Een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame man, we hadden 2 e-steps voor een dag gehuurd en mochten ze de avond ervoor al op komen halen. De beste man heeft ons ook mooie routes meegegeven om te rijden langs wel de mooiste plekjes rondom Maspalomas.

I recently booked a super fun boat trip with Free Wheels Sport Club, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, from the moment we arrived until the end of the trip. The crew was friendly and attentive, making sure that everyone had a fantastic time on the water. In addition to the boat trip, I also arranged for 3 days of padel training with Julio Acuńs. He is an incredibly professional coach, and I can't express how much I learned during our sessions together. His expertise and passion for the sport made every lesson a truly enriching experience. It was an honor to receive guidance from someone with such a deep understanding of padel. The service provided by Free Wheels Sport Club was top-notch throughout our entire vacation. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. This combination of activities not only enhanced our holiday but truly made it unforgettable. Enorm oude fietsen, en daar nog n borg van 50€ voor vragen ook.. we wilden fietsen huren, een oude boze meneer die de tent runt was aan het bellen en dat duurde maar. Eindelijk was dat klaar en toen moet ie weer bellen, ik zei: nog 5 minuten, dan gaan we. Eindelijk werden we geholpen, de oudste fietsen die in huis waren konden we huren, en dus met n flinke borg. Echt niet, fijn links laten liggen, deze nurks.

The owner was nervous. Some clients where asked for additional money.

Owner is totally inadequate, not recommend! Make a detailed description of all equipment you rent! When starting, make lots of photos, fixate all loose screws, lurky mud guards, all old small scratches etc. We returned a scooter with a fallen reflector. It just fell off when parking scooter near the road side. Ok, my bad, I excused and gave reflector to owner and then ...Drama started! He started claiming that scooter has been totally broken: it was scratched, the motor was dead, reflector damaged, everything dirty and mud guard totally destroyed! Damage: 150€. I was shocked, since I did not had done anything bad to any rented equipment in my 50 years! Owner became more and more nervous and yelled at me that his "friendly" offer is 50€ for all damages. I refused and said that I would call the police, he said in that case he was not going to return anything from 300€ security deposit for all the bikes and scooters we had rented! He mentioned that his rent had only good reviews and that I am an animal destroying his superb equipment! ;O I called Gran Canaria local police in Maspalomas and they promised to come. In that moment he started filming us without a legal permission. We waited for a police and just to shorten time tried to understand all claims he was yelling at us. Broken motor: total lies, motor was working ok. New scratches on scooter: total lies, since neither me or the scooter had fallen. Fallen reflector: I sent my son to nearest shop to buy some glue to attach it back. Owner refused and claimed that he will do it himselves with hot glue and it was total nothing. Ok, so no problem. Broken mud guard: hmm, I noticed that it became loose because of 3 loose holding screws. It was not my fault, but I offered to tighten them by myself while waiting for the police. The Owner refused again and suddenly started tightening them himself. Police called back to ask for a precise address of Free Wheels Sports Club and then the guy asked us to return all legal papers (contract) and decided to return deposit money in full! Case closed, I asked police not to come. It is up to you to decide whether or not to use this service but I have warned. My friends used bikes from a nearby bike rent and they had no problems, just 5 star service. I give One Star to Free Wheels and it is already too much for 40 minutes unnecessary, rude and dishonest dispute with that Drama Queen. Feliz Navidad!

Super uitleg over de te boeken activiteiten en fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. Wilt je een leuke dag bezorgen en geeft korting zoveel als mogelijk is. We hebben zelfs zijn muziekbox mogen lenen voor een dag voor ons boottripje. Je bent een toppertje!

Very good place to rent a mountainbike. Very good bike en very good service. The owner gave me also an excellent trail to follow. Repairset, helmet,... you get it all for just 20 euro and you have the bike all day. You can already take him with you the day before when you want to leave early. Don't hesitate. Go there if you want to ride a bike in Playa del Ingles.

Very good place!!! We rented out two bikes and had an amazing experience. Good bikes, nice owner and a really good explanatian of the area and the different routes to take! Possible to book a lot of different activities for a fair price, defintitly a recommendation!

Hier haben wir 2 E Scooter ausgeliehen, absolut Top. 1 Scooter hatte nach 1 Std einen elektrischen Defekt, dafür konnte der Betreiber nix. Nach Mitteilung unseres Standorts bekamen wir umgehend einen neuen Scooter gebracht. Das nenne ich Service !

Sehr freundlich war der Herr. Zudem hatte er ein paar super Tipps für ne sportliche Fahrradtour zu einem abgelegenen Strand (geht gut Hügel ab und auf 😅). Fahrräder waren absolut in Ordnung der Preis von 20€ war auch okay.

Good place to Fins your trips and honest advise

Planned 2 trips at this place. First should last like 2 hours, took us 8. Second should take like 3,5 hours, took us 9. This guy with his company is a big fraud. He stole more then a day from our holiday. Beside that we found out later that the people who where with us at the same trip payed less than 50% of the price we paid. Maybe its a good store to rent a bike, but I would highly recommend to plan your trips elsewhere instead of here because believe me you will get scammed. If you give him this feedback he tells you that it was our own choice to pay this much, yeah hes right but NO its not fair because you expect that a guy like this will give you good advice instead of trying to scam you in front of your own eyes. BE AWARED

We played padel for an hour and we rented a bike for a whole day. The service was amazing and the owner was really nice. He recommended a lot of paths that we could go on the bike and they were very beautiful.

Very nice and informative guy running this business. Took time to map out the possible routes we could take when renting our scooters. The rental itself was cheap (€20 for 3hrs) and the scooters were in excellent condition (nice pace to them too 😉) We saw a lot of the area that we wouldn’t have seen if it weren’t for the recommendations given. Open later than many other rental places in the area, which is what attracted us in the first place. Even took pictures for us and made it to the Facebook page!! Genuine guy and brand new scooters!

Oh my goodness.... I am usually wary of these excursion sales places but Manny was so inviting, helpful, and honest that it felt more like getting help from an old friend. For anyone looking for parasailing, SCUBA, snorkeling, dolphin watching, ATVs or anything... please give him a call!!!

We stopped to look at the bikes and the owner was extremely helpful. He assisted us with hiring a car for a few days, talked us through where to visit and gave us a map with recommendations for places to eat. He also booked our trip for the market and boat trip to see the dolphins. He advised us on the best things to see and do and what would be a waste of our time. Highly recommend!

Very poor services. Sold us boat trip and when we got there there wasn't any space. Also be aware when paying cash. As I had to get a taxi back from porto Rico as boat didn't had space for us. We spent 30 euros on taxi got to his shop and ask money back and him refused refund and took as out of his shop.

Very poor service sold us a boat trip and they over sold, and last people had to go like sardines! Complaint about it and he literally got us out of shop and close his doors. Need any boat trips go to Porto Rico. There you can see the boats

We were staying at a hotel nearby and decided to go rent two bikes from this place for 1 day. Prices are good, the owner doesn't try to convince you to take anything in particular, he just presents the pros/cons of each bike so you can decide on whatever you need. Afterwards there's some paperwork which is quickly done and then you get a map with a bunch of stuff to do, he recommended a restaurant which we went to and it was very good. Very good experience, I recommend this place.

We spontaneously rented a bicycle for one day from this place and were very surprised with the owner's kindness and helpfulness. Very happy about our experience, definetely recommend this place!

Very kind and friendly service! We rented car from here and we got many good tips what to see and where to go. We also played padel here with kids few times. Padel costs only 10e/hour and it includes rackets and balls. Highly recommended!

Uitstekende fietsverhuur in Playa del Ingels. Goede fietsen en een prima uitleg van de eigenaar over de omgeving en wat leuk is om te bezoeken op de fiets. Playa en Maspalomas zijn erg geschikt voor een leuke tour van een dag. Prijs is zeer aantrekkelijk.

We rented two citybikes for almost two weeks. The bike was easy to cycle and the basket was a great help. The owner gave good directions and outlined different highlights on a map. When we delievered the bike, there was no trouble getting the deposit back. The Shop is also close to the beach and Joe`s Gym. We can recommend cycle to Meloneras, and Meloneras Beach. Good bikes but terrible customer service. My girlfriend and i rented 2 city bikes for a day. We brought back our bikes that evening and one of them had a scratch on the frame. It was a complete accident that happened when we were locking the bikes to a pole. We were more than happy to pay whatever was needed from the 100 euro deposit that we paid at the beginning. The owner immediately got very angry, storming around and speaking to us with a nasty attitude. We said that we would pay whatever, but he continued to be extremely rude, saying that the bike was now unusable and that he was €450 out of pocket because he would now have to get rid of the bike. We tried to reason with him saying that it was just a scratch and that he could get it repainted with the deposit money but he was having none of it. Myself and my girlfriend told the owner that we didn't like the way he was speaking to us but he just argued back. We told him that he shouldn't speak to his customers in this way and he said "i don't have to be nice to you, you damaged my bike". He text us the next day saying that the damage actually only cost €20 to fix (instead of the €50 that he took from our deposit) and he said we could come by the shop to collect the €30 overcharged, and he apologized for his behavior. When we told him that we did not want to come back to his shop because of the way he had treated us, he just went straight back to being nasty and started saying he was €450 out of pocket again. A wholely unpleasant experience. I would not recommend anybody to visit this bike rental shop.

Terrible service. I have rented a bike for 20 days. I wanted to bring it back one day earlier because I was leaving for a long trip. I texted the owner that I would like to return the bike earlier but he said he cannot take it because he's away (it was his official working hours). He suggested bringing the bike after my trip. I did so, but he asked to pay for those extra days. If the owner decides to take time off at the working hours and I have to bring the bike later, I think I shouldnt be paying extra. The worst part that the person wasnt looking for any compromise - only started raising the voice after explaining the way I see the situation, it all ended up us shouting at each other. Super non-pleasant end of holiday. I really recommend looking for another bike rental, there are plenty. And make sure they work on the working hours,not at the random times. P.S. the surfschool he sold to me doesn't speak English, that's also a disappointment.

We rented bikes here. The bikes were great and easy to cycle. Great gears which helped cycling uphill! Great and very friendly service with explanation on where to go on the island and where to see the best sunsets! Definitely recommend.

We hired two electric scooters off Free Wheels. For an hour is was about £10 to hire. He gave a quick lesson and good directions regarding where to go. All in all, top value and great fun.

Sehr freundlich und alles gut erklärt, haben uns 3 Fahrräder ausgeliehen und er hat sogar extra noch telefoniert das wir 2 Mountain E-Bikes bekommen, waren am Nächsten Tag sofort bereit, Fahrradtour war top. Nach 3 Tagen wieder zurückgebracht war alles in Ordnung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Wir haben uns 2 E-Chopper ausgeliehen. Es ging spontan und schnell. Englischsprachig, deutsch geht nicht. Uns wurde freundlich alles erklärt und einen guten Tipp für die Route gab es auch. Das Leihmaterial machte optisch einen sehr guten Eindruck. Fahrräder waren Markenräder. Es gab verschiedene Arten von Fahrrädern zu verschiedenen Preisen. Die Preise an sich waren auch ok. Je nach Fahrzeugtyp lag der Preis zwischen 10-25€ die Stunde. Ab 2 Stunden gab es etwas Rabatt. 50 Euro Pfand pro geliehenem Fahrzeug sind fällig. Es gibt aber auch eine Rechnung wo das vermerkt ist und man bekommt das Geld anstandslos zurück.
