5 Star. The man doing the booking in the office needs a personality transplant, he just wants money money money. The boat was amazing. Lucy picked up litter from the ocean, they took photos for free and gave out sandwiches and drinks. We did see many whales and had a stop for swimming.

Es war ein wirklich unvergessliches Erlebnis mit Menschen, die sehr zuvorkommende und sympathisch sind! Auch die Musik war gut und es gab Essen und Trinken. Ein riesiges Lob will ich an die Tier/Meerliebe aussprechen. Sie haben Müll gefischt und Möwen gefüttert 👌 Außerdem haben sie Rücksicht auf die Wale genommen ❤️

Super nettes Team, tolle Stimmung und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie erkundigten sich regelmäßig ob alles OK ist, und achteten auch auf ältere Mitreisende. Getränke und Snacks gab es auch. Und- natürlich haben wir auch Wale gesehen. Alles in allem sehr gelungene Tour und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Super friendly staff we saw and heard more than 20 whales like 5 families and they told us lots of things about the whale, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with Lucy and Danny today! We saw lots of Pilot Whales and Dolphins, amazing memories and got some fabulous pics and videos. Lucy was a great host and the boat trip was an absolute joy and worth every penny. I highly recommend booking with Eden.

Easy to book. The captains Daniel & Tony were the loveliest guys ever. Plenty of drinks on board, coke, water, fanta, beer etc. Toilet on board. Best of all. . The Whales!! So majestic and beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

Lucia et Dani sont super sympa et agréables. On a passé un super moment avec eux ils connaissent les spot et repèrent les animaux directement. Ils sont surtout très respectueux de la vie marine. Je recommande fortement ! 🫶🏼🐬

Super expérience ! Les grandes qualités d'observation de l'équipe nous ont permis d'apercevoir de nombreux cétacés et même des tortues de mer. Moment baignade très agréable également, avec observation de poissons (des masques et tubas sont mis à disposition)

I went on the whale-watching trip by myself and had such a great time! Lucy and Dani were so welcoming and attentive, they really made me feel comfortable and included. They created a fun and pleasant atmosphere that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

En nuestro viaje a Tenerife, mi pareja y yo reservamos un viaje en Eden Catamarán. La tripulación fue muy simpática, se preocuparon por explicarnos todo a nosotros en español, ya que éramos los únicos españoles a bordo. Además, el viaje fue genial, conseguimos ver ballenas piloto y fue muy tranquilo, sin ningún problema en el catamarán.

Fui con mi pareja y además de un trato genial en el que nos traducieron todo(ya que hablaban en el micro en ingles) en castellano fue una gran experiencia y un viaje genial sin mareos(yo que tiendo a marearme mucho).

Très belle expérience en famille. Dany et Lucia sont très accueillants et pédagogues. Dany a laissé mon fils allait sur le siège conducteur pour le transformer le temps d'un instant en capitaine. Nous avons vu des dauphins et un requin. C'était très intéressant. Je recommande cette activité (attention d'arriver avec beaucoup d'avance car en saison haute les parkings au port sont complets).

Mir sind nur e Minute z’spät aacho, händ s Boot no gseh, aber dä Typ am Schalter isch arrogant, unhöflich und het nüt glah. Niemer mues das erlebe – me soll die Anbieter besser meide.

Experiencia muy decepcionante. Nuestro taxi tuvo un accidente con un ciclista de camino a la actividad. Llamamos de inmediato al proveedor para avisar que quizá llegaríamos con un minuto de retraso. Al final, llegamos literalmente un minuto después de la salida y aún podíamos ver el barco en el muelle. En lugar de mostrar comprensión, el encargado en el mostrador fue extremadamente arrogante, grosero y absolutamente nada servicial. Nunca había experimentado un servicio al cliente tan malo. Hicimos todo lo posible por avisar con antelación y aun así llegamos a tiempo para ver el barco, pero nos negaron el embarque sin ninguna consideración. Esto no solo fue poco profesional, sino también una falta de respeto hacia los clientes que pagan. Recomiendo encarecidamente evitar a este proveedor: hay muchos otros operadores que tratan a sus clientes con más respeto y empatía.

Very disappointing experience. Our taxi was involved in an accident with a cyclist on the way to the activity. We immediately called the provider to let them know we might be a minute late. In the end, we arrived literally one minute after departure and could still see the boat at the dock. Instead of showing any understanding, the owner at the desk was extremely arrogant, rude, and completely unhelpful. I have never experienced such poor customer service. We made every effort to notify them in advance and still arrived in time to see the boat, yet we were denied boarding without any consideration. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to paying customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this provider there are many other operators who treat their guests with more respect and empathy.

Una experiencia espectacular donde podrás disfrutar de la naturaleza sin dañarla, donde te ofrecerán un delicioso snack por lo q no te tendrás que preocupar de la comida, además de el personal Lucia y Dani que son serviciales. El paseo consta de un baño en el que con gafas de buceo pondrás ver la fauna del lugar. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Nos lo hemos pasado genial en el barco, ha sido una actividad súper divertida y muy bien organizada. El ambiente fue espectacular de principio a fin, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar al máximo. Queremos destacar especialmente a Daniel y Lucía, que fueron estupendos: cercanos, profesionales y siempre con una sonrisa. Gracias a ellos la experiencia fue aún mejor. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Hicimos el tour para ver ballenas y fue una experiencia increíble. Daniel y Lucía fueron súper atentos y amables en todo momento. Además de ver ballenas, hicimos una parada para bañarnos y nos dieron gafas para ver los peces: ¡había un montón y fue chulísimo! Lo pasamos genial, 100% recomendable.

De la réservation au retour au port, tout a été parfait. Dani et Lucie ont été prévenants et attentifs à ce que nous soyons tous bien et que nous puissions profiter pleinement de la sortie. Ils ont très bien réagi lorsque l'un de nous s'est trouvé mal. Ils ont rapidement trouvé des zones où nous avons pu admirer des dauphins puis des baleines. Le moment avec les mouettes a également été très sympa. Belle sortie de 3h, nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer. À recommander pour un moment magique.

L’activité s’est passée à merveille. Entre chance pour voir les mammifères et la bienveillance de l’équipage.. Ce fut vraiment une belle expérience que nous recommandons. L’ambiance y était aussi avec la musique. Merci encore à l’équipe qui a fait de cette expérience un merveilleux souvenir !

Wir waren vor einigen Wochen dort im Urlaub. Spontan konnten wir bei Eden noch eine 3-Stündige Tour buchen. Es war von Beginnt bis Ende toll. Der Preis i.H.v. 45€ pro Person war total angemessen. Wir haben Wale und Delfine gesehen. Die Crew bestehend aus Mario und Dany war super nett und professionell. Als einige Teilnehmer Seekrank wurden, haben sich die beiden sehr toll gekümmert. Es gab genügend Getränke und Sandwiches für uns alle. Sehr empfehlenswert und immer wieder gerne.

Super ervaring met de Eden catamaran! We hebben de dieren (dolfijnen, walvissen en schildpad) heel goed en van dichtbij kunnen bewonderen. Ze zijn zeer respectvol voor de dieren. Een zeer fijne en enthousiaste sfeer op de boot. Heel vriendelijk & geven ook uitleg over de dieren. Gekoelde drankjes en broodjes inclusief. Voldoende tijd om te snorkelen en vissen te bewonderen.

Horrible company, horrible staff

Hemos ido al paseo del avistamiento de ballenas con baño y ha estado genial, la tripulación nos ha llevado a la zona de ballenas, hemos podido ver varias familias de ballenas. Espectacular. La tripulación muy atenta en todo momento, explicando. Nos acompaño Lucía, Nino y Mario, muchas gracias a los tres.

Increible, ballenas, delfines, tortuga marina y un espectáculo de gaviotas.

Zeer fijne boot om met mee te gaan. Zeer vriendelijke kapitein die wel van een geintje houd en zijn vriendin legt alles goed uit betreffende de kleine walvissen die ze ook daadwerkelijk vinden. Drinken is bij de prijs inbegrepen en je bent 2 uur heerlijk op het water. Ruimte genoeg op de boot.

10/10 experience with Lucy and Mario, professional and so friendly, very caring of both those on board and those in the water. We were lucky enough to see whales, dolphins and a sea turtle - the entire time the tour was extremely respectful of the animals, which is an absolute in my eyes. The team even stopped to remove plastic waste from the ocean, which I highly appreciated to see - it’s clear the team is passionate about the well being of the ocean. The boat is very comfortable and the tour is very informative. Highly recommended and thank you again Lucy and Mario for an unforgettable experience with you!

Fantastic experience and great value for money considering what you get. We were fortunate to see a sea turtle, whales and the most Amazing group of dolphins as well as just being out at sea in the sun. Don't hesitate in booking this. It was also a nice size as the bigger boats are probably hard to get a view.

Muy buena onda Mario y Gio, se encargaron de que todos lo pasemos genial, muy atentos. Vimos ballenas y delfines, y el lugar elegido para nadar es espectacular. La música buenísima, acompañó cada momento de la travesía. Nos divertimos mucho, lo super recomendamos !!

Ein wirklich toller Trip zu den Grindwalen und einem Hammerhai😅. Mit Lucy und Danny. Das Boot war nicht zu voll und es herrschte eine sehr angenehme, Kinderfreundliche Stimmung. Die Wale wurden nicht bedrängt, aber wir haben viele gesehen und gelernt. Sehr zu empfehlen, wer auf die Riesen Boote verzichten kann.

Después de leer, preguntar e informarme, tomé la decisión de ir con mis dos hijos a este catamarán en una excursión de 2 horas para el avistamiento de cetáceos. No tengo con que compararlo, pero para mí se merece las 5 estrellas, el viaje fue ameno, el barco está en buen estado, no iba abarrotado, había bebida gratis, y tanto Dani el capitán como Laura la guía fueron muy atentos y agradables. En cuanto al avistamiento fue un éxito vimos muchas ballenas incluso a escasísima distancia del catamarán. Lo único negativo fue uno de los trabajadores, en concreto el señor que tienen en el parking superior con camiseta y gorra roja, ofrece este catamarán, te indica que bajes las escaleras y ante la pregunta de cómo llegar al barco el mismo contesta.....BAJAS Y LO BUSCAS, no se muy bien que entiende ese señor por educación, hubiera sido perfecta la respuesta de " tienen que esperar al lado de esa puerta y ahí les indicarán". Vaya diferencia de respuesta eh? No voy a desmerecer en nada el trabajo de los demás compañeros por su culpa.

El dueño de esta empresa me dijo que llamará el mismo día por la mañana para confirmar la reserva, porque no sabía como iba a estar el estado del mar. Llamé justo a las 9.00h de la mañana como me pidió y me dijo que lo sentía pero que no tenía más sitio para nosotros. Me dejo tirada con un grupo de 6 personas el mismo día de la excursión. Nada profesional, dejan mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Un moment magique pour nous 5 où nous avons pu voir dauphins et baleines. Lucie était aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien notamment avec nos enfants de 6 et 7 ans. Elle est vraiment au top merci encore à elle! Nous avons tous adoré. Un super moment à faire en famille 👍

Die Whale Warching Katamatan Tour mit Badestopp kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Der Kapitän hat uns zielsicher zu den Walen geführt, hat vor Ort den Motor ausgemacht und unser Boot so treiben lassen, dass wir beste Sicht auf die Walfamilien hatten. Von allen Stellen auf dem Boot. Es gibt kostenfreie Getränke, einen Snack und später einen Badestop. Tickets kann man bei einschlägigen Portalen erwerben, wir haben direkt vor Ort in Purto Colon gekauft.

Sehr nette Crew - inkl. Getränke on Board - Tour dauert knapp 2 Stunden - zwei mal Wale gesehen!

Świetna atmosfera na katamaranie. Bardzo sympatyczna prowadząca wycieczkę dziewczyna. Pływaliśmy od stada do stada grindwali plus parka delfinów. Kapitan widać wiedział co robi. Polecamy!

La experiencia con Dani y Lucía ha sido increíble. Atentos todo el camino y muy amables. Sin duda altamente recomendado.

Intanto pubblicizzano 3 ore di viaggio e dopo circa 2 ore e 20 si rientra. Pubblicizzano “comida” e danno un toast freddo con una fettina di prosciutto cotto trasparente e una fetta di formaggio che sembrava di plastica - (di solito come tutti gli altri giri in barca che abbiamo fatto, danno un piatto di riso, a volte delle polpette o insalata). Allora, pubblicizzate SNACK e non comida. 45 euro da listino per 2 ore e 20 e un panino secco che “manco ai cani” Le bevande, incluse nel prezzo, erano di qualità scadente, ossia le sotto marche da discount. Unica nota positiva: la ragazza Lucy, che era molto accogliente e simpatica. Non consigliato!

Prenotiamo l'escursione tramite una piattaforma la sera prima della partenza, prevista per le ore 11 del 9 novembre. Mentre ci stiamo dirigendo al punto di incontro, troviamo traffico intenso e mezz'ora prima delle 11 proviamo a chiamare più di una volta per avvisare che saremo arrivati precisamente alle 11 e chiedendo di aspettare giusto qualche minuto, il tempo di parcheggiare. È qui che entra in scena il sig. VIKTOR, che non può aiutarci. Come prima cosa mi attacca il telefono in faccia la prima volta che chiamo senza nemmeno rispondermi, la seconda volta dice che non può fare niente e che il catamarano sarebbe partito alle 11 in punto, per poi richiudermi il telefono in faccia. Arriviamo alle ore 11 e 05, la barca era già partita, VIKTOR lo troviamo seduto in ufficio a mentirci dicendo che ci avevano aspettato ben 7 min (cosa non vera). A quel punto chiediamo gentilmente il rimborso in quanto siamo rimasti a terra e VIKTOR, invece di offrici una qualsiasi soluzione, ci tiene a spiegare come funziona il porto per poi intimarci di non continuare a lamentarci o avrebbe chiamato la polizia. Il posto è pieno di alternative, non affidatevi a queste persone in quanto al primo problema non si fanno scrupoli e non hanno nesun riguardo pee i propri clienti. ATTENZIONE

Inflessibili affaristi. Prenotiamo tramite GetyourGuide con pagamento in anticipo una escursione alle 11 a.m. (68 euro per due ore). Causa rallentamento nella (pessima) strada tra Buenavista del Norte e Porto Adeje, arriviamo in porto alle 11.05. Alle 10.45 telefonimo tramite il numero di GetYourGuide, poi contattiamo la piattaforma, che si prodiga per ottenere un margine di tolleranza orario - anche in considerazione dello screenshot che inviamo in chat per attestare che saremmo arrivati da navigatore al parcheggio del molo alle 11 esatte. GetyourGuide si dice disponibile a mediare per un rimborso, ma Eden intasca i nostri soldi e tanti saluti. Amareggiati: la morale, in un'isola con evidenti problemi di viabilità, è non pagare in anticipo.

The man at the harbor (check-in) was really a horror for many people. unfriendly, arrogant and not helpful at all. both times he acted ugly right from the start, and I also heard many people in the group complaining about this man. this is such a shame because on the boat itself the crew is fantastic. my opinion: get rid of this man and put a friendly person there because this man only chases people away with this behavior.

Dany and Lucy are the best, very sweet nice people, good vibes and happy! Been on this boat twice this holiday and they give me a unforgettable experience.

Ha sido increíble la atención de Mario durante todo el viaje. Se esfuerzan al máximo para que todo el mundo entienda en todos los idiomas la experiencia. En nuestro caso solo vimos ballenas, pero merece mucho la pena.

Estuvimos a punto de no hacer la actividad porque el señor de los tickets fue muy borde, pero en cuanto llegamos al muelle, tanto el capitán como la chica que había en el barco explicándonos las normas y los animales que posiblemente veríamos fueron encantadores! Vimos una tortuga marina y muchos calderones tropicales,una tipo de ballena bastante parecido a los delfines,que fue una auténtica maravilla! Después nos llevaron a una zona de baño en la que nos dieron máscaras para snorkel y Lucia,la chica del barco tiraba trocitos de pan al agua para que los peces se nos acercasen,vimos barracudas,peces aguja, palometas...fue una auténtica pasada!! Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo! Actividad super divertida muy agradable y para toda la familia!!

On a vu des pilot Wales de très près. On a plongé au milieu des poissons, le tout dans une ambiance parfaite. Je recommande. L'expérience est top.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne 3stündige Tour gemacht und dabei einige Wale, Delphine und eine Schildkröte sehr nah sehen und beobachten können. Ein absolutes Erlebnis. Die Crew war toll und super freundlich. Nicht so schön ist leider ab und an Plastikmüll im Meer, den man bei einer solchen Tour auch sieht. Das sollte jedem zu denken geben...

Increíble experiencia! Dani y Mario son super agradables, la información que va dando Mario es muy interesante, y el trato de Dani aconsejando donde ponerte para verlo todo mejor es genial. Además de buen capitán, es buen Dj, se agradece la música durante la travesía, para que te creas que vas en un videoclip jajaja. Fui sola y me sentí muy arropada por ambos, repetiré seguro. We saw whales and had a drink on board, the whole operation is done smoothly and the photo option was subtle and not pushed too hard, but take a look the quality of obviously professional and for 10 euros is not going to break the bank. Hay que ir con tiempo para encontrar aparcamiento en Puerto Colón pues los parkings están muy llenos. La actividad, estupenda. Los guías muy amables y pendientes de todos en todo momento. Buen avistamiento, muy muy cercano, de ballenas piloto y alguna tortuga boba.

Desde luego que me esperaba otra cosa, todo pescador que haya saboreado un pez en el anzuelo ,sabe que lo más normal es no coger nada. Op een 2 uur trip geweest 3n 1 waoord fantastisch. De kapitein en gastvrouw doen alles om het naar je zin te maken. Veel walvissen gezien. Super bedrijf super aardige mensen voor wie geen moeite teveel is. Volgende keer als we in tenerife zijn doen we dit nog een keer. Voor ons was dit de kers op taart van onze vakantie

Muy buena experiencia. Daniel y Mario muy atentos y majos, se preocupaban por explicarnos todo y no dejaban fumar para que no molesten a los demás. Vimos muchas familias de ballenas y luego nos dejaron bañarnos un rato para hacer snorkel, pero no había casi peces y no se veía casi nada. Había que tirar pan para que vinieran. Aún así muy recomendable y buen precio

We've just got back to our hotel after an absolute fantastic afternoon with Lucy and Mario, Firstly both of these guys are 2 of the nicest people I've ever met anywhere in the world on any trip or excursion, they were so much fun! So attentive and friendly, they were so nice we almost felt like they treated us like family, mario literally went out his way to make sure we got a family photo with the whales in the background and Lucy was just lovely, constantly making sure we had enough drinks and were comfortable for the entire trip. The ice water Lucy occasionally sprays you with is heaven on a hot day. We paid €140 euros for 2 adults, a teenager and child and felt like it was worth every penny, I'd go as far to say it's been our best time in tenerife so far, including siam park. This trip could just be an average, but memorable fun trip, but for Lucy and Mario who make it extra fun and special. There was no shortage of beer, water or soft drinks for the entire trip, the snacks were what they were, nothing special, just a basic simple ham and cheese sandwich but they were nice enough and filled a corner while your out at sea. All in all a 5 star trip, well worth the money and if you can get a trip with Lucy and Mario, they're great fun!

Люсі і Маріо просто зробили наш день. Вони по піклувалися про найбезпечніші місця для дітей, бавили їх усю дорогу, були милими та весели. Піклувалися, щоб усім було комфортно та класно. Вони знали місця де шукати китів, присвоювали рибу для скнорлвнгу та чайок для селфі. Любʼязно пропонували свфтогоафувати та покермувати яхтою. Ми залишилися надзвичайно задоволені і вдячні. Привіт від мами та трьох дітей)))

Somos una familia de Sevilla con dos niños. La experiencia ha sido fabulosa. Hemos visto de cerca una familia completa de ballenas pilotos. Mis hijos han alucinado. A la vuelta uno de mis hijos se mareó y la atención de Lucia fue muy buena. Siempre pendiente de nosotros y el resto de pasajeros. Gracias a Lucía y Mario por el paseo. Gracias de todo corazón. Ha sido una experiencia espectacular. No pudimos ver delfines, pero sí calderones y una tortuga. Lucia y Dani fenomenal, el trato a los niños espectacular. Son respetuosos con el entorno y con los cetáceos. Muy muy contentos de haberles elegido.

Espectacular este tour para el avistamiento de cetáceos 3 horas y pico. La tripulación (Lucía y Mario) geniales, hicieron nuestro paseo en familia muy especial, fueron muy educativos e informativos de todo lo necesario para la navegación y el avistamiento con mucho respeto por la naturaleza, el entorno y los animales . La embarcación muy cómoda, amplia y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del dia. Bebimos y comimos todo lo que quisimos sin restricciones ninguna y siempre pendientes si nos faltaba algo. Además nos permitieron disfrutar de las aguas con un buen baño desde el catamarán con seguridad y siempre pendiente de nosotros y de todos los pasajeros. Mis hijos y nosotros disfrutamos mucho de esta experiencia y nos divertimos mucho, gracias Lucía y Mario por vuestra atención. Volveremos seguro.

We were at 2 hour trip today. It was amazing. Truly was brilliant experienc seeing whales and dolphins. The staff was really nice and even helped us taking pictures. There also were not a lot of people, so everyone had a good spot for a view. Highly recommend, very worth its money.

Lucia and Daniel knew a lot and they really tried to find all the animals. We saw the Butterbose Dophibs and Pilot whales. They were really making sure that the nature was not disturbed a lot, gave us drinks, made pictures and created a good vibe! (Booked vis GetYourGuide)

The best boat trip ever!!! Both captain Daniel and his friend Lucy were super friendly, took us to watch several groups of whales, stopped in a bay for a swim and offered to take photos of us! Lucy told us some interesting facts about the sea animals as well and kept us entertained through the whole trip. Much more better than these big overcrowded catamarans that offer you rides for the same price, so if you want an exclusive experience that you will never forget, go for Catamaran Eden!

We did a 2 hour tour with Eden. We saw many whales and dolphins. The trip was very pleasant and the crew was friendly! We bought our ticket at a sales desk, not at the office itself. They told us the boat only has 10 passangers, but this is not true!! The boat holds up to 50 people. We were a bit disappointed to see this, but there was still plenty of space. The tickets need to payed in cash! The crew was very calm and respectful with the animals. This trip is a big recommendation!

We were a group of 20 guys on a 4 day stag and it was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon. The views of the island were great, we ran into a sea turtle and saw some pilot whales, and there was even an opportunity to go for a quick swim. Definite recommendation.

Absolutely brilliant. 100% recommend. We did the Eden Catamaran Whale and Dolphin tour - we saw multiple pilot whales, 2x different types of dolphin and a sea turtle. We took the boat trip of 3 hours this week. It was a great experience. We did see several whales and a turtle. There was also some time to do some swimming. Drinks and sandwiches were included in the price as much as you wanted. Feeding the seagulls was also spectacular and everybody had the chance to take the steering wheel. And last but not least the staff was great.

El paseo en catamarán 2h ha sido increíble. Hemos visto delfines y ballenas y el ambiente buenísimo. Dani y Mario son encantadores y hemos ido hablando con ellos por el camino y nos han explicado cositas sobre la isla y sobre los animales que ibamos viendo, son majísimos y profesionales. Una experiencia muy recomendada.

Don’t get fooled by the grumpy man outside the deck that checks the names and gives you the tickets for you to board. The staff in the boat are professional and nice and certainly the reason for all the good reviews. Captain Dani is a great guy and super experienced professional together with the lady that supports him on the trip. I totally recommend it. My wife and I did this with our 9 years old son. He loved seeing the whales, sea turtles and dolphins so close!

Everything about this tour was top notch! The guides worked hard to make sure everyone was comfortable, having a great time, and of course seeing lots of whales and dolphins! The catamaran was so much fun, and the experience was pleasant all around. The special touches the guide Lucy, and our Captain threw in, like taking everyone's pictures, great music on board, and bringing around drinks during the tour made it exceptionally fun. I highly recommend this tour!

Great experience with them today. Really easy to find at the pier. The staff on board were super friendly and happy to help with anything. We got to see whales and go swimming / snorkeling and saw great views of the island. Drinks and a small lunch included which we weren't expecting. Overall a great day out for the price!

Très très déçue ! Nous avions réservé cette sortie avec 4 amis et sommes arrivés 5min avant le départ car nous avons eu 40min de bouchons dû à un accident de la route (photo a l’appui). Nous avons bien évidemment appelé en amont pour prévenir d’un potentiel retard et une fois arrivés, le guide n’a jamais voulu attendre que l’on gare la voiture et manquait cruellement de compation suite à ce cas exceptionnel !!! Au lieu de nous inviter à reporter notre excursion à un autre jour ou de trouver une solution alternative, il trouvait plus intelligent de nous agresser verbalement. Perte de temps et d’argent !!! Nous avons réalisé en famille une balade à bord du Eden Catamaran lors de notre séjour à Tenerife. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des dauphins, des baleines, et des tortues. De plus pour le prix de 42€ par personnes, nous avons eu le droit à une boisson et une collation. Avec les soins de Lucia et Dani, nous avons passé une excellente après-midi. Avec une baignade en plus en pleine mer ça était génial. Grand Merci a l’équipage.

Vimos tortugas de mar, delfines y ballenas. La tripulación es encantadora, en la parada para el baño daban de comer a los peces para que se acercasen y poder verlos. En el viaje de vuelta a puerto le dieron de comer a las gaviotas y las pudimos ver cerca del catamarán. Respetan muchísimo a los animales que nos encontramos y te ofrecen bebidas y sándwich. Recomiendo llevar gorra o sombrero para protegerse un poco del sol. Lo único que no me gustó es que te hacen una foto al subirte y luego al irte te la intentan vender por 6€. El personal te hará fotos con tu propio móvil en el viaje mucho mejores

Nous avions déjà réalisé une sortie à Los gigantes il y a quelques années et le mauvais temps en mer ne nous avait permis ni de voir ni d'apprécier du fait du mal de mer. Il est vrai que de prime abord le commandant de bord est plutôt taiseux , celui qui était le plus avenant était le photographe qui vous propose une photo pour 8 euros à la fin, mais je dirai que le personnel était plutôt tranquille et gentil et introverti, Lucia est aux petits soins pour les personnes qui ont justement le mal de mer. Une boisson et une collation nous a été proposé et pour une balade de 3 heures le tarif était raisonnable 40 euros par adulte et 20 euros par enfant, avec une baignade et le bonheur de voir des baleines. Il est vrai que le fait de pouvoir les croiser est déterminant dans la manière dont on vit l'excursion mais j'ai trouvé l'équipe très professionnelle et ce type de bateau plus agréable car il y avait moins de personnes, et la conduite était plus calme en Mer. Recomendable al 100%, desde la contratación con Tony, hasta el final de la excursión con Dani y Noel, súper atentos durante toda la excursión preguntando a todos si estábamos bien, explicando la fauna marina de la zona. La bebida estaba bien fría y el aperitivo un sándwich de jamón y queso muy rico. Gracias por hacernos pasar un buen rato!!

Waste of time and money, would not recommend to anyone. In a downpour and storm warning on June 7, 2023, the captain said that the Eden catamaran was ready to sail. Two days before the storm warning was announced, he refused to change the release date. The captain said that we should go to sea and that everything was ready. That morning not a single catamaran with vacationers from Puerto Colon, nor a yacht left, as it was dangerous. After long negotiations, the captain refused to return the money. Good morning out. Good guides we saw lots of whales today

Dishonest owner who wanted to sail in the middle of the Oscar storm. We paid in advance and wanted to postpone the trip when we found out that the the storm is coming. However the owner refused to do so. He wanted to sail despite the heavy rain and did not care of the safety of us as his clients. It was the only ship like this in the whole port! Such a disrespectful attitude towards clients. Stay away from him.

Het personeel was supervriendelijk en professioneel en hebben echt het uiterste gedaan om de beleving perfect te maken, chappeau voor die mannen die dit werk met passie doen, en leuk om als toerist eens als mens ipv portemonnee behandeld te worden. We hadden het geluk zowel walvissen als dolfijnen te spotten. Het was mijne fijste boottocht ook al was het pittig op zee, echt een aanrader.

Nous avions réservé une sortie bateau pour voir les baleines. Le jour de l’activité celle ci n’est pas disponible (aucune raison avancé). Le patron est très désagréable et nous envoie parler avec ses concurrents plutôt que de nous expliquer les choses. Compagnie à fuir.

Thoroughly enjoyable trip with great views along the coastline and fantastic close up opportunities to see the pilot whales and dolphins. Great value for money, and brilliant knowledgable staff. Would highly recommend.

Vraiment très déçus, Pas de voile alors que c'est ce que nous recherchions en achetant ce tour en "catamaran" beaucoup trop cher du coup par rapport à une prestation sur un bateau a moteur(au moins on aurait su a quoi s'attendre) On a vu quelques baleines certes, mais on nous a dit qu'on allait ensuite chercher des dauphins, au final on s'est retrouvés a dériver le long de Costa Adeje (on a vu mieux comme paysages de rêves sur les côtes de Tenerife) Rentrés au bout de 2h au lieu de 3, pas plus mal finalement quitte a dériver au gré des vagues. Au début des photos de nous sont prises, puis distribuées a la fin Et finalement il faut payer pour les garder, elles sont déjà imprimées et finiront donc a la poubelle Passez votre chemin.

We did the 3hr Catamaran tour. We saw a lot of dolphins and even a sea turtle. Beers and softdrinks are free during the trip. A little sandwich was included. We stopped for approximately half an hour in a bay, where we jumped of the catamaran and did snorkeling (equipment was available for free but we had our own). The guides were very nice to us and made sure we enjoyed our trip. We were a group of 19 people total. 5/5 experience for us, everything went smooth. Highly recommend

Went on a trip on 04/10/22. Really can't fault the organisation and efficiency of the trip. We saw at least 15/20 pilot whales and some less than 6 ft from the boat. Very informative about the whales too. Highly recommend

Daniel y Noel nos han tratado espectacularmente bien !! Hemos podido hablar con ellos y siempre cercanos. Ha sido excelente, buena atención, amables siempre atentos a que pudiéramos ver calderones y delfines. Puedes llevar mochila Nos dieron un sándwich de jamón y queso a cada uno, bebida ilimitada. Nos llevaron a un lugar hermoso donde nos pudimos bañar, se ven peces y Daniel y Noel, le echaban pan a los peces y eso nos permitió verlos de cerca y tocarlos, fue espectacular. Además nos prestaron las gafas d Para hacer snorkel y disfrutar como niños. Luego tomaron pan en sus manos para dar a las gaviotas y eso nos permitió verlas de cerca. Y por último nos animaron hacernos una foto en el volante del catamaran a todos los pasajeros. Los recomiendo 100% Tenían chaleco para niñ@s

Hoy estamos aún con una gran sonrisa, después de esta experiencia inolvidable que nos ha brindado Edén Catamaran. Hemos visto delfines a nuestro lado, acompañando nuestro paseo hasta poder avistar las ballenas piloto, increíble poder estar tan cerca de ellas y a la vez respetar su espacio y guardar silencio para no molestar. Desde luego recomiendo esta maravillosa experiencia a todo el mundo. La tripulación excepcional, explicando todo sobre estas ballenas y llevándonos a la localización exacta donde se encuentran. Muchas gracias por este día.

Small operation so very intimate atmosphere. We encountered a small group of bottle nose dolphins and a large group of resting pilot whales. We spent a long time just floating with them with the boat in neutral, so as to be minimally disturbing. Afterwards we spent a short time swimming in a cove. Totally awesome afternoon and I’d recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see some whales and dolphins in their natural environment.

Had an excellent 3 hour trip, spacious boat, friendly informative staff, refreshments provided and got to see some dolphins and a large family of pilot Whales which were stunning. Then went to a bay for a swim. Would highly recommend.

Lamentable experiencia, no hemos tenido atención por la tripulación en todo el trayecto excepto al final para pedir el dinero de la foto que te hacen al llegar. Había niños y extranjeros vomitando, y ni se les ha visto, ninguna explicación del perfil de la isla o de los cetáceos que NO hemos visto, algo que podía ocurrir, pero el trato recibido ha sido lamentable a diferencia con otros barcos y excursiones que ya hemos experimentado.

Excelente experiencia, hicimos un paseo y pudimos ver calderones, tripulación muy amable y agradable y sobre todo respetuosos con los animales. No les agobiaban ni los perseguían. A la vuelta a puerto pusieron una música muy agradable y acorde a la experiencia. Para repetir.

Una experiencia inolvidable. Pasamos dos horas estupendas, fuimos con nuestro bebé y fantástico. La atención de los chicos, maravillosa, súper agradables y atentos. Tuvimos la suerte de ver delfines molares y ballenas piloto. Una experiencia brutal. Verlos en libertad es como debería de ser.

Malheureusement bien trop cher pour la qualité de la prestation par rapport à ses concurrents, une sortie en mer pour voir des baleines (nous n'en avons pas vu...) de 2h38 alors qu'on en a payé 3h dont plus d'une heure amarrée pour du "snorkling". On nous prend en photo en montant sur le bateau et tente de nous la vendre a la fin de l'excursion, mauvaise qualitée et mauvaise attitude, je ne recommande absolument pas !

Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam (wurden mehrmals gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder etwas benötigen) 3 Stunden pures Erlebnis mit Grindwalen, Delphinen und einen kurzen Stop an einer Bucht zum schwimmen. Ideal für Familien mit Kleinkindern.

Toujours autant de risques pris et de passagers à bord qui vomissent car le bateau se retrouve dans des trous de vagues de presque 2 mètres… Résumé de la sortie : 2h de stress et 0 dauphin vu.

Mit Vorsicht zu genießen! Wegen schlechten Wetters wurden wir von 11:00 auf 13:00 umgebucht. Der Katamaran war sehr voll besetzt. Wir fuhren los und nach kurzer Zeit begannen die ersten Teilnehmer sich zu übergeben. Es wurden Plastiktüten verteilt. Der Wellengang war ziemlich stark. Mehrere Teilnehmer baten darum, die Fahrt abzubrechen. In meiner direkten Umgebung erbrachen sich 6 Personen, eine davon über ca. eine Stunde hinweg immer wieder. Wir wollten weder das Geld zurück, noch das Angebot einer erneuten Fahrt, sondern einfach nur zurück. Nach zwei Stunden erreichten wir endlich wieder den Anleger. Nach der Ankunft am Anleger war ein kollektives Aufatmen zu vernehmen. Fazit: Wir sahen eine Schildkröte, aber keine Delfine oder Wale. Wir haben nicht verstanden, warum die Tour nicht abgebrochen wurde, obwohl sehr viele Teilnehmer darum baten und offenbar weder Wale noch Delfine zu sehen waren. Bei Wind und Wellengang kann ich die Tour nicht empfehlen.

We'll done Eden tours.Highly recommended

Wir sind erst gar nicht bis aufs Boot gekommen, da unsere Buchung angeblich storniert worden sei. So etwas kann ja mal passieren, allerdings war der Büromensch unglaublich unfreundlich und auch nicht daran interessiert etwas als Alternative anzubieten. Nicht empfehlenswert, finde ich.

Nothing bad to say at all! The baby whales were beautiful

Das war eine tolle Fahrt. Masken mussten getragen werden. Als wir aufs Schiff gingen, wurden die Hände desinfiziert. Es gab genügend Getränke und tolle Erklärungen zu den Walen. Delfine haben wir keine gesehen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und haben online mit 20% Rabatt gebucht.

Wir haben über unser Hotel bei Eden Catamaran eine Tour gebucht. Von Anfang an wurde bei unserem Ausflug sehr genau auf die Hygienevorschriften geachtet. Das Personal war freundlich. Für Verpflegung wurde auch gesorgt. Ein sehr tolles und professionelles Team das ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen kann.

Muy recomendable. Vimos muchas ballenas y Andrés y su compañero hicieron que el periplo fuese divertido e interesante. Demostraron un respeto exquisito hacia la fauna, mucho conocimiento de Los calderones tropicales y mucho, mucho buen humor. Consiguieron hasta interesar a los adolescentes!!! Y todo ello con el máximo respeto de las normas covid-19.

Worse service ever, I definitely don't recommend this to anyone. There's many other options to do this excursions with friendly stuff, good prices and good deals.

Unfortunaly I have to notice a bad experience with Eden Catamaran. We been not satifeted by the services and been not well welcome by the partner company. We booked and paid a 3h excursion to see the whales and Daulphin. Because a car accident we were not able to do the activity and call directly the customer service to explain the situation, see if there is any issue for our case.. we had no positive answer, instead of that we had in front of us someone doesn't spoke English and hand up many time. Even when we ask our local friend to explain the situation in Spanish by phone, the partner hand up again... We were really chocked by this reaction. We try to find someone at the shop to spoke directly with them and check the opening hours, again they were close.. After a week, when were really tired of all this situation, we had a proposition by the manager witch was to pay again an other activiy with a little discount. But of course after all this rude and unpolite reaction we don't want to spend much money on your company! So we didn't reschedule.

We had booked a 3 hour catamaran trip to see the whales through the Get Your Guide site, which we found through their site directly. But unfortunately we had a problem on the road with our car. We contacted Eden Catamaran directly to tell them that we could not participate in the outing by explaining our problem, the man on the phone did not want to understand and did not speak English. We therefore contacted Get Your Guide to explain the situation to them, and to ask if it was possible to have another date for this outing because we had paid the full price, 77 euros for two. The Get Your Guide company told us that they would send a message to Eden Catamaran to ask them if this was possible. A few days later, Get Your Guide replied that Eden Catamaran does not want to reschedule an outing. We therefore call Eden Catamaran to find out why, with the help of a local because at the number indicated the person does not speak English. Our Spanish friend explains our situation and asks if it is possible to reschedule an outing or at least have a reduction for another outing but Eden Catamaran does not want to know anything and hangs up on her. We then decide to go to the store, but despite the opening hours indicated, the store is closed. We try to contact Eden Catamaran, no one answers. The day after this conversation, the manager of Eden Catamaran calls us to tell us to come to the store to give us a discount on a next outing. So we show up at the store the following tomorrow, a week after our first reservation, therefore, upset because we are leaving in a few days and we had not been able to make our exit in spite of ourselves when we had paid the full price. For information, we had looked at the prices for the same tour the following week, the prices dropped and there were still places almost every day for all times. In short, we go to the store and the manager becomes unpleasant because he sees that we are annoyed by this situation. He doesn't want to find a solution for us and blames us for being angry. We haven't disrespected him, we're just tired of not finding a solution for a week, calling the company and having no one on the phone, or someone who doesn't want to hear anything and hangs up on us. The manager fires us from the store and finally offers us another exit, but which we have to pay again. We choose not to resume the activity with Eden Catamaran because we had unpleasant people on the phone, no one wanted to find a solution and we had to fight to even have a very small discount while we had already paid a high price. I do not recommend this company, they are not accommodating at all if there is a problem and get very rude and hang up on you. It's not polite. Eden Cataman is a tourist trap company, if they react like that with humans I doubt that they are respectful of the environment and our dear sea and marine animals.

Personnel horrible qui a passé leur temps à nous gueuler dessus. On ne pouvait pas mettre la musique forte… même pas montré les dauphins ou baleines. Aucun service même pour les boissons.

A fuir absolument ! Le skipper est antipathique, très fier, il passe son temps sur son téléphone, pas du tout avenant. Nous avons loué le bateau pour 2h (groupes de 14 amis) pour aller voir les baleines et se baigner pour 25 euros / personne. Nous sommes rentrés après 1h30 et le skipper n’a aucun moment cherché les baleines ou arrêté comme s’était prévu. C’était du vol !

Belle sortie en catamaran, le gérant a été généreux car la première fois nous sommes sortis avec beaucoup de vent et nous n'avons pas vu de dauphins. Mais 2 jours plus tard le gérant m'a proposé une nouvelle sortie et là nous avons vu les dauphins pendant plus d'1h30. Merci

Pire expérience de notre vie !! Nous sommes sortis un jour de tempête, aucune communication de la part de membres de l’équipage. Nous étions tous trempés!! J’ai le permis bateau et suis habituée à naviguer. Dans ce genre de condition je trouve que la sortie était très dangereuse !!! Il y avait des vagues de 3 mètres, à aucun moment l’équipage n’était rassurant ou expliquait ce qui se passait Nous avons passé 1h30 sur l’eau (une des pire sortie de ma vie, tout le monde se sentait mal ou vomissait) et nous n’avons aperçu aucun dauphins ou baleines. Lorsque j’ai proposé de faire demi tour, ils n’en ont fait qu’à leur tête et ont poursuivi la sortie en ne commençant aucunement sur la situation !! C’est un bateau qui est là pour faire payer une sortie malgré tout !! Alors que les autres bateaux ont tous annulés leur sortie Compagnie dangereuse +++ et aucun dédommagement en contrepartie pour cette sortie épouvantable (mais clou de l’histoire, pour engranger encore plus de frics : on vous propose de payer pour une photo à 10euros prise à lors de votre arrivée.. ) Attrape touriste fuyez !!! Essayez plutôt Tenerife sailing charters ils sont bien plus professionnels et annulent lorsque les conditions ne sont pas bonnes ...

Una buena forma de conocer la fauna marina de Tenerife. El capitán y su tripulación hacen que no sea un simple paseo en barco y ver animales sino que hacen un aporte cultural muy interesante. Además el baño en una cala cerrada y el aperitivo son un acierto.

Lovely late afternoon, would highly recommend. Eden Catamaran offered an ethical and good quality trip for a worthwhile price (on the cheaper side in Tenerife). In these Covid-19 times, they were strict to keep everyone safe while expertly finding, showing, and sharing information about sea animals like whales and dolphins. Includes drinks, sandwiches, and interesting knowledge too. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making sure we stayed respectful to the environment but still had a great experience.

Absolument SUPER !! Nous avons fait la balade de 2 heures avec nos 2 jeunes enfants, c était magique ! L équipage était vraiment adorable et à notre disposition pour nous donner un maximum d'explications. Nous avons eu la chance inouïe de tomber sur un banc de dauphins en pleine migration, qui ne sont donc pas les dauphins locaux habituellement vus sur la côte (que nous avons vus aussi). Ils ont accompagner le bateau pdt plus de 15 minutes, absolument magique ! Nous avons également vu des baleines pilotes, moins nombreuses ms tres impressionnantes aussi. Des boissons sont servies à bord pour nous rafraichir. Vraiment nous nous sommes régalés, je recommande sans souci aussi bien pour leur professionnalisme que pour leur gentillesse :)) Merci !! Wir haben eine Bootstour gebucht, diese wurde auch bestätigt und daraufhin haben wir ein Datum, Uhrzeit und Treffpunkt bekommen. Wir haben eine Stunde Anfahrt gehabt und warteten 1 Stunde am Treffpunkt. Niemand weit und breit zu sehen von Eden Catamaran. Nachdem wir uns durchfragten, haben wir das Büro gefunden. Natürlich verschlossen, aber ein Zettel mit 2 Telefonnummern hing aus. 1. Nummer nicht besetzt. 2 Nummer Anrufbeantworter, welchen wir auch nutzen. Ca 30 Minuten später ein Rückruf und wir wurden vertröstet 30 Minuten zu warten, da die Dame den Sachverhalt klären möchte und sich zurückmeldet. 30 Minuten später ruft eine andere Person zurück und sagt, dass sie nichts tun können, da sie mit der Firma nichts zu tun haben und die Telefonnunmer am Schaufenster nicht zu Eden Catamaran gehört. Danach konnten wir dann wieder nach Hause fahren ohne Bootstour und rennen jetzt unserem Geld hinterher. Bis heute keine Reaktion. Die Tour kann immer noch gebucht werden. Auf Nachfrage im Hafen fahren die Boote von der Firma aber momentan garnicht. Schlechter geht es wohl kaum. Bucht bloß woanders.

Had a lovely few hours aboard the Eden. We saw whales and dolphins and even a flying fish (who knew?). The boat is neat and tidy. The crew are polite and clearly know what they're doing as they got straight to the dolphins. There is a crate full of ice cold drinks which are constantly topped and up and are complementary. There is a sandwich provided when you get to a calm bay for a float about. Thete are toilet facilities on board but I can't comment on them as I didn't use them. Great trip well recommended.

Bonita experiencia para seguir descubriendo los tesoros de la isla. La excursión en el barco es muy agradable y tuvimos la suerte de ver varios grupos de calderones y algún delfín. Tomamos toda la bebida que quisimos, la comida solo era un sándwich. Como punto negativo, muy poco tiempo para el baño, tenían material para esnorquel pero con esos tiempos imposible planteárselo. El personal super simpático, en general muy agradable la experiencia.

Great trip today, saw lots of Pilot Whales. The two staff members were attentive and friendly offering snacks and photo opportunities driving the boat. We chose the 3hr trip which included swimming and snorkeling and it was all great we would definently choose this again.

I've been on this boat twice as a volunteer. It is a smaller boat than most attraction and it generates less noise so it doesn't scare away the dolphin and whales. The crew was quiet friendly and they let us feel comfortable and do our job while monitor these amazing animals.

Boot fuhr nur unter Motor. Ich wusste schon vorher was passieren würde, denn die Tiere aufzustöbern gelingt besser in der Gruppe. So wurden einfach die anderen Boote auf See angesteuert. Treffer. Abstand zu den Tieren war mE zu knapp manchmal. Preis Leistung .... naja. Tour wurde um 20 Minuten verkürzt auf Kosten des Badestops. Ist eine Goldgrube .... 25 Personen a 30 Euro .... und das ist 50% der Kapazität. Wer glaubt einen Segelturn zu buchen ist ganz falsch. Alle Boote in Puerto Colon fahren nur mit Diesel. Auf einige grosse Boote passen 2 bis 3 Reisebusse.

Personnel très désagréable, pas courtois je dirais même arrogant, pas du tout accueillant et de très mauvaise foi je vous déconseille vivement cette expérience

We did a 2hr trip last week and saw both whales and dolphins. The guys were amazing and got almost as excited as we did. Kept turning the catamaran to give us the best views and also followed the sea life respectfully. Sea was a bit choppy, but obviously that couldn't be helped. Would go with these guys again.

Qualità prezzo eccezionale. È costato poco, ma siamo riusciti a vedere dei delfini praticamente sotto di noi e delle balene. Alcune persone hanno sofferto un po' il mal di mare, ma tutto sommato è stata una splendida esperienza. Lo staff era molto esperto e disponibile!

Our tour was recommended by a tourist agent as a nice opportunity to see whales and dolphins. The catamaran itself was convenient with various seats around the ship so we could choose the most appropriate one and got the chance to see things from multiple perspectives. Although the toilet was filthy but I will return to that later. Let's continue. After we left the harbour the crew told us some information about the programme and safety equipment. In addition they said that if anybody feels sick just ask for a bag.At this point I thought OK there are always a few people who are sensitive and affected by rough sea confitions but I considered that I do not belong to these groups because I have never (really never) felt sick in cars in airplanes or even in ships. In our case the weather conditions were absolutely OK, it was sunny, warm but the wind was a bit strong. HOWEVER after we reached the open sea the sea became horrible. There were extremely huge waves and almost everybody on the ship started to feel sick including me. I had a nausea,I felt dizzy, my hands started to quake and my face looked as white as a wall. After 15 minutes most people started to vomit. It is important to mention that the crew was "helpful" because they prepared a whole pack of trashbag in advance to give it to the passengers as an alternative. (The toilet had become unusable before.) So I had to suffer at least 2 and a half hours under these circumstances which was one of the most terrible experiences in my life. All in all I do not think that this whole incident was the mistake of the company and I do not want to blame it on the crew. But if they had explained us the potential circumstances and their consequences that would have been a fair-play attitude. In this case this behaviour is totally unacceptable and vulgar since they forced everybody into a humiliating situation, endangering our health.

I have tried several trips on the boat in different countries and I would say it's the worst experience I had. Personal was awful, they thought it's a party on the boat with inappropriate dance and loud music? It's written there would be 1h if snorkeling? No way. It's 15 mins max, you cannot even understand what happened. Do not recommend, don't waste your money.

Excursión de tres horas. La tripulación muy amable y agradable. El barco un poco justito para 50 pax. Vimos ballenas y delfines bien. El chapuzón para hacer snorkel estuvo bien por el baño refrescante pero la fauna piscicola excasa. Te puedes ahorrar las gafas de buceo. Esta bien como experiencia para ver cetáceos..

Fantastic trip. Saw whales and dolphins. Caption made sure to turn the boat so all sides got to see. At one point we were surrounded by them on all sides. Didn't expect to see so many. Fab crew. Drinks included (coke fanta water etc) and booked 2 hr trip.

Great company. Captain And staff amazing. Very friendly. Drinks included. managed to fit us in last minute after a crappie company let us down. The Captain was aware my little girl hadn't seen the group of Dolphins so turned around just for her. Saw so many whales and Dolphins. Captain seems to know where they were going to be. Having done 8 trips with different companies i highly recommend these guys. Happy kids too. What an experience.

Die Tickets haben wir über GetYourGuide gekauft. Kann man aber auch direkt über den Veranstalter buchen und du erhältst zusätzlich einen Online Rabatt. Die Tour war sehr schön und wir haben mehrere Gruppen von Grindwalen gesehen, welche teilweise direkt unter dem Boot geschwonnen sind. Die Crew ist sehr freundlich und erklärt alles auf Englisch. Auf dem Boot haben wir auch kostenlose Getränke erhalten. Katamaran in einem sehr guten Zustand mit einer Toilette an Bord. Würde das nächste Mal ebenfalls über den Veranstalter buchen.

La tripulación se preocupa de que disfrutes y el patrón se se esfuerza por que los pasajeros disfruten el viaje. Muy buen trato por su parte. Cómo negativo decir que las bebidas a bordo son de marca blanca Mercadona y que si quieres pagar con tarjeta te cobran un 7% adicional porque si (parece que no declaran los pagos en efectivo).

Ein wunderschöner Ausflug aufs Meer. Der Catamaran ist zwei Stunden unterwegs und mit Glück sieht man Pilotwale und Delphine👍 Die Crew an Board ist Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und spaßig. Ein leichter Wellengang sollte für jeden erträglich sein. Ein Tip für empfindliche Mägen, vorher nichts Essen sonst war es umsonst😉 Vor dem Boarding werden Fotos gemacht, die beim Aussteigen gekauft werden können. Die Preisgestaltung ist bisschen komisch mit 1 Foto 8€ und zwei für 10€... da nimmt man gerne beide😁

Petit catamaran. Vu une famille de dauphins et les avons suivis pendant un bon moment. Équipage sympathique. Agréable moment.

Es war ein wundervoller Ausflug.Die Crew war sehr nett und lustig.Wir haben viele Delphine beobachten können und sogar 2 Grindwalpärchen.Die Fotos sind super geworden und wir haben sie gerne gekauft.Ich fand den Umgang mit den Tieren sehr rücksichtsvoll.Der Preis ist für 2 Std. absolut in Ordnung.

Immer wieder mit laufendem Motor mitten in die Delphingruppe gefahren. Es fühlte sich wie eine Hetzjagd an. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Für zwei Stunden und 28 Euro ein schöner Trip mit dem Katamaran. Wir haben viele Grindwale und normale Delphine ganz dicht gesehen, wunderschön. Länger und teurer muss die Tour nicht sein. Wir hatten die Tour in Englisch gebucht, es war schwer zu verstehen wegen des Akzents. Macht aber nicht wirklich etwas. Getränke gab's kostenlos an Bord. Eine Einschränkung: Vorher wurden Fotos gemacht, die nach der Tour verkauft werden. Eines für 8€, zwei für zehn. Absolut überteuert. Wir haben das nicht gemacht.

Tour wurde ohne Mitteilung abgesagt obwohl bereits Tickets über GetYourGuide gekauft wurden. Es wurde nicht mal vorher angerufen! Leider wurde uns auch bei der Rückerstattung nicht geholfen und wir mussten uns das Geld über eine Hotline erstatten lassen! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Horrible experience. Despite of concerns raised before trip they let completely drunk women to go on the boat. She had 2 children with her. 3 hours of horror on the ocean swearing shouting lady and captain swearing back. They should really call police as she forced her young doughters to swim in the ocean poor children were crying panicking as she could not get back on the boat. Not this sort of memories i wanted for my children:( After horror stoped and trip finished we visited the office but not much help there man who was responsible for letting that happened was rude sarcastic and not helpful at all. Finally we get money back but waisted few hours again. Very upsetting experience AVOID AVOID just money orientated company NOT SAFE to go especially with children and SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Los trabajadores son muy amables, disfrutamos de una experiencia inolvidable, vimos delfines y calderones (ballenas pequeñas) en su hábitat natural. Merece la pena hacer una excursión de este tipo.

Wouldn't recommend these to anyone! We booked a 3hour trip, the trip itself was good. The toilet was disgusting though. U would think they would make sure they keep it clean having up to 50 people at a time on the boat. Had 20hours 20mins though rather than the 3hours. When we got back my dad went to the office to see how long the mini bus would be because we were back early. He didn't complain but was offered a bit of a refund. He accepted and we went to wait for the mini bus. While standing there the captain and 2 other Crewe members came up to us shouting and basically just going mad!! The captain kept shouting 'you face' at us clearly meaning we were 2 faces because we hadn't spoke to him about it. He was in mine and my dads parents face! Very aggressive!! When they guy showed up to take us back to our hotel n he then started shouting at him for taking us back. The driver couldn't apologise enough and told us this wasn't the first time this had happened. Their behaviour was disgusting! U just don't treat people like that. Please stay away from this company.

Einfach toll für die, die in einer Touristen Zone ein bisschen mehr familiären Touch wollen. Super nette u bemühte Crew. Das kleinere Boot lässt es zu die Tiere näher sehen zu können. Ein herrlicher Ausflug.

Una experiencia pesima no por el viaje pk el viajes es lo que es sino pk t preguntan al reservar el idioma pk por ahi esta lleno de estranjeros, pues bien todas las resenas que daban eran en ingles,si pillas algo bien pr sino que haces?eso pr un lado el otro punto es que al subir al catamaran t hacen una foto y luego en el viaje t hacen unas cuantasqque pr ellas si kieres a parte de lo que pagas del viaje tienes k pagar 25e pr 3 fotos y luego a mas a mas la primera foto k t hacen antes de zarpar 8 euros mas en fin ahi lo dejo. Recomiendo mas tenoactiva todo en espanol y fotos gratuitas

What a great day out we had. There are other boats and they use radio contact to help pinpoint the whales. Free food not great though, so if you don't want a ham sandwich or chicken nuggets for the kids then bring your own.

We went to Whale watching tour on a rough sea day. Staff is very friendly, they reorganize the tour incase we cannot watch whales or dolphins, due to bad weather or any other reasons. Very friendly people and nice service!
