Forse la più bella esperienza che si possa fare a Tenerife: gita di 4,5h con avvistamento cetacei e sosta di fronte i meravigliosi Los Gigantes con bagno e pranzo tipico incluso. Da sottolineare l'uso di piatti e posate VERE (non usa e getta), la varietà delle bevande offerte e le descrizioni dal vivo e in tutte le lingue parlate dai passeggeri! Un servizio completo e davvero professionale, incluso il servizio di consulenza offerto dai ragazzi del front desk che non cercano di venderti il prodotto ma ti consigliano le migliori soluzioni secondo le tue necessità! Grazie a Sara e a tutto il team!

Emociónate Tours had a little office in our hotel in Tenerife so we decided to try them to help with organizing our activities for the week. Sara was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - she quickly helped us sort out all the different things we wanted to do - Siam Park, Teide Star gazing, diving etc, along with required transport etc. All the assets were booked and paid for without hassle, and we got electronic confirmation and copies of tickets etc too which is handy! All the assets went perfectly and when we popped back during the week with additional questions and booking requests we had the same positive experience! We would definitely recommend them - it takes all the hassle out of planning stuff for the week, and they really know their stuff! Updated October 2025: we used them again this year - Sara was still here and sorted all our trips again! They all went smoothly - Sara has fantastic knowledge of all the activities - for example knowing which day to book the Teide cable car (after checking weather) so we missed the windy days where it might get cancelled. We would highly recommend them for a smooth and hassle free experience 🤩 10/10.

Moin, Wir haben 2 Ausflüge bei Emociónate Tours im GF Isabel (TUI Kids Club Isabel) gebucht. Einmal Loro Parque Transfer und Eintritt mit 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und einmal Jetskisafari 40 min für 1 Erwachsenen. Beides hat hervorragend geklappt und hatte ein fairen Preis, es gab immer eine Top wegbeschreibung via streetview am PC von dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter oder der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin. Auch konnte man sich gute Infos z.B Abfahrzeiten und Orte für den Free Bus für Aqualand und Jungle Park etc. Unabhängig einer vorherigen Buchung der Tickes einholen. Weiter so !

Booked through Elliot at GF Fañabe and he was amazing! Great customer service, very welcoming and gave us lots of options. Even helped us avoid the big ques at Siam but telling us when the quieter days are. We book Siam park and Lori parque twin ticket as well as a whale and dolphin trip through them. All excursions were amazing and we had a lovely time!

El día de hoy usamos el servicio de Emocionante Tours con el alquiler del barco por 3 horas conducido por mi mismo y fue muy fácil, nos acompaño un día estupendo, soleado, el barco funciona estupendamente, con altavoces que suenan muy bien, el personal muy atento! I booked the Ole Flamenco show through a desk in my hotel (GF Fanabe) and was very happy with the service. Great price (I did check other sites before booking) and we could choose which seats, which online booking with other sites did not offer! Overall very easy, staff was friendly and great value for money!

La verdad es que la experiencia con ellos ha sido de 10!! Alquilamos un barco para pasar el día y ha sido inolvidable, el barco era una pasada, la comunicación con ellos ha sido maravillosa, súper atentos en todo momento. Alquilamos el barco con navegación sin licencia, y la verdad es que la experiencia ha sido muy muy buena. Es muy fácil de conducir y los chicos nos explicaron TODO a la perfección, y han sido muy amables en todo momento. Lo recomiendo 100%, 2 horas se hace corto, recomiendo reservarlo por 1 o 2 horas más!

Ha sido una experiencia súper chula. El entorno inigualable, ver los acantilados desde el barco, un baño estupendo en Masca…el barco tiene todo lo necesario para ir cómodos y seguros. Volveremos a repetir seguro, no podemos olvidarnos de la atención, Kevin súper atento en todo momento. Gran sitio, grandes personas.

Ottima esperienza in catamarano con un'escursione di 4.30h fino al Los Gigantes con avvistamento di balene. Un ringraziamento speciale a Sara che mi ha saputo consigliare varie gite di whale watching, soprattutto quella che poi ho fatto ed aveva ragione è stato bellissimo.

Lovely Sara helped me and booked 3 Siams tickets, and went into full details on where to get bus etc times from by txting me on whatapp.... I am deaf and lipread only and Sara was so patient and made extra effort with me to make sure i understand Sadly both my daughters got sick bug on the our last day of holiday, the day we planned to go to siam park, we all were so upset and i went to see sara and she refunded me my money on the siam park tickets cos we couldnt go... Will be keeping her number on my phone for next time we come back to tenerife, and hopefully she help me plan few good trips x

Wir haben für vier Personen ein Auto ausgeliehen, wurden davor wunderbar und sehr gut von Elliot beraten im Hotel GF Fanabe. Können das sehr weiter empfehlen - die Tour, die wir dann unternommen haben, war wirklich wunderbar über La Laguna, La Orotava und den Teide Nationalpark zurück nach Costa Adeje. Alquilamos un coche para cuatro personas, Elliot nos aconsejó maravillosamente y muy bien. Puedo recomendarlo mucho. El recorrido que luego hicimos fue realmente maravilloso a través de La Laguna, La Orotava y el Parque Nacional del Teide de regreso a Costa Adeje.

Hi. We were staying in GF Isabel Costa Adeje recently + asked the rep - Sara from "Emocionate Tours" to arrange a trip to mount Tiede.She was a great help and suggested a number of possibilities that would suit us. We booked the Jeep tour + everything went as planned. Great experience as explained by Sara. A few days later we asked about a guided tour around a banana plantation + once again Sara was able to arrange everything swiftly, even explaining different possibilities for travel. The tour was at "Las Margaritas Plantation" - very interesting. Thanks to Sara for her help with all of that 😀.

Abbiamo prenotato con loro l’escursione per Loro Parque per 4 adulti + 1 bambino ed è stato organizzato tutto perfettamente. Dal ritiro in hotel con il bus, al biglietto d’entrata al parco, fino al rientro sempre in bus. Tutto perfetto, consiglio vivamente! ♥️

This company offers its services right in the hotel, near the reception. I highly recommend consulting with them, booking excursions, and renting cars through them. The prices are the same as in the city, and the excursion options are identical. However, the big difference is that they at least speak English and are much less pushy. In the city, street vendors constantly hassle you like market traders, shouting, "Buy, buy, buy!" They pressure you to purchase immediately, claiming you'll perfectly catch an excursion on time. They tell you that you'll be picked up at 10:00 AM, but in reality, you end up waiting at the bus stop under the sun because they actually pick you up at 10:45 AM. The street seller was just eager to make a sale. The team from this company knows how to plan properly and will help you choose the option that truly fits your needs and schedule. It's better to go to them rather than street vendors!

We booked 2 activities through elliot at our hotel we booked a boat tour and the sunset quad both where amazing! elliot was very friendly and informative i would 100% recommend him to anyone looking on booking activities in tenerife as he made the process really easy!

Korzystaliśmy z wypożyczalni samochodów przy hotelu GF Fanabe. Samochód z napędem hybrydowym z pełnym ubezpieczeniem . Bez kaucji. Płatniść kartą lub gotówką . Bardzo mili i bezproblemowi pracownicy z możliwością całodobowego kontaktu . Ważne jest to aby na urlopie nie mieć problemów z samochodem . Dlatego szczerze polecam .

Todo genial! Elliot nos ayudó y nos dio sugerencias que nos vinieron estupendamente para disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. Hicimos una excursión en catamarán donde pudimos ver ballenas, delfines y acantilados espectaculares. Visitamos el Loro Parque (visita obligada) y nos gestionó el alquiler de un coche para recorrer la isla. Great trip, spent about an hour on the dirt tracks which was brilliant fun. Our 8 year old really enjoyed it too. The ride up towards Mt Teide was lovely, very cold at top and coming back down but great way to spend the afternoon. Guides were very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend.

Elliot was the most helpful person that we found on our trip to the canary islands. I was very happy that I had added WhatsApp on another trip I took to the Ivory Coast in Africa. He answered all of our questions and then went above and beyond by offering more details. All documented in whatsapp. If we had stayed longer, we would have used Elliot to purchase tours or shows in the area. I think ole, the flamenco dance would have been the first. My only regret is we did not tip him enough.

I am extremely satisfied with Emocionate Tours and team are very helpful to arrange a rental car for my family in Tenerife. Hanniel was very helpful as my revolut card has not worked to book online and he provided their company bank details to secure a car as it was very busy Xmas time. We had a fab time at the park, would highly recommend it. It was nice a quiet as all the kids were back at school. The only issue we had is the bus driver seemed reluctant to drop us back to Adeje, he wanted us off the bus at Las Americas. The bus is also open top and I am surprised someone hasn't had a serious injury with the trees that whack you in the face as you drive by.

Pagamos por un coche de clase B con aire acondicionado y cuando nos lo entregaron nos avisaron que si teníamos que subir subidas tendríamos que apagar el aire y darle más potencia al accelerador porque sino no subiría. Al usarlo nos dimos cuenta que el motor de ese coche era muy pequeño, creo que no llegaba a las 1000 cv y en las subidas, ni sin aire, ni con aire.ja ja ja... ... Le costaba mucho. Lo único bueno que puedo decir, es que nos aplazaron el día de entrega del vehículo porque mi marido se puso enfermo y eso nos ayudó a poder disfrutar más del coche y ver la isla. Mil gracias por ese aspecto! El personal, todos muy competentes y amables.

First we booked a buggy tour to the El Teide. Sara explained and it was very easy going. Payed beforehand and got all the information per WhatsApp. We got picked up at the hotel to drive to the Buddy office and from there our tour guide Alex explained the things for the buggy and some information about the volcano. The next day we wanted to rent a car. Elliot made a few calls, because we wanted to fit 6 people. 2 cars were arranged and fit what we needed. We asked for some tips for a drive around the island and got a bunch of tips and recommendations, what to see and restaurants via WhatsApp. When we saw him the next day, he even asked how it was. Extra plus for these dedicated people. Know exactly what you want (and need).

We have just returned from GF Fanabe in lCosta Adeje Tenerife and would like to leave feedback of the help we received. We spoke to Elliot regarding some excursions we wanted to do and he was so helpful it was brilliant. We booked to go on a 4 hour whale and dolphin boat trip, a double ticket for Loro Parque and Siam park, and an evening show down at the GF Victoria. Elliot was so helpful, talked us through each excursion, explained the travel arrangements and e planned how to get crochet bus stop that we needed to get to. It was then followed up with very comprehensive emails, detailing every about the excursions, details of travel and even pictures and maps of how to get to the bus stop and an actual picture of the bus stop, and them pdf's of the tickets. He was lovely to talk to, extremely helpful and made ut so easy to book everything that we wanted to do. He was very nice and easy to talk to, and a very good advert for your company. We are already planning to come back to Tenerife next year, and will definitely go straight back to Elliot for help booking the next lot of things we want to do. Elliot is a real asset to your company, and was very approachable and nice to talk to. Thank you for everything Elliot, you made a real difference in booking things to do and made it all so easy . We booked a jeep safari day trip and a combined ticket for aqualand and jungle park during our stay in Tenerife. Sara was full of ideas and she helped us find the most suitable attractions for our family. I lost our tickets for one of the parks but they sorted it out without an issue. The jeep safari was a great excursion to see a bit more of the Island outside of tourist resorts. Our guide was very friedly, full of interesting and funny stories and we had a great day out. Aqualand and jungle park were good fun too. Overall a very good experience.

I recently stayed at the GF Fanabe with my parents to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We rented a car for a couple of days, Elliot on the tour desk was very helpful and took care of everything for us. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable even suggesting places we could park to easily access the places we were going to, and sending me links via whatsapp. Highly recommend Elliot & this service.

We had an excellent experience with Emocionate Tours in Tenerife. Elliot was very helpful in his advice and gave us recommendations of excursions that he thought we would like. We did the kayak and snorkel tour in Los Cristianos to see dolphins, Sea Quest boat trip to see pilot whales and SUP paddleboarding in La Caleta, all of which were wonderful experiences and we would very much recommend. Elliot was always careful to pick the best time and date, depending on weather forecasts and our other plans etc. Communication was excellent and it was all very easy. After our excursions, Elliot reached out to us to see if we had enjoyed them. Thank you for some great holiday memories!

We were collected directly outside our hotel by coach for the Tiede by night experience. To be quite honest we didn't expect to see alot as it was cloudy and windy. Ozzie from start to finish was AMAZING...what a clever man! We were driven up the mountain and had a meal which consisted of soup, chicken salad and dessert, the service for the food was extremely good and staff really efficient. The clouds seemed to shift and the sky was so pretty, we even got to see a few shooting stars. Thanks to everyone involved for a great night.

Fantastic staff, very helpful, we booked a car hire, boat hire and booked tickets for loro parque, very helpful and knowledgeable lady on the desk in GF Gran Costa Adeje hotel. You can hire a boat and sail it on your own without a licence, we had a fantastic 2 hours on three boat, just only wish we booked for 3 hours time fly when having fun, you can anchor on a beach with no other access to the beach except by boat 👌👌👌 Thankyou so much Neil 👌

Absolutely brilliant trip to Loro Parque with this company. From the moment we booked, then got picked up on the morning we were going, we were well looked after. A lady called Sara messaged me to make sure everything was okay, she was precise with pick up times, location etc. Well worth the trip and money! Hicimos motos de agua y parasailing, puedo decir q muy emocionante las dos ,pero las motos de agua ,es flipante,deblas experiencias que son para repetir.La chica de Emocionate Tours (Sara)un 10 ,amable ,y muy simpática.Los trabajadores de los puestos donde te dan los chalecos y los chicos de las lanchas(taxis) todos majísimos.asi que ,en general la experiencia y el trato un 10🥰.Tmb fuimos en el barco vikingo,donde pudimos ver los cachalotes ,los trabajadores del barco muy amables , siempre pendiente de los pasajeros,por si alguien se mareaba.mañana iremos en quad al Teide ....ya os contaré 😁🥰

We met the team and took their advice re days/times to get the best out of the excursions we booked. We did Siam Park at night to avoid the crowds, queues and heat and it was fabulous! We also booked one of the smaller catamarans which provided a good lunch and drinks during the 3 hour excursion. We saw sea turtles, pilot whales and had the opportunity to snorkel and swim for a while. In addition the team kept us right about where to go and also gave us good advice about places to see even when we were not booking a formal trip with them. I would highly recommend you call and chat with them...they will definitely find something for everyone. Amy and Sara...thank you! We will be back🤩

The best trip we have done in years. Its very good at the start and then keeps getting better!! Helena the tour guide we had was friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming. We had a proper desert experience, a cultural experience and finally a dark sky astronomical experience. The moon was out for us so not all stars were visible but that did not dent the experience. Wonderful.

Ho fatto diverse escursioni con Emocionates Tours personale accogliente,preparato, disponibilissimo per ogni problema/dubbio!!!!Spettacolo di Flamenco SUPER!! Gita in barca di 3 ore con Opera 60 sotto la guida di Fabrizio.....un vero spasso! Abbiamo visto balene, delfini ed anche una tartaruga ! Mangiato e bevuto benissimo!!!! Assolutamente consigliato!!!!! Altra gita in barca di 6 ore con Big Smile favolosa!!!!!!! Capitano cortese ed educato! Mangiato e bevuto benessimo dolci compresi ! We booked on the Sunday afternoon for the following day to go to LORO PARQUE. Everything was explained well pick up and drop off times. Fantastic day.. just wish we had more time to book more excursions. Will be using again when we return Thank you again

Con el tiempo justo acudimos a Sara de Emociónate buscando una salida en barco para avistar cetáceos. Servicio muy completo. Amplia oferta, recogida en hotel y excursión de tres horas en barco. En la excursión vimos ballenas piloto, nos bañamos, comimos arroz canario, postre y bebida. El personal del barco tremendamente volcado y haciendo que no faltase de nada. Con mi hijo compartieron experiencias, nos enseñaron libros y curiosidades de los cetáceos... Muy recomendable. Gracias.

Whilst staying at the GF Fanabe in Costa Adeje, we booked 2 trips via the tour company. Both trios were booked with Elliot, who was extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Elliot took my wife and I through the details of the tours and his enthusiasm and passion shone through. It was good to know that he had experienced the tours himself and so was able to give his own thoughts about them too. Elliot went above and beyond, even after the tours, in order to make sure we were happy with purchases and received our photo's of one tour. Je vous recommande le Scandal show, j’ai été très surpris d’une part de l’organisation du service mais surtout du show, il fut très impressionnant et diversifié à aucun moment je ne me suis ennuyé. De plus nous avons eu droit à une entrée, un plat de résistance et un dessert de bonne qualité avec vin à volonté. N’hésitez surtout pas !
