Buen precio, buenas motos, 1 hora bastante bien, haces un recorrido, ofrecen otras actividades también.

Used this guy a couple of times whilst in Tenerife. Went into the place, told him what we were interested in doing, each time within short time windows. Before we knew it we was booked in and given a time and place to be there. The things we booked through him were very well priced and great experiences. No nonsense, easy experience.

Seller, Indian guy sold us on purpose the wrong excursion. We asked for an off road quad trip, but he took the available one. ( we verified with the center ) when contacting him afterwards, he stopped answering on WhatsApp. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Good place to book excursions. We booked Jet Skis and the 2 hour buggy tour and they were both excellent👍🏽

We bought tickets to stargazing including transportation and dinner. Transportation was late 30min, "dinner" turn to be snacks and poor wine. Stargazing was very good. However, ticket seller doesn´t know the stargazing company name nor their contact info so we can not get our pictures taken by stargazing staff. If you can please avoid this company! You can order stargazing directly from stargazing tenerife (company).

The company that we were referred to rent the motoscooter from was very good,with very professional stuff. The other company that we rent the car from… was so,so. We weren’t satisfied with the car,there was definitely something wrong with it. And in fairness didn’t look great either. For 75€ we were expecting something much,much better. I have mixed feelings about The Jet Ski company. Both guys are ok… they could be a lot nicer but they talk like they are bored .. A bit arrogant I’d say. Anyways that’s not my problem,just mentioning and maybe they change their skills.🫤🫤🫤

I made a reservation with this company and in the pictures they show you a boat like new, and when you arrive at the port you get a deplorable one, in the worst possible form! I am very disappointed by this experience, that boat did not show me any safety! if we still pay a sum of money, I say that we should at least receive what is shown in the picture, not all the religues from grandfather's time!

Alex was really nice and gave us awesome prices. Better then anywhere on the Internet etc.

Richie was great and helped re arrange at short notice ! Was a great hour on the sea

Sold the dream for a sunset quad bike trip and the trip was nothing like we were told it would be. When we went back to tell them the staff were rude, sarcastic and couldn’t care less with what we were saying! Sam said he would ring the company to complain but the other guy said ‘what’s the point’ and just laughed it off. Avoid at all costs

Preguntamos dos veces si había paradas de ventas en el viaje donde vendían aloe; nos dijeron que no. Durante el viaje perdimos 25 minutos en la parada de venta de aloe, y 10 minutos en la atracción de Garachico.

The activity itself (jet skis) was great and we had so much fun - the boys running it are friendly and helpful!! The problem we had was with the rude lady at the excursion booking centre. We paid in full for our activity on Saturday where she seemed uninterested and walked off as soon as we had paid. When we arrived at the port at the agreed time on Monday for our activity we found out she hadn’t even booked us in! - it sounds like she has a habit of doing this as we weren’t the only ones she had ‘forgotten’ to book on. When going back to her she pretended she couldn’t speak English and said there’s nothing she can do. - avoid this idiot where possible. Luckily the guys at the port managed to get us a slot at another time at no extra cost, they where really great.

One of the highlights of my trip was going against the waves speeding through the water and catching air. These Jetski were awesome. The tour guide takes great pictures and video giving you memories forever! If you go to Tenerife check them out!

We booked the Jetski & Sunset Mount Teide quad bike tour through Sam, Alex & Dimitrova. They were all very friendly and accommodating and ensured we got a really good deal. We were extremely satisfied with both the excursions. There were lots of safety measures and all staff took care of us. We got some great photos from the experience which will serve as incredible memories for us. Thank you!

I used Alex to book a buggy experience. He was rude to his staff while we were there and switched the fans off when there were no customers in the office, despite it being 40 degrees outside! When we were in booking he only paid attention while we were deciding what to book. After we had agreed to buy he left us to serve other customers take phone calls until eventually coming back and taking our money. We waited with our 3 young children to be picked up the next day for over half an hour until I called him, he shouted SEND ME A PHOTO OF BOOKING then hung up on me! I had already sent the photo and tried to continually call him and he kept hanging up on me. He eventually said they were stuck in traffic and would be there in 5-7 minutes. I kept asking to confirm if they would definitely be there and he kept saying I will just cancel and would not answer my question. I then decided to go to the shop to get my money back. The man from the buggy centre called and said he had been in an accident and he wouldn’t be there for at least 20 minutes as he had to pick up a new bus so Alex was lying which I assumed was the case all along. The man from the buggy centre apologised profusely and had us picked up asap, we had an amazing day no thanks to Alex telling lies rather than just finding out what happened and fixing it for us. We will never use this excursion centre again! If there are any issues with your excursions then expect to be treated very badly by Alex!!

Nette jetski's mooie tocht, begeleiding kan iets beter.

Estafadores y ladrones, mucho cuidado. Te venden y prometen de todo para que compres el ticket y después no tiene nada que ver. Chulos y prepotentes, en especial Alex. Amenazan a las empresas de excursiones con no vender y difamar el producto si no les convence el precio que les dan. No comprar aquí nunca!

I booked a fishing trip and the guide did not show up and i had trouble getting my money back. Please do nyt use the services!

Superbe expérience

Booked what was sold to us as an intimate stargazing trip. When arrived it was a 60 people coach full to the brim dinner was served as a family dinner at a long table not great for someone with anxiety or autism that 2 of my party were. Then to find out we could have booked with out the meal so was conned out of €220 when we went back to complain as we couldn't complete the excursion we was passed to Alex when we arrived Alex asked us to wait stating he would be 10 mins one of my friends went off and done shopping and returned 40 minutes later Alex the approached to speak with us obviously after the bad experience and the long wait I was frustrated so Alex tried to kick me out the shop calling me an animal swearing at me as my voice was slightly raised I left the shop in hopes that my partner could solve the situation he continued shouting at her and abusing her we managed to get a partial refund but I will never return here false advertising mis information and abusive staff/ manager ruined a full day of our holiday

Booking our multiple exursions through Jetski was the best decision we made on our trip. Very well explaination of all the activities with a professional detailing of the time slots, etc. In case of any confusions, availability via Whatsapp was amazing and we just loved it. Totally recommended, if you are in Costa Adeje.

Wir haben eine Reise gebucht und leider wegen Krankheit 2 Tage vorher wieder storniert - wir haben eine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten das die Reise storniert ist aber das Geld haben wir nach 4 maligen nachfragen nach wie vor nicht zurück bekommen - absolut nicht zu empfehlen

We booked multiple days out . ( fishing , catamaran, Siam park , jeep safari , paragliding buggy trip to volcano, and MHT Excellent trips so far , only got 2 more left . Great value for money . And we have received excellent customer service Well worth booking your excursions here..

If you want to get scammed I'd recommend this place. Rich promised us a private boat experience with unlimited food and an open bar. The buggy experience was also only for people with a driving license even offroad when we promised otherwise. Rich had an argument with his colleague infront of us (Sam).

DO NOT USE. Overpriced and terrible trips. Paid €90 for a 3hr private boat ride. Was promised food, snorkeling and to see dolphins. The guy just took us out on a old boat and bought us back after 1hr20. No snorkeling or food. Refused to give us partial refund.

Wir waren im Büro und haben ausdrücklich nach einer Schnorchel Tour gefragt da wir es lieben zu tauchen. Uns wurden zwei Touren empfohlen und uns wurde versichert das wir dort gut schnorcheln können. Zudem wurde uns versprochen das wir dort Schildkröten sehen können und die Schnorchel Ausrüstung dabei ist. Hier würden wir jedoch komplett falsch beraten. Die Tour hatte absolut nichts mit Schnorcheln zu tuen. Es gab keine Schnorchel Ausrüstung wie versprochen! Einmal haben wir eine Pause eingelegt in der man 10-15 Minuten schwimmen konnte und das an einer Bucht an der es nicht viel zu sehen gab und die sich absolut nicht zum schnorcheln eignete. Ich kann dieses Büro absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Es stand nur der Verkauf von Tickets im Vordergrund egal ob die Kunden bekommen was sie wollen. Hier zählt nur der Profit!

Équipe super cool et bien encadrante. Très bon moment passé !! MAIS ATTENTION... sauf reservation faite au préalable, ne vous lancez pas dans cette activité si il y a du vent et que la mer est quelque peu agitée parce que ça peut très vite devenir insupportable. Possibilité de récupérer par mail l'ensemble des photos qui sont prises lors de la sortie (140 pour ma part) pour une dizaine d'euros. Je recommande cette sortie seul ou en duo.

Alex helped us very good, when we lost our ticket for jungelpark, he called the park and explained that we lost our ticket. He fixed it and children was happy. Thank you Alex

Sam seems to be the main guy for Excursions. Well connected and efficient. Had a private boat trip and he organised paragliding with a late deal. Managed to see some whales close up as we had a small boat too.

Such rude employees. We booked a package with them and when we turned up on the day, Sam “the man” said he had cancelled it. He refused to give us the money that we’d already paid back and starting shouting at my boyfriend for asking for it. When we left he carried on shouting at us and took photos of us. Don’t trust this company. Would NOT recommend to anyone unless you want to lose money.

Super expérience avec Alex. Il est aux petits soins et a organisé toutes nos activités. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés ils s'occupent de tout !! On a fait jet ski, buggy, plongée sous-marine, parapente, parachute ascensionnel, Aqualand et massage à des prix imbattables.

Hello 4 weeks ago I booked 2 exursions to the Teide and the dolphins. When I had to pay, I debited the amount, but according to the saleswoman the pin machine did not work and I paid in cash again. It turned out that the amount was written off when I got home. after several phone calls I don't get the overpaid amount back. Pay attention and do not book an excursion here

These guys are nothing but criminals! I was given some really low offers at first. When I came back to book my trip, they pretended to call the company but said they had no more places available. Then they started pitching me different trips that I didn't want. I don't feel like these guys care about me or my family. They are only after money. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

We had an amazing time nothing is too much trouble for these guys definitely use them again and definitely recommend them. Spot-on with the health and safety, with all trips, really friendly people they don’t push you into anything you don’t want to do. Great price too. Special thanks to Alex

Ojo mucho cuidado ...intentan subir precios para aplicar descuento y la verdad que dan precios más caros ... me paso con contratar un barco “La romántica “ y cuando cuesta en realidad 46€ adulto, me ofrecían un coste de 65€ y me lo rebajaban a 55€... lo contraté y al salir de la tienda y mirar el barco me di cuenta del precio real, y me di media vuelta para reclamar y que me dieran la diferencia... pero es total desconfianza como si fuera un mercadillo ... no recomiendo!!

booked and paid for a la gomera trip I have been planning for 15 years. on day we found the reservation wasn't made and there was no room for us on jeep safari. flying back next day, I can't express my disappointment..just gutted and ruined last day of family holiday. giving one star for refunding the money in euros I don't need as I would have wanted pounds back.
