Cuidado los proveedores que le vendan o quieran venderle mercadería a este restaurante desde el mes de julio que estoy intentando cobrar dos facturas de 1.490,18€ de pescado que encima le sacan de ganancia al salmón 12€ de más y a las lubinas 10€ pescado que claramente ya vendieron en su momento y nosotros esperando el pago que nunca llega . El dueño ni siquiera nos responde en su momento nos dijo que estaba pasando un mal momento malas ventas y que tenía que pagar nóminas casi 4 meses después … 0 interés de pagar nada . Quedará todo vía judicial lamentablemente con esta gente no quedo otra opción . Así funciona esto uno confía en dejar créditos en mercadería y esto es lo que sucede nefasto.

Heel mooie trip van 4 uur. Uurtje varen dan 2 uur voor anker met allerlei watersporten, snorkelen, jetskiën en padelboarden. Daarnaworden er heerlijke tapas geserveerd inclusief allerlei drankjes. Maximaal 12 personen per trip. Super gezellig personeel aan boord. Echt een aanrader!

Fantastic excursion , staff very friendly including Lawrence who sold us the tickets initially . We were a family of 5 of which we were collected free from our hotel also dropped off at the end of the day all n the price & had the best time , we sailed into a lovely cove area where we anchored down and swam with the many many fish , used the paddle boards also had a ride on the jet ski , food was good although maybe a little more required , beer was flowing , the boat was shared but only upto 12 & it was perfect , the other guests were great too , an absolute amazing day well worth the money & defo do it again on return to Gran Canaria *****👍🏻

Unforgettable Boat Trip – Highly Recommended! Our trip was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were picked up and dropped off right at our hotel, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The boat itself was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for a group of 12 to relax and enjoy the day. The Captain and his colleague were fantastic hosts—friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making the experience special. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the trip superb. Drinks were included, with a great selection of soft drinks, beer, and sangria (which was especially delicious!). Lunch was a generous tapas selection—fresh, flavourful, and perfect for sharing. We stopped near stunning cliffs for swimming and snorkelling, and the views were absolutely brilliant. There were also water sports available at a very reasonable price, adding even more fun to the day. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable boat trip with fantastic people who go above and beyond, this is it. Could not recommend it highly enough. Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

The best experience ever! This is a must if in the canaries! Alberto and Onan were great guides. Lots to do on the trip, lovely food, glasses always full, plus paddle boarding, jet skis and snorkelling in crystal blue waters with the fish! Great value for money!

Toller Ausflug, die Skipper Alberto und Onan waren sehr cool drauf und immer freundlich. Die Gruppe war mit 11 Personen eine gute Größe. Es hat alles gepasst: Die Stimmung, das Essen, die Drinks, die Entspannung und der Spaß kam auch nicht zu kurz. Kann Panda Boat nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

The boat trip was amazing. The boat was very good and the group was small so everybody had space and felt comfortable. The sangria was delicious and we had a lot of fun 🙌🏻☀️. I also loved the ride with the jetski in the bay.

We had such a good time on the Panda Boat tour. They excelled at looking after their clients and this started with the pickup from our accommodation and the offer of a drink as soon as we were on board. The boat didn’t feel crowded at all, and we had the pleasure of a lovely group of people to share the journey. We sat right up front to allay any potential sea sickness and the journey to our snorkelling stop was smooth and relaxing, The cove was secluded and quiet as it was only accessible by boat, and there was plenty of marine life to be seen whilst snorkelling, where we had plenty of time to take it all in. A nice meal and a motor back via Puerto Mogan and some other spots on the way back was a relaxing way to finish. Panda even had a restaurant and we were offered a discount to visit. The food there was great as was the service. The whole experience was a real highlight to our holiday and thoroughly recommended.

Terrible company, the tour and the treatment left A LOT to be desired. The terrible thing was at the end of the tour and arriving at the port, the Panda Boat driver started an argument with the company on the boat next door, she tried to force and throw a girl into the water, and her partner physically attacked the girl on the boat. another company. It's a shame that we are in this society with people like that, that a man attacks a woman in front of all the clients and while the panda boat driver was attacking her, recording it and laughing out loud, what a shameful company, that should be reported! ! Never again with this company, terrible!

Was an incredible 4 hour trip, the staff were very infomative about what was available and attentive to us all. Had a range of drinks and food available was delicious. Personally used the Jetski and did snorkeling which was so much fun for us. Albert was very kind and Juan the driver has clearly been doing this for years both would make sure everyone was okay throughout the trip. Lawrence who sold us the tickets was also an absolute delight with good banter and helped us choose this trip 😁

Byliśmy dwoma rodzinami- łącznie 4 osoby dorosłe i 4 dzieci w wieku 1-8 lat. Wycieczka absolutnie warta każdych pieniędzy, transport do/z hotelu busem, a później miła obsługa na jachcie. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, a Nasze dzieci zaopiekowane - na postoju było też karmienie rybek, a każde z dzieci miało kamizelkę w swoim rozmiarze. Jacht nowoczesny, czysty, w przerwie dostępne nieodpłatnie supy, platformy do opalania. Mimo początkowych obaw- była to najlepsza wycieczka! Niestety nie pamiętam imion załogi- młoda dziewczyna i sternik, którego zdjęcia tutaj widziałam :) polecam !

We booked a tour for 3 hours today and got picked up at the hotel precisely at the agreed time. When we arrived at the boat we were greeted by Albert and Juan, who were absolutely great and always made sure we have a good time and everything we need. After about 1 hour of cruising along the coast, we arrived at the spot for swimming and snorkeling. Albert and Juan gave us tips where to swim to see fish and also offered us an electric diving scooter, which was a lot of fun! After swimming we had some tapas and then headed back with another ~ 1 hour or cruising. We were very happy with the tour and would definitely recommend this experience and the crew!

Eine fantastische 4 stündige Boots- und Schnorcheltour haben wir mit 11 Leuten (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) auf einer eigenen Jacht erleben dürfen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war super. Günstiger wird es auf dem Groß-Katamaran auch nicht. Abholservice sowie Getränke (Sangria, Bier, Softgetränke) und kleine Tapas waren inklusive. Nach einer Stunde Fahrt konnten wir schnorcheln und uns am Ankerplatz an der Westküste austoben. Jetski und Sofa (=Bananaboat) hätte extra gekostet; ortsübliche Preise. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an unsere Begleitung RONNIE und an unseren Skipper AZAEL, die uns mit ihrer offenen und freundlichen Art ein unvergessliches Urlaubserlebnis verschaften. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Great day out with the family. The yacht was stunning and the food and drink was excellent- and Alberto was such a great host tending to all our needs while Juan the Captain made sure we saw all the sights. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great excursion

Albert and juan were beyond amazing, we had the private boat for 4 hours and done so many activities, seen so many things and had a great time, the guys are great company to teach you about the land and also have good banter! Overall amazing experience

Wir haben eine 4 stündige Tour gebucht auf einem kleinen Boot. Wir waren, mit der Crew, insgesamt 9 Leute. Man konnte Aktivitäten dazu buchen wie jet Ski fahren, lazy Sofa, etc. Während der Bade Pause gab es tapas und während der ganzen Fahrt bekommt man Getränke. Es war eine unglaubliche Tour und die Crew (Quenez & Vero) waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jedes Mal wieder mit den beiden eine Tour buchen.

We took this 4 hour cruise from Puerto Rico to a secluded bay. Friendly crew (Azael and Quenez). Was small number of people with light lunch and free drinks (beer, Sangria and soft drinks). They have a jet ski option and we stopped for around 90 mins for swimming and snorkelling. Boat is in good condition and comfortable with front deck loungers and back deck shaded or sun seats. Cruise by the coastline and get to see the rugged Gran Canaria cliffs and layered geology. My partner had a bit of sea sickness but the crew put some ice in a bag to help her cool down. Thanks for that! Bring plenty of sun tan lotion it can get hot! Otherwise nice breeze and leisurely trip.

Super. Po przeczytaniu wielu opinii byłem sceptycznie nastawiony. Super ekipa, super rejs, mega pozytywni ludzie, świetna atmosfera. Polecam każdemu. Jest i sangria, piwo i inne napoje, w przerwie są dobre przekąski. Załoga dba o ludzi. Skorzystałbym jeszcze raz gdyby starczyło nam czasu! Transfer spod samych drzwi hotelu do portu pod samą lodz. Mega pozytyw! :)

I had the time of my life on this boat tour, I went with my girlfriend who is autistic and Cristo and Tato were amazing they were really nice caring and compassionate about their job, I have never been on a boat before and I began to feel sea sick at one point, Cristo went too great lengths to make sure I was okay and kept checking up on me, was an amazing experience and would 1000% recommend to anyone

Unsere heutige Bootstour war wundervoll. Bei herrlichem Wetter schipperten wir über glitzerndes Wasser und genossen die wunderschöne Landschaft. Die Kapitäne waren freundlich und erzählte spannende Geschichten über die Region. Ein Highlight war das Beobachten von diversen Fischen. Die Tour bot die perfekte Mischung aus Abenteuer und Entspannung – absolut empfehlenswert!

Absolutely amazing! You ride out for an hour / hour and a half to a hidden private beach area (rocky) to do water sports, snorkeling, etc. Tapas were tasty, drinks provided the whole time. Nice boat and really amazing staff (we had Cristo and Tato) who were fun and helpful the whole time. Best way to spend the day in Gran Canaria!

Excelente atención, el barco es amplio y bonito, Cristóbal y Jesús son excelentes capitanes pasamos una tarde muy amena, buena comida para picar y cócteles increíbles.

Día increíble con Jesus y Cristobal, nos sentimos super bien atendidas, el circuito está genial y las actividades son muy variadas y divertidas. Se amoldaron a lo que nos apetecía hacer en todo momento y los cocktails estaban deliciosos. Experiencia 100% recomendable.

Servizio esclusivo con poche persone a bordo e c’è la possibilità di fare varie attività in acqua come il motoscafo, il crazy sofa e tante altre molto divertenti. Cristo e Marco ci hanno messo a nostro agio e sono molto simpatici. Viene servito il pranzo a buffet con cibo del posto, tutto molto buono. Ci tornerò.

En Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria hay muchos sitios donde puedes hacer excursiones, deportes de agua etc, pero Lawrence nos supo asesorar muy bien y hacer un descuento por lo que merece la pena!!! Es un Yate con máximo 12 personas que en nuestro trayecto fuimos 9, los monitores del Yate Tato y Onan muy profesionales y divertidos, atentos a cada detalle. Una experiencia inolvidable, volveremos!!!!!!!

What a fantastic experience. Sitting on top sunbathing on comfy beds being treated to a first class service by Suso and Ronnie. Lots of free flowing beers 🍻 ( my choice ) other drinks available with fabulous food at the swim stop. Only 8 of us on board so loads of room. Very relaxing ☺️ Thanks guys

From the moment we were picked up from our hotel until we returned, we were entertained and well taken care of. An incredible experience on this private yacht. Fantastic crewing from Owan and Tato. Our second voyage out on this yacht, they took us around the islands so we could take in more scenery. Very attentive, we didn’t have to ask for another drink, always offered. Wonderful tapas prepared. They noticed when my finance was chilly and brought a blanket to her, funny and friendly. Also offered tips and directions to wheely on the jet ski. Would absolutely recommend!

Deutsch: Meine Familie und ich hatten einen wunderbaren 4-Stunden-Trip. Vor Ort dazu gebucht wurden die 4. Stunde, 4x 10 Minuten Jetski und ein Unterwasser-Scooter. Die ganze Aktion war schon teuer, aber es sind trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil man sich das vorher überlegt und alles PERFEKT UMGESETZT wurde! :) English: me and my family had a great 4-hour-trip. The 4th hour, 4x 10 minutes jetski and an underwater-scooter have been booked additionally, right before the start of the tour. The whole thing was pricy, yes, but no need to ho lower than 5 stars. You can decide beforehand, what you want and everything was PERFECTELY EXECUTED! :)

Was für ein wundervoller Ausflug! Super netter Kapitän, und der Service von Natalia war einfach unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend! Sogar unserer Tochter hat es gefallen (und sie ist normalerweise nicht so einfach zu begeistern ;-)) Auch das Essen war großartig! Jederzeit gerne nochmal!! 🥰 Dankeschön!!

Absolutely brilliant experience, 4 hours of pleasant sailing. Also plenty of time spent swimming, paddle boarding and then delicious food prepared by the wonderful Natalia 😋 Would definitely recommend this trip

Brilliant four hour trip, one hour each way with two hours for snorkelling, swimming and lunch. Did jet skiing on way back which was fab! Lovely lunch and lovely crew. Glad we went 😊 Extra thanks to Tato for helping me back on the boat from the jet ski after falling in!

Increíble trato por parte de Natalia y el Capitan, especialmente de Natalia. Todo el tiempo asegurándose de que estábamos bien, si queríamos algo de beber. Increíble ser humano, óptima trabajadora. Ojalá hubiera más gente con esas ganas de trabajar y que sabe tratar a la gente!!! Volveremos seguro!!!!

What an experience. Both our hosts ( including the captain) were accommodating. One of the highlights of our holiday . I recommend the evening tour which includes the sunset and the trip back in darkness. Would do it all again.Thanks guys xx

Una gran diversión. Empresa muy seria y con buenos y grandes profesionales. El capitán del barco un crack y Samu un Tio especial, atento, amable y dispuesto siempre a responder a cualquier necesidad de los que estábamos allí. La comida ofrecida a bordo bien, y las actividades propuestas en la parada del barco genial. Por cierto enviamos un beso a la perita Cai que a todos nos enamoró. Gracias equipo

We had gone out to book a dolphin boat trip on a bigger boat however we came across pandaboats who offered a more personal experience. There was no overcrowding or fighting for a space and only 9 of us on board. The hosts were very attentive to everyone on board to give us the best experience. Little did I know that it would be here that my partner would propose. We were able to share our joy with the other guests and we were quickly presented with champagne. The food offered was enough for all and full of flavour. It may cost a little more but they were honest and couldn't promise any sightings like some of the other tours do. A memorable time at sea and very relaxing. 25/7/23

Great day out, well worth the money. We left at 10.15 and we were back 2.15ish Richard and Natalia were excellent could not be more helpful!!! The food was amazing and drinks also amazing We done the crazy couch also and would give it 10/10 , got to swim for ages and paddle board and snorkel .. there was options to jetski and parasail also for a small fee. Great day out! Would highly recommend :) Laurence down by the harbour will look after you with tickets he was excellent

Eine sehr schöne und entspannte Tour. Das Angebot an Aktivitäten war super, das Boot war sauber und in einem guten Zustand und die Crew sehr freundlich. Das Abholen vom Hotel und zurück lief problemlos. Alles in allem war das absolut Top. Jederzeit wieder.

Ha sido una experiencia excelente, repetiría de nuevo sin dudarlo y lo aconsejo a todos los que han probado dicha experiencia. El trato ha sido de 10 tanto el patrón como Natalia son muy cercanos, agradables y muy serviciales, en todo momento está atentos a ti para que te sientas cómodo y lo vivas intensamente muy top.

Una experiencia inolvidable por un paisaje único de la isla donde puedes apreciar los acantilados y calas de difícil acceso. El barco es muy cómodo y tanto el capitán como la marinera fueron muy amables. Natalia es una persona encantadora siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades y con una sonrisa y buen talante durante toda la travesía. Super recomendable.

We had an amazing trip with the Panda Boat and the great crew that erranged everything. The service, the familiar vibe and all that comes along with it was sooo worth every single minute and money spended. Exceeded all our expectations!! Der Ausflug war bisschen ruhiger als gedacht in langsame Fahrt ging es hin zu einer Bucht, dann Ankern zum Baden, Jetski fahren gegen Gebühr und kleiner Imbiss und wieder zurück… alles in allem sehr gemütlich und relaxed. Der absolute Charme von diesem Ausflug aber war Natalja die für unser Wohlbefinden gesorgt hat. Beeindruckend ihre Herzlichkeit und Lebensfreude zu erleben ! Una tarde espectacular. El barco es grande. La parte de proa está equipada con colchonetas donde se está cómodo y espacioso. Vero es genial y el capitán también. Repetiremos si volvemos a gran canaria y lo recomendaremos. Gran trabajo chicos.

Great day all round, luxury catamaran experience for 4 hours in the beautiful Canarian sunshine! Natalia & Ricard were perfect hosts, nothing too much trouble. Snorkelling, paddle boarding, lovely traditional food & drinks were all spot on! We’ll be back again next year for sure 😀

We booked the boats tour for my 30th birthday with the family and it was awesome! We had the best time and lived our best lifes. The Capatin Ricco and Natalja were so kind and pleasing and fulfilled our wishes to the fullest! Thank you guys so much for the best birthday ever!

Probably the best private boat experience in the Canary Islands. The experience was a 11/10 from the beginning to the end. The whole crew treated us like family and it’s an experience we will never forget, thank you for the amazing experience and food and for looking after us so well Natalia and friend! Una tarde-noche inolvidable. El barco es genial, y el capitán y la tripu, son una pasada. Te hacen disfrutar y ves que realmente les gusta lo que hacen, eso es de agradecer. Te sientes como si estuvieras en compañía de unos amigos. En serio, que si vuelvo a la isla,sin dudarlo volveré a veros chicos!! Os habla la chica de Arinaga, que estuvo con vosotros el día 5 de enero; que se mareo,pero que vosotros volvísteis a recuperar para que disfrutara del viaje. No cambies y buen viaje con vuestra andadura.

Estuvimos este fin de semana y salimos encantados! Precioso recorrido por el sur de la isla. El capitán y las marineras son encantadoras, en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. Repetiremos seguro!

ESPECTACULAR!!!! El mejor plan para pasarse lo bien y disfrutar de unas vistas espectaculares... Y aunque era un día de "invierno" pudimos bañarnos en aguas cristalinas y aventurarnos con alguna de la gran variedad de juguetes acuáticos (tabla de surf a motor, buceo, colchonetas sobre agua, motos de agua, etc.)... Luego un aperitivo de calidad y a la vuelta disfrutamos de un atardecer muy bonito con música tranquila de fondo una mantita cómoda y una tripulación excelente, amable, atenta y profesional. Recomendable 100%... Repetiremos :)))

Tuvimos la suerte de dar con ellos y el trato fue increíble de 10! Tanto el capitán Ricardo como Natalia fueron encantadores, súper atentos en todo momento. Hicieron que nuestra experiencia en Panda Boat fuera una auténtica pasada! Continuamente nos ofrecieron tanto comida, bebida, mantas por si teníamos frío.. mejor que en casa! Reservé una salida en el panda boat con mi novia y fue genial, pasamos una mañana diferente y super relajante. Éramos 10 clientes en total, había espacio cómodo para todos, Natalia estuvo muy pendiente de todo durante toda la experiencia, y hasta probamos la tabla de surf eléctrica, ¡una pasada! Además, Ricard me enseñó una zona genial para hacer snorkel. Lo recomiendo. ¡Repetiremos!

Wir haben heute mit unserer Familie (8 Personen, unter anderem meine Oma 81 Jahre) eine Tour mit dem Panda Boat gemacht. Die Besatzung Ricardo(Kapitän) und Natalia waren sensationell. 🤩 Super Service, leckeres Essen, es war kein Wunsch offen. Es bestand die Möglichkeit zum Baden, Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Standup-Board und auf Wunsch noch vieles mehr. Sprachen war Deutsch (Natalia spricht sehr gut Deutsch) und Englisch mit dem Kapitän, da wir leider noch kein Spanisch können. An Board war fast schon eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Tag. Es war spitze!

Fantástica experiencia desde el inicio, la facilidad para reservar que ofrece su capitán (Ricard) y la atención durante todo el trayecto por parte de su ayudante (Natalia) han sido inmejorables. Gracias al capitán que se preocupó por que pudiésemos ver delfines, logramos verlos en dos ocasiones durante la excursión. Además íbamos con dos niños pequeños y Natalia estuvo pendiente de ellos en todo momento. A los mayores nos ofrecieron un picoteo en una calita frente a la costa volcánica. Más no se puede pedir, sin duda repetíriamos y lo recomendamos 100%

Can’t recommend this 5 star trip enough. We booked this excursion as a family for Christmas Day as a special treat after much research. If you want to feel like a VIP for a day then book this excursion. The boat is beyond luxury and Ricard and his colleague Natalia make it even more special with their personable and friendly service Will be returning next year…
