The receptionist from our hotel in Golf Del Sur recommended the 4,5h trip because of the price/quality: €60,00pp for the excursion with pick up and drop off (at a nearby hotel) and lunch included. We would not recommend this exact combination, it was horrible for us personally. We drove the bus for almost 1,5h before arriving at the boat. Then 4,5 hours on a boat with 155 people. The 'lunch' was very strange: cold kale, fried rice, 4 meatballs with a mystery sauce, a little piccolo bread and a banana. We got sea sick after two hours. When the boat stopped to spot the whales, everyone crowded to the windows, there's not enough space for everyone to watch comfortably. There were 4 toilets on the boat (max capacity is 222!). The toiletpaper run out after two hours. The road back to be dropped off was 2 hours. I wouldn't do this again even if offered €1000,00...

Super Ausflug, die ganze Familie war glücklich (4-65 Jahre), weil alle ein Highlight hatten, von Humpackwalen über Schwimmen bis zum perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Die Crew war super und 4,5 Stunden vergingen wie im Flug.

Absolutely loved this! Got to see whales and dolphins 🐬 Staff all very friendly and give good information on the boat . Not recommended if you get sea sick.

Excellent excursion and worth the price. Swim, lunch, whales 🐳 and magestic Los Gigantes cliffs. Only thing to note is the number of people jam packed onto the boat (~200). At the start, around the time of the swim and lunch being served, it felt very chaotic and busy - with everyone squeezed onto the ground deck, navigating a tight queue system with plates carefully balanced on knees, many soaking wet after the swim. Not particularly enjoyable for those who don't enjoy busy situations. The vegetarian lunch option was basic - vegetable rice, cabbage and more boiled veg. The swim was slightly disappointing as we had read we'd be swimming at the foot of the Los Gigantes cliffs, but instead seemed to be quickly done close to the start to get out the way. Having said that, plenty time given to marvel at the whales, admire the cliffs, watch the sun set behind La Gomera, and bottomless beer, sangria and fizzy.

Wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal war von Anfang bis Ende sehr bemüht. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten die 4,5 stündige Tour mit der Royal Delfin gebucht. Die Tour startete mittags und wir führen an der Küste entlang, hatten tolle Blicke auf Schluchten, Berge und die Küste. Wir machten Halt in einer tolle felsigen Bucht, dort gab es Mittagessen und man konnte vom Boot aus baden. Das Mittag bestand aus Reis, Hackbällchen in Tomatensoße, Krautsalat, ein Brötchen und eine Banane. Nichts besonderes aber ok. Getränke konnte man sich während der gesamten Tour aus einem Automaten zapfen. Es gab Bier, Sangria, Pepsi light Getränke, Wasser, Fanta. Von der Küste aus fuhren wir nach einer Stunde aufs Meer hinaus weiter, sahen La Gomera und La Palma. Der Käpten suchte die Wale und Delfine und tatsächlich konnte wir viele sehen. Der Guide Johann erklärte viel über die Tiere und sie kamen dicht ans Boot. Die Rückfahrt lief zügig und es wurde langsam dunkel. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis mit einer stets freundlichen Crew, die ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würde!

Un paseo maravilloso avistando ballenas, muy cómodo y agradable sobre todo con el personal de abordo. Se echa de menos un bailecito con las explicaciones de como utilizar el salvavidas...🤣🤣 Seguro que ese "marinero de abordo" sabe que estoy en lo cierto. Gracias a toda la tripulación ha sido un placer.

Recomendable 100%. Te permite descubrir la costa oeste de Tenerife y ver los acantilados de los gigantes, que son espectaculares. También pudimos ver ballenas pilotos y delfines mular. El personal del barco muy amable y atento en todo momento. Hacen una parada para comer y para darte un baño en el océano.

Muy recomendable, impresionante la calidad humana del equipo abordo. Nos trataron muy amables, educados y pendientes de nosotras que nos sintiéramos cómodas. El recorrido bien, aunque se nos hizo corto de lo bien que lo pasamos. Muy respetuosos con los animales, cuidan no invadir el hábitat y bajar el volumen de ruido. El baño en mar estupendo y el picoteo resuelto. Genial.

Una experiencia increíble con el Royal Delfin. El paseo en catamarán fue una pasada: pudimos ver delfines, ballenas pequeñas muy de cerca, algo que no se olvida. La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre amables y pendientes de todo. La comida a bordo muy buena, y además te dan la oportunidad de bañarte en el mar, lo cual fue espectacular. También hacen fotos y vídeos profesionales durante el recorrido que luego puedes comprar como recuerdo. Sin duda, una experiencia 100% recomendable para disfrutar del mar y la naturaleza. 🐬🌊🚤

Esperienza divertente ma poco riservata Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto l’esperienza più lunga con la Royal Delfin, quella che arriva fino a Los Gigantes, dove è prevista anche una sosta per fare il bagno di circa 30 minuti e il pranzo a bordo. L’escursione in sé è molto piacevole e ben organizzata, con un equipaggio simpatico e coinvolgente che rende il viaggio divertente. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti da sapere prima di prenotare: la barca ospita facilmente un centinaio di persone tra i due ponti, quindi non aspettatevi un’esperienza intima o riservata. Inoltre, il bagno “con i delfini” è in realtà a una distanza di sicurezza piuttosto ampia — non si nuota direttamente accanto a loro, ma li si osserva da lontano. Per quanto riguarda il pranzo, è incluso solo se si sceglie l’esperienza completa: si può scegliere un secondo con contorno di riso, ma non ci sono altre opzioni. Le bevande base (birra, vino, sangria e analcoliche) sono comprese, ma attenzione per chi ha esigenze particolari come il senza glutine: non ci sono opzioni dedicate, nemmeno la birra senza glutine, e bisogna segnalarlo con largo anticipo al momento della prenotazione per avere qualcosa di adatto. Experiencia increíble y a muy buen precio teniendo en cuenta que son más de cuatro horas de navegación. Lo mejor es la visión submarina que permite este barco, el respeto por la fauna y el trato de la tripulación. Pudimos ver tanto calderones como delfines, y haciendo snorkel a los pies de los Gigantes, una raya. Muy recomendable.

We booked the 4.5 hour trip. The staff were incredible. We saw lots of whales and dolphins. Only suggestion would be to take snacks with you as lunch was served closer to 16:00, with an apple at the start. When we asked about lunch they did give us bananas and you could buy extra food but that was enough to last us.

Estuve con una amiga hace poco más de 1 semana. Fue una aventura maravillosa. Pudimos disfrutar de una experiencia única al poder vivir de primera mano el avistamiento de ballenas, delfines, pececillos saltarines y hasta vimos una tortuga por un breve momento. Sin duda, fue precioso. Además, me siento una privilegiada por haberme bañado por primera vez en alta mar en un entorno paradisíaco en pleno océano atlántico. Sencillamente fantástico. La comida muy buena y completa y la bebida podias servirte la que quisieras. Además de ofrecerte fruta del tiempo como aperitivo y un chupito de ron con miel como despedida. De la tripulación he de decir que solo tengo elogios para ell@s, pues tod@s, sin excepción, fueron atentos,amables, simpáticos,geniales. En especial uno de ellos con el que tuvimos el privilegio de tratar un poco más, fue un auténtico regalo poder conocerlo.Qué mejor trato podíamos recibir que el que nos dieron. Puede ser que sentarnos la parte de atrás más tranquilamente nos diera la oportunidad de vivirlo más mágicamente. Así que para finalizar mi opinión, diré que fue una una suerte o quizás el destino quien nos hizo esperar a llegar al hotel para contratar la excursión para ver los delfines. Fue la mejor decisión que tomé en muchisimo tiempo porque me llevó al mejor día de mi vida. Me siento muy agradecida, por eso Royal Delfin, muchísimas gracias.

Debe ser de la primera vez que pongo una reseña así, si vais en bus hasta el barco prepárate para el viaje mas largo, caluroso de tu vida, no bus, el aire acondiconado no funcionaba, aconsejo ir en coche, luego por el precio yo pague 65 euros por cabeza, y esta masificado el barco, no me quiero imaginar en meses de verano! Los chicos que trabajan allí majiiisimos, por el resto calidad/precio mal!

Traumhafter Ausflug. Die Guides sind klasse und sprechen so viele Sprachen. Der Ausflug hat sich absolut gelohnt. Die Menschenmenge verläuft sich auch sehr gut auf dem Schiff.

Avvistamento di balene pilota con piccoli al seguito, il personale di bordo molto preparato e cordiale, nota simpatica, la guida che spiega in italiano parla come il dott Birkemeierr della cllinica per dimagrire nei film di Fantozzi 😁 E comunque molto molto bravi! Grazie mille per la possibilità di vedere dal vivo questa meraviglia della natura 😊

Ich habe, (aus versehen) einmal die 4 stündige und einmal die 2 stündige Tour gemacht und beide waren super!!! Mega nette Crew, sehr respektvoll zu den Tieren und auf jede Frage eine Antwort. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. 👍🏻😊

Experiência excelente - 2h O barco tinha bastante gente mas é bastante grande e permite diferentes espaços, entre os quais podemos ir alternando para ter diferentes vistas sobre o mar. Tem bar com preços acessíveis e todos os tipos de bebida/snacks. A Crew foi super agradável e comunicativa durante toda a viagem, falam em diferentes línguas; vão dando várias orientações e informações sobre o que estamos a observar, abordaram-nos de forma bastante clara e simpática. Tivemos a oportunidade de ver algumas baleias e até uma tartaruga. A foto tirada no início da viagem custa 10€, facultativo: não houve qualquer pressão para a comprar. Tem um low deck com observação submarina mas não cheguei a ver nada. A tripulação procura os animais e aproxima se lentamente para que os possamos observar mais de perto; achei muito respeitoso todo esse processo. 10/10 super recomendo!

Zuerst das positive, ja wir hatten Glück und haben Delphine und Grindwale gesehen. Das war es aber schon. In dem inneren eines total überfüllten Boot zu sitzen und schaukelnt einen Teller auf dem Schoß zu balancieren ist wahrlich kein Vergnügen. Deshalb habe ich auf das Mittagessen verzichtet. Wo der Ausstieg für die Badepause war habe ich aufgrund der Menschenmasse nicht mitbekommen. Mein Fazit, spendet das Geld für den Tierschutz.

Fantastic program with an amazing view of Los Gigantes with a swim nearby, and to catch some pilot whales after. Crew was extremely nice, they had gluten-free options for lunch and offered a great guide through the trip. We truly recommend it if you are visiting Tenerife.

Excursion au top, il y avait du monde mais bon c’est un catamaran donc on devais être a peu prêt une centaine mais il y avait de la place pour tout le monde. Baignade en pleine océan au bord de falaise pendant 40min l’eau est bonne avec une cascade d’eau qui tombe du bateau, on peu faire des plongeon du bateau aussi. Puis on reprend la mer et le bateau part à la recherche des dauphin et bien sûr il en trouve pas mal, il y’a aussi des poisson volant c’est intéressant. On a vu plus de baleines que de dauphin mais c’est tout aussi incroyable et on peu les voir d’en haut assez proche et sous l’eau grâce à l’étage inférieur du catamaran

Excursion en mer réalisée le 11 09 2025. Observation des baleines et dauphins avec une approche très respectueuse. On découvre la côte jusqu à Los Gigantes . Baignade dans la baie de Masca dans un décor féerique. L ensemble du personnel est très disponible et sympathique. Je recommande cette sortie découverte. Parfois la mer bouge un peu alors il faudra penser au petit cachet magique une heure avant le départ, votre sortie n en sera que plus belle.

It was a good trip overall, seeing short fin whales and dolphins, which raced alongside the boat, jumping out of the water. Took a mark off as the boat was packed on top and lower decks, making it difficult to move around a lot

Fabuloso el día que pasamos de excursión en el catamarán Royal Delfín en el viaje de 4 horas y media. Lo pasamos genial, el baño en los acantilados de los Gigantes estupendo y el avistamiento de los delfines espectacular. La atención de todo el personal estupenda y nos llevamos un grato recuerdo. Repetiremos la próxima vez.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. El barco es muy grande y aunque éramos bastantes personas, se estaba bien. Al montar en el barco te hacen fotos y luego a la salida si quieres las puedes comprar. El trayecto duró las 2 horas que contratas y tuvimos suerte y vimos ballenas Calderón Tropicales y algún delfín. Todos los tripulantes profesionales y muy simpáticos. Lo recomiendo para todos, tanto familias, parejas o incluso ir solo. Gracias por dejarnos este bello recuerdo de ésta isla tan bonita.

Groupe de huit personnes (venues de Normandie). Très ravi de cette expérience, la sortie en mer est parfaite, la baignade est sympathique, la nourriture est tout à fait correcte avec les différentes boissons comprises. Pour finir la rencontre avec les baleines est magnifique sans oublier les quelques poissons volants sur le parcours. Une balade que je recommande.👍 Un petit mot pour le personnel souriant, aimable et qui n'est pas avare pour répondre aux questions posées.

We saw lots of pilot whales but the trip was spoilt by the male member of staff bringing photos round. Because this is meant to be a sustainable/environmentally friendly trip, we suggested it would be better to show photos on a tablet and only print out those needed, rather than print them all and have lots of waste. We were told "don't waste my time". Until that interaction, the review would have been a 4. The food is ok but not great, and there are just too many people on the boat.

Super expérience. Navigation calme avec des explications dans plusieurs langues (espagnol, anglais, français, allemand...) tout au long de la balade. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des dauphins et des baleines qui se sont même approchés du bateau pour notre plus grand plaisir. La compagnie fait attention a perturber le moins possible les espèces marines et nous demande de respecter leur environnement (ne rien jeter à la mer, même pas de la nourriture).

La experiencia fue muy completa, un 10/10. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue poder ver de cerca delfines y calderones; incluso varias crías estuvieron cerca del barco. La visón submarina es un plus que no muchos barcos ofrecen, y da un punto único a este catamarán La tripulación súper atenta y profesional, explicando todo con claridad y calidad. Además, se nota su compromiso con la sostenibilidad: vasos reutilizables, mensajes de respeto al mar y nada de alimentar a los animales.

Increíble, un día que jamás olvidaré. Se puede ver perfectamente los delfines, calderones, etc. Servicios al cliente muy agradables.

I had an amazing experience! I got to see dolphins in their natural habitat, swim in the crystal-clear ocean, and admire the breathtaking cliffs of Los Gigantes. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Tenerife!

2nd time on this boat great morning out (3hrs)

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa rejsu. Można podziwiać przepiękne widoki w Los Gigantes oraz popływać. Serwowany jest lunch oraz napoje alkoholowe i bezalkoholowe. Świetna okazja do obejrzenia delfinów w środowisku naturalnym

Journée moyenne dans l'ensemble On s'attendait à un catamaran de 44 personnes maximum en petit groupe avec espace détente (c'est ce qui nous a été dit). Mais quand on est descendu du bus, on a tout de suite été surpris, on a vu le bateau chargé de chez chargé, on aurait dit un camion qui emmenait les cochons à l'abattoir. Donc contrairement à ce qu'on nous a dit on ne monte pas dans un catamaran de 44 personnes max mais plutôt dans un de 200 personnes max. C'est pas pareil. En plus on m'a dit qu'en prenant l'excursion en catamaran, on aurait pas eu le mal de mer. Et bien c'est faux car je l'ai eu, cela secouait beaucoup. Et je n'exagère pas car on étais plusieurs à être malade, j'ai entendu plusieurs personnes vomir même à l'autre bout du navire. Fin bref, les paysages sont beaux, on y a effectivement vu quelques dauphins et le personnel a été agréable. Ce que je retiens c'est que j'ai perdu ma journée alors que j'aurai pu faire autre chose.

Amazing afternoon out on the boat with spotting pilot whales to top ot off

Très sympa, le bateau est bien équipé et propre, l'animateur donne les explications dans toutes les langues, on a vu beaucoup de dauphins qui nous ont accompagnés, et des baleines pilotes, et les voir par le fond vitré est très chouette, un excellent souvenir. En plus ils respectent les délais et quittent les animaux après un moment.

Toda la plantilla, marineros , cámara, capitán,.... super amables, la comida muy buena, el detalle del ron miel insuperable, y el avistamiento de ballenas piloto maravilloso. Muy completa la excursión. Enhorabuena a todos incluido a los peces voladores, jejejeje

Un peu déçue car il nous a été mentionné un bateau avec 50 personnes et finalement on arrive et on se rend compte qu'on est beaucoup plus car nous sommes le dernier bus à arriver et on voit déjà que le bateau est plein. Donc on prend les places qu'il reste à l'intérieur. Avec mon conjoint nous ne sommes pas sujets au mal de mer et pourtant comme beaucoup il a été malade et moi c'était limite, du coup nous n'avons pas pu profiter du repas offert car nous avions peur d'être malades pour le retour. Nous avons quand même pu voir les dauphins et voir les poissons sous l'eau pendant la baignade car nous pouvons descendre et profiter des vitres sous marines. Expérience mitigée

Salimos en familia a hacer una excursión de 2h. para ver cetáceos y BINGO! Tuvimos suerte y encontramos delfines mulares, ballenas piloto y un tiburón martillo. Los niños entusiasmados, marido; entusiasmado y yo también. Aunque refrescaba no necesitamos chaqueta, no hagas como nosotros y ponte mucha mucha protección solar. Lo bueno de elegir un barco con fondo transparente es que pudimos ver más de 10 ballenas nadando en las profundidades... Una experiencia preciosa para unas vacaciones inolvidables 💜

Absolutely perfect experience on the Royal Delfin! Crew are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Whole experience runs perfectly and the whale finding is done organically and doesn't cause harm to the wildlife. The 4.5 hour experience is not for the seasick of this world and if you're unsure if that's you, maybe take a boat out before you go; or try the shorter experience first. Lots of people we went with didn't get to enjoy it as they were sick the whole time- this isnt a fault of the crew or experience so not a negative but a disclaimer! The sea swim was my favourite part of the day, something magical about swimming in that part of the world.

We booked a four-and-a-half-hour excursion that commenced promptly. The staff was exceptionally helpful and informative throughout the journey. Upon arrival at the cliffs, we were awestruck by their immense size. On our return, we indulged in a meal and a 40-minute swim. Unfortunately, I was unable to comment on the quality of the food, as I did not partake in it. The soft drinks and a local lager were included in the price and were unlimited. During our return, we were fortunate to witness the sighting of pilot whales, which was an extraordinary experience. Overall, the trip was exceptional, and I firmly believe it is one that should be experienced once in a lifetime. My sole critique was the intrusive and persistent photography sessions that were imposed upon us upon boarding the boat. We politely declined these requests, as we had been persistently persuaded to purchase photographs during the last 30 minutes of our arrival. The cost was as follows: one photograph for €10, two photographs for €15, or four photographs for €20. Should you desire a photograph, please be aware of this cost. If you do not wish to purchase one, simply decline the request upon boarding and proceed to find a seat. Wir hatten die Bootstour über unseren Reiseveranstalter gebucht.Wurden abgeholt mit dem Bus und zum Hafen gebracht. Als ich den Katamaran sah, dachte ich.." oh mein Gott"..der war schon total voll.Menschen standen an ...und alle Passagiere des Busses mussten auch noch drauf. Wie ging es weiter: Beim Badestopp verhalten sich die Menschen drängelnd. Sie Essen und Trinken..ist ja schließlich im Preis inbegriffen...und anschließend müssen sie sich übergeben. Geschmacksache: Gefällt einem eine Massenabfertigung ,so ist man hier richtig. Crew sehr nett und freundlich . Infos erhalten zu den Arten von Walen etc...und das in verschiedenen Sprachen. Wale gesichtet...auch Delfine ..das entschädigte dann für die Masse an Touristen und das nicht vorhandene Ambiente. Das nächste Mal besser kleineres Boot und nicht mehr so auf Abfertigung ausgelegt.

Personal amable y experiencia bonita pero el barco estaba sobrecargado de gente (muchos de ellos muy maleducados, pero eso no es problema de la organización).

Mooie ervaring, in het Nederlands vertelt ook. Gids Johan en collega sprak in 6 talen. Wist er echt erg veel vanaf en vertelde mooie weetjes van Tenerife ook nog. Het was echt de moeite waard. Veel grienden gezien en een zeeschildpad ook nog. Ze nemen er echt de tijd voor, we zijn met de middagvaart gegaan en zijn 5 uur weg geweest. Let op met zeeziekte, waren echt wel een aantal mensen behoorlijk beroerd. Eten was prima, onbeperkt drinken. Zwemmen erg leuk. Aanrader! Echt goed geregeld.

Hicimos la excursión en barco desde Costa Adeje con Royal Delfin para ver delfines y fue una experiencia increible!! Toda la tripulación muy amable y vimos delfines desde muy cerca. Luego nos pudimos bañar un rato y te damos comida y bebida incluida en el precio. 100%recomendable

We saw whales on this tour. The crew was professional, friendly and helpful. We could swim as well with my kids safely with life vests. It was an interesting and informative experience. And they had reusable cups, which is a bonus for me!

Mi a 4,5 órás kiránduláson vettünk részt, ( aki nem bírja a hajókázást, azok számára vannak rövidebb utak, a rosszullét miatt inkább azt ajánlanám nekik ) nekem nagyon tetszett! Életemben először láthattam a delfineket szabadon, örök élmény, mert a kedvenc emlőseim közé tartozik! Képet sajnos csak ezt az egyet keszítettem, inkább videóztam!

We booked with Tenerife Dolphin, as they were the only one we could find that had a 2 hour cruise. (Even someone trying to sell excursions said there was no 2 hour max cruise). As we were travelling with a 1 and 4 year old, the idea of spending more than 2 hours on a boat didn't seem appealing, and they wouldn't understand why we wouldn't be comfortable swimming with them in the middle of the sea. So this cruise was perfect for us. We parked in the small car park on Ave De Colon, the price is the same as the car park right on the harbour, but with more spaces and easier to get in and out. The walk to the dock was fine, although be careful with young kids as the walk way on the water side of the road, is used for queuing people, so you have to walk in the road to get round and traffic will come up and down the road. We queued a little before getting on the boat, they took your photo before getting on, which we thought was actually really good Value for money,cot was €15 for 1 or €20 for 2 which is a lot cheaper than the local water parks. The boat was busy, but enough seats for everyone, obviously get there early if you want a good seat on the top deck. When they find a group of whales or dolphins, the staff will get as close as they can and actively try to remind people to let children in front so they can see, we got some really good views of whales and dolphins. The underwater viewing part was difficult to get into, one way in and out, and separate sides of the boat. Lots of impatient people was pushing past my 4 year old to get in or out! There were drinks and snacks available to buy on board, In case you did get thirsty or peckish, Definitely worth the money if you aren't fussed about spending all day on the water, and don't want a meal and swim, perfect for families with you g children

Viaje en catamarán de 4'5h la ida bien la vuelta después del catamarán un desastre viaje de vuelta hasta puerto de l cruz con un mini bus sin aire acondicionado, un viaje de 1h 15minutos. Nos dijeron primero que el bus de vuelta era el número 1 y luego resulta que es el 9 y un minibus de 21 plazas. El aire no funcionaba, pero lo pero es que salí aire caliente, como calefacción. El conductor hizo todo lo posible pero no funcionaba. Antes de coger un bus se revisa y si al cogerlo algo no funciona se cambia o se busca solución, NO, pa Lante sin iré y con calefacción con la calor que hacía, niños pequeños y gente extranjera quejándose,. Un desastre.Les pongo la foto del minibus.

Totaler Reinfall. Würde diese Tour nie wieder buchen. Erst kam der Bus nicht, später erfuhren wir, dass Personen mitgenommen wurden, die kein Transfer gebucht hatten. Uns blieb als nichts anderes übrig, als alles zu stornieren, da wir es nicht mehr rechtzeitig zum Boot geschafft hätten. Sehr ärgerlich.

Rewelacyjny rejs-wycieczka na cały dzień! Wypłynięcie z Costa Adeje, po drodze zakotwiczenie w zatoczce i możliwość pływania, czas na serwowany obiad. Napoje bez ograniczeń (bezalkoholowe np. 7UP ale też piwo i sangria). Przepłyniecie pod Los Gigantos, a następnie wypłynięcie dalej od brzegu i możliwość obserwowania delfinów! Katamaran specjalnie dostosowany, z przeszklonym dnem, gdzie można podziwiać zwierzęta! Poza momentem obserwowania delfinów na pokładzie cały czas fantastycznie dobrana, przemyślana muzyka do okoliczności. Kapitalna załoga, sprawna miła, pomocna! Jak przez długi czas nie mogłam zaobserwować delfinów (ciągle byłam w niewłaściwym miejscu na statku) Pani z obsługi wzięła mnie jak dziecko, zaprowadziła w dobre miejsce, tak bym na pewno je zobaczyła. Załoga na prawdę troszczy się o pasażerów. Pani przewodnik rewelacyjna wyjaśnia wszystko po hiszpańsku, angielsku, niemiecku i francusku! Co ważne ten statek jest duży i nie należy obawiać się choroby morskiej, w przeciwieństwie do podobnych atrakcji na mniejszych jednostkach. Atrakcja nie należy do tanich, ale zdecydowanie warta swojej ceny-polecam!

Baignade et repas au pied des falaises, magnifique. Repas simple mais efficace. Boissons à volonté, service de fruits. Nous avons fait l'excursion de 4,5h et les dauphins étaient au rdv. Vision sous-marine et pont avant accessible. Les enfants se sont amusés. Une très bonne journée.

L’experiència de veure balenes i uns dofins va estar molt bè. Ara bé el vaixell es mou moltíssim, fet que va fer que molts passatgers es maregessin. Hi ha més opcions per anar a veure balenes i dofins, que segur que no es movien tant com aquest vaixell, i a sobre deuen que era normal. La veritat que no recomano fer-ho amb awuesta empresa.

We were pick up from Puerto de la Cruz and driven to Los Christianos by bus. After that we were on the boat and on our way to see the dolphines. There was a 40 minute stop for swimming at a beautiful place and the luch was served. The food was tasty and there were unlimited drinks on the board. The boat was very clean, including the toilets, the crew was very polite, very competent and friendly. They have dealt amazingly with people who had gotten sick during the trip and the guides were speaking in Spanish, French, English and German. Once we have found the dolphins, the captain was following them carefully around, so that we don't scare them away and everyone gets a chance to see them. It was a really 10/10 experience!

I wanted very much so to leave a 5 star review but I was a very much disappointed with transportation especially in the end. The bus to pick us up from the bus stop was 10 minutes late, which yes maybe it can seem a bit dramatic but I had a 9 month old baby with me and there was no shade at the bus stop. The cruise itself was nice, we got to see the whale dolphins and dolphins. The host was very friendly - Anya and the photography guys took a very nice picture of our family. But it lasted around 1 hour, the rest of the excursion was eating and swimming. So if you want only to see the wildlife, this is not the trip to take. Things took a turn for the worst when the excursion finished and we were basically stranded at the port, at 2 pm with no shade and very harsh sun - waiting for the bus. The bus which initially DIDN’T even have us on the list to go back. After calling the dispatcher and after an 30 minute wait - again with a baby in the sun - they finally agreed to take us back where they picked us up. That was pretty annoying especially since transportation is included in the price. From my experience, I would say do not do this with a baby as there is a high chance that you will be left stranded after the excursion. Do better with transportation please!

Had an awesome time with these guys, took an afternoon trip, saw flying fish on the way out to Los Gigantes cliffs, swam in the bay, had some lunch then saw dolphins and whales on the way back to Puerto Colon. Had an absolutely fantastic day, thank you guys!

Decidí celebrar mi cumpleaños junto a mis amigos en la excursión Atlantic Cruise. Mis felicitaciones a toda la tripulación por el excelente trato recibido. Si bien, destaca que puedas realizar un avistamiento de cetáceos desde el respeto no solo a las especies marinas sino también al medioambiente y que todo ello se recalque a los clientes. Se pasa el tiempo volando! Y, por supuesto, volveré a verles para la excursión de 4,5 : )

Die Tour fing für uns bereits damit an, das wir 10 Minuten zu spät am Treffpunkt abgeholt wurden. Anschließend wurden wir ein Mal durch komplett Los Christianos mit dem Bus gefahren um dann recht spät an einem bereits völlig überfüllten Boot anzukommen. Für uns war das aber fast gut, so konnten wir vorne auf dem Boot sitzen und hatten vermutlich eine bessere Sicht, wie die anderen Gäste, die auf dem 1.Stock saßen. Zuerst fuhren wir ca. 20 Minuten raus um ein paar Delfine zu sehen, die sich dort auch tummelten. Wir verbrachten ca. 20 Minten dort und konnte die Delfine beim Luft schnappen sehen. Anschließend fuhren wir weiter Richtung Los Gigantes. Dort Ankerte das Boot und wir bekamen 40 Minuten um dort baden/Schnorcheln zu können und um zu essen. Zum Baden durften wir aber lediglich ca. 10 Meter vom Boot weg, sonst wurde man Mittels einer Trillerpfeife wieder zurück gerufen. Beim Schnorcheln konnte man leider auch nichts erkennen, da das Wasser hierfür viel zu tief war. Zu essen gab es Reis, komische Fleischbällchen in Soße und Krautsalat, zum Dessert hatten sie Kanarische Bananen mit. Das Unternehmen wirbt eigentlich damit, das man in der Bucht von Masca Baden/Schnorcheln kann, dort fuhren wir aber einfach vorbei. Nach dem Bade- und Essensstop ging es nochmal etwas weiter raus aufs Meer um Grindwale zu sehen. Als wir zurück zum Hafen fuhren, bekamen wir noch 2 Delfine zu sehen, die aus dem Wasser sprangen und uns etwas begleiteten. Eigentlich würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben wollen, da wir aber doch einige Tiere gesehen haben vergebe ich 2 Sterne. Mit einem kleineren Boot können wir so einen Ausflug eher empfehlen.

El personal molt amable i vam veure balenes!!, ens van faltar els dofins! Potser es podria donar la opció anar a veure balenes abans i després de dinar de nou ja que se’ns va fer curt… però molt recomanable i el fet que tingui les finestres submarines és genial sobretot si vas amb nens.

We had such a wonderful trip and got to see lots of dolphins swimming right in front of us and some pilot whales which we could see from the glass bottom. Really great value to book and even on the boat it was just €5 for two beers and an ice lolly. Return trip on a coach too - thoroughly recommend

Maravilloso ver las ballenas y los delfines. El único problema es que había un grupo de gente en la proa gritando y creo que eso les hacía esconderse y no salir mucho a la superficie. Quizás podrían insistir en lo del silencio cuando nos acercamos a los grupos de delfines y de ballenas… Aún así, muy recomendable

We went couple of times in the last 5 years however it is not the same anymore. In the past there was more effort to see pilot whales and dophins however they just go to one spot and directly back. Still ok for the first time but easy money is not my style..

excursie zelf was prima. We hebben de 2 uur durende tour genomen. Moet wel zeggen dat er best wel wat mensen aan board zaten. Boot schommelde best wel heen en weer door de wind/ golven, maar ook door de mensen die heen en weer liepen om de dolfijnen owneej whales te zien 🙃. Ophaal en breng service liep bij het ophalen niet goed. We werden op een andere plek gewezen dan dat we daadwerkelijk opgehaald zouden worden. In ieder geval, afspraken waar de ophaal locatie is, was niet duidelijk. Bij thuiskomst deze keer wel met de bus was het een totaal andere plek dan afgesproken met de operator. Erg jammer. Ik weet alleen niet of het door ons hotel kwam of deze organisatie. Uiteindelijk de taxi heen gepakt vanuit los cristianos. Ze hebben ook een onderwater kijk punt, erg mooi. Voor de rest oogde het team en de tour wel professioneel en georganiseerd. Kortom, prima excursie, jammer van de bus. Tot slot irritant belletje bij het geven van de tips.

Parfait ! L'excursion a d'abord commencé par une ballade commentée le long de la côte. Puis nous sommes allés plus au large. Nous avons observé de nombreux groupes de baleines pilotes. Certains étaient très proches du bateau qui s'arrête pour les laisser s'approcher. Nous n'avons pas vu de dauphins car ce n'est pas la saison (ils sont plus présents l'été). Durant le retour au port, nous avons eu des informations sur les espèces vivants dans les eaux de Tenerife et sur les productions de l'île de Tenerife. Toutes les informations sont données en espagnol, anglais, français et allemand.

Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Wir haben einige Tiere gesehen. Die Crew war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat decken gereicht und sich um seekranke gekümmert weil es doch etwas Seegang war. Verpflegung ebenfalls super. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A pleasant cruise with a friendly crew and a nice catamaran. Their “mini cruise” for €30 is worth it, even though the dolphin watching only lasted a few minutes—which I think is a pity. What felt unnecessary to me was the amateur photo shoot at the beginning and the later attempt to sell the pictures. That said, no one was pushy about it and everything was handled just fine.

Es war ein tolles 3 stündige Tour, die wir als Familie genossen haben. Unsere Kinder sind 2 und 4 und haben die Tour sehr positiv aufgenommen. Man kann etwas zu essen mitnehmen oder auf dem Boot erwerben. Die Crew ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir sind sogar etwas im Meer gewesen (40 Minuten Pause). Sehr schön war auch die Möglichkeit in den "Keller" und somit Unterwasser zu gehen, um von da aus die Tiere zu beobachten. Es wurden viele Informationen über die Tiere gegeben und was gerade passiert (auf spanisch, deutsch, english und französisch).

Doen wat ze beloofd hebben, echter was 60% van de boot aan het overgeven door de ruwe zee waardoor de ervaring al wat minder was. Het zwemmen in zee was om moment van schrijven ( 2 april 2025) vrij koud. Maar dit was mede door de sterke wind. Losgigantus was mooi om te zien vanuit zee. Eenmaal bij de dolfijnen en walvissen aangekomen zagen we ze mooi springen. Eten aanboord niet gehad i.v.m. de rest van de overgevende gasten. Aanrader als je deze excursie doet dat de zee ZEER RUSTIG is. Overigens het personeel is ZEER vriendelijk en meegaand in de situatie.

Super organizacja i komentarz podczas rejsu. Widoki wspaniałe, delfiny i wieloryby gwarantowane. Sam katamaran bardzo wygodny, wyposażony w toalety i bar. Dodatkowym plusem jest przeszklone dno katamaranu.

Sehr schöner Ausflug. Eine großartige Crew die super freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Trotz rauer See war es ein Erlebnis.

4.5 godziny to było dla mnie za długo. Jedzenie średnie, ale są nielimitowane napoje, piwo sangria. Było dosyć mało ludzi, nie wyobrażam co by było jakby wszystkie miejsca by były wyprzedane. Jeżeli ma być chłodna pogoda to nie polecam.

We joined the big cruise to Masca bay (4.5h) and where absolutely overwhelmed with the amazing friendliness and help from the crew: We had a handicapped person in our party who stayed in a wheelchair while on board. She was proactively moved around by the crew members multiple times to whatever spot was best for her to make the most of the experience. This was of course also a big benefit for us accompanying her. (Regarding access in the case of reduced mobility, just please note that there is a single step onto and off from the boarding ramp, it might or might not work if somebody cannot walk this even with assistance, better ask beforehand.) The staff worked great as a team and was eager to have everyone enjoying the trip, including detailed and interesting explanations in 5 languages. We also appreciated the lunch included in the package, which clearly surpassed my expectations given the limited time and space available. A wide choice of drinks is included and available via self-service, too. Finally, we did see both bottlenose dolphins (remember Flipper?) and a group of pilot whales. Both encounters lasted a considerable time, with opportunities to watch closely from almost everywhere around the ship. I am attaching my favorite picture, shot from the bow with nothing but my cellphone. Just when the animals are pretty close, the underwater windows do really work. My friend could observe and photograph one of the pilot whales from there. Thanks Tenerife Dolphin for an unforgettable day!

Une excursion en catamaran parfaite pour observer dauphins et baleines dans leur habitat naturel. L’équipage était aux petits soins, le bateau spacieux et confortable, et le cadre tout simplement exceptionnel. We purchased the "4'5H Dolphin & Whale Watching - Los Gigantes Masca - Lunch & Swim" trip from them. We were interested in seeing Los Gigantes rocks from the ocean. The rest, less, almost not at all. Embarkation took place from the port of Colon, in Costa Adeje. Quite difficult, taking into account that the people in charge of boarding insist (practically, they force you) to take pictures of everyone who gets on the ship. Afterwards, they walk with them printed among the tourists, trying to sell them to you. The ship is not very big and it was much too crowded for our taste. Basically, the man and the place. If this would be OK for a transportation type trip from point A to point B, for a cruise it is not very pleasant to be cramped. Lunch, simple, many of us ate it standing with the plate in our arms, there are no tables for all those on board. There is free sangria and orange juice throughout the trip. The journey begins with lunch (Spartan...), served shortly after departure, then a stop for a swim in the ocean (about 30 minutes, if I remember well). It continues until Los Gigantes rocks, then follows the return. There are several stops where you can see the dorsal fins of some pilot whales (in fact, some bigger dolphins). Nothing wow, if you want to see dolphins or orcas you better go to Loro Parque. If you know you have seasick, don't go. I saw quite a few tourists feeling sick and throwing up, although the ocean was not rough. All in all, a sweet-sour experience...

L’expérience était super on a pu voir des dauphins et des dauphins baleines ainsi que des poissons volants, une baignade est prévue dans les superbes eaux de Tenerife. Le personne est super notamment Cezar qui s’est montré très accueillant et chaleureux !! Je conseille.

Buena experiencia. Nos recogieron en el hotel y nos avisaron de que el autobús llegaba con retraso por el tráfico. La comida es correcta y puedes beber lo que quieras. Bastante limpio y cómodo. Lo único que creo que hay demasiada gente en cada viaje y resulta un poco agobiante

Sortie avec mon fils. Énorme catamaran, beaucoup (trop) d'anglo-saxons qui n'ont fait que brailler et picoler sur le bateau. Spectacle minable de beuverie. Le personnel n'a rien dit. Nous étions plusieurs français très agacés par leurs mœurs grossières. Repas non pratique sur un bateau même si je note le bon rapport qualité-prix de celui-ci. Sinon jolie promenade jusqu'à Los Gigantes. Vus dauphins et baleines pilotes de près. Je conseille un bateau plus intimiste.

We were interested about a small cruise to the sea. Unfortunately there weren’t any in Puerto de la crutz. We took this one. With two hour transportation to both directions it is not worthy if you don’t absolutely love the sea and crowded places. In the catamaran music was loud so you couldn’t even talk with others in the main area. There were beer, sangria and soft drinks available all the time. Small lunch was decent. The company underlined environmental weariness in the actions but it felt sad to see us humans taking pictures of dolphins from the boat. Of course this is not the companys fault but the mixture of high tourism and wildlife wasn’t in good combination. It was just little too much touristic for us even tough we are tourists. Service was good with many languages.

Wir waren gerade dort und haben die Tour von 4,5 Std gemacht ,sind mega begeistert ,alles sauber super Service sehr freundlich und nett ,Tiere gesehen alles in allem würde ich es definitiv wieder machen. Besonderen Dank gilt auch Anja für ihre guten Übersetzungen!

En underbar tur. Trevlig personal, fantastiskt kunnig guide, möjlighet till fika om man ville det. Och vi fick se en grupp pilotvalar, det var en stor upplevelse. Mammavalar som simmade med sina ungar och hannar som forsade fram. Två timmar var precis lagom och ingen var sjösjuk!

Well worth it but just be prepared. You're going out to sea so take a hoodie or jacket. You will definitely see pilot whales and dolphins. It's not a quick trip it takes hours some people didn't seem aware of this.Food at lunchtime and drinks all day bar open aswell if you need it.Staff extremely helpful anything you need just ask them. Recommend this one 👌.

La vuelta a Puerto de la Cruz, horrible. El autocar no llevaba nada en las escotillas superiores y estar casi 2 horas recibiendo aire frío no es nada agradable. Deberían revisar los autocares, el costipado con el q nos obsequiaron a mi marido, a mí hijo y a mi, hizo q un día bonito, acabase de mala manera.

Plus point: Saw more whales on this than any other trip in Tenerife or the UK. Downsides: The English safety & information announcements about being able to have a swim etc were inaudible in the middle of the main deck so I didn't get chance to swim. By the time they served the food we were off again. The food was three meatballs (some had as many as five I noticed), a teaspoon of sauce the meatballs had on them, and two scoops of rice with mixed vegetables, coleslaw, a very dry bread roll with no butter, and a banana. One toilet was flooding over. The other toilet was *literally* spraying diarrhoea at you as the boat moved, but I thought it was just water at first... I just had to put the lid down so no more splashed on me, and I was left trying to clean myself up of the godforsaken mess it made of my lower body, clothing and shoes. I feel filthy but I'm going to be stuck on the coach for an hour before I can get a shower :-/

Trip was cancelled, but with a quite poor communication. Weather was stable (with strong wind) for three days, but cancellation information was only given 15 min after communicated meeting time. Seemed like the ones without shuttle service were forgotten, BUT at least payments were returned quickly.

Hemsk upplevelse! De pressar in turister på båten. Vill du sitta utomhus? Glöm det, du lär inte få plats. Jag hade betalat för att slippa den här upplevelsen. Riktigt, riktigt dåligt. Avråder starkt från att åka på detta, det enda vi ville var att komma i land.

돌고래랑 고래랑 다 보였고 고래는 수면아래에서도 봤어요! 음식은 좀 별로였지만 그래도 배고플정도는 아니었고 중간중간 간식도 주고 지루하진 않았음.

Worst kind of cruise, just making money out of people. Had to sit inside, crowded, not very good food. Children are crying. Do something else on your vacation.

Was ok. A lot of open water. Couldn’t hear the commentary properly. I would have liked more information about dolphins and whales. The drink and lunch was just ok. A long day and not that entertaining.

Der Ausflug hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt und abends wieder gebracht. Wir haben Wale gesehen, haben gebadet, wurden mit Essen und Trinken versorgt und haben wunderschöne Aussichten genossen. Das ganze Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Muy buena experiencia. El barco salió a su hora y estuvimos algo más de 2h subidos. Vimos delfines y ballenas desde muy cerca. Lo mejor fue ponerse abajo en la parte delantera del barco, ya que podíamos ver los delfines justo debajo de nosotros.

4,5h Tour ... a must have on Teneriffa

It is quite ok except for the fact that it is too crowded.

4 1/2h Tour: Eigentlich wäre es eine 4**** Bewertung, das Boot war sauber, die Crew freundlich, alles war pünktlich usw. Jedoch kann ich die Tour für mich leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Das sich manche Gäste ins Dilierum getrunken haben, dafür kann die Crew auch nichts. Mir haben jedoch zwei Dinge nicht gefallen, Die Hinfahrt mit Badestopp und Essen dauerte ca. 2,5 h und die Route ist so gewählt, dass eine Delphin/Wahlsichtung eher unwahrscheinlich ist. Los Gigantes ist schön anzusehen, zum Baden sind jedoch nur wenige ins Wasser. Das Essen war, wie schon oft beschrieben, wirklich schlecht. Eine Art Krautsalat, Reis und Hackbällchen, dazu ein trokenes Brötchen. Es war traurig zu sehen, wie viel Essen weggeschmissen wurde. Ein Veranstalter, der sich Tierwohl ins Profil schreibt, sollte auch auf die Lebensmittelverschwendung achten - ein No Go für mich. Die Rückfahrt galt der eigentlichen Beschreibung der Tour - zwei Delphinsichtungen sind gelungen und es verlief alles respektvoll. Es hätte jedoch auch eine 2h Wahlbesichtungstour getan, anstelle der 4 1/2 h.

Mooie excursie naar walvissen en dolfijnen. Wij hadden een hoop geluk mooi weer met een hoop dolfijnen. Onderweg werd er een eenvoudige maaltijd geserveerd. Waar door sommige als wilden opgedoken wordt. Met onderweg een zwemstop voor de liefhebbers en foto momenten was het een geweldige middag

Ha sido un día fantástico. Desde que entras en el barco, toda la tripulación muy amable. La zona de baño en los Acantilados maravillosa, la comida muy buena y tienes barra libre lo que dura toda la excursión de refrescos, cerveza ssngría y agua. Y la guinda varias familias de ballenas y delfines. IMPRESIONANTE. Para todasvlas edades. Todo el mundo hs salido muy contento

Una experiencia muy buena, sobre todo con los niños. El capitán y la tripulación súper agradables y lo mejor es como te llevan a ver las ballenas y delfines, logrando que estén muy carca de ellos. La comida rica, bebida la que quieras... recomendables al 100%.

Wonderfull tour, nice kiend staff, at the start the sea was really wild but after a while we saw the dolphins, i recommend this.

Fantastica esperienza… abbiamo avuto modo di vedere delfini e balene, anche sott’acqua grazie al vetro che hanno sui due scafi del catamarano… la spiaggia non è chissà che, anche vietato raggiungerla, ma durante il periodo che la barca resta all’ancora in quella rada servono il pranzo, quindi dopo aver fatto il bagno lì, è veramente il massimo… bevande unlimited (soda, pepsi, sprite, sangria e birra) e sul finale uno shottino di rum al miele!!! Insomma niente da ridire

Estuvimos ayer (10/10/24) con ellos, fue espectacular, las vistas, el trato de cada uno de ellos hacía todos nosotros, una experiencia para repetir y recomendar.

Experiencia maravillosa, vimos calderones a muy pocos metros de distancia en su hábitat natural gracias a la visión subacuática del catamarán. Vistas espectaculares de la isla y del Teide desde el mar. Por poner un pero: te indican que debes llegar 30 minutos antes del embarque, hay unos asientos en la cubierta superior que se van llenando y en los que se supone que debes de permanecer sentado durante la marcha del barco al avistamiento. Pues no: llega un autobús a última hora cuando el resto llevábamos ya un buen rato sentados arriba y al solo tener ya sitio disponible abajo, en lugar de quedarese en la parte inferior, suben y se quedan de pie, en los laterales de la cubierta superior, tapando las vistas a los que habíamos llegado a la hora y estábamos sentados. Fue un fastidio grande, la verdad. El personal debería haberles pedido que se sentaran pero no hicieron nada. Además, gente con críos en brazos, un peligro. En fin! Por lo demás todo correcto por el precio.

Très déçue de l’excursion. Véritable piège à touristes. Beaucoup trop de monde à notre goût ce qui engendre un problème pour être installé assez confortablement pour profiter de la balade. Nous nous somme retrouvé à côté de la toilette et gêner toute la journée par la fumée de cigarette. Absolument aucune possibilité de pouvoir observer le peu de dauphin présent vu la foule. Repas non adapté à se type d’activité. Et que dire en plus de l’incivilité des occupants qui vomissent à vos pieds et déféque sur le sol des toilettes. Sans oublier ceux qui vous marcheraient presque déçu pour essayer de voir quelques chose. Note au personnel de bord qui lui mérite un 5 étoile pour leur gentillesse et réactivité à l’entretien des lieux.

Mauvais si vous avez 4h à perdre pour ne rien voir,ne pas être assis et limite se faire vomir dessus vous pouvez y aller mauvaise expérience pour nous déçu plus jamais

Nos ha encantado la experiencia, bañarse en alta mar, ver los animales, paisajes... y sobre todo el trato de la tripulación de 10. Lo único que recomendaría a futuros visitantes es tomar algo para el mareo por si el mar esta movido. Por lo de más, estupendo !!

Talán minden rendben volt, de azért csak 3 csillag, mert a ebéd elég nehézkesen volt a hajó belsejében, az igen nagy melegben tálalva. A hajó belső hőmérséklete nagyon meleg, hiába van nyitva a sok kis ablak, de így nagyon kellemetlen ott állni és várni. Kellene egy légkondicionáló berendezés a gyenge ventilátorok helyett és minden szuper lenne! Valamint a helyek sincsenek rendben az utazók számával. Több jegy kerül eladásra, mint ülöhely van, ezért nem tud mindenki leülni, így nekik (nekünk is) végig kell állni a 4,5 órát... :(

Al inicio vi que eramos muchos en el catamaran, pero el espacio era suficiente para todos. Luego de media hora de navegacion empezamos a ver los delfines y calderones, una hermosa experiencia. Tambien gracias a la vision submarina los podias ver como nadan bajo el agua. Luego mas cerca de la costa se hizo una parada para nadar en el mar, luego a las tres horas de excursion llegamos al puerto. Ofrecen bebidas como pepsi, agua con gas, cerveza (en jarra de plastico para servirse uno mismo), luego el almuerzo ensalada, arroz, albondiga, pan y platano. En el recorrido, la guia va realizando la breve explicacion en 6 idiomas.

Lamentable calidad precio.se come depie no hay buenos sitios para comer la comida más bien escasa para lo que se paga en fin hemos sido 2 parejas y no se lo vamos a recomendar a nadie

Mención especial a Line, por su atención y profesionalidad en todo momento. He disfrutado de las vistas la sensación de paz y el buen ambiente con los demás pasajeros. Muy recomendable.

Great experience. Enjoyed every minute. Crew were very kind, informative and attentive. Saw both dolphins and whales and loved the swim and location.

Booked this as a trip for our last day of the holiday and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. So disappointed, they’ve well over booked, no where to sit so standing majority of trip. No selection of food, just basic meatballs, rice and salad with a banana. Other guests saving seats with bags and towels. A family of 3 taking up a whole booth, workers can see that people are standing and not offering to find solutions. To top it off guests are so rude, pushing into queues, and when we ask to sit down in a spare seat they tell us it’s reserved and it remains vacant the whole trip. Spent most of our time in the under water room, where we saw absolutely nothing. Waste of 61€ and a full day.

Leider können wir die Tour mit Royal Delfín Catamarán überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Es fühlte sich eher wie eine Party-Bootsfahrt als eine entspannte Wal- und Delfinbeobachtung an. Obwohl wir explizit für eine Naturerlebnis-Tour gebucht hatten, verwandelte sich die Fahrt aufgrund einer lauten Junggesellenparty an Bord in eine anstrengende, nervenaufreibende Erfahrung. Die Crew unternahm nichts gegen die lauten Gäste, was für den Rest der Passagiere äußerst störend war. Die Informationen über die Wale und Delfine konnten wir kaum hören. Preis-Leistung: Für 60 € pro Person hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Essen war nicht nur lauwarm und geschmacklos, sondern glich eher Kantinenessen. Die Getränke aus dem Zapfhahn waren enttäuschend, sehr wässrig und nicht vergleichbar mit den Getränken an Land. Platzmangel und Überfüllung verschlechterten die gesamte Erfahrung, und von einer „deutschen Führung“, wie auf dem Ticket angegeben, war nichts zu merken – die Ansagen waren kaum verständlich. Übermäßiger Alkoholkonsum: Es gab unbegrenzt kostenfreies Bier und Sangria, und wer davon noch nicht genug hatte, wurde am Ende der Fahrt von der Crew aufgefordert, eine Art Schnaps oder Likör zu probieren. Selbst nachdem wir höflich abgelehnt hatten, wurden wir bei einer zweiten Runde erneut gefragt, ob wir wirklich nicht probieren möchten – die Crew betonte immer wieder, wie „gut“ der Schnaps sei. Am Ende zog der Crewmitglied mit der Flasche weiter zu den Partygästen, die wohl dafür sorgten, dass sie leer wurde. Es ist sehr schade, dass man mit seinem Ticketpreis im Grunde den Alkoholkonsum anderer finanziert. Bewegungsfreiheit: Das Boot war mit 200 Personen schlichtweg überfüllt, was es fast unmöglich machte, sich frei zu bewegen. Sobald man einen Sitzplatz ergattert hatte, musste man ständig die Beine einziehen, weil viel zu viele Menschen vorbeizwängten. Ständige Kollisionen mit anderen Gästen waren keine Seltenheit, und es kam immer wieder vor, dass man sich entschuldigen musste, weil man jemanden aus Versehen angerempelt hatte. Besonders unangenehm wurde es, wenn man mit Personen zusammenstieß, die Essen oder Getränke in der Hand hielten – es war keine Seltenheit, dass man dabei etwas abbekam. Geldmacherei: Es wurde auf jede mögliche Weise versucht, zusätzliches Geld von den Gästen zu verlangen. Snacks, die als Teil des Angebots beschrieben waren, mussten teuer dazugekauft werden, und selbst einfache Dinge wie Chips und Eis kosteten weit mehr als üblich. Zudem wurde versucht, uns überteuerte Fotos und ein Video zu verkaufen, das nicht einmal vollständig unsere Fahrt zeigte. Am Ende der Tour wurden wir fast schon gezwungen, Trinkgeld zu geben. Aufenthalt und Route: Statt uns die meiste Zeit auf das Beobachten von Walen und Delfinen zu konzentrieren, verbrachten wir über eine Stunde mit der Fahrt zur Masca-Schlucht, wo wir dann 1h pausierten, um zu baden und zu essen. Die eigentliche Delfinbeobachtung dauerte gerade mal zehn Minuten. Diese Verteilung der Zeit war extrem enttäuschend, zumal wir eine vierstündige Tour für die Beobachtung der Meeresbewohner erwartet hatten. Sicherheit: Sicherheitsanweisungen gab es, aber diese wurden nur auf Spanisch und ohne jegliche Klarheit gegeben. Eine ordnungsgemäße Einweisung in mehreren Sprachen, wie man es bei einer internationalen Bootstour erwarten würde, fand nicht statt. Dies war ein gravierender Mangel an Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Fazit: Insgesamt war diese Erfahrung die 60 € pro Person absolut nicht wert. Wer wirklich Wale und Delfine in Ruhe und ohne laute Partygäste beobachten möchte, sollte sich unbedingt nach einer privaten Fahrt mit weniger Menschen an Bord umsehen. Es ist wirklich enttäuschend, dass die Crew nichts unternommen hat, um die laut feiernden Gäste zu zügeln – sie haben die gesamte Fahrt ruiniert. Hinzu kommt die extreme Überfüllung und das ständige Gedränge, das das Erlebnis unkomfortabel machte. Besonders ärgerlich war der übermäßige Alkoholkonsum, den man als zahlender Gast indirekt mitfinanzierte. Wir würden diese Tour definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Szuper élmény volt! Lenyűgözött! 4.5 órás hajókázásra mentünk. Gyerekek is egészen jól bírták! Bálnákat és delfineket láttunk, eszméletlenek!

It was ok but we wouldn’t go again. Only saw the odd few small whales and boat very overcrowded. Food very basic and staff rather rude and unfriendly. Definitely not with €50 we paid!

Amazing trip, well looked after, had amazing sights of both dolphins and whales. I would definitely recommend, just bare in mind it might be quite hot so have your hats and light long sleeves to protect from sunstroke (however there is amazing covered area on lower deck).

Agradable paseo en barco, pudimos ver delfines en alta mar, también peces a traves de los cristales del piso inferior y el gran final es el baño y la comida para rematar la visita.

The Royal Delphine is a lovely glass bottom catemran plenty of room for everyone and shelter if you need to get out of the sun. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had lunch and drinks on board which was lovely. I would thoroughly recommend this trip to complete your holiday.

In 1 word; amazing! First of all the transfer from the hotel is perfectly arranged and the price also! We took the 2hr boat trip. Very friendly people working there and at the start they take your pictures. We took both pictures becausethey are very nice. We saw MANY whales and delphins. First one group whales a little bit far away from the boat. Aftergoing further we saw this time many delphines and coming very close to the boat. You couldn't even count them. After this big group again whales and now close to the boat. If you are in Tenerife, definitely book with this company!

Fantástica excursión en catamarán, no falta detalle alguno, recomendable 100%, la atención y trato espectacular, gracias a los hermanos Willy & Walter Santos, fuimos un grupo de Valencia de 30 personas y estuvimos muy bien atendidos, repetiríamos de nuevo, gracias en general a toda la tripulación de a bordo.

Really fun trip!! The crew was super super wholesome as well making the entire trip even better!! It's a long trip mostly sailing and enjoying the scenery, as well as trying to spot dolphins to see, and halfway through we got to eat and swim. ^^ I didn't swim but I had a blast still!!

Am ales excursia de 4.5 ore. Poate că ar fi fost mult mai bine dacă luam varianta 2 sau 3 ore ( în special pentru cei care au rău de mare). Recomand pentru a vedea delfinii, balenele-pilot, țestoasele și peștii zburători, dar nu cred ca aș mai repeta vreodată. Băuturile nelimitate dar și mâncarea de pe vas sunt de calitate slabă.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, barco muy antiguo, comida malísima, la bebida gratis es agua con polvos mal hechos, superaba el aforo muchísima gente, personal muy mal hablado.

Terrible experience from start to finish we sat upstairs the journey started fine about 45 mins in multiple adults and children began to get sick this wouldn't have been a problem only for they were all ushered over to our seating area to puke we had a small baby with us and a large woman fell onto him whilst getting sick the staff member moved to help her pushed my son up off his seat to sit her down on his seat we had to then go downstairs to escape this horrible scenario unfortunately unfolding on upper deck when we went downstairs it approached lunch time and this is were things get really bad the foods utter muck from the stone cold rice cold chicken meatballs that tasted bland and had a horrible tomato sauce that tasted canned without any work put into it whatsoever the highlight of the meal was a bread roll that had no point of being on the plate as I doubt anyone wants to mop up that sauce with it nor did they provide butter the rep that sold the tickets said unlimited snacks for kids crisps bars etc none of that was provided it was all charged for the snacks provided are apples and bannas WoW. For the money you charge for kids onboard you should cater towards them chips nuggets breaded fish goujons etc are things that kids like heck some fresh fish or meat would be nice and can be held in baine Marie's like the meatballs the slaw was also terrible no acid or salt or any herbs to lift it with freshness just tasted like shredded vegetables that were starting to ferment in their own juices terrible food guys worst part was that every has paid to enjoy their time onboard nobody should be moved because some1 else feels uncomfortable especially a child away from there parents disgraceful carry on wouldn't recommend anyone taking this weather it's a single guy a couple or family avoid much better options are available that offer better value and services onboard I won't name them in this review but we went whale watching 3 times since here and this was the worst boat altough you do have one shinning light in a dire abis of mediocrity and that's a red headed lady think her name was Lima or Hima and I have to mention her in particular as she went above and beyond for guests onboard and provide great customer service and general service and I couldn't fault her in one way.

Excesivamente caro para lo que ofrecen, a 55€ por cabeza, un recorrido de 4,5 horas para apenas ver unos delfines y unos calderones, eso sí está el tiempo favorable y tienes suerte. No hay zona para observar los delfines debajo del mar, aunque lo anuncian como el único barco que lo tiene (!!visión submarina dicen!!)...y te dejan media hora bañarte en el mar cerca de la costa. Aunque hay bebidas incluidas y comida (ligerita, no esperes carne ni pescados), los cafés y helados se cobran. Digo yo que por 55€ podían invitar a un helado, !!pero no!!!..... fotos y videos durante el viaje también se pagan aparte, mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo, sólo para extranjeros. Lo mejor el personal del barco, para ellos una estrella.

Tolle Tour, super eingespieltes Team. Essen war ok, wer aber in der Bucht schwimmen will muss sich beeilen, wenn er noch was essen möchte, da zeitgleich das Essen ausgegeben wird. Haben am Montag die Tour mitgemacht und Delfine sowie Grindwale gesehen. Achtung: Wer sein Hotel im Norden hat, muss mit einer längeren Anreise rechnen. Wir wurden ca. 11:15 Uhr in Puerto de la Cruz abgeholt, Boot startete um 14 Uhr. Waren dann auch erst gegen 20:30 Uhr wieder im Hotel und hatten nur noch eine halbe Stunde Zeit für das Abendessen. Das war etwas stressig, was aber nichts mit der Tour selbst zu tun hat. Für die Länge der Anreise kann die Crew nichts. Daher 5 Sterne.

Increíblemente perfecto! La tripulación es un encanto, atentos y muy profesionales. Te explican de manera muy didáctica lo que vas viendo. Y tal como dicen, en la excursión de 2h. pudimos ver ballenas piloto (calderones, tortugas y delfin mular!!!!! Una experiencia fantástica para repetir si estás unos días en Tenerife.

Escogimos la excursión de 4'5 y yendo con niños se nos hizo demasiado larga. Los viajes se llenan, por lo que si se quiere viajar en la cubierta del barco es recomendable llegar pronto. Tardamos sobre 1h en llegar a los gigantes donde paramos para bañarnos y comer, y después fuimos al avistamiento de delfines y ballenas. Es aconsejable llevar gorra y bastante protección solar. La tripulación del barco es muy amable y las explicaciones (en distintos idiomas) muy interesantes. Es una excursión muy recomendable, aunque si repito escogería una de menor duración.

Met mijn vader heb ik afgelopen maandag het boottripje gemaakt (4,5 uur). Het was heel erg leuk. We hebben de dolfijnen en walvissen binnen 2 meter afstand gezien. De lunch was ook goed en lekker. We kregen een salade met rijst, gehaktballetjes en een broodje. We hadden 40 minuten om te zwemmen wat wel wat aan de korte kant was, maar daarvoor doe je zo een boottrip ook niet. In de onderwaterkabines kon je ook veel zien toen we stil lagen. Het was echt heel leuk zeker om aan te raden.

Lasst euch nicht von den teils negativen Bewertungen verunsichern. Weder ist das Boot überfüllt, noch ist die Musik zu laut, oder sonstwas. Mit dem Bus ab Santa Cruz geht es los in den Süden und von da aus direkt aufs Boot und als ersten Spot geht es zu den Los Gigantes,wo man über 30 Minuten Zeit zum baden im Meer hat. Anschließend gibt es Essen ( Reis ,Hähnchen und etwas Gemüse) und die Fahrt geht weiter ,um Meeressäuger zu entdecken. Wir haben schlussendlich Wale und Delfine aus nächster Nähe beobachten können und zudem gab es immer wieder Informationen. Ein tolles Erlebnis, dass ich nie wieder vergessen werde. Wirklich "überfüllt" wird es höchstens, wenn sich alle an Deck quetschen und Musik gibt es tatsächlich nur bei der Rückreise und das nicht mal laut

Went on the 2hr cruise, recommend motion sickness/sea sickness preparation if you are disposed to these. Saw dolphins, pricing good compared to some others in the area. Vessel not overloaded with plenty of space inside and out to move around.

Looking at the previous reviews it seems others made the same mistake as us booking this trip. When we finally arrived at the port (after the coach being late), they had overbooked the boat with around 250 people on and not enough seats to sit (this also meant not enough life jackets in an emergency). The food was some cold mushy meatballs and rice with a banana that no one on the boat was eating and was all thrown in the bins. We did eventually see some dolphins and pilot whales and then moved on back to land. The coach home was a journey from hell! Our coach driver had to be directed by people as he didn’t know his way around and when we were the last stop he had crashed into a hotel plant pot and reversed his wing mirrors into a street sign damaging it. To make it worse he then decided “that is as far as I will drive” and abandoned us on a busy roundabout 2km for hotel and had to order ourselves a taxi back as my grandmother is unable to walk that far. Luckily our reps were just as shocked as us but explained there have been multiple problems with this company and explained they will issue formal complaint to them. Avoid royal delfin and avoid the stressful trip we had!

Très bonne après midi qui nous a permis de découvrir les dauphins, tortues et baleines dans leur milieu naturel... Sans compter la petite baignade au pied de los gigantes... Légèrement trop de monde à bord à mon goût mais c'était supportable...

Wir waren heute als Abschlussausflug für unseren Urlaub auf die 3-Stündige Bootstour. Anfangs dachte ich, ist sehr voll auf dem Boot. Hat sich aber während der Fahrt noch gut verteilt. In der Natur ist das Sichten von den Tieren immer so eine Sache. Ich hatte heute jedoch das Gefühl, dass die Crew genau wusste, wo sie hin muss, um das zu erleben. Wir haben viele Grindwale und Delfine gesehen. Es war eine etwas längere Fahrt als 3 Stunden. Und die Crew hat das Schiff so gestellt, dass jede Seite die Tiere gut sehen konnte. Ein super schönes Erlebnis. In der Bucht Baden war auch gut. Und Essen auch ausreichend. Ein sehr schöner Ausflug, der uns sehr lange in Erinnerung bleibt. Danke dafür!

Increíble, cogimos el crucero de 4,5h, lo recomiendo al 100%, vimos delfines y ballenas, nos dimos un baño en la bahía de Masca tras venir de los Acantilados de los Gigantes y nos dieron aperitivo, de comer y hay barra libre de bebidas, cerveza y sidra.

Très belle excursion, vraiment à faire! On en prend plein la vue, des dauphins, des baleines et des tortues à perte de vue. C’est vraiment magnifique. Attention point négatif pour certain : le mal de mer ! Beaucoup de personnes vomissent à côté de vous même pendant le repas. Mais si on passe outre c’était vraiment magnifique ! 🤩

Plutôt bien dans l'ensemble, vu beaucoup de dauphins et baleines. Gros point négatif, le repas... Qui clairement ne sert à rien, et est vraiment pas pratique dutout. Un goûter serait plus à sa place... Et beaucoup de broua. Belle expériences tout de même.

El peor viaje de mi vida! Contratamos la excursión por Newblue, me dijeron que era un catamarán pero es falso. En mi viaje iban 182 personas en el barco,con lo cual cada vez que había un avistamiento todo el barco se inclinaba hacia ese lado. Nada más entrar lo hacen de forma lenta para que toda la gente se vea obligada a hacerse una foto y cuando le dices que no,te dicen que van a tener ellos problemas por no querer hacértela.Cuando acaba el recorrido pretenden que la compres,si llevas una 15 euros,si llevas dos 25 euros(es un montaje falso de la persona con los cetáceos que luego vas a ver). La excursión fue cara y la comida no era de calidad en absoluto(4albondigas con patatas y ensalada+un plátano) Te dicen que es todo incluido pero es falso puesto que una vez a bordo te aclaran que la bebida y el plato de comida es gratis pero si querías un helado,unas patatas,un snack,…tenías que pagarlo a parte.Dos horas desde el norte al sur, recogiendo por el camino a personas en los hoteles.Cuando llegue al barco me bebí una pepsi(de máquina aguadísima,sabía a cola)y ya no comí más nada pues el barco tenía tan poca estabilidad que me la pasé vomitando.No fueron capaces de ofrecerme ni una pastilla para el mareo,tampoco nadie me advirtió antes de contratar los pros ni los contras,tan solo buscan vender. En la última parte del viaje había muchas personas vomitando y aún así ni socorrían a las personas ni avanzaban a puerto para acabar con la agonía. El peor dinero invertido en mi vida.

A kaja nem volt rossz, bálnákat nem láttunk, delfineket viszont igen. Egyszer szálltunk ki úszni, ahol a víz elég piszkos volt. A szervezés nem volt a legjobb.

Wir hatten uns auf einen Ausflug in die Natur gefreut und sind auf einem Partyboot gelandet. Die gesamten 4 Stunden lief laute Musik, der Aufenthalt auf Deck war unerträglich laut. Zudem plärrten noch ständig Ansagen in 5 Sprachen durch den Lautsprecher. Außerdem ist das Schiff komplett überfüllt mit ca. 200 Gästen. Passend zum Party-Ambiente gab es kostenloses Bier und Sangria. Wenn man nicht trinkt, finanziert man also den anderen Gästen den Alkoholkonsum mit. Das muss echt nicht sein. Wir dachten, dass eine Tour von 4 Stunden die Chance erhöht, Wale zu sehen. Die ersten beiden Stunden wurden aber damit gefüllt, dass das Schiff zum Baden in die Masca-Bucht fuhr und Kantinenessen ausgeteilt wurde. Die Essensausteilung ist Massenabfertigung: Man isst im Stehen im überfüllten Unterdeck zwischen Leuten, die gerade vom Schwimmen in nasser Badekleidung kommen. Erst ab Stunde 3 fuhr das Boot dann endlich auf offene See - wo wir Delfine und Grindwale gesehen haben. Eine 2-Stunden-Tour mit einem Anbieter, der Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit legt, reicht also völlig aus!

La excursión estuvo bien, mucha gente metida en ese barco para el tamaño que tiene. Vimos delfines mulares y calderones o ballenas piloto. Me gustó mucho en general. Lo que si tengo que decir es sobre la comida.. para lo que se paga es lamentable lo que dan para comer, de las peores veces que comí en mi vida..

Te dicen que debes estar a las 10 horas, son las 10:49 hs aún no hemos salido. Simplemente VERGONZOSO En contestación de la empresa a mi reseña, indico que deberían de informar a que se debe el retraso. No obstante, nos ha encantado el viaje y destacamos la AMABILIDAD de la tripulación. Recomendamos el viaje a pesar de no ver todos los animales marinos que nos hubiera gustado.

Es una experiencia maravillosa, para avistar los delfines y las ballenas, fue algo sin igual.

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Ausflug mit dem Katamaran Royal Delfin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Tochter war äußerst begeistert von den Glasscheiben unter Deck, von denen man die Wale und Delfine ganz besonders schön beobachten konnte. Der Badestop in der Bucht von Masca war auch ein herrliches Erlebnis und der Blick auf Los Gigantes einfach der Wahnsinn. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine 3-Stunden Tour mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und 5) gebucht. Kurzum: Sehr nette Crew, tolles Schiff, tolles Erlebnis! Die Schwimmpause war auch super. Schwimmwesten für die kleinen hatten sie auch, sodass auch die im Meer schwimmen konnten. Kostenlose Getränke und ein brauchbares Mittagessen sorgten dafür, dass es den Preis wert war! Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien! Delphine und Schildkröten haben wir auch viele gesehen!

Personal war immer hinterher es allen recht zumachen! Dazu super nett und hilfsbereit! Alles sauber und gepflegt. Auch die vegetarische Alternative war super und gut organisiert. Zum Abschluss gab es noch einen kostenlosen Honig Rum! Es wurden mehrere Sationen angesteuert, um dass komplett Erlebnis zu erhalten. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke!

Wij hebben deze excursie gedaan met onze oma en moeder. Onze oma is slecht ter been en ik moet zeggen dat de bemanning mijn oma goed geholpen heeft met aan boord komen! Verder vonden we de bruk echt veel te druk. We hadden zelfs het idee dat niet iedereen een zitplaats had. Boven zat je echt hutje mutje tegen elkaar aan. Het was echt afzien. De lunch was best prima, het was een flink bord met van alles wat (salade, rijst, brood, vlees). Het overvolle op de bood maakte de excursie echt stukken minder leuk. Het zwemmen was leuk maar heel kort, we kregen 40 min om te eten en om te zwemmen. Verder hebben we alleen maar boven op het dek gezeten hopend dat we snel terug zouden gaan. Jammer maar ik zou deze excursie niet aanraden!

Absoluut geen aanrader! Veel te veel mensen aan boord. Enorm druk, je plakt aan elkaar, geen ruimte om normaal te lopen. Vooral onder het eten. Mensen worden lastig, personeel is niet zo persoonlijk. Er is geen sfeer. Onder vooral erg rumoerig, iedereen zit gewoon te dicht op elkaar. Absoluut geen aanrader, vooral niet voor wat oudere mensen.

Wir sind aus dem Norden 2,5 Std. mit dem Bus in den Süden gefahren. Dann2 Std. mit dem Boot hoch die Westküste entlang, 40 Min. schwimmen und essen und dann das ganze wieder zurück. Auf dem Rückweg haben wir auch Delfine gesehen. Das war's dann auch. Spart euch die 130€ (2 x 65€) und mietet euch lieber für drei Tage ein Mietwagen und erkundet die Insel aus die eigene Faust oder geht lecker essen. Wir sind enttäuscht, wir kennen Bootstouren anders.

Ciekawy rejs katamaranem. Delfiny jak delfiny widać niewiele / mieliśmy szczęście widzieć małego delfina wraz z rodzicami / nie spodziewać się skoku delfinów itp. ale warto nawet dla samego rejsu. Jedzenie lunch ok napoje procentowe, cola i inne. Zgodnie z opisem na stronie.

Had a great day, seen the pilot whales and stopped for a swim. Food and drinks were all included in the price and staff were all very experienced and accommodating, great value for price, defo recommend. 😃👌🏻

Family of 5, absolutely loved the tour.Kids were thrilled, especially because they were able to see a baby dolphin and its mom swimming, from underwater vision room.Staff was very helpful and informative, took time to chat with the kids about the marine life. The boat was very clean and the ride wasn't bumpy at all, so honestly can't understand the bad reviews we saw online.

Picked up on time and transferred no problem. When we arrived the boat looked as though it was pretty full, and there was still more than a coach load of people to embark. In the event, although the boat was quite full, it didn't feel crowded (perhaps if you're a family of 4 wanting to sit together on the upper deck you should make your own way there and be early). Boat was clean and refreshment prices reasonable. Yes we saw whales and dolphins. It was probably about 40 minutes out, 40 minutes watching them and 40 minutes back. We were able to get to the edge of the boat as most people, having spent a few minutes watching, allowed others to view. The underwater glass is OK, but probably more fascinating for children. We felt 2 hours was plenty of time, which kept the cost reasonable (10% off if booked online). Yes we would recommend

They took us to see whales, dolphins, and Los Gigantes and it was amazing! Food was decent, and the free drinks on board were a great amenity. The staff all appeared to really enjoy the guests and were very kind to everyone. I would use them again without question!

Die Besatzung war vom Anfang bis zum Ende der Tour immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen, die Getränke sowie das Gesamtpaket sind für den Preis angemessen. Getränke ausreichend vorhanden, Essen sehr schmackhaft. Es ist sogar möglich wärend des Buchungsprozesses eine vegetarische Variante zu wählen. Wir haben diesen Ausflug selbst online gebucht und sind auch selbst zum Hafen gefahren da wir in der Nähe unser Hotel hatten. Dadurch entfiel bei uns eine Bus Anreise. Die schlechten Bewertungen sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Das sind wahrscheinlich diejenigen die immer was zu meckern haben und chronisch unzufrieden sind. Nochmal vielen Dank an die Crew für diese schöne Tour.

Also ich muss sagen die Tour war eigentlich in Ordnung. Bier und Wein waren umsonst bzw. im Angebot drinnen. Einmal Essen und Eis waren dann auch dabei. 40 Minuten für schwimmen und dann zu essen ist auch viel zu kurz. Das Problem ist auch, dass es viel zu viele Menschen dabei sind. Alles zusammengequetscht und schwer um bischen zu laufen. Man braucht natürlich bischen Glück, wenn man Delfine sehen möchte. Ich habe ein paar Tiere gesehen, unten sieht man eigentlich fast gar nichts. Schiff fährt auch sehr schnell, also für gewisse Leute nicht zu empfehlen. Aber für einen halben Urlaubstag würde ich das nicht mehr wieder machen.

We went on the 4 1/2 hour glass bottom boat trip. Transfers were included in our booking which was brilliant. We saw pilot whales and Atlantic spotted dolphins. Absolutely amazing to see these animals in their natural habitat. We enjoyed the trip, but felt that there was not actually a lot of time animal spotting in the 4 1/2 hours, it was maybe 1 hour max. If you purely want to go out to whale and Dolphin spot, I would suggest another trip. This one you spent a lot of time travelling along the coast line (which was beautiful) and a good amount of time stopped for lunch and a swim.

Realmente ha sido el peor día de vacaciones de mi vida. Él folleto de promoción vende una excursión 5 estrellas que incluye Los Gigantes, Masca y Delfines y Ballenas además de Buffet y barra ilimitada. Bueno lo primero casi 5 horas de viaje en autocar que nunca te indican, sin aire acondicionado ni baño, ya ir con 2:30 horas fue un mal comienzo. Llegado al sitio estaba abarrotado de personas sin sitios cómodos, las barra libre consiste en 1 Jarra de Cerveza caliente, y Jarrs de sangres también caliente que van rellenando, los refrescos son aquellos de la marca Pepsi de poca salida. La comida es mejor la de la mili, un plato con ensalada de repollo, arroz y 4 albóndigas, es todo. Las excursión otro chasco, los gigantes te los nombran y lo ves de lejos, Masca es lo que dicen, paran para dar la comida y pocos delfines y solo la cola de la ballena. El regreso de nuevo 2:30 horas en un autobús sin aire y de paso en el barco me roban el abrigo. Ni a mi peor enemigo le recomendaría esta excursión.

I booked this excursion at our hotel reception as it was recommended and it lived up to our expectations. We had a fabulous morning, we saw dolphins in a couple of different areas. Stopped for lunch (I was seasick, so didn’t eat on board) Swam in the sea and returned to port. We were picked up by coach from close to our hotel and dropped back again afterwards. It was hassle free and I would definitely recommend.

I went on the excursion on Saturday April 27, we had an incredible experience, the crew helped my mother who has health problems, they are incredibly kind, we were lucky to see a lot of dolphins, they even swam with us, thank you for this moment, thank you for this moment, I recommend without hesitation, I recommend without hesitation. Plus you have unlimited drinks on the boat alcohol and soft, in terms of value for money it's very honest, see you soon! Thanks for everything. Asientos en planta de cafetería incomodos y la parte de abajo la esperaba más grande y con mejor visión.

Een 4,5 uur durende tocht meegemaakt. Was erg druk, maar goed georganiseerd. Lekker diner en onbeperkt drinken. Wanneer we dolfijnen spotten, kregen we ruim voldoende tijd om fotos te maken. Ook het zwemmen (ongeveer een half uur) was heerlijk en we werden goed in de gaten gehouden door de bemanning.

La actividad en si es una turistada, pero son tan profesionales y amables, con todos los detalles posibles, que no te importa y lo pasas genial.

Balade bateau dauphin avec vitre pour voir fond marin , repas et boissons a volonté inclus à bord. environ 200 personnes à bord Réservez directement sur le site de la compagnie, c'est moins cher . Si vous prenez l'option transport : Si vous êtes au nord de l'île , il faut Être patient , prévoir au moins 2 heure de cars pour faire le tour de l'île pour que le cars fasse tous les hôtels prendre les personnes avant d'arriver au port. Au lieu de 55 mn en voiture directement . Départ du bateau 14h00 Retour au port 18h30 Bateaux avec 2 rangées de 4 siège en haut du pont , banquette au niveau inférieur, équipé de fontaine a boisson a volonté ( eau , 7up, sheweppes , sangria , pespi,..) Arrêt de 40 mn dans une crypte pour soit plongé dans l'eau directement du bateaux ( l'équipage a prévu pour les enfants et personnes qui savent pas nagé des gilet flotteurs gratuit) ou manger a l intérieur du bateau (buffet de riz+ choux+ boulette viande ou omelette+ banane), café ou autre boissons chaude en supplément vendu à bord . Photo prise à l'arrivée sur le bateau par photographe, vendu a bord a la fin de la balade: 10€ la photo , 15€ les 2 photos. 🥴Attention prévoir pour le mal de Mer de prendre un médicament de la pharmacie local : le Biodramina environ 1 h00 avant de prendre le bateau. Et n'oubliez pas la crème solaire, casquette, lunettes surtout a l'étage vous êtes en plein soleil.. vous allez voir des dauphins et baleine pilote nagé .. déçu par le fond vitré, il faut pas être grand et vous allez pas voir grand chose des fond marin .

VERY impressed and I HIGHLY recommend the Royal Delphin excursions! From the hotel pick-up, to boarding, the boat and its facilities, the amazing crew, the trip, swim and lunch, wow! Very professional, efficient and friendly. We even had a medical emergency on board causing an unscheduled stop, but the crew handled it with sensitivity and professionalism.

It was absolutely magical. The crew were nice and set out in a small rib to collect a floating piece of plastic sheet. The viewing was superhero above abd below water and we were very lucky to see a large family group of pilot whales close up.

Absolute Touristenabzocke - viel Geld für einen verärgerten Urlaubstag. Drei Reisebusse abgefertigt und somit mehr Belegung als Sitzplätze. Ungefragte Videoaufnahmen, unfreundliches Personal, viel zu laute Musik und keine Ahnung vom Ozean und seinen Bewohnern. Lieber eine persönlichere, kleine Tour buchen. Da hilft es auch nicht, wenn man zwei Delfine sieht. Einfach eine Frechheit, auf die viel zu viele Touristen reinfallen. Fazit: Macht es nicht, spart euch das Geld! 🫡

Todo muy bien. Bonita excursión. Cumplen con todo lo que ofrecen.

Die Fahrt dauert viel zu lange. Masse statt Klasse mit Sangria und Freibier. Oben und unten passen je über 100 Leute drauf, kein Schatten am Oberdeck und Fahrt einfach langweiliges absitzen auf harten Plastik Stühlen. Es werden Filme von einem gedreht, Fotos vom Einstieg geschossen und samt Souvenirs an Bord verkauft. Bucht eine zweistündige Fahrt mit einem schnelleren Boot, da könnt ihr auch Baden und Tiere sehen oder gleich eine wertigere mit weniger Leuten (verbuchen, war ausgebucht) . Preis Leistung hier Katastrophe

El lunes 1, fui con mi pareja a la excursión que comienza a las 14. Creo que por 43€ que cobran por persona, deberían tener al menos el detalle de regalar la fotografía y no ser tan insistentes para que la compres. Desde mi punto de vista la comida era mala, ya que si voy al Mercadona puedo comprar mejor comida. Además, los refrescos estaban muy aguados. Eso si, los trabajadores son realmente buenos atendiendo a los pasajeros de una manera muy grata.

In general, it was an average experience, but there are a couple of issues to note. Firstly, they overbooked the passengers, resulting in a crowded journey where you may end up standing or sitting on the floor. Secondly, I would advise against booking the transfer with them as the bus ride took significantly longer than expected. Despite the occasional chance to spot dolphins, there wasn't much else of interest. Personally, I wouldn't choose to repeat the experience.

Good day out. We done the 4 1/2 hour trip. Plenty booze and food supplied. A bit of carnage with seasick folk. We seen whales and dolphins. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.

Gönnt Euch einen tolle Tag auf See. Mit einem Badestop in der schönen Bucht von Puertito. Bestaunt die riesigen Felsen bei los Gigantes und werft einen Blick in die Schlucht von Maska. Ein echt toller Ausflug. Mit etwas Glück sieht man Delphine und Grindwale.

Nous avons pris la sortie de 4h30 en catamaran, oui il risque d y avoir du monde sur le bâteau , mais qui dit tenerife sud dit tourisme de masse. Le repas sur le bateau y est correct. Cela peut paraître long à première vu 4h30 de mer mais pour l aller nous avons vu des baleines pilotes et des dauphins, puis petite baignade, le retour le long des falaises qui portent bien leurs noms les gigantes. Tout les goûts sont dans la nature, donc chaque personne a sont avis, pour nous la prochaine fois nous ferons une sortie plus intimiste, mais cette sortie nous a été quand même agréable. Oui quel gaspillage toutes c est photos prises par le photographe et qui non pas toute trouvées preneur loin de là 🙄🙄

Didn’t get to see anything like shown in pictures on their marketing website. Update - Interesting response from owner which shows how disconnected they are from reality because we didn’t get any vegetarian lunch or non alcoholic drinks as mentioned by manger. 🧐🧐🧐🧐

Schöne Tour, man sollte allerdings „See-fest“ sein. Ansonsten bekommt man alles für sein Geld. Evt.sollten die alkoholischen Getränke nicht umsonst sein, da manche Personen ihre Grenzen nicht kennen…

Rien à dire sur la balade et l'équipage. Par compte nous nous sommes fait arnaqué par le photographe à bord, il nous a demandé 20 euros pour une vidéo que nous n'avons pas.

Absolutely Breathtaking Experience.

We went on the 2hr mini cruise this morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. Professional crew and the boat is very modern and clean. We saw so many dolphins. Two different types, big ones and small ones. They came very close to the boat, it was lovely to see them. I also think the price is very fair for a 2hr boat trip. If you book online direct with the company you save 10%. Online booking process is very straightforward too.

Sinceramente muy disgustado con esta empresa. Si es verdad que lleva 35 años abierto,lo siento pero no lo parece. Ya que he ido con mi pareja y que cueste 49€ (cogido por otra empresa que trabaja con ellos de jet ski), en la página web son 58€ con decuento, y que desde primera hora sabian que la meteorologia no era la correcta para ir a los acantilados de Los Gigantes, sin previo aviso han hecho tiempo yendo a la Montaña Roja y volviendo han dicho que atracabamos en el puerto amarilla golf por temas meteorologicos, y cuando nos hemos quejado han dicho que lo habian avisado, cuando en ningún momento lo hicieron, y no es que no nos enterasemon ya que hablamos con mas personas del barco y estaban igual de confusos por el trayecto. Repito no me quejo de no ir porque era por temas meteorologicos pero me quejo de que no avisan de los contratiempos y te hacen perder una tarde viendo cosas que no entran en el recorrido. A parte el recorrido que cogimos es el de 4h y 30 min y se comieron 45 min de recorrido (llegamos antes)

Interesting, fascinating and safe

Trip van 4.5 uur geboekt. Supersaai. We waren net een gezin met 2 kids en we vonden het allemaal niets. Eerst helemaal langs de kust naar los gigantos varen. Duurt veel te lang en is saai. Daarna daar even zwemmen dat het enige leuke was. Lunch was niet best. Vervolgens op zoek naar dolfijnen en mini walvis. Als iemand zei dat de walvis een dolfijn was had je het ook geloofd. Iedereen op de boot was er wel een beetje klaar mee. Tourist trap no.1 van tenerife en dat voor 220 euro..

Bon rapport qualité prix mais la vision sous marine ne nous a malheureusement rien apporté mais a quand même fasciné notre enfant de 3 ans..

Une superbe expérience a faire sans hésitation. Moment avec les baleines pilotes qui sont venues a côté du bateau puis les dauphins c'était vraiment magnifiques, nous les avons vu de très près. Ensuite en repartant les dauphins nous ont suivi et jouaient avec les vagues du bateau en faisant de très grand saut ce fut un spectacle magnifique. La pause baignade au pied des falaises de los gigantes était impressionnante. Un excellent souvenir je recommande fortement. Merci pour ce moment exceptionnel

My review for two hours tour; - Time : 2/5 Its two hours tour starting at 10:30 as per website but they kept taking people up to 10:43 - exactly and of course came back at 12:30 sharp so its shorter than two hours (i know its not much but at least they could say its 1:30-2:00 hours) especially they took around 20sh people after 10:30 - not sure if all are later or sold them tickets shortly before trip. Boat 5/5 They had 3 floors : upper level Mid level - indoor with windows Base level - below water service with good viewing Its big so no seasickness 😇 Experience : 5/5 especially if you have kids We loved although we couldn’t hear much at the base level but was wholesome experience to see dolphins 🐬 through base level window. Length: 2 hours is best for kids and our 5 loved it. Would I do it again yes but with other carriers 😇

Beautiful views of the islands and the coast, volcanic rocks with lava streaks. Saw small whales and dolphins very close, amazing. Swimming next to the volcanic rocks. There is delicious sangria and other drinks on board. Overall the trip is about 4 hours. Not for people afraid of seasickness.

Fantastyczna wycieczka, profesjonalizm i obsługa na statku na najwyższym poziomie. Poza sezonem nie było tłoku i spokojnie można było podziwiać delfiny w naturalnym środowisku.

Ich habe schon einige andere Delphin- und Waltouren gemacht, aber noch nie bin ich so positiv überrascht worden wie gestern. Wir kriegten wohl an die 100 Delphine, große Tümmler und Grindwale zu sehen. Alle Crewmitglieder des Katamarans bemühten sich um jeden einzelnen Gast, fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Vorsichtig wurden die Tiere angefahren, leise und diszipliniert von den Gästen bestaunt. Es wird mir ein unvergesslicher Tag bleiben, und meine vielen Bilder werden mich die nächsten Monate begleiten. Ich bedanke mich von Herzen für diesen aufregenden, spannenden, fröhlichen Tag..... die Passagierin mit dem geschenkten Schlüsselanhänger :-) Ich kann diese nachhaltige Tour nur empfehlen!
