No airport transfer showed up. I was left waiting over 3 hours while the woman at the counter kept lying, saying it was “on the way.” She told me to get a taxi and promised a refund, and now MTS are lying to Love Holidays claiming the transfer arrived so they don’t have to pay out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never use this company again.

After a long flight and travel day, get to the bus to be told we would have to wait 45 mins for a bus. I’m disabled and can’t stand that long and with no where to sit, we got a taxi. 45 mins to wait after all that’s shocking!

Terrible service, booking issues, waited 2 hours for a transfer. The people next to us have been waiting 4 hours for transfer. Currently 11pm and still waiting. Avoid like the plague, subcontracted by MTS and they're partly the problem.

Lamentable,,, son unos estafadores, al llegar a las palmas una hora esperando a no se quién que nunca llego. La recogida a las 5'18 , el avión salía alas 8'35, pues allí nadie aparecio ,llamando llamando nos dicen que vayamos por nuestra cuenta y reclamemos el importe, los jetas de ellos me dicen que el GPS les dice que estuvo hasta las 05,22, mentira llegamos a las 05,13 y nadie apareció.son unos sinvergüenzas .

Forgot my bag on the shuttle bus to the hotel with my laptop, wallet and other worldly possessions. The bus driver safely stored it and I was reunited with it at the Airport. Very honest and kind young bus driver who is an asset to the company. Thank you

Servicio nefasto y lamentable... Teníamos el vuelo Las Palmas-Santiago a las 9:30 AM y nos impusieron la hora de recogida en el Hotel, que estaba a 30 minutos del aeropuerto, para 4 horas antes, sin tener que facturar. Ni siquiera se dignan a avisar en recepción del Hotel de su llegada... No pongo 0 estrellas porque no es posible.

Hopeless transfer and waste of money. Hour and a half to get the the Barcelo from the airport, the public bus takes 40 mins. Returning i had a 12pm flight, pick up was 8 but need to be ready at 7.45(so cant make breakfast). I inquired about maybe getting a latter shuttle as I was checked in and had no bags......wouldn't entertain it. Room the public bus and it was so much better and cheaper.

Natalie came to Servatur Waikiki (Playa Del Ingles, Gran Canaria) and gave us all of the information we could possibly need! She was perfect, told us about the weather, what to expect in different areas, how to use local buses and the easiest routes etc. We went on the Dolphin boat ride on her recommendation and saw tonnes of dolphins right up next to the boat. The boat staff were also really friendly and helpful :) would recommend!

Dreadful experience for MTS GLOBE on our first time in gran canaria. Lady driver was abrupt from the start. The lady knew {and asked for clarity where we were going at the start) . We got on the coach and started our journey. I have to admit the driving was great. BUT.... I did see the yumbo center (where our hotel was next to) several times as she dropped many people off in various places but thought she knew where we were going. All other people dropped off and only us left on the coach... She came in and shouted.. Which hotel? I told her beunos aires and she gave me a whole load of abuse in spanish and pointing as if we should have told her! SURELY..... she should have known where we were going, as she was the driver/operator . Bus 943....avoid the rotund lady with grey hair if you get the opportunity... Walk or take a taxi.

Stay away from them. They don’t deserve even 1 star , -10. Loveholiday gives them as transfer option, in Gran Canaria. Stay away better order separately. When we were making booking it said 1 hour wait we waited 2 hours, for a bus to collect us and leave. The trip from the airport took 2 hours around all hotels and our wasn’t even close to the end , the driver told us i will take another 50 min to over hotel ( Radisson Blue Mogan), our family and one more said enough, we are taking taxi. Transfer to the airport it’s 52km our flight is at 11.25 am they are collecting at 6:50 and telling be 10min early, but the bus can be late for 1 hour. What a f…k

We booked this 2 days before with holiday extras, after reading the reviews of the company I was alittle nervous. We had to call to confirm our pick up time 24 hours before. We arrived at our pick up destination 20 mins before to be greeted by a taxi rather than a bus. He picked up 2 other passengers which was fine. No issues whatsoever. Arrived at the airport 3 hours before our flight.

Hotel to Airport. Journey time 60 minutes. Flight time 7.40pm. They want to pick us up from hotel at 11:56am. We decided to cancel and lose our transfer money to get a taxi at 3:30pm. Who gets picked up 7 and a half hours before their flight to sit it a small airport!!!!!?. Also read below our airport to hotel bad experience….. Gran Canaria airport to hotel transfer and wouldn’t use again. Had to wait an hour for a family of three, presumably on a different flight from us, before we could depart. It made a long day frustrating primarily as we had no real idea how long we would be waiting. I like coach transfers usually however, from Hotel to airport it makes sense, but Airport to Hotel is probably best via shared taxi or solo taxi off when hotel is within 20-30 minutes away. Driver however was excellent, coach was comfortable and journey was pleasant.

Have used this as a transfer service from Gran Caneria Airport to hotel a number of times booked via Expedia and never had any issues. Clear instructions always given and followed without a problem. You can even log on to their portal post booking to confirm hotel pick up information and get help and support.

Ich hatte schon mehrmals einen Transfer mit MTS und war sehr zufrieden. Der Transfer hat immer gut geklappt. Praktisch auch, dass man in der App bei der Abreise sehen kann, wo der Transferbus ist. Die Abreiseinfo ist auch frühzeitig in der App. Dass im Januar eine wichtigtuerische Mitarbeiterin (die sowieso überflüssig ist, wenn der Busfahrer eine Liste mit Namen der Gäste hat)bei der Ankunft die Gäste nicht in den Bus liess, bis alle da waren und die Namen nicht richtig lesen konnte, kann man MTS nicht anlasten.

Rude staff on arrival. The 2 ladies who dealt with us, you could tell were mocking us, very unprofessional. The return transfer, they picked us up 2 hours too early. When I rang to ask why the time was too early, they said to save money. Had to wait 2 hours to check in our luggage. On the plus side, the drivers were very nice.

Was a bit concerned after seeing the reviews so wanted to post the fact that I had a very good experience with a transfer to the airport in Gran Canária. It was a shared transfer (booked via Suntransfers) at little more cost than the public bus, but comfortable, fast and you get a location of the transfer updated every few mins before it reaches you so you know when it's arriving. It arrived a few mins earlier and got me to the airport with plenty of time

Avoid!Avoid!Avoid! They will not pick you up and you will miss your flight!I was waiting with my daughter in front of the hotel 30minuts early to scheduled collection time and nobody turned up!When I called this company they said that driver was there but I wasn’t in front of the hotel .Which is a big lie!Had to book last minute taxi and paid 80 Euros for the trip.All this inconvenience, stress and loss of money should not happened!We going on holiday to rest from daily routine not to add up stress to it!We are working hard to treat ourselves once a year paying a lot of money for it and situations like this are just unfair!!Avoid this company at all cost!

I was transferred from LPA yesterday, I didnt have to wait too long to be dropped off. Coach was full and the start with closet hotels from starting point. If you want a faster travel opt for another option. Unfortunately and not down to the driver but another passenger mistakenly took my suitcase. When I arrived at the hotel no suitcase to be found. I telephoned the transfer company and spoke to a very caring, considerate, compassionate and professional lady called Nancy. Nancy took my details and I sent a WhatsApp message so she had a photo of my suitcase and my full details. Nancy corresponded with me and later informed me that a person had removed my suitcase at a drop off prior to my stop. Nancy went to retrieve the suitcase and delivered this to me at the hotel the following day. This is above and beyond as it was not the companies fault but a passenger who should have checked their luggag they would have then realised as they did later they had removed my case instead of theirs. Thank you so much Nancy for going the extra mile and your fantastic customer services.

Absolutely disgraceful and utter waste of time! Had collection confirmed transfer never arrived called their so called helpline which is incorrectly named as NOT helpful advised to get taxi and claim money back! Thankfully we booked through Expedia so Mrs Unhelpful did state that she wanted our booking reference as "this one is a big one"! Guessing anyone booking themselves and don't get transfer they don't care! 51€ I was not expecting to pay! Avoid at all costs

Indiskutabel! Wir wurden an einer Treppe rausgeschmissen und mussten uns unser Hotel selber suchen. Ich bin mit meiner Mutter ( 82 Jahre) gereist und konnte das gesamte Gepäck Treppen runter schleppen. Um eine Lösung zu finden für den Rückweg ,Treppen hoch !, rief ich bei der Firma an. Dreist erzählte mir die Dame, dass dass schließlich unser Meeting point sei. Davon war bei der Buchung nicht die Rede !nehmt euch lieber ein Taxi. Fun fact : auf der Hinfahrt hat die Busfahrerin erstmal einen Unfall gebaut und wir standen da. Niemals wieder

Onlangs hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de shuttle service van ons hotel naar Las Palmas Airport op Gran Canaria. Helaas was onze ervaring niet bepaald positief. Ondanks dat het buiten al een warme 31 graden was, was het binnenin de bus nog veel heter. Het gebrek aan airconditioning maakte de rit ongemakkelijk en benauwd. Wat de situatie nog erger maakte, was het feit dat het interieur van de bus beschadigd was en dat er geen mogelijkheid was om ramen te openen voor wat frisse lucht. Dit zorgde ervoor dat de temperatuur binnen snel opliep. De reis van ons hotel naar Las Palmas duurde al 40 minuten, maar met stops bij meerdere hotels werd dit uitgerekt tot meer dan een uur. Hoewel het begrijpelijk is dat de shuttle bij meerdere hotels stopt om passagiers op te halen, is het onaanvaardbaar om passagiers gedurende zo'n lange tijd in een ondraaglijke hitte te laten zitten, vooral zonder de mogelijkheid van ventilatie. Dit is een ernstige tekortkoming in de dienstverlening die moet worden aangepakt. Als reizigers verwachten we een zekere mate van comfort en veiligheid tijdens transfers, en helaas voldeed deze shuttle service niet aan die verwachtingen. Het is van cruciaal belang dat verbeteringen worden aangebracht, zoals betere koelingssystemen en reparaties aan het interieur, om toekomstige passagiers een aangenamere ervaring te bieden.

Bus sollte um 13:03 Uhr da sein. Leider ist de Fahrer laut MTS nicht erreichbar und der Bus hat über eine Stunde Verspätung. Vom Dunamar Hotel muss man auch 5min zum Abholort laufen.

Hotel was terrible,we were calling multiple times to MTS (everytime waiting 15min until they picked up the phone) finally they did not helped and start lying to vakantiediscounter (we bought holiday from them). They supposed to call us back and inform if we can change the hotel...they did not call ofcourse. We had to change hotel and pay ourselfs,no chance for compensation. One thing they did (or had to do) was arrange transfer to airport,which came 20min before meeting time and park in different spot... I can not say anything good about MTS ... Sad that our holiday were not that happy as we expected and it is because of MTS.

Den 19April 2023 Efter henvendelse ved MTS , bliver jeg hentet af en af deres chauffører Damian, til en flot Mercedes-Benz , super professional ,hjælper med bagage og nævner at han ikke er så god til at tale engelsk. Det er ikke et problem for mig , der jeg forstår lidt spansk, og det alle vigtigste er at jeg kommer godt og behageligt til hotellet i Amadores. Og tusinde tak Damian , som jeg har sagt til dig også , du er en god chauffør , jeg håber den 3 Maj der jeg skal retur til lufthavnen igen at jeg er så heldig at får lige så dejlig en oplevelse.Så MTS 5 stjerne fra mig. Had a shuttle booked at 2am booked via Expedia. Arrived to the airport with noone there and nobody answering any phone calls. Still days later no answer. When raised with Expedia they said that they couldn't even get through to them on the phone so can't issue a refund. If you are reading this to see whether you should book....STAY WELL CLEAR.

Lamentable el servicio. Solicitamos con el hotel el traslado al aeropuerto, por lo visto lo llevan con esta compañía. Estuvimos esperando desde las 6:00 de la mañana fuera del hotel (ya que así es como te indican y puesto que hay distancia de la entrada al hotel al lugar de recogida), hasta las 7:15 que apareció el autobús. Nadie se molestó en pedirnos un taxi, ni el hotel ni mts globe. Se pasaban la pelota unos a otros y allí no aparecía nadie: el hotel a la compañía, la compañía al conductor y el conductor a la compaía. El conductor llegó diciendo que el coche se había roto, luego que estaba durmiendo y le habían despertado

Mala experiencia. Contratamos el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y nos dejaron tirados. Tenían que recogernos a las 0:05 horas y nadie llegó; llamamos por teléfono y a las 0:50 nos dijeron que no sabían que había pasado, y que tomáramos un taxi y reclamáramos su importe a través de nuestro proveedor (Lastminute), que se harían cargo del pago. A esa hora no quedaban taxis en el aeropuerto, llamamos por teléfono y ...... ¡¡tardó más de una hora en recogernos!! Parecería más lógico que la propia compañia nos hubiera enviado el taxi. Had a transfer booked to get to airport when we were going home. Instructions say phone the day before to receive the time of pickup which I did and was told 7:15am. On our departure day, we arrived at 7:00am at the pick up spot and waited. It got to 7:20am so I phoned MTS, they said the driver was running late but will be 5 mins. We waited a further 30 minutes with still no show. I phoned AGAIN to now be told the driver came and we weren’t there. We argued on the phone and then the lady said the pick-up was 6:50am not 7:15am and that the driver was there at 6:50am to pick us up. (The previous phone call she said the driver was running late but okay…). She then goes on to say I have no record of her saying anything and put down the phone. Had to pay a £60 taxi to get to airport as now in a rush! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Booked am excursion through Jet2 to go snorkeling today 7/8. We waited outside of our hotel from 8.15 for pick up, no transfer arrived. The hotel were very helpful in trying to help us with MTS just saying they couldn't get hold of snorkeling company and that was it, nothing. Trying to get hold of any support from jet2 is proving difficult. Not happy , take 100€ and nothing. On hold for 25mons , gave up in end so will have to wait for upto 24hrs for a call bk. Not sure why jet2 use a company with 2.3 rating. Didn't expect to ne annoyed and stressed out on holiday!!!

Ich werde darauf achten nie wieder drüber zu buchen, Diese Fa. hat kein Interesse ihre Strukturen zu verbessern.Mir wurden 2 Jacken (obwohl Meldung der gefunden Jacken gemeldet wurden) trotzdem aus dem Büro ihrer Kontaktfirma gestohlen. Ausssage kam sogar, von dem Büro kommt öfter vor, können wir nichts dagegen machen. Anstatt zu melden bitte sofort abholen, kann ja auf dem Rückflug vom Büro abgeholt werden. Das ärgerliche ist halt das es keine Ansätze der Verbesserungen seitens der Firma gibt obwohl es Möglichkeiten gibt. Ist halt billig. Reiseanbieter dahinter war Tropo, diese Fa. hatte sich ca. 5 sek mit meiner Anfrage beschäfftig. Danach mit dem Ar... umgedreht und man stand alleine da. Hätte ich bloß vorher die Erfahrungen gelesen. Dann lieber 50€ mehr ausgegeben. Wenn es keinen Stern gebe wäre dies der Fall gewesen. Arrogant und Handyspielen ist wichtiger.

Esta empresa en vez de dar servicio a las personas que contratan son las personas las que tienen que darle el servicio a ellos, llegada aeropuerto busco el puesto en el que el agente está esperando le entrego la hoja con la reserva le doy mi nombre y me pregunta donde me voy alojar se lo digo y sin problemas, en un principio solo tenia que esperar a que llegara solo una persona mas para el traslado al final éramos siete. Ya de regreso llamo el día antes para solicitar la hora de recogida en el hotel a las 07:30 el vuelo sale a las 09:20 no tengo que facturar nada y el traslado son 30 minutos creo que es tiempo suficiente, me dicen que ellos trasladan a los clientes al aeropuerto para estar allí mínimo 2 horas antes de la salida y me dijo que si no quería perder el vuelo tenía que estar en la puerta del hotel a las 05:45 me dice la dirección del hotel donde nos van a recoger y me da una dirección distinta de donde estoy alojado, la hoja de reserva yo no me moleste mucho en leerla por que estaba en ingles soy español y no hablo ingles pero el señor que está en el puesto de atención al cliente a la llegada no se molesto en mirar a ver si coincidía con la dirección que yo le di y en ese momento se hubiera tratado de rectificar. Nos recogen a las 06:10 un taxi furgoneta ya iban dos personas dentro y recogió una mas total cinco personas, llegamos a las 06:40 las dos primeras personas que iban en el taxi también iban en el mismo vuelo que nosotros la otra persona iba en otro vuelo diferente no se si saldría antes o después. Esta empresa hace lo que quiere y le da la gana con los clientes no los recomiendo para nada en absoluto y lo tengo claro, si vuelvo a Canarias me moveré en la guagua cuesta menos y puedes ir a muchos sitios, esta empresa conmigo que no cuente mas

Very bad service. At the airport (we arrived in time) was no bus available. With a big group we had to wait more then half hour outside on the platform. Finally a bus came. The driver didn't know our hotel (it was clear written on the voucher), so we suggested him to drop us nearby our hotel, a hotel he knew thank g. And we discovered later that they forced us to get in the wrong bus. Despite our questions why in a bus going to Maspalomas? We had to go to playa del ingles. The driver was also confused. Never a transfer again with MTS. Better take line 66 or 90 public bus. Directly to airport

We had the pickup at 14:01h from our hotel. We were ready outside at the hotel main entrance fifteen minutes before. At 14:15h, I called MTS Globe to enquire about our pickup and I was told that our pickup bus was at hotel at the agreed time and that we had missed our pickup. I explained that that was impossible and was told that another bus would pick us up as soon as they could. We explained the situation to the Hotel Reception Manager who recommended to go to the airtport by taxi and request a refund later on from MTS Globe. This would add extra time and paperwork on our side for something we were not respondible for. Eventually, a bus from MTS Globe showed up and the bus driver confirmed that he had to make several stops before our pickup and that was why he was late. Therefore, there was NOT another bus before that. In conclusion, MTS Globe provided a really bad service and to excuse their lateness, they blamed the customer. Unacceptable. Hence, I would not recommend their service.

Very rude transfer driver! He asked me something about the destination hotel in Spanish. Since I don't speak any Spanish I politely asked if he could repeat his question in English. He said: "No, solo español!" Then he and his colleague started laughing at my desperate face expression. They are working in the tourist sector and are not capable of learning some standard English phrases? And as if that wasn't bad enough they make fun of the people who secure their jobs? OK ...

Me dejaron tirado en gran Canaria teniendo que coger un vuelo, después de 45min para cogerme el teléfono atención al cliente, me dice que me coja un taxi, ya los he denunciado, pésimo servicio, no lo contrateis.

Rubbish and useless. Would give zero stars if possible. Arrived at the airport documents for transfer in hand, went to their desk and were taken to a car. The driver was speeding and kept checking his phone during the drive. We arrive at a hotel, went inside and discovered it was the wrong hotel. We then needed to pay for a cab to the correct hotel. We thought it had a similar name we’ll let it slide. Now at the day before departure date; the reference doesn’t work on the site they provide, the hotel has not received any notice of our collection details, I call three times waiting 10-15 minutes each time to get through to be told, the hotel they had planned to collect from was wrong (The paperwork they provide has all the correct details) so they email for a change of collection point, call back two hours later, they say the collection point is changed but awaiting a time, call back in the morning. So we did after two attempts to get through I speak with someone who cant confirm the pick up has been changed or the time, he says he will call back in a few minutes. One hour later. No call and tried three times to get through but cant. We now need to pay for a cab to the airport. Speaking with other people waiting for transfers for a different flight, they have their collection time but it is only 2 hours before flight and journey says it is 1.30hours journey. I will be trying to find out the regulatory body to lodge a formal complaint and be compensated for additional cab fares we have paid.

Opletten als je bij hen boekt, ze bieden voor een klein beetje extra, snellere transfer aan naar je hotel. Maar als puntje bij paaltje komt, ben je als laatste van de bus bij le bestemming

Despues de leer las reseñas veniamos con miedo del que pasaria..., pero a sido todo correcto, como en lo descrito por la compañía. 2 cosas malas, la primera, que todo te lo dan en inglés y como mucho en alemán y nada en castellano, incluso pidiendolo nos dijeron que no tenian el contrato en castellano, estamos en ESPAÑA!!!!!!! Me parece una falta de respeto, por mucho que seamos los que menos viajemos aqui. Lo segundo es que a la vuelta el autobús vino a recogernos muy pronto, casi 4 horas antes de la salida del avion. Por lo demás sin pega alguna.

questa non è una recensione ma bensì solo una breve cronistoria della mia esperienza con MTS GLOBE/EXPEDIA, quindi magari il mio giudizio espresso in stelle può non essere giusto; pertanto mi scuso con MTS GLOBE (FORNITORE DEL SERVIZIO TRANSFERT) e EXPEDIA (FORNITORE DELLA PRENOTAZIONE) con l'invito, ad entrambi a leggere quando di seguito dettagliatamente descritto: questa lunga e noiosa descrizione viene fornita con il solo fine di dare una utile indicazione ai "viaggiatori fai da te come me". Tramite portale EXPEDIA prenotavo un servizio transfert con navetta condivisa AIRPORT GRAN CANARIA - TAURITTO PRINCESS e viceversa costo euro 47,00 circa. Arrivo all'aeroporto di Las Palmas (Gran Canaria), alle ore 10.00, del giorno 2.1.2018; avendo solo bagaglio a mano, alle successive ore 10.20 effettuavo il check in presso lo sportello MTS GLOBE (ove tramite portale expedia avevo prenotato una "navetta condivisa"); dopo alcuni minuti salivo unitamente alla mia famiglia (2+1) sull'autobus n. 335, ove vi erano già altri passeggeri. Dopo aver aspettato l'arrivo di altri viaggiatori, alle ore 10.55 successive si partiva dall'aeroporto di Gran Canaria. Dopo aver effettuato varie soste tra Playa Ingles, Maspalomas e Sant'Augustin, alle ore 12,55 si giungeva presso il Resort Taurito Princess, sito presso la omonima playa. Preciso che dalle ore 10.55 (partenza dallo Aeroporto), alle ore 12.55 si arrivava presso il resort Taurito Princess, dopo aver effettuato n. 11 fermate presso diverse strutture alberghiere, come già detto ubicate in zona Playa Ingles, Maspalomas e Sant'Augustin. Non mi permetto assolutamente di dare un giudizio sull'autobus e sulla guida dell'autista, poichè è un dato soggettivo, ma sento il dovere di sottolineare che mia moglie durante il tragitto ha vomitato e mia figlia è stata male, situazioni contestate al conducente all'arrivo presso il nostro albergo, facendo notare allo stesso che a bordo non vi erano sacchetti di cortesia e quindi mia moglie aveva dovuto rimettere in silenzio nella mia busta traforata per documenti. Giustamente il conducente dell'autobus mi invitava a rappresentare le mie contestazione alla direzione MTS GLOBE. Quindi avendo raccolto l'invito dello stesso ho sentito il dovere di descrivere questa mia esperienza di transfert a bordo di navetta condiva. Nota di riferimento: Resort Taurito Princess - Airport Gran Canaria: km 51,6, tempo di percorrenza 35 minuti (dato acquisito da google maps); Resort Taurito Princess - Airport Gran Canaria, a bordo di taxi privato, costo euro 61,20, giorno 8.1.2018, partenza ore 8,14 - arrivo presso il locale aeroporto alle ore 8.42 dello stesso giorno (dato acquisito da esperienza personale). AI POSTERI ARDUA SENTENZA.
