Profi szervezés, ügyes csapat - whatsappon foglaltam és pár óra alatt el is intéztuk, másnap már szallhatunk fel a helikopterrel :) életre szóló élmény, véleményem szerint a képek lehetnének picivel olcsóbbak, legalább a 2 legmagasabb csomag esetén :)

Sehr schöner Ausflug und wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis. Alle Vorort super freundlich und jede Aufregung ist dahin. Man merkt einfach das hier Profis am Werk sind. Würde ich wirklich jedem empfehlen der Teneriffa mal von oben sehen möchte :)

Hemos podido disfrutar de un vuelo 🚁 maravilloso con unas vistas increíbles. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo y en especial a nuestro comandante, Damián. Nos hizo sentir muy cómodos y confiados en el vuelo, repetiría sin dudarlo!

Mi experiencia fue inolvidable, 10/10. Todo el equipo transmite muy buen rollo, lo que crea un ambiente muy positivo y hace que disfrutes aún más de la actividad. En nuestro caso, el piloto fue Damián, muy profesional y cercano, con quien me sentí seguro en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable!!

Wir hatten das große Glück, eine Hubschrauber-Tour auf Teneriffa zu machen!und es war einfach unvergesslich!! Schon beim Empfang hat uns das Team herzlich begrüßt und sofort für eine entspannte, freundliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Alles war bestens organisiert und professionell erklärt, sodass wir uns jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Der Flug selbst war ein absolutes Highlight. Unser Pilot war einfach großartig. Sehr erfahren, aufmerksam und mit einer Leidenschaft, die man sofort gespürt hat. Er hat uns nicht nur sicher durch die Lüfte gebracht, sondern auch spannende Informationen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Der Blick auf den majestätischen Teide und die beeindruckende Landschaft der Insel war atemberaubend. Von Stränden über Vulkane bis hin zu kleinen Orten, die man sonst nie so sehen würde. Ein echtes Erlebnis, das uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir können diese Tour von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Für uns war es einer der schönsten Momente unseres Teneriffa-Urlaubs. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team und besonders an unseren fantastischen Piloten!

Es war ein super Erlebnis aus einem Hubschrauber die Insel zu sehen!! Das Team vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Ich war sehr aufgeregt aber durch die kleinen Späße der Crew ist das schnell in Vergessenheit geraten!!!

Брали політ за 98 євро вздовж узбережжя від Адехе до Лас Амерікас. Політ хоч короткий, але враження чудові як на перший раз. Нас зустріла дуже приємна жінка та все добре пояснила. Дякуємо за чудовий сервіс!

Негативні враження від сервісу, не дозволили зробити фото на телефон, тому що в них є «фотограф» фото якого потім намагаються продати за 35€, а відео за 65€. Фото невдалі, а заборона робити фото на телефон виглядає жалюгідно. Будьте готові до того, що вас посадять в літак з сторонньою парою людей яких ви не знаєте, а політ відбудеться на 15 хв. пізніше. Політ був нормальний, проте враження залишилися негативними. Це не нормальний сервіс.

Найгірший досвід в житті. Я так довго мріяла про те, як круто буде політати над горами і океаном, насолодитись пейзажами Тенеріфе. А замість того за чималі кошти отримала повне розчарування. Оскільки бачила тільки те, що на фото. Мене посадили посередині ззаду, хоч і просила помінятись з своїм чоловіком, але вони не дозволили. А з іншого боку сиділа дуже крупна пасажирка. І в результаті майже нічого не бачила , жодного кайфу і жодного фото , крім фото перед польотом на землі, які намагались впарити за 35 і 65 євро.

Wat een mooie ervaring, ontzettend vriendelijke en deskundige mensen! Ontvangst is zeer prettig je krijgt een video met veiligheidsinstructies te zien, je kunt koel en comfortabel zitten er is water en er zijn schone toiletten. Personeel spreekt allemaal goed Engels (en Spaans). Wij hebben een vlucht gemaakt met ons gezin 4 in 1 en 1 voorin bij een andere vlucht! Los gigantes de 20 minuten vlucht is zeker aan te bevelen, prachtige uitzichten op de enorme klif. De piloot is vriendelijk en geeft uitleg over wat je ziet. Achteraf krijg je de optie om prachtige en professionele foto’s en een video-opname te bekijken en te kopen, wij hebben dit gedaan. Wij kunnen iedereen deze ervaring aan bevelen en het is wat ons betreft zeker het geld waard.

Incredible Experience!✨ The helicopter ride over Tenerife was amazing! The views of the coastline and landscapes were absolutely stunning. The staff were professional and friendly and the pilot gave great commentary throughout the flight. It was smooth, exciting and truly unforgettable. Well worth it I highly recommended!

Wat een geweldige ervaring! Niet alleen de vlucht zelf maar ook de mensen. Zo vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Alles is goed geregeld en je hebt alleen maar een veilig gevoel. Wij waren met ons gezin van 4 met een 2 en 4 jarige. Het personeel was fantastisch met de kinderen en we kregen zelfs een booster seat voor de jongens. We hebben de foto’s en het filmpje achteraf ook gekocht en dit viel mij reuze mee qua prijs. Het is ook echt een super leuke illustratie en herinnering. Een echte aanrader bij een klasse bedrijf.

Ich habe für Freunde einen Helikopter Flug mit HeliDream organisiert. Es war ein Transferflug nach La Gomera. Die Kommunikation mit denen war professionell und zügig. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir zu tun hatten sind äußerst hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider bin ich dieses Mal nicht mit geflogen. Aber zu früheren Anlässen hatte ich die Gelegenheit und es war spektakulär die Insel von oben zu sehen. Es ist natürlich nicht ganz günstig aber sowas macht man ja auch nicht so oft und sollte man sich definitiv gönnen. Immer gerne wieder!

A while ago, I went on the "Teide Gran Teide Luxury" helicopter tour with Helidream Helicopters. We flew about 120 kilometers in roughly 50 minutes, and it was absolutely amazing. When we got there, the Helidream team welcomed us warmly and gave us a clear and helpful safety talk. After that, we went to where the helicopter takes off, and someone there took great photos of us. The highlight of the trip was flying close to the Corona Forestal and Teide National Park. The views were stunning — it felt like we were looking at a different world. We could talk to each other during the flight through headphones, and our pilot told us cool facts about what we were seeing below. If you want to see Tenerife from the sky, I really recommend Helidream Helicopters. They take good care of you and make sure you have a memorable and safe trip.

Genial la experiencia, el trato del personal fabuloso.

Belästigen mit ihren nervigen Überflügen die Strand und Hotel Gäste die ihre Ruhe suchen und das Meeresrauschen genießen wollen. Fliegt doch weiter auf dem Meer, dann hat man wenigstens seine Ruhe vor euch.

Me encantó la experiencia. Los únicos puntos negativos son que si van personas anchas en la parte de atrás no tienen mucho espacio y van un poco incómodos. Por otro lado, te van sacando fotos y videos a lo largo de la experiencia... Pero te las intentan vender a precio de guiri. Si eres guiri pues te da igual y las compras, pero si no lo eres... Generalmente dirás "bueno ya si eso otro día". Creo que si bajan el precio para los locales, salen ganando todos (bajo mi punto de vista). De resto todo perfecto, son todos simpáticos, pacientes, no perdí ninguna extremidad, ni morí, así que muy bien.

5 Sterne absolut verdient. Die Frau an der Rezeption konnte fließend deutsch und war unglaublich freundlich. Der Fotograf war absolut top und die Bilder sind wirklich eine Sache, die man kaufen muss. Der Flug ist super spannend und man hat einen coolen Ausblick. Würde sofort wieder mit euch buchen!!!

Wir haben im August einen Rundflug für 4 Personen gebucht über einen renommierten großen Reiseveranstalter, als wir ankamen war leider keine Buchung mehr vorhanden. An diesem Tag wo der Flug stattfinden sollte stand der Helikopter im Hangar für Wartungsarbeiten. Das außerordentlich freundliche Personal suchte einen schnellstmöglichen neuen Termin, das reibungslos ohne großen Aufwand funktionierte. Mein Tipp Termine nicht über Reiseveranstalter buchen sondern direkt! Der Flug war außerordentlich schön und wie gesagt ein extrem freundliches Personal Die Technik und Ausstattung ist ebenfalls auf besten Standard

Went for a birthday treat, all the staff were fantastic, talked you through what you needed to do and watched a short video for safety before being taken out to watch your Helicopter coming in to land and then taking your seat for the flight.. you can buy photos and a video of your experience too, a great time flying around the coast.

Не понравился сервис. Очень сильно торопят «быстрее-быстрее». Я думала, что после нас кто-то полетит, поэтому нас торопили, но вертолет выключили и после нас никого не было. Я говорила, что у мужа День Рождения и хотела бы посадить его вперед, но его не посадили вперед. Фотографии сделали отвратительные, всё в спешке жуткой. Видео у вертолета я сняла ровно на 1 секунду и нас выгнали. Отношение как на конвейере, но не понимаю почему они спешили, если после нас никого не было.

Heute hatten wir einen einstündigen Helikopterrundflug. Es war geplant, dass wir mit dem Piloten zu dritt fliegen würden, doch plötzlich waren wir zu viert. Der Pilot nutzte unseren Rundflug, um jemandem eine Flugstunde zu geben. Das bedeutete, dass mein Partner die Flugstunde für eine fremde Person mitbezahlt hat. Der Pilot und der Flugschüler sprachen die ganze Zeit miteinander, sodass uns nur wenig erklärt wurde, da der Pilot als Fluglehrer beschäftigt war. Für 1900 Euro war das eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ihre Aussage ist falsch. Sie sagten uns, dass Sie nicht wissen, ob beide hinten sitzen könnten. Es ist erstaunlich, dass Sie das nicht wussten – als kompetente Mitarbeiterin sollten Sie darüber Bescheid wissen. Stattdessen sagten Sie, Sie würden uns informieren, aber wir haben keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Hätten Sie uns rechtzeitig mitgeteilt, dass es nicht möglich ist, hätte einer von uns vorne gesessen. Trotz des Dialekts habe ich viele der Anweisungen des Piloten an den Auszubildenden verstanden. Ein ausgebildeter Pilot sollte solche Anweisungen nicht benötigen.

Very poor experience with this company. I bought the "Gran Teide Luxury" tour (495 €), starting at 11h00 on May 2nd. Around 10h00, I received text messages from them asking me to come earlier (10h20 !!!) plus other messages while I was driving !!! I manage to arrive at their heliport at 10h30. The first think they told me is that, because the Teide is in a National Park, they are not allowed to flight in that area. We saw nothing of the Teide or even the Pico Viejo, just a very short and quick overview of the Chinyero volcano area, without any explanation from the pilot. It is true that we flew during the 45 minutes, as described in their brochures, but it does not really correspond to the description of their tour. And on the top of that, their pictures/videos are at extra cost. They should be included, considering the cost of the flight (495 €). I give two stars for the pilot, the flight was OK, but I really do not recommend this company. It is a real rip off.

The pilot and the flight itself was incredible. But... They have no transfer (although it would seem why), and if you suddenly decide to get there by public transportation, then be prepared that 900 meters from the bus stop can be the most difficult in your life. And it's all trivial because there will be no sidewalks or crosswalks. Then as for time. The day before our flight was rescheduled for an hour later. Then we waited another 2 hours for our turn. But they had perfect time to make their photos and video to sell it to you later. In general 8-minute flight for 98 euros per person and half a day spent waiting...

Ein ganz großes Kompliment an die Leute von "Helidreams"! Es war von Beginn an sehr professionell gemacht, der Kontakt, die Vorbereitung und das Flugerlebnis. Man sollte sich wirklich den Flug über 45 Minuten gönnen, ein wahres Glücksgefühl über die Küste, den Bergen und so manches versteckte Ziel zu fliegen. Der Pilot hat uns erklärt, wo wir sind und hat sein Bestes gegeben. Fotos und Video kann man kaufen, um nicht dauernd am Handy zu hängen, sondern den Flug zu genießen. Danke, danke, danke!

Не сильно любезная женщина на билетах ( там всего 2 сотрудника), она же включает фильм - правила безопасности , было видно, что она не сильно заинтересована и просто говорит клиентам: все есть на сайте( спойлер- нет!) Но, остальное и сами сотрудники, полет понравился. За видео и фото на 12 мин поездку за 145 евро хотят еще 85 евро. Мало кто берет

Невероятный полет с невероятной командой !!! Хочется сказать огромное спасибо и организаторам полета , и супер пилоту , и особое спасибо очень креативному фотографу - видео- оператору. Свысока - это совершенно другой Тенерифе !!! Если вы хотите получить незабываемые эмоции , то я рекомендую Helidream Helicopters.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut aufeinander eingespielt und machen einen sehr guten, erfahrenen und geschulten Eindruck. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Ein bleibendes Erlebnis.

Ruta 1 Costa Sur : confirmación recibido por e-mail el 16/12/23, antes de reservar , que van hasta centro comercial San Telmo en playa de las Vistas, donde vivo. En realidad han ido hasta hotel H10 Conquistador y Europe Villa Cortés, es decir que han faltado los kilómetros que para mí fueron esenciales. El tiempo fue bueno y tengo todas las pruebas en mi teléfono.

Eerste ervaring met een helikopter. Vriendelijk ontvangst en personeel. Ze zorgen voor beeld en video materiaal die je mag aanschaffen maar zelf je camera gebruiken is ook mogelijk. Dag erna komt er mooie kwaliteit van het beeldmateriaal binnen in je mail. Gaan we zeker nog eens doe !

This company ir just thieves and liars. Booked a long flight, but insted got short one. First blamed it on the clouds, well it was clear so then changed it to wind. But then I asked why they didn’t warn us, and why the pilot never even mentioned that he can change the course and not a word about bad conditions, he just flew in circles for 5 min to take longer time in the air where is nothing to see, so they just hang up 😂😂🙈 very embarrassing. Poor company, shame for deceiving your clients.

The flight was reasonably priced and felt incredibly safe, even smoother than the elevator in my hotel! Although it was a short trip, I managed to see a lot, and my grandad thoroughly enjoyed it, which was the main goal. While the flight didn't adhere to the schedule, it was still manageable. The staff were super friendly, and they promptly provided me with pictures and videos, which were easy to download through their provided link.

We soared the skies for a whole 9 minutes, longer than anything I’ve ever had. We investigated the español sights from the water vapor bubbles. I like. But I sat next to a “Polish” chap that was the size of your mom, and his immaculate mass made us tilt horizontally throughout the whole flight. Thx 🥺🧃🕰️🇵🇱☯️

Excellent ride in a well maintained helicopter. The pilot was very knowledgeable and it was great to see the south coast. Although only 9 minutes long, it felt longer. On the downside, I was booked in for a treat on my 70th birthday to fly at ten thirty. When we got there it was now eleven. Then some people who came after us were taken out first, and we were pushed back to a shared ride at 1130.

Best flight ever! Go straight for the Deluxe Package which is amazing and lasts almost an hour. The flight with the heli is completely smooth and enjoyable, very safe. People should think before they mindlessly book this flight. The helicopter flies low over the small town la Caleta and it’s surrounding area, for example. It harasses the people on the ground. It’s a warzone every time the helicopter flies over. There is a natural area where people live for a quiet life and meditation, and thanks to the helicopter this is destroyed. For your pleasure, for the filling of this man’s pockets, people’s peace on the ground is ruined. It also endangers the life span of the caves in Baranco del Agua, where people even live in. This is selfish pleasure. Be aware, don't book this flight. And to the owner: i pray you wake up.

Hallo Ihr Lieben , also aller erst muss ich wirklich sagen , wer diese Erfahrung noch nicht erlebt hat , ist selber Schuld . Das ganze als Überflug über die wunderschönen Playas von Teneriffa Süd an der Seite des Piloten war mehr als eine Tsunami Welle der Gefühle & der Emotionen. Das Personal ist vorbildlich, nett und absolut professionell ausgebildet. Ich kann es leider nicht beschreiben, den besten Tipp : Einsteigen und sich wie der Ikarus fühlen, der Rest kommt von selbst. Billig war das nie , aber es ist jeden Cent wert , wenn man schon alleine an die Treibstoffskosten denkt , abgesehen von der Anschaffungskosten, ist der Einstiegspreis fast lächerlich. Persönlich sollte diese Einstiegsdroge zumindest die Route 2 sein über die Traumstrände und Gebirge/Canyon im Wert von € 145,- sein . Absolut Empfehlenswert !!!

Compramos en octubre un vuelo en helicóptero para regalárselo a mi padre por su 65 cumpleaños. Elegimos la ruta 4, Isla Baja. Desde el principio, cuando fuimos a hacer la compra, la atención del personal de esta empresa ha sido exquisita. La compra la hice vía telefónica y como no me podía acercar al sur a recoger el bono, me lo acercaron hasta Santa Cruz en una de las rutas que hicieron. A la hora de pedir cita, nos pasamos un poco de la fecha de caducidad del bono por motivos justificados por la pandemia y nos dieron todas las facilidades para poder realizar el paseo sin problemas en el día de nuestra conveniencia. El día del paseo, acompañamos a mi padre al helipuerto y aunque era él quien iba a hacer el recorrido solo, nos hicieron fotos a toda la familia con él, que ahora nos quedan como un bonito recuerdo de ese día. Mi padre cuenta que el paseo, que duró unos 40 minutos, fue fascinante, las vistas eran preciosas y el piloto les iba explicando lo que veían y atendiendo amablemente a sus dudas. Teníamos el miedo de que mi padre pudiera sentirse mal durante el paseo, él padece de vértigo, pero cuenta que el helicóptero era muy estable y se sentía seguro en él. El piloto, además, intentaba bajar todo lo posible para que los clientes tuvieran las mejores vistas de todos los paisajes. Al día siguiente del recorrido nos enviaron las fotos y un precioso vídeo que merece muchísimo la pena con las reacciones de mi padre y parte de la ruta que hicieron ese día en helicóptero. No tengo si no palabras de agradecimiento para Helidream. Tengo que hacer una mención especial a Héctor, él es quien se ha encargado desde el principio de la gestión de todo el paseo en helicóptero que contratamos. Desde la venta del bono hasta el mismo paseo. Héctor demuestra preocuparse por el bienestar y el disfrute de sus clientes. Tiene una educación y una amabilidad digna de admirar y trata a todos los clientes con unos modales y un respeto que hoy en día son difíciles de encontrar. Si pudiera ponerles 10 estrellas, se las pondría, ¡enhorabuena Héctor y todo el equipo de profesionales que forman Helidream!

Solo el toque del conde que pase pegada a el, que vio mi marido? Nada, lo lógico es que pongan una persona delante de una pareja y detrás de esa otra de la otra pareja, lo único que vi fue la gomera, hice ese viaje para sacar fotos de la costa y no mi marido ni yo vimos la costa, poco profesionales sois cuando no sabéis cómo ubicar a cuatro personas para que disfruten la experiencia, tengo varias personas esperando que les diga mi experiencia y les voy a onsejar que ni se les ocurra volar con ustedes

Rundum perfektes Erlebnis, zu einem etwas gehobenen Preis, welcher sich aber allemal lohnt. Super netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt in mehreren Sprachen möglich. Gute Sicherheitseinweisung und kompetenter Pilot. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohl und sicher gefühlt. Man kann vor Ort Fotos oder Videos mit Aufpreis erwerben.

We (2 people) wanted to book a flight, one of the bigger tours for Tenerife. So price would have been nearly 1KEUR in total. However, they refused to offer pick-up from our hotel. A service which would have been included prior to CoVid! So CoVid is a nice excuse if you are too lazy to clean your own shuttle bus (we know they own one thanks to our guide) after each pick-up / drop-off and / or simply if you want to earn the same money but offer less serice I guess. When asked whether they would bear the cost of the taxi (which would have ben 20 EUR (10 EUR per trip) max, they refused. Now this makes me wonder, whether if they are too lazy to clean the bus, the helicopter will be up to CoVid hygene standard. We will never know as due to this unprofessional attitude and absolute refusal of providing a service aligned with the pricing we decided to go for something else.

Vuelo 9/7/2021. Experiencia agridulce. Pagamos un vuelo alrededor del Teide (990€). Comenzamos por tener que gestionar nuestro desplazamiento al helipuerto, cuando nos dijeron que nos recogerían en el hotel. Volamos 40 minutos a lo largo de la costa sur de la isla, (este viaje cuesta 3oo€), mi pareja y yo más un mecánico, que lo único que comentó fué a la altura que volabamos. Volvimos al helipuerto para que bajara el mecánico y subiera una señora que pasaba por allí. La excusa de no hacer el vuelo que habíamos contratado fue que no quería (el piloto) que tuviésemos una mala "experiencia". Por cierto, el video que me han mandado el día 15/8/2021 tiene alguna imagen del vuelo, pero sobre todo imágenes de un día despejado, que no se corresponde con el día nublado que nosotros volamos, y para colmo me pretendían cobrar 60 u 80 € por un video perezosamente montado que no cubre más que 2 minutos de 40 de viaje. Gracias por la gorra, pero eso no compensa haber pagado 990 € por un viaje de 300.

Contraté la ruta por la isla baja y la verdad que fue muy bien. Creo que es una experiencia que se debería vivir al menos una vez en la vida. Como sugerencia, bajo mi punto de vista el trato debería acercarse un poco a la actividad que vamos a realizar, ya que no es algo que se haga normalmente y exige un presupuesto medio. Por ejemplo, ofrecer algo para tomar a la llegada y tratar a la gente con más cercanía, ya que todo fue un poco brusco y te deja un amargo sabor de boca. Sin embargo, el piloto fue muy amable y atento. En general, bastante bien.

Superbe expérience. Le tour est très joli et question vue, il n'est pas possible de faire mieux. Niveau prix, on est à 1000€ les 45min. Pour cette somme, on s'attendait à recevoir une photo mais au lieu de cela, on nous propose d'acheter une vidéo de 2min à 50€. C'est pas très commercial et ça refroidi beaucoup.

Contratamos ruta isla baja.y debido al viento nos dieron otra ruta de las playas que ya la habíamos visto no dandonos o opción a cambiar por otro día. Cumplieron con el tiempo de vuelo aprox 35 minutos pero no la ruta..muy decepcionada....

Une équipe attentive et professionnelle en plus d'être super sympa. Tout est expliqué avant le tour pour un max de sécurité. Des vues époustouflante de La côte sud de Tenerife. La caleta, Fañabe, Puerto Colon, une partie de Las Americas et direction le Teide avant de revenir sur Adeje. Très belle expérience.

Goly Aldana Hemos volado mi hijo y yo recientemente y no me bajaría del helicóptero, experiencia única y maravillosa. Personal muy profesional, atento y muy amable. Pilotos increíbles. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo y es de esas experiencias que queda en la retina y la mente. Gracias a todos por ese vuelo inolvidable, sin duda repetiremos!!!!!!. Y las fotos sin duda merece la pena comprarlas para guardar ese recuerdo.
