However, we would like to clarify a few points: You stated you were only 5 minutes late, but your own screenshot shows that you messaged us at 16:08 saying, "we can't reach the Finca." This clearly indicates you were already lost before your stated arrival time. We then assisted you via video call to help you find the location. You left the Finca at 16:55 on horseback and returned at 18:57, making it 2 hours and 2 minutes, exactly as advertised. The tour includes both coastal and urban areas, as described. While we understand that personal preferences vary, this remains one of our most highly rated experiences. Any concerns regarding pricing should have been discussed directly with Walter, the guide, as we do not handle payments at the stables. The surroundings, including tents or other elements along the coastline, are beyond our control. We always strive to offer the best experiences, and 99% of our guests love this tour. If there were any concerns during the activity, we encourage open communication on-site so that issues can be addressed in real-time. Best regards,

Scuba Diving Cancellation: The scuba diving excursion was canceled by you less than 24 hours in advance, which normally does not qualify for a refund. However, we made an exception to process the refund. Unfortunately, since you opened a dispute with your bank, the refund process has been paused as we cannot proceed while the chargeback is being investigated. We understand the frustration this delay has caused, but this is due to the bank's policies and not something within our control. Parasailing and Snorkeling: We strive to provide excellent service and included complimentary pickup, which is not typically offered for these activities. After the snorkeling, we did not rush you; in fact, we waited over 30 minutes for you and encouraged you to take your time. Hotel Incident: The comment regarding "hating Spanish people" is entirely untrue and deeply troubling. We pride ourselves on respecting all cultures and communities, and such a statement does not reflect our values or behavior. We are genuinely sorry if your experience did not meet your expectations, but we believe there may have been some misunderstandings. Opvallend is uw jonge leeftijd (21 jaar) als moeder van twee kinderen met de respectievelijk leeftijd van 11 en 7 jaar oud, wat ons enigszins verbaast. Bovendien kunnen we geen enkele foto's van uw kinderen terug vinden op al uw sociale media profielen. Om escalatie te voorkomen en onze aandacht te richten op echte klanten die we graag de hoogwaardige service blijven bieden zoals we altijd hebben gedaan, hebben we besloten u te blokkeren op WhatsApp. Dit stelt ons in staat onze energie te concentreren op constructieve interacties en het bieden van onze befaamde service aan mensen die echt een excursie willen boeken bij ons.
