Thanks guy captain for a wonderful time, it was fantastic , we saw whales and fly fish, and incredible volcanic rock and a great tour of the island. Guy made us all feel very safe and was helpful when one of my family member was not well. He made sure we had lots to drink and eat and looked after us all. He also told us a lot of information about the pilot whales. Thanks again Guy for a wonderful and memorable journey!! ❤️

Captain Guy did a good job, very entertaining trip

These people have owed me over 1000 euros for over two months now. After multiple promises through their WhatsApp Chat, this company still has not refunded me my money. I have called, emailed, and reached out through their website. Backstory: We booked them for a private tour during our trip. Unfortunately, a few weeks before we left, we had a multiple people cancel for personal reasons. I reached out to them and was assured that we would be refunded, but it would take a week to hit my bank account. Two weeks later, still nothing. We arrived in Tenerife, and I tried contacting them multiple times. Again, promises were assured, and no money ever showed up. The day of our cancelled charter arrived and I get a phone call from the crew wondering where we are. Like seriously? Once again, I contact them on WhatsApp. Promises were made that it was their fault and the money should arrive any day now. Here we are two months later and still nothing. Update 11/11: After this review, they have paid me 273.75 euros of the 1095 euros they owed me. We shall see if they pay me the rest of the 821.25 Euros they still owe me.

We had a perfect evening watching whales, swimming in beautiful water, and cruising during the sunset with glasses of cava in our hands. Huge thanks to our captain Maxi for a perfect evening!

Wir waren heute mit Kapitän Maxi unterwegs. Wir haben sowohl Wale, als auch Delfine gesehen. Es gab die ganze Zeit kühle Getränke und auch die Snacks waren lecker. Zusammengefasst war es eine rund um gelungene Tour - würde es jedem empfehlen!

Me and my friends booked a trip with this company for a bout trip to see the whales and the sunset. It was amazing experience. The captain Guy was all in one who you needed for this trip. He was friendly polite and had so much knowledge of the ocean the whales the birds and everything else. I’m highly recommend this Guy for a nice trip to the ocean.

Expérience fabuleuse à la découverte des merveilles de la nature

Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt und direkt zum Hafen gebracht. Wir waren eine angenehm kleine Gruppe auf dem Boot und unser Kapitän namens Guy hat uns herzlich an Bord begrüßt. Neben Sicherheitshinweisen hat uns Guy auch einiges über die Wasser-Tierwelt der Kanaren erzählt . Wir hatten Glück und sahen Grindwale und auch eine Schildkröte. Sobald Tiere gesichtet wurden hat er den Motor ausgemacht , um die Tiere nicht zu verjagen . Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nicht auf einer Massenbootstour diese wunderbaren Tiere beobachten zu dürfen und dass Natur und Tiere respektvoll behandelt werden. Es gab Sandwiches und diverse Getränke, alles wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Am Ende gab es ein Erinnerungsfoto für 10 € , wenn man wollte. Wir können die Tour und Anbieter auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wünschen dem gesamten Team alles Gute

Wij hadden een heel fijne dag op het water! Alles prima geregeld, lekker eten en drinken, dolfijnen en schildpad gezien en heel plezant zwemmoment. Zeer vriendelijk personeel met duidelijke en interessante uitleg. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

What a beautiful experience! We got to see a lot of dolphins and even a turtle! Guy was exceptional at explaining the species, migration patterns, and Tenerife’s biodiversity, and also gave us a tour of Tenerife’s coastline. He was knowledgeable enough to estimate where the dolphins may be, and to also avoid other boats. He’s very friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend this specific tour if you’re in Tenerife looking for a relaxing and wonderful experience!

Wir haben im Februar 2022 den Ausflug gebucht und hatten einen fantastischen Tag, an welchen wir uns sehr oft erinnern. Damals haben wir Delfine und Finnwale gesehen - es war spektakulär!! Richtiges Gänsehautfeeling. Daraufhin haben wir uns entschieden, nochmals den Ausflug mit dem gleichen Anbieter im Oktober 2025 zu buchen. Wir haben es nicht bereut! Es war wieder ein fantastischer Tag und wir haben Grindwale gesehen!! Wir hatten auch wieder den gleichen Skipper: Guy. Er konnte sich an uns erinnern und was wir (wie beim ersten Ausflug) besonders an ihm schätzen, ist sein Respekt gegenüber den Tieren und der Natur. Er liebt das Meer, was man ihm sofort anmerkt. Nachdem wir nah genug an den Tieren dran waren, hat Guy den Motor abgeschaltet und die Tiere auch nicht "gejagt", damit wir als Touristen das beste Foto schießen können. Die Tiere entscheiden, wie nah sie an das Boot heran kommen. Die Wale schwammen dann auch zu uns an das Boot, sodass wir sie gut beobachten konnten. Solch ein Vorgehen begrüßen wir sehr. Guy erzählte viel über die Meeresbewohner, beantwortete alle Fragen und war zudem ein grandioser Gastgeber. Es gab Snacks, Softdrinks, Bier und Sekt. Hiermit möchten wir auch Andy erwähnen. Er hat uns sehr pünktlich von unserem Hotel abgeholt und ohne Verzögerungen direkt nach dem Ausflug wieder zurück zum Hotel gebracht. Darüber hinaus ist er auch sehr freundlich und wir haben während des kurzen Transfers erzählt und viel gelacht. Ein herausragender Service, was wir wirklich sehr geschätzt haben. Wir können diesen Ausflug ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen!! Es war alles hervorragend organisiert und wir hatten wieder einen wundervollen Tag. Vielen Dank an das gesamte sowie sehr freundliche Team von Tenerife Sailing Charters, insbesondere an Guy, Andy und Paul.

Hieno ja hyvin järjestetty reissu, Kapteeni erittäin mukavasti kertoi kohteesta ja alueen eläimistöstä. Valaitakin nähtiin ja arvostan sitä, että niitä ei lähdetty jahtaamaan, vaan annettiin niiden itse tulla lähemmäksi, Bonuksena upea auringonlasku 🌞

Guy was an exceptional captain. Well looked after. Food and beers were free flowing and despite a couple of nervous crew - guy did everything to look after all members of our party. Had a great time. Snorkelling off the boat was beautiful.

Wir hatten einen super Segeltrip mit Guy. Sehr gechillter Typ, der sich Zeit für alle Fragen genommen hat und vor allem den Respekt zur Natur nicht verloren hat. Er geht nicht auf waljagd sondern nähert sich entspannt. Nicht so wie andere große Touri Anbieter.

Die Tour hat echt spaß gemacht. Es war leider nicht genug Wind zum Segeln an dem Tag aber ansonsten wurde alles gemacht was versprochen wurde. Unser Kapitän "Guy" war sehr nett und konnte einem alles erklären. Von den verschiedenen Fischen an der Küste, bis zu den Klimaverhältnissen auf der Insel.

We had an unforgettable yacht experience in Tenerife with Captain Raúl and Michelle. From the moment we stepped on board, they made us feel welcome and relaxed. Raúl was an outstanding captain and guide, he shared fascinating stories about the island and the local sea life that completely captivated my two teenage boys. They loved asking questions and learning while we cruised along the coast. Michelle was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Thanks to her, everything felt effortless and well taken care of. We got to jump in for a swim, and my boys especially enjoyed snorkeling and trying out the paddleboard. It was the perfect mix of adventure, learning, and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tenerife who wants a personal, high-quality experience on the water!

Bardzo polecam wycieczkę z kapitanem Guyem! Duża dawka wiedzy, bardzo bezpieczne warunki, luźna wesoła atmosfera :) możliwość podziwiania wielorybów i pływania w oceanie stanowi niezapomniany element rejsu!

Cpt. Guy has a big personality. He honors all the animales in and at the ocean. We saw a sea turtle and a group of pilot whales. But cpt. Guy didn't try to follow the group. When he stopped the engine, we could see and hear the whales. That was awesome. We were a little, different group of eleven people (from Poland, Ukraine, Swiss an Germany), so it felt quite familiar. At the coast we could do swimming and snorkeling for about 25 minutes. We had sandwiches and local drinks. It was a nice trip and we can recommend. Keep it up =)

What an amazing experience. We loved it! There were only 7 passengers so very special and felt luxurious without the huge price tag. Absolutely incredible experience with Captain Maxi and MichelleI on THE yacht! From start to finish, they made the entire trip unforgettable. Captain Maxi was professional, fun, and clearly experienced — we felt completely safe while having the best time out on the water. Sehr coole Erfahrung. Man merkt, dass Guy seinen Job sehr gerne macht und er weiss sehr viel über die Tiere und teilt sein Wissen gerne. Ich konnte ihn alles über die Wale die wir gesehen haben fragen. Was mir besonders gefallen hat ist, dass es ihm sehr wichtig ist die Tiere nicht zu stressen und nicht zu bedrängen. Wir haben die Tour ab 10:00 Uhr gemacht und es war nicht zu heiss.

Capt.Guy war super. Hat uns sehr viel gezeigt. Wir haben Wale gesehen. Sein Respekt zur Natur und zu den Lebewesen des Meeres ist sehr schön. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt auf dem Boot.

Best experience ever !!! We had a wonderful time cruising with Martina and Raul. Thanks to the captain's route, we saw dolphins, whales, and turtles. The yacht has everything you need and more: paddleboards, jet skis, snorkeling equipment, and, of course, wonderful service including drinks and tapas. We jumped in the water and swam in a truly wonderful spot near the beach. We will definitely be back when we have the chance!

Bellissima esperienza con il Capitano Maxi, che è stato molto gentile e professionale. Purtroppo siamo riusciti a vedere solo le balene e i pesci volanti. L'unica pecca è, che avevamo chiesto una guida che parlasse italiano e così non è stato. Comunque a parte questo inconveniente, esperienza che consiglio vivamente.

Gita molto carina, e il capitano MAXI molto simpatico gentile premuroso e soprattutto capace di interagire con i presenti.

Ayer estuvimos en la excursión de 3 horas en el yate capitaneado por Raul y ayudado por Martina. Eramos 8 personas. Había mar de fondo y no pudimos ver delfines pero la excursión estuvo muy bien, nos llevaron a una cala resguardada, nos pudimos bañar y después fuimos costeando. Nos ofrecieron bebidas y cava y comida de aperitivo desde el primer momento. Tanto Raul como Martina fueron muy amables y profesionales. Excursión muy recomendable.

Très bonne excursion. Nous sommes venu avec notre fils de 9 mois, malgré quelques vague la sortie a été très sécurisé, de l’ombre pour bébé, de l’eau à disposition. Guy a été super, très sympa et présent pour l’équipage. Petit groupe de 10 très appréciable nous avons pu observer une baleine et qlq dauphins.

Guy the captain is The Guy to have! Amazing tour, saw some dolphins and flying fish, went snorkeling with the fishes. Guy was very considerate to the animals not to "hunt them". Food and drinks where also amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unsere Wal- und Delfintour auf Teneriffa war ein absolut unvergessliches Erlebnis! Natürlich weiß man, dass es in freier Natur keine Garantie gibt, Tiere zu sehen – doch wir hatten das große Glück, eine Gruppe Grindwale in ihrer wundervollen Anmut zu beobachten. Es war einfach magisch, diese faszinierenden Tiere in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum so nah erleben zu dürfen. Ein großes Lob auch an unseren Kapitän Gey: Er war von Anfang an herzlich, kompetent und sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt und er hat uns mit vielen spannenden Informationen versorgt. Auf Englisch konnten wir ihn problemlos verstehen und hatten zudem eine Menge Spaß an Bord – die Stimmung war einfach toll. Auch die Verpflegung an Bord hat perfekt gepasst: Das Essen und die Getränke waren zwar schlicht, aber genau richtig für diese Art von Tour. Man merkt, dass hier das Naturerlebnis im Vordergrund steht – und das war genau das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Wir kommen aus Deutschland und sind uns sicher: Bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Teneriffa würden wir diese Tour ohne Zögern wieder buchen. Für alle, die ein authentisches, respektvolles und beeindruckendes Erlebnis auf dem Meer suchen, können wir diese Tour uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

It was a great experience on the water with the captain Guy. However, the lunch provided was not suitable for us (there was no vegetarian option, only a ham sandwich). Guy was very friendly, informative, and supportive of the crew. I would highly recommend this to others, although you should take your own lunch if you are not a fan of ham sandwiches.

Wir durften eine tolle Zeit an Bord genießen. Kein Stress, keine Hektik, dafür eine Menge Fische, Wale und Vögel. Man sieht hier bei dieser Tour in sehr respektvoller Weise die Wale von weiter weg. Guy der tourguide fährt den Tieren nicht hinterher, und das ist auch gut so. Er erzählt sehr viel über die Tiere oder Teneriffa an sich. Gesprochen wird englisch. Danke für diesen tollen Vormittag

Guy was an awesome captain and really knew how to give us the best trip ever, starting w wild life cruise before moving on to swimming in a cove with fish and snacks and beverages and then a scenic coastline cruise back. Very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna- great tour guide, highly recommended!

Guy, our captain, made us feel very welcome, safe and special. He knew exactly where to find whales but was very respectful towards them; no whale chasing like some of the boats do. He has such good knowledge of the wildlife and of Tenerife that really add to the trip. The snorkeling was great too. It was such a beautiful and relaxing trip. Thank you Guy!

Captain Guy gave us an excellent yacht tour today, August 29, 2025. My wife and I saw dolphins, and afterwards we stopped in a bay where we could swim and snorkel. There are masks available on board. The captain also offers drinks such as water, beer, and champagne, as well as burgers. We were very pleased and highly recommend this experience!

Entspannte Fahrt auf einem yellow Flag Segelboot. Haben Delfine und Wale gesehen, aber nicht gejagt oder verfolgt! Das Schnorcheln in einer einsamen Bucht war wunderbar. Der Skipper war sehr erfahren und hat sich durchgehend um uns gekümmert!

היינו בשיט של סירה קטנה עד עשרה אנשים, כולל אוכל ושתייה! הקפטן שלנו היה גיא! הוא הקפיד על בטיחות, והסביר כל דבר במהלך השלוש שעות! אפילו ראינו ליוויתנים קטנים שגם עליהם הוא הסביר וגם עשה לנו עצירה לשחות במים! שירות מצויין במחיר טוב ושווה! מומלץ מאוד!!

This was one of the best cruises I have ever taken! Communication was smooth since the very beginning with them. Guy, our captain, was kind and funny. From beginning to end, he not only tried to show us the dolphins and pilot wales ( which succeeded), and told much information about them and the ocean. No he started the boat tour with an introduction in how we should appreciate and respect everything we see today. That the whole ocean deserves love and we should be happy about the now. Stay in the being and not being disappointed if some creature won’t show up.🌞 I thought that was an lightfull introduction. Also he did the whole trip very sustainable and environmentally friendly for the animals. He never chased them, which I found really important, because we are only visitors and this is their home. As though we can be part of this with respect and love for every small being. 🐠🪸 I shared some lightning conversations with him. Muchos gracias for this experience. 🙏🏼 Always like to come back 🌊

We were a family of 10 people, having 2 small kids(first sailing tour)..! Our „captain Guy“ was perfect..! Taking us to the whales and then to a nice bay for snorkeling and swimming! He was taking care of us, the kids had fun, we felt very good and save! There were enough snacks and to drink! It was a very great atmosphere! We just can recommend this tour! It is really perfect..! Incredible. Do not hesitate booking this experience My family (2 teens and 2 adults) all had the most amazing time. The driver who collected us was great, friendly, chatty and polite. The crew on board were attentive, warm and beyond friendly Nothing was too much, our drinks were topped up, the sea was very choppy and we had to abandon our search for sea life after seeing some flying fish and a couple of turtles but when we anchored in the bay it was perfection. The paddle boarding, snorkelling, sea swimming, food, sight seeing everything was just brilliant and we absolutely will book again.

Our Captain Guy was fantastic, so knowledgeable and very calming in a bit of a choppy sea! We all had a wonderful time would definitely recommend using Tenerife Sailing Charters

Abbiamo fatto il tour di 3 ore con la barca Pecazul. Il nostro capitano era Guy, è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ha dato molte informazioni sul mare e sugli animali. Abbiamo visto le tartarughe e le balene pilota, i pesci volanti. Guy ci ha poi portato in una baia per fare una nuotata. Hanno disponibilità di maschere per fare snorkeling, giubbotti di salvataggio per chi si sente poco sicuro a nuotare. Ti offrono cibo e bevande. Raccomandato al 100%.

A great day with Guy our skipper. We saw pilot whales and a turtle. Had a lovely swim in one of the bays and had a fabulous lunch spread organised for us. We highly recommend and ask for Guy as he’s so knowledgeable about the island and the ocean.

We hadden een superleuke namiddag met kapitein Guy! We zagen heel veel pilot whales en een zeeschildpad. De snacks waren lekker en verzorgd. Achteraf gezien hadden we beter een trip van 6 uur geboekt in plaats van 3 uur. We boekten een privé-tocht met ons 5 op 1 boot. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Die Tour war super. Unser Kapitän Guy war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns über alle möglichen Probleme aufgeklärt und uns sehr viel über die Natur erzählt. Guy ist ein wahrer Naturfreund und respektiert den Wohnraum aller Tiere. Auch hat er uns regelmäßig gefragt wie es uns geht und uns komplett versorgt. Sei es mit Essen, trinken oder Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Gerne immer wieder.

I enjoyed the boat with capt guy we had a really good time on the boat I joined Tenerife Sailing Charters because I wanted a relaxing trip on the ocean — and it was perfect. The boat was clean and not crowded, the crew was super friendly, and the views were amazing. They had good service and food We even saw dolphins and whales, which was the highlight of the day. It felt peaceful and special, not like a busy tourist boat. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife

We had the most amazing experience on our charter with Tenerife Sailing Charters. From start to finish, the team were fantastic — from the guys who picked us up to the incredible crew on board. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone made us feel so welcome. The yacht was beautiful, lovely food and drinks provided, and the water toys and slide into the sea were a huge hit with our teenagers. It was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Kapitän Guy hat uns heute 3 Stunden auf Tour genommen. Wir wurden voll verpflegt von Örtlichen Früchten bis hin zu Sandwiches und Getränken. Wir haben Waale, Delphine, Schildkröten und verschiedene Fische gesehen. Wir waren sehr begeistert da Kapitän Guy stets die Augen nach Tieren offen gehalten hat und uns auch bei Fragen viel über Tier und Ort erzählen konnte.
