Glass Bottom Boat Tours Gran Canaria

Wir haben diese Tour schon einmal vor 6 Jahren gemacht und waren damals sehr zufrieden. Nun (Oktober 2025) hat es uns nicht gefallen und wir würden die Tour nicht noch einmal buchen. Wir hatten mit Pickup gebucht - diese Extraleistung ist von Anfang bis Ende an Dilettantismus nicht zu überbieten. Obwohl man den gewünschten Pickup-Ort bei der Buchung angibt, werden Ort und Zeit nicht kommuniziert, sondern man muss eine Telefonnummer anrufen. Habe ich am Tag vor der Fahrt gemacht, aber letztlich ist der Pickup trotzdem fehlgeschlagen und wir mussten mit dem Taxi von Maspalomas nach Puerto Rico fahren!!! Die Bootstour an sich war okay und wir haben wieder viele Delfine gesehen, aber kleines Boot, restlos voll (Gedränge an der Reeling) und was mich sehr geärgert hat: Keinerlei Getränkeangebot!

We booked the 2 hours dolphins tour and we saw a lot of dolphins and also a lot of flying fishs. But beware that you could be sea sick because it’s at high see ( one hour from the coast). A lot of people were sick during the tour.

Leider war diese Bootstour sehr enttäuschend überfülltes Boot, die Delfine wurden von drei Großen Booten eingekesselt, jagt auf Delfine was anders ist das leider nicht, sorry No Go nie wieder so ein Boot

The glass bottom is a joke. It's a small window at the bottom of the ship and you won't see a thing. Just a marketing trick to draw you in. It's a fraud. This trip itself is nice though, but you can do this with any other provider.

Very poor communication. Our tour was cancelled (due to choppy waters which is totally understandable and not an issue), but we only found out because WE called them when our transport didn't arrive. There was no incentive on their side to communicate the cancellation to us. We were informed we would get a full refund but this has yet to happen. If you book with this company do so very cautiously. EDIT: A refund has still not been issued.

Glas boot, ja ja kleine raampjes die zijn er.. maar het is totaal nutteloos met hoe hard ze varen je ziet helemaal niks. Deze boot is gewoon een snelle pendelboot echt Zonde voor je geld de bus is vele male goedkoper.

Great service, although mostly set off as minute early

Es ist eine tolle tour mit fast 3 stunden ist auch ziemlich lang. Das Team war freundlich, hat oft gefragt ob es den Gästen gut geht. Ich denke einige geht es schlecht wenn die Wellen, das Boot stark schaukelt. Ich empfehle es allen Gästen sich warm anzuziehen und trotzdem Sonnencremes mitzunehmen. Es kann kurzfristig kalt und wieder sehr warm in der Sonne werden. Es wird ein Foto am Anfang gemacht und später auf einem Schlüssel Anhänger und Fotopapier gedruckt. 5€ für den Anhänger und 15 für das große Foto. Finde ich ok. Wir habe, nach meinem Gefühl, die Delfine auch nicht zusehr belästigt. Sobald wir bei den Delfinen waren wurde der Motor sehr stark runtergefahren. Ein einprägsames Erlebnis.

Una experiencia muy bonita...se vieron bastantes delfines y peces voladores...la tripulación muy agradable...sin duda recomendable y para repetir...

Un paseo que realmente vale la pena! Te garantizan con 95% de seguridad que verás delfines y de no verlos te ofrecen un nuevo tour al día siguiente sin costo extra. Nosotros compramos boletos con una persona que los vendía en el malecón. Al principio nos dio desconfianza pero todo funcionó perfecto. Son fiables estas personas que ofrecen estas excursiones. Les pagas la mitad y te dan un folleto como recibo de lo que les diste y el día de la excursión se paga el resto directamente en el barco. Aseguraban que por cuestiones de COVID-19 llenaban el barco solo al 50% de su capacidad lo cual nos dio confianza pero esto fue mentira, los barcos iban llenos en su totalidad. Así que esto fue decepcionante. Logramos ver muchos delfines así que a pesar de el lleno del barco valió mucho la pena. Una experiencia que bien vale lo que pagas por ella. ~•~•~ En underbar erfarenhet! Det är värt varenda krona! Vi köpte biljetterna från en person som stod vid hamnen. Vi var lite skeptiska i början men det funkade perfekt. Man betalar hälften till dem och man får ett handskriven kvitto, resten betalar man direkt på båten dagen du ska åka. De sa att de skulle sälja hälften av platserna pga COVID-19 men det stämde inte alls. Alla platser var sålda.

Hastle from start to Finnish. Paid €50 deposit on Monday to go on Friday because it was the day the market was on. Adv to wait by the holiday world at 8:55 for puck up. 9:10 and still no show. Called the seller and they had forgotten about us. After a few tooing and froing conversation about collection and being advised to go the day after i suggested a taxi and knock off the remaining price which they said ok. Arrived at 10am in Morgan and was then told it will be 12pm meet up at a hotel nearby and someone will meet us. As the markets were on we didnt mind so we did. Went to the collection place and no one arrived by 12:15 so we took a walk to the boat. The wait to speak to someone was ridiculous. The lady we ended up speaking to was a waste of time and not helpful at all. So they deducted the taxi amount off and just by chance i asked about return coach. She spoke to someone who said there was only 3 places!!!! Few choice words were said as there were 4 of us. They had obviously not forgotten to collect us in the first place just didnt have the space!!! She said you can have a refund but refused to give us the money taxi for there or back do would have wasted €65 if we had of cancelled. Quick to take the money but not to help! She said she would sort return and to see her when we arrive back. Disappeared as soon as we arrived Waste of time so dont bother. The boat ride itself was worth it but find another company who actually have some form of customer service skills!!!!!!!

Not worth your money at all. Not great communication with the company. All I got from this experience was extremely seasick and rude staff who didn’t care about your well-being. Don’t waste your time here!!

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos gratamente de la excursión. La recomiendo 100%.

Booked boat trip with them, paid deposit, no tickets arrived I had to call boat company many times to confirm pick up etc, ended up paying much more than they advertised, this company is useless avoid at all costs

Massa toerisme voor teveel geld. Eerst 1,5 uur rijden met de bus vanuit ons hotel. En daarna hadden wij de pech dat we met onze kinderen in het midden van boot moesten zitten. Amper zicht. Echt een waste of time and money. En die glass bottom is niks anders dan 8 vlakken van 50x50 cm op de bodem (aparte ruimte) waar je niks door ziet. Trap er niet in.

A big fraude, don't waist your money or your precious time. We have seen no whales no dolphins only got seasick children and a big disappointment

Paid for a tour, never got a confirmation. When we called they offered us a different tour. We wanted a refund and never got it.

Just a water taxi,they should be more clear about this on their website.

There was no glass bottom, just 8 small windows obout (40x50cm) and nothing to see from them. On the hier deck we did saw the dolphins, thank you captain🙏.

I was promised a refund, for a tour that I was unable to take because of their misinformation. I have been waiting for this refund for over 1 month, they keep on saying they will call me back for an update but they never do. I still have not received my refund. Not reliable, I do not recommend them.

Inefficient and lack of communication. I was looking forward to the dolphin tour I had booked online. Their website advertised a tour at 15:30, but they no longer run this due to the pandemic. Unfortunately they have not updated their website and did not communicate it when we spoke on the phone. I even called 2 hours before the tour, while I was on my way, to confirm it was still on, and they confirmed it. It was quite unpleasant to take the bus from Las Palmas all the way to Puerto Rico to realise that they do not have a tour in the afternoon. Serious problem of communication depending on who you speak to. Wasted 3 hours of my time and the cost of transport because of their lack of communication. There are plenty of other companies to book from.

Schöne Tour, leider war der "Glasboden" etwas klein... bei der Bootauswahl also drauf achten!!!

Family run business, booked and paid with mastercard via their website (7/2019: 29 eur for 3 hour dolphin-seeing trip). Book at least 1 day in advance, not possible to book for the same day (at least so we have been told). Staff was friendly (especially the owner): they called us to re-check our pick-up location and dropped us off later at our hotel in Maspalomas. Dolphins you ask: plenty, spent cca 1 hour watching them, beautiful creatures. Over-all a good experience and with a fair price-tag.
