Monte Cristo Catamaran, 5-star Whale and Dolphin Tours, Boat Trips Tenerife

Strressful and disappointing... We took the morning trip today at 10:00 a.m. and even though there is an official warning for storms and strong winds for the Canary Islands the captain still decided to go out in what I would describe as very unsafe ocean conditions and big waves which resulted into panic and seasickness for almost all the passengers on the boat. Even though we were able to spot some dolphins and the crew took good care of the ones suffering that definitely remains an overall disappointment of experience for the adults and the children on the boat. Definitely didn't feel like they cared much about the safety of their clients...

Had a cruise with transfer from Las Americas. Catamaran was ok, enough space. We did see pilot whales but no other fish. Some snacks and drinks. Evening cruise, would have been hot at daytime.

Would have easily given 4 stars without a problem. I don’t care a about a cracked window or some mouldy edges, don’t bother if it’s just some everyday tapas, what would you expect from a 3hr round trip for this kind of money. Beverages are cold and plenty, crew is helpful and polite. Captain could have stopped at a more interesting place for a swim though. What use are goggles if there’s only white sand beneath you? No single fish or plant in sight. But most of all: watch out for captain’s instructions. If he says: stay close to the boat, he means it. Don’t know how you are about to measure distance if you are floating face down in the current, but don’t dare wonder a few feet astray… Plus: I honestly did not know we were not to swim underneath the boat (it’s a catamaran - we did tours like these before and it’s never been an issue and the sea was calmer than a mirror) and there was no mention of it in the instructions. Captain does not “remind” you politely but prefers to yells at you in front of all passengers. And to top it all off: I even went to apologise for my “ignorance” (to teach my kids they should reason instead of argue) but he wouldn’t have anything of it. Too bad for both organisation and crew, but all that’s left is not the view of the pilot whales nor the warm sea or ice-cold beer with spectacular views, but a feeling of being violated without probable cause. Hope he just had a bad day, but it might be the kind of selfrighteous professional who’s in it for milking tourists with no ambition whatsoever to accommodate a nice afternoon on the ocean.

Staff molto gentile e professionale. Esperienza poco efficace, almeno in questo periodo (settembre) in quanto gli animali si vedono poco e per poco tempo, ed il viaggio è lungo e pieno (giustamente) di avversità (non adatto ai deboli di stomaco)

Wir haben eine 3-Stunden-Tour an der Südküste von Teneriffa mit dem Monte Cristo Katamaran gemacht und waren absolut begeistert. Schon der reibungslose und pünktliche Transfer vom Hotel zum Startpunkt und zurück war top organisiert. Wir konnten Grindwale sehen (leider keine Delfine), aber es war toll, wie respektvoll die Crew mit den Tieren umgeht – kein Verfolgen, kein Stress für die Tiere. Anschließend gab es einen Stopp in einer Bucht mit Bademöglichkeit, kleine Tapas und Getränke – perfekt bei den hohen Temperaturen. Besonders gut fanden wir die überschaubare Größe: ca. 15 Teilnehmer, familiäre Atmosphäre und eine sehr freundliche Crew. Im Vergleich zu den riesigen Katamaranen, die völlig überlaufen wirken, war diese Tour viel entspannter und persönlicher. Auf dem Rückweg gab’s dann noch schöne Fotos von der Küste und unserem Hotel. Fazit: Entspannte, persönliche und tierfreundliche Tour mit perfekter Organisation – absolut empfehlenswert!

Creo que calidad/precio, es perfecto, te permite ver los animales de mucho más cerca q en un barco enorme, es cierto que sólo vimos ballenas piloto, el personal inmejorable éramos los únicos dos españoles y nuestro "guia" estuvo muy pendiente de que entendiéramos todo, el nombre empieza por A (creo que era Asier)pero como soy una marinera malísima y me mareé un poco me perdí alguna información, el picoteo correcto, Emilio que fue el conductor que nos recogió y nos llevó al hotel un 10!, experiencia muy recomendable

Gran experiencia para disfrutar en pareja y amigos. Grupos pequeños y muy buena atención por parte de todo el equipo. Desde el conductor que nos recogió, hasta la tripulación del barco.

We had the pleasure of going on the Monte Cristo yesterday and would definitely give it 10/10 it was excellent from start to finish the crew were very informative about the whales and dolphins and there was more than enough soft and alcoholic drinks available and tapas also will definitely be booking again for next year

Mi experiencia no es precisamente de 5 estrellas porque estuve las 3 horas malas con mareos y vómitos, pero a parte de eso tengo que decir que me parece muy caro porque las tapas que ofrecen son de calidad muy baja, exactamente embutidos del Mercadona y aceitunas. La bebida no está mal. Para pagar ese precio deberían meterle más calidad al producto. Eso sí vimos los delfines.

Ha sido estupendo ! Muy buen ambiente y hemos visto delfines y ballenas . La tripulación muy educada y cercana ! Lo recomiendo

Sinceramente fatal no vimos nada, el personal muy amable, pero lo que es el avistamiento no vimos nada y de buffet ilimitado nada….. ponen variedad pero cuando se acaba no hay más. En el barco íbamos 22 perdonas y pensábamos que era algo más reducido. También cambiaron el punto de encuentro a última hora y nos pusieron en un puerto que sabían que ahí no se veía nada. No volvería a repetir

The catamaran itself was lovely and the team was very accommodating, especially in arranging a special cake-cutting for my partner’s birthday, which we really appreciated. However, there were several aspects that didn’t meet expectations. Despite the tour advertising whale and dolphin sightings, we didn’t see any. The listing also stated the boat would carry around 10–11 people, but there were over 30 on board, making it feel crowded. The swimming stop was also disappointing – it wasn’t shallow as described, and the water was in a rather dirty area with seaweed and chum, making it unpleasant to swim. The sea was very choppy, and unfortunately, the sunset was mostly blocked by buildings when we docked, so we didn’t get the full “sunset cruise” experience. Food options were also limited. Almost everything contained pork, with only one vegetable dish available. While we’re not vegetarians, we don’t eat pork, so there was very little for us to eat despite paying for the “unlimited tapas and drinks” option. Overall, while the crew were friendly and the catamaran was nice, the experience didn’t match what was promised. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

No nos dieron ninguna facilidad para recogernos, y tuvimos que trasladarnos nosotros al puerto. Después en el último momento nos cambiaron la localización del puerto, llevándonos a otro donde no se suelen avistar ballenas. El trato de la tripulación muy bueno, sobre todo de Miguel. El aperitivo muy justito, nada de buffet libre. No vimos ballenas.

We had an amazing day on this boat. The crew was very nice. We found plenty of whales (5-7m long) and could observe them closely. This tour is mainly to watch whales. The tapas was offered onboard and we had a chance to swim from the boat in the ocean.

It was a great experience. What I valued the most that the ship was not overcrowded, they have a maximum of 24 guests. We have seen plenty pilot whales. We took the sunset cruise.

We received the tour for the whale and dolphin watching as a gift. We were picked up on time without problems. The staff was very friendly. There were drinks available for free (water, cola, fanta, beer, kava). There was also some food served later during the trip. It was a small buffet but tasty. We were able to see some whales and dolphins. They came quite close to the ship so we got a good view and even took some videos. The place where they took us swimming was nice. We spent around 40 min there, so plenty of time for a swim. The only issue some people may have is getting sea sick. The waves can be quite big so the boat can move a lot. And people can get wet from the waves when sitting on the deck. Overall, we really enjoyed it and certainly recommend the tour :)

We went on the monte cristo last year and again this year we seen the pilot Wales dolphins and a giant turtle food was great and drinks too a great experience

This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. We managed to see and follow pods of pilot whales along the way and caught such a stunning sunset. Food and drink were plentiful and had great options, even for gluten free. The staff themselves were so friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our trip out

Genoten van minuut 1. Op exact afgesproken uur opgehaald geweest. De dag voordien nog een telefoontje gekregen om te bevestigen. Toch was zeer zeer mooi. Pilot walvissen gezien en massa's dolfijnen. Mensen aan boort zeer vriendelijk en een hele goeie uitleg gekregen. Drankje zoveel je wil en ook het fruit en tapas waren perfect in orde. Dank jullie om ons zo een mooie voormiddag te bezorgen.

Super expérience, c'était vraiment fantastique de voir les baleines d'aussi prêt. J'ai personnellement été malade tout le reste de l'excursion, je n'ai pourtant pas le mal de mer de base mais le bateau étant petit et la mer assez agitée, je n'ai pas supporté. Je garde un bon souvenir de l'excursion malgré tout.

Perfect day trip from start to finish! The crew are knowledgable and friendly! We opted for the 3 hour whale & dolphin trip, we were given unlimited drinks for the duration, tapas afterwards in the cove whilst we were able to have a swim off the back of the boat. Perfect vibes!

Geweldige ervaring. Super vriendelijke crew. Je hebt zeker voldoende zitplaatsen op de boot en je krijgt meer dan genoeg hapjes en drankjes. We hebben verschillende pilot whales gezien. Zelfs van heel dichtbij met enorm veel respect voor het dier vanuit de kapitein. Hij kwam nooit te dicht en wachtte tot de walvis tot bij de boot kwam. Absolute aanrader voor wie kwaliteit wil en de massa wil vermijden.

Prestation de qualité. Une équipe au top très agréable. On sent leur envie de nous faire partager un moment exceptionnel. Notre plaisir et notre émotion de voir les baleines pilotes et les dauphins de près nous a semblé partagé par l'équipe et ça c'est agréable de les sentir presque aussi heureux que nous. Nous avions peur que ce soit une activité un peu "attrape touristes" et franchement nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix. Vraiment c'est à faire. Leur prestation avec boisson à volonté et tapas suivi d'une baignade en haute mer avec prêt de masque et tuba nous a conquis.

This is NOT a sunset cruise it’s a whale and dolphin watching cruise. We were back in the harbour well before sunset! It was an amazing trip we seen lots of dolphins and whale's, the drinks were flowing and the food was delicious not to mention the staff who were absolutely fantastic. We also got a chance to swim so make sure you bring togs n towel. Highly recommended as a dolphin and whale watch but definitely not a sunset cruise as advertised when I booked it.

Highly recommend, I’ve done a few boat trips over the years and this was the first one that there weren’t people being sick. Sea wasn’t too choppy, so whether that helped, but boat was driven steadily. Crew were lovely and always offering drinks and had a large selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. Very knowledgeable crew on ocean facts.

Cet endroit est tout simplement exceptionnel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et incroyablement sociable. L’ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise. L’un des moments forts de notre expérience a été la rencontre magique avec des dauphins, juste à côté du bateau. Les voir évoluer librement dans leur environnement naturel était à couper le souffle. Pour couronner le tout, un grand buffet varié et généreux était à disposition, accompagné de boissons à volonté, le tout dans un cadre idyllique. C’était une expérience inoubliable, pleine d’émotions et de belles découvertes. Un véritable petit coin de paradis que je recommande sans hésiter !

Espectacular experiencia. La tripulación es super atenta, cuenta datos interesantes de las ballenas. Fuimos 10 personas en el catamarán y fue genial. Vimos varias ballenas, impresiona. Y la parada para tomar un baño con el aperitivo, top.

It was amazing!!! We saw so many whales and even a sea turtle. Highly recommend the private tour, the crew was incredible. Tapas and wine were absolutely delicious and boat was so nice and spacious. Couldn’t recommend this company more!

Wauw, wauw en nog eens wauw. Alle voorgaande recensies kloppen helemaal. Wat een fijn bedrijf is dit zeg, allemaal professionals die weten waar ze mee bezig zijn. Vanmiddag hebben wij met ons gezinnetje genoten van een fijne boottocht voor de kust van Tenerife. Veel meer walvissen gezien dan wij hadden verwacht (meer dan 40 van zeer dichtbij). Geen dolfijnen vandaag helaas maar de walvissen maakten dat helemaal goed evenals de grote zeeschildpad die ons nog even kwam begroeten. De boot zelf is ruim en er gaan maximaal 24 personen mee. De lunch bestaat uit heerlijke lokale tapas en is prima geregeld evenals de snorkelspullen tijdens de zwemstop. Het kost iets meer dan veel andere boottochten maar hier alles ook echt inclusief, dus niet extra betalen voor snorkelen of voor een mooi plekje op de boot. Dit is een absolute aanrader, wij zouden deze tocht zeker nog een keer doen tijdens een volgende bezoek aan Tenerife. Laura, Daniëlle en de rest van de crew, nogmaals dank, jullie zijn echt goed bezig!

Very nice experience from the beginning, Laura pick up us from hotel, nicely drive to port than meet Larisa who care about us before getting in boat. We struggled to find whales but finally we found them, than after close to red mountain we had a stop for tapas and some bath in the ocean, we highly recomand and see you soon. 🥂🐳

Excellent day, from being picked up and dropped of at our hotel door. Hosts on the boat were magnificent and very professional, couldn't do enough for you. And of course, finding the pod of pilot whales made the day. Highly recommend this as part of anyone's holiday to Tenerife.

Équipe très sympa La promesse des baleines a été tenue et même les dauphins Mais pas de coucher de soleil. L'heure de départ devrait etre adaptée en fonction de l'évolution du coucher du soleil. Sinon en soi le tour n'est pas wouaw. Et l'arrêt plongeon sur un endroit pas très idyllique. Les snacks sont corrects mais le cava sweet bof et le vin blanc pas terrible

Espectacular excursión para el avistamiento de ballenas y delfines. Poco masificado, a diferencia de otros barcos. Especialmente amables y agradables. Absolutamente recomendable.

Al de goede reviews zijn juist. Wij hebben ook een erg leuke boottocht gemaakt. Heel wat pilot whales en dolfijnen gezien. De bemanning is supervriendelijk. Er was heel wat drank en lekkere tapas. Zeker een aanrader!

Sem dúvidas uma ótima companhia e um ótimo passeio. Tivemos azar com o tempo e o mar estava muito agitado mas de resto tudo fantástico… O barco é espaçoso e muito bom. A tripulação sempre simpática e disponível. Vimos muitos golfinhos e 4/6 baleias…. A comida e bebidas fornecida era em grande quantidade e de qualidade. Parabéns!! Voltaremos.

Michael and Edmond were great hosts! We have seen pilot whales (looked like dolphins:)), had an amazing sailing experience, then we got delicious tapas (all kind of) and unlimited drinks (their wines are quite good)! We had opportunity to swim a bit in a nice bay. The transfer from and to our accommodation was smooth. So, summarized, it was one of our best experiences in Tenerife.

Superbe expérience ! Le bateau est à taille humaine, pas trop de monde, cela permet de profiter du panorama sans être bousculé ou gêné. L'équipage est adorable et les snacks et rafraîchissements sont en nombre suffisant. Quand a la sortie en elle-même, moment magique où l'on profite d'une vue magnifique sur l'île depuis le large et la rencontre avec les baleines nous transforme comme des enfants un matin de Noël. Pas de dauphins pour nous malheureusement mais l'équipe nous prévient d'office qu'il n'y a aucune garantie de les apercevoir. Par contre, nous avons fait la rencontre d'une magnifique tortue. Bref un super moment à faire obligatoirement pour tout séjour sur l'île !!

C'était franchement un moment magique : le bateau est grand et on est vraiment pas entassés les uns sur les autres (groupes de 24 max), l'équipe est pédagogue et adorable avec des explications précises sur ce qu'on voit, c'est tout confort avec les boissons apportées sur le deck (même du champagne si on veut 😎) et surtout on a vu de très très près les animaux (et apparemment c'est assez courant pour eux d'avoir ce niveau de succès). 10/10 rien à redire, foncez pour une escapade mémorable !

Les dauphins et les globicéphales ont été au rendez-vous. L'équipage est au petits soins, boissons à volonté, petit buffet à l'heure du déjeuner. C'est une balade que je recommande sans l'ombre d'un doute.

This was my second time on the Monte Cristo catamaran, and it's hands down the best small group trip I've ever done (and I've traveled a lot). The crew takes incredible care of you, ensuring you're always well-hydrated with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and well-fed with their delicious tapas. A special thank you to Michelle, who was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also went above and beyond when my partner approached her with plans to propose. She eagerly helped him make it happen, even popping the champagne and celebrating with us as everyone cheered. It was an unforgettable and truly special surprise that I will always cherish. Thank you so much once again! Rest assured, we will be back!

A very good day out, they had to change the port due to bad weather but everything was communicated in time and transport from the hotel was arranged by them for free. The staff was brilliant and moved us to various spots and waited for spotting. We could only see the pilot whales on the day, and they were amazing. We were served drinks, water and a tapas meal. The boat stopped for snorkeling but it was too cold, only one person dared go down. The catamaran was clean and had enough space to move around and had an upper limit on the number of passengers. It was slightly expensive at €58/person but I think it is a standard price when booked online, but the trip was really something I cannot complain about.

This was a beautiful trip and we had a close encounter with a family pod of 9 Pilot Whales. I came by local bus from the interchange Santa Cruz- (allow2 hours) and found the pier easily on google maps. The staff were kind and very helpful. It’s a very easy and delightful tour. Clean boat, nice tapas and great day out.

Few people on the boat compared to other boats which was nice. Hardly no loud music. Food was great and loads to drink They delivered on whales and dolphins. Lovely day

Très belle expérience avec un petit groupe d'environ 15 personnes sur le bateau (on a croisé des voiliers au moteur avec au moins 45 personnes à bord !). Le capitaine ne poursuit pas les animaux à tout prix. Il nous indique dès le départ qu'il est possible de ne rien voir. Jour de chance pour nous : une multitude de baleines pilotes, de bancs de dauphins qui jouaient avec le bateau, et d'une tortue marine. L'équipage est très sympathique (anglais/espagnol), beaucoup d'informations sont données sur les animaux marins. Snack copieux, boissons à volonté. Bref tout était bien.

We had a wonderful time on the sunset tour (3.5 hours starting at 4:00pm - February). Saw the whales and the dolphins and it was so beautiful to see them swim so close to us! It was nice to just see more of the island from a different perspective. The staff was really nice and Michelle was very knowledgeable and made sure we were all okay and always had a drink in hand! Sailing back to the port was beautiful with a stunning sunset in front of us. 100% would recommend this tour.

Wunderschöne Tour, die Mitarbeiter supernett und motiviert, Essen und Trinken lecker und die Schnorchel-/Badepause hat sich auch gelohnt. Wir haben den Tag mega genossen, ein tolles Erlebnis mit vielen Walsichtungen.

Amazing experience, fantastic service. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone, we went swimming and saw fish, we saw dolphins and pilot whales. Loved our day and saw the most beautiful sunset on the 3:30pm session.

Nice small group (approx. 25) boat tour. Plenty of drinks and a small but decent buffet dinner. We saw several groups of pilot whales (captain said they have about 90% success seeing them as they are residents) which we were able to view for a few minutes at time before they dived out of site. No dolphins but we were told it is 50/50 chance. There is time for people to have a swim towards the end of the trip, then sail back into harbour as the sun sets.

One of the best boat tour we had been on. Smaller group compared to other boats that are super crowded, we had great drinks, tapas, and saw many pilot whales and dolphins. Ending with beautiful sunset. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will recommend!

Schon lange keinen so gut organisierten Ausflug erlebt. Das Team war überpünktlich bei unserem Hotel, um uns zum Hafen zu bringen. Eine kleine Gruppe von ca. 25 Leuten hat den Ausflug auch besonders schön gamacht. Die Crew ist megakompetent, superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine 10 Sterne Erfahrung.

Don’t hesitate to book! This is a really well organised tour - from the moment we were collected from our hotel to being dropped back. The boat is clean and doesn’t get crowded, the staff work hard to ensure you get to see the animals and that your drinks are topped up constantly (thank you Laura!). The tapas was great too and we saw some fabulous pilot whale groups right next to the boat. I can fully understand why this tour is the #1 rated on TripAdvisor. Wonderful experience

Absolutely loved this boat. I booked for my wife's 40th birthday and it was highlight of our trip! We booked the 3 hour whale, dolphin and lunch. We had cava on arrival and then a beautifully prepared tapas at our swim stop, which was a stunning cove! The staff are so friendly and very informative. The boat itself is also beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Traumhafte, sehr freundlich betreute Fahrt. Wir haben sechs Grindwale gesehen und waren davon echt berührt. Getränke und Tapas sind okay. Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Unbedingt Badesachen mitnehmen! Der Katamaran ankert vor der Küste und es gibt die Möglichkeit, schwimmen und sogar schnorcheln zu gehen.

Wir hatten um 10 Uhr die Tour gebucht und waren fast 3 Stunden auf dem Meer. Die Crew war fantastisch! Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert und wir haben Pilotwale und Rauhzshndelfine sehen können und es war ganz fantastisch. Vielen Dank an Tanja und die Crew für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis!

Excursión correcta, veréis calderones. Poco más, parada para el baño en una cala fea y de poco interés así como el aperitivo. No es un barco abarrotado pero no hay un trato detallista. No obstante, me gustó la atención de la guía neerlandesa y sus explicaciones, (no recuerdo su nombre), aunque no hablaba castellano 🥹.. ok 👌 hablamos inglés es nuestro super poder 😜. No repetiría.

We took the morning tour today, boat was amazing, good food and drinks, very knowledgeable and considerate to the whales, of which we saw plenty! (And a turtle), nice little swimming spot with lots of fish and the guys were great with handing out snorkels and life jackets for those not confident. I have to give a very big thank you to the staff for looking after me when I was VERY sea sick 🫣, would definitely go back and that’s saying something!

We had a really good time on the Momte Christo. Danielle and Bacho along with the other guy were very friendly and helpful. We saw a lot of Whales but unfortunately no Dolphins. From start to finish it was an excellent trip.

Geweldige trip met geweldig en zeer kundig en vriendelijk personeel. Heel veel dolfijnen gezien, veel uitleg gekregen en mooi gesnorkeld. Ook de hapjes en drankjes waren heerlijk. Netjes opgehaald en teruggebracht naar het hotel, ook al stond deze niet bij de pick-up locaties. Het was een dag om nooit te vergeten!

It was an absolutely amazing experience with a generous crew on board. First of all, the trip was even better than one could have expected. We were lucky to observe a few species of dolphins and orcas, had a party right aboard the boat, and spent a great time swimming in the ocean. For those who are still reading this and want to go through this experience, I have a tip for you: if you want a great viewing point, take off your shoes right after you get on board, leave your bags inside, and go to the upper deck where the captain is. They only allow four people to sit there, so be quick, and good luck!

Von hinten bis vorne eine tolle Tour! Wir haben etwa 15 Grindwale/Pilotwale gesehen, die sogar bis an das Boot gekommen sind. Das Team pflegt einen sehr respektvollen Umgang mit den Tieren. Auch der Service Essen/Trinken sowie der Transfer waren super. Absolut sein Geld wert.

Really well organised tour, the crew had a long of knowledgeable of the sea life and able to source the pilot whales to see. The trip involved going to sea and once whales located able to float alongside and spend lots of time with them. From there went to a nearby beach bay where could anchor have a light lunch and snorkel. The drink was free flowing and plentiful from water, soft drinks, Coke coabdand into beers wines and Cava. Worth the 3 hour trip.

Absolutely awesome, a must do! The crew and captain were really lovely, very informative and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The transfer to the port was prompt and friendly. The drinks and food were nice and everyone on the trip had the best time. The boat was great and although seeing wales isn’t guaranteed the captain is always on the lookout for you.

Excellent tour - highly recommended We booked the sunset whale watching tour. The catamaran is lovely and very comfortable with not too many passengers. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Drinks are included throughout the tour and the crew prepare tapas snacks towards the end of the trip. We saw a beautiful sunset but were unlucky not to see any whales or dolphins so the company invited us to come on another trip to try again. Three days later we did the afternoon sailing and saw lots of whales. We also stopped near a nice beach for swimming and snorkelling. Communication was excellent.

Wir hatten die 3-Stunden Tour. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis! Das Team war super freundlich und hat die Gäste aufmerksam und lieb betreut. Wir wurden über die Wale bestens informiert und sind auch ganz vorsichtig in die Nähe der Tiere gefahren. Wir haben an dem Tag nur Pilotwale gesehen, aber das war sooo schön! Wir wurden mit Getränken und einem kleinen Tapas-Buffet versorgt. Zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln sind wir zu einer Bucht gefahren. Auch das war schön. Die Tour hat uns viel Spaß gemacht und wir können sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Très bonne expérience ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la croisière, même si nous n’avons vu que des dauphins. Un grand merci à notre chauffeur Laura, qui nous a récupérés et déposés à notre hôtel. Elle nous a très bien accueillis et était très souriante. Franchement, au top ! Un grand merci également à l’équipe qui nous a accueillis à bord du bateau. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Pour ma part, je vous conseille de réserver pour 18h30 afin d’assister au coucher du soleil.

Esperienza fantastica! Abbiamo partecipato a un'escursione in catamarano al tramonto e siamo stati fortunati a vedere alcune balene. C'è stato anche tempo per un bagno, e mentre il sole tramontava, ci hanno accompagnato con musica e servito delle tapas. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Laura, che ci ha assistiti con grande gentilezza e ci ha servito da bere e mangiare, e al capitano per la professionalità. In più, ci hanno offerto un comodo servizio di trasferimento: sono venuti a prenderci direttamente sotto l'appartamento con un pulmino e ci hanno riportati indietro alla fine dell'escursione. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con open bar di bibite, vino e birra. Le tapas, anche se semplici affettati e torte salate da supermercato, potrebbero essere migliorate. Nel complesso, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, decisamente superiore rispetto ad altre compagnie con cui ho viaggiato in passato.

Super Tour. Wir haben Wale, Delphine und sogar 1 Schildkröte gesehen. Alles sehr angenehm, da nicht si viele Personen auf dem Boot sind, Crew sehr freundlich, es wurde uns viel erklärt. Getränke gab es so vielmals wollte und mehr als genügend Snacks bei der Pause in der Bucht, wo wir zum Schwimmen und schnorcheln gehalten haben. Monte Christo definitiv zu empfehlen.

Amazing experience throughout. Friendly staff helped my wife when she was seasick on the return back. We saw Pilot wales and dolphins. I enjoyed the snorkelling mid point. There was a nice selection of snacks and drinks included. Beverages consisted of lager, Cava and assortment of soft drinks and water.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of this boat trip in Tenerife that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. What was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon on the water turned into a nightmare from start to finish. First, the waves were absolutely horrendous. The boat was tossed around so violently that almost everyone on board got seasick. You could see the misery on everyone’s faces as they clutched onto the sides, trying desperately not to be the next to lose their lunch. The crew seemed indifferent to our suffering and, instead of adjusting the route, they plowed on through the rough waters. The food provided was subpar at best. The options were limited and tasteless, which didn’t help the already queasy stomachs on board. The so-called "all-inclusive" drinks were a joke; with the boat rocking so badly, no one dared to drink anything for fear of making the sickness even worse. When it came time for swimming and snorkeling, I was hoping for some reprieve. Unfortunately, they decided to stop in the middle of the rough waves, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the water. There was no coral or marine life to see—just murky water and waves slapping you in the face. The whole experience felt unsafe and ill-conceived. The trip should really be advertised with a warning that rough waters are common during the summer months. The only positive aspect of the trip was that we got to see both dolphins and whales, but that alone doesn’t make up for the overall disastrous experience. Overall, this was a boat trip from hell. The rough seas, poor food, and lacklustre snorkelling made it an experience I wish I could forget. If you’re thinking about booking a boat trip in Tenerife, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This one was a complete disaster.

Ils sont à l’écoute, disponible et on pris le temps de nous donner des explications sur lés dauphins,baleines et ont pris leur temps pour qu’on puis les regarder. Je recommande vivement à refaire

Nos encantó a mi hija y a mi!! Volveremos a repetir sin duda. Tanto el capitán y la tripulación son gente súper amable y servicial! Toda la travesía ha estado genial hemos visto tortugas, delfines y ballenas piloto. fuimos a una playa muy buena que es muy difícil acceder por tierra para bañarnos y disfrutar de la mar!! La comida y bebida muy bien, chupitos de ron miel canario buenísimo👏🏼 Ha sido una experiencia memorable una maravilla estamos muy contentas😍

Super expérience sous coucher de soleil, nous avons pu voir des dauphins et eu un arrêt pour ceux qui souhaite se baigner. L’équipage est formidable et très agréable. Nous avons eu des boissons et des snacks à manger. Cette expérience m’a permis d’avoir une belle demande en mariage sous le coucher du soleil. L’équipage nous a même offert une bouteille.

El viaje fue increíble, la tripulación muy atenta con todo el mundo. Somos gallegos, pasamos unos días en Tenerife y decidimos hacer la travesía y es muy recomendable. Hemos podido ver delfines y también ballenas. Nos han puesto algo para picar cuando llegamos a la playa y todo estupendo. Si volvemos a la isla, repetiremos el viaje sin dudarlo.

Nous avons fait l'excursion en fin de journée pour voir les dauphins et le coucher du Soleil. C'était juste parfait nous avons vu beaucoup de dauphins et en plus de ça le personnel du bateau était super sympa et au petit soin. Nous avons pu également boire de l'alcool et diverses boissons servie par le personnel du bateau. Même pas besoin de ce déplacer. Nous avons pu également déguster des tapas et faire une petite plongée. Merci encore au personnel du bateau. Je recommande à 100% l'activité.

Incroyable expérience! L’equipage est très sympathique. Le catamaran est convivial avec une capacité de 20personnes max. L’excursion respecte l’environnement des dauphins et des baleines. Le service boissons/tapas est super. Même si les explications se font en espagnol ou en anglais je recommande à 100% pour des français!

Una experiencia excelente, el trato exquisito de Laura, y la implicación en que estuviésemos en todo momento a gusto, con picoteo y bebidas ilimitadas, hicieron de este viaje un placer. Además pudimos avistar calderones a muy corta distancia, y después un buen chapuzón para refrescarnos.

Bellissima esperienza. Abbiamo fatto un'escursione in catamarano al tramonto. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avvistare alcune balene. C'è stato tempo per un bagno e durante il tramonto é stata messa della musica e sono state servite delle "tapas". Servizio professionale. Open bar di bibite, vino e birra. Sulle tapas offerte si potrebbe migliorare, sono semplici affettati e torte salate che si trovano al supermercato... Ottima qualità prezzo. Molto meglio rispetto ad altre compagnie che ho utilizzato in passato.

Das war ein wundervoller Ausflug und ein top Erlebnis. Von der Anmeldung, über die Abholung und die Durchführung war alles top organisiert. Die Crew war unfassbar freundlich und wir wurden die gesamte Zeit wirklich sehr umsorgt. Wir waren 3 Stunden unterwegs und habe Wale und Delphine gesehen. Zwischendrin gab es einen kurzen Zwischenstopp, wo man schwimmen und essen konnte. Es war genau richtig von der Zeit. Nicht zu kurz, nicht zu lang und auch auf den Transfer zum Hotel haben wir keine 2 min gewartet. Besser geht es nicht. Danke und weiter so. Für Familien und Paare, aber auch für Gruppen bis rund 20 Personen top geeignet. Es war nicht überfüllt und genau richtig von der Anzahl.

Fantastische boottocht met heel vriendelijke, behulpzame en deskundige bemanning. Een 20-tal mensen aan boord, dus niet dicht op mekaar geplakt, maar met meer dan voldoende zitplaatsen voor iedereen aan boord. Heel sympathieke Laura die uitleg gaf, drank uitdeelde en de maaltijd verzorgde. Maaltijd die bestond uit een aantal zeer lekkere en verzorgde tapas, meer dan voldoende voor iedereen. Dorst of honger heb je niet, dankzij Laura ! Kapitein Andres zorgde voor een aangename, zachte boottocht en zorgde ervoor dat we een aantal kleine groepen grienden konden zien. Op de terugreis niet alleen enkele schildpadden gezien, maar ook een prachtige zonsondergang, wat toch eens iets speciaals is om dat vanop een boot mee te maken. Kortom: TOP !! Vorig jaar dezelfde boottocht gedaan. Toen we Laura zagen staan om ons aan boord te helpen, wisten we dat we opnieuw een fijne avond gingen beleven.

Lovely experience! The crew on the Monte Cristo are super nice and knowledgable about the sea life. We spotted some dolphins and pilot whales which was fantastic to see. Had some lovely glasses of wine and had a swim and some tapas. Would recommend this for anyone going to tenerife!

Très bonne virée en mer. Nous avons pu apercevoir plusieurs animaux de mers dont des dauphins, il est possible de nager lorsque le bateau s’arrête, les tapas sont bonnes, le verre n’est jamais vide. Il y a une bonne ambiance sur le bateau je recommande fortement.

From being picked up and then taken back to our Hotel was a first class adventure. Lovely staff/deck hands. Caught site of the whales and stayed with them for long enough time to get a real David Attenborough atmosphere. Then travelled to a spot just of shore to swim and snockle. Food and drink plentiful and of a high standard. Would certainly recommend for the price and service 😀. Unfortunately I was sea sick for most of the trip 🤢 but the staff where great and very attentive with me...thank you.

It was a great team. Monte cristo team is very professional.. hospitality of captain Michele and his team is on premium level. Relaxing with few people on board. They don't overcrowd.. tapas and drinks are served throughout the trip . There is in between a 40-minute stop for swimming. Highly recommended!

Fantastic trip, we saw the pilot whales which was incredible and the team who picked us up for transfer and the team onboard the boat could not have been more helpful. Lovely staff, boat, food, drink and a fun time had in the sea towards the end of the trip. A big thanks from the party of 19 :)

We really enjoyed the sunset cruise! We only saw one family of pilot whales and one family of dolphins but they both came right up to the boat! The captain was very considerate of their space and they are curious animals came up to us to see what was going on! The staff was great and my glass was never empty! The 3 hours went by fast with beautiful views.

Very kind staff, great instructions and information. We saw a pod of short finned pilot whales, of which one came to investigate us closer. Very comfortable seating on the front of the catamaran. I can absolutely recommend to take a trip if you’re on your holiday and love the sea and sea creatures. (Make sure you don’t get seasick easily, you are on the open sea afterall!) The only point of attention is that the snorkels they provide could use some treatment, or at least just some rinsing. The caked-on salt layer made it almost impossible to see through, which was a bit sad to find out when laying in the water. Overall just an amazing experience!

Today my family and I took a three hour tour on the Monte Cristo catamaran. We were picked up from the hotel by Larissa and one of her colleagues in a small shuttle bus. They took us to pier number 6 in Porto Colón. Once there we boarded the catamaran with less than 20 other guests. There we were welcomed by a dedicated and extremely friendly crew who really seemed to enjoy their job. We sailed about 3 miles out to sea and discovered many groups of short-finned pilot whales. It was fantastic. There were adult animals, juveniles and very small specimens. The crew gave a lot of background information about the animals and dealt with our children and their questions very warmly. The kindergarten-age kids quickly lost their fear of the waves and had a lot of fun on the tour. Food, drinks and good music were included and sweetened the swimming stop in a wonderful bay. The money for this trip was definitely worth it. A big compliment to the office team, the drivers and the crew on board. If we come to the island of Tenerife again, we will definitely repeat this trip.

Perfect Trip!! The guides and the captain were very kind. We saw a lot of dolphins and whales. Even a baby dolfin 😍 the boat seemed very new and clean. Good snacks and a lot of different drinks. We really recommend this trip with Monte Cristo. We will come again at our next vacation 😃

Es una experiencia única y la verdad que merece muchísimo la pena. La tripulación se ha esforzado mucho por hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera increíble, muy agradables y super atentos tanto la guia Laura como el capitán Pacho que nos proporcionaron muchísima información. 10/10.

Really enjoyable trip, and well looked after by the crew who were knowledgeable about the animals. Sailed out and stopped by a pod of whales, who came right up to the catamaran, and we were fortunate to find some dolphins too. We were topped up with drinks and stopped in a bay for tapas and a chance to snorkel and cool down in the water. The trip flew by, and we'd recommend it to anyone who fancies whale and dolphin watching while in Tenerife.

We booked the tour on Sunday and besides myself and my son getting sea sick, we had a wonderful time. We saw plenty of whales and dolphins. The staff were all fantastic from pick up to the amount of knowledge shared during the trip. My husband says lunch was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone!

War über mein Geburtstag auf der Insel und habe dort die 3 stündige Wal Tour gebucht. Absolut das Geld wert. Haben schnell Wale und Delfine sichten können. Super nette Crew, kühle Getränke und leckere Tapas. Es war sehr angenehm an Bord, da wir eine kleine Gruppe von 20 Personen waren und wir alle genug Platz zu. Fotos machen hatten.

Super expérience ! Excursion de 3h avec boissons illimitées (sodas, eaux, bières, vin, cidre) et tapas inclus, pour 56€ par personne (c’est pas cher pour l’expérience !!!) Le personnel est vraiment génial, très accueillant, sympathique et nous explique plein de choses sur les animaux marins. Nous avons vu des baleines pilotes et des dauphins qui faisaient la course avec nous ! Nous nous sommes arrêté près d’une plage pour manger et pour nous baigner. Des masques, tubas et des frites nous étaient à notre disposition. Tout ça pour 56€ par personne, rapport qualité prix parfait. J’hésitais avec plusieurs organismes et je ne regrette absolument pas d’avoir choisi le Monte Cristo ! Je recommande +++

Il nostro tour non è partito per problemi tecnici e questo può succedere, ma assolutamente inadeguata l'assistenza e l'educazione della signora che accoglie gli iscritti, nel poter riavere il rimborso. Il rimborso è andato a buon fine, credo (lo so quando li vedo sul conto), ma lei si è molto irritata di fronte alla mia richiesta di assistenza nel recupero del denaro, perché essendomi rivolta ad un tour operator non era un problema suo.

From the beginning this team impressed a lot. They messaged to ensure the pickup is from your hotel and the service and boat was excellent. The crew was superb and the food and drinks were plenty. We saw pilot whales, dolphins and tortoises too. Some were brave enough to go for snorkeling in the cold waters.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 3 Stunden Trip mit der Crew. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und vier Kinder. Es gab Tapas und viele kalte Getränke auf dem Boot, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Bereits nach wenigen Minuten der Fahrt haben wir dann schon die ersten schlafenden Wale entdeckt . Für uns Erwachsenen als auch für die Kinder war das ein großartiges Erlebnis und diese Bilder werden wir wohl nie vergessen. Nachdem wir die Wale gesehen hatten, sind wir an einem ruhigen Spot gefahren und dort konnten alle ins Meer springen. Danach ging es dann zurück zum Hafen. Ein traumhaft schöner Trip! Zudem waren wir gerade mal 22 Personen.

Een kleinere catamaran, niet te vol (fijn!) Laura heeft ons goed verzorgd. Zoek je een mooie boottocht met een zwem/snorkel tripje tussendoor en garantie op dolfijnen en piloot walvissen, samen met zeer aardige en kindvriendelijke bemanning, doen!

Absolutely amazing trip yesterday, we loved every bit of it! Saw about 30 mins worth of wales right up against the boat and the drinks and food were beautiful! Danielle and Lara were the best hosts and would highly recommend this trip 😬😬

Thoroughly enjoyable and invigorating trip that is well worth booking. From good correspondence to staff that genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. The buffet style food was good and plentiful, crew constantly checking to make sure everyone was comfortable and always topped up if a drink was needed . And main reason behind the trip , dolphin and whale sightings in the one trip. Can't fault company in the slightest

Très belle excursion, le catamaran est plutôt stable (même avec une mer agitée) et le capitaine sait repérer les dauphins et baleines… le plateau servi pour l’apéro était très bon (tapas, boissons, cava et fruits compris avec le prix de l’excursion). À refaire ! Bravo à toute l’équipe pour son service et sa courtoisie.

It was a great trip - we saw lots of pilot whales and a pod of dolphins. The staff (Michael, Laura and Andrea) were really friendly and attentive, the food was lovely and there were plenty of drink options!

Tapas e bevande abbondanti. La spesa un po' più elevata di altri, ma ne vale la pena. Più spazio, poche persone e più coccolato. Tante grazie al personale🙏💋

An unforgettable experience. Boarding was well organised and timely, the crew were spectacularly polite and kind, and were brilliant at finding dolphins and whales. We saw bottlenose and spotted dolphins, as well as pilot whales. The food was delicious, and we also had the opportunity to snorkel in a scenic area. The group was small, around 12 people without the crew. Well worth the price in every way, especially if you want to support sustainable tourism which encourages the preservation of these incredible wild animals. If you pick a whale/dolphin watching tour on Tenerife, this should be the one.

100% recommendation! We went 5 people, 2 people were elderly (+80y) and we all felt very safe (sat in front on the deck), we saw SO MUCH animals: +15 whales, dolphins and even a turtle! I mean, we were really happy and left with huge smiles. We chose the 16:00 trip and it was the best decision: we saw the most breath taking sunset : we saw Tenerife how it looks in daylight and then in night all while on the boat. Magical experience all in all! ✨✨✨

Perfect excursion for my adult family of five. You can either choose a transfer, or arrive at the Puerto Colon pier to meet the company. Once onboard, they provide bottomless drinks (soda or beer and wine) and do their best to spot whales — we saw a bunch of pilot whales up close, and a sea turtle in the distance. Then, if you do the sunset tour, you head to anchor in a cove to eat tapas (delicious meats, cheese, quiche, and dessert) and watch the sunset. All of this is followed by more alcohol (cava and shots of liquor) and blankets to keep warm after the sun went down. The captain provided a smooth ride, and my mother, who is prone to seasickness, did not feel ill once. The staff are extremely professional and kind. We chose this over a standard whale watching tour, and would highly recommend.

Excelente servicio! Desde el primer momento se encargaron de hacer la experiencia MEMORABLE! El pick up Al hotel fue muy puntual, en una van cómoda y conductor de primera. Al llegar, la chica que nos atendió tuvo el detalle de recordar que en mi reserva había dicho que era mi aniversario y nos felicitó, tremendo detalle acordarse de eso! Luego la gente del staff una maravilla, súper atentos, amables, profesionales y dispuestos a ofrecer la mejor experiencia. Nuevamente nos felicitaron y tuvieron un detalle por nuestro aniversario, cosa que me hizo ilusión y una vez más demuestra que a ellos les interesa mucho la experiencia de sus clientes. Laura y todo el equipo se encargaron de hacernos sentir cómodos en todo momento, sin duda voy a repetir con esta compañía.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Crew. Leckeres Essen, modernes Boot. Reibungsloser Transfer. Leider war der Sonnenuntergang etwas wolkenverhangen, aber das kann niemand beeinflussen. Wenn keine Wolken da sind, ist es natürlich wunderschön! Wir haben auch eine Menge Wale gesehen. Das ist natürlich nicht garantiert, aber Kapitän und Mannschaft kannten sich schon sehr gut aus und wussten, wo die Tiere zu erwarten sind. Werden die Tour nächstes Mal wieder machen, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Sortie en famille (6) en fin d'après midi, on a pu voir les baleines (baleines pilotes) et les dauphins, ... c'était juste incroyable. Les enfants et nous étions plus que ravis. Un rêve éveillé. On a fini par le coucher de soleil dans une petite crique avec possibilité de se baigner. Des tapas à volonté et trés bonnes. Les boissons aussi à volonté dont un proseco assez von. Bref que des bonnes choses. Le personnel est très serviable. On recommande vivement.

Answered all kinds of questions from kids and patrons of all ages patiently and politely. Made sure those who went snorkelling still had food to eat when they were back. Awesome job guys…

Really nice whale watch, we got to see 2 pilot whale families. Unfortunately the dolphins didnt turn up for us, but that's nothing the organisers could do anything about. Regarding Monte Cristo: friendly staff. Amazing service. It's nice to have drinks and some tapas on board, while cruising the ocean. Would definitely do it again, recommended!

Absolutely fantastic experience ❤️ staff was amazing, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were extremely lucky seeing Atlantic spotted dolphins and pilot whales 🥰 after this unforgettable experience we sail closer to coast for swimming and then we were watching sunset enjoying drinks and tapas. For the whole cruise we were spoiled by the crew which was making sure all is ok and we have glasses full 😉 Can’t thank them enough!

Excepcional experiencia! Tuvimos la suerte de ver 3 familias diferentes de Ballenas Piloto y de darnos un chapuzón en el agua mientras hacíamos snorkel. Un 10 al equipo del Catamarán, pero en especial a Laura, que es encantadora. Sin duda repetiría.

J'ai choisi MonteCristo Catamaran pour leurs avis ainsi que pour le système de navette. RAS sur le système de navette qui était très bien. Quant à l'excursion en bateau au couché du soleil (29/11/2023), celle-ci ne dure déjà pas 3h .. Les explications n'étaient pas les meilleures du monde pour retrouver les animaux marins dans l'océan. L'observation des baleines pilotes a duré 10 minutes grand maximum .. Il y a eu les tapas, ainsi que l'arrêt snorkeling. La nature est imprévisible, je comprends que l'on ne puisse pas toujours voir des dauphins, ce que j'attendais avec impatience, néanmoins, le fait que le tour ne dure pas 3h complète n'est pas correcte, qu'il n'y ait pas des photos avec explications pour nous dire ce que nous allons retrouver/chercher dans l'océan ainsi que le temps d'observation laisse à désirer ..

J'ai fait la croisière deux fois avec cette compagnie. Selon moi c'est le top car nous sommes en petit comité sur le catalaran, le personnel est super sympa et les tapas servies sont bonnes. C'est un plaisir de faire cette croisière pour voir les baleines canariennes.

Absolutely excellent experience with Laura, Michelle and captain Bacho. We saw many short-finned pilot dolphins, had delicious food and drink, and swam in the sea during sunset. It was perfect, and we highly recommend this. This was the 4pm trip.

Absolutely magical experience. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, food was good, smaller group on boat which made it much more enjoyable and we had more than enough time to swim and chill in the cove. Would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Tenerife. We were fortunate enough to see plenty whales so I wish I could give these operators bonus stars for the all around brilliant time!

Le personnel était adorable et serviable, nous avons vue malheureusement que 2 dauphins à peine 5 min de plus la météo n'était pas au rendez-vous malade pendant 3 heures je n'ai pas pu de ce fait profiter du buffet comme tous le monde. Cela reste une jolie expérience

Malheureusement pour moi ce n'était pas une très bonne expérience, les conditions océanique n'étaient pas très bonnes du coup nous avons même changé de marina pour avoir de "meilleures conditions", nous avons vues 2 dauphins pendant 5 min envions car ils ont galerer pour les trouver. J'ai eu le mal de mer pendant les 3 heures de temps tellement le catamaran tanguais. Niveau nourriture petit apéritif basique. Par contre les boissons étaient à volonté ( vin blanc pas apprécié par moi). Cependant le personnel était très gentil et serviable.

Fantastic tour! Boat was clean and modern. Crew was friendly energetic and professional. Drinks and food were plentiful! Best of all, we saw pilot whales, dolphins and very fortunate to see False killer whales! The boat was not over crowded so plenty of space to move around and take pictures. I really think this tour is the best option for seeing marine life and swimming in beautiful calm cove. Thanks for a great afternoon!

Eine wirklich tolle Tour. Angefangen hat alles mit der Abholung von Hotel, der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und der Transporter gefleckt. Angekommen am Hafen ging es nach ein paar Min. Auch schon los. Das Personal war von der ersten Min. an nett, freundlich und stehts um das Wohl der Passagiere bemüht. Es wurden andauernd kalte Getränke gereicht und der kleine Imbiss an Bord war auch schmackhaft. Nach knapp 1 Stunde waren dann auch schon die ersten Grindwale zu sehen, der Kapitän war sehr bemüht die Tiere durch unser Anwesenheit nicht zu stören. Auch wurden immer wieder Fakten über die tollen Tiere erzählt. Nach den Grindwalen ging es dann noch in die Nähe ein schwimmenden Fischfarm wo sich mehrere Delfine aufhielten, mit der Begründung das Kapitains, ist halt wie abends am Buffet im Hotel. Nach den Delfinen machten wir noch einen kleinen Badestopp bevor es im Sonnenuntergang zurück zum Hafen ging. Ganz Tolle Tour

Wir hatten die Walbeobachtung mit Sonnenuntergang gebucht. Wurden direkt am Hotel abgeholt und anschließend auch wieder zurück gebracht. Während der Tour wurden wir super betreut und bedient mit Getränken und Speisen. Es war eine kleine Gruppe, wir haben Wale beobachtet, leider keine Delfine gesehen, es gab ausreichend Zeit zum Schwimmen und Essen. Danach hatten wir einen phantastischen Sonnenuntergang. Alles in allem ein perfekter Abend , auch Dank einer tollen Crew. Jederzeit wieder.

Super schöne Tour, wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und auch zurückgebracht. Wir haben jede Menge Delphine und Gridwale gesehen. Es wurden keine Tiere gejagt , Die Tiere sind von sich aus parallel geschwommen oder haben das Boot gekreuzt. Verpflegung mit Essen und Getränken war umfangreich . Es wurde in einer Bucht geankert so das man Gelegenheit hatte zu schwimmen & zu schnorcheln. Die Gruppengrösse war ganz angenehm , wir waren so um die 16 Leute.

The boat, a motordriven catamaran, is quite stable at sea (it helps if you are easily become sea sick). We have taken the 3 hour tour at 1700, where were lucky to spot dolphins and whales. The crew take time to have you enjoy the scenery. The tour is accommodated by friendly crew and captain. We also liked this tout because of relatively small group (max 24). Please reserve by internet as you will not discover a selling-booth at pier/gate 6. Yes this tour also serves drinks and snacks. Happy of having done this at Monte Cristo

The cruise was very successful. We caught a lot of whales, whole families, very beautiful. The catamaran is in very good condition, the staff is very nice and very efficient in terms of organisation. We were picked up from the hotel and then taken to it after the trip. With small children it is super convenient. The cruise lasted exactly 3 hours, everything was punctual and very efficient. The food and drinks of all kinds satisfied everyone, starting from 2 years old. The captain carefully approached the whales respecting their freedom. Thanks to this we saw them really close. I recommend this cruise especially to families for whom speed boats are not an option and who also do not want to be on board with 40 other passengers. The catamaran took about 20 people, no one obstructed the whales watching. I am very satisfied, good job guys and hail to the Capitan!

Excellent day out. Beautiful weather, lovely boat, great staff, friendly atmosphere, nice snack/brunch food (plenty of it) and freezing cold drinks - can't fault it at all. We were a family of 4 with kids (aged 5 and 9) and this was the highlight of the holiday.

Leuke mooie ervaring en extra aandacht voor de passagiers. Wij zijn als gezin van 5 uitstekend bediend en geïnformeerd. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Verder was het ook prettig dat er een maximum capaciteit is ingesteld, dit is een van de redenen geweest dat we voor Monte Cristo hebben gekozen. Overige cruises zaten propvol met mensen.

Merece la pena pagar un poco más por vivir esta experiencia con ellos. Amables, atentos, educados y muy pendientes del cliente. Grupos de 20 personas, máximo. Comida y bebida durante todo el viaje. Vimos ballenas, delfines y tortugas. Gente profesional que disfruta de su trabajo.

Excursión preciosa, lástima no la pude terminar pq tuve un percance. Quiero dar las gracias de corazón al capitan y a la chica que si no me hubiera hecho un vendaje de compresión de 10, hubiera sido mucho peor. Disculpen el mal rato a los trabajadores del barco pq se han portado de 10. Y a la gentuza que venía en el barco en la misma excursión haganselo mirar pq tienen todos un problema de empatía y solidaridad importante, nadie vino a ayudarme, NADIE, quitaban la cara y miraban para otro lado.

Sehr schöne Whalewatsching fahrt. Das ganze Team ist so nett und Michell kümmert sich um alle Bedürfnisse und erzählt un welche Whale es sich handelt. Wir haben eine ganze Menge Grindwhale gesehen. Anschließend gabe es leckere Tappas zum Essen und trinken kann man was man will. Von Bier bis Sekt. Außerdem waren wir vielleicht 10-12 Personen. Die anderen Boote sind vollgestopft und man muss sich eine gute Sicht erkämpfen. Hier überhaupt. Wenn wieder nur mit Monte Cristo. Und der Transfer war natürlich dabei

We had booked a tour with Monte Cristo while on holiday in Tenerife however, we did not get to enjoy the excursion in the end. We were supposed to be picked up around 8.40 at our hotel but received a call at 8.55 telling us that unfortunately due to "bad weather conditions**" the captain had just canceled the tour. What we did not appreciate was the communication, that was very last minute and we felt a bit disrespected as we had woken up quite early to be at the meeting point on time. Furthermore, the meeting point and time for pick up is hardly communicated! I had to send an email and then confirm via WhatsApp the day before but they took their time to reply to the latter. Overall the communication is lacking. Know that we are not criticizing the tour itself just the circumstances around it! **please note that we saw dozens of boat leave the harbour still! However, we can understand that they preferred staying put rather then sick passenger being out at sea.

The service was very good. Thanks to all team members. We saw some little whales, up to 6 at the same time. The sea was not so good, so the snorkeling break had little interest. We were about 20 people and we had no space issues. Don't worry about that.

The App was bugging and booked us the wrong date. No cooperation and understanding from the organisators at all. They even lied to us when we asked them to change our trip on a date where they still have empty spaces.

Really enjoyed the 3 hour trip. The crew was very attentive and was welcoming everyone on board. After seeing a few dolphins and pilot whales we went to stop for a swim. We went with their catamaran which was not overcrowded and offered plenty of space for everyone.

Because of an accident on the road we could not make it in time and they refused to wait 10 minutes for us. Either be there early or book a different trip. Very disappointing customer service. Ofc we didn't show up after your agent told us, "sorry, we are departing now". And I know you don't see your fault in this case, that's exactly why I gave you 1 star.

Amazing experience. Wonderful crew, good food and drinks, saw quite a lot of dolphins and whales, and the sunset experience was unbeatable. As an additional comment, crew was not only kind and helpful, but also offering drinks and food all the time (quite in contrast to other similar experiences where food is scarce and you have to beg for drinks). Kudos to Laura and Miguel, will repeat for sure!

El servicio están muy atentos y sobretodo la seguridad, la comida muy rica y las bebidas, tomé el tour de 3 horas, las vistas flipe una maravilla, que para mi favor pude ver los delfines y las ballenas hermoso todo, también pude hacer el baño, repetiría muchísimas veces esta experiencia.

Danni, Lara and Alessandro were very good hosts, who attended to all our needs. They ensured that all passengers were offered drinks and checked that our drinks were topped up and that we were ok. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, some pilot whales and then we saw some Sperm whales. After whale watching, we anchored close to the shore for 30 minutes and an assortment of food was served buffet style. We also did some swimming and snorkeling before heading back. It would of been nice to have a little more time to swim and snorkel, as it felt a bit rushed.We really enjoyed the trip though, and all in all it was a great job by the crew.

Une superbe expérience, nous avons passé un agréable moment avec le personnel du Monte Cristo. Nous avons pu voir des dauphins et des baleines de différentes sortes et de très près. Les tapas étaient tops, les boisons à volonté aussi. Attention le parking est souvent plein, il faut venir très à l'avance (2 centimes la minute). Merci à l'équipe du Monte Cristo pour cette super balade sur leur catamaran ce jour de 12h30 à 15h30 👌.

Laura and team were amazing for our second time going with the Monte Cristo. We went as a group of seven and it was fantastic. Plenty of food and drink on board and we were checked on very regularly for refills etc. It’s incredible how close the whales and dolphins come to the boat! Made for a great experience for the whole family. We then dropped anchor and went for a quick swim and snorkel which was another great touch. Brilliant value for money and would highly recommend!

Overall, the cruise was good but I've been on much better in Mexico and Jamaica. We did see about 20 pilot whales. It was a hot day and the waves were big. This catamaran is smaller than others I've been on and sea sickness got the best of me and my 15 yo daughter. At least 6 others also got sick and others looked very "green". I was surprised when we stopped in the swim / snorkel area as life jackets weren't required. They put a few out for people to use so I used one so I didn't have to tread water for 30 minutes. If you want to snorkel, find a different cruise. The area they stop isn't near any reef or anywhere a variety of fish will be. We only saw silverfish, and you could see them just by looking down in the water, no snorkel needed. The crew was knowledgeable about the pilot whales and friendly. I can't comment on the food as I stayed far away from it as possible with how I was feeling. The ride back to port was beautiful along the coast.

Great tour, experienced crew, really recommend it!

Wir haben eine Tour zum Whale Watching mitgemacht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es waren 18 Gäste an Bord. Gesehen haben wir Pilotwale und Delphine. Sogar sehr viele. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass die Tiere respektvoll beobachtet werden und keine Jagd auf sie stattfindet. Später gab es einen Schwimmstop mit Tapas. Getränke bekam man während der ganzen Fahrt. Personal ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

We did the sunset whale watching tour and it was amazing. We were lucky to see both dolphins and whales. The staff was really friendly, we were served drinks and the food was good, also with vegetarian options. The snorkelling stop was nice and the gear was provided. We enjoyed the tour from start to finish. Thank you!

Fantastic trip yesterday afternoon (12th June), Daniella and the crew were great. Quickly found loads of Pilot Whales. Drinks and tapas included, I was certainly well fed! Stopped at a lovely spot for swimming in the ocean, snorkel gear and life jackets were provided for those who wanted or needed them. Genuinely a really lovely way to spend a few hours in the afternoon, and well worth the hour drive from the north of the island. Parking nearby is charged by the minute (!) and was only €4.30 which was great value, although they do provide (free?) transfers for those who are staying nearby. They called the day before to ask about transfers etc and they apologised as they don't offer them from the north (we knew about this anyway from their booking site) and let us know to set off in good time because of the Monday morning traffic heading south, which was very thoughtful and helpful. Thanks all!

Wow. We visited as a mum, daughter & teen grandkids on a short break to Tenerife. We were greeted very warmly and given a tour of the boat. The boat had a few different seating areas both indoor and outside. Toilets onboard too which was something we wondered about! 🤣 The host was so informative with facts about the whales and dolphins and we saw so so many. It was just wonderful We had drinks and snacks served up and we're always offered drinks and asked if we needed anything. They stopped in a lovely little bay so we could jump in and supplied snorkels and life jackets. Wonderful trip and well worth the money. X

We were met on board by fantastic crew and a glass of bubbles . Boat was beautiful and clean , food and drink all included. We loved the way the boat only held 25 people so you had loads of space. Got to see dolphins and whales and sea turtles , staff were very informative about the mammals. Best boat trip we have ever been on. Took 2 children too who loved it. Thank you to the crew

Great trip! We got to see pilot whales and dolphins. The crew were great, constantly offering drinks and making sure everyone is happy. The boat is a nice size and well maintained. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing Staff! Everyone was really nice and talkative. Learned a decent bit about Animals we were seeing. Got served lots of wine and beer, vodka as well. Food was only available from mid journey. We saw a bunch of pilot whales and some dolphins. Pretty nice boat with plenty space for everyone too. Highly recommended. (There was snorkling too at the coast but hardly any fish around)

We did a Monte Cristo Catamaran whale and dolphin tour on a recent trip to Tenerife and loved it! We saw loads of pilot whales and dolphins up close which was amazing. But what we didn't expect was the time to snorkel and relax off the side of the boat, which really made the experience! Staff were super warm and friendly and kept the drinks flowing which was lots of fun! Would highly recommend.

We saw plenty of dolphins literally within the reach of hand and pilot whales. The crew were so nice and food was fresh and tasty. The ocean was slightly rough but we couldn't be more happy with this trip! 🩵

Great clean, roomy boat. Being that it’s a Catamaran there is much less side to side rocking of the boat. Max 25 passengers, so it will never be crowded. Very friendly staff. Saw a few groups of whales. Some swim time. Ohh, and nice food and drinks were given. Good trip!

Wir sahen viele Grindwale aus nächster Nähe und sogar einen Finnwal! Den Finnwal sieht man aber scheinbar nur zur 2%. Außerdem Delfine und ich konnte kurz schnorcheln. Die Versorgung war super. Dauern würden Getränke angeboten, auch Alk. Und gegen Ende auch etwas zu essen. Überdeck hält man auch das geschaukel des Bootes aus, ohne Seekrank zu werden. Ich fande es toll!

We had a wonderful afternoon on the Monte Cristo as we found the tour featured on Viator. The crew were excellent, very attentive and super knowledgeable. We went on with low expectations on the whale/dolphin front, but we were overjoyed when we saw bottle nose dolphins and pilot whales! Great drinks on tap and the food was nice. We took a short stop for swimming too, which was a welcome cooldown. Highly recommended, great value for the price. Thanks for a great afternoon!

La verdad que nos lo pasamos tremendamente bien y pudimos observar diferentes especies. La embarcación super al igual que la tripulación con Andrés a los mandos. Súper contentos con la experiencia y grandioso día para mi peque.

We were warmly welcomed aboard by the friendly crew and the catamaran was clean and we'll equipped. We had a fantastic trip and got to see pilot whales and dolphins close to the boat. Refreshments, sparkling wine and food were provided while we took a break anchored off a nice beach. Whilst anchored we had the opportunity to do some snorkeling and view the shoals of fish surrounding the catamaran. Finally we took a leisurely cruise following the coastline back to the marina. The whole experience was fantastic and lasted around three hours. Excellent value for the experience provided and we will definitely be using Monte Christo again on our next visit.

Expérience vraiment géniale avec un crew très sympathique aux petits oignons. Intimiste seulement 24 passagers à bord, super ambiance. On a vu dauphins et baleines pilotes de près tout en restant à bonne distance et respectant les animaux. L'équipage toujours souriants et prêts à nous servir boissons à volonté. Pause snorkeling, tapas (très bons) et même shots de vodka caramel à la fin avec musique. On a adoré. Merci Alba, et toute l'équipe. Mille mercis !

Juotavia tarjoiltiin koko matkan ajan ja tapakset olivat ok. Näimme kilpikonnan, valaita ja delfiinejä ja pysähdyimme hienoon paikkaan uimaan. Paluumatka oli rannikon suuntainen ja maisemat upeita. What an amazing experience! This is a must do when in tenerife, picked up from our hotel and returned after the trip, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The mini bus driver was so friendly, even changing radio channels at the request of a passenger and singing along with them. The catamaran staff were fantastic! Offering drinks throughout and the food was lovely A1 experience

Absolutely incredible! obviously you’re relying on nature but we saw dolphins jumping and swimming along side the boat, this was the highlight for me as there was babies amongst the pod. We also saw pilot whales bobbing up and down on the surface catching some sun and resting. The staff were fantastic, glasses were kept topped up and the food was a nice touch. We didn’t swim but nice spot to relax after seeing the wildlife.

Voyage en janvier. Déçus par cette sortie certes le personnel, la collation et les boissons sont super mais on a fait cette activité pour voir des baleines et/ ou dauphins, alors effectivement on à vu quelques dos de baleines pilotes au loin mais c'est tout, le snorkeling autour du bateau permet de voir une espèce de poisson et c'est tout, on ne commande pas la nature et nous savons que leur observation peut être aléatoire mais le battage qui en est fait est exagéré donc à 60e par personne pour 2h30 de sortie c'est pas donné.

From start to finish an excursion providing tremendous value. A prompt pickup at the hotel with smooth delivery to the harbour where the first impressions were created by departing passengers from the previous tour who were raving about what a good time that they had had. All the staff were very nice and the guide was very informative. Boat capacity limited to 24 passengers so lots of room and good comfort. Open bar throughout and, who would have expected it, but an excellent finger food buffet! Do yourself a favour and compare the reviews for this operator with their “big” competitor. Highly recommended.

Una gran experiencia si te gusta el mar y navegar. No hubo suerte de ver ni ballenas ni delfines ..:a pesar de los esfuerzos del patrón por encontrarlos. Nos recogieron en el hotel. Hubo que salir de otro puerto diferente dado las circunstancias del mar. El sobrecoste a pagar por ser un catamarán más exclusivo merece muchísimo la pena. Tripulación muy majos. El barco muy bien mantenido. La bebida y comida súper bien . Volvería a repetir incluso saliendo que no vería delfines .. Hicieron una parada en zona más tranquila para que se bañara quien quisiera. Lo pasamos de maravilla!

We zijn net terug gekomen van een heerlijke uitstap met de Monte Cristo catamaran. De transfer van het hotel naar de boot verliep vlot. Eenmaal op de boot aangekomen was de bemanning zeer vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Na een half uurtje varen spotten we reeds de eerste grienders (kleine walvissen). Nadien legde de boot aan in een baai, kregen tapas en drankjes aangeboden en konden er zwemmen en snorkelen. Zeer leuke uitstap die we absoluut kunnen aanraden. Wij komen zeker terug 👍

L'expérience était incroyable, nous avons pris le bateau à 16h et nous avons pu voir les baleines et le coucher de soleil. L'équipage était adorable, c'est une expérience mémorable !

Es befanden sich ca. 25 Leute an Board, was sich super verteilt hatte. Für uns ergab sich sogar die Chance Plätze direkt beim Kapitän zu bekommen. Auch Wale und Delfine konnten wir auf der Tour entdecken. Während einer kurzen Pause, konnte geschwommen und geschnorchelt werden, es gab Tapas und ausreichend Getränke. Das Team und der Kapitän waren wirklich sehr nett, und offen für Gespräche. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir können die Sunset Tour mit Monto Cristo jedem nur sehr empfehlen. Wir haben viele Wale gesehen und wurden mit einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang belohnt. Zudem wurde ein Badestopp in einer schöner Bucht eingelegt mit anschliessend lecker Tapas auf dem Boot. Die Getränke (Softdrinks, Wein, Bier) waren im Preis inbegriffen.

Wonderful experience with lovely staff. We went for the 5pm tour and it was perfect because on top of seeing a huge family of whales that came super close to the boat, we also got to see a beautiful sunset. The crew is super friendly, the tapas are tasty and they provide you with a lot of drink options. Definitely recommend!

Pros - they offer pick up from most hotels and apartments in the area. They really went out of the way to ensure we saw marine life whilst out on the tour, providing explanations along the way and being respectful of the animals. Food and drink were both good and plentiful. Staff was super friendly and ensured that we saw everything advertised in the materials. The boat was very clean and ran smooth after a brief delay. Cons - our trip was delayed due to a mechanical issue, but they kept us updated and were profusely apologetic about the situation. One woman got seasick but that happens on occasion

This trip was amazing. In fact the best boat trip we‘ve ever had. It was Limited to a small group of passengers (around 20) and the crew really took care of everyone‘s personal needs in such a friendly and warm way: from serving drinks and fantastic tapas to caring for those few who were seasick. The captain even stopped the boat so that someone could change to a seat with more stability. They explained a lot about the animals and stopped the boat in a respectful distance to the animals so that we could watch but not disturb them. The stop in the little bay where we could swim and snorkel from the boat was fantastic. Enjoying tapas, cava, beer and non-alcoholic beverages with a great view of the coastline rounded up this great trip before we Headed Back to the Harbour. We can only say a big thank you to the fantastic Crew of Monte Cristo Catamarán.

Proberen klanten te lokken door de groepen kleiner aan te geven bij het boeken dan ze in werkelijkheid zijn. Komen afspraken niet na, ik had aangegeven voor het inschepen dat ik niet akkoord was en mijn geld terug wou, persoon aan de lijn zei dat ik de dag nadien naar het boekingsagentschap moest gaan en dat hij het via hen zou oplossen...niet dus. Hij had doorgegeven dat volgens hem alles ok was en ik hem maar moest aanklagen

Отличная программа и сервис. После того, как насмотрелись на гринд , нас отвезли поплавать. Было все необходимое, и угощения и маски для снорклинга. Персонал был очень внимательным и делал все для замечательного отдыха (даже подкармливал рыбок во время снорклинга, чтобы приманить их)🤗

Bardzo cieszę się że trafiliśmy właśnie na ten catamaran. Jeden z najlepszych rejsów w jakich braliśmy udział. Na delfiny natrafiliśmy bardzo szybko. Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Dziękujemy za super wspomnienia.

The yacht staff were amazing and knowledgable about the island and pilot whales we saw on our sunset cruise (note if you want to see more marine life go earlier in the day as they tend to hunt in evening) , the food and alcohol was plenty and did not feel tight at all, they even had gluten free breadsticks (which was great for me). My only complaint is the booking team messed us around and would not confirm and very last minute changed our booking time which was a little stressful for a party of 12 on a hen party.

Despite listing my hotel weeks beforehand I did not hear from the company regarding a pick up time. When I contacted the booking company 5 days before to confirm a pick up time for my 3:30pm tour they said they now operated a winter schedule and offered me the 5pm tour but as this was too late for us we eventually agreed on a new time of 2pm. Despite me sending multiple whatsapp messages over the next few days they kept putting off sending me a confirmatory email of this new time. Finally, 2 days before the tour when I called again they explained the 2pm tour was not available. Incredibly frustrating and totally unprofessional experience as we had a fully packed holiday itinerary, they even tried to blame me when it was all written in the whatsapp conversations. Although the catamaran experience itself was good and captain was great it was overshadowed by the terrible booking experience. AVOID!!! There are other companies available who provide the same tour, you will realise when you reach Tenerife.

Avec surprise, nous apprenons que la sortie est annulée, alors que n’avons reçu aucun sms ou tel pour nous avertir. Nous avions donné nos coordonnées complètes ainsi que le nom de l’hôtel, mais c’est nous qui avons dû contacter à plusieurs reprises la compagnie pour obtenir des infos. Puis avons attendu toute la journée pour nous confirmer la sortie prévue le lendemain par un sms à 22h38!!! Déçu par ce manque d’organisation et de sérieux. Nous avions demandé un guide français, sur le bateau guide seulement anglais!!! 3 étoiles pour la balade de 3 h et la joie de voir les baleines pilotes et 1 dauphin. Petit encas correct, charcuterie, fromage, tortillas, fruits… et boissons diverses incluses dans le prix.

Kiváló élmény volt. A katamaránt választottam, hogy közel a vízhez láthassam az állatokat és sikerült. Láttunk delfint, delfinbébit, bálnát és teknősöket is! A hajón korlátlan italfogyasztás volt (üdítő, pezsgő, bor, sör, a végén tömény ital is) és nagyon finom tapas falatkákat is kaptunk bőségesen. (Paprikás krumpli izű tortát!) Az út második felében egy elszigetelt strand mellett kötöttünk ki és lehetett úszni, búvárkodni, kis halakat látni. A személyzet is kedves volt és segítőkész. Az utastársak is barátságosak voltak egymással, mert nem voltunk egy tucatnál többen.

Increíble, con transporte desde el hotel, de beber lo que quieras, se molestan en buscar donde pueda haber delfines y ballenas, no tuvimos tanta suerte con los delfines pero si con las ballenas y hasta una tortuga que no se asustó cuando paramos a verla. Parada en una cama para comer, incluído, y para darse un baño. Todo perfecto y la tripulación genial, totalmente recomendable!

Geweldige ervaring wij vertrokken om 1830 en werden vooraf netjes opgehaald, catamaran trip met klein clubje mensen, eten en drinken helemaal in orde. Walvissen gezien echt leuk zo dicht bij de boot, mooie sunset was top. Zeker een aanrader.

We had a great time on the morning trip out and were lucky enough to see a huge pod of dolphins and pilot whales. The staff were great and friendly, it was really nice to have the opportunity to swim and the tapas were really tasty!

Absolutely brilliant tours. We saw dolphins and pilot whales, all very close but never with the sense we were causing the animals panic it anything like that. We also had a lovely swim and great food. The staff were perfect, couldn't have been more accommodating. This is the way tourism should be done.

Fantastic experience, really wasn’t sure what to expect before going but it was most definitely the highlight of our holiday. We managed to see the dolphins and whales up close and it was amazing! Staff were really friendly. The trip lasted around 3 hours, this included time to swim and also food & drinks before heading back to shore. We would definitely do this again, and would highly recommend it to others.

Très bonne expérience avec un équipage sympa et surtout un petit groupe à bord (moins de 20 personnes). Nous avons pu voir des baleines pilotes, même si j'aurai souhaité que la partie observation dure plus longtemps. Tapas et plongeon depuis la crique sympa.

אחד הקרוזים הטובים, אם לא ה..., אספו אותנו בג'יפ מרצדס ממלון הארד רוק בדיוק בזמן שסוכם, הגענו לנמל בפורט קולון ופגשנו את הצוות הנחמד של הקטמרן. הקטמרן עצמו דיי גדול ויש מספיק מקום לכולם. מיד כשיצאנו להפלגה חילקה לנו המדריכה שתייה (שתייה קלה, מים, בירה, יין או מה שתבקשו) וקיבלנו הסבר על השייט ועל לוויתני פיילוט אותם נראה בהמשך. קפטן הקטמרן לקח אותנו במיומנות ישר ללהקה גדולה של לוויתנים שחלפו ממש קרוב אלינו. לאחר מכן הפלגנו חזרה לכיוון החוף ופגשנו להקה גדולה של דולפינים. המשכנו ללגונה יפהפיה בה עגנו וקיבלנו זמן לשחיה שנורקל וגם ארוחה טעימה של טפסים, גבינות ועוד כל מיניי מאכלים טעימים וגם שתייה חופשית. קינחנו את הקרוז בליקר דבש מקומי ומשובח. לסיכום, ממליץ מאוד לקחת את הקרוז הזה. אנחנו נהנינו מאוד מאוד.

Very relaxed trip with a very friendly crew. The hotel transfer was perfectly on time, and luxurious. The trip was with a small group on a comfortable, clean boat. The captain spotted whales, dolphins and even a lone turtle for us. More than enough food and drinks. The crew got us close to the animals, but didn't chase them. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended!

Wir haben heute eine Tour mit 6 Personen gemacht und es war ein wunderschöner Abschluss für unseren Urlaub. Von der Abholung bis zum Ende war absolut Alles perfekt. Geweldige ervaring. Hij is wat duurder dan anderen maar het verschil is dat je maar met rond 25 personen aan boord bent. Bemanning is zeer deskundig en toegewijd. Indien nodig zorgen ze voor transport vanuit hotels in direct omliggende plaatsen. We hebben dolfijnen en walvissen gezien en er werd ruim de tijd genomen om alles te zien. Na het spotten werd muziek aangezet en voeren we naar de kust om te zwemmen. Daar werd de tafel gevuld met diverse hapjes en er was gedurende de hele trip voldoende te drinken, van cava, wijn bier tot frisdrank. Na 45 minuten zwemmen voeren we terug en kregen we nog een shotje rum caramel. Ook werd nog fruit neergezet. Het was de prijs zeker waard. Een aanrader.

I did a 3 hour private hire for 16 of us to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was just the best boat trip ever. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel everything was smooth and slick. The crew were outstanding, my dealings with the company whilst organising the trip were easy and they responded quickly. The catamaran is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. I even got to play my own playlist on the amazing speaker! The food was delicious (spanish omelette was perfection). The knowledge of the wildlife was so impressive and we saw a family of pilot whales, dolphins and turtles. The cove we swam in was really quite with clear waters. Drinks a plenty and to top it all, a stunning birthday cake. I cannot recommend this company enough. It was the best afternoon and best way to celebrate a birthday! All my friends said it was the best boat trip they had done and I would definitely book this again. Thank you to all of you at Monte Cristo Catamaran, you have nailed it!!! It really was a very special and memorable afternoon.

We had the very best time on the Monte Cristo catamaran, sailing out of Puèto Colon, myself & my family, were mesmerised by the pilot whales & families of Dolphins, that graced us with their presence, jumping & playing, & at times racing with us, our captain for the day, Andres & his sailor, made sure, we seen everything, that we possibly could, giving ample time for swimming in the cool blue waters, The food & service were 2nd to none, we cannot wait to return & do it all again..

We had a wonderful time on the excursion. The captain and michael were very friendly and kind. They also had a good sense to keep their passengers safe during the tour, with holding children and elderly carefully when they needed to walk on the boat. I highly recommend this company when going whalespotting.

We booked their 3 hours catamaran tour! What an amazing experience! Our four year old daughter was mesmerized by the dauphins we saw! The food served on board was also great. I think that this cruise tends to be on the more expensive side of what’s available but you get your money’s worth and there are less people on the boat!

Von Anfang bis Ende ein absolut toller Ausflug. Der Transfer vom/zum Hotel klappte problemlos. Die Crew war sehr nett und der Service gut. Wir haben Wale und Delfine gesehen, was ein absolutes Highlight des Urlaubs war. Abgerundet wurde die Tour durch kleine Snacks und die Möglichkeit in einer Bucht zu schwimmen/schnorcheln.

I loved my time on the Monte Cristo. I had never been ona catamaran before and it was a really cool experience. The crew was so friendly and knowledgeable, they made the whole day fun and easy. I got to see hoards of bottlenose dolphins and pilot whales which was just an incredible! Would highly recommend for a smaller group boat trip.

Le catamaran est plutôt sympa mais pas extraordinaire. C'est la première fois que je fesais du catamaran avec des bancs et j'avoue ne pas avoir trop apprécié (possibilité de mettre sa serviette au sol mais place pour 4 personnes max). Rester 3h ainsi installés ne se prête pas à la détente d'où 4 étoiles. Notre accompagnatrice était très agréable, souriante et soucieuse du bien être de tous.

Buenas tardes estimados. Hemos tenido una mala experiencia hoy martes 12 en el turno de las 13h. El mar no estaba para zarpar con marejada y fuerte marejada 5 NW. y hasta 6. Todavía menos con una niña de 7 años. Y una de 10. Deberían haberlo advertido y proponer un cambio. De hecho han tenido que volver a puerto transcurridas 1 hora y media para que pudiera bajarse del catamaran la mitad del pasaje, varios grupos. El comentario y descontento ha sido generalizado/ Evidentemente con el estado del mar, ni comida ni bebidas. Creo que tendrían que compensarlo además de tenerlo en cuenta a futuro, para no hacer vivir una experiencia tan mala, menos a niños pequeños. Hemos quedado muy decepcionados. Además de apenados.

We went on a cruise with our family. Everybody enjoyed the trip in all aspects. The cruise team was very polite and took care of their guests all the time with catering, informing about whales and dolphins etc. Very nice memories for us and strong recommendations for the others about the company!

Una experiencia increíble, muy recomendable, el barco muy limpio instalaciones excelentes. Una excursión muy amena, además tuvimos la suerte de ver ballenas y una tortuga. Sin duda lo mejor fue su tripulación tanto Miguel como el capitán Pancho, son dos profesionales, que hacen de esta experiencia un must de Tenerife. El picnic que ofrecen, muy variado con comida de calidad y una cuidada selección de bebidas. Sin duda repetiría.

In de winter zie je geen schildpadden. Onze kinderen hebben heel de trip overgegeven. Van de dolfijnen zie je enkel de vin. En tijdens het snorkelen zie je enkel je eigen benen... vriendelijk personeel.

Three hours was not enough on this lovely little vessel. Beautifully clean with very friendly staff and a great selection of pastries, meats and cheeses for lunch. Plus.... beer!!! Very good communication by WhatsApp prior to the trip and the driver was prompt, professional and drove very carefully with passengers. Much better than competitors I have tried in Puetro Colon. Thank you for the memorable experience and thank you for not leaving the pod of playful (and hungry) dolphins just because time was up. It is an excursion to remember.

Fue algo no planeado, paseábamos por Puerto Colón, y un hombre muy graciosillo nos abordo para subir al catamarán, por 25€ persona, adentrarnos en altamar a ver cetaceos. Del paseo en catamarán, no tengo ninguna queja, pero que solo hiciesen la explicación en inglés. Que menos que una grabación en español, cuando éramos unos cuantos. Un tripulante nos daba algunas explicaciones, pero sabía lo justo. Lo mejor, que vimos a los calderones, y los delfines nos acompañaron un buen rato de la travesía.

Leuke middag gehad. Netjes opgehaald bij hotel. Communicatie verliep goed!Vriendelijke bemanning, lekker eten en drinken. Gelegenheid om te zwemmen, dolfijnen gezien. Top! Onze baby van 4 maanden kon prima mee in de draagzak. Ruimte (op tafel, voor ons geen enkel probleem) om te verschonen.

We had an amazing time on the Monte Cristo Catamaran boat trip! From the very start our driver Cisco picked us up promptly and was so friendly and helpful. We arrived at the boat and were welcomed by a lovely crew who had great knowledge of the area and sea life. We saw so many Pilot whales and even a turtle! We were offered refreshments throughout the trip and stopped for snorkelling and swimming followed by lunch - a range of meats and cheeses. A worthy 5 star experience! ⭐️

Auch wenn die Tour durch eine Techbischen defekt nicht ganz rund lief, vwegebe ich hier 5 Sterne. Das Team ist super nett und trotz dem Stress den sie hatten gut drauf ubd sehr aufmerksam. Unser Sohn hatte große Spaß. Wale haben wir auch sehen können, die Verpflegung war ebenfalls gut. Aufgrund des technischen Defekts haben wir das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen, was sicher nicht selbstverständlich ist. Daumen hoch, vielleicht komme qir in ein paar Jahren erneut in den Genuss und dann besser als heute :)

Very nice tour, we saw 7 whales at a very close distance!! The only a bit disappointing thing is that to take a bath after, we stop in front of the beach of Las Vistas. The sea there is wonderful, but you don't need a boat to reach this beach... Anyway it's a very particular experience, and I recommend it a lot

Lovely journey albeit very bumpy due to the choppy sea. Crew lovely and the food nice. However, we were there to see whales and dolphins and, whilst one can never guarantee sightings in the natural habitat, seeing two whale fins in the far distance doesn't constitute whale watching for us. It was a nice trip and we saw whales. Honestly the only thing is that it’s a bit expensive. As two persons we paid 120 euros. Still, very nice personals and they pick up us from the hotel and sent us back :)

Ich habe schon mehrfach Delphin- und Walbeobachtungstourrn auf Teneriffa mitgemacht. Diese war eindeutige vom Preisleistungsverhältnis her die beste Fahrt. Garantiert 5 Stunden und alles gesehen. Dabei der Aufenthalt sehr lange beim Schwarm. Essen war ok, Crew super freundlich, Getränke umsonst und hierbei u.a. echte Sorten Cola, Fanta usw.

Highly recommended attraction! Luckily we booked a free time on their last trip that day, had an instant contact and arrangement of pickup from our hotel. The driver was very friendly, spoke perfect english, the car was new and the ride itself comfortable. As of the boat ride - we had an amazing time, were lucky to see both dolphins and pilot whales during our trip! The crew was very friendly and amusing, there were plenty of snacks and drinks during our trip, the boat itself was very nice and perfect for a smaller group. Would definitely pick this tour once again when coming back to Tenerife! Definitely a 5 star overall experience!

5 Star, the name speaks for itself. Pickup from the hotel exactly on time, very friendly and polite. The boat is clean, the crew helpful and comfortable seats on deck. The three hours flew by, while we were watching pilot whales, saw dolphins and even a sea turtle. The captain knew exactly, where to look. A nice stopover in a beautiful bay for swimming made a nice finish for this trip. Amazing tapas and all kind of drinks where served. Really enjoyed the trip and can highly recommend .

A peine sortie de cette merveilleuse excursion, je vous partage mes 5 etoiles. Les dauphins et baleines etaient au rendez vous. Nous avons nagé avec quelques poissons lors de la pause baignade. Nous avons vraiment eu la sensation d avoir eu le temps de profiter sans etre pressé par quoi que ce soit. Le personnel etait au petit soin. Boisson de marque Coca-Cola, Fanta, Heineken, ... et d'autres part la nourriture etait copieuse par rapport au nombre de participant. Et de bonne qualité. Il y a la petite boite a pourboire qui est posé négligemment a la sortie et ai eu plaisir a donner le pourboire. Cette compagnie est a privilégier par rapport au sortie de masse sur tres gros catamarans. En cette periode un peu special nous avons payé 10 euros de plus pour un bateau presque privee. Nous etions avec deux enfants 3 et 6 ans. Merci a Indigo le capitaine et Edmond pour son service irreprochable.

Using words of Jake Peralta, it was "cool, cool, cool, cool, cool". Seriously, the ship is big enough for 12 passengers and has everything, toilet included. It's clean, safe and pretty stable. We saw whales from 2 meters from the boat, 2 flying fish and the views on the coast were spectacular. With fruits and drinks available through the whole ride, with small lunch and time to swim in the bay it's the best you can do with such money (45 euros for 3 hours sail for us). So you can stop reading reviews, you found the best service on the island.

We saw tropical whales. There was a family of whales, mom with a baby whale. There were flying fish too. Very nice experience. Totally recommended.

Amazing experience! Comunication was great. The crew was very nice and did their best to make sure we had a great time. Very respectful aproach of the whales. We got lucky and some came really close. Food was delicios and they made more of the items we really liked. Overall well worth the price. We were 12 on the boat and it felt very roomy.

Even though I was seasick after 1 hour and puked the other 2 hours they were incredibily kind to me and tried to help me with everything they could do. The boat was clean and comfortable. They provided lunch, which looked very delicious (couldnt eat). They respected the sealife and didnt came to close to the animals. Big thumbs up 👍👍

What an excursion we loved it. The captain and his colleague where AMAZING and FUNNY, multi language speakers (French - English- Spanish). They even proposed to pick us up from the hotel, and when they had a delay due to mechanical issue first they reached out and put us in touch by telephone and then they proposed 20€ discount. They where generous and funny, we had the pleasure to see dolphins jumping because they where in love with the big waves, and then we saw the whales near and bear the boat. Food also was amazing. I remember there’s a girl who had sea sick she couldn’t enjoy her excursion, so the captain was asking how she’s feeling every 15 mins, he was (Adorable). I recommande so badly 🤩

Schönes Boot, tolles Essen, sehr nette Crew. Alles sehr entspannt, auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung wert. Sehr Empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder <3

An unforgettable morning. We enjoyed the trip very much. There were dolphins, whales and a great crew. I will book it again should we go to Tenerife again!

Fantástico día gracias a esta experiencia. Tienen varios horarios; en nuestro caso cogimos el de la mañana y conseguimos ver delfines, ballenas y una tortuga. La parada en la playa Diego Hernández fue estupenda, con servicio de comida y bebida, incluso nos dejaron unas gafas para hacer snorkel. Estuvimos 8 personas y la atención y la simpatía de Íñigo y su compañero fueron estupendas. Repetiría sin duda!

Oppikken goed op tijd, voor de deur van je verblijf. Vriendelijk en sympathiek, gedienstig en to the point: je zult wilde dieren zien! Wij zagen walvissen, dolfijnen (zwommen naast en voor de boot) en heel kort een verlegen zeeschildpad. Je wordt bediend van tapas, vers fruit, wijn, cava en frisdrank aan boord. Heel gezellig.

La mejor opción para avistar ballenas y delfines en Tenerife , con unas vistas increíbles, grupos reducidos, con servicio de transfer al hotel incluido, calidad y profesionalidad, higiene frente al Covid, y el personal muy atento y simpáticos. Sin duda para repetir.

DE LUJO........desde que llamamos para reservar hasta qye nos bajamos de la excursión el trato a sido excelente......la tripulación MIGUEL Y AYTHAMI son unos chicos excelentes y profecional de un trato exquisito.......vinos pocas ballenas pero el momento fue mágico ....el tiempo no acompañaba para el avistamiento pero algún así la tripulación se esmera para poder ver a los animales .......EN GENERAL UNA EXPERIENCIA DE LUJO .......repetiremos

Superbe ballade dans un très beau catamaran en naviguant de manière super confortable en petit comité de 8 personnes. Organisation impeccable. Accueil chaleureux. Le buffet accompagné de plusieurs types de boissons dont le Cava est très sympathique. La meilleure prestation de mon séjour sur l'île.

Great hardworking crew. I saw some pilot whales. One baby whale came up to our Catamaran to say hi. Cute. They also catered to our vegan food requests which was a lovely surprise as it was really good of them. Sunset was amazing too. We were 10 on the boat and it was very comfy.

A wonderful experience, we were a family with children we felt safe on board The staff were friendly and helpful Most importantly, we've seen dolphins and whales. Highly recommended.

They picked us up from hotel and got us back. 3 hours trip was worth it. From far we saw pilot whales and at the end of cruise the dolphin arrived to say hello. It swam near boat then one jump to welcome us and then he enjoyed swimming in front of the biat so we could see him properly. The waves were big so the trip was making me falling asleep (no see sick but falling into sleep) but the doplhin woke me up. Amazing trip before the sun went behind another island, Gomera. We were 9 people on board. 2 workers for Monte Christo. Really nice atmosphere. I hate crowded places so I was worried but the catamaran was big enough so everyone had own space. We didnt get the overcrowded feeling. There was snack break at Los Cristianos (salam, cheese, potatoes with eggs, cherries). Very light snack. 3 hours passed by like 20 minutes. It would be great experience even without the dolphin. It was my first time cruise.

Very nice crew - cool cruise! Recommend it!! Did the tour with two kids , all easy. We did the cruise in the afternoon and came back at sundown - perfect!

Excellent afternoon spent on the sea. Seen some groups of pilot whales. Small group of people, enough space on catamaran to move around, take pictures and enjoy the trip. Not the regular packed boat. Very nice crew, good snacks and drinks. Overall enjoyable experience.

My boyfriend and I went on the sunset tour with Monte Cristo, it was absolutely gorgeous, and with only four other people on the boat with us, it was amazingly personal and romantic just as it should be. We managed to get really close to a few whales. The selection of nibbles served were yummy and so was the champagne. The staff onboard were more than accommodating and friendly. Only rated 4/5 as there was some throw up left on the deck. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a romantic evening.

We had the most amazing time on this tour. We chose the 2 hour sunset tour which started at 18.30. The first hour was whale watching and then the other hour was watching the sunset. The views were absolutely stunning and the crew were lovely. The whales were so good to watch and came very close to the boat. The whole experience was so amazing and very romantic. There was a selection of food which was all very tasty. I think for the price we got a lot more than expected. I definitely recommend everyone does one of the tours as its such a chilled afternoon and really relaxed. 10/10
