wel moeten. We hebben nog een andere tour gedaan met een andere reisleider. Deze was 10 keer beter. Dus waarschijnlijk heeft onze slechte ervaring te maken met de reisleidster!

We booked Spanish-English tour, Jolanda was our tour guide and she was amazing... She was so enthusiastic, authentic and always payed attention to our needs... She was very motivated to give us interesting informations and some "did you know that" facts... She also have a great sence of humor, which made our tour more fun and adventurous... Our Guagua driver was very experienced man... He was very gentle, kind and also authentic... He drove us through the most adventurous road our lives and we had full trust on him... Nous voulions monter au Teide par le téléphérique, sachant que nous avions déjà effectué l'excursion. Or, le monsieur qui parlait français (donc, ce n'est pas un problème de compréhension) nous a expliqué que le seul moyen était de prendre le téléphérique avec l'excursion, soit un total de 170 € pour deux. Le jour J, le téléphérique était fermé ; l'excursion était donc sans intérêt. Nous avons donc demandé le remboursement. Il nous a alors expliqué que le téléphérique était optionnel et l'excursion obligatoire. Ils ont accepté de rembourser le téléphérique, mais pas l'excursion. Arnaque au tourisme !

Queria compartir mi experiencia, el día 10 de Febrero tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar el parque Nacional del Teide con esta empresa, subiendo para ver Icod de los Vinos, Garachico... Una experiencia preciosa gracias a nuestra excelente guia Yolanda y a nuestro conductor Romer? .Magnificos profesionales que hicieron de nuestra visita inolvidable.Carretera complicada pero con unas vistas magnificas. Conocimientos, respeto, educación y saber hacer.Muchas gracias preciosa Yolanda.

Excursion Icod de los vinos - Guarachico - Masca - Teide On nous vend un 1h-1h30 d'arrêt par ville/centre d'intérêt, or : Icod de los vinos : 30 minutes Guarachico : 45 minutes Masca : 30 minutes Magasin de souvenirs : 15 minutes Teide : 20 minutes (lol) Restaurant perdu : 1h10 Un peu léger ou en tout cas experience pas en adéquation avec ce qui nous avait été vendu. En revanche guide très sympathique et jolis paysages.

Fueron las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido, agradecemos mucho la atención. Los planes turísticos son muy completos puntuales y responsables. Agradecemos principalmente a la señora Blanca por su atención, amabilidad y su forma de ser. Fue inolvidable.

Hicimos con ellos una excursión al Teide y Orotava, el trato de la guía y el hacer del conductor fueron inmejorables, fue experiencia altamente positiva a la que añadir un paisaje grandioso.

Excelentes profesionales. Atención muy buena y excursiones muy interesantes. Una buena forma de conocer Tenerife.

Decepción total con la excursión “Teide Nocturno”. No nos pararon en los miradores que supuestamente estaban incluidos. La observación de las estrellas fue en el aparcamiento del restaurante, al lado de la carretera. Fue imposible verlas, pues esa noche hubo luna llena, coincidiendo con la luna más cercana a la tierra, información conocedora por la agencia, y aun así nos vendieron que íbamos a poder verlas. Nos defraudó por completo, una auténtica estafa.

Experiencia 2/5 y el dos va para la guia y el conductor. Relacion precio-calidad excesiva. El atractivo de la excursión es ver estrellas (supuestamente en un lugar privilegiado)no en el aparcamiento del restaurante frente a la carretera. Tengan en cuenta a la hora de contratar la excursión si hay luna llena porque no veran casi estrellas. Desencanto total con las horas de bus para 3 paradas minimas de fotos. Es la excursion "estrella" de Tenerife y creanme para nada recomendable. Una autentica estafa.

We had been on 8 hour tour in English with Jose and Manuel and it was an awesome experience. Jose is an amazing tour guide, speaks wonderful English, is happy to explain anything and has a really great amount of knowledge about the visited places. Manuel is probably the best driver I've ever seen, I cannot imagine driving on these crazy roads leading to Masca village with car, let alone BUS and he made it look like piece of cake.

Teide at Night. Pick up on time long drive up to the volcano, stop off at point to see the cloud inversion but no time to relax and enjoy. Next stop was a cafe, toilet break then back on the coach to the Roques De Garcia which was fantastic. Again very quick 30 min stop which really was too quick. Then back on the coach again to another spot to watch the sunset. I was enjoying the scenery when the guide came shouting for me, he said everyone else was on the coach and waiting for me this was despite the fact I was not late just the boring people decided they'd had enough! Also another tour guide from another coach was shouting at people to get off certain areas despite the fact nothing was roped off etc and it was clear that people go in those areas all the time. We were then driven back the way we'd come to the original cafe (well a place across the road from it) for a three course meal. Sounds good? No it was appalling. Some bland soup, still can't tell you what it was, white fish drowned in some orange sauce and then a cheap, nasty version of a cornetto. Then outside for the astrologers talk which was good but unfortunately like the rest of the tour had to be given in three languages so very time consuming. On the way back some woman got travel sick and the coach had to stop for that. A long excursion, a lot of driving back and forth along the same road. Next time just hire a car.

Wir hatten gestern die Tour Teide by night mit Jolanda und Omar. Zuerst einmal es war eine tolle Tour mit tollen Erklärungen in Spanische Englisch und Deutsch, bis zur eigentlichen Excursion der "Sternenerklärung". Leider fehlte hier die Info der Agentur das diese nur auf spanisch und englisch erfolgt. Uns machte das nichts aus aber einige waren dann doch schlicht überfordert. Bitte durch die Agenturen diese Info weitergeben, da es ansonsten ein tolles Erlebnis war. Für uns 5/5 Sterne

Wir haben heute die Nachmittagstour zum Teide gemacht. Diese hat ca 44,00€ gekostet. Ticket für die Seilbahn war optional für weitere 41,00€. Also entweder man fuhr für 44€ in das Plateau unterhalb des Vulkans oder man fuhr für 85€ zum Gipfel. Beides ging nicht. Leider waren wir von der Tour sehr enttäuscht. Von den 6 Stunden hatten wir nicht mal eine ganze Stunde Zeit, uns den Nationalpark anzusehen. Die restliche Zeit saßen wir im Bus, wobei gesagt werden muss, dass der Weg von Puerto de la Cruz zum Teide eigentlich nur eine Stunde dauert. Sind dann einfach auf einem Parkplatz ausgespuckt und dort wieder eingesammelt worden. Informationen gab eine freundliche Begleiterin auf drei Sprachen, aber nur während der Busfahrt. Im Nachhinein betrachtet wären wir besser mit einem eigenen Auto gefahren, hätten uns das Plateau in Ruhe angesehen und wären dann für die 41€ zum Gipfel gefahren. Hätte uns viel mehr gegeben.

Korzystaliśmy z wycieczki objazdowej Puerto de La Cruz - Garachico - Masca - Teide, cena 54e. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, pilot Jose świetny, natomiast kierowcę podziwiam za styl jazdy, szczególnie w wąwozie Masca. W miarę punktualny odbiór. Ocena 4/5 gwiazdek z dwóch powodów - trochę za krótkie przerwy w miejscach docelowych (rozumiem, że to wycieczka objazdowa ale miała się skończyć o 18, a koniec końców w Puerto byliśmy już po 16, można to było lepiej wykorzystać) i dość ciasny autokar jak dla wysokiej osoby i długą jazdę. Wycieczka zdecydowanie warta swojej ceny!

Wir haben die Tour zum Teide über unser Hotel gebucht. Meine Mutter ist Rollstuhlfahrerin das haben wir natürlich am Anfang angegeben. Relativ pünktlich wurden wir vom Hotel abgeholt. Dort waren wir das erste Mal gestresst, dass meine Mutter nicht gut laufen konnte. Es gab keine Sitzplätze für uns gemeinsam, da der Bus restlos ausgebucht war. Wir dachten, es wäre eine reine Bustour, und wir hätten zwischendurch Zeit uns etwas anzugucken. Klar, man hätte es vielleicht… ahnen sollen. Gleich zu Beginn hielten wir am Drachenbaum. Dort konnte meine Viele Treppen gab. Sie saß also alleine im Bus. Kurze Zeit später Stadt aus. Dort sollten wir eine circa halbe Stunde laufen und wurden dort wieder von dem Bus eingefangen. Vielleicht hätten wir auf Nachfrage auch sitzen bleiben können. Aber wir wollten ja auch etwas sehen. Leider bewegte sich die Reisegruppe recht schnell Vorwärts. Das kann ich alles verstehen. Allerdings kam meine Mutter absolut nicht hinterher. Ich setzte sie auf den Rollator und wollte sie schieben. Es kam, wie es kommen musste, ein kleines Loch im Boden Und meine Mutter fiel. Alle waren sehr behilflich und nett. Vor allem der Tourenführer war wirklich sehr hilfreich. Und sehr nett… Wir wollten zurück im Bus. Aber das wurde uns Verboten. Meine Mutter musste mit der Ambulanz abgeholt werden und ins Krankenhaus. Sicher sicherlich eine gute Entscheidung, obwohl sie keine große Verletzung hatte. Aber aus Sicherheit war es schon gut. Ich bat nun Erneut an der Busfahrt teilzunehmen. Schließlich hatten wir gerade mal eine halbe Stunde von 9 Stunden Tour… Dies und auch die Rückzahlung des Geldes wurden verneint. Irgendein Entgegenkommen hätte ich erwartet. Wir dachten schließlich, es wäre eine Bus und keine lauftour. Vielleicht falsch verstanden… Der Busfahrer und der Führer waren wirklich immer hilfreich und nett… die Firma das ganze Gegenteil. Keiner erkundigte sich wie es meiner Mutter geht, kein Geld zurück trotz dass wir nicht teilnehmen konnten.

We were standing in front of the hotel 15 minutes before pickup until 30 minutes after pickup time. Never saw a bus. Then called with the company and they said that they had picked up 8 people. Never seen them. They also didn’t contact us while we were on the reservation list. Only solution was a bus for tomorrow, while we really wanted to go today. Not customer friendly.

wat een slecht bedrijf!! als je op Tenerife bent boek hier absoluut niet!! Wij hadden via ons hotel een trip van het noorden naar het zuiden van het land geboekt. De heen weg was oke.. de bus was een half uur laat maar oke. Een vrouw heeft ons vertelt hoe laat we op het pickup punt moeten zijn en welke bus. De terugreis was een en al gedoe, organiseren kent dit bedrijf niet. Wij kwamen daar TIEN MINUTEN aan voor de aangegeven tijd, bijna een uur gewacht op de bus. Uiteindelijk hebben ons hotel gebeld, zij namen contact op met dit rot bedrijf en volgens hun waren wij niet op tijd. Blijkbaar waren er twee pickup punten met twee verschillende tijden. Ons is de verkeerde tijd doorgegeven, wat NIET onze schuld is. Wanneer we dit bedrijf belde wilde de onbeleefde man ons verhaal helemaal niet horen en volgens hem waren wij de schuldige. Geen excuses gehoord, geen oplossing gehoord alleen maar wat gelach. Eindstand hebben wij een taxi moeten boeken voor een bizar groot bedrag. Dit bedrijf wilde ons niet tegemoet komen ze wilden niet eens de helft van de excursie terugbetalen… BOEK HIER GEWOON NIET

Primero de todo quiero destacar la profesionalidad de Blanca. Nos explicó las excursiones que podíamos hacer y las que nos aconsejaba. Se nota que disfruta con su trabajo porque sus recomendaciones fueron de gran ayuda. En las excursiones contratadas todo salió perfecto. Guías y chóferes excelentes

Mi hermana y yo pasamos 8 días en Puerto de la Cruz, contratamos la excursión del Teide, Masca, Icod, Garachico y la de La Gomera, todo perfecto, recogida puntual, guías y conductores muy profesionales. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Blanca, antes de venderte las excursiones te pregunta que quieres y en función de ello, te ofrece. Gran profesional, a Blanca le pongo un 10 por todas su atenciones! Sin duda alguna, cuando vuelva, repetiré.

Decepcionante, muy decepcionante. Ayer contratamos una excursión al Telde , que incluía visita, cena, ver atardecer y charla astronómica. El Telde muy bonito pero la cena horrible, no nos ofrecieron carta, nos pusieron de primero sin preguntar una crema de calabaza de sobre. Y de segundo nos dieron a elegir entre carne o pescado ( carne seca a mas no poder) y un postre obligatorio ( por que no dieron mas opción) que consistió en un helado milka, derretido y empapado. No solo nosotros pensamos así sino que fue el comentario general en el autobús. La cena de prisa y corriendo que cerraban. En fin entiendo que no íbamos a cenar en el parador del Telde, pero vaya esa cena empaño una ruta que en el inicio era ilusionante y al final fue un fracaso estrepitoso. Hubiera preferido hacer la ruta sin cena , esta no valía ni la cuarta parte que se pago.Quiero aclarar que el Telde y el atardecer espectacular y la charla astronómica con luna llena se hizo lo que se pudo

Reserve la excursión a la Gomera. Un día entero desde Tenerife. Nos hemos quedado sin hacer las rutas por los senderos mágicos y la alternativa ha sido sentarse en un banco del centro de interpretación. 5 horas en autobús. Horrible. Un día de las vacaciones perdido así como 200 euros.

Mi marido y yo contratamos dos excursiones, a La Gomera y a la Orotava y Teide. En la Gomera el guía fue Francis, encantador y profesional y salimos encantados. Las carreteras son demasiado complicadas para conducir sin conocerlas. En la del Teide la guía fue Luisa, muy profesional y siempre pendiente de todos. Recomiendo contratar las excursiones porque las carreteras son difíciles y los guías atentos y preparados.

We booked 2 excursions. At the first excursion we were a few minutes late, so we went inside hotel to think about a solution. We called the touroperator and the woman on the phone spoke with a heavy accent about a taxi, so I mentioned several times that I didn't understand what she was saying. And also that it is rude that the bus just left (they could call or ask the hotel if we were coming), but then she got mad and almost screaming. We took taxi to another hotel where we could catch the bus. Then in the bus the tour guide Melissa said that she drove twice to our hotel (well we were figuring out a solution in the hotel and we cannot read minds so how could we know that you drove twice and also your office colleague told us to take a taxi). Melissa making remarks about us being late so loud a few people in front and back of the bus started making rude gestures and remarks at us while we were walking to our seats, they would also laugh at us. True grown up bullies! We felt really uncomfortable and unsafe. When at the first stop I mentioned this to Melissa she said aggressively that those people did the right thing. So Melissa tolerates us being bullied and she was also very aggressive in communicating and didn't want to hear what we had to say so she left us at the first stop and we weren't allowed at the bus/tour anymore. It was our second day at the island so we didn't know what to do. Another chauffeur and guide from the same company took us on their tour, it was the Spanish group. They were so so kind, empathic and everyone on the bus was very kind and we had great time. We even saw some people few days later and they were so kind with some info about some Spanish cultural stuff. So we don't blame other guides or chauffeurs, but only Melissa, her office colleague from that day and the company for allowing some of their staff to act like this. Later we found out that eventhough we were a few minutes late, the bus was way too early and even if we were on time we would have missed it even when others were early too, it was way earlier than the time we were told at booking. Melissa since you didn't want to hear 1 word face to face I hope you will read this. You were very aggressive to us, you enabled people on your bus to bully us, instead of telling them to be kind whatever, you aggressively and proudly said that they did a good thing. You treated us like criminals and dropped us off the bus/tour at an unknown place for us, while we paid more than 200 euros for the excursions. You lack social skills as a tour guide. But at the end we don't care about the money, we know how it feels to not have it at all, at the end we care about how pitty it is that you create an environment where you allow people to bully and then be proud of, only a bad person is able to be proud of this. I hope you take a course where you learn to control your aggression, because there is a difference between being strict and being aggressive! The second excursion with another guide was very nice, but they also were 20 minutes too early and left way too early (to be sure we were half hour early waiting outside so we made it), this is bad organising and then blaming on customers, very unprofessional!

Only used the company for transport back and forth to north and south of Tenerife. I used their service twice and on both occasions it was bad. The hotel I was staying at booked through them for me so did not choose. They were 30+ minutes late and extremely disorganized when collecting passengers. Caused many passengers to be late for their activities even though we should have been arriving with so much time to spare before hand. Tracking speed showed to be moving so slow that the trip alone would have been rid of any spare time post activity booking time. Despite being so late collecting. Made multiple threats for not waiting for return if they are late. I would understand this but when you are consistently 30+ mins late with very slow driving, I think makes them unable to make demands.

Tour Masca - El Teide gedaan. Een prachtige tour! De natuur is ontzettend mooi om te zien en El Teide en Masca zijn prachtig. Aantal tips: - Niet aan te raden als je snel wagenziek bent. Je rijdt door de bergen heen, veel bochten, hoogteverschillen en remmen/gassen. - MASCA TIP: je krijgt een stop bij een restaurant in Masca. Loop even voorbij het restaurant en ga met de bocht mee. Hier is de Machu Picchu van Tenerife te zien! ^ onze gids vermeldde hier helaas niks over. Gelukkig wisten we het van ons boekingsbureau die de tour had aangeraden. Bus: wordt je uit elkaar geplaatst ivm een ‘te’ volle bus? Geef het aan bij de gids! Je kan dan kijken of er wat gewijzigd kan worden. Je betaald tenslotte ook voor een fijne plek in de bus! Bij ons helaas was issues opgeleverd met de gids, maar verder een top tour!

More interested in the sale than any sort of customer service. They kept walking away to hustle for more customers in the middle of a conversation or transaction and the communication was terrible. They gave very few details about what they were doing, or what we needed to know and were irritated when we asked questions. That all said, they did arrange a car hire and the trip we wanted, it wasn't a scam, and they did provide the bare minimum - a contact name and phone number for the tour operator.

Mi mujer(Maria Teresa) y yo pasamos una semana en Tenerife y fuimos a preguntar un coche de alquiler y Blanca nos recomendó q mejor hiciéramos las excursiones porque nos quitabamos de conducir, aparcar etc. Y la verdad es q contratamos la excursión a Garachico, icod, Masca y Teide y al otro día la de La Laguna, Taganana y Santa Cruz y la verdad q lo pasamos fenomenal, las carreteras sobre todo a Masca Dan miedo pero el chófer Pacheco es un fenómeno y la guía Edurne súper profesional y amable y en la excursión de Laguna el chófer Carlos muy buen profesional también y la guía Maria José súper simpática y profesional, recomiendo las excursiones porque son una experiencia maravillosa de ver como es la isla de Tenerife. La recomiendo al 100 por 100. Y mención especial a Blanca q es súper amable y profesional.

Жахливий сервіс. Ніколи більше. Їхали з ними на Сіам-парк. Прийшли на 8 ранку на точку, вказану гідом. Забрати нас мали в 8:25. Прочекали автобус до 8:35, після цього подзвонили їх. Працівниця сказала що автобус нас , 4 людини, не знайшов (я давала всі номери телефонів), і поїхав. «Візьміть таксі до іншого готелю, це, ха-ха, всього 5 євро». Даааа?! Може мені варто було не купувати трансфер на 4 особи, а просто поіхати рейсовим автобусом за ці ж кошти, і без стресу? Ніхто із працівників не вибачився. Екскурсовод на нас накричала, дякую що на вулиці, а не у автобусі. Гроші за таксі повернути відмовились. Із таким сервісом краще їхати власним ходом. А квитки в Сіам-парк Ви можете купити сайті, знижку на них агенціі не дають. Ви просто доплачуєте агенціі за «зручний» трансфер, який «без стресу» доставить Вас туди.

Everything went smooth on our trip to Teide. However the guide talked nonstop in 3 different languages. so it was hard to follow when you had to wait several minutes before the specific part was told in english over and over again for 70minx2

They ruined my wife's birthday. Thay wrote 17:00 on their voucher, they came to pick us up from the hotel at 15:00. We weren't ready. They left. They didn't come up with a solution. No teide stargazing for us today.

Most unprofessional agency. I had a ticket with a voucher that said to be ready at 17:00. They came at 15:00 to pick me up from the hotel. Ofc. I wasn' t ready. The Teide stargazing tour was suposed to be the highlight of my tenerife trip. They blamed it on the system. The call operator wasn't suportive of figuring out a solution. On top of that, it was my birthday today. And this agency ruined it. Conclusion: avoid it at all cost!!!

Primero, en el momento de la compra, con la amabilidad de Blanca (todo muy bien explicado y detallado) y después la guía (Susanne) el día de la excursión. Un trayecto muy ameno, divertido e instructivo. Muy recomendable.

Do not use this company. We paid 74 euros each for an afternoon/evening tour. First we waited one and a half hours for the bus. We expected a walk on the Teide and opportunities to photograph the sunset, neither of which happened. After dinner we had towait in the dark and cold for half an hour for the astrogoler to arrive to explain the night sky. Heneeded to use three different languages which of course took three times as long and we were all frozen.

Half day trip to teide was spent mostly in the bus. One hour was out in the national park. Be prepared for a full Time guided bus tour in engslish Spanish and german switching on the speakers. The cable car did not go up because of the wind, but the scenery of the national park was beautiful.

Servicio excepcional!! Blanca muy atenta en todo momento!! Lo recomiendo!!

Wir haben über diesen Anbieter eine Tour zum Vulkan ( Teneriffa) gemacht ,mehrere Städte dabei besucht und wirklich sehr viel erfahren. UNSER Tourguide hieß Melissa und sprach fließend französisch, Spanisch und Deutsch diese Frau war der Hammer nicht nur mit Charmeund witz .....sie hatte auch ein Wissen über Teneriffa wie kein anderer ..über die Natur, die Pflanzen die Lebensarten und jede Frage konnte sie mit ihrem Wissen zu 100 Prozent beantworten ..die Tour von ihr geleitet würde ich jederzeit wieder machen ...es war großartig Dankeschön Melissa und servitur....

October 2023. Booked a day excursion to La Gomera with AJ Servitur, picking us up from CC Paserella, Los Cristianos. Our only issue was with the pick up. Pick up time came and went, 20 minutes after we rang the contact number and we were politely informed that there were delays and our coach would be delayed picking us up. 45 minutes after our pick up time a coach pulled in to pick up for an AJ Servitur La Gomera excursion but it wasn't our coach. It would meet us at the port and we were asked to board and travel to the port with them. At the port we met the guide (Francis) who we joined for the rest of the day and boarded the ferry as foot passengers for the voyage to La Gomera. Francis explained that his coach had, had unforeseen delays and that he had asked the other guide to pick us up in their coach. Francis also explained that we were going to disembark the ferry as foot passengers and to meet him, another driver and a La Gomera based coach for the island tour the other side. After arrival, we joined the new coach and the rest of the party, the coach was almost full, and discovered we were two of only a handful of native English speakers on the coach, the bulk of the party were Spanish speaking (some South American), German speaking, or understood English as a 2nd language. No issue for Francis, he smoothly took us through the whole itinerary and the activities, moving through the commentary in Spanish, German and English with ease, and with humour and lots of interesting facts and stories about La Gomera, the fauna and flora, the people, economy, climate and history. A 3 course lunch was included, with table wine and water, and the opportunity to hear and interact with a Gomeran 'Silbo Gomero' whistle speaker. A whistle technique used on La Gomera (recently revived) to communicate across the valleys and ravines which cover the island. The whole itinerary on La Gomera was varied and interesting, although like most day excursions, only really giving time to get the 'flavour ' and take the obligatory photos. Scenic views in abundance. The coach was comfortable, air conditioned and driven expertly by our driver, Pedro Would recommend the excursion, and if the standard of service is what to expect from AJ Servitur, would look out for them again in the future.

Ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They told me the pick up time in the wrong time zone. The email said 16:05, but apparently that was for the Madrid time (nevermind that we are in the Canary Islands) so I should have been at my pick up spot at 15:05. Of course I missed it, and when I called, they only said "oh well someone should have told you it wasn't in the right time zone." They couldn't accommodate me at all for another pick up another day. I still give two stars because the receptionnist really tried the best she could and they did refund me.

Don't book with this company, especially for the Gomera tour. They are late for the pick up in the morning, the bus is horrible and the tour guide is rude and leaves out almost half of the info in English.

Buenos días, el día 18 contratamos la excursión del teide, garachico etc…, 49,50€, de lo que nos dijeron a lo que fue no tiene nada que ver, pasamos un miedo que para que vamos a contar, miedo de verdad, al borde de esos barrancos, ese autocar que a mi modo de ver no debería estar permitido subir por esa carretera ya que es más bien para microbuses, como tardamos tanto el restaurante en el que supuestamente teníamos que comer quedó atrás, yo que soy vegetariana volví sin comer ya que en donde pararon no había nada y como yo hubo unos cuantos, al contratarla pregunté si sería en español me dijeron que si, pero juntaron ingleses, franceses, españoles y hasta había italianos, imagínense que tostón de viaje, todo deprisa y corriendo, si llego a salir de Madrid llego antes a Santiago, vaya viaje de autocar porque fue lo único que hicimos, viajar en autocar con miedo y hambre, el teide vagamente visto, creo q vi un par de coladas desde la carretera y esto si no me daba el sol porque el cristal estaba sucio de narices. Estoy muy descontenta como unos cuantos pasajeros más, excursion que no recomiendo a nadie. Peligrosa. Me siento estafada. Si me hubiesen explicado con detenimiento lo que iba a pasar no hubiese ido. Ah y el cestito para la propina al salir que no falte. Que conste que el conductor un crack. Creo que me hablaron de piscinas naturales, que no vi, y de la lava que llegaba al mar, tampoco vi. Puede que fuese porque ni pasamos por esas cosas, no se. Por favor si en algo aprecian su vida, contrátenla de otra forma y que les expliquen bien que van a ver. Ah no me deja poner 0 estrellas!!!

No cumplen con la progración de las visitas, cambian los lugares a visitar o simplemente no se visitan, y todo sin más explicaciones. No me fio de ellos

Hicimos una excursión con esta compañía: Teide Noche y nos encantó, el guía muy amable, nos dio mucha información, la cena muy buena y el astrónomo nos dió explicaciones muy interesantes de forma entretenida.

Blanca in the shop just around the corner from our hotel be live ortoava was extremely helpful with booking a twin trip to siam Park and loro parque and explained to us about the transport options and the experiences to make the most of our holiday, she was caring polite and very approachable and as we were walking to the beach most mornings she came out with a warm smile to ask us how we were enjoying our holiday, we will definitely go to her again next time we are in tenerife

We took the tour Icod de Los Vinos - Garachico - Masca - El Teide. The tour was ... avarage. The guider Maria Jose was good, also the bus driver, who drove us safely through the narrow streets of Masca. However, we were told the tour takes 9 hours. It took 8 (pick up at 8.15am, drop off 4.15pm). The schedule was very tight, we were rushing around instead of enjoying the scenery and relax. We stopped at Drago Tree, had about 2 minutes to take photos and already rushing on. We did not have time to even look at the stalls. I think the stop was 20 mins. The next stop in Garachico was very short again, just quickly walked around, got a coffee, took 3 photos of swimming pools and almost ran on the bus. In Masca (I was really looking forward to be there again), we had 30 (!) minutes . They suggested to get drinks, see around, toilets etc. No chance you can do that in 30 mins. We hardly walked a bit down,then queuing for the toilet the last 15 mins and that's it. We left the 3rd stop, Masca (out of 4 stops) at 11.45 am, so before even half day of the tour. We had a 30 mins stop at El Teide (again, a problem if you needed a toilet). And then they took us to a restaurant which seemed they got a commission for taking us there (the stop there was 1h 15min). The food was below average, but edible. I think this trip should be changed (not the only one with such opinion). It was too rushed, El Teide should have been in a different trip, so at least people could enjoy some time around and relax. Or you could make the trip longer or exclude time for restaurant. Not impressed for 50€/person. And in the end they asked us to tip the driver. Which was optional, and as much as he did a great job,I thought that's included into the price.

Nous sommes touristes ayant fait 5heures de vol pour venir à Tenerife, tout allait bien. En sortant de l'hôtel votre collègue Bianca nous arrête dans la rue et fait son travail en nous proposant des excursions, nous acceptons nous ACHETONS. Nous avons payé 120€ une excursion qui devait être paradisiaque, un drame h*rrible s'est passé sur ce bateau, LE SHOGUN, un homme est décédé, devant nos yeux, en sautant dans l'eau, sûrement d'un choque thermique? Puisque les membres de l'équipage n'ont pas fait mouiller les nuques de 35 degrés extérieur à 18 degrés dans l'ocean. Ça aurait pu être moi. Ce pauvre homme est décédé devant nos yeux et toutes les personnes sur le bateau on vu cet homme au visage, blanc et bleu en train d'être secouru avec des massages cardiaques par des personnes qui étaient sur le bateau. Et sa pauvre femme était en etat de choc. 2h d'excursion qui devait durer la journée, nous l'avons terminé en pleure, traumatisé au soleil sur le bateau en train de cramer et par terre lorsqu'il nous on fait évacuer 3h30 au soleil aux oubliettes. Merci au membre d'équipage au cheveux long qui était là pour nous et nous à donné à boire. Heureusement que VOUS étiez là et bravo à vous. Les autres, vous Abdel de Aj servitur vous Bianca, vous le collègue qui nous à dit de repasser le lendemain à l'agence pour pas se mêler de ça, vous le commandant de bord du bateau! VOUS tous qui avez refusé de nous indemniser ou même nous rembourser le cauchemar que nous avons vécu et PAYÉ CHER ! Vous qui en cas de problème n'existez plus alors que VOUS nous avez arrêtez dans la rue pour que NOUS puissions faire fonctionner votre agence, Abdel, j'attend toujours votre appel que vous m'avez PROMIS avant mon départ, et je vous écris de France, déjà rentrée et tellement déçue que quand c'est pour prendre l'argent des gens y'a toujours quelqu'un mais quand il y a un problème y'a plus personne et les touristes sont traités comme des crottes ! Conclusion : un homme est décédé sur le Shogun et personne n'en parle. Le commandant a su nous pris l'argent mais n'assume pas en cas de problème et Aj servitur ne sont plus concernés bizarrement quand un problème arrive. ALLEZ AILLEURS . Vous etes en danger. Les gens ne sont pas formé en cas problèmes de santé. Madame , la veuve de ce monsieur, si vous voyez ce message et que vous portez plainte, sachez que j'ai tout filmé. Vous aurez mes coordonnées dans cette agence. Courage à vous pour le cauchemar que vous avez vécu le mercredi 5 juillet 2023 à bord du SHOGUN. Je ne vous remercie pas

Be careful there is a Karen in this company. The guide is the Karen, she is an old European woman who speaks german, english and Spanish. She has blue eyes with a back hump on her neck and shoulders. She has the ugliest attitude ever. The guide should be nice and friendly but she was horrible.

Acudimos a la agencia de Servitur en Av de Venezuela en Puerto de la Cruz, donde nos atendió Blanca de forma muy amable y profesional. Organizó todas las excursiones ( 5 ) a la perfección y una vez hechas han cumplido con nuestras expectativas y más. Hemos quedado muy contentos.

Excursión al Teide, medio día. Muy completa. Destacamos la calidad del guía, Cristian, quien en Español, Inglés y Alemán nos brindó durante la ida y la vuelta una exhaustiva reseña de historia, cultura, biología y geología de la zona.

Wir haben als Paar einen Ausflug zum Karnevalsumzug nach Santa Cruz gebucht und waren herbe enttäuscht, was aber nur zum Teil oder nicht in die Verantwortung von Servitur fällt. Für 66 € p.P. Busfahrt und Tribünenplatz - das ist Touristenabzocke. Der zahlungspflichtige Tribünenplatz war schlechter als die kostenfreien Plätze ringsherum. Warum? Weil man ihn mit einer Barkenreihe abgesperrt hat - die hüfthohen Barrieren nicht vor dem Umzug wegräumte und man somit den Umzug aus den ersten Reihen erst etwa ab Hüfthöhe zu sehen bekam. Dazu war während der ganzen 4 Stunden ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen und Jeder, der kam oder ging, blieb noch eine Weile für Foto und Video an der Barriere stehen und behinderte uns die Sicht. Von weiter oben, ab Reihe 4 oder 5 kann man wahrscheinlich besser sehen, ist aber weiter weg und hat eine Art Vogelperspektive - schlecht organisiert. Wer auf Toilette muss, später kommt oder früher geht, müsste nach hintern auf der Tribüne abgeleitet werden, um die anderen nicht in der Sicht zu behindern. Ich werde das so nicht wieder buchen. Man kommt mit dem Linienbus genauso gut nach Santa Cruz und auch am Abend wieder zurück, man fährt eben noch 1 Std. früher und sucht sich einen freien Sitzplatz (2 Stuhlreihen sind aufgestellt) - spart ca. 60 € p.P- !!!

Anbieter für verschiedene Touren. Wir haben La Laguna-Taganana-Santa Cruz auf Teneriffa gemacht. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Xandra gab uns viele Informationen und Hintergrundwissen und machte die Tour somit sehr interessant und lehrreich. Für uns eine der besten Touren die wir gemacht haben. Danke für den schönen Tag.

Terrible customer service after we complained that the bus was so full we couldn't sit together as a couple on a full day trip. Weren't at all interested that we hadn't enjoyed the experience because of over booking the bus

Wir haben vor paar Tagen auf einemTagesausflug aus Puerto de la Cruz mit Reisezielen Icod, Garachico, Masca Tal und Tejde teilgenommen und sind völlig zufrieden. Unsere Reiseführerin, Edu hat uns nicht nur über die Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert, aber wir haben von ihr sehr viel über das Leben und über die Kultur der Insulaner erfahren. UND alles zweisprachig, deutsch und französisch. Unser Kompliment auch dem Fahrer, Pachico, der unseren Bus auf der ganzen Strecke mit sicherer Hand gelenkt hat. Seine Leistung auf der Serpentine in dem Masca Tal war professionell. Auf diese Weise bedanken wir uns mit meinem Mann für den schönen Tagesausflug!

My wife and I took a full day tour today to Mt. Teide, Masca, Garachico, with A. J. Servitur and it was amazing! Worth every penny! The sights were fantastic and the day was made even better because of our caring, professional driver, Juan Antonio and our caring and professional guide, Maria. I can’t say enough about these 2 wonderful people. Our driver was the best I’ve ever ridden with and our guide is so knowledgeable. We learned so much. This tour is a must while you are visiting Tenerife and I highly recommend A. J. Servitur. P.S….and I’m hard to please.

Don't go. when we got on the bus told they can't guarantee that you can sit next to each other I had to sit in the middle of the bus and my wife at the back. 9 hours on a bus sitting apart this was a trip for our anniversary not happy asked for our money back at the end cos we hated it. Just said no not even part refund. Phoned twice just said can't have money back I told them that we hated it and it ruined our anniversary. Didn't care avoid. No point in giving money back. (great attitude) Another reason not to use this excursion. My rep said we should have had a refund. If you point out that that there was a chance we could not sit next to each other. I would definitely not booked it.

Un viaje maravilloso, Garachico maravilloso, Masca, la ruta de los vinos, el árbol. Pero aún no mejor fue la guia Edurne una muy buena profesional, y un chófer Reyes un muy buen conductor. Le damos un 10 a los dos, que si pudiera le daría a un mucho más. Así con gente se puede viajar con tranquilidad.

El chico que nos atendió por teléfono nos explicó tofo muy bien. La excursión a la Gomera muy bien. Lo único estaría bien que avisaran que se come muy pronto sobre las 12 o12:15.

Prise en charge en car ponctuelle, guide très sympathique, disponible et parlant très bien Français. Chauffeur au top dans les routes des montagnes !!! Nous recommandons vivement 😊

He hecho dos excursiones en estos días y han sido decepcionantes. En el de la isla de la Gomera nos llevaron a comer al restaurante Zula y la comida fue horrible. Pedí otro postre pq soy alérgica y por decreto me dieron un kiwi y a regañadientes pq lo q daban era helado o algo parecido. En la otra excursión a ver las ballenas y delfines la comida no fue mejor. Algo patético. La vuelta en bus desde el puerto de Colon no llevaba guía y el conductor ni avisaba de donde iba parando. Llegamos a las 20:30 hs. y no se reconocía ni donde paraba. Deben pensar que vivimos todos en la isla y la conocemos de sobra. Además me exigieron que entregara los recibos del pago de la excursión para permitirme realizarla, ASOMBROSO!! No volveré a contratar con ustedes.

Hemos hecho varias excursiones en estas vacaciones con Servitur, hoy ha sido el mejor, con Yaisa nos fue súper bien, las otras chicas también majas, pero Yaisa es un ser superespecial en todo el sentido de la palabra.

Jueves me apunté a la excursión de La Gomera, la guia que se llama Corina...un 10. Buena gestión de grupo, máxima profesionalidad y excelente comunicación. Lo hizo muy agradable y el tiempo voló.....en la próxima excursión que me apunté espero coincidir con la misma guía. Gracias por el esfuerzo que conlleva.

AVOID THIS TRANSFER COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We had a transfer for an excursion to and back from Siam Waterpark from Porto De La Cruz which are on either sides of the island. We where told to come back to the coach at 6pm. We came out to the coach park at 6pm sharp only to find out our coach had left early by asking other coach drivers. A lady in the information desk at the park spoke to the company in Spanish who informed us they would not be turning around to pick us up or the group of women they had also left stranded (I believe they rented a car to get back). This left us having to use public transport a fair bit of walking in park attire to travel back to the other side of the island with a google maps sheet printed at the waterpark. (no phones as we had been at a water park). We finally got back to our hotel at 11.15pm. I will be avoiding this company like the plague in the future and would warn anyone else to do the same.

Do not recommend the cruise and the company. We have booked 4,5 h boat cruise with transfer. The lady named Bianca booked us into freebird cruise that we didn’t ask for. We were told we are booked for other boat cruise and while we arrived to the Port we noticed that this is not the one we asked for. More than that the pilot lady, I think her name was Arien should be retrained in terms of customer service. The cruise not worth the price at all. The boat was overfilled with limited space on the front couches which were already taken before our arrival.. Swimming time took up to 15 min where we could go only 5m away from the boat so people end up stuck in the water one next to another like in aqua aerobic. More than that we could see dolphins and wales from like 30m away that was very not satisfying. The good in the whole was open bar with drinks.

Did the Teide Night tour. Driver and tour guide were wonderful but we we’re going for the night sky and it was very cloudy. Teide National Park and the sunset were gorgeous and a must see for anyone visiting Tenerife. Would have preferred if the tour company postponed the tour to a day where the stars were visible (for us it would have been the next day). I know you can not control the sky, but it was cloudy all day and minimal stars were available to look at. Our astronomer kept laser pointing at clouds says “this is where this star usually is” 😅. Also did not enjoy doing the star/cloud gazing on the side of the road. Cars/buses were driving by with bright headlights and the local bar had its lights on, making for a less than ideal area to look at what little stars there were in the sky. Even picking a short two minute path off the main road would have made the experience a much better one. All in all 3/5.

First time when I go with a bus from your company....the driver was good,the bus was clean and on time but that lady pelaez Maria Lorena in the way she speak with us(your customers is really disrespectful...... lucky I was with the kids and I don't really want to ruin the day but I was nearly take a taxi...she need more training and her behaviour is really bad.

We have the transfer from the hotel to Siam Park and the lady not speak English,was rude in telling us to wear a mask,then speak with the driver in Spanish language about us but I understand Spanish and when I tell her stop talking about us ,she was really surprised because we understand Spanish language....then from another hotel they have to pick up another person,call him and say:we wait 5min for you but she come back and tell the driver to start driving...so I think you need to give her more training in customer service...I put a picture with the number plate I think her name is Pelaez Maria Lorena(I see this name on the clipboard)

Muy bien todo. La guía Yaiza es un dechado de virtudes dando explicaciones en todos los idiomas (soy profe de inglés y entiendo alemán perfectamente, por tener título de la EOI, que son los idiomas alternativos al castellano que se han utilizado) tanto sobre las indicaciones durante la excursión como en lo referente a la información y curiosidades relativas a la visita. En este caso ha sido a la isla de La Gomera. Recomendable esta agencia para hacer las excursiones de día y no estar pendiente del engorro del alquiler de coche.

Hoy, hemos visitado la isla de La Gomera. Tengo que recalcar que ha sido un día muy bonito en el que hemos podido conocer lo más significativo de esta impresionante isla. Debo hacer mención especial a nuestra guía, Yaiza, a la que le estamos muy agradecidos ya que nos ha explicado muy bien cada lugar visitado de manera simpática amena y amable. Sin dudarlo, repetiremos la experiencia!!

Respondiendo a la reseña del dueño de la agencia, nadie duda de que el Teide por la noche sea maravilloso por las vistas, el paraje natural etc ( para eso viajamos a Tenerife) pero una excursión por 70€ por persona es excesivamente caro teniendo en cuenta lo que ofrecen ( el paisaje no lo ponen ustedes ) nos hacen llegar allí . Pero autobús, guía y cena no me cuadran las cuentas. Respecto al del barco , nuestra queja es 3 horas de reloj recogiendo gente y metidos en un autobús. Es más que nada inhumano . Entiendo que ustedes quieran hacer dinero pero me parece completamente excesivo teniendo en cuenta el precio medio de todo en la isla. De haberlo sabido jamas hubiésemos contratado ninguna excursión. Si les hacen lo mismo en Madrid , lo entendería usted .

Contratamos una excursión para ver las estrellas en el Teide y otra para ir en barco a ver delfines y ballenas . Respecto a la primera , super cara relación calidad-precio , 70€ por persona es carísimo ( lo contábamos a la gente local del hotel y se echaban las manos a la cabeza ) . No merece en absoluto la pena , si alquilas un coche lo pasas mejor y los 70 € es casi lo que cuestan 3 días de coche . Lo único merecedor fue la charla de 30 minutos de las estrellas , lo demás no compensa, ni la cena ni dónde te llevan . La excursión de las ballenas , horrible ( estuvimos más de 3 horas de reloj metidos en autobús solo en el viaje de ida recogiendo gente de diversos hoteles , es imperdonable . Después llegas al barco y las tumbonas a 20€ si quieres tumbarte y sino a la parte trasera del barco incómoda y llenisima de gente, yo personalmente tuve una horrible experiencia al módico precio de 58€ por persona , todo un robo. Nos lo recomendó Blanca de la agencia , y nos ha decepcionado totalmente.

Wir hatten eine Bootstour (4) gebucht für 10Personen inkl. Transfer für 100Eur/Person. Bei der Buchung wurden uns Bilder vom Boot und der Verpflegung gezeigt und angeblich sollten diese auch so/ähnlich sein wie auf den Fotos. Buchung im Büro: Schnell alles fertig gemacht Bilder gezeigt und essen umgeplant, da kein Fisch o.ä. gewünscht. Soweit alles io (600Eur bezahlt mit Quittung) Transfer: Wir wurden pünktlich, schnell und sicher vom Minibus abgeholt und gebracht. Alles perfekt. Schiff: Bei Ankunft mussten wir uns erstmal durchfragen, da wir keinen Schiffsnamen genannt bekommen haben. gegen 13Uhr ging es dann erstmal aufs Schiff, welches vermutlich zw. 15-20Jahre alt war und auch einen entsprechenden äusserlichen Zustand hatte. Bevor es los ging wurden erstmal ein paar Fotos von irgendeiner Foto-Mieze gemacht und mit Plastebechern, sowie vermutlich billigen Sekt der Start begossen. Der Captain (recht jung) wusste was er tut und steuerte das Boot zielsicher ins Walgebiet, wo es auch zu Pilotwalsichtungen kam. Im Anschluss wurde nochmal kurz eine Fischfarm angesteuert, sowie ein paar Felsen und weiter ging es. Nach ca. 2h wurde dann in Strandnähe der Anker geworfen und wir konnten baden gehen. Das essen bestand aus einer Pizzawarmhaltebox in der irgendeine Lidl-Hühnerpaella ähnliches irgendwann mal warmgemacht wurde und zusätzlich war das Gewürz dem Diesel scheinbar sehr nahe gekommen. Die darbietung bestand aus Plastelöffeln und Papptellern. Scheinbar gab es noch belegte Brötchen, welche aber noch bis zum Schluss in Alufolie rumoxidierten und vermutlich der n. Gruppe reingerdrückt werden. Getränke waren inklusive (Dosenbier & co, sowie Sankria aus PET Flasche) Nach 3h und 45min war alles vorbei und die Fotomieze stand wieder da mit den Fotos und wollte dann pro Foto noch 7Eur sehen. Die bootstouren können über tenerife.fun für 50% des von uns bezahlten Preises gemietet werden. Und für diesen Nepp gibts auch nur wohlwollende 2 Sterne.

Cuidado con esta empresa. Contratamos un transporte privado desde el Puerto de la Cruz hasta Siam Park en dos ocasiones. Eramos un grupo de 7 personas (3 niñas incluidas). El primer dia tardamos mas de 30 minutos en salir del Puerto de la Cruz y llegamos a Siam Park a las 10.30 ( nos dieron que llegaria a las 10, a su hora de inicio) A la vuelta estuvimos esperando mas de 30 minutos y llegamos al Puerto de la Cruz a las 8.20. Pero lo peor estaba por venir al siguiente dia. A la salida volvimos a salir tarde y llegar tarde al Siam Park que estaba repleto. Pero aqui llega lo peor, cuando salimos de Siam Park y debido a la cantidad de gente que habia y a los tumultos, llegamos al punto de recogida 10 minutos tarde y el autobus se fue. Llamamos a la agencia y nos dijo que su hora de salida era a las 6. Cuqndo el dia siguiente habia esperado a varios pasajeros hasta las 18.30. Pudimos ver como el autobús tomo la autopista sin el menor remordimiento. Al otro dia decidimos poner una reclamación y el gerente de esta empresa argumento que no tenía nada de que preocuparse. Que poca empatia con los clientes y además viendo que en el grupo habia tres niñas. La vuelta fue una odisea, tuvimos que coger un taxi y luego autobus de titsa (empresa pública de transporte hasta Santa Cruz y luego al puerto de la Cruz. Las niñas llorando mas de 100 euros gastados y tres horas. Por favor que no os pase. Mirar otras opciones antes de contratar con ellos.

Contratamos la excursión al Volcán Teide (Tenerife) el día 22 de julio , a través de la empresa opit car información turística, situado en el C.C Martianez . La descripción de esta excursión es: lamentable . Nos la vendieron como una excursión inmejorable, visita hasta la zona del teleférico , cena , puesta de sol y observatorio de estrellas El día 21 de julio se genera un incendio en la zona de los Realejos , muy próxima a este parque natural, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones y el humo que generaba el incendio no se nos avisó ni canceló dicha excursión en la cual no se veía ni puesta de sol , ni observatorio de estrellas, por la cantidad de humo a cuenta del incendio , cosa que sí hicieron otras empresas cancelando dicha excursión por no poder asegurar el disfrute de la misma Ademas sin tener en cuenta el incendio , la cena pésima a las 19:00 y trato en el restaurante de pena. Pasamos 9 horas sin hacer absolutamente nada perdiendo un día de nuestras vacaciones en esta isla y 70 euros por persona .

Hemos llegado hoy de Tenerife, y hemos estado una semana. Y todos los días excursiones con servitur. Nos ha encantado tanto las excursiones como la isla. Volveremos seguro

Summary of Teide-Masca-Garachico Grand Tour. Definitely 1 day is not enough for make a great experience in those places. You should split this in half or something. 1 day for Teide and 1 day for North-West part of Tenerife. Please consider visiting those places by yourself, instead of taking a organized trip by them. Maybe if you like seeing places in a hurry or take-a-pick-and-go it will be great for you. DO NOT catch this marketing gimmick for 43 euros/person. Trip timeline - Keep your expectations low, very low. 0. Start around 8 o'clock from Puerto de la Cruz. 1. Oldest Drago tree, stop for 1 min to take a photo, you should take telephoto lenses, as view point is 200 meters from the tree. Disappointed. 2. Garachico. 5 min tour with guide, 25 min free time. 3. Toilet and souvenirs in Chico 20 min. (Free toilet is a plus, as after that stop we spend 2 hours in bus). Waste of time for me. 4. Masca, 30 mins, no guide, just free time. It should take at least 1h to enjoy the views. Disappointed. 5. Mirador de la Ruleta, ONLY 20 mins! Very disappointed. 6. Stop for a lunch, 1h 30 mins in the middle of nowhere. There is not much to do there (except Mirador de Arenas Negras). 7. Lava Rosette, 1 min stop (just enough) for take a pic. 8. (?) No stop for Mirador de Mataznos, probably due to bad weather, fine. I do not know if it was scheduled? 9. End around 16.00. ~3 hours outside the bus(20/30 minutes mini-tours), 5 hours inside.

Contratamos Excursión al teide con subida en teleférico,la recogida en el autobús fue un poco agobiante porque hay muchos autobuses y tienes que ir preguntando en todos si ellos son tu excursión o no, autobús pequeñito y muy cómodo,luisa fue nuestra guía,nos iba explicando muchas cosas de interés,árboles,parajes,me gusto mucho sus explicaciones,hicimos varias paradas para ver cosas muy interesantes y para tomar tentempiés y poder ir al baño,daba tiempo a verlo todo, fue una excursión preciosa que mereció mucho la pena sin embargo me pareció un poco cara para lo que realmente es (75euros/pax) hicimos una parada para comer en un restaurante en el teide(no incluida en el precio) el cual me gustaría dejar reflejado que nos trataron FATAL los camareros,la comida de muy mala calidad y carisimo,quizás les recomendaría que hicieran parada en otro restaurante porque para mi opinión personal la parada a ese restaurante ha sido mi única mala experiencia en tenerife y es una pena ya que me fui con muy mal sabor de boca ( y no solo por la comida)

Una excursión a la Gomera horrible, la guía turística explicaba fatal, y dormía a cualquiera. Hicimos 7 horas de trayecto desde el Puerto de la Cruz para llegar a la isla y parar en 4 miradores, comer en un sitio donde la comida estaba sin más, y pasamos por uno de los pueblos mas bonitos de España sin bajar del autobús a conocerlo. Jamás repetiré esta excursión organizada, y tampoco volveré a contar con esta empresa. Todo esto por el "módico precio" de 95 euros por persona, una vergüenza.

Perfecto.Me ha recomendado un viaje en barco perfecto para ir con niños. GRACIAS

We book the trip for Masca, Teida. The bus was on time 7.50pm and the driver very experienced. However, we spent most time in the bus rather than in the wonderful sites. In Masca we stayed only for 30min and in Teida for 30min again. Then, they took us to a restaurant called Bamby which has the worst food ever served. There was no other option around there and so we stayed at the restaurant for 1 hour and 10min. On the way back, 10min by bus from Bamby restaurant there were more restaurants with better quality of food and better priced.as we checked on Google maps At least, we should have stayed longer in Masca for food and drinks. It seems that the tour operators have agreed to take all their tourists to this awful restaurant for some commission. We will not recommend this tour operator. Next time we shall rent a car or book with another tour operator. From a trip 9hours long, we spend 5 hours in the bus 3 hours in the sites and 1hour for a really tasteless meal at an additional cost.

We booked this trip through Selection Tours. We specifically asked the tour rep for a HALF DAY day trip to see Teide. This was booked and we were assured that it was a half day with one additional stop in La Orotava. On the day we were collected exactly on time, but before we stopped in La Orotava the guide advised that we were planning to be back at our hotels by 4:30pm. We then knew we had been sold a misrepresented trip. We then on the trip and ended up having 6 further stops including 2 for Teide and a longer route back to the resort. Before we got to Teide we were advised that there would be a lunch stop which we wrongly assumed must have been included in the price. Upon leaving Teide we were then advised that lunch was additional cost. The restaurant was crowded with other tours - lunch was of a poor quality and not very pleasant at all. I appreciate tours are suitable for most people but the idea of spending more hours on the bus than experiencing Teide just doesn't appeal to us and this is why we specifically asked for a half day tour. Whilst on holiday time is the most precious thing to us, having it wasted by being missold a trip is not acceptable. On the plus side Teide was amazing but would have preferred more time there. The bus driver was very experienced negotiating challenging roads. The next time we will just hire a car and be in control of our own time and lunch locations. Not for us I am afraid.

Hice un viaje a La Gomera ayer de un día. La recogida del bus fue puntual, la ruta interesante y bonita, el guía fue ameno, la comida en el Rest. Las Rosas normalita, el ferry Fred Olsen bien y nos acompañó también el tiempo y la calma de la mar, un día perfecto.

Ich hatte die Bustour von Puerto de la Cruz nach Garachico - Masca - Teide bei einem Auto- und Rollerverleih gebucht. Die Tour war von Anfang bis Ende spitzenmäßig. Abholung.....Organisation.....Freundlichkeit.......alles top. Der Fahrer war genial und der Guide (Ariane) war faszinierend. Die ganze Fahrt......eine Info nach der anderen....aber so toll.....mit soviel Wortwitz erzählt.....das es nie langweilig wurde. Ein Traum.....der besser hätte nicht sein können. 🙂🙂👍👍 Auf die Maskenpflicht wurde sehr bestimmend eingegangen und da gab es keinen Raum für Unklarheiten.

Acabamos de regresar de la excursión La Laguna-Tanganana-Santa Cruz. Lo mejor del tour la guía, creo que se llama Wenda, una superprofesional, , habla perfecto alemán, inglés e Italiano y se merece las 5 estrellas que no le doy al tour. Nos recogen a las 8.30 y se supone que regresaríamos a las 17.30. Todo el tour consistió en una minivisita guiada por la Laguna y ver desde el autocar el paisaje de Taganana, 5minutos para ir al baño y hacer fotos en cada sitio. Lo peor en Santa Cruz sólo media hora para ver? El centro. Con lo que tardas en ir y volver al autocar te quedan 10 minutos. En las Teresitas otros 5 minutos para hacer una foto. Van recogiendo en cada hotel a los clientes en vez de quedar en un sitio como hace, por ejemplo el tren del loro parque. Al regreso igual, el autocar o guagua dejando hotel por hotel a todos. Al final llegamos al hotel a las20 horas. Por una señora que se retrasó media hora ya fue todo el tour un corre, corre, corre. Por cierto, el menú del restaurante 16 € por persona un potaje y otro plato y sin embargo a la carta pides raciones y te sale mucho mejor de precio. Te preguntan en el autocar si quieres a la carta o con el grupo. Se supone que a la carta es en mesa individual, pero nos quieren meter a una pareja en medio de 8 personas sin mascarilla todos pegados. Al final, tras 25 minutos de espera conseguimos almorzar y ya de nuevo corriendo al autocar.. Por cierto que la gente una irresponsable e irrespetuosa, en el bus sin mascarilla o con ella bajada. Solamente la ponían cuando se acercaba la guía.

Organizaron una excursión al volcán sin tener en consideración el clima. Una estafa!!!! Pagar por ver el volcán desde un libro de fotografías. Mala organización, el restaurante donde supuestamente se iba a comer: cerrado. lluvia torrencial que entra en el autobús. Exacto, en el autobús caía agua. Cuando fuimos a quejarnos, nos contestaron que era el aire acondicionado y obviamente no le hicieron caso a todos los otros no de habla español. Todos estaban comiendo, tomando y sin mascarilla en el autobús, pero vinieron a quejarse con los hispano hablantes. Reservamos está excursión hace dos días, así q ya se podía saber si iba a llover tanto o no. Un asco de organización y unos maleducados.

Nos vendieron una excursión al Teide que nada tenía que ver con lo que nos dijeron , salimos a la 1:35 del hotel y llegamos justos para coger el último teleférico ya que fuimos directamente. Apenas tuvimos media hora para disfrutar del Teide.

Una experiencia que jamás olvidaremos mi marido y yo. Los sitios son preciosos , la guía que se llama Yaiza y el conductor son dos grandiosos profesionales. Muchos conocimientos, personas sumamente agradables. Recomendamos este viaje u cualquier otro de los que hace Yaiza. Y el chófer Antonio .

Realizamos una excursión de medio día al Teide. Tanto Daniel, el chófer, como Edurne, la guía turística fueron encantadores. Nos tocó un día de viento, y por desgracia no pudimos subir al Teide.¡¡Dos geologos sin poder subir🤷‍♀️!!. Lo intentaremos otro día. El paseo por el parque del Teide merece mucho la pena. 100% recomendable.

Nos ha gustado mucho la organización de la excursión a la Gomera, una bonita experiencia, aunque corta ya que era de un día, Yaiza (nuestra guía) se ha encargado de hacernos que esta bonita visita haya sido muy agradable, con toda la información detallada en cada lugar que parábamos. We did a tour from Puerto de la Cruz to Teide, Masca, Garrachico and the Dragontree with the guide Oliver and the driver Fernando and they were so nice! We really enjoyed. Oliver answered all the questions we had about the island and he speaks many languages. We recommend ! Thanks again

Increíble la excursión al teide! María, la guía, una maravilla, divertida, y en todo momento preocupada, tanto por las medidas covid, como por los que íbamos en el viaje. una persona se puso enferma, y no paro hasta conseguir que la llevarán de vuelta, ojala todas las compañías de este estilo fueran asi... (hemos hecho otras excursiones con otras, y daban auténtica vergüenza)El conductor (creo que se llamaba Agustín )también majisismo y un crack por esas carreteras tan difíciles, sin duda alguna repetiria con ellos! Ha sido todo un placer y el Teide y las estrellas impresionantes! Muchas gracias a los dos!

Nosotros hicimos la excursión de Teide-estrellas, primero nos citaron a las 15:15 tras media hora esperando a que el bus viniese a recogernos llamamos a la agencia y nos dijeron que la hora de recogida era una hora más tarde es decir 16:15, tras una hora esperando cuando el guía paso lista nos comentó que no estábamos apuntados que le habían llamado antes de llegar porque nosotros habíamos llamado porque nadie venía a recogernos, no recibimos ninguna recompensa por las molestias, el guía muy bien, pero la cena de lo más simple, el vino dejaba muchísimo que desar, la guía sobre las estrellas muy bien!

Abbiamo fatto l'escursione con vista notturna del Teide...qualche tappa carina,poi siamo arrivati alla località dove ammirare il tramonto.. ed eravamo gli unici di tutti i tour presenti a non avere un drink..poi ci dirigiamo al ristorante..beh..una bettola..ci danno una minestra,un Piatto con del cibo scadente e dopo tutti nel retro imbarazzante del ristorante per vedere le stelle..eh..una delusione..e sono stato bravo a non sultare..

Acabo de realizar la excursión en bus de Puerto de la cruz- Garachico - Masca - Teide. El viaje fue según lo esperado, buen conductor y la guía te iba contando. Lo puntuaría bien si no fuera porque a medida que iba haciendo calor, medio autobús iba SIN MASCARILLA o son ella bajada y la guía, que iba alante, en ningún momento miraba hacia atrás para verificarlo. A mitad del día se lo comenté, porque vamos mucha gente en un bus cerrado muchas horas, y se hizo la sorprendida pero en ningún momento pidió que la gente la usara, y la situación siguió así todo el día

Una excursión preciosa,y el conductor Jesús un máquina. El guia Juan Carlos maravilloso, contándonos mil historias y siempre atento.Totalmente recomendable

La excursión un 10 de principio a fin, el traslado en autobús desde el puerto de la cruz hasta los cristianos, el ferry, el autobús por la Gomera, el guía, todo!! La comida era decente (ninguna locura). Merece mucho más la pena hacer la excursión con ellos a hacerla por tu cuenta. La vuelta nos llevó por el noroeste de la Isla, viendo el valle de Masca. Muy recomendable. Como consejo, sed muy puntuales, el guía cumple los horarios a rajatabla.

Buena organización y puntualidad, la comida que ofrecen con la excursión deja muuuucho que desear, con cambiar el arroz blanco x una papas arrugas

Muy buenas la excursiones

Buena experiencia en la excursión a la Gomera, el guía hablaba varios idiomas, el conductor del bus lo hizo muy bien, una visita muy agradable y amena. Eché de menos un poco más de senderismo en Garajonay, por eso una estrella menos. La comida muy bien, rica, con demostración de silbo gomero. En suma, volvería a contratar con ellos.

Payé une excursion à La Gomera ,bus délabré sièges cassés, chauffeur dirais pilote de course, demandé à l’agence Eric&Renata à Porto de la Cruz si la visite au mirador de verre et restaurant au même endroit inclus? On nous a confirmé que oui mais on ne c’est même pas arrêté là bas!! Restaurant « la Zula » était dégoûtant on était les seuls client bouffe dégeulasse, boisons eau et eau au vin et tu aimais ce qu’on te sers ou tu ne mangais rien car pas de deuxième choix!! Note zéro !!je ne conseille a personne A.J SERVITUR a personne ! La seul chose positive ,le guide était super sympa et professionnel

Mal viaje cuando contratemos el servicio del viaje no nos dijeron que teneia como 20 paradas teníamos pensado llegar al sitio donde ivamos puntual pero llegamos con más de media hora de retraso mira si vamos con retraso que me da tiempo a poner esta reseña a un sentado en el autobús esperando a que lleguemos

Bien. Compramos entradas para una atracción en esta oficina y el dependiente/responsable era de ayuda.

Una guía poco agradable y muy cortante con el grupo. (Se llama Natalia) Se ha pasado la excursión regañándonos como en clase de párvulos y de malas maneras. En una ocasión una persona más mayor le ha preguntado que explicara algo ella había dicho antes y que no se acordaba así que ella ha contestado que ya lo había dicho antes. Finalmente lo ha repetido recalcando que escuchara bien que no lo iba a repetir más veces. Muy cortante, muy seca, como enfadada todo el rato y sin ganas de empatizar con el grupo. Sin agrado para ser una guía turística. Por otro lado nos lleva a Icod de los vinos para que viéramos el árbol milenario desde un barranco donde hay una caseta amarilla abandonada con mal camino para acceder para echarle fotos al árbol a 500 metros de distancia. (No nos ha llevado a ver el árbol que se supone que se ve en la excursión) 10/20 minutos como mucho en cada parada (incluido base del Teide) Nos recomienda un restaurante en Garachico en frente de las "piscinas naturales" que no vale la comida y a continuación nos da una vuelta por el pueblo donde no hay nada interesante. Quitando el Teide, lo demás no ha merecido la pena y si no hubiera sido por como esta señora es, quizá habría sido más amena la excursión.

No se puede estropear una preciosa excursión de una manera más absurda, te llevan a ver un amanecer precioso, el teide y cuando te llevan a cenar al restaurante BAMBY, te sirven a toda velocidad y nada más ponerte el postre te dicen que al baño que los camareros se quieren ir a casa, yo la hice hace 11 años y las estrellas se veían el la terraza del restaurante no te echaban a la calle ni te obligaban a comer a toda prisa para irse a casa, trabajo del guía y el chófer tirado a la basura. Una pena

Una excursión muy estafadora ya que nos llevarían al Teide, Garachico, Masca y Drago Milenario. Bien, la guía que nos ha tocado una tal Natalia muy desagradable y con poca empatía con el público. Malas contestaciones y trato poco profesional. Cada parada constaba de tan sólo 10 minutos como mucho, solo salir hacer una foto un pis y poco más. Nos hemos retrasado 2 minutos en entrar al autobús y nos ha echado una bronca delante de todo el autobús. Posteriormente un señor mayor pregunta algo de lo que ya ella a dicho pero él no se acuerda bien pues le dice que será la última vez que se lo repita de muy malas maneras. A la hora de ir al Drago Milenario en vez de llevarnos a pie del árbol nos sube a una caseta de vigilancia por un muy mal camino para hacerle una foto y volver al autobús. Quedo muy indignada con esta excursión que no es nada económica y sobre todo con la guía llamada NATALIA ya que ha tenido un trato muy poco profesional para ser una guía...

Excellent day tour to Gomera today. Professional tour guide who was fluent in several different languages and had vast knowledge of the flora. geology and landscape of the island. An asset to the company.

Frechheit! Pure Abzocke und Geldmacherei. Wir ( 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben heute auch die Tour = Icod, Masca, Teide erleben dürfen. Ich hätte besser vorher mal googeln sollen, dann wäre uns das erspart geblieben. Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. 1 Stop / Icod (Drachenbaum) war ein riesen Reinfall. Der Bus blieb auf der Hauptstrasse stehen und wir durften aus weiter Entfernung versuchen, den Baum zu fotografieren. Alle hatten dafür grade mal 5 min Zeit. 2 Stop / Garachico (Piscina Natural) war ganz ok. Wir bekamen 40 min Zeit, um uns das schöne, bunte Dörfchen anzusehen. 3 Stop / Masca (Masca Tal) bekamen wir nur 20 min um uns alles anzuschauen. Aber zuerst sollten wir auf Druck unserer Reiseleitung (Melissa) unbedingt was Essen und Trinken, natürlich in einem kleinen Restaurant, was sie uns aufdrängen wollte. Da wir alles dabei hatten, haben wir das verneint. Leider hat die Zeit nicht gereicht, sich das Masca Tal in Ruhe anzuschauen. 4 Stop (Souvenirladen) wurde angehalten, damit noch mal alle eine Toilette aufsuchen konnten. Nein, wegen den Souvenirs haben sie natürlich nicht genau da gestoppt. Wer es glaubt... 5 Stop / Teide hier hatten wir 30 min Zeit bekommen. Was natürlich auch wieder nicht gereicht hat, um sich alles in Ruhe anzuschauen. Auch ist man nur in der Nähe von Teide, so hatte ich mir das nicht vorgestellt. 6 Stop / Restaurant hier hatten wir Sage und Schreibe 1h 15min Zeit um uns aufzuhalten. Natürlich wurde es von unserer Reiseleitung angepriesen und das Tagesmenu in den höchsten Tönen gelobt. Clever war auch, das das Restaurant mitten im Nirgendwo stand und es sonst nix gab. Wer keinen Hunger hatte oder nicht wollte, stand also auf dem Parkplatz in der prallen Sonne. Danach ging es wieder zurück zu den Hotels. Zusammen gefasst, war das keine schöne Tour. Meidet den Anbieter und holt für das Geld lieber einen Leihwagen. Einen Stern gibt es, weil unsere Reiseleitung auf Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch alles erkläre und der Busfahrer einen guten Job gemacht hat.

Malisima viaje al sian park por poco me dejan aqui

Abbiamo acquistato una escursione con questa agenzia per il Teide, masca e garrachico. Il pullman con cui siamo partiti è arrivato in ritardo. Le tappe durano poco (ti danno 20 minuti ogni posto). La maggior parte del tempo la trascorri sul pullman. Per il pranzo ti portano in un ristorante dove non c'è nulla e sei obbligato a mangiare là.

Una excursión inolvidable Teide-Masca. La guía y el conductor, Fran, maravillosos.... Se la recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Un dia fantastico en un viaje a la Isla de La Gomera! Este tour fue bien planeado,a pesar de un retraso de la ferry,todo estaba relajado.Las paradas perfectamente seleccionadas invitadas a tomar fotos y disfrutar.Nuestra Guia Carlos nos entretuvo con informaciones detallada sobre el pais y gente,salpicada con encanto y corazon.Havier fue un excellente cunductor,que conocia perfectamente las rutas de las islas. I had a beautiful day with them 😍

We did 3 bus tours with them and during all of them the driver was very capable and safely transported us through very narrow and bendy roads without a problem. Some of the tours need to follow a very strict timetable, especially when there is a ferry to catch. So you should always try to follow the instructions of the tour guide and be at the meeting points on time. This is also the case when there is no strict schedule as you would let the other people on the tour just wait for you. However we've noticed at least twice that people didn't come back on time and then the tour guides were going to search for them and luckily found them. I'm not sure though how long they would be waiting, so I guess there is a chance that they have to leave without people that don't come back on time. The tours we attended covered large areas of the islands Tenerife and La Gomera, so naturally we had to drive a lot and couldn't stop very long on the individual points of interest. The lengths of the stops were usually between 5 and 30 minutes except for the lunch breaks which were up to an hour. 5 minute stops where mostly done on view points so you could just step out to take a photo. Overall this seemed fine to us as this is the best way to get to the most places in just one day. However if you are interested in some places in more detail, e.g. the dragon tree, you will have to come back another day on your own as there is just no time for that. At least that's how we handled it. First we took the bus tour to gather some nice impressions and a few days later we rented a car to revisit the places we wanted to enjoy for a bit longer. The tours are usually performed in multiple languages, e.g. Spanish and English. So the tour guides speak at least these languages. The guides seem very knowledgeable and are keen to help you and give you as much information as possible. Naturally some guides can give you more information on certain places then others. Overall the tours were well organised and informative. The busses weren't the newest ones but were sufficient for the one day trips. The tour prices seemed OK to us as well considering how much we were able to see in a day.

Der Fahrer war heute leider die Inkompetenz in Person. Nicht nur dass er es nicht auf die Reihe bekommen hat die nicht rechtzeitig erschienenen Fahrgäste beim Siam Park ausrufen zu lassen, so dass wir über eine Stunde auf die warten mussten. Nein der Fahrer hat auf der Autobahn auch etwa drei Ausfahrten zu spät genommen, sodass wir statt einer Fahrzeit von 1h 15min insgesamt über 3h im Bus waren. Und weil er so lange gebraucht hat war natürlich auch bei mehreren Fahrgästen das Bedürfnis auf Toilette zu gehen erschienen. Jedoch wollte er niemand auf Toilette gehen lassen weil er meinte das verzögert alles. Hätte diese Inkompetenz in einer menschlichen Hülle jedoch einfach mal dafür gesorgt, dass wir rechtzeitig losfahren, so wäre bei niemanden das Bedürfnis auf Toilette zu gehen so stark gewesen, dass man sich als Fahrgast dazu entscheidet einfach irgendwo rausgelassen zu werden und den Rest zu Fuß zu gehen weil der Fahrer einfach nur frech und zu nichts in der Lage gewesen ist. Ich habe eine absolute Horrorerfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen und werde niemals wieder in einen derer Busse einsteigen. Wenn der Fahrer keinen Bock auf seinen Job hat soll er sich gefälligst einen neuen Berufskreis aussuchen, weil dieser passt definitiv nicht zu ihm. Weder kann er gut fahren (vier fast selbst verschuldete Unfälle), noch liegt es ihm freundlich zu seinen Fahrgästen zu sein. Allerdings bezweifle ich, dass er in einer Touristengegend überhaupt einen Job findet, welcher ihm liegt und in welchem ihm niemand sein schlechtes Sozialverhalten übel nimmt. Also haltet Abstand von deren Bussen.

Viaje de Tenerife a La Gomera. Muy mala experiencia. El guía Gilberto casi nos deja en tierra, se ve que no sabe leer por que si estabamos en la lista. Es un incompetente y un maleducado con una actitud muy chulesca y altiva. Luego nos advierte de muy malas formas que a la niña de 7 años no la van a dejar embarcar sin DNI y que nos deja en el puerto. Delante de todo el autobús nos increpa en voz alta que como se nos ocurre viajar con una niña indocumentada, en el ferry no pidieron el DNI a nadie. Contratar otra compañía o no coincidir con este señor.

No tienen empatía. Nos recogían en el hotel a las 7:45h y llegamos a las 7:48h por motivos personales. Pues bien ya se habían ido, ni siquiera 5 mín de cortesía para esperarnos y ni se dignaron a llamarnos. Llamamos a la agencia y nos dijeron que cogieramos un taxi a ver si nos encontrábamos con el autocar y unirnos a la excursión que habíamos pagado. Claro el taxi tuvimos que pagarlo nosotros obviamente. Estaban a unos 5km de distancia de nosotros. La teleoperadora de la agencia muy desagradable, no ofreció soluciones, nos dijo que reclamásemos, y que ellos no iban a responder, una verguenza. Cuando les alcanzamos nos recibió Luisa la guía y nos dijo que nos habían estado esperando 10 min, cosa que es mentira. Destacar la poca ética profesional de esta guía que cuando subimos al autocar cogió el micrófrono y nos dejó por mentirosos delante de 35 personas y en dos idiomas diferentes, una humillación innecesaria propia de una empresa de muy baja calidad. El tour estuvo regular, ya que te cobran 38€ por cabeza por hacerte Teide, Masca y Garachico. Yo lo llamaría tour estafa guiris. No te dejan a penas tiempo en ningún sitio, te van explicando las cosas en el autocar, paran para que te hagas fotos y hagas pis y ale al siguiente destino. Pasas más tiempo en el bus que en los sitios. En Garachico te recomiendan un restaurante donde el conductor y la guia comen gratis, que no está mal. Te dejan una hora y poco y luego te enseñan el convento y el campo de fútbol de Garachico y ale a ver el drago Milenario que te bajan en mitad de una carretera, te suben a un caminito para que hagas 4 fotos y de vuelta al hotel, 10min estuvimos viendo el Drago y de lejos. En fin, no recomiendo este proveedor, mejor buscaros otro.

Mein Mann und ich haben die Teide-Masca gemacht. Wir hatten uns hierfür entschieden, weil auch der 1000-jährige Drachenbaum auf dem Programm stand. Ein Wort mit X, das war wohl nix!. Am Teide hatten wir kaum Zeit, in Masca wurden wir nur zu einem Restaurant gefahren, in dem wir abgezockt wurden, auch in Garachico konnten wir uns nicht umgucken, weil die Zeit zu kurz war und die "Krönung" war dann der Drachenbaum, für den wir für ein Foto von weitem an der Straße hielten, ihn nicht aus der Nähe angucken durften und nach 2 Minuten weiter fuhren. Fazit: auf keinen Fall mit diesem Anbieter etwas unternehmen@
