Excursion faite avec repas et transfert. Repas correct et transfert avec mini bus personnel. Le point de rendez-vous est pratique pour se garer. L'observation des étoiles était malheureusement très limitée par l'éclat de la lune ce soir là. Mais l'adaptation de Tenerife stars et les connaissances de Jean Marc ont permis d'observer la lune comme nous l'avons rarement vu. Jean marc est un passionné, qui même s'ils parle bcp, veille a ce que chacun observe et comprenne ce qu'il voit.

Delusione totale...nessuno ti spiega prima che se c'è la luna, non si vede nessuna costellazione...solo la luna..oltretutto se parli solo italiano ti danno una guida che si divide tra italiani e francesi dividendo pure un unico telescopio per 20 persone circa. In lingua inglese la guida disponeva di 5 telescopi. Cena inclusa pessima

Franchement déçue, une excursion qui coûte 195€ pour trois ne devraient pas être aussi décevante, on nous vend un magnifique coucher de soleil pas de chance trop de nuage le rendu est trés différent, on nous impose un repas (je dis imposé car on nous dépose devant un restaurant avec rien autour donc c est vendu comme ça un point c est tout mais bien sûr on le sait pas avant) pour manger une soupe, une cuisse de poulet et une mousse au chocolat avec un personnel pas tres sympa en plus ! Direction un parking à 2500m pour voir les étoiles, pas de chance des nuages, il fait froid mais ça on le savait mais c est surtout quoi faire à cet endroit pendant deux heures (oui il y a les explications sur les étoiles du monsieur mais faut il avoir envie de les écouter pour ma part son autorité verbale ne m a pas plu du tout, interdiction de ci de ça pas de téléphone pas de photos sauf celle prise par leur photographe bien sûr a 40€ les 4 photo numérique ou on voit rien d ailleurs ! Oui j ai vu saturne 30 secondes c était sympa mais à part ça perdre 6h (départ à 15h30 retour à 22h) de son temps et 195€ pour cette expérience plus jamais !

An amazing experience, very well organised and a true passion was shown through our tour guide Ozzy. He was incredibly knowledgeable and hilarious. The 3 course meal was simple but enjoyable, it was organised well and included wines, water and fizzy, whilst other options could be purchased from the bar. The sunset was stunning as was the stargazing afterwards. We had excellent visibility and it was incredible to view it from a volcano, above the cloud line. A once in a life time excursion.

Must see...especially if you have children. It is unforgettable, the sunset from the mountains and the stargazing. Don't miss out on this!

The evening was lovely. The sunset was beautiful. The tour guide told about his passion for the stars, the universe and beyond. I will start by saying the experience was amazing. As somebody from a city to see the sky in all it's glory was something I'll never forget. But the main focus and praise would have to goto our guide Ozzy! He was amazing! The amount of information he was able to give us in his light heated jokey manor was second to none. He is a real ambassador for your company! And should be celebrated as such! The pictures from the photographers were also great memories to take home with us and the girls were very polite and very professional. The passion Ozzy has for the stars really shines through in his giving of the information and was perfect. So thank you to tenerife stars but a massive thank you to Ozzy for making the experience what it was.

Great trip. Everything was well organized. The guide was very charismatic and shared a lot of interesting information — you can tell he has extensive knowledge of astrology. It was amazing to see the stars through the telescopes. I’ll definitely recommend it. An incredible experience — the best attraction on the island!

Experience agréable ne serait ce que pour l observation du ciel au télescope ( étoiles , anneaux de Saturne et lune 😍)mais je reste mitigé L organisation a , je pense , privilegié le nombre au confort et bien être des participants ( j imagine pour pouvoir rentabiliser ) Nous avons pris l option repas et observation sans transports ( nous avons suivi le bus avec notre propre véhicule ) Le point de rdv était le restaurant à 17h20 , le bus et guide sont arrivés a 18h . Le repas était correct mais assez expéditif Avec beaucoup trop de monde ( nous étions au moins 60) ce qui donnait l impression d être dans une cantine Le coucher du soleil était joli ,et le paysage magnifique mais là encore trop de monde pour un seul point de vue et un seul guide pour autant de personnes et autant de nationalités différentes. Difficile pour lui d' être attentif à chacun malgré toute sa bonne volonté . Sur L autre lieu d observation , il y avait un deuxième guide ( jean marc ) qui lui parlait français et italien Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans son groupe ( nous étions une quinzaine ) et avons pu apprécier ses explications et ses connaissances mais malheureusement les temps d attentes lorsqu il espliquait en italien étaient beaucoup trop long et nous nous sommes lassés . Il est très difficile de rester connecté a quelqu un quand celui c se disperse a plusieurs endroits et qu il est 22 h /23h ....dommage De même en raison du nombre de participants , les temps d observation au telescope étaient trop court .... L activité en elle même vaut la peine d être vécue mais je regrette que l organisateur ne tienne pas compte du ressenti ( fréquent) des participants qui comme moi ont l impression d une activité touristique de masse alors que celle ci mériterait d être vécue de façon plus intimiste . Merci quand même pour cette expérience et merci aux deux guides pour leur bonne humeur et leur sympathie 👍

Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit dem besten Guide, den man sich wünschen kann! Wenn Stargazing, dann bei Tenerife Stars. Ozzy macht das Ganze mit so einer Leidenschaft und Begeisterung, da wird man angesteckt. Das war unsere zweite Tour mit ihm, im August haben wir die Tour schon mal gebucht. Und trotzdem war es genauso aufregend wie das erste Mal. Dort wird mal wieder gezeigt, wie wunderschön unsere Welt ist, was leider immer mehr in Vergessenheit geraten ist. Ozzy, you're a Star! PS: Sind mit eigenem Auto gekommen, zum Essen, etc kann ich nichts sagen.

très déçu, on nous vend une excursion à 30 personnes résultats on se retrouve à une 100ene presque, pour jeter 2 coup d’œil dans le télescope et être déçu. vous devriez réduire les groupes pour privilégier la qualité que la quantité, le guide français est très gentil mais on se croirais à l’école très déçu

Mooie avond activiteit, je moet wel geduld hebben. We hebben deze excursie geboekt om de zonsondergang te kunnen bewonderen van boven. Hierna gingen we naar de sterren kijken en werd ons wat geleerd over het herkennen van de sterren. Het fijne van deze excursie is de gids spreekt vele talen wat het makkelijk maakt om iets te vragen. Dus ook Nederlands enkel gebruikt hij dit niet tijdens zijn uitleg. Je moet voor deze avond wel een eigen voedsel pakketje mee nemen, want het eten van het wegrestaurant is beperkt en niet uitnodigend. Wij kregen smaakloos pompoen soep en een kip bout waar alles nog in zat.

We had a great time on the Tenerife Stars excursion. The meal was lovely, and watching the sunset was beautiful. It was amazing to go stargazing and learn more about the constellations. Ozzy was a brilliant guide. He was really entertaining and friendly. We would definitely recommend the trip to anyone visiting Tenerife.

Erg leuk, gids praat ook Nederlands. Alles goed uitgelegd en met lasers worden de sterren aangewezen. Ook top telescopen zodat je planeten en de maan kunt zien.

We had a fantastic, educational experience last night. Firstly Ozzi was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and funny to go with it. He held everyone's attention with his fascinating facts. The meal was delicious and much more than we were expecting. Viewing the moon, and Saturn through the telescopes was mind-blowing. Thank you for an awesome evening. We will definitely recommend this excursion to our friends and family.

Great experience! Everything about the stargazing and sunset experience is something that will live long in the memory. The staff and everyone involved were amazing people and made our experience even better. This is something i would personally recommend and will return to do in the future.

Very cool excursion! Saw stars and constellations. We also learned a lot about constellations, planets etc. Ozzie was very knowledgeable. The option for hotel pickup was so convenient. We were picked up at 4:50p. About a little over 1hour spent picking everyone up. We arrived to the restaurant for dinner around 6:15p. We opted out of the dinner option but I did not like that we had to stand outside in the parking lot of the restaurant until the dinner concluded. The people who did not select the dinner option (8 ppl) could not sit on the bus or inside of the restaurant. And since we were already in the mountains the temperature began dropping. The first stop was the sunset over the clouds. It was beautiful. Absolutely breathtaking. Then we drove to the spot for the stargazing. There were 6 telescopes set up and each telescope would show the same object. So there were 6 lines to be able see the objects Ozzie had calibrated the telescopes to show (the moon, Saturn and M13 galaxy) for it to be such a large group everyone was able to see everything. Ozzie even captured a photo of the object through the telescope lens (with 2 passengers cellphones; apple & android) so they could be sent via airdrop and quickshare. The images were beautiful. At the end there was an option to have a professional photo taken for purchase. There were great views. We were dropped off at our hotel around 11:30pm. I would omit the dinner for this excursion and just have a later start time. And also, I don’t think this is good for children. It runs late, and it is cold out there. I wore jeans a long sleeve shirt, a windproof jacket and a blanket and was still cold. Not to mention the bus had the air on full blast the entire time.

Ozzy and the team were exceptional! They’re knowledge on all things space related and tiede is second to none! We learned so much! Experienced an incredible evening under the stars! This is a must do and there’s no better company to do it with! God bless to Pablo who supplied hot drinks/cold drinks and all manners of snacks happy retirement to you! Not a single bad word to say! Make sure to pack a hoodie! And say YES to the photos! the camera crew are amazing and I’m so glad we have the photos to savour the fantastic memories we will hold dear to us!

Driver that collected us from the arranged pick up location was not good, went in a van with tinted windows, missed the sunset, ignored when we asked questions, left sitting waiting in a van and couldn’t get out to take pictures at a location we were parked up at for 20mins. We had a different guide for doing the stars and he was brilliant! So passionate about what he does and we learnt lots from him. Driver even took a personal phone call that lasted 20mins on the handsfree in the van on the way up. When we were on the large bus back to the hotel the guide mentioned about how they spoke about all the history and the craters of the national park on the way up, unintentionally he highlighted to us the large difference in experiences and what our experience lacked in comparison to other guests. There was the option to have nice photos taken with the stars but it is €35 extra. Very expensive excursions that we left feeling so let down, raised the issue with the company and they have read my message and ignored. Don’t bother booking, if you have a car hired you can do what we done for no extra cost

Be ready that it's pretty cold up in the mountains especially at night and don't let the chill distract you from wonderful experience that is awaiting for you. We had a great time! Enjoyed clear sky with stars near Teide. Special thanks to the guide, for his meticulous tips to make great photos and how to navigate the sky.

Hallo ihr Sternegucker! Erstmal ein liebes Dankeschön, an das Team und allen Beteiligten. Ein unvergesslicher Abend. Die Tour an sich, hat für mich einfach 5 Sterne verdient. TLTR: Schöne Tour, Sehr Nettes Team, dass sich um die Kunden Kümmert, Essen Optional (Würde aber immer mit empfehlen) Informativ und Unterhaltsam. Hat sehr viel Freude bereitet. Bus: Erst wurde man unkompliziert abgeholt, war überrascht, als der Tourguide (Ozzy <3) uns auch in Deutsch angesprochen hat. Schön entspannt im Klimatisierten Bus. Bis alle eingesammelt waren, dann gab es erstmal ein "Kennenlernen", wie es weiter geht. Ich war überrascht, wie viele Sprachen der Tourguide einfach beherrscht. Restaurante: Der Raum war groß, klar viele Menschen, aber trotzdem gut belüftet. Das Restaurant hat sich alle mühe gegeben, der Ganzen Menschenmasse gerecht zu werden. (Fragten Explizit nach Vegan / Vegetarisch, oder ob es Allergien gab) Das Essen an sich, war überraschend gut, mehr nach Küche, als im Hotel. (Buffet) Sehr Lecker und ausreichend. Sunset: Gegen Wetter kann man nichts machen, aber der Spot ist trotzdem Sehenswert. Sterne: Der Spot, zum Sterne anschauen ist sehr schön. Der Guide erklärt viel mit Humor, aber auch sehr informativ. Genau so, sollte eine Präsentation sein. Mit Herz und Begeisterung. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass kein Müll Produziert wird und Kippen nicht irgendwo hin geworfen werden sollen. Jeder der sich nicht daran hält, sollte aus der Tour ausgeschlossen werden. (Kann dann im Bus warten) Die Erklärungen waren auf Englisch, was von vornherein klar sein sollte, bei so vielen Nationen. Jeder der das nicht verstanden hat, hat bei dieser Tour nichts verloren. Team: Alle waren durchweg sehr nett und Sympathisch. Und alles Kann, nichts muss. Das wird immer betont. Wer sich genötigt fühlt, hat an sich selber etwas zu Arbeiten. Overall: Eine sehr schöne Tour, die für 158€ über GYG, mehr verlangen könnte, für das, was geboten wird. Werde die Tour jedem Empfehlen, den ich Treffe, der nach Teneriffa Fliegt.

Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Wir wurden püntlich an dem vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Der Guide Ozzy war der Knaller. Mal abgesehen davon, das er gefühlt jede Sprache spricht, hat er die Tour mit viel Charme, Witz und noch mehr Wissen gestaltet. Wir hatten die Tour mit Essen gebucht. Dieses war auch sehr lecker, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, das sie 2 Busse voller Touris auf einmal bedient haben. Bestimmte Getränke (Cola, 7Up, Wasser und einheimischer Wein) standen kostenfrei auf dem Tisch. Bei uns war das Huhn sehr zart und verdammt lecker....wenngleich dadurch etwas zu wenig^^ Danach ging es weiter zum Sonnenuntergangsspot. Durch das Calima war es leider etwas diesig, und man konnte nicht viel davon sehen, was dem Spass aber keinen Abbruch gegeben hat, schließlich gab es noch genug in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Danach ging es weiter zu dem Sternenspot. Dort standen schon 4 Teleskope parat. Ozzy hat viel zu den Sternen, dem All, und dem Himmelzelt erklärt und die Teleskope dabei ausgerichtet. Die Erklärung lief Hauptsächlich auf Englisch. Vollkommen in Ordnung, da englisch schließlch die Weltsprache schlechthin ist und die Gruppe aus diversen Nationen bestanden hat. Zudem konnte man Ozzy auch auf der eigenen Sprache fragen, und er hat es einem dann nochmal so erklärt. Und das ganze für gerade einmal 80 Euro p.P. Es waren auch noch Fotografen mit dabei, welche, wer hätte es erwartet, Fotos von der Gruppe sowohl beim Sonnenuntergang, als auch dann bei der Sternenschau gemacht haben. Diese konnte man dann für 45 Euro dazuerwerben, hat on Top aber richtige, professionelle Sternenfotografien bekommen. Das einzige was mich gestört hat waren manche der anderen Touris, die sich nicht an die Regelungen gehalten haben. Bitte keine Zigaretten auf den Boden? Nope einfach ausgetreten...Bitte nicht vermüllen? Tja, Plastikbecher einfach liegen oder fallen gelassen obwohl da auch Mülleimer waren...Bitte kein Licht? Auto auf, Auto zu...Taschenlampe etc.... Das hat aber nichts mit der Tour an sich zu tun. Diese war rundum gelungen und hat Freudentränen ins Gesicht gezaubert

The tour was just as described in other reviews - the guide was indeed funny and very knowledgeable of course. It was very interesting to listen and needles to say, the atmosphere was amazing... The whole tour was well planned, the pickup, the restaurant, timing... Even how they bring you back. They take photos of you and if you purchase it, there's also a gift of photos with milky way etc (taken by the team a year round, not on the tour). And yes, it will be cold on in the evening, so you won't overdo it with a jacket or sweater, even if it wouldn't seem so at first.

Really loved the experience!! Very exiciting. I didn't had the dinner but drink something at the bar, I would have spent less time there and more watching at the sunset. I appreciate also the guide but sometimes difficulties to understand, I think his italian was not so good. On the other hand, the landscape was amazing so really happy to had this experience with you. Thank you!!

Me and my partner both really enjoyed the tour, we both thought the meal was nice and enjoyed getting to know others that were doing the tour also, the guides however were the highlight of the trip everyone was super knowledgeable and engaging which really helped as we both are beginners to astrology! Will be 110% recommending it in the future!!

We went up Teide to admire the sunset above the sea of clouds and, later, the stars: a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, but what made the trip even more special was the passion of Ozzi and Gianmarco. With enthusiasm and expertise, they guided us through the discovery of Tenerife’s sky in all its facets, sparking wonder and curiosity. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience an authentic and magical moment in touch with nature and the universe.

Properly enjoyed this experience, the whole crew were fantastic. They had some photographers there as well for an extra cost which took some of my favourite photos with my partner and I! To anyone going to Tenerife I strongly recommend you go and give this excursion a go!

We booked this trip whilst in resort as we wasn’t aware of it until we had arrived, we got picked up from outside our hotel, bus was a little bit early which was great, fully air conditioned which was lovely to enter. This trip was conducted really well and the view of the stars was amazing, Ozzy was our guide and he pointed out so much information, this chap knows his stuff and he was really comical which gave us added entertainment! We also got to see through the telescopes which were set up for some awesome sights and we even got photos from these. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. We did the trip which included the meal which was worth adding although you could get something separate to the group if you didn’t want the sit down meal. Really glad we found this excursion and would highly recommend it ✨⭐️

Nous avons réservé cette « excursion » pour voir les étoiles avec prise en charge du transport et sans repas. En amont nous avons vu avec les organisateurs pour pouvoir être déposé à notre logement en sachant que l’heure prévu du retour ne nous permettait pas de prendre de bus. La reponse étant positive nous avons confirmé la réservation. (Ça n’a évidemment pas été le cas, le chauffeur nous a laissé en pleine nuit sans aucun autre moyen de transport). A notre arrivée nous avons attendu + de 20 minutes, sans aucunes informations. La description de l’activité nous vend un couché de soleil et un ciel étoilé à couper le souffle. Cependant la présence de la Calima rendait l’activité impossible à faire !!!! On ne voyait tout simplement : rien. Information qui aurait pu être donné en amont pour qu’on ai la possibilité d’annuler !!! Manque d’honnêteté et de transparence de leurs part. Concernant les caméscopes (6 pour 100 personnes) nous avons dû attendre une demi-heure pour qu’ils soient réglés, puis attendre de nouveau pour les explications faites par un guide devant gérer deux langues en même temps. Résultat : temps d’attente de 15 à 20 min entre chaque explication où l’on devait imaginer les étoiles…. Nous exigeons un remboursement pour une activité qui n’a pas pu être faite comme la description l’indique. On nous a vendu une activité qui était impossible à faire ce jour la, ces « passionnés » en astronomie savaient pertinemment qu’il était tout bonnement IMPOSSIBLE de voir un ciel étoilé !! Honte à vous de voler l’argent et le temps de touristes désireux de vivre une expérience exceptionnelle. Si c’était pour voir la lune et une pauvre planète pendant 15s chacun avec des explications vagues, une simple vidéo « c’est pas sorcier » ou Arte aurait été suffisant.

È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa! Il Parco del Teide super curato ed estremamente pulito. Il tramonto è stato emozionante e la visione delle stelle magnifica. La guida preparatissima e l'esperienza organizzata in modo impeccabile...da fare sicuramente!

We absolutely loved the experience and would recommend it. Firstly, the multiple pick up locations make the transfer super easy (although we are staying in the North which you don’t pick up from, so something to bare in mind). The driver and hosts were all so lovely and welcoming, so it made the experience comfortable. We loved the option of professional photographers for such a good price. The dinner was also delicious, we loved the local experience. The only down side was I assumed we would be able to see the Milky Way and planets with our eyes, which we couldn’t (needed a telescope). But it didn’t take away from the amazing experience we had, so thank you to all the team!

We absolutely loved it, and thank you for catering for a vegan. Ozzi was fabulous and looked after everyone. We particularly enjoyed his talks about the stars and planets, but it was sometimes difficult to hear him due to people chatting around us. Not sure why they'd book such an experience if they're not interested in learning. Still we learned a lot! The photographs are worth every penny and we're going to make a coffee table book out of them so we can see our memories at a glance. Thank you for an out of this world experience.

Guardare il tramondo da quel mirador è stato bellissimo; Il momento di osservazione delle stelle è stato davvero emozionante, abbiamo potuto osservare il cielo con dei telescopi professionali, con esperti che ci guidavano nell'osservazione con spiegazioni teoriche (Parlano varie lingue quindi è stato molto agevole) e, dulcis in fundo, il team di fotografi (Enrica, Alessio, Amelie e Stefania) ha immortalato questa splendida esperienza in vari momenti permettondomi di portare a casa delle foto straordinarie. È stata davvero un’esperienza bellissima e unica. La guida ci ha spiegato le costellazioni e la luna con grande passione, rendendo tutto ancora più affascinante. La consiglio vivamente! L’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare all’agenzia organizzatrice è di prevedere un bus separato per chi non partecipa alla cena al ristorante, in modo da evitare che l’escursione si prolunghi troppo e risulti un po’ appesantita.

Wij hebben gisteravond genoten van begin tot eind. We hadden een tour met eigen vervoer geboekt met diner. We ontmoetten onze gids Ozzy in het restaurant, waar we heerlijk gegeten hebben. Daarna duidelijke instructies om de bus te volgen naar het punt waar we de zonsondergang hebben gekeken. Daarna door naar het punt waar we sterren hebben gekeken. De gids sprak enorm veel talen vloeiend en hij wist ontzettend veel te vertellen over de sterren met veel humor. Ook kwam Pablo langs met warme dranken en versnaperingen. De professionele fotografen hebben een hele mooie fotoshoot gemaakt met de melkweg op de achtergrond. Erg gaaf aandenken! Ik raad iedereen deze tour aan, dit moet je gedaan hebben als je op Tenerife bent!

Simply 5 stars, yes.. quality food can be better. But consider they can manage a group of 80 people and can still make it feel intimate. The location for the stars was perfect and Ozzy was spot on with well placed jokes on all of the tourists, was able to tell so much about the location and the stars + the view in the telescopes. He makes guides look good and fun again!

De sterren waren goed te zien. Je zag ook vallende sterren. De tourguide kon net passie en humor vertellen over ons zonnestelsel. Dit vond ik persoonlijk het leukst. Lekker kijken en luisteren. Er waren ook 4 telescopen waar je verder de sterren kon bekijken. Dit was ook top. Voor 40 euro per persoon konden wij met onze gehuurde auto zelf omhoog rijden. De wegen zijn goed te doen.

Franchement, je reste sur ma faim. Le coucher de soleil au-dessus des nuages était magnifique, mais l’endroit choisi ne semblait pas être le plus adapté. On avait l’impression qu’il y avait de bien meilleurs points de vue autour. Ensuite, énorme groupe : un car entier + une vingtaine de voitures, donc facilement 150 personnes. Forcément, ça casse un peu le charme. L’organisation n’était pas au top : beaucoup d’attente, une collation payante. Le guide Français était vraiment sympa et passionné, mais ses explications étaient longues, répétitives, et il parlait beaucoup plus italien que français. L’autre guide était plus fun, faisait des blagues et était beaucoup plus enthousiaste. Résultat, on s’est ennuyé on a decroche avant la fin rt ne pouvions pas partir car les personnes qui faisaient de la lumiere se faisaient “gronder” Côté repas, rien d’inoubliable : soupe correcte, poulet grillé mais à peine chaud. Et pour l’observation, ça a été décevant : un petit tour chacun au télescope, sans grand émerveillement. Nous n’avons pas eu l’atelier pour apprendre à photographier les étoiles. Bref, c’est dommage car le potentiel est énorme et les guides eux-mêmes sont adorables, passionnés et très disponibles. C’est uniquement pour eux que je mets 2 étoiles.

Ho tentato più volte di contattare la referente, Daniela, sia telefonicamente che tramite messaggi, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Un comportamento scorretto, irrispettoso e maleducato nei confronti di chi aveva prenotato il tour. Gli imprevisti possono capitare, ma è doveroso avvisare tempestivamente e rispondere ai clienti. Sconsiglio questa agenzia per effettuare i tour.

We’ve had a beautiful evening and the sunset and star gazing was amazing. Especially a lot of applause for our guide Ozzy, he’s telling all the things about the surroundings and stars with so much enthusiasm and humor, really addicting! And he speaks so many languages so everybody can understand what he’s saying (although the info he’s telling is in English (that was totally fine with me and i’m from the Netherlands). Also a lot of thanks to Ozzy’s co-workers like the photographer. She took all the time to make sure everybody could get there pictures taken even though it was getting pretty late. I don’t have any tips because i thought the whole trip was organized pretty good. I would recommend it to everybody who is visiting Tenerife, because it was such a unique experience! 💫

Tolle Tour mit einem Guide der auf mehreren Ebenen beeindruckt! Er spricht gefühlt jede Sprache fließend und wird nicht müde, alles für die jeweiligen Landleute zu wiederholen. Seine Begeisterung für die Sterne, die Galaxien und das Universum hat mich sehr fasziniert! Die Zigarrengalaxie zu sehen wird für mich für immer unvergesslich bleiben. Vielen Dank dafür! Es kann eventuell sein, dass man eine etwas falsche Erwartung an den Blick in die Sterne hat, wenn man sich aber darauf einlässt, kann man in eine ganz neue Welt eintauchen. Macht weiter so! Vielen Dank, dass ihr die Menschen jeden Tag an dieser Faszination teilhaben lasst!

Au départ je me suis dit bon je vais passer la soirée à regarder les étoiles avec mon fils . Chose que je fais en ville à la maison . Mais c'est sans compter le passionné Jean Marc qui nous a transmis son amour de l'astronomie à travers ses explications ! On a adoré l'expérience ! On en est reparti des étoiles dan les yeux ! Un grand merci à Jean Marc et au chauffeur. Je recommande vivement cette activité ! À faire en famille , entre amis ou en couple !

Was für ein Flop! Wo kommen diese ganzen guten Bewertungen her? Uns wurde leckeres Essen, ein schöner Sonnenuntergang und eine schöne Exkursion in den Sternenhimmel und das Deutschsprachig verbrochen. Das Essen war ein absolute Frechheit. So wenig Respekt vor Lebensmittel habe ich lange nicht gesehen. Die Suppe war nur mit viel Nachwürzen etwas genießbar. Der Hauptgang war völlig versaut. Salzige Kartoffeln, trockener Salat und das Huhn war verbrannt und trocken. Ich weiß auch nicht aus welcher Fabrik das Dessert her kam, aber auch das schmeckte nach purer Chemie. Der Wein war billiger Mist in Flaschen abgefüllt. Am leckersten war das Wasser. Der Sonnenuntergang war in Ordnung. Hatte schon schönere aber da scheinen sie zu wissen was sie tun. Zeit war gut abgepasst. Tja und was nun die deutschsprachige Exkursion zu den Sternen betrifft! Eher auch ein Flop. Am laufende Bande wurde englisch gesprochen. Und das in einem Tempo und Lautstärke das es nicht schön war. Erst nach Hinweis das es doch auch deutschsprachig sein sollte, hat er aller 5 Sätze mal ein deutsches Wort oder sogar mal einen ganzen mit 3-5Worten bespickten Satz heraus bekommen. Der Guid hat sich um 4 Teleskope gekümmert. Aber so richtig ran durfte keiner. Man musste sich anstellen zu schauen und nur dann wen er das wollte. Es waren aber auch viel zu viele Menschen auf diesem Ort. Keine Ruhe um sich die Sterne anschauen zu können. Mir kam das auch zum Teil wie eine Verkaufsfahrt vor. Am wichtigsten war es den Leuten Fotos aufzudrücken die sie von ihnen gemacht haben. 45€ für mittelmäßige JPG‘s? Abzocke. Es wurde auch mehrfach auf die tollen Snacks hingewiesen. Diese dann für teuer Geld gekauft werden sollten. Schlussendlich hätte man das auch alleine mit Auto machen können ohne gleich so viel Geld zum Fenster rauszuschmeißen. Unser Guid hört sich scheinbar auch gerne reden. Ohne Punkt und Komma hat der geredet. Aber eben nur englisch und mal Französisch. Aber wir haben festgestellt das wir lieber den Guid für die Franzosen und Italiener zugehört haben. Haben zwar nix verstanden aber es hörte sich gut und ruhig an. Also einfach nur ein Reinfall. Fahr selber dahin und geht vorher schick essen.

Experience was absolutely incredible, easily one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. If I had to give any feedback it’d be just to ask the restaurant to serve the food hot but it’s not that big of a deal because it was very tasty. I just want to add that Ozy was an amazing tour guide and definitely the best I’ve ever met, please please extend our gratitude to him and wish him every blessing and best of luck from us as well. Thank you very much for having us, we’ll be sure to be back in the future.

Amazing experience!! We booked through a ticket desk at the local marina who highly recommended the experience as the best one in Tenerife. We can’t disagree. We received information from Tenerife stars advising us of the pick up time a day or 2 before the excursion - we were given a rough time by the sales man, but this is subject to change depending on all the stops required for the excursion. The coach arrived at the updated time. They also provided us with information of what to bring (warm clothes, blanket, etc) and requested any dietary requirements. On the day. We were collected by coach. We were expecting a smaller tour, but this made no difference. We were taken on the comfy, air conditioned coach to all pick up points and headed off for dinner. Ozzy, the tour guide, gave us all the information of travel times and the plan for the night, in multiple languages!! We stopped for dinner at a little restaurant that was prepared for us coming. The table was also set with wine, water and juice for everyone. We then headed up higher to a view point to watch the sunset where there was an option to get professional photos taken by a lovely team of photographers. They were extremely efficient to make sure that everyone who wanted photos got them before the sunset! Ozzy also gave information on the islands that could be seen from the view point and the history of Tenerife. After we headed even further up to the bottom of Teide for the star gazing. The car park was extremely busy so the bus was not able to park there so dropped us off. We had a stunning experience! Ozzy explained the telescopes to us and about what we would be looking at. The experience was amazing!!! Ozzy was so knowledgeable about the stars and it was clear that it is such a passion of his! He was able to answer all our questions and made sure that we could see what he was talking about through the telescope. The same team of photographers were there and took beautiful photos under the Milky Way. The team showed us the photos taken so we could decide if we wanted to buy them or not. They had a great deal for buying both sunset and stars photos. We were very surprised with the pricing. There was also a little tuck shop truck where you could buy some snacks and drinks to enjoy. FYI - no toilets from when you leave the restaurant until you are dropped off at the end of the night so don’t drink too much!

Avevo prenotato tramite Booking l’escursione "Meraviglie vulcaniche e forestali del Parco Nazionale del Teide per piccoli gruppi". Purtroppo, proprio il giorno previsto per l’esperienza, ho ricevuto una mail che mi informava della cancellazione della prenotazione. Non so se avrò un’altra occasione per tornare a Tenerife e mi sarebbe piaciuto tantissimo visitare il Teide. Purtroppo, a causa di questa imprevista cancellazione da parte dell’agenzia, non potrò realizzare questo desiderio.

Sehr gut geführte Abendtour. Wir haben mit dem eigenen Auto daran teilgenommen. Ozzi war ein sehr unterhaltsamer Guide und hat uns voller Enthusiasmus Fakten über die Sterne und das Weltall erklärt. War auch mega lustig. Bitte unbedingt eine Jacke/Pullover mitnehmen, es wird doch sehr kühl.

Me llevo un bonito recuerdo, el paisaje es excepcional y es un MUST sin duda alguna, pero en lo que respecta a las explicaciones sobre las estrellas, quedé un poco decepcionada. Me esperaba un momento mucho más dinámico y entretenido. Los tiempos de espera para poder ver por el telescopio eran muy largos. Nuestro grupo, el de hispanohablantes, compartimos un telescopio con el grupo de italoparlantes. También teníamos el mismo guía, por lo que las explicaciones resultaban repetitivas ya que primero las explicaba en italiano y después en francés. Pienso que lo más recomendable es que solo haya un guía por idioma para que todo fluya de forma más rápida y dinámica. Por lo demás, el trato fue bueno y los guías muy agradables.

Geweldige ervaring. Voor het eten was de kip wat droog. Maar alles was wel lekker. Maar de zonsondergang, de maan en sterren.. geweldig. Ook de gids deed het met veel passie. Een echte aanrader.

Giammarco buonasera, la serata di ieri sera è stata sicuramente piacevole e proficua in rapporto alle tue spiegazioni in materia…a mio avviso, però, al di là di quello che può essere il guadagno della serata e sicuramente capisco…!!! L’ideale sarebbe intrattenere un gruppo più ristretto e magari dello stesso paese di provenienza così da non ripetere, almeno è stato ieri sera le stese cose in più lingue(ieri italiano e francese)con una sicura distrazione degli uni e degli altri.Insomma le tue spiegazioni sarebbero sicuramente più vissute e capite con te vicino per ogni partecipante. Ultima annotazione, magari quando arriva il momento di usare il binocolo, sarebbe il caso di prenderne invece che uno, almeno 3/4 sempre per il motivo di cui sopra… un caro saluto, come sempre esprimo le mie opinioni e sicuramente diventeranno 5 stelle nella prossima recensione .

My partner and I had an amazing time with Tenerife Stars. Every part of the experience was well thought out and well planned. Ozzie was an incredible host, and made us feel very welcome. There was plenty of time for dinner, sunset, and star gazing. It was definitely the most incredible night sky we had ever seen, and Ozzie’s knowledge and passion for astronomy taught us so much. So cool to use the telescopes to see parts of the universe we could never see any other way. We would definitely recommend Tenerife Stars for friends visiting the area.

This was a magnificent experience! We did the self drive + meal option. The tour guide, Ozzy, was so passionate, knowledgeable and charismatic that he truly defined the experience and set the tone throughout. The meal was delicious. The sunset was beautiful. The absolute best part was the stars and the presentation of the sky, however. This was so beautiful. You could lay down and just look at the sky while Ozzy explained where the constellations were and how they moved. He also taught us how to use the astrophotography feature on the iphones. Driving down the mountain very late at night was a bit scary with it's many twists and turns so if you are not comfortable driving the bus may be a better option. There was no one on the road though so it was a careful but okay drive.

Très, très déçue. Pour résumer : allez-y par vous-même sans réserver l'excursion ! Vous ferez bien ce que vous voulez, et la vision dans le télescope est loin d’être spectaculaire. Descriptions Nous avons récupéré tout le monde les uns après les autres, tel un bus de ville : cela a mis plus d'une heure. Au restaurant, la soupe était bonne, mais le plat n’était pas très chaud. Le poulet était grillé et on a mangé en 20 minutes. Le service est très efficace. Ensuite, nous sommes remontés dans le bus pour faire plusieurs arrêts à des points de vue, avec des explications toujours (et uniquement) en anglais, alors que le guide parlait plusieurs langues. Le coucher de soleil était superbe au-dessus des nuages, mais le spot est loin d’être le meilleur pour l’observer, d’après ce qu’on a pu apercevoir (peut-être faute d’autorisations ?) Sur le site d’observation, encore de l’attente pendant l’installation, puis une collation payante. Les groupes sont faits par langue, où nous avons enfin pu parler en français (il était 22h), avec un guide très sympa qui traduisait aussi en italien. Mais ses explications étaient extrêmement longues, répétitives et très scolaires. Beaucoup de participants ont décroché ou quitté les lieux bien avant la fin (pour ceux qui étaient venus en voiture). Nous avons tout de même pu regarder à tour de rôle dans le télescope, mais sans émerveillement (et nous n’étions pas les seuls). Si vous venez avec votre propre véhicule, vous pouvez repartir quand vous voulez, mais bon... Quand le guide dit "pas de lumière" et que les voitures démarrent, et que même le chauffeur du bus allume ses phares… c’est raté pour le noir absolu. Pour un site numéro 1 pour observer les étoiles, je pense qu’il y a beaucoup d’améliorations à apporter pour le confort des participants. Néanmoins, tous les guides sont absolument passionnés par ce qu’ils font. Ça se voit qu’ils aiment leur métier et qu’ils ont la joie de faire découvrir leur passion. Ils étaient tous très gentils, disponibles, et répondaient volontiers aux questions. C’est bien pour cela que je mets tout de même 3 étoiles : pour ces personnes passionnées qui méritent d'être félicités Les photos sont prises avec un téléphone bas de gamme d'autant plus

Ciao ragazzi, Ieri ho vissuto un’esperienza davvero pazzesca: il tramonto sopra le nuvole e poi la vista delle stelle dal Teide, tutto in una sola serata! Emozioni fortissime, paesaggi mozzafiato, e un cielo stellato che lascia senza parole. Ad accompagnarci c’erano Alessio, Roberta ed Enrica, che si sono occupati di fare foto spettacolari a tutti noi con sfondi incredibili. Sono stati super simpatici, gentili e sempre disponibili: davvero delle persone adorabili che hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. E le foto? Inutile dirlo… semplicemente WOW! Un ricordo bellissimo che porterò nel cuore. Consigliatissimo!

10/10 experience from start to finish , ozzy is extremely informative but keeps its casual and fun so you don’t feel like your sat in a classroom. The food was surprisingly great (coming from a fussy eater) with plenty of drinks provided with it. The sunset stop 3/4 of the way up is truly breathtaking and is a reason all on its own to go! Once your at the stargazing stop , your presented with 5/6 telescopes (more than anyone else seemed to have when we past other groups on the coach) and depending on the nationalities , split into groups, so ozzy and the other guide/s can make sure your not missing out on anything in your chosen language. On our tour there were British & Irish (English language) , German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French. Each explanation was translated by one of the guides who knew multiple languages so you didn’t miss out on anything! The sights from the telescope were fantastic, they have Astrophotographers to take pictures for a little extra (it’s worth it) and a lovely vendor selling food and drink (including beer&wine and most importantly hot drinks) listen to their advice to wrap up! It’s really cold up there! 10/10 wish we had more cash left at the end to tip.

In my opinion, the most interesting experience I did in Tenerife, I was fascinated with it.

Il nostro driver è stato bravissimo, sempre disponibile e di ottima compagnia: ci ha raccontato tante curiosità sull’isola che hanno reso il viaggio ancora più interessante. Gianmarco invece ci ha spiegato le stelle in una maniera fenomenale, coinvolgente e chiarissima. Consiglio a chiunque di affidarsi a loro, ne vale assolutamente la pena.

I didn't know what to expect and wondered if the four ou had erred booking this excursion. However I have been proved wrong at every turn. The pre excursion was excellent and the bus turned up bang on time at the exact location we had been provided. From that point our brilliant guide Ozzy was an enthusiastic mine of information and linguistic genius who could even speak Scottish. The food stop was brilliant, well organised and very tasty food, again with enthusiastic and happy staff. The best excursion food stop I've been on. First stop for sunset was absolutely stunning and Ozzy pointed out all the best photo opportunities. Then on to the piece de resistance - the Star gazing. Yet again I was surprised with Ozzy's local geographical knowledge as we approached our viewing area and his teaching skills were brilliant. He had all of us in the palm of his hands as he bounced us round the sky and the equipment used appeared absolute top class. Take the advice of everyone who tells you it will be cold up there. It really is and it's a long session up there as you see star clusters, the moon , planets, shooting stars, twin stars you name it. There were hit drinks up there and snacks at very reasonable prices. Even on the decent afterwards Ozzy was priceless. I'd recommend to everyone.

Absolutely incredible experience with Tenerife Stars! From start to finish, the stargazing excursion exceeded all expectations. The evening began with a delicious dinner at a beautiful local winery — the food was amazing and the atmosphere was just as memorable. We had so much fun throughout the entire excursion. Watching the sunset above the clouds was absolutely breathtaking, and the stargazing portion was truly unforgettable. Als je meer over de gigante vulkaan te weten komt dan begrijp je waarom de Teide maar een baby is. Indrukwekkende uitleg tijdens de tour met een eerste stop voor de zon’s ondergang. Je kunt foto’s daar laten maken door echt lieve fotografen. Boven de wolken! Ik was nog niet helemaal in mijn “comfort zone”. Dus dit liet ik aan mij voorbij gaan (helaas). Maar ik ga te snel. Tijdens de rit ontzettend veel waardevolle informatie ontvangen over de vulkanen, het land en de groei van Tenerife. Eenmaal daar waar the stars are shining… de telescopen stonden liefdevol voor ons opgesteld. Met een passie voor het heelal liet het team ons sterren zien die op dat moment aan de hemel stonden. Ik heb een ding onthouden; de Noorder ster is er altijd. Op de zelfde plaats. Ik ben een kou kleum en dacht met een extra trui en jas het te redden. NIET. Je wil het daar boven niets missen omdat je bevriest. Ps. Laat je telefoon in je zak. Elk nep licht is een vervuiling van het moois dat je daar ziet. Thank’s to Oz (goud mijn aan informatie/ talen en passie) team pictures ☀️✨ and Pablo 😊… beste chocomelk en wijn en veel meer goeds in zijn jeep (leek erop) Wat ik niet zou doen is boeken met een diner. Wij hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad bij Tenerife Stars! De gids was erg enthousiast en wist op een leuke en boeiende manier veel te vertellen. Hierdoor hing er een prettige en ontspannen sfeer. De uitleg was voornamelijk in het Engels, wat goed te volgen was, en eventuele vragen konden gewoon in het Nederlands gesteld worden. Het optionele avondmenu was erg lekker en na het diner konden we genieten van een prachtige zonsondergang. Daarna volgde het hoogtepunt: het sterrenkijken. Het kan 's avonds koud worden, dus warme kleding is aan te raden – gelukkig waren we hier van tevoren over geïnformeerd. Het bekijken van sterren en planeten door de telescoop was indrukwekkend, en de gids deelde opnieuw veel interessante en leerzame informatie. De professionele foto’s zijn zeker de moeite waard, en de zelfgemaakte chocolademelk was een heerlijke afsluiter. Kortom: het was een geweldige avond en we raden Tenerife Stars van harte aan!

the activity itself was good and the instructor was professional and interesting. on the other hand, it was too crowded for only one instructor and 1 assistant (at the activity point) and noisy. there were this couple who kept on turning their car lights on and off (like 6 times) until they left. second, it is not understood from the website content that self driving means 2 legs: from the our hotel to meeting point for sunset and from the meeting point to the activity point. it's not a big deal but i think it should be more pointed out. i discovered it only a night before and i didn't knew how much i will have to drive at night and where to.

The guide is very experienced and humorous. Pictures are not as good as expected. It's really cold at night. A great experience anyway.

It is better to choose another company that takes smaller groups. The activity itself was very interesting and the guide was excellent, but the group was huge. I estimate the group consisted of at least 80 people. As a result, we had to wait in line to look at the telescope, there was a lot of noise and a lot of disruption and it really spoiled the experience.

On May 7th, 2025, my wife and I joined your Teide stargazing tour. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing due to misleading information and a lack of proper care. Prior to the tour, I personally called to ask what clothing would be necessary, as I was shopping specifically for this event. I clearly asked whether a winter jacket would be required. They assured me that a jumper would be sufficient. Based on that advice, both my wife and I dressed accordingly When we arrived at Mount Teide, the conditions were extremely cold — far colder than expected. All staff members were wearing winter coats, hats, and gloves, while none of the guests, including us, had been informed to prepare for such weather. Many were visibly uncomfortable, and several expressed their concerns. Due to the cold, we were forced to stay inside the bus for most of the evening and completely missed the stargazing experience. We couldn’t use the telescopes or take part in the explanations — the main part of the tour that we paid for. Despite mentioning that we couldn’t cope with the conditions, no support or alternative was offered. We paid €130 for an experience that was not delivered. This situation could have been prevented with accurate information from your staff. We are extremely disappointed.

We had a fantastic time on the Small Group Teide National Park Volcanic and Forest Wonders tour! Our guide, Ozzy, was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the area. It’s a small, private-style tour that takes you off the beaten path to some incredible spots you won’t find on the typical tourist route. A couple of tips: the car windows are heavily tinted, which makes it tricky to take photos from inside, and you don’t stop at all the points on the itinerary. Also, bring a few euros for washrooms and small purchases along the way. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a more personal and unique Teide experience!

My boyfriend and I went on the tenerife sunsets and stars excursion and it was 1 of the amazing experiences we have ever had. From our tour guide, Ozzy, the meal, the history of the mountain, the sunset, the stars the hot chocolate and down to every member of staff going above and beyond, it was an evening we will remember forever. We loved our tour with Tenerife Stars starting at a real Canarian restaurant eating from local cuisine, a pumpkin soup, roasted chicken, papas arrugadas and some vegetables. After dinner the real fun begins with watching a beautiful sunset over La Palma. Taking some photos and seeing the last orange light disappear over the Teide Vulcano from Mirador de los Poleos. All with the comments of Ozzi the multilingual guide (we were not able to get him in trouble with German, Dutch, English, Spanish Italian Polish and French only the Chinese family made him stutter a bit - amazing how someone could adres people in so many languages) After the stop you are moving up to 2000m at the Unesco World Heritage Teide National Park my favorite place in the world. By day it's a hellscape you would only see in movies, by Night it's pitch dark 🌑 it's amazing how many stars there are and so sad we aren't able to enjoy those in the rest of the world. While Ozzi prepares the telescopes he will talk about all things space, navigation, satellites, stars, planets and our moon with a dose of humor and knowledge. It would be recommended to tell people beforehand to turn the phones off to prevent blinding others or themselves. I've had another tour where they used the bus to block off the road / car lights that would also be amazing. Last I'd send people a Starmap for coming night beforehand just by WhatsApp so they could check it in the bus or still at home it's fun to know something before you go there. We loved it! Very organised, Ozzie, our guide and José, our driver were very polite and helpful. Loved seeing the sunset at the viewpoint too. Having 5 telescopes was great so everyone could take turns and it didn’t feel like we were waiting too long. Having Pablo there for hot drinks was great too - best hot chocolate ever! Ozzie’s knowledge was great, we learned so much and it was truly one of the best excursions we’ve ever done - stargazing in a special place as Teide National Park?! Bucket list ticked! Esperienza molto interessante. Comodo il servizio di trasporto. Abbiamo fatto la cena inclusa nel pacchetto e visto il tramonto da 1400 metri. Dopo siamo andati, sempre con il bus, fino a 2000 metri. Bellissima esperienza dove guide esperte spiegano le principali stelle e pianeti che si possono vedere con il telescopio a disposizione. Abbiamo visto anche una galassia!

Just travel on your own and drive alone rsther than with them, very overpriced and too crowded tours with 100ish people on this tour group alone that paid (i dont mean the public people passing by), telescope quality is pretty bad to mid at best I say as someone who has worked with telescopes before, not worth pricepoint overall

It was really good adventure. Supper with friendly atmosphere, funny, nice and friendly, helpfull guide Ozzi. Really good place for sunset and interesting stories about stars connected with telescope observations. Would recommend!

My daughter and I will find it exceptional! The meal was good, the guides and photographer were very kind, and their explanations were very clear, the stop at sunset was magnificent, and the starry night was incredible, we were very moved to be able to attend this show. The only thing that was a shame was that there were a lot of people, and very little time to take pictures at the end under the starry night, but that's it, we do not regret this experience at all.

Trotz etwas schlechtem Wetter konnten wir den Sternenhimmel beobachten und mit dem Teleskop Sterne betrachten. Ich würde die Tour empfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience the trip was amazing from start to finish and very informative. The stars are so beautiful. We had a lovely meal though basic then went to see the stunning sunset then on to the stargazing. It was breathtaking. The only thing i would recommend to anyone doing this is make sure you dress appropriately in really warm clothing as its absolutely freezing up there! Thank you for a wonderful night

Ozzy the guide was very competent and funny. He explained everything in a very interesting way and with passion. The atmosphere standing in the crater at night was awesome. We saw the moon, Jupiter, orion complex and more by telescope.The dinner before was okay. There were also some guys taking professional photos which could be bought only after the last photo. It would have been great to had more time for that decision. But in a nutshell the tour is really recommended with a stunning sunset and sky view at night. Don't forget warm clothings because it was around 2 degrees in April.

Die Tour als solche ist in Ordnung....Wir fanden den Abend sehr schön und es war eine interessante Erfahrung mal auf dem Teide bei Nacht unterwegs zu sein und in den Sternenhimmel zu schauen. Ozzi ist zu dem auch sehr unterhaltsam und gut drauf. Er hat uns gut durch den Abend geführt. Wir durften auch durch die Teleskope schauen und uns wurden verschiedene Sterne erläutert. Wir dachten bloß, das jede Person ein Teleskop bekommt und damit den Sternenhimmel erkundet und Information dazu bekommt. Es standen dann aber fünf Fest Installierte Teleskope vor Ort, und man schaute nach und nach durch was auch in Ordnung gewesen ist. Wir hatten bloß eine etwas andere Vorstellung, was aber nicht schlimm war. Man kam gut mit der Gruppe ins Gespräch und wir hatten einen spannenden Abend. LG Wolfgang 🤚

Il tour è stato organizzato alla perfezione e la nostra guida è stata molto gentile e preparata. Il tramonto sul Teide è stato semplicemente spettacolare. La vista dal punto di osservazione era mozzafiato e il colore del cielo durante il tramonto era incredibile. Durante la cena abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di assaggiare alcuni piatti tipici canari. Ma il momento clou della serata è stata la visione delle stelle al telescopio. È stata un'esperienza emozionante. La guida ci ha spiegato molte cose interessanti sulle stelle e sui pianeti. In sintesi, il Tenerife Stars Tour è un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti coloro che visitano Tenerife. Non ve ne pentirete!

It was amazing, my wife and I truly loved it. The guide, Ozzy, was charming and charismatic. And he also explained everything really well. A 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone!

This experience was amazing!! Our tour guide Ozzi was fabulous so funny and very informative you can tell he is very passionate at what he does. The food on the excursion was lovely ( I am very fussy and enjoyed it) only thing I would say is being a type one diabetic there was no sugar free drinks included on the table only water you can buy drinks at the restaurant bar. Moving on to the sunset and stargazing part. It was absolutely breathtaking seen nothing like it before the sun setting above the clouds and never seen so many stars before it was stunning! Ozzie tells you lots of interesting info about the island and the stars. Definitely recommend doing this tour when in Tenerife. Thanks Tenerife stars for the unforgettable experience ✨

Such an amazing experience from start to finish Coach picked us up promptly stopped for the meal which was delicious everybody was catered for getting to know other people whilst sat down at our table was great 2nd stop was sunset which was an amazing experience and final stop was the Star of the trip such fantastic experience had multiple opportunities to use telescopes and some amazing lessons the whole of my family truly thought this was a once in a lifetime experience that we would never forget. Wir hatten zu zweit die teide Tour mit Sonnenuntergang gebucht. Abholung war sehr pünktlich und die Begrüßung herzlich. Nachdem alle an Bord waren ging es zum Restaurant was mein einzigster negativ Punkt ist. Das Essen sollte man weglassen. Ozzy unser Guide ist ein absoluter Profi und ein toller Entertainer. Die Busreise war voller Informationen und kleinen Witzeleien die die Zeit im Bus verfliegen ließen. Beim Sunset wurden sehr professionelle und unglaublich schöne Fotos gemacht. Weiter ging es auf den Berg wo es allmählich dunkel wurde und immer mehr die Sterne und Planeten herauskamen. Ein sehr beeindruckendes Bild. Nach einem Bier für mich und einem tee für meine Freundin ging es auch langsam los das Ozzy mit Witz und sehr viel Fachwissen begann uns den Himmel auf vielen verschiedenen Sprachen zu erklären. Es war unfassbar informativ und wir haben sehr viel aus der Nacht mitgenommen. Danach gab es nochmals Fotos vor dem Sternenhimmel. Es war eine sehr gelungene Exkursion und eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. Danke Ozzy 10/10

Die schlechteste Tour die ich je auf Teneriffa gemacht habe. Sie solte in Deutsch sein. War zu 98% Englisch. Bilder kann man auch nicht durch die Fernrohre machen. Wurde beim Buchen aber erzählt!

L’esperienza è stata fantastica: io ho scelto l’opzione senza cena ma con trasporto. La parte in autobus era un po’ lunga, dovendo passare in tutte le fermate, ma la guida era super simpatica e il viaggio non ha pesato. Mentre (quasi) tutti sono andati al ristorante, io ho mangiato un panino nella terrazza del ristorante! Abbiamo poi proseguito per il punto panoramico del Teide, tramonto davvero bello e suggestivo. Infine, si stava facendo sera, e siamo andati tra le montagne, a osservare le stelle. Nonostante ci fosse la luna piena, è stata davvero un’esperienza unica, abbiamo visto Giove, le stelle e la luna attraverso il telescopio. Dovete assolutamente farla!

The tour was amazing. Usually I sit on my phone or listening to music the entire trip and think that participating in dialogues and activities is cringey. But this time there was a great guide, Ozzi. He speaks 5 languages and does a little interactions with every passenger. He does a little stand up routine and I got into it. The trip was great, you will feel how deeply Ozzy cares for the Astro physics and will become a part of this magic. Also I’d like to mention Pablo, who has the best hot chocolate on the island and loves the stars as deeply. Definitely recommend! 10/10

A Starry Adventure on Teide ✨ The night began with uncertainty—anomalous weather, thick fog, a sky completely covered… Many tour buses turned back, but our team refused to give up. Our guide improvised, sending cars ahead to scout for a clear spot, and finally, we found the perfect place to see the stars. It’s hard to believe, but just one kilometer above the dense fog—where visibility was no more than 5-10 meters—we were greeted by the purest, clearest night sky. Teide is one of the best places in the world for stargazing, and we were lucky to be part of this breathtaking experience. Through the telescope, we saw the Moon, Mars, and distant constellations… And let’s not forget the freezing air! The temperature contrast was extreme—+25°C at the base of the volcano and only +4°C at the top. We were cold, but it was absolutely worth it! A huge thank you to the organizers for making this unforgettable night possible! 🌌 @tenerife_stars

I would like to clarify a few points. Firstly, I was referring to one hour spent picking up tourists in the southern area, not 1.5 hours—that’s a fact. Regarding the delay in leaving dinner, it’s easy to say, “No, that didn’t happen,” but my video clearly shows the time we arrived at the location, and it’s evident that we were 7-10 minutes late. Because of this, we missed the sunset, which was very disappointing. Some guests were drinking alcohol while sitting in the front rows of the bus, and the guide ignored it. If it’s allowed, okay, but if it’s not, why wasn’t it controlled? They were the reason for the delay, and the entire bus was just sitting there, watching four people roll cigarettes without any sense of urgency. Instead of responding rudely to truthful comments, the issue could have been addressed properly. This left a negative impression. We started the trip in a great mood, but by the end, we just wanted to get home as quickly as possible. We spent our time and money, while you made a profit and responded rudely. This can damage the overall impression of small tourism businesses on the island. I suggest you reconsider your attitude toward constructive criticism. Good luck.

Had a great time on this trip yesterday. Yhe views and sunset were incredible. The meal we stopped for was a really nice typical Canarian meal. The guide was super knowledgeable and ensured we all saw through the telescope. Would recommend.

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Wir haben online über Trip Tenerife.com gebucht. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp und war serviceorientiert. Die Abholung am vereinbarten Treffpunkt hat geklappt. Der Busfahrer ist sehr gut die Berge hinauf und hinab gefahren. Die beiden Guides haben die Gruppe nach Sprachen sortiert aufgeteilt. Das Essen war schlicht aber sehr lecker. Den fantastischen Sonnenuntergang konnten wir auf ca. 1800m beobachten und fantastische Fotos machen. Für die Sternenbeobachtung ging es dann auf ca. 2000m hinauf. Es war Regen angekündigt, aber wir waren über den Wolken und der Himmel war klar. Es war wirklich sehr kalt und durch den Wind war der Chillingfaktor hoch (warme Kleidung inkl. Mütze sind erforderlich). Unser Guide (Ozzi) ist ein wahres Sprachtalent, die Erklärungen finden hauptsächlich auf Englisch statt, aber man kann nachfragen ( Deutsch, Spanisch, Flämisch, Italienisch), wenn man etwas nicht versteht. Es waren Telekope aufgebaut und Ozzi kann wunderbar erläutern, zeigen und informieren. Zudem hat er immer kleine Jokes eingebaut und es war entspannt und lustig. Der Abend war tief beeindruckend und wird sich als ganz besonderes Erlebnis einprägen. Vielen vielen Dank für alles.

An amazing experience not to be missed. Ozzy was so enthusiastic that it was a joy to spend some time in his company. The meal was good and the stargazing was out of this world. Everyone loved it (teenagers included) and I would highly recommend it.

We joined a star tour with our 4-year-old and 1.5-year-old, and it was great that both the guide and driver were very child-friendly. The passionate guide’s explanations made the tour longer than expected, thanks to Jose the driver, it was able to let the children sleep in the car first. Tenerife will always be remembered for its stars and sunsets. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

J’ai enlevé une étoile car nous avions pris la formule avec dîner (a 17:00 h un peu tôt.)l’expérience aurait gagnée si on se retrouvait un peu plus tard et en plus petit nombre. Went on the trip to El Teide to look at the sunset and go star gazing looking through telescopes. I must say that this was superb. They picked up people at various stops in Adeje, Playa De La Americas & Los Christianos from 3.30pm and this took about an hour for everyone to be on the coach. Then drove to a restaurant in the mountains and had a set meal. This was basic but ok (5/10). Pumpkin soup was v nice. Piece of chicken didn’t look great but edible. Local wine. Then we went to 1400m above sea level to see the sun set above the clouds which was amazing. Then off again to 2000m to see the stars and planets through various big telescopes. The guide was Ossie. He was brilliant. Very knowledgeable. Spoke several languages. Humerous and a v nice guy. Got back at 10.45pm. Had a great time. Would fully recommend going.

We loved our trip, from the efficient coach service, to the rustic and tasty food, Ozzy the guide was great fun and super knowledgeable about the island and especially the stars. The stargazing was hosted within the volcanic crater, with five telescopes set up so we could all peer at the present planets and galaxies..It's stunning up there, and they are not joking when they say it can be cold ! Astrophotography is a nice extra but our 5 photos were only €35 so good value considering their uniqueness,.

We had an amazing experience with Ozzi and Tenerife Stars. We were part of a small group that went up into Teide National Park to explore multiple beautiful locations. I really wasn't expecting so much history and landscape! Ozzi was a great tour guide with an obvious passion and knowledge for the area. There were plenty of opportunities to stop and explore. All in all it was a perfect day.

If you are in Tenerife, don't miss this activity! I've never saw so many stars! Just incredible! The transportation was comfortable and in time. The dinner was delicious. Ozzi told us about the stars and the island. That was the most beautiful sunset in my life. We arrived to the first point but it was cloudy so we went higher. I am SO glad I found this excursion with Tenerife Stars! The sunset was stunning, and the stars? Like nothing I have ever seen! Our guide, Ozzi, has clearly had a love for astronomy since he was a child, and his passion for these celestial bodies is contagious! I learned so much and saw things I would have never seen. I highly recommend this excursion. Ozzi and his crew genuinely care that everyone has a memorable experience. It is cold at night on the mountain. If you are wondering what to wear, I think something close to a winter jacket is safe. I wore three sweatshirts and a scarf! 😂 But I was comfortable.

Good communication regarding the booking and pick up. Ozzi, our guide was friendly and informative. Our sunset stop was perfectly timed and we had lots of opportunities for photos. The stargazing stop was great, Ozzi provided lots of information about how the stars and planets moved, highlighting the sky with his laser beam. Fascinating to see the plants and nebula through the telescopes. It was a cold late night but well worth it. Refreshments were available and warming on a chilly night.

Went in February , listen to the advice and take plenty of layers as it does get very cold later on . A well organised trip , the clarity of the night sky was amazing when we went and Ozzys knowledge and passion helps make it a must do experience add it to your bucket list.

From the booking, with excellent communication and smooth pick up, to the delicious Canarian dinner served by friendly staff, to the beautiful sunset and star gazing, this trip is sure to leave you with great memories. We did a private tour of Mt Tiede with Tenerife Stars and it was great. It lasted about 5 hours and was exactly what we wanted. Our driver ’Mingo was friendly and a calm, safe driver. He knew the best spots for views and let us take things at our own pace. This was important as we had my almost 81 year old Dad with us and we needed to be able to relax about him. ‘Mingo was lovely with him.

Had an amazing experience on this tour. The stop off for sunset was in a car park set in a lave field. The scenery was awesome with great views to Lad Gomeras, and Las Palma could just be seen poking through a cloud layer in the distance. The Star Gazing site was great: still air and very dark once the sun set. Spoilt a bit by being next to a public road so (very infrequent) passing cars were annoying.The guides were knowledgeable and gave a fab description of the night sky. We all had a turn looking through their astro-telescopes, so had a really good view of some interesting objects. The included meal stop was good too. Lovely food.

We absolutely loved our stargazing tour! The guide ozzi is so funny and so knowledgeable about astronomy it definitely made the trip feel so special and we learned a lot! If you like astronomy definitely go for it, but be careful they told us to dress warm and we were a bit underdressed so it ended up being too cold for us but that was completely our fault

Tenerife stars was a beautiful experience. The tour was so well organised and you have the opportunity to have a meal also. You get to watch the sunset over the mountains and then venture higher up the tiede to see the stars. It is so beautiful and awe inspiring. We went with our own car! I went on a tour with my family this weekend and I was disappointed in many things. We had chosen to take our own car and it was a good choice to make. It started with Ozzi being late and we who came with our own cars were looking for him. It was a stressful feeling to show the ticket and the moment with the sunset was not special at all. Too messy and too many people. Other tours were there too. We went after the big bus and arrived at a place that was not ready with all the telescopes so we had to stand and wait a long time for us to look in them. There were lots of people and it took time and felt stressful to look in the telescopes because there were queues. We got to see Venus, Jupiter, stars and Mars. As well as those who managed to see Saturn. Ozzi was knowledgeable and talked about the stars, planets and univiserum. But he was very rude at times and especially to a man who was disappointed because he didn't get to see Saturn. The man was quite irritated and I can understand that. Because this could have been organized much better, even though there were a lot of people. He told the man that you can sit on the bus... Very rude and unprofessional. You could buy wine, water and other things from another man and you could also buy someone to take pictures at sunset and also pictures with a special camera with the starry sky. If I were to choose a tour, I would choose one with much fewer people and actually if you have a car, it is magical to find your own place to watch the sunset and then drive up a bit to see the starry sky. I don't think it was worth going on this tour. I have nothing to compare it to. But when we watched the sunset, there were several companies there and they had fewer people with them.

This was an excellent trip. Ozzi was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, explaining how this spectacular landscape was formed as well as giving us some of the history of Tenerife. Travelling in a small group meant that we were able to stop at places that larger tour buses can’t reach. We highly recommend this tour.

As long as you wrap up warm (trousers, jumpers, coats, wooly hat etc.). this experience is amazing! We were able to see the rings of Saturn under one of the telescopes! The shooting stars were incredible too! We also had a lovely photo taken under the stars! Ozzy's (tour guide) Knowledge of the area was amazing! Me and my partner were also very impressed with how many languages he spoke! Well worth the money!

Fantastic experience, comfortable transport, 3 course meal, beautiful sunset, amazing landscapes, out of this world stars and a very knowledgeable guide. Well worth the cold. Wrap up warm but don't hesitate to book.

Even if you have no interest in Astronomy, you will love this trip, it is something different. If you have even a passing interest in Astronomy, this will blow you away. After being collected from our hotel, the bus drove for half an hour or so to a local restaurant, to stop for what is best described as a simple 3 course meal which was perfectly adequate, before continuing on it's journey. First stop was to watch the sun set and take a few pictures, then back on the bus for 40 minutes or so before arriving at the final destination - a roadside area where several telescopes were already setup. Darkness was just creeping in as we stepped from the coach, with just a couple of planets visible, but as our eyes adjusted and the night became fully dark, the number of stars visible was just breathtaking. There was plenty of time to use the telescopes, making it possible to view Saturn with it's rings visible, Jupiter and it's moons, as well as Orion's nebula and other deep space objects. The guide, Ozzi, was phenomenal. Very personable and knowledgeable. He introduced himself on the bus, speaking to the party in their own languages (including a few words from Essex) and explaining the proceedings. He relayed some really interesting information about Tenerife and the volcanic activity in the area. He was even more passionate when it came to the astronomy, which made the trip all the more enjoyable. Just talking about the vastness of the universe and the distances involved made me need a little sit down. Ozzi, take a bow. Take some money, because Pablo's hot chocolate is also amazing!

This was so fun, but don’t forget your warmest clothes! The food was great, the guide explained everything really well and lifted the mood. The hot chocolate at the crater was amazing too.

Het was een bijzondere ervaring om de berg op te gaan voor zonsondergang en sterrenkijken. Duidelijke informatie vooraf en veel ophaalplaatsen in het zuiden van Tenerife. Heel makkelijk allemaal. De gids gaf veel interessante informatie over het eiland, en zeker ook later bij het sterrenkijken. Alles was prima geregeld, we hadden het niet willen missen.

Topervaring! Blijkbaar veel last-minute boekingen maar qua organisatie niets van te merken. Gids Ozzi (topkerel!) zorgde door zijn vlotte babbel voor een hele leuke sfeer en was door zijn meertaligheid voor iedereen aanspreekbaar, en we zaten wel met wat wereldburgers in de groep :) Eerst hapje gegeten en gedronken in gezellig restaurantje aan het begin van de trip omhoog de Teide, leuke start! December maar toch een prachtige zonsondergang gezien met daarna een WOW gevoel in de krater waar Jupiter, Saturnus, Orion en zoveel meer sterren voorbij kwamen, zalig om zien, wat zijn we klein :) Teide is niet voor niets derde beste gebied op onze planeet om jezelf te verliezen in de oneindigheid. Aanrader voor iedereen!

Amazing experience, great value for money. The host has so much knowledge, great sense of humour, and kept the experience entertaining. You can see so much when you look up at stars and planets and even more through the telescope. Would highly recommend, would I definitely do it again!

Our first time in Tenerife and our first organised tour here. A great chance to see some of the island in comfort and to go to 2000m above the coast into Mt. Tiede National Park. Highlights - the sunset above the clouds and being in an area with the landscape of how I imagine a moon crater to be. Slight dissatisfaction - the meal wasn't great but edible. It did give a chance to chat with some of our travel companions, and they were very interesting. We were collected in the La Caleta area - first pick-up on the very comfortable large bus. We were then driven around the other localities to pick up other passengers. Eventually, after about an hour, we drove along the coast and up into the mountains where we stopped for our meal. Afterwards, we drove above the clouds to see an amazing sunset. Note - it gets noticeably colder as you go higher. The tour operators warn of this, so be prepared. After this stop, we went further into the park to wait for darkness and to see some of the planets using a choice of 3 very powerful telescopes. Just seeing the stars above with the naked eye was amazing. Ozzi, our tour guide, turned out to be amazingly knowledgeable about astronomy and gave a wonderful explanation about the movement of stars that even I could understand. It was 5 degrees outside in the dark, but felt colder, and we were outside for quite a while, but this was an experience that we both thoroughly enjoyed. We also had the option of getting some professional pictures taken. We felt that these photos represented good value, and we will treasure them and the moments in time for many years to come. Our trip started at 14:45 and we were dropped back at approx. 21:30. A great day out and good value for money. Thanks to all involved.

Had a great evening with Tenerife Stars, the food was ok, it did the job, the guys were professional but friendly, the views from the stopping points were exceptional. The star gazing was first class, very informative and entertaining. If you are going in the winter months be warned, its very cold, 24 degrees at sea level and 5 degrees at the top and you are outside for a couple of hours. Highly recommended experience.

The highlight of the evening was looking through the telescope at Saturn and Jupiter. It was pure magic! We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tenerife.

Great tour (Teide national park tour from south tenerife) - easy pick up and drop off from our apartment. Really interesting information from Ozzi who was knowledgeable and fun! You get to see the main parts of the national park which were really beautiful. The small group makes it a better experience. Would definitely recommend.

Great way to see the breathtaking and otherworldly scenery of Teide National Park. We saw all the main attractions (with plenty of stops for photo ops). Really appreciated being collected from our hotel in the comfortable mini van. The tour lasted about 4 hours which for us was a perfect length. Ozzi is a pro, very knowledgeable guide, prompt communication and safe driver. Excellent half day out!!!

We had an amazing experience on this tour. Ozzy was a fantastic guide and super knowledgable about the Teide National Park, Volcanoes and of course the stars!

Tremendous Teide Tour. We went on the trip on 19/09/24. Our coach arrived on time, and right opposite our hotel!! Ozzy, our tour guide, called me to ensure we could find him, which I thought was a nice touch. There were a number of different nationalities on board, but Ozzy was absolutely superb with delivering the information in multiple languages. His ability to switch between English, Spanish, Italian, etc., was phenomenal!!! Ozzy knows his stuff! He was humorous, and informative, fascinating us all with endless facts of Tenerife and Mount Teide. Our first stop was for a 3 course, traditional Canarian meal, which started off with a delicious pumpkin and carrot soup and bread roll. Our main consisted of chicken with a canarian sauce, salad, and canarian potatoes. That was also delicious. The dessert was a sweet sponge cake with a creamy topping. There was a mixture of drinks on the table as well, such as lemonade, cola, water and wine. Everything was perfectly organised, and we loved the fact that we were seated on tables with others who spoke the same language, which encouraged the social aspect. We then stopped off at our viewpoint to witness the sunset. The photo opportunities that came from this were spectacular and something to treasure. After the sun had set, we made our final stop at Teide to witness the night sky in all it's glory. Unfortunately there was some cloud cover and the moon was very bright, so we didn't get to see the milky way. However, we did get to witness the moon in all her beauty, and Ozzy was kind enough to take photos on our phones through the telescope.... THIS was unbelievable, and Ozzy captured it perfectly 👌 👍 we also got to see Saturn and its rings!!! OMG... During this part, Ozzy was again, an absolute legend with his information and knowledge, delivered in a humorous, yet engaging manner. The bus driver was fantastic, navigating us through the mountains and dark winding roads with skill, safety and accuracy. The whole trip was executed to perfection, and Ozzy made us feel like you could ask anything, no matter how silly we may have felt it was. I think the only thing that I could recommend, is perhaps having a toilet on board the coach for an emergency, as it gets cold out there, and it's a good few hours after the restaurant. The trip finished at 11pm. Dress warmly! Perfecto!!!!!

This was such an amazing excursion! Ozzie and the team were so amazing and helpful and fair play to them all for making this such an enjoyable experience and organising everything so well! Everything ran so smoothly even with such a large trip. 100% recommend this to anyone heading to Tenerife, its absolutely spectacular! Wrap up warm and look up!

Amazing tour , tour guide Ozzie was welcoming , organised and so knowledgeable about both the volcanos and planets ! This tour is a must do , amazing sights and Ozzie even called us a taxi afterwards, so thoughtful. We loved it , remember to take warm clothes and maybe a blanket as it gets cold that high up .

Super expérience avec des guides au top. Si je devais reprocher une chose c’est un peu long l’attente entre les differents groupes linguistiques. Mais bon on s’adapte c’est les vacances ! Grand Merci a Jean Marc on sent vraiment la passion de son métier et la passion dans ses explications ! Deuxieme leger reproche c’est les Italiens qui ne sont pas venus en bus et qui sont repartis pendant les explications nous gâchant un peu la vue avec leur phare

Vanuit Zuid-Tenerife: Tour Nationaal Park Teide Ozzie is een prettige gezellige gids die de tijd neemt en veel info geeft. Hij spreekt 4/5 talen, dus je mist echt geen informatie. Fijn was de kleine groep, dus erg persoonlijk. Hij brengt je veilig van plek naar plek zonder haast.

Adembenemend, Magisch,een andere wereld. Wat een fantastische ervaring. Ozzi is enthousiast en een fantastische verteller. Waardoor je een hoop dingen van het eiland en van het heelal leert. Echt een aanrader.

Went stargazing on 6/11 with the self driving tour. We saw a beautiful sunset first and after we drove behind the tourbus to a location in teide national park, saw a gorgeous night sky. Our guide told us about the different constellations visible in the stars that night and provided information, they also had telescopes to see a few different types of stars and saturn. Must see if you're in Tenerife :)

We had a fantastic time with Tenerife Stars on our recent trip to Mount Teide. We saw a great sunset and then travelled on to 2000m for the stars. On the way up it was extremely cloudy / foggy and to be honest I thought we'd be seeing zero, despite the guides constant assertions we were in for a good night.... I was totally wrong though and shortly after reaching the summit the clouds cleared (as predicted) and we had a spectacular show!! The guide / host was awesome with so much knowledge and a willingness to engage / answer questions. He set up three telescopes where we got to see various things including Saturn and rings! Definitely wrap up warm (as instructed) and enjoy the show (and hot chocolate). 10/10!

Un tramonto pazzesco e unico da vedere almeno una volta nella vita. Guida esaustiva, molto brava e simpatica nel mostrarci le costellazioni. Cena abbondante e soddisfacente. Unica pecca è che nell’open bar includono la sangria e birre ma non il caffè.. per il resto consigliata e sicuramente da fare se visitate Tenerife.

Wonderful trip! Our guide Ozzi was great, so informative, knowledgeable and comical which made it a lovely experience. The air conditioning on the coach was great, the food at the restaurant wasn’t fantastic but you’re mainly paying for the sightseeing. The food is the only reason I haven’t rated this excursion at 5 stars. They took us further up for the sunset at the first stop was fairly cloudy, so really appreciated them chasing the sunset up the clouds! We got some beautiful pictures and it was a stunning view. The stargazing was unreal. Ozzi taught us all some great facts and guided us through the sky, and facts about Tenerife and Mt Tiede. The sky was beautiful, and we really appreciated Ozzi also teaching us how to play with the settings on our phones to get great pictures of the stars ourselves! Pablo ‘the hot chocolate man’ up the mountain was so lovely, and the hot chocolate was soo good and really helped warm you up whilst you’re up there. Highly recommend bringing warm clothing as you’re up there for a while and it does start to get really cold! Thank you for all the staff at Tenerife Stars for giving us a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience with this excursion. The sunset from 1400 meters was beautiful and the stargazing was STUNNING!! Cherry on top our tour guide Ozzy Wich is so passionate and funny. I would say without him this experience will have been less memorable. The one and only stoned note is the food Wich was a cheap meal. we would have payed more for a better meal. Great half day with Ozzi showing us the sights of Teide in the morning. The tour was perfect in a small group so Ozzi could explain everything, joke and answer all our questions. Fully recommended!

A good experience, enjoyed an amazing sunset, had the chance to see the Comet of the century, the Super Moon and Saturn 😊 We joined the tour by car, so if you follow meeting instructions and respect the meeting time you get to enjoy all explanations and details Ozzi will enthusiasticaly share. Please bear in mind that you are going in the mountains for a few hours in the middle of the night, so bring warm clothes as you will be there for more than 2 hours. You will be able to purchase cold & warm beverages at the sight for extra pay, but to enjoy a hot chocolate while looking at a stary sky is a gift itself. Will definetly try the stargazing experience next time will be in Tenerife as it was impresive ✨✨✨

Overall a good experience and worth doing if you are in any way interested in astronomy. Pros We saw Saturn through the telescope and the moon (which was in high definition due to proximity). We stopped at a nice viewing spot to see the sunset. If you are interested in mixing with other people, you are seated at a long table with the other tour attendees at the meal They were 4 telescopes. We each saw 2 objects through them and we received an explanation of the stars seperately Cons Expensive for what you get especially given that the 3 course meal is average at best. A selection of breads cheeses and meats would have preferable. 50 + people on the tour. If you are being picked up first you could be on the bus for a good while. You had to lay for snacks at the top which seemed a bit cheap given we laid €80 each for the tour You had to pay for pictures €15-€20- again a costly added expense You are outside for a considerable amount of time - as it is a bit group you have to go with the flow Overall I would recommend!!

La excursión fue una gran elección sin duda, Ozzi nos estuvo explicando tanto en inglés como en español varias cosas sobre el Teide y las estrellas. Vimos Saturno por los telescopios y una gran cantidad de estrellas. Son gente muy agradable y simpática. Mingo, el encargado de llevar a gente de un lado a otro, fue muy profesional y gracioso. Encontrar gente así, da gusto. IMPORTANTE: Llevar ropa de abrigo porque al estar a 2.000 metros una vez paran para poner los telescopios, la temperatura desciende bastante cuando anochece.

Nice experience with food included. The Food was so so Incredible view with the sunset. Bad luck we had almost full moon, which is spectacular but not really good for watching the stars, and a partially cloudy sky after 30 mins of stargazing. The French guide is a really a passionate man, maybe a way too much. Sometimes it was difficult for him to stay focus on the same topic as much he wanted to give us so many informations

Preis/Leistung ist Ok. Man bekommt eben das, was man gebucht hat... nicht mehr und nicht weniger! Wir sind selber gefahren und hatten das Drei-Gängemenü! Inhalt: Die Gruppe war sehr groß, ca. 50/60, wobei viele auch selber gefahren sind! Spanier, Deutsche, Franzosen, Italiener usw.. Gebucht war die Tour auf Deutsch. Der Guide sprach auch Deutsch, aber aufgrund der großen Gruppe, fand am Ende alles größtenteils auf Englisch statt!! Diese Info (Gruppengröße) gab es vorab nicht bzw. war nirgends nachzulesen!! Das Drei-Gängemenü war in Ordnung. Es war alles durchgetaktet, aber zeitlich ausreichend. Der Aussichtspunkt war nett, aber entsprechend überlaufen. Das anschließende Sterne gucken und der volle Sternenhimmel MEGA!! Die Informationen durch die Guids waren ok. Die Teleskope sind bestimmt im höheren Preissegment zu finden und man sieht natürlich auch was, dat is klar, aber erwartet nicht zu viel!! Der „Hauptguide" war sehr freundlich/hilfsbereit und hatte die große Gruppe gut im Griff.

Our guide, Ozzi, was lively, funny, and incredibly passionate, turning the night into an educational and unforgettable adventure. From the epic sunset above the clouds on the volcano to the delicious dinner, everything was crafted with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The telescopes were extraordinary—worth thousands of dollars each—and allowed us to see distant celestial objects in amazing detail. The guides spoke multiple languages and brought the experience to life with their passion and storytelling. The professional photographers beautifully captured many special moments of our journey, from the sunset to the star-filled skies, giving us cherished memories to keep forever. Had the best experience. Had a perfect view of the sun setting. The food was okay and there was a nice view of the water from the restaurant. Our tour guide Ozzi was funny and knew a lot about the stars. It does get cold while you’re stargazing so take warm clothes with you. We had the opportunity to get a picture with the Milky Way behind us too. 10/10 would recommend

Hands down one of the best experiences from mine and my husbands holiday. The meal is lovely and done really well, the setting for the sunset is absolute perfection and the stargazing experience is beyond words. The guide Ozzi was the star of the show and really made the trip fun and educational. Word of warning though, bring WARM CLOTHES. We didn’t listen and ended up frozen for the last 20 minutes!

Un tramonto da favola e la cena era buona. Il problema è stata l'osservazione delle stelle. Ci è stata venduta come escursione in italiano e la guida italiana purtroppo spiegava tutto parlando metà in italiano e metà in francese, spiegando alcune cose in italiano e alcune in francese pretendendo che capissimo tutto.... mi sono dovuto spostare dall'altra guida inglese/spagnolo (per la verità anche molto piu simpatica) per capire qualcosa. Il costo delle fotografie sotto il teide è eccessivo e ci era stato detto che erano incluse.

Bellissima esperienza

There are 2 things that we felt we need to mention. Firstly the group was very large, we understand this could be to make the trip cost effective; but if we good again we would book a mini bus excursion. Secondly, the food was poor. One lady sat with us was vegetarian, she was given a garnish of basic salad, 3 potatoes and a scoop of soggy vegetables with a little bit of rice. We would opt out of the meal if we booked again. But Oli the guide was, fantastic, very knowledgable and passionate. I enjoyed listening to the information he shared with us. His English was really good, and he was fluent in several other languages. Thanks

Gisteren een hele leuke tour gehad. Ozzi legde veel uit over Tenerife en de omgeving rond de berg. Je raakt niet uitgekeken zoveel is er te zien. Echt de moeite waarde, zou het zeker aanraden. Zeker omdat het met een klein groepje is. Hierdoor ga je met een klein busje en kom je op een hoop plaatsjes waardoor er een hoop foto momentjes zijn.

Amazing experience! Very good organisation, nice guide, nice food, overall great! We learned a lot about the stars and even saw Saturn! The photos we got were very professional and pretty. They even told us how to pose to make it look amazing. Very recommended!

Esperienza fantastica merita

Une grand merci à Jean Marc pour son professionnalisme, une expérience décevante le guide est arriver avec plus d’1h de retard nous avons presque tous payer le même prix alors que nous avons pas eu le même temps définis, nous avons mangez à 18h30, une nourriture bas de gamme, 1 soupe 3 patate et des légumes vapeur en boîte, après on nous a ramener au bord d’une route pour voir le pseudo coucher soleil nous avions une vue médiocre avec une conditions météo pas favorable à l’activité, en suite on c’est déplacer à peine plus haut sur le parcours une fois arriver on n’a passer plus de 3h dans le froid du parc sans bouger sur le même spot pas de boissons pas de boutique souvenirs rien de ce qui étais prévue, au moment de partir le guide prend un groupe et nous laisse comme sa en nous disant qu’il va revenir et qui doit déposer un autre groupe nous étions fatiguée et affamer heureusement un couple de français nous a ramener à notre hôtel, il étais déjà 1h du matin. Je ne recommande pas cette organisation ne vous faite pas avoir !!

Wir haben direkt bei Teneriffa-Stars gebucht und sind so auf das Angebot einer privaten Tour gestoßen. Es war fantastisch! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Trip durch den Teide-Nationalparks mit Ozzy und haben sowohl viel gelernt, als auch viel gesehen. Ozzy ist super lieb und ein absoluter Teide-Profi. Er hat uns ständig mit spannenden Infos versorgt und das sogar auch auf Deutsch! ☺️ Wir hatten viele Zwischenstopps an sehr sehenswerten Orten und haben sogar einen kleinen Extra-Stopp eingelegt, den man mit größeren Gruppen nicht besuchen kann. Es lohnt sich also total und wird uns immer in schöner Erinnerung bleiben! 1000 Dank 🐥😍

An amazing experience! The organisers and host Ozzy gave us a complete and memorable experience. We were friendly received by the restaurant hosts Casa Sira and had a nice Spanish dinner. Their service was great and the food was delicious! At the foot of the Vulcano el Teide, Ozzy took us on a stargazing journey with a Very informative and funny presentation in multiple languages! The view and telescope views was jaw dropping gorgeous! A trip to never forget!

Super commerciële en chaotische tour. Je bent maar anderhalf uur op de locatie, de groep wordt dan gesplitst om foto’s te laten nemen en om hele chaotische uitleg te krijgen over objecten die te zien zijn met de telescoop. Er zijn te veel mensen en ook nog twee groepen door elkaar, waardoor het alleen maar chaotischer wordt. Na driekwartier wordt er eindelijk meer verteld over verschillende sterrenbeelden etc. Foto’s kun je kopen voor 40 euro, dus bijna even duur als de excursie zelf. Reisleider vindt zichzelf heel grappig, maar is eigenlijk gewoon irritant aanwezig. Heel irritant is het continue voorbij komen van auto’s. Ik had een meer afgelegen plek verwacht voor dit geld. Echt een slechte prijs/kwaliteit. Tot slot nog de busreis, een misselijkmakend ritje terug naar het appartement door de slechte rij/remstijl van de chauffeur en de vieze lucht door het remmen en diesel.

Esperienza terribile, abbiamo prenotato un’escursione sul Teide per ammirare le stelle con ben 5 mesi di anticipo, perché ci tenevamo molto a vederlo, e quando il giorno stesso (nonché nostro ultimo giorno di vacanza sull’isola) abbiamo chiamato per sapere a che ora sarebbero passati a prenderci, dopo ore di attesa ci hanno detto che la nostra prenotazione era stata cancellata per un overbooking, dando quindi priorità ad altre persone (totalmente a caso e senza criterio) a fare l’escursione. Inoltre chiedendo quali fossero le alternative per poter fare qualcosa, ci hanno proposto di seguire l’autobus dell’escursione con una macchina a noleggio chiaramente a spese nostre.

We booked the 🌟 🔭 tour though a lady called vicky. This was extremely easy and she meet us at our hotel to drop the tickets off and explain the day. On the tour we were lucky enough to have a guy called Ozzi. Welcoming, humorous and extremely knowledgeable during the entire trip (his talent of languages is impressive for those that are worried about communication). I enjoyed all of the trip and yoy get both sunset and star gazzing pictures taken by professional photographers ( you get the pictures at a combined cost of €40) which were amazing and something you will not capture on a phone. We recommend this trip and more so if you get Ozzi!

I really liked this experience up 2000 meters on Teide. I recommend to take the option with food as anyways you'll wait for those that eat, and you can meet people and talk. It was my first time using a telescope and it was.impressive! Especially the moon. The guides are very knowledgeable and available. Teide at night seems like a martian place, it's stunning. You should go and take a special pic with the galaxy!

La empresa trabaja genial, y consigue organizar actividad con muchas personas, la excursión de puesta de sol y observatorio esta super, además de didactica. Muy recomendable, un sitio mágico para mirar el cielo lleno de estrellas y como tienen telescopios super potentes pues una experiencia estupenda.

I booked this experience for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids and we loved it. Ozzie our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable both of the island and astronomy, he took the time to clearly explain everything to us and the jokes were fab 😂. We were picked up in a fully air conditioned coach where we’re traveled up the mountain a lovely little restaurant where we had a 3 course meal (kids options available) of pumpkin soup, chicken and salad and a delicious cake, drinks were included also. We then progressed to the sunset ledge where we were able to watch the sunset and take photos, we then moved further up the mountain where we stargazed. Ozzie and his colleague had telescopes set up and we were able to see the moon and Saturn, he explained the constellation in a really fun way. Highly recommended the experience.

Le guide est chaleureux et professionnel. Jean-Marc se partage en deux groupes (français et italiens) et s’attache à ce que chacun puisse bénéficier d’un maximum d’informations sur les étoiles et la lune. A fantastic tour from start to finish! Ozzi was an amazing guide who had a wealth of knowledge of the area and the sky. The photographers were also brilliant in capturing some amazing pictures of the sunset and stars in front of the Teide. The full tour was very well organised from the prompt pick up to having enough time at the stops to admire the views. The use of multiple telescopes allowed us to view various points in the sky throughout the stargazing. Ozzi was great at giving information about the planets and constellations. An unforgettable experience and a must do whilst in Tenerife!

This activity was in our family bucket list and something on the must do as well. The transport was very comfortable, the people were nice and welcoming and what to say about the guide, he makes jokes, speak 5 languages and explain everything with details. Seeing the Milky Way, the moon or even Saturn was a lifetime unforgettable experience. 5 stars to Tenerife stars and more than well deserved

Other than this was something that was on my "Family Bucket list" and to see the sunset and milky way from Mount Teide was everything and more than we expected!! Ozzie the guide was first class, his knowledge was Superb and he was highly entertaining!! 😁 We did the meal option and personally found it good (pumpkin soup✓ chicken leg with potatoes salad✓ cake ✓ ( chicken nuggets chips Kids) Pick up and drop off went as planned. We found the whole experience emotional and are so glad we done it! We would most definitely recommend booking this excursion and remember the Meal is optional!! The photos are sent via a link within 24hours and are most definitely worth the nominal fee of €25!

I would definitely not recommend this trip to anyone. Look at the other reviews where people have either complained or expressed disappointment and see what visceral reaction the owners of this company have, this will tell you all you need to know about this trip. Avoid!! You will be picked up by the bus, brought to a road side restaurant where you will be served food that no one is going to eat, then drive up a little further up the road to watch the sunset and then brought up to the side of the road where you will see Mt Teide in the distance but you will not be on Mt Teide. You will sit for what seems like an entirety whilst Ozzy who is more excited than anyone else there will talk and talk and talk and only then you’ll be told that you will only get to see 4 stars through the telescope. You will have to que and there are 4 telescopes. It’s pitch dark and your being eaten alive by flies and bugs, your seat is the wall and toilet is the wild open. (I put on bug repellent 4 times and still managed to get bitten twice). We were bored off our face!! The waiting and waiting and waiting. Watching the stars with your naked eye was far more exciting than looking through the telescopes. However, for anyone reading this, save your money and don’t go on this trip. You will not be on Mount Teide. You will be looking at it in the distance. The restaurant food is awful, you will be sitting on a wall waiting for an eternity whilst Ozzy talks and talks and talks and then be told you have 10 seconds to looks through the telescope (and before the owners come at me, yes, we were told 10 seconds) but truthfully, the ques are so long, you wouldn’t stay longer than 10 seconds as you feel so bad for everyone else queuing and the view through the telescope is a total letdown! The only person excited was Ozzy! Everyone that we spoke to felt the same as us, totally disappointed. Save your money and if your interested in seeing Mount Teide this is not the trip for you. The 2 stars I am giving are for 1. Getting picked up at our hotel and 2. Ozzys language skills deserve a point, the man is a legend when it comes to languages. Zero points however, for the trip.

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Tenerife Stars! Watching the sunset from such a breathtaking location was magical, but the real highlight was the stargazing. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about astronomy, making the whole experience both educational and awe-inspiring. The telescopes provided were top-notch, allowing us to see celestial objects in amazing detail. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tenerife – it’s an absolute must-do!

Déception Choix de l'Excursion observation des étoiles sur le Teide incluant le transport sans le repas: Chauffeur du minibus roulant bien au delà de la vitesse autorisée: Limitée à 70 km/h et roulait à plus de 100 km/h, doublant les véhicules alors qu' interdiction de doubler. Est parti au premier arrêt sans nous le signifier avec nos sacs à l'intérieur de son véhicule pendant toute la durée de la séance photo, plus d'une demi heure. Grand nombre de personnes, plus de 50 lors de cette excursion, impression de tourisme de masse. Si possible prévoir de se rendre directement sur le lieu d'observation avec son véhicule si voiture de location afin de bénéficier du seul intérêt de la sortie : observation des étoiles avec jean Marc, le guide francophone.

Date de visite : 16/07 Une déception. Nous pensions passer une soirée inoubliable et paisible , regarder les étoiles, passer un bon moment dans un restaurant local que fu notre déception quand a contrario ce fu plus de l’ordre du "tour-operator" mais passons... En plus de cela, Le jour même par message il nous est dit que nous devions nous rendre nous même sur le site pour voir le couché de soleil ainsi que les étoiles, déjà que le prix était salé nous avons du rajouter à cela l’essence en sachant que c'est une voiture de location. Pour suivre cette aventure, au restaurant, c'est égale à une cantine de lycée, le repas se compose d’une banale soupe de légumes sans saveur chaude par 30 degrés, une cuisse de poulet avec 3 pommes de terre canarienne accompagner d’une 'salade' sans assaisonnement et d’un bout de gâteau que beaucoup n’ont pas pu finir car celui ci devais sortir tout droit du supermarché. Une fois arriver sur place, vu le monde évident de personne, aucune personne du staff ne s’est occuper de nous sauf à la fin pour nous dire que nous avions 20km à faire en plus en voiture pour arriver sur le site ou ce trouve les télescope. Briefing inconnu, lieu du rendez vous inconnu car nous n'étions pas dans le bus donc obliger de suivre les autres personnes qui elles aussi étaient en voiture en sachant qu'il y avais deux bus. La personne devant le télescope avais l’air passionner mais nous avions un groupe de français et italien, le souci c'est que cette personne passais plus de temps avec les italiens que nous après si ce n'est pas sa langue natale aucun problème mais qu'il nous raconte deux fois la même chose, ce mélange dans ses explications ... c'est pas très pro. En quelques mots : un regret, nous aurions pu le faire nous même.

Tja. Hoe zal ik eraan beginnen. We ( mijn gezin )keken er vol verwachting naar uit, sterren te kunnen kijken op een schitterende locatie en op een professionele manier. Eerst hadden we half weg de busrit nog de 3 gangen menu genuttigd die voorzien was in de prijs. Wat was genuttigd ? Aan een snel tempo het eten naar binnen werken. Het bord was nog niet leeg of de volgende gang werd al geserveerd. Alles werd geserveerd in een niet al te proper etablissement en de kwaliteit vh eten was zeer povertjes. Hierna de bus op om bij de volgende stop de mooie zonsondergang te kunnen zien vanop een mooie locatie. Ik heb al veel mooiere locaties gezien, maar swat. Het vervolg was de aankomst op de locatie waar we sterren gingen kijken. Nog steeds met volle verwachting want de opstelling leek me wel professioneel ( maar ik ken hier niks van ) Hier was de kans om eerst nog iets te drinken of een snack te eten, maar tegen betaling wat had je gedacht. Dan kwam het moment dat we mochten kijken. Wat een teleurstelling 😭 Er was de kans om verschillende keren te kijken maar het beeld was steeds zwart maw je zag niks. De gids kwam dan wel eens bijregelen, maar na een paar minuten weer niks. Je moest dus wel verschillende keren gaan kijken in de hoop eens iets te zien. Ik heb 1 keer vd 10 pogingen iets gezien, denk ik, want ik had het mij helemaal anders voorgesteld. Het was een klein spinnenweb van sterren, maar moest goed kijken om dit beeld erin te zien. Ik heb het uiteindelijk teleurgesteld opgegeven. Nadien hebben we nog, door de telescoop, naar de volle maan kunnen kijken. Die was goed te zien, maar ik vraag me af of hier geen kans op oogschade mee gemoeid was. Hiervoor werd niet de minste verwittiging gegeven. We kregen ook nog een uitleg hoe we oa de verschillende sterrenbeelden konden zien. Helaas was alle uitleg van heel de avond niet in het Nederlands, zoals nochtans duidelijk aangeven werd, dat dat wel het geval zou zijn. Ik lees hier in verschillende reviews dat wij niet alleen met dit gevoel achter gebleven zijn. Jammer. Maar dan zakt mijn broek af van de feedback die de maatschappij ( eigenaar ) geeft op negatieve reviews. Mensen worden hier als leugenaars, lomperikken, enz afgeschilderd. Shame on you maatschappij ( eigenaar). Jullie zouden beter iets doen met de feedback ipv negatief te reageren. Wij betaalden 59€/ persoon. Ik denk dat er mensen zijn die nog meer betaald hebben voor deze verloren avond. @ maatschappij (eigenaar): Ik ben er klaar voor of ga je er toch eens iets aan doen ? 🤔

I would not recommend this teide by night and stargazing trip. We went with 7 Dutch people (including 1 child of 15 and 2 of 7 years of age). On the bus were more Dutch people. As we booked the trip we were told that the explanation would also be in Dutch and suitable for children. What a disappointment! The guide Ozzi did not make any effort at all although we asked several times to do a little explanation in Dutch. He was not child friendly. He even said the trip was not suitable for children. The rest of the trip was also very poorly. A rushed dinner with warm drinks (no ice) in a dirty restaurant. We had soup with very dry and hard bread, a chicken leg with 3 in the peel baked patatoes, corn and a slice of tomato. As dessert a piece of cake. We were rushed back into the bus where the airco did not properly worked. No glass of bubbles with the sunset and everything after that you had to pay for. A drink, a photo, ... . 20 euro for 2 pictures! You could hardly see something through the telescopes. You had to queue and when its your turn there was nothing to see (complete darkness) as it was not properly adjusted anymore. When we asked for help, he adjusted it but after 2 people there was again nothing to see. Only the moon we saw clear through the telescope but only the one with the best phone was allowed to take a picture and then it would be shared. Did not recieve anything yet. A terrible trip and an absolute waste of money! I heard from other people they had a completely different experience with other companies.

Hello, The tour was great, even if it was long. But our guide was so good that he made us loose the track of the time. I will definitely recommand your company to my friends See you next time

This was an excellent excursion with Tenerife Stars. Ozzie really knew his stuff, I learned so much about the volcanoes; climate change; the moon, the stars... The sunset was spectacular and seeing the moon through the telescopes (and getting a close-up photo of her, which Ozzie took for me on my phone) was really special. Our coach driver was also super friendly and smiled a lot, perfect pick-up and drop-off! It was a very generous tour, I got back to my apartment at around 1.30am, buzzing with breath-taking sunset and night sky memories! Huge thanks to Ozzie, our coach driver and all who helped organise this 🙂

Myself and 14 year old daughter done the sunset and stars trip which included a stop for a lovely 3 course meal. We then went in to a lovely viewpoint to watch the sunset and then on again and higher for the star gazing. Our ears popped a couple of times on the way up but the scenery was beautiful and Ozzie the guide had some good information and chat to entertain along the way. We had the opportunity to view 4 different things through the telescope and enjoyed learning about the stars and constellations. We were picked up at half 6 outside our hotel and then dropped off around 1am at the same place. Would thoroughly recommend and always worth doing again as you will have the opportunity to view different things through the telescope.

Teide by night not recommended. Too pricy for what you get. Don’t do this if it’s cloudy or hazy. You can see more stars from your home. €70 (€79 without discount) and no free drinks when you are at the top (2000m height so not really the top, more like a plateau and since it’s dark you can’t see any amazing views). Food at the start also very cheap and not good. Only positive is the guide Ozzy, funny guy and tells a lot about the stars and history of Tenerife. If you’re really interested in stars, go for it. But if you’re like 50-50, be prepared to sit down for 3 hours and check 4 times through a telescope (not that impressive) during that time and sit on a bus for about 2,5 hours. PS: Check the negative reviews and the reaction of the owner. Negative comments get lynched by the owner. Expecting one here too.

Esperienza pazzesca da fare una volta nella vita, c'è una vista mozza fiato! Le guide sono ti spiegano tutto con molta passione e sono veramente simpatici. Da fare!!!

Absolutely amazing night with Ozzie, such a knowledgeable and friendly guy. First stop after pick up was for food, we had pumpkin and patoto soup with bread to start followed by chicken, canarian potatoes and veg for mains and finished off with a sweet. Next we travelled to about 1400 metres above sea level to watch the sunset, which was brilliant, a great opportunity to gets some photos, an unforgettable moment. Then we travelled upto over 2000m to see the stars. Ozzie pointed stars and constellations out to us all and gave information on each. The amount of stars visible with the need eye was astounding, I've never seen so many stars. We looked at star clusters and double stars through the 4 telescopes that were there. Definitely worth it, I'd recommend this to everyone. I'll be doing it again next year and I can't wait.

Bonne expérience du coucher de soleil et de l'observation des étoiles. Nous avons vu les étoiles apparaître à mesure que l’obscurité descendait dans un télescope. Le guide Jean Marc est un vrai passionné, il nous a tout expliqué sur les étoiles, la lune. Ils nous ont appris à faire des photos des étoiles avec le téléphone. Le transport en mini van Allé/retour était super, et à l’heure, il nous a raconté plein de chose durant le trajet ( tournage de film à tenerife, Fast and furious , Star wars ) Point négatif : La nourriture n’était pas à notre goût, la soupe était très liquide, le poulet était sec, les patates était très salée. Mais personne ne vous oblige à prendre le forfait nourriture. Mais on s’attendait à mieux quand on nous a parlée de Tapas.

The views were amazing, you can take really nice pictures with it, along with that the guide tells you about the history of the island and about the volcano. During the night we saw some constellations and taught us how to navigate the stars and even look through a telescope.

Tenerife Star Experience The experience is memorable and amazing if you are into astronomy. Ozzy was great, funny and informative. Take a jacket incase on the colder side. We were picked up at 6pm and arrived back around 1.30am. Once everyone was picked up we headed up the volcano and around half way we stopped for food at the shack. The food was okay, nothing special in my opinion. There was a pumpkin soup for starter that was nice then for my main (vegetarian main) 3 potatoes a selection of cold and hot salad on my plate - didn't love it. My partner had the same but with chicken which he felt was dry. Then a nice little dessert, a strawberry flavoured cake I believe. The meal was a little uncomfortable being seated with strangers, we did not know where to look as the couple sitting opposite us didn't seem to want to speak either which I can understand. I would have preferred to have been seated at a table with those you arrived with. Once the meal was complete you arrived back on the transport (it was extremely warm due to air conditioning being broken however this could not be helped) both ozzy our guide and the driver were lovely. You then get to drive through an old open volcano where you hear all the history from it which was fascinating. Afterwards you arrive at the next destination where you watch the sunset, you are above the clouds and the scenery is amazing! This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Very busy with lots of people on the tour who don't care about waiting to jump infront and take a photo they just do it. Again cannot be helped and the view was amazing! After around an hour here you head further up to your last destination. Telescopes have been set up which move to the rotation of the earth which is amazing! This is the 3rd best place in the world for stargazing and I can see why! We were shown the North Star, the big dipper, Little Dipper the eagle the swan, Hercules and Aries and many more. It was also very clear to see shooting stars from here. Ozzy was brilliant, explained so much clearly, kept it funny and was extremely friendly. There was snacks and hot chocolate , juice and beers that you could also get whilst here (cash only) There was maybe 4 telescopes split between a lot of people so you don't get much time on the telescopes if I'm honest and they are set to coordinates therefore couldn't touch the telescopes either. We seen M17 which was a cluster within Hercules, Nebulas Death Star and a double star. We were then shown how to adjust our phones camera settings to take nice photos of the stars above. Overall a great experience if you are into astronomy only thing I would change is the amount of people that are on one tour as I assume we were there on a busy night but would have been better in a smaller group and that you are not seated with strangers. I also wish there was a gift shop at night. I honestly would say the views were worth the money such a beautiful place with such a memorable experience! We chose to do it on our last night and it was a great way to end our holiday.

Absolutely terrible experience, we went in to this with high hopes but was extremely disappointed, we was told it included a three course meal which sounded amazing but once we got on the coach we was dropped off at a random cafe in the middle of nowhere and was seated next to other members of the group which was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. Then we drove around again which somehow we did pretty often, made a random stop to watch the sun set which was packed full of people from random other tours and was just uncomfortable. Then we got back on the coach and headed to the final destination. Once we arrived we were told that there will be tea/coffee snacks etc, so we decided to queue while they were setting up. Only to be told they weren’t free, which is crazy as we paid €65 each, for standard food and staring into darkness for like 6 hours. We didn’t get to use any cool gadgets till the very end, and even then there were like 3 between loads of us. We are young and in good health but we ended up with a back ache and neck ache from literally just looking up into the sky. Also no portable toilets our toilet was a rock. No where to sit either the rock was also our seat. Do not recommend sorry..

Good experience but it dragged out, was a very long night and just wanted to go home 45 mins into it. The views were amazing but the telescope was useless. 4 telescopes between 100 people I got to look through it once for 5 seconds and was rushed off ! Not helpful at all ! The guy doing the talking didn’t stop talking and had everyone bored and tired ! Rats at the shack where they take you to eat also ! Definitely not recommend

Una excursión muy recomendable. El atardecer espectacular. El guía Ozzy era muy simpático y explicaba todo superbién. La única pega fue el idioma, que reservé el tour en español y nos encontramos con que se centraban más en explicarlo en otros idiomas (por mayoría extranjera), por lo que había algo de pérdida de información. Con respecto al cielo y las estrellas, una experiencia increíble, nos enseñaron las constelaciones y nos encantó, aunque los telescopios rompieron nuestras expectativas, esperábamos ver algo mejor a través de ellos.

Ok, to start, we were late pickup due to an accident, not companies' fault, that said I was not impressed, carpark for 3 hours ,4 telescopes. No toilet, so go at the picnic area (3 min walk) before you leave it. Take a quilt to keep warm. OK, I saw a few stars and the moon. Probably better on a night with no moon, nothing mind-blowing. Was hoping to see the milkyvway, but no, maybe the wrong time of year saw about 10 stars. The guide was very knowledgeable, though. Food was a paella picnic in the park, only missing bears to pinch the food.

Such a great trip! Prompt pick up, from an easy to get to location. Sunset was gorgeous, took a ton of photos. There were also photographers at each stop, so you can buy group shots etc. Stopped for a simple, tasty, 3 course Canarian dinner (lots of included drinks options, soft drinks and wine). Stargazing was a fab experience, very informative but also entertaining! (Pack warm things or buy a sweatshirt before you go!) Our guide Ozzi was hilarious, amazingly inclusive (does he speak ALL languages?!) And definitely knew his stuff! Dropped off near to our hotel by 1am. Would definitely recommend this excursion

Fue una experiencia inolvidable para mí chica y para mí. La verdad que el equipo de 10, son super simpáticos y explican muy bien las cosas. Fue una pasada poder ver a simple vista esa cantidad tan grande de estrellas y ya con los telescopios una locura. Si vuelvo a la isla seguro que repito la experiencia.

5 étoiles 🌟 pour notre guide français Jean Marc, je tiens à le dire !!!! Il a été excellent, il a gérer notre groupe en français et un autre en italien, donc on s'est senti un peu lésé... mais ce n'est pas de sa faute... il nous a laissé beaucoup de temps sur la lunette pour voir les étoiles, ll s'est "battu" avec l'autre guide Ozzi pour que les personnes qui étaient avec lui ne polluent pas l'atmosphère avec la lumière de leurs smartphone... 3 étoiles pour l'organisation, nous avions reçu un message sur wattsapp de Daniella pour nous donner rv à 20h, ils sont arrivés à 20h45. Aucune communication car inquiets, nous avons essayé de les joindre par SMS, wattsapp, téléphone, aucune réponse. Nous avons pris l'option autonome à 35€, ça ne valait pas plus

This tour is great if you like mediocre food and have no knowledge of astronomy. So while that may appeal to those lacking education, it was a huge disappointment to myself and my student. We started off with our bus picking us up a few minutes late (no problem there) and then proceeded to pick up about 50 other people from various hotels (again no problem, though quite tiring.) We then went to a local restaurant which was EXTREMELY mediocre. I'm glad we paid a la carte, as the price of food additional to the tour would not have been worth it. After a quick stop to watch the sunset (the highlight of the tour) we went into Teide national park to do stargazing. This is where it fell apart. Our guide (Ozzie) knew very little about astronomy (granted, I TEACH astronomy professionally...) But his "facts" were horrible. He said stars were made of fire (they aren't) and that stars are mostly made of Hydrogen and NITROGEN (try Helium...) He also stated that the largest stars in our Galaxy are 4-5 times larger than our sun (please Google "UY Scuti") He incorrectly gave distances to Messier objects and spouted MANY other wrong "facts" about astronomy. While this may be good for the common person with little to no knowledge of Astronomy, this was PAINFUL to myself and my student (who, at 16 years old, knows more about astronomy than this guy does) If you want to actually learn about astronomy, do yourself a favor and avoid this tour. If you like meh food, stale dad jokes, and piss-poor astronomy knowledge, this may be for you!

It was an amazing trip to the volcano, enjoyed very minute of it, absolutely spectacular views. Thanks to the guide, which made our journey more enjoyable.

I joined a stargazing tour in Tenerife guided by Ozzi, and it was fantastic! The evening started with a great dinner in a beautiful place. After eating, we watched a spectacular sunset, with the team members taking amazing photos and creating content for the Instagram page.When night fell, Ozzi guided us through the stargazing experience, showing us the constellations and sharing interesting stories. The sky was so clear and full of stars that it felt magical.

Me and my partner saw this stargazing experience advertised and thought it would be a worthwhile addition to our holiday. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we both would go again. There are some shortcomings that need to be addressed to make this experience even better as listed below. Firstly, the agency we booked this with sold it as a 3 course meal included. I really think this is a stretch of the imagination as we found one of those courses to be a piece of bread, and the other being a choice of a yoghurt or banana. Regardless, we thought the meal was good quality, I just felt the agency/tour could have been more honest to give realistic expectations. Secondly and most important, the toilet facilities were not up to standard. The only toilet on the entire trip was a public toilet in the Teide national park which had no toilet paper or soap/sanitation. After this from around 9pm when we set off to the stargazing location there were no toilets. Lastly was the timings. It seems there was a miscommunication with the times either between the excursion agency or the tour as we were told we would be back at the hotel around 11pm. Instead we arrived back at 12.30am. Not a big problem but would have been nice to expect. It would be unfair to not list the many positives of the experience. Ozzy, the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t think of a better person for this job. Not only can he speak an impressive number of languages, he has great humour and livened up the trip. Ozzy has a wealth of information about Teide and astrology and happy to answer any questions that we had. For anyone unsure about the experience I would still recommend it, but I hope these comments can be used constructively to better improve the experience for everyone.

An amazing experience, Ozzi was a brilliant host keeping us entertained on the drive up and talking us through the whole experience showing us how to take the best photos. There are a few stops on the trip one for food, the next was the sunset then finally the location for the stargazing. Definitely a trip worth doing.

Wow, what an amazing night! Seeing the Elon musk starlink and a shooting star was absolutely magical. And I have to give a shout out to Ozzy, our guide. He was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to be dazzled by the beauty of the night sky!

Did not enjoy at all felt this was a total waste of money. Food was fine then went to see the sun set but had to leave before it fully set then on to the star gazing which was in a car park with 3 telescopes between around 60 of us over 2 groups. Telescopes are pre set so you could only look at certain areas. Would def not recommend this tour.

Tour kann gut mit dem eigenen Auto gemacht werden. Eher Massenabfertigung. 3 Sterne weil uns Bilder von dieser Nacht versprochen wurden die via WhatsApp zugesendet wurden. Siehe da, die gleichen Bilder von der Website von Planeten und dem Mond die wir in dieser Nacht gar nicht sehen konnten - fader Beigeschmack.

Déçue de cette excursion, mais les bons points sont quand même le personnel très sympa. Mais le prix de l'excursion de 75 euros ne valait pas du tout le coup pour nous. Un taxi est venu nous chercher, et nous a déposé dans un restaurant. Et ensuite un bus est arrivé nous étions 75 personnes au final... Repas moyen pour moi, je n'ai pas aimé la soupe et le dessert. On nous a ensuite déposé à l'endroit du coucher de soleil, c'etait sympa mais au final on était les uns sur les autres je déteste ça. Un des animateurs nous fait un petit peu d'histoire en anglais puis en en espagnol, ayant un petit niveau d'anglais j'ai pas tout compris je suis allée le voir pour lui demander de nous expliquer en français, sauf que là il me dit qu'il parle pas beaucoup Français, ça sera après avec Jean marc que j'aurais la partie en francais sauf que Jean Marc nous parlera que d'astronomie. Nous reprenons le taxi pour aller à l'endroit où on verra les étoiles. Sur la route on voit un endroit oit incroyable au dessus des nuages.... Photos impossible car je ne suis pas du côté de la fenêtre et ma sœur est pas du bon côté donc super déçue... Arrivé à l'endroit des etoiles avec mon groupe de 75 personnes je rencontre Jean Marc un grand passionné j'adore écouter les gens comme lui. Sauf que nous sommes que 2 françaises et au moins 20 italiens donc on passe plus de temps a attendre dans le froid qu'il finit de parler en italien, et on voit dans le téléscope que 3 fois. Mais Jean Marc nous a appris quand même pleins de choses, Et ils proposent des boissons mais payantes au vu du prix payé c'est pas très correcte de ne pas nous offrir un verre. Je m'attendais à autre chose.

HIghly entertaining and informative host Ozzy, knows his stuff and what an experience being inside a crater looking up at the stars. As reported elsewhere food not so good, we are veggies and had rice, tats and veggies, ok but bland, wine was awful so I bought a beer, note - which is not part of the cost. For the main event I would have given 5 stars. Thanks Ozzy - maybe look at a different restaurant option? Or take sandwiches.

Splendida esperienza da non perdere se si visita Tenerife! Tutto organizzato bene e staff simpatico. È incredibile la quantità di stelle che si riescono a vedere già a occhio nudo. Con il telescopio e la spiegazione diventa un'esperienza unica. Bisogna coprirsi bene perché essendo in montagna c'è un'escursione termica considerevole. Ma già al momento della prenotazione siamo stati avvisati da Luisa e siamo andati attrezzati. Grazie!

Was stupidly disappointed with this excursion!! We were sold tickets on the guarantee from ticket seller that the day they put forward would have no clouds as they used a specialist app that is completely accurate and we would always be higher even if they were. This was false information and I spent €140 euros to sleep on a cold wall whilst we waited for something to happen. We were picked up by a tiny overflow bus as if they over booked that had rows of three seats and separated me from my partner for the entire journey part! When we arrived for food we were seated in long tables of 12 like something from the last supper and forced to be crammed in with random people we did not know. For someone who is majorly anxious and mildly autistic this and the bus ruined my mood for the evening and had me way out of my comfort zone. We had one bottle of water on the table that was finished by other customers and the only thing I would drink (I stay away from alcohol and fizzy pop!) and when I asked for a glass I was told to go and buy some from the bar. Like everyone around me weren't overflowing with free drinks. The pictures of the sky provided were NOT what we saw and I believe they give a false pretence as to what you will actually get for your money. Essentially we paid €70 per person to look at the moon and a couple of starts through a telescope as the meal was so bad we didn't eat it!

This was a great tour, exceeded our expectations. Collected from and returned to our hotel, lovely and interesting commentary and a good chunk of time to watch the sunset and then to see stars through some excellent telescopes. Again, very well informed commentary. Highly recommended

Hi, we went on this excursion last night, and I wanted to share some feedback. Firstly the meal. What an amazing way to get families all talking and building friendships sitting together in a very beautiful setting. The food was nice and traditional, friendly staff and very fast service to say how many people were there. The coach - picking people up at their individual hotels - was also an amazing thing to do. You can get nervous booking an excursion on the street, but the communication from your company was fantastic. The coach trip was beautiful in itself, and the regular stops really broke the journey up. The stargazing was the best thing I have ever done. Its hard to please teenagers, but now they want to do it more when we get back to the UK. They have invested in the equipment (state of the art) and what amazing views. We learned so much. In a world where we're we look down at our phones constantly, they have made my kids look up and see how beautiful the world around us is. Finally, Aussie the host. This man is special and an amazing asset to their company, he is funny, informative and very very knowledgeable, he looked after the whole group none stop, he Controlled the crowd perfectly and actually made this stunning trip even better. We felt sorry for the other group missing out on his performance lol. From the bottom of our heart thank you for making us have an unforgettable trip and we look forward to seeing the pictures. We try to come to Tenerife every 6 months and we will be back to enjoy another evening with this amazing company Thank you again Anthony and Family

Ontgoocheling - we boekten de uitstap zonder dinner gezien men gezegd had dat er ook mogelijkheid was om op een mooie plek te pick-nicken… we werden 20 min later opgehaald dan gepland - na 10 min op de bus stopten we langs een wegrestaurant waar de rest van de groep dinner had - geen mogelijkheid tot een gezellige pick-nick plaats zoals beloofd … nadien stopten we voor sunset - prachtig zicht maar het was enorm winderig en dus erg koud. Uiteindelijk bestemming om sterren te kijken : heel erg ongeorganiseerd … iedereen liep door elkaar - veel sterren te zien maar de telescoop was geen meerwaarde - wel duidelijke uitleg over alles wat je zag maar dit in alle talen door elkaar … veel wachten … extreem koud … en een uur en een half later terug dan doorgegeven was … om ter plaatse klein beetje op te warmen diende je nog te betalen voor een warme choco… kortom 60 euro per persoon dus veel te duur

We were really looking forward to our star gazing trip. The tour guide was great fun and made the trip interesting. We had a meal included which was a stop halfway up the volcano at a local restaurant. The food was simple but tasty and there was a good selection of wines available. We got to see the sunset which was stunning (see photo) then continued on to the top to star gaze. Unfortunately there was a lot of cloud which we were told was not forecast so didn’t get to see anything and ended up just getting taken back to our hotel along with everyone else. Very disappointing end to what started as a great excursion. Cost over €200 for our family.

Growing up, astronomy was just a passing interest for me, so I thought this would be something different to normal holiday trips. We were not disappointed. From the extensive instructions prior to being picked up ,the bus driver knowing when people needed cool air at start to a bit of a heat on the top of teide, the basic but very tasty food , stunning sun set and a very interesting and informative views of planets , stars and nebula ,this was a great trip. Ozzi is very informative and engaging and tries to make sure everyone gets plenty of time to see the sites. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting a night trip. One thing I would point out to people , and this varies with the month , if the organiser advises warm clothing ( and they did ), make sure you heed their advice. It can be chilly 2000m up

Great night on the volcano. Ozzi, the guide, is the best!

We had a great time on the stargazing tour. Ozzy and Gianmarco were awesome guides, they explained everything to us in great detail, and made it very engaging. We managed to see Jupiter, and even Orion's nebula - mind blowing. The food was basic (pumpkin soup, chicken and potatoes, and a pudding), but it was tasty and the portions were more than sufficient.

Excelent experience, the sky have a different look from Teide park and Ozzi, the giude complete the picture perffectly.

Sunset views, star gazing and Ozzie the guide was great. Unfortunately there was way too many people and spent 1.5 hours on the coach making stops to pick up people (with whom some were late) before even heading to the volcano. Food was absolutely dreadful, how they can serve that to people I don’t know. There was a lot of it wasted!!! Also got charged €90 per person through an excursion person in the hotel when it’s only €75 on the website.

The experience offered by Ozzy and the team was fantastic. They took us for dinner, and offered a tour in multiple languages to make everyone feel welcome and included. Seeing the night sky from the Teide national park was a special experience and one I would be happy to recommend, and do again. We got to see several objects through the high powered telescopes, including Jupiter which was visible on the night we did the experience. Ozzy also guided us on how to locate Polaris, the North Star, pointed out some constellations and told us some facts about the stars. He also gave us instructions to change our phone camera settings to be able to do some basic astrophotography, which was amazing on some of the better phone cameras. I would suggest dressing warm, as it did get quite cold. You're standing (or sitting) outside in low temperatures at night for several hours, do take that into account.

Great half day tour around teide national park. Our guide ozzie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various volcanoes and eruptions that have taken place. Would highly recommend if you'd like a more personal experience. Was nice to go as part of a small group.

Absolutely amazing experience, Ozzi was so knowledgable and funny. We drove our own car but the whole experience was simple and one not to be missed, I highly recommend. Communication prior to the trip was spot on, we were advised to take blankets from the apartment so we were wrapped up in blankets which made the experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic excursion into the National Park to witness the incredible sunset on Mount Tiede an ancient volcano and then onto the observation platform to see the spectacular night sky in the presence of the tour guides and astronomers who gave us a wonderful opportunity to have such a unique experience. We also enjoyed the rising of a full moon high up in the crater, which was almost overwhelming. Not to mention the comfortable coach trip and evening meal at an old world canarian restaurant, brilliant and worthwhile for the price. Our guide Ozzie was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. A great holiday experience

Riesige Gruppe mit ca. 80 Personen und nicht in gebuchter Sprache (über GetyourGuide gebucht und Tenerife Stars durchgeführt). Wir haben vor zwei Tagen an der angeblich in deutscher Sprache stattfindenden Tour "Sonnenuntergang im Teide-Nationalpark und Sternschnuppentour" inkl. Essen für 75€ pro Person teilgenommen. Uns war wichtig, an einer in deutsch geführten Tour teilzunehmen, da wir vor Jahren schon einmal eine ähnliche Tour mit einem Guide in englischer und spanischer Sprache hatten. Wir wurden mit einem Großtaxi (insgesamt 8 Gäste) abgeholt und zunächst zu einem Restaurant gefahren, an dem noch ein großer Bus sowie einige private PKWs hielten. Es war schnell klar, das wir gemeinsam mit dieser großen Gruppe die Tour machen werden. Nach dem zwar in Massenabfertigung durchgeführten, aber trotzdem recht gutem Essen, fuhren wir gemeinsam zu einem Platz, an dem wir den Sonnenuntergang sehen konnten. Anschließend ging es mit allen zu einem Parkplatz auf 2000 Meter Höhe. Hier haben wir uns die Sterne angesehen. Die Erläuterungen unseres Guides waren gut, aber leider nicht in Deutsch, was wir extra gebucht hatten. Ein zweiter Guide erklärte alles in französisch und italienisch. Obwohl unser Guide offensichtlich Deutsch sprechen konnte, hatte er uns erklärt, dass die Tour bis in die Nacht dauern würde, wenn er es in allen Sprachen erklären würde. Wir haben somit für eine Leistung bezahlt, die wir nicht bekommen haben. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Ihre Antwort kann ich so nicht stehen lassen. Wir wurden nicht gefragt, ob es für uns okay ist. Es geht auch nicht darum, dass wir die englische Sprache nicht verstanden haben, sondern dass Sie mit einer deutschsprachigen Tour werben und wir diese gebucht haben. Es wäre überhaupt nicht möglich gewesen, dass der Guide in der Ausführlichkeit das Ganze noch in deutsch übersetzt hätte. Das hat uns der Guide auch gesagt, dass es dann viel zu lange dauern würde.

Highly recommended. It took a while to pick everyone up due to the traffic, but everything else was great. The meal with wine was simple but good. Our guide ozzi was great, very knowledgeable and funny. Star gazing in the crater of Mount teide was an amazing and unique experience.

We had an outstanding experience with our guide Ozzi stargazing in one of the best places on the planet. He had 4 telescopes so everyone had ample time to see stars, nebulae, star clusters and also Jupiter and its moons. He even showed how to take fantastic Astro photography shots with a mobile phone. Make sure to take a coat and layer up as it gets very cold.

Ozzy was een erg leuke gids die met veel humor vertelde over de omgeving. We hadden genoeg tijd op alle plekken om zelfstandig rond te lopen. De prijs voor een halve dag is wat hoger dan andere tours, maar dat is het waard omdat je met een kleine groep in een comfortabel busje reist.

We had a wonderful time during our trip. Ozzy was very informative and cheerful. One should definitely go for the stargazing tour when visiting Tenerife.

Stargazing and Sunset from Teide. Having noticed this trip mentioned on the Tenerife forum page on Facebook I contacted Vicki Farquarson to enquire. Seemless booking and lots of information given before our trip. We set off with the delightful Ozzie as our guide. Ozzie proved to be very entertaining, knowledgeable and informative. He gave information in several languages and we never felt excluded. We stopped for dinner which was included and was very nice. Onwards up the mountain to take in a beautiful sunset above the clouds. It was chilly so I'd take extra layers. Once the sun had gone it was on the bus again and up into the crater where the bus parked up and Ozzie prepared the telescopes. We were able to buy a delicious hot chocolate whilst we waited for it to be fully dark. Ozzie explained with the help of layers and the telescopes what we were able to see. He was also happy to answer questions. We've been promised photos from the telescope so I may add them here when they come through. Definitely a magical experience. Can't recommend highly enough. It is cold up there so remember to wrap up.

De base, c’était alléchant comme expérience, regarder des étoiles avec un télescope sur l’un des plus beaux ciels du Monde, sur papier, ça en jette. Mais quelle déception ; notre guide, un amateur d’astronomie (et ça se ressent, il ne nous a rien appris, que des choses dignes de la Terminale et de la première année de prépa), franco-italien, ne nous a accordés que 30mn sur un deal de 1h30. Nous avions froid et avons passé une partie de la soirée à l’écouter expliquer des choses aux italiens. Il oublie à quel groupe il a expliqué quoi et surtout, nous n’avons regardé que trois fois dans le télescope (la Lune, Jupyter et une nébuleuse). Ça ne mérite pas le déplacement, encore moins le prix ; comptez 35€/personne sans transport et sans restaurant.

Déçu de l’expérience. Nous n’avons observé dans le télescope que 3 fois dans la soirée, ce qui est peu, et avec un télescope qui n’a rien d’exceptionnel. Nous avons été avec un groupe de français et d’italiens, avec la sensation d’avoir moitié moins d’informations que le groupe anglophone qui avait des informations en continu. Aucune activité n’était proposée pendant le temps d’attente, surtout dans le froid de l’altitude. C’est dommage, malgré le guide francophone sympathique.

Our host Ozzi was very enthusiastic and entertaining. The views were well worth the trip. Do carry warm clothes as it really gets cold and you are standing around looking at stars. It will ruin the experience if you are worried about trying to warm up.

Meravigliosa ed emozionante esperienza, da fare assolutamente se siete in zona. Organizzazione perfetta dal transfer al rientro in hotel. Un pasto pomeridiano in un locale tipico prima di ammirare il tramonto e poi un pieno di emozioni tra paesaggio, tramonto e l'esperienza con tanto di guida per vedere stelle e pianeti al telescopio da una location a oltre 2000 mt. Abbiamo prenotato in un’agenzia di Los Cristisnos in 2 coppie al prezzo “scontato” di 75€ ciascuno (abbiamo poi scoperto che le persone che erano in pullman con noi avevano pagato meno). Ci avevano detto che saremmo stati in 50 persone e che avremmo avuto a disposizione 4 telescopi. Appena partiti ci siamo fermati per il pranzo/cena alle ore 16:30 (l’agenzia ci aveva detto che avremmo mangiato alle 18:00 quindi eravamo sazi del pranzo). Il cibo del ristorante è stato scarso e mediocre (una zuppa di zucca senza sapore, un cosciotto di pollo con patate e una punta di insalata, un pezzetto di brownie per dolce, 1/4 di vino bianco e 1/4 di vino rosso per 8 persone). La cosa più spiacevole però è stata arrivare sul punto di osservazione e trovarsi in un parcheggio con altri pulmini e altre persone venute con mezzo proprio (che avevano pagato 35€); eravamo circa 200 persone e c’era un grande inquinamento luminoso dovuto al continuo andirivieni delle auto che arrivavano. Ci hanno diviso in 4 gruppi e noi italiani siamo capitati con un gruppo di francesi. La guida era molto preparata ma ci ha dedicato pochi minuti perché ha parlato quasi esclusivamente ai francesi. In tutto abbiamo visto solo 3 cose con il telescopio (Saturno,Giove e la nebulosa) e con spiegazioni minime. La signora dell’agenzia inoltre ci aveva fatto vedere una storia di ISTAGRAM e delle foto scattate dai turisti con il cellulare rivolto verso il cielo o attraverso il telescopio ma sul posto ci hanno vietato di fare foto attraverso il telescopio per questioni “tecniche” e le foto viste scattate al cielo non corrispondevo alla realtà. Gli italiani che erano con noi ad un certo punto se ne sono andati via perché stanchi di aspettare la guida che parlava solo ai francesi. Inoltre l’agenzia ci ha detto che saremmo arrivati a 2300 metri di altitudine ma non abbiamo superato i 2000 metri. Sicuramente se fossimo stati in 50 persone avremmo potuto vivere diversamente questa esperienza che di per sé sarebbe molto bella potendo vedere più cose e con maggiori spiegazioni .

5 stelle per l' esperienza e le guide. Gianmarco è coinvolgente, preparatissimo ed entusiasta. Sarebbe bello dedicare più spazio all osservazione con i telescopi ed eventualmente, dovendo stare nei tempi, un po' meno alle spiegazioni. Sarebbe utile che il parco offrisse uno spazio dedicato alle osservazioni, più buio e senza passaggio di auto. Occorrerebbe poi obbligare i partecipanti a tenere spenti i cellulari in modo da non disturbare con le luci

This was a fantastic experience. Our guide Ozzi helped to make it so enjoyable. He kept us all amused with his jokes and was so knowledgeable when it came to the stars and planets. The sunset views were spectacular and the stargazing through the telescopes was brilliant.Would thoroughly recommend this tour to all.

Great experience for sunset and stargazing at Mount Teide. Our tour guide Ozzi is a professional guide on the stars and very entertaining character. The tour includes a dinner, viewing the sunset and stargazing at a height of over 2000 meters at Mount Teide. Ozzi is very knowledgeable on the stars and he gave us a nice presentation with a laser pen. We saw some planets via the astronomical telescopes. It was cold up in the mountains, so take the tip seriously to bring warm clothing.
