Tenerife First Excursions

We booked a 4.5h whale + dolphin watching tour through TFE, and Sue was very helpful with all the details. The tour ended up happening via Freebird catamarans (dunno if directly or using their boats), and I was a little skeptical since there were old reviews of bad experiences, but our trip was very pleasant. We managed to snag one of the first sunbeds (first come basis when you board the boat for 25EUR, very much recommend this), so we got to enjoy a beautiful view of the island and Los Gigantes, and a ride on the waves. The captain said the ride is a bit choppy, but it didnt seem too bad - all our stuff stayed in place, just make sure to put something heavy on your towels if you get up so the wind doesnt blow them away. We were served a nice rice+chicken lunch, and had access to free drinks. The crew entertained us with excellent music selection, and on the way back we managed to watch pilot whales for about 20 minutes, quite close at times (captn said 99% chance of seeing whales when we went in November). Our only "complaint" is that we wish more time was spent with the animals, but I think we just need a different tour for that - this was 90% relaxing, sightseeing, and swimming (which we still thoroughly recommend)

Kim was absolutely amazing and sorted us out this morning with a mnt teide buggy trip for the family, and was so friendly and helpful. We will be returning inna couple days to book the next trip!!

Everything was so well organised! We were picked up from our hotel and taken to meet the other groups, given a clear introduction on how to drive the buggies, and then off we went. The guides were fantastic – funny, friendly, and always making sure we were safe on the foreign roads. I noticed some very concerned drivers around us, but the guides managed all the junctions, exits, and routes perfectly. It was thrilling, so much fun, and the views were simply breathtaking. An unforgettable experience!

Thank you to the whole team at TFE, we booked 5 excursions with them and everything went smoothly and efficiently (the excursions were great as well!). The communication was fantastic, any query I had was answered promptly and professionally, I can't fault them, will defenitly use them again, highly reccomended.

We first Hurd this shop open by Matty on TikTok so we first went this morning for the 4.5 hour boat trip on the royal dolphin boat. Nathan in the shop was friendly welcoming and good source of information. The shop is brand new clean and modern with air conditioning which was great hope the trip is great thanks guys

I had Kim book our excursions and when they got cancelled due to the weather Kim reassured me so much with getting our money back and although a few things slowed it down when Kim said I should have the money it was in my bank the same second . Absolutely amazing team, definitely recommend if you’re wanting to go on some excursions or do the water and animal parks while in Tenerife. Stress free go and book with Tenerife First Excursions, they give you all the details pay and then they sort everything out for you from their you just turn up. Had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Kim who was so welcoming and gave us all the information we needed when we told her what we was looking to do. Competitive prices compared to all the others you see and they definitely only work along side the best companies. We booked Jet skiing, Siam park and the monkey park. Even better that Siam park and the monkey park are open tickets so you can use them on whichever day you decide no deciding beforehand. When we’re back in Tenerife (which we will be as it’s our favourite destination) will definitely go back and book with any of the team as they are brilliant. Dealt with Kim, five star service from the staff offering beverages organising excursions, they even booked us excursions they’ve never seen. Would highly recommend to anyone especially anyone from uk that’s not been to Tenerife before.

We were a group of 9 and wanted to do multiple activities. Lisa Fay was great to deal with and gave us good info on everything, Lisa took care of all our bookings which included whale watching, snorkelling, jet ski tour, mount teide stargazing and our favourite was Siam park. Would highly recommend these guys for a smooth and easy booking.

Personne super sympa qui nous a filé des tuyaux pour le parc aquatique SIAM PARC.En fait, il nous a déconseillé de prendre leur bus car ils font pas mal d'arrêt & du coup on arrive tard alors que le parc ouvre avant l'heure indiquée. Et on a fait un peu la queue, mais franchement c'était assez rapide car on a acheté les billets chez Tenerife First Excursions puis on a pris un taxi près de l'église, genre 8€ la course. Pour le retour, ne faites pas la queue pour un taxi car il y a foule!!! il y a des bus si vous marchez genre 15min en sortant du parc, prenez vers la droite & traversez le pont, vous verrez une station de bus & pour 1€ on était à Los Cristianos.

I first saw Tenerife’s first excursions advertised on TikTok, we took a trip down there to get some help on booking a few things to do on our holiday! It’s mine and my partners first holiday together, and my first holiday since being a child, it’s the first time we’ve not had our parents to sort these sort of things for us! We booked loads of different trips! 3h Dolphin and whale watching boat, a try dive which me and my partner were both a little skeptical and worried about but Kim helped us so much and reassured us and even checked in afterwards to see how we found it! Family holiday made magical from start to finish! Beginning with the customer service from the lovely Laura at Tenerife First. With 2 young children she couldn’t have been more helpful with suitable trips for us to take as a family! We opted for Loro Parque and Siam Park twin tickets and were also provided with transfers to Loro Parque. Both days out were enjoyed by the whole family and the transfers to/from the parks were comfortable and punctual. I will be sure to recommend this company and these excursions to friends and family!

100% would I recommend booking excursions with Tenerife First! Me and my boyfriend booked the all inclusive Siam Park tickets which was well worth the price!! We got our lockers, towels, unlimited fast pass for the slides which means we didn’t have to wait in the long queues, all inclusive food and drinks along with the park entrance which would have cost us way more if we paid on the day!! We also booked the Sunset Quad Tour which was an unreal experience!! Our guides Davide and Danny where brilliant couldn’t recommend them enough they was really welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. Along with providing information about Mount Teide which was nice touch! The drinks whilst watching the sunset were a really nice addition ! Again, I would recommend to anyone visiting Tenerife and wanting to do some amazing excursions ! I will also be recommending to family and friends. We booked the sunset quad trip and it was 1 of the best experiences I've had Kim who we booked through was excellent and so helpful before and after wouldn't use anyone else a company who genuinely cares about there customers 5 stars isn't high enough thanks again

The best place and people to book with! We booked the sunset quad tour, dolphin and whale boat tour and then Siam park all inclusive. To say this was the best trip of my life was an understatement. Big thank you to Dan for his help with all the booking and giving us the best deals, advice and his genuine interest in providing the best service he could. Siam park was unbelievable and cannot recommended the all inclusive pass enough. The food, drink, lockers and unlimited fast pass for the slides was the handiest thing ever and ensured we got all the slides we wanted done multiple times. The quad tour was out of this world. Thank you to Lee and Emily both of you made the tour that much better. Emily collected us from the hotel and drove us to the quads, we were then suited up and began the tour. Emily was the photographer and was top class. Lee is just a legend. Both of you adore your jobs and it’s clear to see. Lee had the timing down to a tee for the sunset etc. We had drinks, hot chocolate and local biscuits as the sun went down. When we returned we were given the option to purchase the pictures for 20€ there was a total of 670 pictures taken for the group so it was the easiest yes. Emily then brought us back to our hotel which was included in the package. Lastly we went on the 3 hour boat tour. We booked a catamaran. This was another unreal trip where we saw sea turtles and pilot whales with a swim stop by a cove, food and drinks included also. The staff were brilliant and very friendly. Thanks to everyone involved for making this trip so special and enjoyable. Worth every penny. If you want to do anything in Tenerife book with Tenerife first excursions!!

We had two excursions booked and both had quite disappointing moments. A 3 hour boat trip for seeing whales and snorkeling was clearly advertised in the wrong manner. It claimed to be a private boat for a maximum of 10 people. Luckily there were just 5 of us, otherwise we would just all be squeezed on a small boat. There was no snorkeling equipment provided only cheap leaking masks and we had to ask for them. A variety of snacks turned out to be ham&cheese sandwiches and apples. The trip to Loro park was fine, but the bus organisation was awful. We were the last ones to pick up and it was not possible to sit all together as the bus was packed. The driver was no help at all. For the trip back we came earlier to be able to sit together and took the first row on the bus. When the bus was full and just about to depart the driver remembered that children (9 years old?!) are not allowed to sit in the front of the bus. No apologies, no help again. We had to find single seats scattered across the bus. It spoiled all experiences from visiting the zoo and all our effort.

Hired a moped from here for two days as a couple. The guy there couldn’t have been more helpful. Fantastic way to get around the island and the roads are so safe to drive on.

If you are contemplating whether to book the sunset quad biking tour, book it! I honestly cannot recommend it enough, the staff are the loveliest people and the entire tour was beyond my wildest dreams. Hassle free and so enjoyable from start to finish, I would book this tour again in a heartbeat! The pick up was so simple, got a phone call saying they were outside and we hopped on in :) drove us up to the base camp where we were fitted with our jackets and helmets and given gloves as well which weren't needed on this trip but very handy to have nevertheless! Driven around the corner and assigned to a quad bike and off we went!! The views on the way up were phenomenal, there are multiple stops along the way to take photos and have a drink if you need to. Daniel was our driver but also our photographer! The photos he took were incredible and you can purchase them at the end for only €20! Considering you get 200-300 photos as well and they were such high quality it was amazing and a really lovely way to end the trip! What you get is worth so much more than what they charge and I quite happily would have payed doubled for the experience we had, it has exceeded every expectation I had! Lee was our guide who explained everything about the volcanoes etc and he was brilliant! Cannot speak highly enough of him, lovely guy and so so knowledgeable. The stops on the way up had all of the photos taken professionally by Daniel and all of the sites explained by Lee. They were both amazing guys who really seem to love the job which honestly makes all the difference as the love for it really rubs off onto everyone else! After the few stops on the way up we had an amazing view of the sunset and mount tiede in the background. You can take the most amazing photos up here and you are given some biscuits and hot chocolate/cava before heading back down again. Honestly 10000000/10 experience, absolutley phenomenal. Book it if you haven't already!!

Can’t recommend this place enough. Great selection of stuff but most importantly Kim is excellent and really caters for your needs.

We booked all our our excursions in advance online via Tenerife first excursions and it was super simple! Communication was great and it was made clear where we needed to be for meet / pick up locations and times etc! We particularly enjoyed the catamaran whale/dolphin watching and of course you can’t miss out on Siam park! However, the highlight has to be ‘small group stargazing in Mt Teide with Ben’ at Active Tenerife as not only was the evening incredible, watching the sunset and enjoying the local food Ben had bought with him, his knowledge, friendliness and humour was what truly made this our favourite excursion! His passion for what he does shines through and he had us captivated the entire evening with the history of Tenerife, the moon, sun, stars and how this all impacts our day to day life here on earth - also we got some really cool pictures under the stars included. Ben is by far the best guide and host we have ever encountered in all our years of travelling / excursions - it was a real pleasure to meet him and I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone … even if stargazing isn’t your usual thing (it’s not ours) but we learnt so much and also got to take in some breathtaking views! 10/10 experience - Thank you to Tenerife first and Ben for making our holiday so magical 💫

We have been visiting Tenerife for over 25 years and thought we had done all the worthwhile trips - how wrong could we be! Kim at Tenerife first Excursions was brilliant when we spoke to her about an evening trip up Teide, and convinced us to try the buggy trip to watch the sunset on Teide. Wow wow wow!! If you love sunsets above clouds and mountains this is the trip to do. We had an amazing experience thanks to our fantastic guide with Buggy Canarias, plenty of photos taken of a beautiful part of the island at sunset. Thanks Kim and TFE - we would not have tried this if not for the amazing review you gave. Couldn’t recommend this group enough. I booked all my excursions with them as a package with a discount rate originally just questioning prices via Instagram. Had and amazing experience with booking through first excursions everyone is very helpful and with the help of Dan and Sarah we picked a load of things to do ( jet skis , buggies , Siam park , boat trip and the monkey park ) and each one was amazing. My girlfriend and I found out about Tenerife First Excursions through tiktok, we walked to the office from Veronica’s and it took 10 minutes. When we got there, the staff were friendly and inviting. The staff are English so there is no language barrier. They ensure when booking you on excursions they are legit and good quality. We were served by Mattie and he was very friendly and eager to help us. He was not pushy and let us take our time to decide, the way he spoke to us and told us straight up about everything was the selling factor for us. We booked JetSkis and a night time quad bike tour, because of purchasing over a certain amount we got free Monkey Park tickets also! Great work to Mattie and the team! We will definitely come back.

The Valkyrie boat trip we went on was the most fabulous boat trip I have been on.Booked through the fantastic Tenerife First Excursions Kim was an amazing representative guiding us to the best trip to suit our requirements even going above and beyond to accommodate my wife with gluten free pizza because of her intolerance.From the arrival on the boat we were welcomed by the wonderful crew with wine and beers to start our journey. After asking what type of trip we wanted relaxing or lively or active we set off for our beautiful little bay where we swam snorkelled went paddle boarding and well we ate some beautiful pizza and other food it was amazing highly recommended for anyone the most relaxing trip I have ever enjoyed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked a few excursions. But had an issue with one that didn’t quite give us the experience we were sold. How ever went back to the guys at First Excursions and they couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Wouldn’t book an excursion anywhere else. Top quality service!

Only place i go to book excursions! Used these guys twice on my vacation and they give the best deals and everyone that works there is so lovely and welcoming! Can stay for hours chatting! Our first vacation we dealt with Matt and the second vacation we dealt with Lisa. Big thank you! We booked a lot of activity’s, think this year we did 7! As we where return customers they did us a deal which was fab! They know what there talking about and they are all clued up on each excursion! Answered all our questions and recommended exactly what we where looking for! Gave us lots of tips and advise when booking certain things. One thing I love is that they don’t scream at you when you are walking past! Like all the other excursion company’s. We even met the owner who is awesome! Had some YouTube vids up of some of the excursions which is nice to be able to see what there like. We have done pretty much every excursion with these guys and each one was spectacular and I would highly recommend! 💎

Unsere private Segeltour z.B. war der Hammer - es war soooo schön, diese wunderschönen Wale aus nächster Nähe zu sehen, ohne sich das Boot mit 50 anderen Touris teilen zu müssen. We did the 3hr Whale and Dolphin excursion on Freebird one. We got to see both Pilot whales and Dolphins Absolutely amazing experience.

We recently went on a dolphin watching boat trip arranged by this company. It was an amazing experience! Although we had initially booked a boat with a glass bottom, unfortunately it was not available on the day we went. However, Kim was extremely helpful and accommodating, and she made sure we still had a great time. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and they made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. Despite the boat being smaller than we had anticipated, there were only a few people on board besides us, which made it feel more exclusive and personalized. We were lucky enough to see several dolphins swimming in the water, which was an unforgettable experience. Although the food was a bit plain, it was a minor issue compared to the wonderful experience we had watching the dolphins. The crew also shared some interesting facts about the local marine life and ecosystem, which added to the overall educational value of the trip. I highly recommend this dolphin watching tour to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience, and I especially want to thank Kim from the agency for her exceptional service. The crew was great, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Thank you to the team for arranging this fantastic experience!

We have visited Tenerife twice this year, in June and October. We contacted Kim from Tenerife First Excursions back in June who organized the Catamarran whale and dolphin trip for our family and friends. The trip was amazing ! the whales and dolphins showed off in front of the boat to oohs and ahhs from us all. We enjoyed it so much that we contacted Kim again this month and she booked the trip for us a 2nd time. So we stumbled across Tenerife excursions on the off chance and I am glad we did. When we seen Lisa’s cheery face we knew we would be looked after. We wasn’t sure what we wanted to do and after Lisa went through options we picked some exciting activities! (Omega is a must) now for the best part and shows how much she cares about her customers. Just back from Tenerife and one of our best days was our excursion with Tenerife first. We wanted to do a day trip to tiede and Dan convinced us to go on the buggies..... Amazing!!! Definitely the way to see things, highly recommend.

What can I say, so glad we met the funny, knowledgeable Kim from Tenerife First Excursions, asked us group of more mature girls what we were looking to do. Obviously jet skis and paragliding were not top of our list, but she sold us on the Catamaran trip out to see the whales and dolphins. What an absolute joy, we so were amazed at seeing the whales so close to the boat. We will definitely be returning to see Kim when we next return to Tenerife she was fabulous and had us in stitches she was so funny. Thank you Kim.

We went on the 3 hour boat trip Amazing value, €39 with free drinks and a sandwich. We saw loads of dolphins and whales so close to the boat. Kim Lory who helped us book gave us great tips for the trip There are limited sunbeds at the front of the boat, thanks to her advice, we arrived extra early for the trip, and were able to get one, they are €10 for a double sun bed .It made such a difference to the trip. We could lie back comfortably with all our possessions safely with us, as the boat moved off .we could really enjoy seeing the dolphins / whales in comfort . And we took lots of photos, from the comfort of the beds We took turns to go to the bar , there were soft drinks ,wine & beer to have , included in the price. Having someone mature helping us book trips, made a huge difference, most are sold by young people who just want to earn commission , and don’t care if the trip is right for you Well done Tenerife first excursions for such a great trip. Especially well done Kim, you really listened to what we wanted. We will only book if you are there for our next trips

We booked the Star Gazing trip with Kim in Costa Adeje branch of Tenerife First Excursions and she was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and went over and above to ensure we had a good trip. She was kind and patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend this Star Gazing trip - dress up warm as its incredibly cold up the top of Mount Tiede but the stars and planets are amazing. The team who run the trip have state of the art telescopes and talk your through constellations, star sign groups and planets.

What can I say I contacted this company last minute after watching a few of their YouTube videos. At short notice kim was able to arrange a whole 3 day jam packed with excursions for us! I would highly recommend this excursion company over any other due to the level of customer service I received from late night messages to arranging scooter hire within 10mins of me messaging! I did 4 excursions with Tenerife first excursions. I booked parascending, paragliding, half day teide and stargazing. All excursions were done very professionally, and were breathtaking. Kim and Daniel looked after you and made booking a excursion so easy and effortless. If you ever need an excursion, I 100% highly agree using Tenerife First Excursions and they will make your stay on Tenerife enjoyable and one you will always remember. Absolutely fantastic experience and advice from Tenerife First Excursions. Daniel and any of his team I met were absolutely lovely. Through them, on two trips now, I went paragliding (for first time), Taide star gazing experience, rented mopeds, took an afternoon whale & dolphin cruise, and had wonderful food and nightlife recommendations.

Thanks to Lisafey for booking our trips and the good advice. Really enjoyed the jetski, boat trip and bus tour. The bus tour is a long day and tiring, but worth it to see some beautiful places on the island and to get a better understanding of Tenerife (also glad I wasn't driving on the narrow winding roads up and down the mountains!)

We booked a Boom Trike trip with Tenerife First Excursions in November 2021. Boom Trikes took us on a coastal run to Los Gigantes and inland into the mountains where we had wonderful views towards la Gomera and across to Tiede. We went to places we wouldn’t normally go made even better on the Boom trike bike. Would recommend this trip for the views and excitement of the bike. Take a jacket though! We booked through Kim at Tenerife First Excursions who arranged pick up from our Appartments. Kim was so helpful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks Kim. 👍👍

We arrived there on time but there was overbooking on the boat to see the whales (how is that possible on a prebooked trip?). We were rellocated to the 4pm excursion and offered a full refund. When in the trip, it turned to be really disappointing. I think they should put more effort on advertising only quality excursions. Our trip was really bad, just a tourist trap: we went on a sailboat, but always with the engine (not very suitable and animal-friendly if trying to see whales). We were not offered the snorkelling option, just cheap beer. The boat did not stop for swimming as it was very cold (that is why we wanted the 1pm trip), and we did not have any snack, as we already had lunch while waiting 3hr from the 1pm excursion to the 4pm one. I feel we lost the whole day: first waiting for the overbooked excursion, and then having a poor quality excursion.

Booked a coach trip during my holiday from 6th - 13th November 2021. Daniel and his staff give great advice and are very professional.

Excellent experience!!!! All excursions were on time, staff provided instructions and they were very polite. My favourite excursion was boat trip to El Puertito. Patrick is an experienced sailor and a great host. Lovely and snacks made by himself . Whale watching was an unique moment!! Definitely do it again. We booked and enjoyed the 4.5 hour boat trip Los Gigantes / Masca Bay tour. It was a wonderful excursion, numerous whales and dolphins were to be seen. Everything worked out great, there was a great opportunity for a refreshing swim. This was not our first booking with Tenerife First Excursions and definitely not the last!

I booked two trips with first excursions tenerife. A boat trip to see whales and dolphins and kayaking to see dolphins and turtles both trip where fantastic well organised and excellently ran events. Daniel is friendly, professional and very honest. He pointed out that seeing the wildlife was not a guarantee. Thankfully he was wrong, both trips delivered on the dolphins, whales and turtles. I can't recommend Frist Excursions Tenerife and his advice and trips highly enough. 10/10 to Daniel and his team.

Cette ravissante et pétillante femme m’a trouvé une moto pour le lendemain et pour 4 jours. La découverte de l’île a commencé ainsi et je lui en suis très reconnaissant. Fun filled Kayak & Snorkel excursion! We booked a kayaking tour through Danny at Tenerife First Excursions and it was a brilliant day out! The Kayak instructor was very nice and explained everything so well, and made us all feel so comfortable! It was great fun! We kayaked from los cris out to sea, around the bay and to a lovely cave between los cris and palmar and got to do some snorkeling which was amazing! We saw loads of cool fish and crabs too! Amazing view of Montaña Amarilla on route! Thanks guys, we'll be back to book another trip soon!

Excellent service, excellent range of excursions and a very friendly, personal, bespoke vibe. Unlike many excursion operators, TFE only sell deals on the best quality tours which they have vetted personally so others might be a couple of Euros cheaper but you are taking the risk of encountering lower standards. You get what you pay for. Dan the amiable Irish owner takes his personal reputation very seriously and his staff are also excellent. They will do you a package deal discount if you book three or more trips. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Daniel sorted all our excursions me and my son Tyler went paragliding and parascending. Really top bloke will be booking more exciting adventures when we return to Tenerife. Top class company with excellent excursions

I contacted Daniel on whatsapp and explained what excursions we were interested in and he asked us to come to the shop to have a look at all the options. From the minute my boyfriend and I arrived at the shop, he welcomed us with a massive smile and was so welcoming. Showed us so many videos and pictures and gave us tips on what suited our taste best.. We booked 4 packages that day ( 3 hour road quad bike, 1 hour jetski, day yacht tour and parascending). On the last day, I realised that parascending might be a bit too extreme for me, so we texted Daniel and explained our situation and in no time he came with a solution in minutes. Just an FYI. all tours take professional pictures of you for around 20 euros, so just enjoy yourself and forget your phone, as they will capture all the best moments for you. all you have to do is smile and enjoy. We honestly can't thank you enough Daniel, for the amazing experiences and memories you have brought to us trough your amazing exursions. Fantastic service from Danny and his team. Danny was able to organise Jet Skis at a extremely reasonable price to which we had an absolute ball. He was also able to set us up with Siam Park tickets. You really need to be prepared when going to Siam Park in regards to queues, lockers, etc... and Danny completely prepared us with information making sure we got the most out of the full day.
