Laura's Trips & Tours Tenerife

Rented a boat through Laura on my last day of holiday, not the first time time I’ve used her and won’t be the last! Always very helpful! Thanks again!

Always arranges the best trips. 1st class customer service. Any last minute changes are handled (unlike many other excursion companies) promptly. Tailor made packages to suit budget and needs.

We hired a private charter for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teens) for 3 hours. Booking was easy and the info via WhatsApp to help me choose which tour to book was really informative. The 4 stars is because it didn’t get off to the best of starts! We were told to meet at pier 3 but was actually meant to be pier 2. The boat was 15 mins late getting to us, then I couldn’t pay the balance by card, they wanted cash (I had not been told this prior) - I don’t carry €300 on me! I offered to transfer, but they were insisting on cash and wouldn’t set off until I went to cash machine and got cash out! We were very close to cancelling but it was sorted in the end and I did pay by bank transfer. Finally set off 30 minutes late. Not ideal as we had plans in the evening that we now had to put back. For €500 I expect better tbh. All that said, we soon forget Bit it when we started sailing, and we really enjoyed the trip. We sailed about 30 mins before seeing pilot whales, they hung around the boat for 20 minutes playing, and a calf feeding from its mother. We went on to a cove, around 20 minutes to get there, and we stopped for an hour. We were able to swim, use the snorkel gear and the the paddle board, which was great fun. Life vests were available to use if you wanted to. On board there was a small snack (meat, cheese, tomatoes and olives) and plenty to drink. All in all, I would probably use this company again, but might look around first before parting with €500.

Dovevamo organizzare qualcosa che andasse bene per tutte! Elisabetta è stata di fondamentale aiuto!!! Non solo mi ha mostrato i numerosi tour che avevano a disposizione ma mi ha aiutato ad analizzare anche, secondo le poche informazioni che avevo su queste amiche,quale sarebbe stata l avventura che poteva accontentare tutte. È bellissimo e raro incontrare gente che ama il suo lavoro e che trasmettere il suo amore per quest'isola. Grazie Elisabbetta per la tua pazienza, disponibilità e soprattutto per la passione e l empatia che metti nel tuo lavoro!!! Alla fine siamo state tutte super contente!!!!

If your on the island, and don’t like the idea of swimming through scam artists, ticket hikers and the general bs you have to deal with when it comes to excursions. Look no further, Lauras your girl! She is quick, professional and always gets you the best price. Sometimes even cheaper than what the sites are offering! Theres no one on the island you can trust more than Laura, I came to this island nearly 7 years ago, and I have never used anyone else for excursions.

100% recommend going to see Laura for booking trips, tours, and scooter rental. Very good service and totally changed our holiday, from mediocre to absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend the private stargazing tour with Diego up to the crater for the best possible views. Scooters were well maintained and at a very good price

Went on my first solo holiday which my anxiety was really bad. I met laura who runs the shop and she was amazing. Helped me book the right trips and activities. Any questions she was able to answer instantly. She also gave me some recommendations and great prices. Also shared with Laura my fear of being in open water. Even so, she went out of her way to make sure i felt safe and encouraged me to get over it by hiring me a boat through her links. Nothing else to say but how much of a gem Laura was to me & my pal. Last minute jet skiing, 3 hours before our flights & Laura must of done it in the space of 5 minutes loved it, do it again & if you definitely want the best of activities at the Right price for yourself, the relatives anyone coming with you! After meeting Laura we have had the most amazing holiday, first day we rented 4 electric scooter for our family ages 12-40years old to get around the island and explore all the views with a guide of some lovely spots to see. Siam park booked up for my wife’s birthday and also a day boat trip with food and drinks included. All information was so professional and correct that we’ve had the most wonderful fun filled holiday. Laura is amazing. We booked onto a range of activities and all were amazing and at a very reasonable price. The Opera 60 boat excursion and the jet skiing were particular favourites. Laura is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t use anyone else

Went on the free bird whales and dolphins trip with Lauras trips and tours and it was fab from start to finish! Saw a good view of the dolphins, and amazing stop off for a chance to jump in the sea . All and all fun for families couples and friends grey few hours out to see 😍
